A woman has been arrested in connection to alleged election fraud and illegal voting, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Wednesday.
According to Paxton, Rachel Rodriguez of San Antonio was “exposed in a Project Veritas video” ahead of the 2020 election regarding vote harvesting and acknowledged what she was doing was illegal.
In an undercover video, Ms. Rodriguez was seen persuading an elderly woman to change her vote on her mail-in ballot from Republican Sen. John Cornyn to Democratic candidate M.J. Hegar, then giving her a shawl as a gift in an apparent violation of election law.
Ms. Rodriguez told a Project Veritas investigator that she was bringing “at least 7,000 ballots to the polls” in the San Antonio area, and that she had a team of at least five other people working on “flipping people,” referring to voters.
Rodriguez is accused of election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail and unlawfully possessing an official ballot, according to Paxton. She could face up to 20 years in prison if she is convicted.
Texas AG Paxton: San Antonio Election Fraudster Arrested for Widespread Vote Harvesting and Fraud
Press Releae, January 13, 2020:
AUSTIN – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced the arrest of Rachel Rodriguez for election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot. Each charge constitutes a felony under the Texas Election Code. Rodriguez was exposed in a Project Veritas video last fall while she engaged in vote harvesting leading up to the 2020 election. The Election Fraud Division of the Office of the Attorney General reviewed dozens of hours of unedited, raw footage, which led to this arrest. In an uncharacteristic moment of honesty, Rodriguez acknowledged on video that what she was doing is illegal and that she could go to jail for it. If convicted, Rodriguez could face up to 20 years in prison.
“Many continue to claim that there’s no such thing as election fraud. We’ve always known that such a claim is false and misleading, and today we have additional hard evidence. This is a victory for election integrity and a strong signal that anyone who attempts to defraud the people of Texas, deprive them of their vote, or undermine the integrity of elections will be brought to justice,” said Attorney General Paxton. “The shocking and blatantly illegal action documented by Project Veritas demonstrates a form of election fraud my office continually investigates and prosecutes. I am fiercely committed to ensuring the voting process is secure and fair throughout the state, and my office is prepared to assist any Texas county in combating this insidious, un-American form of fraud.”
This investigation is ongoing. Individuals involved in or with knowledge of this organized vote harvesting scheme are encouraged to come forward and cooperate with the Office of the Attorney General.

WASHINGTON (ChurchMilitant.com) – Part two of the recently published Navarro Report turns on its head the mainstream media narrative of “no evidence of voter fraud” in the 2020 elections.
The 32-page report, titled “The Art of the Steal,” documents the Democrat Party’s long-planned “Grand Strategy” of increasing absentee and mail-in ballots while decreasing ballot verification to steal the election. Written by trade advisor Peter Navarro, it goes deeper into the modus operandi of the Dems and falls three weeks after his first report, “The Immaculate Deception.”
Navarro described in unequivocal terms the upshot of the Dems’ strategy that stole the election from Donald Trump — and 75 million voters.
Navarro summarized:
By implementing its Grand ‘Stuff the Ballot Box’ Strategy, the Democrat Party and its political operatives have strategically gamed one of the most sacred elements of American democracy, our election system. This was brass-knuckle politics played at the highest level, which has delivered a brutal punch to the nose of the American people and a vicious kick to the groin of American democracy.
The report, Navarro explained, “seeks to answer some of the most basic questions now rising in the minds of an American public and an American political leadership increasingly skeptical about the fairness and legitimacy of the 2020 election.”
Steps in the Steal
Navarro’s report asked:
How did the Democrats pull off its Immaculate Deception without detection and appropriate countermeasures by the Republican Party? When did the Democrats’ effort to topple a sitting president start? How much of what the Democrats did was illegal? And how much of what the Democrat Party and its agents did was done within the bounds of the law and rules but nonetheless led to an illegal outcome?
In general, the “key” methods Democrats used “to strategically game America’s presidential election” involved “changes in the law approved by state legislatures and rule changes” and “new guidance initiated by secretaries of state or other election officials.”
But on a more granular level, he submitted the Dems’ strategy targeted the six key battleground states — Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — with a two-pronged strategy.
