Arizona Becomes First State To Sue Biden Over Vaccine Mandates

Arizona sued the Biden administration Tuesday challenging recent rules forcing both private sector and federal employees to receive COVID-19 vaccinations.

The state argued that the vaccination requirements are unconstitutional because the federal government hasn’t announced similar requirements for migrants crossing the southern border, according to its complaint filed in the U.S. District Court of Arizona. Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich said the Biden administration’s policies reflected an “unmistakable” favoritism in favor of illegal immigrants over American citizens.

“The federal government cannot force people to get the COVID-1a9 vaccine. The Biden Administration is once again flouting our laws and precedents to push their radical agenda,” Brnovich said in a statement. “There can be no serious or scientific discussion about containing the spread of COVID-19 that doesn’t begin at our southern border.”

“Under our Constitution, the President is not a king who can exercise this sort of unbridled power unilaterally,” the attorney general wrote in the complaint. “And even George III wouldn’t have dreamed that he could enact such sweeping policies by royal decree alone.”

Arizona’s lawsuit is the first of its kind challenging the recently-announced vaccination rules.

On Thursday, President Joe Biden introduced a series of new measures that he said would curb the increasing number of coronavirus cases nationwide. The president notably ordered the Department of Labor to develop a rule mandating “all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis.”

Biden also ordered millions of federal executive branch workers and contractors to receive a vaccination.

Following the president’s announcement, multiple state attorneys general and governors immediately threatened legal action.

“Biden’s historic overreach on vaccine mandates will not stand in Missouri,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt tweeted. “We’re at a crossroads in America — who we are and what we’re going to be. We must fight back.”

The vaccine mandate announcement has also been met with protests. The mandate was applauded by big business interest groups, but criticized by small business organizations.

Biden and several other senior administration officials are listed as defendants in the complaint.

North Dakota: Somali Refugee Charged with Murder of Young Mother

Such a sick, sick story on many fronts.

North Dakota has been roiled with refugee tensions over the years as I reported extensively at my other blog, Refugee Resettlement Watch.

I visited the state in 2016 to get a feeling for the situation there mostly a result of Minnesota Somalis spilling across the border into the state, but some refugees have been directly placed there by a Lutheran resettlement agency.

And, as you read this news, keep in the back of your mind that Biden will this month be making the decision on the refugee ceiling for the new fiscal year that begins on October first.  Among the 125,000 he has so far indicated would be arriving, thousands of Somalis will be among them.

But, that isn’t all.

The refugee industry is pushing for the number to be 200,000.  Those tens of thousands of Afghan evacuees beginning to arrive may end up being in addition to 200,000 from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East—all will be needy people looking for the generosity of the US taxpayer!

Here is the bare bones news story from Valley News Live:

Manslaughter charge amended to Murder in Grand Forks shooting

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Grand Forks Police have identified the victim of a weekend shooting as 28-year-old Megan Lea Gustafson.

The manslaughter charge originally filed against 26-year-old Ahmen Mohamed Abdullahi has been amended to Murder.

Abdullahi is also charged with one count of unlawful possession of a firearm and theft of property.

Grand Forks Police say the shooting happened just after 1:30 Sunday morning at a home in the 1300 block of 8th Avenue North. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious man in the area, they knocked on an apartment door and talked to Megan Gustafson.

Officers walked away and shortly after, they heard an argument coming from inside the apartment.

Court documents say officers saw the door open; Gustafson was standing in the doorway with her back toward the street and Abdullahi was facing her.

Officers heard a single gunshot, heard Gustafson scream, and then saw her run into the lawn and fall to the ground.

Abdullahi walked out of the apartment holding a handgun, according to court documents. Officers were able to detain Abdullahi without incident.

Police say Gustafson had a gunshot wound in the chin/neck area.

They tried to save her, but she later died at Altru Hospital.

Court documents also say the handgun found at the scene was reported stolen from a vehicle in Grand Forks in September 2020. Abdullahi is prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm due to a felony terrorizing conviction in Grand Forks County in March 2021.

Diversity is not beautiful!

As I have said here on many occasions, more young women might be alive if the mainstream media wasn’t chicken to publish stories like this one!

You will see, this won’t go beyond the local news.

Ted Cruz Slams Blinken over Afghan Child Brides: ‘You Brought A Crisis to America’

Ted Cruz slams Blinken over Afghan child brides: ‘You brought a crisis to America’

By New York, Post, September 14, 2021

Sen. Ted Cruz confronted Secretary of State Antony Blinken about child brides being brought to the United States from Afghanistan amid the chaotic withdrawal by the Biden administration, demanding to know what guidance the State Department has been provided to rescue minors among the evacuees that have been victims of sexual abuse.

The Texas Republican argued that the Biden administration has failed to properly vet Afghans who were evacuated and brought to the United States following the fall of the country’s government to the Taliban, potentially bringing “a humanitarian crisis to America.”

“Not only did you fail to evacuate Americans and green card holders who were there, but you also brought in tens of thousands of Afghans who had wholly inadequate vetting, bringing many of them to the United States.,” Cruz charged during an often heated Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing Tuesday.

“And one of the things that has done is that has brought in a humanitarian crisis to America. Child marriage and domestic abuse tragically are widespread in Afghanistan,” he said.

Cruz noted that the World Health Organization reports that more than half of the women in Afghanistan are married as child brides, and 90 percent of women are subject to domestic abuse.

“On Aug. 27, according to public reports, you distributed internal documentation, highlighting numerous instances and intake centers of sexual abuse, in which much older grown Afghan males appeared with children, young children, claimed they were their brides, claimed they were their wives. And the documents said the State Department urgently requested guidance.”

Cruz then demanded answers on whether the State Department had received the requested guidance or could provide information on whether there was a plan to prevent the sexual abuse of minors.

“My question is as follows: Did you receive that urgent guidance? How many children have been subject to sexual abuse? What have you done to rescue young children from illegal and abusive relationships after being brought to America by the State Department?” Cruz said.

Blinked said he was unaware of the “specific guidance you’re referring to,” but “happy to look at it,” adding that the officers are looking into cases of concern.

“Across the entire government, everyone involved in the evacuation effort whether it’s at a transit point, in one of the countries that we negotiated with, whether it’s here in the United States at Dulles, or Philadelphia, or the military bases, we have all of our officers at extreme vigilance to look for and to deal with any cases or concerns that arise,” Blinken replied.

Cruz went on to press Blinken on the level of urgency the State Department had toward addressing the matter and the number of cases it was aware of.

Apple, Google, Amazon Spying On You, Lawsuits Filed

Voluntary fascism from America’s biggest corporations.

Apple, Google, Amazon spying on you, lawsuits claim

All 3 tech companies have voice assistant features and claim that they do not retain the user’s conversations

By Brooke Crothers, FOX Business, September 14, 2O21:

A federal judge has given a green light for a class-action lawsuit claiming that Apple’s Siri voice assistant violates users’ privacy.

Earlier this month, U.S. District Judge Jeffrey White said the plaintiffs would be allowed to move forward with lawsuits trying to prove that Siri routinely recorded their private conversations because of “accidental activations” and that Apple provided the conversations to advertisers, according to Reuters. The plaintiffs claim that Apple violated the federal Wiretap Act and California privacy law, among other claims.

Separate lawsuits against Google and Amazon make similar claims about voice assistants. One of the most common claims cited in the lawsuits is that conversations were recorded without user consent and then used by advertisers to target the plaintiffs.

This is happening against a backdrop of surging smart speaker sales.

As of June 2021, the installed base of smart speakers in the U.S. reached 126 million units, jumping from 20 million units in June 2017, according to Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP).

Amazon has the biggest slice of the installed base, with 69% as of June of this year.

“The installed base of smart speakers grew considerably during the COVID-19 pandemic, adding over 25 million units in the past year,” said Josh Lowitz, CIRP Partner and Co-Founder in a statement.

Amazon, Apple and Google all offer smart speakers that use variations of voice assistant technology that is activated when users say key words such as “Hey Siri” for Apple devices or “OK Google” for Google products or “Alexa” for Amazon smart devices.

Amazon devices store that data when activated with a key word or so-called wake word. “No audio is stored or sent to the cloud unless the device detects the wake word (or Alexa is activated by pressing a button),” an Amazon spokesperson told FOX Business in an email.

“Customers have several options to manage their recordings, including the option to not have their recordings saved at all and the ability to automatically delete recordings on an ongoing three- or 18-month basis,” the spokesperson added.

If you don’t want to be recorded by Alexa, in the Alexa app go into the “Privacy” menu. Then go to “Manage your Alexa data” then “Choose how long to save recordings.” Then select “Don’t save recordings.”

Amazon collects and uses voice recordings to deliver and improve services, according to the company. This includes helping train Alexa to better understand different accents and dialects and to provide the right response to requests.

Amazon also said it “manually” reviews data but does not sell it to third parties.

“To help improve Alexa, we manually review and annotate a small fraction of one percent of Alexa requests. Access to human review tools is only granted to employees who require them to improve the service,” the Amazon spokesperson said.

“Our annotation process does not associate voice recordings with any customer identifiable information. Customers can opt-out of having their voice recordings included in the fraction of one percent of voice recordings that get reviewed,” the spokesperson said.

By default, Google doesn’t retain your audio recordings, José Castañeda, a Google Spokesperson, told Fox Business. “We dispute the claims in this case and will vigorously defend ourselves,” Castañeda said in a statement.

However, if you want to confirm that the Google setting is off, go to your Google account and then to “Data and Privacy” then “Web & App Activity” and make sure the box is unchecked next to “Include audio recordings.” The default setting is unchecked.

Apple no longer retains Siri recordings without user permission, according to an Apple statement made in 2019. Siri will only retain your data if you choose to opt-in via settings on Apple devices.

Amazon would not comment on the lawsuit, and Apple has yet to respond to a request for comment.

Rand Paul to Blinken: ‘You’ve Created Hundreds or Thousands of New Potential Terrorists’ [Video]

My latest in PJ Media:

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) and Secretary of State Antony Blinken had a contentious exchange Tuesday during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on Biden’s handlers’ catastrophic bungling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan and continued incompetence. Paul took the opportunity to tell Blinken some home truths, truths that Blinken and his colleagues are certain to continue to ignore, to their peril and ours.

