California’s Marxist Comrade Gavin Newsom Outlaws All Election Memes!

On Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, Governor Gavin Newsom signed legislation banning digitally altered political videos in California—even those that are made to parody elected officials.
Newsom pledged to ban these types of videos after Elon Musk posted a clearly satirical artificial intelligence-generated post mocking Kamala Harris’s policy preferences and record.
How is this crack down on free speech not violative of the First Amendment?
Rich Zeoli notes, in his podcast, that the law will almost certainly be challenged in court.
This is an amazing video/meme has sparked mass censorship and a new totalitarian law by the communist left and people’s republic of California.
Governor Newsom just signed AB-2655 in response to this meme going viral.