The first prong increased absentee and mail-in ballots by:
Relaxing mail-in and absentee ballot rules
Sending absentee or mail-in ballots or applications for such ballots to every voter
Increasing both the legal and illegal use of drop boxes
Ballot harvesting
The use of corrupt voting machines
The second prong decreased scrutiny of absentee and mail-in ballots by:
Relaxation of ID verification
Reduced signature matching requirements
Illegally counting naked ballots to increase ballot curing — both legal and illegal
Reduced poll watching and observing
The effect of this one-two punch overwhelmed battleground states with enough illegal absentee and mail-in ballots to turn the tide of “a decisive legal win by President Trump to a narrow and illegitimate alleged ‘victory’ by Joe Biden.”
Players in the Steal
The Democrat Party did not accomplish this feat without help. Several powerful operatives pitched in, according to Navarro, includingSilicon Valley oligarch and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg; Marc Elias, former Hillary Clinton campaign general counsel; and Wall Street oligarch George Soros.
Navarro drilled down on the role Soros played in the upset. He alleged Soros money funded efforts to change election laws and rules and his network of organizations including the “Secretary of State Project” helped to elect “puppet” secretaries of state. The project was set in place in 2006 to get Democrats elected to the offices of secretary of state in battleground states. Michigan’s Jocelyn Benson and Pennsylvania’s Kathy Boockvar are products of the project and “played instrumental roles in bending or breaking election rules to suit the Grand Strategy,” according to the report.
“Useful idiots” from the Republican Party also did their part, according to the report. For example, by entering into a consent decree, Georgia’s Republican governor Brian Kemp and Republican secretary of state Brad Raffensperger “dramatically INCREASED the number of absentee and mail-in ballots while dramatically DECREASING the rejection rate of such ballots.”
The consent decree, signed by Kemp and Raffensperger at the urging of Stacey Abrams under the guise of protecting minorities and young people, made it impossible to check and match signatures on ballots and envelopes.
“Republican state legislators who voted for the bills that would help the Democrats advance its Grand Strategy likewise were unwitting dupes,” he added.
Investigation Sought for ‘Strategic Gaming’
Navarro calls for further action into what he — in a recent interview with Raheem Kasaam of The National Pulse — called “the biggest story of American political history.” He argues that, taken together, the Art of the Steal and the Immaculate Deception “make the strong case for a full investigation of the election irregularities and strategic gaming of our political process.”
“Any such investigation must begin immediately,” he urges, “as this nation simply cannot risk the inauguration of a president who will be perceived by a large segment of the American people as illegitimate.” COLUMN BY

Germany is schooling America on freedom of speech……
World Leaders Denounce Big Tech Censorship of President Donald Trump
Political elites worldwide have criticized big tech companies for banning President Donald Trump from their social media platforms.
By Victoria Kelly-Clark, The Epoch Times, January 12, 2021:
At present, the president has been banned from Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and Instagram.
Twitter permanently removed Trump’s account, saying that his recent posts were in violation of the “Glorification of Violence Policy.” German Chancellor Angela Merkel called Twitter’s ban on Trump “problematic,” and said that freedom of opinion is an essential right of “elementary significance,” her spokesperson, Steffen Siebert, said on Jan 11.
“This fundamental right can be intervened in, but according to the law and within the framework defined by legislators—not according to a decision by the management of social media platforms,” Siebert said.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel answers questions about the German government’s policy at the parliament Bundestag, in Berlin, Germany, on Dec. 16, 2020 (Markus Schreiber/AP Photo).
“Seen from this angle, the chancellor considers it problematic that the accounts of the U.S. president have now been permanently blocked,” he said.
Members of the French government agreed.
Clement Beaune, the junior minister for European Union affairs, said he was “shocked” a private company made this kind of decision.
“This should be decided by citizens, not by a CEO,” he told Bloomberg TV on Monday. “There needs to be public regulation of big online platforms.”
French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire also condemned the move and said that tech giants were part of a digital oligarchy that was a threat to democracy.
Manfred Weber, the leader of the European People’s Party—a centre-right political party—echoed Beaune and called for Big Tech firms to be regulated.
“We cannot leave it to American Big Tech to decide how we can or cannot discuss online. Today’s mechanisms destroy the compromise searching and consensus-building that are crucial in free and democratic societies. We need a stricter regulatory approach,” he wrote on Twitter on Jan. 11.
Meanwhile, Norway’s left-wing Labor Party leader Jonas Gahr Støre said that Big Tech censorship threatens political freedom around the world.
He said Twitter needs to apply the same standard globally that it did to Trump.
“This is a line where freedom of expression is also at stake,” said Støre. “If Twitter starts with this sort of thing, it means that they have to go around the world and look at other people completely astray, and shut them out.”
The Australian government has also called the ban on Trump an act of “censorship.”