Paul hit Biden’s handlers’ “colossal incompetence” in Afghanistan, and noted that the Biden administration was “holding no one accountable, having everyone circle the wagons.” He added: “To add insult to injury, this week you’ve now released sixty-four million dollars in aid to Afghanistan. Don’t we have some prohibition against giving aid and comfort to the enemy? Now the argument from the Biden administration is, ‘Oh, we’re giving it to charities, and it’s for the good of the people, for poor people, and for women.’ Well, the Taliban has a history of taking this. Throughout their governance, they would take the money. This was a big complaint we had when they were in power the last time. They now have eighty billion dollars’ worth of weapons. Three-hundred and fifty thousand automatic weapons. Are we really naïve enough to believe that we are just going to keep sending charity to Afghanistan and they’re not going to interrupt it? I think that’s a foolish notion.”

Paul made Blinken even more uncomfortable when he asked him: “The guy the Biden administration droned, was he an aid worker or an ISIS-K operative?”

Blinken first tried to deflect the question: “Uh, er, the administration is of course reviewing, that, uh, that strike, uh, and I’m sure that a, you know, a full assessment will be forthcoming .” Paul interrupted: “So you don’t know if it was an aid worker or an ISIS-K operative?” Blinken continued: “Uh, I can’t speak to that, and I can’t speak to that in this setting in any event.” Paul shot back: “So you don’t know or won’t tell us.” Blinken responded: “Uh, I don’t, I don’t know because we’re, we’re reviewing it.”

Paul then moved in for the kill: “Well, see, you’d think you’d kind of know before you off somebody with a predator drone whether he’s an aid worker or he’s an ISIS-K – you see, the thing is, this isn’t just you. It’s been going on for administration after administration. The Obama administration droned hundreds and hundreds of people. And the thing is, there is blowback to that. I mean, I don’t know if it’s true, but I see these pictures of these beautiful children that were killed in the attack. If that’s true and not propaganda, if that’s true, guess what? Maybe you’ve created hundreds or thousands of new potential terrorists from bombing the wrong people. So you’ve gotta know who you’re – we can’t sort of have an investigation after we kill people, we have an investigation before we kill people.”

There is more. Read the rest here.

The 4 Biggest Problems with Biden’s Vaccine Order

Surely, the White House’s vaccine mandate plan cannot stand.

Back in December of 2020, then President-elect Biden said that he would not make vaccines against COVID-19 mandatory, nor did he think they should be mandatory. Given the new vaccine mandate by the White House, set to affect nearly 100 million Americans by some estimates, one reasonably conclude that Biden misled the people. However, Biden’s actions will likely increase vaccine hesitancy, lead to further distrust of the government, and can expect multiple legal challenges – as well as civil disobedience. These outcomes can all be expected due to four distinct challenges to the mandate.

First, Biden’s executive order is just that – an executive order. Congress, the legislative branch, and thus the entire concept of representative government, has been bypassed by President Biden. The White House has no legislative authority to create an emergency rule under OSHA and it says as much in the U.S. Constitution. Article 1, Section 1 states very plainly, in a single sentence: “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” Nowhere in that sentence are legislative authorities granted to the Executive branch. Likewise, the President does not reserve such powers – powers which belong to the states or to the people, as outlined by the Tenth Amendment in the Bill of Rights.

Second, proponents of the White House’s actions have cited a legal precedent – the 1905 Supreme Court Case Jacobson v. Massachusetts, specifically – which is unlikely to hold up to any serious scrutiny. In that case, a Massachusetts law passed by a legislature and adhering to the principles of the separation of powers (unlike an executive order authored by the President) allowed local town health boards (not federal agencies run by unelected bureaucrats) to establish mandatory vaccines if it was deemed necessary by local, municipal, elected officials. Those who did not comply were prosecuted with a simple fine of five dollars. A challenge was raised to the law, and the Supreme Court – the Fuller Court specifically – upheld it.

However, when compared to Biden’s new mandate, one can readily see legal issues. Apart from the legislative process that the Massachusetts law first underwent as outlined above, Biden’s executive order places the burden not on the people, but on private companies, effectively turning employer against employee. Certainly, in an employer-employee relationship, and even more so in a government-as-employer setting, vaccine requirements have a clearly established basis. What is not clearly established, if established at all, is the federal government pre-arranging the medical requirements upon which an employment relationship may commence between private individuals.

Furthermore, the appeal to Jacobson v. Massachusetts ought to enrage many Americans, especially women and minorities. Jacobson was decided under Chief Justice Fuller, who presided over Plessy v. Ferguson (1896), when racial segregation was codified under federal law. That decision has now been overturned, but remains held in absolute contempt, and rightly so. In addition, Jacobson was decided nearly 15 years before women received the right to vote at the federal level, and was also later cited as precedent – even served as the basis – for the decision of Buck v. Bell (1927) when SCOTUS allowed for compulsory sterilization of women deemed mentally unfit for motherhood.

Third, and speaking of women, there are still ongoing concerns about the safety of the COVID vaccines. Although the CDC has said there is little-to-no risk, and the FDA has fully approved the vaccine, there have been recent reports that the vaccines have been affecting women’s menstrual cycles, raising serious concerns about reproductive health. As recently as early September, in fact, the National Institutes of Health has approved 1.67 million dollars to investigate those claims. The NIH appears to be taking these reports very seriously – unlike the White House, the CDC, and the FDA.

Given the recent tensions and commentary from the Biden Administration in opposition to Texas’ new 6-week abortion law, we might assume that the Biden Administration would be a little more supportive of both bodily autonomy and reproductive health. However, that does not seem to be the case. Furthermore, we might hope that supporters of the Biden Administration would never dream of giving so much deference to a SCOTUS decision made under a Chief Justice who helped codify segregation, and was later used as the basis for forced sterilization. But that does not seem to be the case either.

Fourth and finally, Biden’s mandate makes no exception for natural immunity against COVID, now believed to be more effective than vaccines. Todd Zywicki, a professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School, has already successfully fought George Mason University’s vaccine mandate after filing a lawsuit against the mandate on the basis of natural immunity. Requiring vaccines for those already immune is unnecessary and a violation of medical ethics, and Zywicki’s previous efforts will likely serve as a basis for legal challenges going forward.

It is astounding, truly, to watch the White House bypass the legislative process, ignore representative government, and disrespect the separation of powers. It is enraging to watch supporters of the Biden Administration cite a Supreme Court decision made under the same Chief Justice who presided over Plessy v. Ferguson, years before women had the right to vote, and later used to support forced sterilization.

It is horrific that vaccines be mandated before a new investigation into their safety for women is concluded. And it is unconscionable that such an executive order would make no provision for those possessing natural immunity. Surely, this cannot stand.

Trump’s Big Tech Suit Lawyer Predicts Case Headed to Supreme Court

The very definition of fascism. That’s what it is – in the imposition of communism.

There is no difference between communism and socialism, except in the means of achieving the same ultimate end: communism proposes to enslave men by force, socialism – by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide. Ayn Rand

Trump big tech suit lawyer predicts case headed to Supreme Court, says gov’t pressure made firms state actors

By:  FOX News September 1, 2021:

EXCLUSIVE – The top lawyer for former President Donald Trump in his lawsuits against Twitter, Google and Facebook over his bans from those platforms says that multiple factors make them “state actors,” meaning they’d be legally vulnerable under standards normally applied only to governments, like prior restraint.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News that lawyer, John Coale, argued that the government is essentially deputizing social media companies to censor Americans. And he predicted that the Supreme Court will eventually decide the case.

“The basis for all of this case is that private companies cannot be empowered by the government via Congress, via [Section] 230,” to censor people, Coale said. “The Biden administration and members of Congress can’t delegate what they cannot do themselves.”

He added: “This issue will in the end be decided in the Supreme Court, it’s that important.”

In addition to the initial complaints, Coale and his legal team last week filed a motion for a preliminary injunction against Google – which owns YouTube – to force the company to allow Trump back on its platform.

In all of those documents the main thrust of the Trump team’s arguments is that the companies can be treated like the government in law because they are allegedly taking actions based on pressure, encouragement or willfully in concert with the government. They cite cases that allegedly support this, although they are not perfect fits for facts as the examples are mostly not in the context of speech rights.

“There’s three tests and if they flunk one test, they’re government actors,” Coale said. “The first is if … government officials be they congressmen, senators or people in the executive branch threaten these companies – they did it at congressional hearings, they did it in the media and we show examples of that in the preliminary injunction.”

“The other thing is, if the government encourages censorship that is unconstitutional,” Coale added. “The third test is if … the private company is doing the bidding of the government, and they are. We had Biden’s press secretary confirm that last month when she said that they’re working closely with Facebook to prevent misinformation on the virus.”

Last week’s motion for a preliminary injunction includes several examples of alleged pressure, encouragement and cooperation between the company and government officials.

Among those examples are comments and proposed bills from members of Congress like Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill., taking a touch stance against alleged social media misinformation. There are also examples of members of Congress calling for social media bans of the former president and lauding th…

Report Details How Leftist Organizations Have Infiltrated Our State Election Systems

Please read and share the below report. We need to be aware of leftist so called voter info/rights groups operating in Florida attempting to sway our elections to the dark side such as the two which follow.

Citizen’s Guide to Researching Outside Influences In Your Local Election Office

by Ned Jones The Virginia Project

Researching outside influences in your local election office is an on-going project. It is vital to know which groups, entities and individuals are working inside the election offices and to know how they may be influencing decisions and outcomes in our election offices.

The goal is to find and expose those outside influences that are having a significant effect on our elections. There are many tools for the Citizen Researcher to use in this effort.

If you have a genuine interest in our election system, and believe that we no longer have fair and honest elections, then here’s what you can do as a Citizen Researcher to help change that. These are the steps that I took and the tools that I used to determine some of the key the Outside Influences that were embedded in Virginia’s election offices – and apparently many others nationwide –
that were involved in the 2020 Election.

Citizen Research Topics

Third-Party Voter Registration Drive mailings
Third-Party Absentee Ballot Application mailings
Role of the USPS in Third-Party mailings
Third-Party Funding of local Elections
Dept of Elections – Voter Information, Activities, Reports, Outside Vendors
Local Registrars – Voter Information, Election Officers, Seasonal Workers
State Legislatures – Election Legislation, Hearings, Committee Reports
Congress – Election Legislation, Hearings, Reports
Citizen Researcher Steps & Protocols:
The research starts with these internet searches.
Third-Party Voter Registration/Absentee Ballot Application Mailings in (State)
Third-Party Funding/Grants to Local Election Offices in (State) Go to these websites. State Dept. of Elections and State Legislature

Sources of Mass Election Mailings.