Acting Prime Minister Michael McCormack said, “There’s been a lot of people who have said and done a lot of things on Twitter previously that haven’t received that sort of condemnation or indeed censorship. I’m not one who believes in that sort of censorship.”
Treasurer Josh Frydenberg said he was uncomfortable with Twitter’s ban on Trump. “Those decisions were taken by commercial companies, but personally, I felt uncomfortable with what they did,” he said.
Quoting Voltaire’s famous line: “I may not agree with what you say, but I defend the right to say it,” Frydenberg said that freedom of speech is fundamental to a democratic society.
Fellow Liberal Party member and senator, Alex Antic, said he will push for a Senate Select Committee into Big Tech’s influence and censorship of political ideas when the Australian Parliament resumes next month.
Antic told The Epoch Times on Jan. 12 that he is concerned that Big Tech can so easily censor one side of the debate.
“Our democratic process is founded on our ability to share ideas freely and to be exposed to challenging and opposing viewpoints. It is crucial to the integrity of that process that Big Tech companies do not censor one side of the debate,” Antic said.
Mexican President Manuel López Obrador also echoed his global counterparts, with Reuters reporting that he said it was a bad sign when private companies try to censor opinion.
Obrador said a “court of censorship like an inquisition to manage public opinion.”
“I don’t like anybody being censored or taking away from the right to post a message on Twitter or Face(book),” he said.
In Russia, the opposition leader, Alexey Navalny, who is an outspoken anti-corruption campaigner, said he believed the ban was an unacceptable form of censorship and was based not on a genuine need but rather Twitter’s political preferences.
In a thread posted on the platform on Jan. 10, Navalny said: “Don’t tell me he was banned for violating Twitter rules. I get death threats here every day for many years, and Twitter doesn’t ban anyone.”
He noted that this pattern had been seen before in both Russian and China when big companies utilise their position to become a government best friend and enabler when it comes to state-based censorship laws.
“This precedent will be exploited by the enemies of freedom of speech around the world. In Russia as well. Every time when they need to silence someone, they will say: ‘this is just common practice, even Trump got blocked on Twitter,’” he wrote on Twitter.

By: Eric Ting,SFGATE, The inaugural committee for President-elect Joe Biden reportedly returned a $500 donation from former California Sen. Barbara Boxer after it was learned she registered as a foreign agent for a Chinese surveillance firm. Axios reported that the committee rejected Boxer’s donation since the Chinese firm — named Hikvision — has been “accused of abetting the country’s mass internment of Uighur Muslims.” According to Justice Department documents published Friday, Boxer provides “strategic consulting services” to Hikvision’s subsidiary in the United States.
Hikivision was banned from doing business with U.S. firms absent a government-issued license in 2019, and was accused by the Trump administration of having ties to the Chinese military.
In a statement to Axios, Boxer stated, “When I am asked to provide strategic advice to help a company operate in a more responsible and humane manner consistent with U.S. law in spirit and letter, it is an opportunity to make things better while helping protect and create American jobs.”
During his presidential campaign, Biden said the internment of Uighur Muslims is “among the worst abuses of human rights in the world today.”
“The U.S. cannot be silent — we must speak out against this oppression and relentlessly defend human rights around the world,” he tweeted in November 2019.
Boxer is the latest California Democrat with reported ties to agents of the Chinese government. In December, Axios published another story revealing that Rep. Eric Swalwell had close ties to a suspected Chinese spy who was sent to gain influence with young, up-and-coming American politicians.
In 2018, it was revealed that Sen. Dianne Feinstein had a suspected Chinese spy on her staff for about 20 years without her knowledge.

Parler is demanding in federal court that Amazon reinstate the platform on its servers.
By: Noah David Alter, The Post Millenial, January 11, 2021:
The social media site Parler is suing Amazon for “antitrust violations, breach of contract, and unlawful business interference” after Amazon’s web hosting service wiped Parler from its servers, according to The Hill reporter John Kruzel.
According to Kruzel, Parler is demanding in federal court that Amazon reinstate the platform on its servers.
Amazon faced heavy criticism from conservatives after it announced that it would be kicking Parler off of its web hosting servers. The move came shortly after Apple and Google removed the Parler app from their respective application stores, causing many to criticize the companies as oligopolies acting in concert with social media giants to stifle competition.
This is a developing story.
RON, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? PRETTY SOON, EVERY AMERICAN WILL WANT TO MOVE TO OUR GREAT STATE OF FLORIDA! HEY, MAYBE WE COLONIZE CUBA! https://t.co/NVvxSTFP2Q
Less than a week has passed since the Capitol riot, and the Democratic Party, the establishment media, and Big Tech now present it as axiomatic that President Donald Trump incited the mob for the purpose of preventing the electoral vote certification and, presumably, grabbing dictatorial powers. Republican Senators Pat Toomey and Lisa Murkowski have joined the calls for Trump either to resign or face a second impeachment, and even Ted Cruz has said that Trump’s rhetoric “certainly contributed to the violence that occurred.” But before the lynch mob gets the noose ready and hangs the president from the nearest tree, it would be useful to step back and make sure that he really did what everyone seems to be sure he was guilty of doing: incite the crowd at the Capitol to violence for the purpose of staging a coup.
Trump’s speech that supposedly incited the mob is here. At the end of it, he said:
So we’re going to, we’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, I love Pennsylvania Avenue, and we’re going to the Capitol and we’re going to try and give… The Democrats are hopeless. They’re never voting for anything, not even one vote. But we’re going to try and give our Republicans, the weak ones, because the strong ones don’t need any of our help, we’re going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country. So let’s walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I want to thank you all. God bless you and God bless America. Thank you all for being here, this is incredible. Thank you very much. Thank you.
The attentive reader may have noticed that there is nothing there, or in any other part of the speech, calling upon the crowd to storm the Capitol, or to overthrow the government, or to do anything but walk down Pennsylvania Avenue and encourage lawmakers to support the president. The case for the claim that Trump incited the mob rests on the proposition that he didn’t have to spell out what he wanted them to do; when he detailed his reasons for believing that the 2020 presidential election was stolen, that was enough to inflame them sufficiently to storm the Capitol.
However, assuming that the crowd would have remained peaceful were it not for Trump’s criticism of the election is to embark upon an extremely dangerous path. To take for granted, as so many do today, that Trump incited violence by criticizing the election, is to commit the classic logical fallacy of post hoc ergo propter hoc, after this, therefore caused by this. It opens the door for criticism of anyone or anything to be labeled dangerous and inciting of violence, and silenced accordingly. Tyrants and would-be tyrants can silence criticism of their rule by claiming that their opponents, by engaging in that criticism, are inciting and inviting violence.
The path that the Democratic Party and Big Tech are taking leads straight to the silencing of the powerless by the powerful, and the criminalization of political dissent.
And so all Americans should these days be insisting: where and how, exactly, did President Trump incite the mob? Where did he say that the crowd should storm the Capitol and disrupt the electoral vote certification? If he didn’t say this, then he is not guilty of incitement, and to claim that he is threatens the very foundations of America as a free society.
There is an important precedent for this insistence on specific evidence. On May 11, 1846, President James K. Polk told Congress that Mexican troops had “invaded our territory and shed the blood of our fellow-citizens on our own soil.” The soil in question was actually between the Nueces and Rio Grande rivers in Texas, which at that time was disputed territory. And so a young Whig congressman named Abraham Lincoln introduced into the House the “Spot Resolutions,” taking issue with Polk’s claim that Mexican forces had killed Americans within the United States and asking the president to specify at what spot they actually did so. Lincoln found the support for Polk’s claims wanting, stating that the president could not deny and had not denied that the American troops had actually been the aggressors, and declared that “the war with Mexico was unnecessarily and unconstitutionally commenced.”
Lincoln’s resolutions were ignored. And another future president, Ulysses S. Grant, who fought in the Mexican War, stated in 1879: “I do not think there was ever a more wicked war than that waged by the United States on Mexico.” In 1885, he wrote that the Mexican War was “one of the most unjust ever waged by a stronger against a weaker nation.”
That war started in a frenzy of righteous anger that was so strong that no one bothered to check, as Lincoln requested, to see if the claims upon which it was based were true. Now Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are planning to impeach and remove Trump in the waning days of his presidency, and thereby, they hope, stigmatize and marginalize both him and his movement forever, but it is useful again to ask: when and how exactly did he do what they accuse him of doing? Grant thought that the Civil War was divine retribution for the injustice of the Mexican War; in likewise rushing forward without concern for niceties such actually proving their case, Pelosi and Schumer are taking us down a path that could have similarly calamitous results. “Stop the Steal” ist verboten!
As my friend Cathy said when she sent this news: “All this BEFORE Inauguration Day. Just imagine what comes AFTER.”