When you find an organization doing mass mailings of Voter Registration forms and/or Absentee Ballot Applications in your state, do a search of their website for information about their activities, and a search of the Influence Watch website for detailed information about the organization. Try to get copies of their mailings, either images online, using Google, or from voters that you know who received them.

Do the same thing if you find organizations that are providing funding/grants to local election offices in your state. Your research into these organizations will lead you to other organizations that are involved with your local election offices.

Go to your state’s Dept. of Elections website and search for the names of the organizations that you have found. You may find information about a relationship between them. Get familiar with this
website. Use it for election and voter information. Find out what election/voter lists are available and is there a cost. You also want to start filing FOIA Requests with the Dept. of Elections for any information that you couldn’t find on their website. Such as, requesting them to provide any correspondence between any Election Official and the third-party organizations that you have already found. Request any information that will help your research. All it takes is a simple email, and so far for me, they have all been free.

Look for information about “Absentee Ballot Tracking” on your state’s Dept. of Elections website. They will most likely be using Ballot Scouts (See Appendix). They have a system of tracking
absentee ballots in the mail and confirming the receipt date at the election location. This becomes critical as you approach Absentee/Early Voting deadlines. If there is no postmark, the Election Officials will defer to the Ballot Scouts tracking information. Be sure to check out Democracy Works who runs Ballot Scouts, on Influence Watch.

Look for information about “Audits” on your state’s Dept. of Elections website. Most states will run a “Risk Limiting Audit” after the election. There should be an Audit Report and it will include the
names of the vendors who performed the audit. Most likely it will be Verified Voting and Voter Works (See Appendix). Be sure to check them out on Influence Watch.

Go to the website for the Election Assistance Commission, a non-partisan government commission and search for all the organizations that you have found so far. Go to the USPS website and search for the names of the organizations that you have found so far. In my case, I found The Center for Voter Information/Voter Participation Center (See Appendix), that had done a mass mailing in Virginia. I had their USPS Bulk Mail Account number from an image of an envelope, and found out they had a special type of Bulk Mail Account. I also found out that the USPS used them in their promotional materials.

Go to your State Legislature’s website to become familiar with your sate’s election laws and look for any recent changes.

Monitor what’s happening in Congress with federal election laws.

Citizen Researcher Tools

Once you have identified specific groups that are engaged with your local election office, you should research and find more information about them. Some of the most common ones are listed in the Appendix. For groups, and vendors, that are not listed in the appendix, below are some research tools that are very useful in learning more about who is influencing your local election offices and officials.

Websites:

  • – Capital Research Center – Excellent source for investigative reports on actual and potential Outside Influences.
  • Influence Watch – This website is run by the Capital research Center and is an excellent source for detailed descriptions and other information about actual and potential Outside Influences. Real Clear Politics – Good source for consolidated polling information. Most polls over poll Democrats, so you have to adjust the results.
  • USPS – Information on organizations doing mass mailings.
  • Internet Search – Google, Bing, etc.

Social Media – Twitter, FB, Telegram, GAB, Parler, Etc. are all good sources of information, but always check out what you read as there is a lot of disinformation, and you only want to deal with facts.

FOIA Requests – Freedom of Information Act requests are simple, usually free, and the response can be very valuable information.

State Board of Elections – Monitor their activities and attend their meetings. Like the Dept. of Elections, they are a good source for information about elections at the state level.

Local Registrars – Develop a relationship with your local Registrar. They will be your best source about what’s happening at the local level. It may take a FOIA request to get what you want, but a
personal relationship goes a long way. They will help you get involved as an election observer.

State and Local GOP – Join the local GOP Committee Unit. It’s a good way to get information about what the Party and Candidates are doing in your state.

Media – Monitor as much Media as possible, but be real careful with the information. Beware of “Fake News”. You only want to deal with facts.

Election Data and Statewide protocols and Guidance:

  • Dept. of Elections – Best source for information about elections at the state level. Information about Registration, Turn Out, Election Results. Policy Reports, Audit Reports, and the names of their outside vendors.

Ongoing Research and Monitoring of Election Changes:

  • State Legislature – Information on election related legislation that is being considered, or has passed.
  • State and Local Election Boards: Monitor changes in state rules, regulations and guidance related to election procedures and protocols.

APPENDIX OF KNOWN LEFTIST GROUPS EMBEDDED IN LOCAL ELECTION OFFICES

The Center For Voter Information – I found them with a simple Google search for “Third -Party Absentee Ballot Application mailings”. This is a Left-Leaning Non-Profit in D.C. that mailed out Two Million Absentee Ballot Applications in Virginia (and many millions more in other states in 2020). These third-party mailings are legal in Virginia and encouraged by the Dept. of Elections. In the case of CVI, they used a UPS Store mailbox, in Richmond, VA, as the return address on their envelope to make it look like they were a local concern. I found UPS Store mailbox addresses for them in 10 states, and found out that they mailed out millions of Absentee Ballot Applications in at least 25 states. They have a close relationship with the USPS who provided them with a list of undeliverable mail that we call “Unlikely Voters”.

We are continuing to conduct research to determine if votes were somehow cast for those voters. We presently have a FOIA request to the USPS to obtain whatever lists have been provided to this organization. As a result of this research, I collaborated on an article by the Capital Research Center about this theory, and found a tremendous amount of information about CVI on Influence Watch. A link to the article is here: https://capitalresearch.org/article/did-the-center-for-voter-informationintervene-illegally-in-the-2020-election/

The Center for Tech and Civic Life –This entity began as a small, Left-Leaning, Non-profit in Chicago, identified and discussed by the Capital Research Center’s President, Scott Walter, during his
testimony before the Georgia state legislature in December 2020. CTCL is the organization that distributed the $400 Million Zuckerberg grants to election offices targeted in key counties in
battleground states during the 2020 election. Following that presentation, I researched the the CTCL website and found the 39 Counties/Cities that received grants in Virginia. With that information, I conducted Google searches and FOIA requests propounded to each of the counties requesting from them the amount of the grant received by each location. The 39 grants totaled approximately $4 Million in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Of that, $3.6 Million was provided to locations carried by Biden and only $400,000 for locations that Trump won. I also found out that CTCL had previously provided free training to local election officials in the Spring of 2020 regarding voting systems, which was encouraged by the Dept. Of Elections. Once the training was conducted, CTCL then offered Zuckerberg grants to those localities. In fact, with further research, I learned that CTCL is a training partner for the Election Assistance Commission, a non-partisan federal government commission. Again, I collaborated on an article by the Capital Research Center about the CTCL Grants in Virginia. Those reports are included here: https://capitalresearch.org/article/how-mark-zuckerberg-meddled-invirginias-2020-election/

Ballot Scouts – I reviewed a post-election report from the Dept. of Elections and found this organization. Many states use Ballot Scouts to track their Absentee/Mail-In Ballots. I went to Influence Watch and found that Ballot Scouts is owned by Democracy Works, a Left-Leaning Non-Profit. The Influence Watch website has an extensive description of the structure and funding for Democracy Works.

Democracy Works – As well as Ballot Scouts, they run the Voting Information Project, that according to Influence Watch provides users with locations for voting and information on their region’s
ballot. The Voting Information Project is included in the toolkit for the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, a non-partisan government commission.

Verified Voting – Virginia conducted a “Risk Limiting Audit” (which is a relatively new invention of left wing election activities and is generally meaningless as it does not actually audit anything and is essentially a waste of time) after the November 2020 election that was conducted by Verified Voting. This organization according to Influence Watch, is a Left-Leaning Non-Profit that is supported by the Democracy Alliance, a group of progressive, left-wing donors that has funded hundreds of millions of dollars into changing the American electorate to ensure their ‘progressive’ vision for the country.

Voting Works – In the same Risk Limiting Audit Report, I found out that the program that was used for the audit is called Arlo and the vendor is Voting Works, a Left-Leaning, Non-Profit according to Influence Watch, that is funded by a George Soros organization. Also, according to Influence Watch, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security partnered with Voting Works to pilot the use of its vote verification software in six battleground states during the November 2020 election.

The Center For Voter Information (recently mailed 2.1 Million Absentee Ballot Applications in Virginia) a Left-Wing, Non-Profit that is operating in Florida. The return address on their mail pieces is 800 Ocala Rd., Ste. #300 #318, Tallahassee, FL 32304. This is not a physical address, but a UPS Store mailbox. Another is The Center for Tech and Civic Life which has distributed $18 Million in Zuckerberg Grants in Florida.

As usual with the left they have names/titles that sound great but their purposes are strictly to push leftist/Marxist agendas.

VIDEO: Florida Sheriff states, ‘Evil Can Never Be Dead Enough’

Brevard Sheriff Wayne Ivey Releases Dashcam of Deputy-Involved Shooting. Sheriff Ivey states, “Evil Can Never Be Dead Enough.”

Space Coast Daily reports:

SHERIFF IVEY: This suspect is a perfect example of what is wrong with our Criminal Justice System as he is a Registered Career Criminal with 23 felony arrests and 17 misdemeanor arrests for narcotics trafficking, aggravated assault with a weapon, robbery with a firearm, battery on law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and attempted first-degree felony murder.

[ … ]

This career criminal was actually out on bond and on our streets where he could attempt to kill our Deputies and put other lives at risk when he should have been locked safely behind bars a long time ago where he couldn’t victimize another citizen or innocent bystander. Why is a thug with this kind of criminal history even given a bond where he can be out on our streets to harm someone else?

For Gods Sake – STAND UP FOR AMERICA!

On 9/11 I met up with friends, new and old, family and fellow American folk at the courthouse steps in Clearwater for a patriotic flag waving to commemorate 9/11. There was a good size crowd. It was not a pro Trump rally. It was for 9/11. ( It is true that the majority wished Trump was in our White House! )

We came from many groups, old tea party patriots, former military, current military, retired and serving LEO, Oathkeepers, The Proud Boys, The III%ers plus patriots galore and Bikers for Trump. We were all there to remember 9/11 regardless of political affiliations. Surely you would think that Democrats and Republicans could come together over that one event in our history. About 75% to 80% of cars going by waved and hooted their horns but we got a good few middle finger salutes and rude gesticulations. Why?? Ignorance? Hatred? Fear? Hatred of the American flag. ( There were lots of them but there is a train of thought among the woke that those of us holding and revering the Stars and Stripes means we are racist and right wing extremists. ) A combination of all and more? Strange how a lot of cars with northern ‘blue state’ tags ignored or told us we were number 1! Do all northerners and Democrats use the middle finger to tell you that you are number one? Just asking for a friend. As that friend says, “welcome to Florida! Now go home!”