But in a very big surprise, theEpoch Timesis reporting that the FAR Left ACLU has spoken out against the removal of President Trump’s own Twitter and Facebook pages.
Facebook Removing All Content That Mentions ‘Stop the Steal’ Ahead of Inauguration Day
Facebook announced on Monday it is removing all content that contains the phrase “stop the steal” ahead of President-elect Joe Biden’s Inauguration Day on Jan. 20.
The company issued a statement saying it was removing content containing the phrase that was used by supporters of President Donald Trump to question the integrity of the 2020 general election. Trump supporters held multiple rallies across the country called “Stop the Steal” following the Nov. 3 election.
The social media company said that the move is an attempt to remove content that “could incite further violence during these next few weeks.” Content will be removed under the company’s Coordinating Harm policy.
“We’ve been allowing robust conversations related to the election outcome and that will continue,” Facebook officials Guy Rosen and Monika Bickert said in a statement.
“But with continued attempts to organize events against the outcome of the US presidential election that can lead to violence, and use of the term by those involved in Wednesday’s violence in DC, we’re taking this additional step in the lead up to the inauguration.”
LOL! I have been looking for an opportunity to use this tweet. Remember! Obama’s idol Saul Alinsky taught that ridicule is the most powerful political weapon—use it every chance you get! Meanwhile, this is big news!
The Leftists at the ACLU are concerned about the blanket removal of Trump from social media.
Frankly those ignorant-of-history punks running Facebook and Twitter don’t understand the consequences of attempting to drive political opponents underground, especially one with 70-80 million angry followers.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) also expressed concern over Twitter’s decision to suspend Trump from social media, saying that it could set a precedent for big tech companies to silence voices.
“We understand the desire to permanently suspend him now, but it should concern everyone when companies like Facebook and Twitter wield the unchecked power to remove people from platforms that have become indispensable for the speech of billions— especially when political realities make those decisions easier,” the ACLU statement read.

Pelosi Gives Pence 24 Hours to Invoke 25th Amendment Or Else
By: Todd Starnes, Jan 10, 2021 Following is a letter House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sent to Democrats:
On this Sunday, as we pray that God will continue to Bless America, I write to inform you of our next actions, which will be made with the great solemnity that this moment requires.
I want to call to your immediate attention the action to be taken tomorrow morning, when Majority Leader Hoyer will request Unanimous Consent to bring up the Raskin resolution. This resolution calls on the Vice President to convene and mobilize the Cabinet to activate the 25th Amendment to declare the President incapable of executing the duties of his office, after which the Vice President would immediately exercise powers as acting President. The text of the resolution can be found here.
If we do not receive Unanimous Consent, this legislation is planned to be brought up on the Floor the following day. We are calling on the Vice President to respond within 24 hours.
Next, we will proceed with bringing impeachment legislation to the Floor.
In protecting our Constitution and our Democracy, we will act with urgency, because this President represents an imminent threat to both. As the days go by, the horror of the ongoing assault on our democracy perpetrated by this President is intensified and so is the immediate need for action.
I look forward to our Caucus call tomorrow. I am grateful to all Members for the suggestions, observations and input that you have been sending. Your views on the 25th Amendment, 14th Amendment Section 3 and impeachment are valued as we continue. I am answering your communications in chronological order and will do so into the night.
Thank you for your patriotism.
“As long as I don’t write about the government, religion, politics, and other institutions, I am free to print anything.” – Beaumarchais
In 1982, seventy years after the fall of Saigon, General William Westmoreland, the former US Commander in SE Asia declared:
“Vietnam was the first war fought without censorship. Without censorship, things can get terribly confused in the public mind.”
Censorship in America is not a modern phenomenon. During the early days of the American Civil War, Abraham Lincoln shut down all pro-secession newspapers in the state of Maryland and even had known pro-Southern state legislators thrown in prison. Had Lincoln not acted as he did, Maryland would have joined the Confederacy and the position of the nation’s capital at Washington, D.C. would have become untenable. The history of the U.S. would have been very different.
Censorship really came of age during WWII when military censors routinely opened and read letters sent by US servicemen to loved ones back home. Some of this mail survives to this very day, their blackened or cut out sections attesting to the effectiveness of the military censor.
During the first and second Gulf Wars, information was disseminated to the media through controlled briefings. The lesson of Vietnam had been learned: images of dead and mangled bodies are not conducive to maintaining public support during wartime. The lesson yet to be learned is that censorship can be used, but only in times of war and even then, only on a very limited basis.