We were also informed by a petty and obviously small minded possibly Democrat minded security guard to not stand on the Court upper pavement. (He was the same one that called police on us at a previous rally held there. Didn’t go anywhere by the way!) I at once loudly and vociferously complained and informed him that the Court house belonged to we, the people and tax payers of Pinellas county and not the county commissioners or their lackeys. His salary was also covered by we, the people as tax payers of this county. I asked him if BLM were protesting would he have moved them? He told me he was just doing his job and I informed him so were the Germans as they led the Jews to their deaths. He walked away muttering but defeated and I stood my ground. A small victory but a victory.

I also met up with Paul Hodgkins, 38, the first January 6th protestor at the Capitol building to be sentenced by a political activist, oath breaking so called Judge. ( District Judge Randolph Moss, a Barrack Hussein Obama appointed judge.) He was about to go surrender himself in at the federal prison in Miami to begin his incredibly unjust 8 month sentence as a political prisoner. His crime? It was horrendous. Wait for it …….He had a Trump flag and was in the Capitol building taking pictures. An obvious domestic terrorist. Lol. No prior criminal record. Not even a parking ticket. No probation for him. Nope! Prison time. ( I have enclosed a link to his story at the bottom of this blog for those who have not followed it. ) I have copied and pasted some of that sorry assed judges words here:

District Judge Randolph Moss called literally waving the flag for Trump an unmistakable sign of loyalty to a single person rather than the country and democracy.

HUH????

“Although Mr. Hodgkins was only one member of a larger mob, he actively and intentionally participated in an event that threatened not only the security of the Capitol but democracy itself,” Moss said. “That is chilling, for many reasons.”

HUH??? Chilling??? What’s chilling here is a politically motivated leftist Judge who rules per his politics and not the constitution. Chills me to the bone Judge Moss.

Anyone agree with his words? I hope not. That Judge is a disgrace and should resign but won’t.

If any of you want to contribute to our political prisoner financially let me know and I will arrange it. I plan on visiting him while he serves his unconstitutional sentence.

After the event my wife and I went to the local mall. I was shocked that you could count on one hand the number of people wearing anything even resembling patriotic clothing. Remember. This is 9/11!!! It was as if that horrendous event had never happened. Everyone was just walking round laughing and joking as if 9/11 had never happened. America. That was wrong of each and every one of them and offensive to me.

America. I fear for our future. I fear for our kids futures. What sort of nation have we become? We just buckle under petty dictatorship and non constitutional decrees and mandates and move around like freaking lemmings or sheep doing as we are told??? Wearing our masks. Social distancing. Closing our businesses down. Allowing forced vaccinations. Shaming fellow citizens. Living in fear.

We are supposed to be Americans. You know – from the land of the free and living in the home of the brave. Start acting like it or lose your country and everything you value.

Looking at all the above? Let me tell you all right now and here. Loud and clear.

Not this American.

I am tired. I will not buckle down to any type of tyrant or non common sense unconstitutional decrees or regulations or anything else of that type. I have lived and travelled and fought for my freedom and nobody is going to break me or force my subjugation to their leftist ideology. I will continue using my first amendment rights, believing in my second amendment rights. I will continue going to church. I will protest abortion. I will not use ‘woke’ speech. I do not care about thin skinned people. I do not care too much about their sensitivities. I do not care to recognize the extreme but common place LGBTQI enforced agenda. Nor the domestic terror group BLMs agenda. I do not like Islam. I do not like socialists. I do not like marxists. I do not like communists. I will not vaccinate. I will not wear a mask. I will not social distance. I will not elbow bump. I will not fist bump. I will always extend my hand for a firm handshake and will always look you in the eyes to get your true measure. If you cannot meet me the same way – screw you. Sorry but there it is. Hmmm… not sorry!

I love America though. It is my home. I love it deeply. With a deep passion. I know where I come from. I know what I have seen. I know what I have lost. I fought and lost. I know what is probably coming. I will not stand idly by and watch it. Not while I have a breath in my old body.

If we do not get up off our collective derrière and begin fighting back against the petty rules and the tyrannical rule of this federal government run by a crook, a traitor, a pervert, a mentally challenged fraud and obvious Satanist who goes by the name of Joe Biden, orchestrated by an evil racist and definitive traitor Hussein Obama and Valerie Jarrett, we will lose our Constitutional Republic for ever. That which goes never returns. Liberties and freedoms being stolen daily will never be given back.

Time is running out for America. What do you want to do? Surrender or fight? Tell me. We will find the right leadership. They are among us. Everywhere. Trained and ready. Just open your eyes. Listen.

We have God and we have right on our side.

TikTok Still Exposing Kids to Sexual Content

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) is urging TikTok to improve content moderation to better protect children on the platform. A Wall Street Journal investigation found that minors can be exposed to videos featuring sexual content.

“While we have commended TikTok for making significant safety improvements over the last year, it is clear that TikTok needs to do much more to protect minors from exposure to sexual content and pornographic websites. We have been pressing on TikTok to proactively moderate content because even our own research confirms what the Wall Street Journal found: under an account we created as a 13-year-old, we were easily able to find videos promoting OnlyFans, as well as other pornography and prostitution sites despite the fact that this type of material is against TikTok’s Community Guidelines,” said Lina Nealon, director of corporate and strategic initiatives for the National Center on Sexual Exploitation.

“If a social media company like TikTok is not sufficiently and proactively moderating content through AI and human review, kids will continue to be exposed to sexual or pornographic material no matter how many safety controls are in place. TikTok and all social media companies must be accountable for the environments they create, especially when their insufficient policies and practices leave so much room for exploitation, abuse, and harm,” Nealon said.

After being named to NCOSE’s 2020 Dirty Dozen List and meeting with NCOSE, TikTok implemented several of NCOSE’s recommendations to significantly improve their safety features for minors, such as disabling direct messaging for those under 16 and allowing parents to lock controls with a pin code. TikTok was named to NCOSE’s 2021 Dirty Dozen “Watch List,” given the significant improvements it had made to the platform, though NCOSE continued to urge TikTok to default “restricted mode” for minors and improve content moderation. The Dirty Dozen List highlights mainstream contributors to sexual exploitation.

Report: 440,781 Pennsylvania Mail Ballots ‘Went Missing or Undeliverable’ in 2020

Biden is not legitimate.

Public Interest Legal Foundation: 440,781 Pennsylvania Mail Ballots ‘Went Missing or Undeliverable’ in 2020

By: Michael Patrick Leahy, Breitbart, 9 Sep 202

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) released another stunning research brief on the 2020 election Thursday, this time reporting that more than 440,000 mail ballots in Pennsylvania “went missing or undeliverable” in a state Joe Biden won by a certified margin of just 80,555 votes.

“The 2020 General Election set a record in Pennsylvania for rejected mail ballots by election officials. Also, the state lost track of more ballots than the difference in votes between Trump and Biden,” PILF said in a statement that accompanied the release of the report.

A total of 3.1 million ballots were mailed to Pennsylvania voters in 2020. Of these, what happened to 425,606 of these mail ballots is “unknown,” according to data provided by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and analyzed by PILF. In addition, 15,175 were determined to be “undeliverable,” while 34,171 mail ballots returned by voters were rejected by election officials.

All told, 440,781 mail ballots were either “undeliverable” or “unknown.” The number of “missing or undeliverable” mail ballots at 440,781 was nearly five times Biden’s 80,555 vote margin of victory.

A little more than 6.8 million votes were cast in the Pennsylvania 2020 presidential election.

“Pennsylvania lawmakers have serious work to do if they don’t want their election systems to resemble California or Arizona,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in the statement released by the conservative election integrity group. The statement went on to say:

A cure for COVID will not carry over to the mail ballot problems when the current administration and billionaire private interests are committed to seeing more expansion of the practice. Serious reforms must be considered for the Act 77 framework, starting with considerable investments in ballot tracking and voter identification safeguards.

The research brief included the following details on mail ballots in Pennsylvania’s 2020 election:

Pennsylvania lawmakers did not wait for COVID-19 to inject uncertainty in their elections by experimenting with expanded mail voting.

In Fall 2019, the Commonwealth created a noexcuse absentee system with options for permanent mail voting. It also extended the deadline for ballots to arrive by Election Day. After the pandemic, the Wolf Administration moved to extend return deadlines after Election Day and promoted the mail voting option.

By Fall 2020, $8,000,000 in Mark Zuckerberg funds through the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) were used in Pennsylvania counties, funding mail voting expansions. This outcome was so predictable that PILF ordered billboards in advance.

Ballot counting—which used [t0] take hours—ran on for days. Now, Pennsylvania joins several other battleground states for losing track of more ballots than the difference between winning and losing its Electoral College votes. With Act 77 of 2019 now law, this will be the new normal if left alone.

As Breitbart News reported, Pennsylvania received significant funding from two Zuckerberg-funded nonprofits, the CTCL, which provided $350 million in 2020 to privately fund election administration at the county and city level primarily in urban areas around the country, and the Center for Election Innovation and Research, which provided $69 million to privately fund voter engagement and information activities at the state level around the country:

Pennsylvania received a disproportionate percentage of the $419 million donated by Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan and spent by the CTCL and CEIR in 2020.

“Pennsylvania. . . received $35.2 million from CTCL ($22 million) and CEIR ($13.2 million),” Breitbart News reported, which represents 8.4 percent of $419 million. Pennsylvania’s population in 2020 was 13 million, or 3.9 percent of the 331 million population of the United States.

On Wednesday, PILF released a research brief about 2020 election results in Georgia, which concluded, “2020: Biden won Georgia by 11k votes. 27k mail ballots bounced off bad addresses.”

On August 27, PILF released a research brief about 2020 election results in Wisconsin, which concluded, “83k mail ballots went missing or undeliverable,” in that state’s election.

Earlier, on August 18, PILF released a research brief about the national 2020 election results which concluded, “nearly 15 million mail ballots went accounted for in [the] 2020 election.”

PILF is expected to continue to release research briefs on mail ballot results in several additional states in the near future.

VIDEO: Biden WH/CDC Political Corruption Exposed

Biden’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL Vaccine Mandates, Fauci Perjury? Judicial Watch Fights for 1/6 Videos

Teachers Unions Gave Guidance to CDC Director on School COVID Restrictions

The all too powerful teacher unions have been throwing wrenches into efforts to reopen schools amid the pandemic, making all manner of demands with little regard for the students or parents.

Now we know how they have exerted their influence on public officials, particularly in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We received 12 pages of records showing the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and National Education Association (NEA) influencing the director of the CDC and the White House with their own “embargoed vaccine research,” as well as school reopening policy.

Additionally, the CDC Director states that she used the unions’ language in the CDC’s school reopening policy. (Some of these emails have been previously disclosed.)

We obtained the documents through a FOIA request to the CDC asking for:

  • All emails exchanged between CDC Director Rochelle P. Walensky and email accounts ending in aft.org and/or nea.org.
  • All emails exchanged between CDC Principal Deputy Director Anne Schuchat and email accounts ending in aft.org and/or nea.org.
  • All emails exchanged between CDC Acting Associate Director for Communications Abbigail Tumpey and email accounts ending in aft.org and/or nea.org.
  • All emails exchanged between CDC Associate Director for Policy and Strategy Robin M. Ikeda and email accounts ending in aft.org and/or nea.org.

The records, some of which had been previously released, reveal:

  • On February. 8, 2021, Rebecca Pringle, president of the National Education Association (NEA), emailed Director of the CDC, Rochelle Walensky, requesting an advance copy of the CDC school-related COVID-19 guidance:

I am writing to request an advance copy of CDC school-related COVID-19 guidance that I understand are to be released this week. We will, of course, keep them confidential until they are public. I want to be prepared for any media or internal questions that come after they are released.

Any other information you can offer about the timing of their release is appreciated….

P.S. Our team will be briefing the CDC and White House staff today on our embargoed vaccine research. I will be sure you receive the research memo with our findings after they meet today.

  • In an email exchange on February 1, 2021, American Federation of Teachers (AFT) Senior Director of Health Issues, Kelly Trautner to CDC officials, White House officials, and AFT colleagues, Trautner thanks everyone for the “rich discussion about forthcoming CDC guidance:”
Thank you again for Friday’s rich discussion about forthcoming CDC guidance and for your openness to the suggestions made by our president, Randi Weingarten, and the AFT. We are hopeful that lines of communications will remain open, and that we can serve as a true thought partner as you continue the important work toward safe reopening of schools.

We crafted the language below using a NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) document, as well as language in some of our agreements with school employers. Thank you for considering it

White House official Carole Johnson forwards Trautner’ s email to Walensky writing, “AFT followed up w suggested lang[uage] on accommodations per your exchange with Randi.”

On February 3, 2021, Walensky replied to CDC, HHS, White House, and AFT officials:

I just wanted to circle back and extend my gratitude for the language you have provided below. Regrets for my delay in reply but I wanted to be certain you knew it is being worked into (with just a few small tweaks) the school reopening guidance. We have also included the executive summary you suggested.

Please know that we are listening and working hard to ensure your confidence and partnership in this endeavor.

Within the “language” provided by Trautner to the White House officials, she suggested adding,

Employers should provide reassignment, remote work, or other options for staff who have documented high-risk conditions or who are at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19 to limit the risk of workplace exposure. Options for reassignment include telework, virtual teaching opportunities, modified job responsibilities, environmental modifications, scheduling flexibility, or temporary reassignment to different job responsibilities.

Trautner replied to Walensky:

Thank you so much for your responsiveness to the suggestions made by Randi and our team. We are immensely grateful for your genuine desire to earn our confidence and your commitment to partnership. We will pass this message along to Randi. She will certainly be most grateful.

On February 11, 2021, Trautner continued the exchange, emailing Walensky:

Thank you for your continued openness to our suggestions and input. We would like to share some thoughts regarding the paragraph below which was apparently leaked from the imminent guidance on reopening schools:

“At any level of community transmission, all schools can provide in-person instruction (either full or hybrid), through strict adherence to mitigation strategies. Recommended learning modes vary to minimize risk of SARS-CoV-2 transmission in school by emphasizing layered mitigation, including school policies requiring universal and correct mask use. The recommended learning modes (in-person, hybrid) depend on the level of community transmission and strict adherence to mitigation.”

It would be great to see the insertion some variation of the following: “In the event high-community transmission results from a new variant of SARS-CoV-2, a new update of these guidelines may be necessary.”

We are deeply concerned about likely implications this language will have in schools where strict adherence to mitigation strategies is lacking or is impossible to implement, particularly those schools in high-density, crumbling infrastructure areas, and particularly when community transmission is high. We don’t believe that any current research has demonstrated that all schools in those areas can safely reopen.

  • On March 17, 2021, Trautner emailed Walensky about a call from Weingarten, saying: “Randi is hoping to schedule a call with your folks about reopening issue, including maintaining mitigation protections and what might be needed in the context of higher vaccination numbers.”
  • On March 23, 2021, AFT President Randi Weingarten emailed Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona and Walensky, saying that she had noted the “shift” in CDC’s guidance regarding physical distancing in schools with “keen interest.”
  • On March 20, 2021, the CDC issued new “guidance” reducing suggested physical distancing from 6 feet to 3 feet for students.

Weingarten stated:

[A]lthough I was very worried about the implications of the shift, I reserved judgment until we could review the new studies that were presented….

[W]e are not convinced that the evidence supports changing physical distancing requirements at this time. Our concern is that the cited studies do not identify the baseline mitigation strategies needed to support 3 feet of physical distancing.

[W]e conclude that any shift from 6 feet to 3 feet must be accompanied by, at a minimum, universal and correct masking; effective ventilation; thorough cleaning of buildings; regular COVID-19 testing of teachers, staff and students; effective contact tracing and quarantine/isolation protocols; and the availability of vaccines to all people in schools who are eligible.

Weakening one layer of layered mitigation demands that the other layers must be strengthened. We strongly urge you, in any discussion of this shift, to forcefully insist on strict and strengthened adherence to the other mitigation strategies….

After months of mixed messaging and misinformation, consistency from our public health officials is a welcome change. But as educators with the expertise on how physical distancing works in schools, we have immediate logistical questions….

Weingarten added a list of questions regarding how school personnel can move about, whether simulcasting lessons was still necessary, and what the government’s mitigation strategies timeline was.

  • On April 9, 2021, Weingarten emailed Walensky about “Requesting Meeting about Variants,” stating: “On behalf of the AFT we would request a meeting with the CDC on the impact of the Covid variants, particularly what we are seeing in schools and communities.”
Walensky replied, “Dear Randi, Many thanks for reaching out. I’ll connect with my team and work to make this happen.”

What qualifies partisan teachers unions, other than generous contributions to allied politicians, to provide the CDC with public health guidance on reopening schools? The CDC is corrupted by politics and is dishonest when it suggests it is merely “following the science.”

Judicial Watch Seeks Evidence in Lawsuit against U.S. Capitol Police for January 6 Videos

Nancy Pelosi and her U.S. Capitol Police must have something to hide about January 6. Why else would they be hiding evidence from the American people?

Undeterred by their stonewalling, we filed a motion for discovery in our lawsuit against the United States Capitol Police (USCP) for videos and emails and videos concerning the disturbance at the U.S. Capitol on January 6 (Judicial Watch v. United States Capitol Police (No. 1:21-cv-00401)).

Congress exempts itself from the Freedom of Information Act, we brought this case under the common law right of access to public records. The US Capitol Police declined to produce any records about the disturbance, however, arguing that the requested videos and other records are not “public records” and the public interest doesn’t warrant their release.

We asked the court to grant us the ability to gather evidence about the preservation and use of the infamous January 6 videos:

This case concerns whether the public has a right of access to records about what Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi has describe as “one of the darkest days in our nation’s history,” “an attack on our very democracy [,]” and “an attack on the peaceful transfer of power.” Speaker Pelosi also has stated, “It is imperative that we find the truth of that day and ensure that such an assault on our Capitol and Democracy cannot ever again happen.”

To find out the truth about what took place at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 and to understand how Defendant United States Capitol Police and other government entities responded on that day, Plaintiff Judicial Watch requested access to certain communications and video recordings.
(Judicial Watch) therefore moves for limited discovery to seek evidence to prove that the requested records are public records subject to the common law right of access and that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs the government’s interest in keeping the records secret.

We filed the lawsuit for:

  • Email communications between the U.S. Capitol Police Executive Team and the Capitol Police Board concerning the security of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The timeframe of this request is from January 1, 2021 through January 10, 2021.
  • Email communications of the Capitol Police Board with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security concerning the security of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The timeframe of this request is from January 1, 2021through January 10, 2021.
  • All video footage from within the Capitol between 12 pm and 9 pm on January 6, 2021

As the Pelosi House seeks the confidential phone and social media records of countless Americans concerning January 6, its U.S. Capitol Police is covering up 14,000 hours of video about what really happened that day. The U.S. Capitol Police should be required to explain under oath its reasons for refusing to turn over even one second of January 6 video to the American people.

U.S. Invests Millions to Bring Racial, Ethnic ‘Equity’ to STEM Education

You will be forgiven if you think operating a computer has nothing to do with race. And you would be wrong, at least according to the leftist-controlled National Science Foundation, which is pushing extremist and racist Critical Race Theory. Our Corruption Chronicles blog has the story.

Weeks after giving a private college hundreds of thousands of dollars to “identify any existence of systemic inequities” in science, technology, engineering, and math fields (STEM), the U.S. government is doling out nearly $2 million to address racial and gender disparities in high school computer education. The money will come from the National Science Foundation (NSF), which was created by Congress seven decades ago to promote the progress of science, advance national health and prosperity and secure the national defense. With an annual budget of $8.5 billion, the NSF funds more than a quarter of research conducted at American colleges and universities, where theft of intellectual property by Communist China is pervasive.

While the NSF is one of the government agencies that has long permitted Chinese Communist scientists to steal billions in taxpayer-funded research, it is also keeping up with the current climate of political correctness. A few days ago, the agency awarded two public universities a total of $1.9 million to “address the historical and current racial and gender disparities in participation in high school computer science education.” The project is part of a broader program called Researching Equity and Antiracist Learning in Computer Science (REAL-CS) that focuses on expanding participation for black, indigenous, “Latinx” (the new, politically correct gender-neutral term for Latino or Latina) and Pacific Islander students by addressing systemic barriers in high school computer science education. REAL-CS is designed to sustain another publicly-funded, “equity-focused” initiative called Exploring Computer Science (ECS) dedicated to “democratizing” the field by increasing opportunities for “traditionally underrepresented” high school students after a study identified disparities along “race and socioeconomic lines.”