Some two and a half centuries ago, the great English poet and critic Samuel Johnson wrote:
“Every society has a right to preserve public peace and order, and therefore has a good right to prohibit the propagation of opinions which have a dangerous tendency … No member of a society has a right to teach any doctrine contrary to what the society holds to be true.”
This argument is inherently flawed. It presumes that the ideas held by the controlling elites are always correct. Every single totalitarian ruler from Hitler and Stalin to Mao and Saddam Hussein would agree. So too, would religious extremist groups such as ISIS and the Taliban, who not only executed anyone who disagreed with them, but in the process, also destroyed priceless historical artifacts all in the name of religious and ideological purity.
During the early days of the Third Reich, the Nazis made a very public spectacle of the burning of books; heaping on the flaming pyre any writings which did not conform to their ideals. Among them was the works of the great 19th century German philosopher Heinrich Heine who wrote:
“Wherever books will be burned, men also, in the end, are burned.”
History has proven how prophetic those words were. The Communists achieved their goals not through a display of arson, but by sentencing to prison or exile anyone who did not conform, including Alexander Solzhenitsyn, who wrote of these times in “The Gulag Archipelago.”
Make no mistake; censorship of thought, ideas, and speech are the hallmarks of a totalitarian state and will inevitably lead to tyranny and oppression. Given the growing power of mainstream media and especially big tech, our ability to access accurate information, our freedoms and ultimately our democratic institutions, are all in peril.
In today’s age of information, more people get their news from the Internet than from newspapers/periodicals. The situation becomes even more acute given the anonymity of the Internet executives and their algorithm writers. This concentrates enormous power in the hands of big tech, who use censorship as a means to advance an ideological and political agenda. Defenders of these practices claim that they are protecting the public from harmful ideas; yet the censorship is invariably one-sided.
It is always Republican or Conservative voices who are silenced or deleted. This is reverse McCarthyism and is nothing less than the weaponization of the means to access and disseminate information. It is an abrogation of the right of free speech in order to advance a radical agenda, and thanks to Section 230, they have complete immunity to do exactly as they wish. This is a far more insidious form of censorship than anything previously because it is silent and unseen. There is no public display of burning books and no Gulag Archipelago (as of yet), to which dissidents can be exiled. The burning book has been replaced by the deleted post as the weapon of choice for the ideological censor of today.
Years ago, the late Hubert Humphrey once stated:
“Freedom is hammered out on the anvil of dissension, discussion and debate.”
It is sad to note how far we have strayed from this simple rule.
In the light of history, one cannot help but wonder what Heinrich Heine would say if he were alive today. Although one cannot say with absolute certainty, it might be something like this:
“Wherever posts will be deleted, people also, in the end, are deleted.”
A long time ago, Thomas Jefferson warned the American people:
“When government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.”

I have already heard from some of my faithful readers wanting to know what happened in our once beautiful capital city***.
This will be a short report today because I would like to see more facts about what really went down at the Capitol.
I spent the morning near the White House waiting with hundreds of thousands of peaceful patriots to hear the President speak.
Here is a screenshot of where I was. This view is what the President could see. But, even this photo taken at 8:35 a.m. does not begin to show how massive the protest gathering was, especially when the President took the stage hours later.
Here is the Youtube video of the scene (which Youtube might eventually scrub):
President Trump was scheduled for eleven, but didn’t speak until noon.
Although the temperature was in the moderate low 40’s, most everyone appeared to be pretty darn cold as they waited for many hours in an absolute stunning sea of flags and banners of all sorts.
When the President finished, most of this massive crowd began moving toward the Capitol building where some Members of the House and Senate were attempting to present a case that the election might(!) have been a fraud.
I was not at the Capitol, but like you, saw the images on TV after getting home.
I’ll show you more pictures as the days go on, but here are a few that I took while mingling around a crowd that was largely working class Americans of all ages. The “deplorables” according to the elitists in the Democrat Party.

Who told the Capitol police to let them ?
Who gave the KILL order?
Bloody set-up.

“It’s Only The Beginning”: President Trump Issues Statement In Response to Electoral Certification
President Donald Trump issued a statement through White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino in response to the electoral certification.
The President is currently banned from Twitter and Facebook after he called for peace.
By: Trending Politics, “Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless there will be an orderly transition on January 20th,” President Trump said in a statement through Scavino. “I have always said we would continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first term in presidential history, it’s only the beginning of our fight to Make America Great Again!”
“Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless there will be an orderly transition on January 20th. I have always said we would continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first term in presidential history, it’s only the beginning of our fight to Make America Great Again!”