The recent NSF allocations will go to the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Oregon. UCLA, which has its own CS Equity Project, is getting $1,026,000 from the NSF to help prepare teachers nationwide to reach thousands of minority high school students to take “an equity-focused CS course,” according to the grant announcement. The University of Oregon will receive $873,999 to do the same. “Overall, the key goal of REAL-CS is to create the necessary conditions and capacity in high schools that lead to equitable participation of students of color in high-quality computer science classes,” according to the NSF. The agency assures the costly program will create systemic change by increasing the use of racially and culturally inclusive practices, refreshing existing curriculum and supplementary curricular materials with antiracist design tenets, and conducting deep qualitative research nationwide that investigates equity-oriented teacher beliefs and practices.

Weeks before awarding the UCLA and Oregon grants, the NSF gave a private liberal arts college in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania more than a quarter of a million dollars to uncover “any existence of systemic inequities and advancement barriers related to gender, race, and ethnicity in STEM faculty.” The $271,594 grant will fund a project at Bucknell University, which has an enrollment of 3,724, that uses quantitative and qualitative data to develop and implement a plan to remove such barriers. “This project will bring significant insights into issues facing women and underrepresented minority faculty that are unique to STEM disciplines and in a primarily undergraduate institution that strives to enhance diversity in students, faculty and staff,” the NSF writes in the grant announcement. The project is part of a larger initiative called Self-Assessment of Gender, Racial, and Ethnic Equity (AGREE) in STEM Faculty that aims to uncover systemic inequities centered around recruitment, retention, and promotion processes facing women and faculty members underrepresented in STEM disciplines.

The NSF has been embroiled in its fair share of scandals over the years. Most recently, the agency was outed along with several others, including the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Energy’s national laboratories, for long permitting Communists working in the U.S. to steal scientific research. This was the subject of a scathing U.S. Senate report that determined billions of dollars in scientific research funded by American taxpayers have been stolen by China and the U.S. government has no viable plan to stop the ongoing theft of the highly valued intellectual property, which congressional investigators assure “has contributed to China’s global rise over the last 20 years.” The NSF was also embroiled in a porn scandal years ago in which employees spent significant portions of their workdays watching, downloading and emailing pornography on government computers without ever getting caught.

VIDEO: The Media Isn’t Talking About The Americans Left Behind!

“I watched the news all morning today, and I am horrified to see very little mention of the Americans who are still in Afghanistan. This week, the last flight took off and we have thousands of Americans stranded.”

Watch Brigitte in this incredible interview discussing private citizens attempting to rescue Americans left behind in Afghanistan and more. ACT NOW! and call on Congress to leave no Americans behind. Watch:

Read this important article by Dr. Stephen Kirby providing important facts we need to know about the Afghan refugees arriving in America.

Bringing in Afghan Refugees with All of Their ‘Luggage’

By Dr. Stephen M. Kirby

What’s not being talked about.

Afghanistan has fallen to the Taliban and American forces are withdrawing.  As with such ventures, this has resulted in tens, if not hundreds of thousands of Afghan refugees fleeing their own country.  And as night follows day, this has also resulted in calls by many American individuals and organizations to bring in as many of those refugees as possible, because we “owe” it to the Afghans.

To hear such claims, one would think that these many thousands of refugees will immediately become part of America, sharing our values and ideas, and contributing to our communities.

What is not being talked about are the values, ideas, and culture those refugees are bringing with them.

In order to better understand the people many are calling to be brought in by the tens of thousands, let’s look at some considerations about the society from which these refugees are coming.

National Security

There are two national security issues that must be acknowledged.

First, a 2019 study found that 13% of Afghans had a lot of (4%) or a little (9%) sympathy for the Taliban.[1]  This means that for every 100,000 Afghan refugees brought into the United States, we could expect about 13,000 of them to have varying degrees of sympathy for the Taliban.

Then we need to take into consideration that 39% of Afghans think that “suicide bombing” in defense of Islam is often or sometimes justified.[2]  If we use the 4% number for those with a lot of sympathy for the Taliban, this means that out of every 100,000 Afghans we could have up to about 1,560 Afghans believing that “suicide bombing” could often be justified.[3]

Combining these two issues means we could be bringing in a potentially significant base of support for a jihadist group; and that base of support could include a large number willing to engage in jihadist attacks in the United States using explosives.

Roe v Wade at risk after SCOTUS declines to block Texas heartbeat bill

The US Supreme Court has declined to hear a challenge to a Texas law which bans abortions after a foetal heartbeat is detected. This has effectively closed abortion clinics in Texas, as a heartbeat can be detected at about six weeks. Women who want abortions will have to travel to neighbouring states.

For abortion supporters this is Armageddon. Planned Parenthood clinics have stopped scheduling abortions beyond six weeks from conception.

Writing in The Guardian, two feminist activists declared: “Since Roe v Wade was decided nearly 50 years ago, abortion opponents have been plotting its demise. Now the end may be near. Feminists need our own plan to advance reproductive freedom. That means preparing for a post-Roe world.”

And worse than post-Roe, worse than post-Apocalyptic, it is un-Texan. As an abortion doctor in north Texas, Ghazaleh Moayedi, told the BBC: “Providing abortion care, and accessing abortion care is actually the very heart of being Texan.”

President Joe Biden denounced the law as “extreme”. He declared that he would launch a “whole-of-government” response to oppose the law – although what that means is uncertain.

For abortion foes, however, this is a sweet victory. At least a dozen other states have passed laws which ban abortions of foetuses early in a pregnancy, but all of them have been stymied by injunctions. “Starting today, every unborn child with a heartbeat will be protected from the ravages of abortion,” Governor Greg Abbott tweeted. “Texas will always defend the right to life.”

Politicians in Arkansas, South Dakota and Florida are said to be considering a version of the Texas six-week abortion ban in their states.

But much of the reaction to the ban is hyperbolic. While Roe v Wade, which made abortion a constitutional right in the US in 1973, is manifestly under threat, the Supreme Court majority took great pains to make clear that their decision was made on procedural grounds and did not touch upon constitutional issues.

The problem for pro-abortion groups in Texas is that the new law has been very cleverly drafted. It does not criminalise abortion or abetting an abortion. Instead, it permits private citizens, even non-residents of Texas, to launch a civil suit. This tactic removes the state government from the complaint and makes it difficult for abortion clinics to create a test case to bring before the Supreme Court. At the same time anyone involved in an abortion is in danger of copping a US$10,000 fine plus substantial legal costs.

So the pro-life legal victory is a temporary one. Litigation will continue in lower courts. A more substantial case has been brought by the state of Mississippi, which will be probably heard later in December with a decision to be handed down next year.

In the meantime, lawyers are fretting about the legal fall-out of this unusual tactic.

“I confess that I have very serious reservations about the Texas legislation,” wrote David French, a pro-life pundit at The Dispatch. “The reason why is simple—it represents a clever way to engineer temporary deprivations of constitutional rights.”

Imagine a different scenario. Let’s imagine that a state or city bans the sale of, say, all semiautomatic rifles or handguns. But instead of enforcing the ban directly, it states that citizens can sue any person or corporation who sells a gun and any person or corporation who aids or abets the sale of a gun. Such a provision would be blatantly unconstitutional, but it may take time to resolve the issue—time that could cost a person the ability to defend themselves from deadly violence.

Even if the creative legislation only blocks abortion in Texas temporarily, the pro-life movement is gathering momentum. As columnist Timothy P. Carney pointed out in the Washington Examiner, “A majority in a recent CBS poll (54%) want abortion to be more restricted than it currently is. That means they want Roe and Casey to be struck down or replaced with a completely different court precedent.”

13 YEARS IS A LONG, LONG TIME. . . .

In Judaism, 13 is a blessed number, as it is the age of accountability for boys to spiritually and ritually become men, taking on the responsibilities of an adult. 13 is momentous mindfulness, the beginning of a new life cycle.

After 13 years of antisemitic persecution in South Florida’s Manatee County, our family was evicted from my Dad’s beloved modest condominium for the sake of Judenrein at Heritage Village West Condominiums (HVW) – the absence of Jews, as a former Board Officer had expressly vowed to drive out the Jews.

The perfect storm of antisemitism in Florida’s capital of antisemitism, scenic Manatee County, involves willing lawyers, organizations, neighbors, community leaders, judges, and clergy, none of whom will object to or protest against decades of grotesque discrimination against Jews. It is the perfect storm amidst the ravages of the COVID pandemic, when life stopped for awhile but not hate.

Like the viral pandemic, Jew-hatred is a highly-contagious disease, passing easily from person to person, group to group, neighbor to neighbor, congregant to fellow worshipper, community to nearby community, state to state, and nation to nation. Like the corona pandemic, it must be eradicated. In Manatee County in 13 years of persecution, not a single official spoke or demonstrated against the repeated vandalism of our property on and near to Jewish Holy Days, deflating and slitting of our car tires, theft of our personal possessions, threats against us, years of extortionate demands upon us for scores of thousands of dollars, intimidation, mocking of us in court, and illegal eviction of us on July 14, 2021, by orders of Judges Edward Nicholas and Charles Sniffen.

Amongst the written threats to us were: “Be warned, I’ll be keeping an eye on you.”; “The last thing you want to do is make an enemy of me.”; “By the way, you make yourselves look foolish with this [Holocaust] survivor crap.”

By order of the Florida Court of Appeal, Judge Nicholas was officially removed due to his bias and prejudice against us from the eviction case that HVW had filed against my husband, Lawrence Newman, and me pursuant to Florida’s rent diversion statute (F.S. 718.116(11)) that expressly requires four criteria to be met for eviction of a family by a condominium association. While it was undisputed that our family never met the criteria of “rent”-paying “tenants” under contract with our Dad for less than one year, and our family never refused to divert said alleged “rent” from HVW condo owner, Al Katz (who never charged us rent), to HVW, the lawsuit filed by attorney Scott K. Petersen falsely claimed that Lawrence and Beverly Newman refused to divert their “rent” from Al Katz to HVW in December 2015 and January 2016 – 5 1/2 years after our Dad had moved to Heaven and could not receive “rent” from anyone.

In the course of years of perjurious litigation against us, Judge Edward Nicholas ordered me to produce all of my confidential intimate medical records, including gynecological exams, from the time of my birth, for HVW’s lawyers to inspect and for the Judge to personally review himself, purportedly to confirm that I have asthma. Illegal subpoenas were sent by HVW to my physicians in New Mexico and Ohio, threatening them with contempt of court although the court had no jurisdiction over them. Judge Nicholas refused to sanction the lawyers for overt intimidation of my physicians.