The statement followed dramatic scenes on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, with pro-Trump supporters storming the building, forcing a lockdown and lawmakers to seek shelter.
Overnight, Congress reconvened and formally confirmed the election of Biden. The affirmation came after the House of Representatives and the Senate, in two separate votes in both chambers, overwhelmingly rejected efforts by some Republicans to object to the acceptance of Electoral College wins for Biden in Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Biden, a Democrat, and his running mate, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, hit 306 votes in the Electoral College, 36 more than needed to secure a White House victory. Trump, a Republican, received 232 votes
President Trump isn’t the only one who has vowed to continue his fight. During the “Save America” rally in Washington D.C., former New York City mayor and President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani unleashed as he repeated his claims of election fraud.
“If we are wrong we will be made fools of but if we’re right, a lot of them will go to jail. So let’s have trial by combat,” he said to the crowd. “I’m willing to stake my reputation. The president is willing to stake his reputation on the fact that we’re going to find criminality there.”
Giuliani said that the president’s legal team was not allowed to look at any of the paper ballots or examine any of the voting machines in the 2020 election, as they contested the election and accused Democrats of hiding evidence.
“Who hides evidence? Criminals hide evidence,” Giuliani said. “Not honest people.”
Giuliani claimed there were “fraudulent” ballots and “crooked” voting machines in certain swing states in the 2020 election that delivered a victory for President-elect Joe Biden.
He argued that it was “perfectly appropriate” for Vice President Mike Pence to challenge the electoral voting certification from questionable counts in select swing states for an additional ten days for an examination of fraud.
“We now have letters from five legislatures begging him to do that,” Giuliani said.
Giuliani continued by vowing to continue his fight against the Democrats.
“This has been a year in which they have invaded our freedom of speech, our freedom of religion, our freedom to move, our freedom to live, I’ll be darned if they’re going to take our free and fair vote,” he said. “We’re going to fight to the very end to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
“I know how you get ridiculed, I know how they try to take jobs away from you,” Giuliani added. “But you look in the mirror every night and you say to yourself, ‘I’m doing the right thing for myself, for my family for my children, and most importantly for the United States of America.”

Two known Antifa members posed as pro-Trump to infiltrate Capitol riot: sources
By Larry Celona, New York Post, January 7, 2021:
Chaos unfolds amid huge crowd at the Capitol
At least two known Antifa members were spotted among the throngs of pro-Trump protesters at the Capitol on Wednesday, a law enforcement source told The Post. The Antifa members disguised themselves with pro-Trump clothing to join in the DC rioting, said the sources, who spotted the infiltrators while monitoring video coverage from the Capitol.
The infiltrators were recognized due to their participation in New York City demonstrations, and were believed to have joined in the rioting so that Trump would get blamed, the source said.
A Washington Times report initially claimed two other protesters were actually Philadelphia-based Antifa members — citing a retired military officer with access to facial recognition software — but the outlet deleted the article after the software company told Buzzfeed News that the story was “outright false.”

Ivan Maertens Aramayo is Ayanna Maertens Griffin’s father. In this Washington Post report, consistent with the establishment media’s never-ending mission to exonerate Islam from all crimes done in its name and in accord with its teachings, he offers two quotations from the Qur’an, apparently in order to establish that what Mohamed Aly did was completely inconsistent with his “professed love for Allah.”
The first one (“And do not kill one another…”) is Qur’an 4:29. The full verse is: “O you who believe, do not squander your wealth among yourselves in vanity, except in a trade by mutual consent, and do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is always merciful to you.” It is thus clearly addressed to “you who believe,” and does not override the Qur’an’s thrice-repeated imperative to kill unbelievers (2:191, 4:89, 9:5).
The other quote is Qur’an 5:32, which is one of the most oft-quoted verses of the Qur’an, the one that Western non-Muslim leaders refer to frequently in order to establish that Islam is a religion of peace. There is, however, less to it than Western leaders and Islamic apologists claim. It is not a general prohibition of killing: there are big exceptions to the prohibition on killing, for “manslaughter or corruption on the earth.” Also, this prohibition is not a general command, but is specifically directed at the children of Israel. After it was given, “many of them committed excesses on earth,” so all this passage is really saying is that Allah gave a command to the children of Israel and they transgressed against it. Some Islamic authorities interpret this passage in a supremacist manner, as applying only to Muslims. The eighth-century Muslim jurist Sa’id bin Jubayr is said to have explained: “He who allows himself to shed the blood of a Muslim, is like he who allows shedding the blood of all people. He who forbids shedding the blood of one Muslim, is like he who forbids shedding the blood of all people.” Then 5:33 continues from 5:32 and makes clear the dire punishments that are prescribed for the corruption and transgressions of the children of Israel, and a warning to the Jews to stop their bad behavior. Seen in its light, this celebrated passage, Qur’an 5:32, is explaining what must be done with Jews who reject the messenger and commit the vague sin of spreading corruption on earth. Contrary to popular belief in the West, the passage is not dictating lofty moral principles.