In the course of years of eviction litigation, Judge Nicholas variously referred to our Jewish family in classic antisemitic accusations, which would not even be hurled at habitual criminals: “deliberate callousness”; “gross indifference”; “bizarre”; “egregiousness”; “vindictive”; “abject contempt”; “gross indifference”; “abuse”; “egregious and inappropriate indifference”; “contumacious disregard.”

Far from habitual criminals, I am an author of children’s books and nationally-published articles, a Holocaust educator, and Director of the Al Katz Center for Holocaust Survivors & Jewish Learning with my husband, who is also a Holocaust educator. My Dad, Al Katz, was a slave for the Nazis for seven years in concentration camps across Europe. He was also a guardianship Ward of the State of Florida, due, in large measure, to the direct involvement of HVW Officers and Board Members, who refused to evict the four convicted criminals exploiting and abusing him at HVW, namely, Randall Scribner, Sara Scribner, Peter Klimek, and Fred Carreras, whose collective felonies include: child molesting, narcotics drug dealing, aggravated assault on an officer, grand theft, spouse abuse, car thefts, armed robbery, escape, aggravated battery, resisting arrest, burglary, forgery, DUI, violations of probation, receiving stolen property, prowling, disorderly intoxication, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Nonetheless, HVW fought relentlessly to evict its only remaining Jewish family through years of perjurious filings and classic antisemitic accusations that we were “dishonest and “not credible.” Since our fraudulent eviction, we cannot rent anywhere due to our “eviction history.” Our lives and work are utterly severed, and we have had to start a new life in our old age.

During the perfect storm of antisemitism amidst the perfect pandemic, The Creator has blessed us with fortitude and inspiration to persevere. We have no more deflated and slit tires, no more angry false accusations by neighbors; but we also have the majority of our worldly possessions left behind in the haste of our eviction in the condominium that our Dad worked and paid for as we were given only 24-hours notice to vacate.

Eviction is a major, major life cycle event, which can be life-threatening even in healthy circumstances. During a deadly pandemic, eviction is inherently dangerous, and hordes of precautions must be taken to protect one’s health. These factors were discarded and disregarded by two Manatee County judges, HVW Officers, and a plethora of HVW attorneys with no respect for Jewish lives, beginning with the life of an 89-year-old Holocaust Survivor who had suffered skull fractures, extreme facial and head wounds, and intracranial hemorrhaging at the hands of the violent criminals whom HVW refused to evict.

This is the perfect storm of antisemitism that threatens the entire society and world just as it did in the Holocaust, costing 60 million lives globally. Yet, here we sit watching the same reruns and not knowing the ending. Here we sit silent, voiceless, thoughtlessly waiting for another sequel to our own destruction by Jew-haters in tailored suits and honored professions.

Massive Crowd At Vax Mandate Protest, Even NY Union Leaders Taking de Blasio’s Vaccine Passport/Mandate to Court

Aug 25, 2021. Say NO to Mayor de Blasio’s vaccine mandates and vaccine passports outside NY City Hall; a massive crowd gathered representing multiple city unions.

Michael Kane, one of many founders of the group said, “Our official position is that people should be able to make their own choices regarding masks and vaccines. We have teachers who don’t want to be vaccinated and the UFT is trying to force them.” He announced that he too is leaving the New York City Teachers Union (UFT)

“As many of you know I publicly announced I am leaving my union, the UFT … Leaving the union does not mean I am leaving my NYC DOE job … It just means I will no longer be paying union dues to the UFT while I teach in NYC.

The United States Supreme Court has ruled I cannot be compelled to pay any union dues or fees as a condition of my employment.  As of this date, I revoke any dues deduction authorization that I may have signed and no longer authorize the deduction of any union dues or fees from my paycheck.

The President of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), Randi Weingarten was on the record that she supported forcing teachers to get the COVID vaccine to keep our jobs. Thankfully due to pressure fron TEACHERS FOR CHOICE she reversed those comments. We cannot stop fighting!”

Michael Kane introduced singer, Lisa Eden, to sing the National Anthem. She also spoke, before she sang, about entertainment union/producer mandates.

Decided to post two videos at Rumble. Thought You Tube may not like the RFK Jr assoc . They were banned by Instagram. However, it seems his Children’s Health Defense has remained on You Tube.

Mary Holland – President, Legal Counsel for Children’s Health Defense. She supports medical freedom. Freedom of Choice. Opposes Vaccine Mandates and Passports.  She has testified to retain or expand vaccination exemptions in the California, West Virginia, Maine and Vermont legislatures and written several law review articles and blog posts on vaccine law and policy. She is the co-author and co-editor of the books “Vaccine Epidemic” and “HPV Vaccine on Trial: Seeking Justice for a Generation Betrayed. [https://rumble.com/vlrqlg-mary-holland-chd-spoke-at-nyc-unions-for-choice-protest.html]

Alix Mayer, California President of Children’s Health Defense. She supports medical freedom. Freedom of Choice. Opposes Vaccine Mandates and Passports and spoke in great detail re the Passports.[https://rumble.com/vlrr83-alix-mayer-pres.-ca.-childrens-health-def.-at-ny-unions-for-choice-protest.html]

Dancer Heather Berman spoke passionately about what forced vaccines has meant for her and other performers – the entertainment unions and producer mandates:

“Throughout the pandemic, American political and public-health leaders have been following Rahm Emanuel’s classic dictum for power-seeking officials: “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” Now they’ve adopted a corollary: You never want a crisis to end.

It does NONE of the above.

Which is why Freedom of CHOICE is so imperative.

”Union leaders representing 350,000 city workers plan to file a legal action to stop Mayor de Blasio from implementing a vaccine mandate for Department of Education employees without their input. From Harry Nespoli, chair of the Municipal Labor Committee: his group is filing an unfair labor practices complaint over the new directive.” [https://nypost.com/2021/08/23/union-leaders-taking-de-blasios-doe-vaccine-mandate-to-court/]

For some leaving the union becomes a necessary CHOICE. (Updates on leaving the union)

“Leaving the union is actually simple and is merely a letter you will write and send to the NYC DOE and the UFT. We will have a template of a letter for you with all info on where to send it. You lose absolutely none of your benefits if you leave the union. You do not lose any medical benefits nor any of your welfare fund benefits (glasses, prescription drugs, etc…) You do lose representation from your union, you cannot attend union meetings and you will likely get a stank eye from your chapter leader in your school building. I know of at least 2 chapter leaders who are ready to leave the UFT.”

SEPTEMBER 13th WILL BE WAY BIGGER SO STAY TUNED FOR THAT PROTEST ANNOUNCEMENT

VIDEO: January 6th Political Prisoners of Biden Admin File Formal Complaint With UN Human Rights Committee

Tortured, beaten and kept in solitary, the Americans who stood for election integrity on January 6th are prisoners of war.

Decent, freedom loving Americans have no recourse. Imagine the desperation — the United Nations Human Rights Committee.

At noon on Aug. 27, 2021, outside the United Nations in New York City, Look Ahead America (LAA)and Citizens Against Political Persecution (CAPP) announced they will present a joint letter to the United Nations Human Rights Committee to investigate and demand relief for the Biden Administration’s January 6 political prisoners.

Speaking,  Matt Braynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America and Cara Castronuova, Founder of Citizens Against Political Persecution (CAPP) regarding their  Formal Complaint. They are demanding sanctions against key Biden Administration Officials.

From the complaint:

“Today I write in support of basic human rights for a specific group of Americans who have been disparately and inhumanely treated by their government – singled out, imprisoned, and even physically abused – because of their political beliefs. As outlined herein, LAA has sought relief from several members of the United States government, as well as other U.S.-based human rights advocacy groups. We have been largely ignored, and human rights violations continue unabated, with no relief in sight. Those avenues exhausted, and in recognition of the United Nations’ long and prestigious history of human rights advocacy, we ask for your review and consideration of these prisoners’ plight.”

Matt Braynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America, made the following statement:

“Not only do we urge the United Nations to investigate this abuse of human rights, but we ask that other governments hold US officials to the same standards US officials have held others around the world. Just as the US government has imposed sanctions on foreign leaders whom they allege have fallen short of international norms, we urge government around the world to impose travel restrictions and financial penalties against President Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and other US government officials who involved in this gross violation of human rights.”

Cara Castronuova, Executive Director of Citizens Against Political Persecution, made the following statement:

“We here at Citizens Against Political Persecution have been fighting for the January 6th detainees for months now. The government continues to unconstitutionally detain our fellow American citizens and we feel that submitting this letter to the United Nations is the next logical step towards justice. Hopefully the United Nations hears our plea, as we are the voices of the unheard political prisoners right now who are not able to speak for themselves.”

President Trump: All U.S. States Should Go to Paper Ballots, Same-Day in-Person Voting, Voter ID

Like most countries ……

But make no mistake, the democrats will declare civil war if we try to hold free and fair elections.

Donald Trump: All U.S. States Should Go to Paper Ballots, Same-Day in-Person Voting, Voter ID

By: Matthew Boyle, Breitbart, 2 Sep 2021:BEDMINSTER, New Jersey — Former President Donald Trump told Breitbart News that all states should ditch voting machines and return solely to paper ballots, in addition to eliminating early voting and instituting voter ID requirements coast to coast. Asked during a nearly two-hour interview at his golf club last week what reforms he thinks could fix the system and restore confidence in American elections, Trump listed several things he hopes states will implement to reform the system

“Voter ID is very important,” Trump told Breitbart News. “Frankly, going to paper ballots is better than anything you can do — paper ballots. Going to paper ballots. You know, Canada uses paper ballots. I think going to paper ballots would be the best thing if you want to have accurate elections. Countries that do paper ballots — solidly watched paper ballots — those are the ones that work. And stop the mail-in ballots unless it’s for military and overseas or very sick people, people that just can’t vote — and they have to have some kind of a real excuse. I think paper ballots, same-day voting would be great. Those things, you’d straighten out your elections.”

Canada does use paper ballots. In fact, late last year in November 2020, Canadian election officials made that clear in a public statement:

Trump also said during the interview he is encouraged by some actions taken at the grassroots level to reform elections across the country, particularly in Texas where the state legislature just cleared final hurdles to get a bill through to Gov. Greg Abbott (R) who is expected to sign it soon. Trump, though, had harsh words for Georgia — the state’s new law has been viciously criticized by the left, but Trump thinks it does not go far enough. He said Gov. Brian Kemp (R) weakened the proposal.

“Georgia’s new law is not strong,” Trump said. “Texas’s new law is strong. Georgia’s new law is not strong because the governor of Georgia didn’t want it to be strong. It’s better than it was, but it’s not strong.”

Trump also said that Republicans need to focus not just on the future — 2022, 2024, and beyond — but also on exposing what he says happened last year.

“The single biggest topic for the Republican Party is the voter fraud of 2020 — not 2022, not 2024,” Trump said. “You’ll never get to 2024, you’ll never get to 2022.”

He pointed to various audits from around the country, like in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania as important. But he said the establishment media ignoring voter fraud and election issues make it harder to get his side of the story out.

“Here’s the question. This is a new phenomena. This is what happens with Communism. You can’t have a scandal if nobody writes about it.” Trump said, “Look at what they’re finding in Georgia. Look at what they’re finding in Arizona. I mean, Arizona they want to recheck and double-check — people can’t even believe. Look, that’s being done by the Senate, not by me. But people can’t believe the kinds of numbers coming out. They’re massive. Now, you’re starting in Wisconsin. Now, Pennsylvania is moving because they said, ‘wait a minute.’”

Trump is also watching what is coming out from broader national pushes to investigate what happened last year. Asked about a recent report on a forthcoming investigation from True the Vote — one such election integrity group — that claims it has obtained cell phone GPS ping data from hundreds of alleged “ballot traffickers” who allegedly went to multiple ballot drop boxes in key cities in a number of these swing states multiple times, Trump said he thinks it is a “big deal.”

“This is a big deal. This is a big deal. I know — I’ve been hearing about it,” Trump said of True the Vote’s forthcoming investigation.

The group says it has obtained surveillance video from ballot drop boxes in Georgia to back up its case and those videos will be coming out soon, as Breitbart News has recently reported.

Trump also in the interview cited multiple recent reports from Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) president and general counsel J. Christian Adams, who, using Election Assistance Commission (EAC) government data, reports that 15 million mail ballots nationwide were unaccounted for in the 2020 election.

An election worker opens envelopes containing vote-by-mail ballots for the August 4 Washington state primary at King County Elections in Renton, Washington on August 3, 2020.A sign explaining signature verification is pictured as vote-by-mail ballots for the August 4 Washington state primary are processed at King County Elections in Renton, Washington on August 3, 2020.

Trump argued that the sheer volume of the questionable outcome of those ballots Adams discovered using government data is well over the margins of the outcome of the election between him and Biden. “That’s the election right there,” Trump said.

Adams, who joined Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel after the Trump interview this past weekend to explain his report, said 2020 was “the worst way to run an [American] election.”

“This is not data that we are speculating about,” Adams said. “This is federal data, and that’s where we get the 15 million number. Fifteen million ballots were sent in the mail last year that never ever came back and were counted.”

Ken Blackwell, a longtime conservative activist and former mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio, who serves on the board of Adams’s group PILF and also as the chairman of the America First Public Policy Institute’s Center for Election Integrity, told Breitbart News the two groups and others are digging into what happened in 2020.

“In combination, we have shined a light into the dark corners of the 2020 election, and we are going to continue to beat the drum for transparency. And we are going to litigate, and we have a track record of winning,” Blackwell said.

“There were disturbing patterns of irregularities and constitutional transgressions that took place in the 2020 election,” Blackwell added in a phone interview. “One of the things that makes you go ‘huh?’ is that President Trump was the first president to get 11 million more votes in his reelection effort than his first election, and he lost. Joe Biden won the election with a record low percentage of counties in which he won. The voting public is demanding transparency and a deep dive. While there is no constitutional provision that would boot Joe Biden out of office, there is sufficient evidence that a federalized system which is being proposed by the Democrats and the radical left would undermine states’ rights and common-sense practices that tighten the chain of custody of ballots and establish verification systems that make it clear that people are who they purport to be.”

King County Election workers collect ballots from a drop box in the Washington State primary, Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in Seattle. Washington is a vote by mail state.

Blackwell also serves as the co-chair of the bipartisan International Foundation for Electoral Systems, which he said gives him unique insight into elections worldwide. “There is not another country in the world that uses mail-in ballots on the scale we did in 2020,” Blackwell said. “To top it off, unlike a couple states in the country that use primarily mail-in ballots, most states don’t have the competency to do it without problems.”

Blackwell said in addition to the fact no other countries use mail-in ballots to the extent the United States did in 2020, “most advise against it.”

“There is a reason why you have an election day and that is because you have people voting at this same time at the precinct level and that helps with the verification process,” Blackwell said. “The further we get from voting on the same day, the more risk we take on the chain of custody and verification processes. It’s consistent with balloting all over the globe. The same Biden clown car that gave us the Afghanistan mess wants to take control of our elections. That’s what they want to do with federalizing elections.”

Ashli Babbitt Was Murdered by the Capitol Police

In the wake of the January 6th event at the US Capitol, I want everyone to be clear on where I stand.

First I am former military and retired LEO so I am NOT anti cop or Law Enforcement in any way. However I like justice. It is the corner stone of our Constitutional Republic.

With all the cases in the last 13 years since that treasonous Hussein Obama ratcheted up the evil rhetoric on racial hatred and supposed racism of white police officers against people of color, this story line has only gone in one direction. White police shootings/uses of force on black citizens or those of color and minorities. The white supremacy and white supremists were apparently prevalent in every force in every state of the union and it ran rampant. What a cold faced lie.

Now, my experience after 18 years in law enforcement was that I never witnessed any race issues from white officers against anyone. Nobody put on the uniform and strapped his or her duty belt on with the intention of beating up or killing some human being of color. However, racism from black officers towards their white brothers in uniform and people they came in contact with, were definitely far more obvious. Not everywhere but certainly noticeable. At times almost intolerable but somehow they always got away with it as there seems to be a thought pattern among senior officers that only white people can be racist. They were too scared to run any complaints from white officers against black officers up the chain of command. I know this from personal experience where a blatant act of racism was committed against me with obvious unfounded lies, but it went nowhere however I was under the magnifying glass for a long time.

The one case that bothers me is the murder – yes, murder of Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed, white, blond, slight of build, ( 5’8”and under 140lbs ) airforce veteran ( Babbitt served two tours in Afghanistan and Iraq before later deployments with the National Guard to Kuwait and Qatar ) who was shot by a so-called and for a long time unidentifiable Capitol Police Officer. This lady did not present a clear or present threat to the lives of supposedly well trained and armed police officers. Those who are armed with and trained in the use of less lethal force and weaponry like tasers etc. Those trained in defensive tactics that should have enabled the shooter to take her to the ground. Those officers with bullet proof armor or at least stab proof armor shouldn’t have been in fear of their lives from this small unarmed lady.

For you all here is the name of the Black Capitol Police Officer that murdered Ashli Babbitt.

Lt. Michael L. Byrd.

I gave it to you shortly after January 6th. I want you all to remember it. He has since had interviews on “friendly to him” TV stations where he gives his opinion.

America. He is full of crap. I still say he had no reason to fire a lethal round. His opinion is not questioned by the investigators into the shooting. His opinion seems to be all that matters to the so called investigators. In my opinion he is in the same league as Broward County Deputy Scot Peterson who hid while 17 kids were killed by Nikolas Cruz in a school where he was a resource officer.

They are both cowards. Period. Both a total disgrace to the badge and the job. Both Oath Breakers.

Lt. Byrd is not a small man. Anything but. Powerfully built would appear to be an understatement. Certainly in comparison with the lady he shot due to his being in fear of his life or some other ridiculous thing.

He shot and killed Ashli for no good reason. Maybe he was scared! If so he is in the wrong job and most certainly the wrong rank.

After a top secret review he has been fully exonerated in the shooting death of Ashli. His name was supposed to be kept secret. Not from me. I gave it to you within 48 hours of her murder. Was that because he was a black police officer shooting a white victim? We all know if the colors had been reversed the white officer’s personnel file, full name and home address would have been published within an hour or two of the shooting. He would have been found guilty by the court of public opinion orchestrated by the MSM long before the investigation.

Following the shooting, Byrd’s Internet footprint was scrubbed, including his social media and personal photos. Screw that. When a white officer is accused, tried and convicted in the court of public opinion within minutes after the event his name, address and those of his family, plus his service record is known by everyone. He or she becomes a target as do their homes and the safety of the families. No presumption of innocence is allowed to those officers. No due process. Nothing. Because of color. Racism pushed by the leftist democrats.

But they think covering up this bad shooting is acceptable.

Wrong!

America. It is not. It was in my mind a bad shoot right after it happened from an ill trained and/or cowardly police officer who probably should never have been a Lieutenant or commander of the House Chamber Section of the Capitol Police.

There seems to be one law for white police officers and conservatives and one for black police officers and libtard Democrats. When progressive woke radicals stormed into the state capitols of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Georgia none of them were shot. When left-wing protesters tried breaking down the door of the Supreme Court of the United States while Bret Kavanaugh was sworn in, no one was shot. No patriots at the Capitol building were armed, especially Ashli Babbitt.

Here is one example that could be ascertained of Lt. Michael L. Byrds police record. It is troubling. In 2019, Byrd was investigated for leaving his service weapon laying unattended in a Capitol bathroom. The firearm was Byrd’s service Glock 22, the same style weapon that was reportedly used to assassinate Ashli Babbitt. I guess he felt lighter after he relieved himself and didn’t notice the 34.39 oz weight of a fully loaded Glock 22. He apparently told his fellow officers nothing would happen to him and he was right. He was back at work within a few days. No punishment. No demotion. No loss of pay. Nothing. Like it never happened.

America. The Biden fix is in. Watch what happens, this murdering useless cowardly police lieutenant will probably be a captain soon or better. Maybe even skip a few ranks. Why not? He must be a liberal darling having shot and killed a white supremist Trump supporter!!

The doors are closed around him. No freedom of information requests on him are honored or the transcripts of the hearings into his negligence.

There you have it. Just plain speaking. My opinion. Hopefully all yours. There is no expiration on filing charges for murder so maybe, one say, a GOP controlled house may re- investigate this killing and charge Lt Byrd with murder. If guilty he must lose all benefits and pension rights. He should be doing time.

The mass hypocrisy in this case is wrong. It is not justice. It will never be justice until an impartial and independent investigation is carried out.