Meanwhile, is anyone even looking into the possibility that Mohamed Aly’s murders of Ayanna Maertens Griffin and Ntombo Joel Bianda may be tied to his “love for Allah”? Or has such an investigation been dismissed out of hand as “Islamophobic”?
“Nearly a year after a young couple were killed, a guilty plea provides few answers,” by Rachel Weiner, Washington Post, January 4, 2021 (thanks to Darcy):
…Ayanna Maertens Griffin, 18, and her boyfriend, Ntombo Joel Bianda, 21, were shot to death in southern Halifax County nearly a year ago. An 18-year-old student at Alexandria’s T.C. Williams High School was quickly arrested and confessed. Mohamed Aly pleaded guilty in December to first-degree murder counts and sentenced to four life terms, but his reasons for killing two acquaintances remain a mystery.
“One of the most painful aspects of this case is that the family may never know Aly’s motive to murder their loved ones. We are all left asking, why?” Halifax Commonwealth’s Attorney Tracy Quackenbush Martin said in a statement. “We may never have an answer to that question.”…
After the arrest, Maertens Aramayo had looked at Aly’s social media pages and saw that the teenager professed love for Allah. A Roman Catholic himself, he studied theology, and what he knew about Islam gave him an opening. He offered two quotes from the Koran:
“And do not kill one another, for God is indeed merciful unto you” and “Whoever kills an innocent life, it is as if he has killed all of humanity.”

WASHINGTON (KUSI) — The woman who was shot and killed inside the US Capitol during the protests was from the San Diego area.
KUSI News has spoken with her husband.
The woman is Ashli Babbit, a 14-year veteran, who served four tours with the US Air Force, and was a high level security official throughout her time in service.
Her husband says she was a strong supporter of President Trump, and was a great patriot to all who knew her.
The Metropolitan Police Department says an investigation into her death continues.
KUSI sends our condolences to her family and all who knew her.
We watched for months while Democrats burned, rioted and looted major cities across America. Police didn’t kill anyone.
One peaceful protest opposing the biggest election coup in history and two people were shot? And no one is talking about this?
We’re done as a country.

Writing “10 Absolute Truths” on any subject could be considered bold, overly ambitious, or just downright arrogant. That becomes even more a consideration when writing on a controversial subject such as election fraud. Nevertheless, there are some important lessons from history, including the most recent election, that coalesce into powerful truths that we will have to face sooner or later, whether pleasant or not. Truth #1: Election Fraud is real. It’s not new. But it has gotten more sinister and sophisticated.
The fact is that election fraud is a part of the human experience and has been well documented. It’s not a “conspiracy theory.” There are numerous examples of documentation, including court convictions and deathbed confessions. You can see a lot of this at a fabulous Heritage Foundation website, A Sampling of Recent Election Fraud Cases from Across the United States.
American history is replete with colorful examples. One of those involves the “Battle of Athens,” when a group of GIs returned to their small town in Tennessee after World War II only to discover that while they were fighting for America, a mob from Memphis took over the town they loved.
One of these war heroes responded by running for mayor but later learned the election was rigged. The GIs then broke open the town armory, blew up the jail, and forced an open counting of ballots with the whole town watching. They proved the fraud in the election and jailed the cheaters. It’s a great American story.
Another example is the story of “Landslide Lyndon,” our 36th President. There’s no question that Lyndon Johnson cheated to win a close election in his first Senate race in 1948. Robert A. Caro documented this with the equivalent of deathbed confessions in the second of his massive five-volume biography of Johnson, The Years of Lyndon Johnson: Means of Ascent. In 1990, Dan Balz wrote that Johnson “didn’t just steal the election but pulled off a heist of historic proportions, far greater than anyone has recognized until now.”4 New York Times writer Martin Tolchin reached a similar conclusion in a book review titled “How Johnson Won Election He’d Lost.”
In addition, there are many instances of foreign election fraud where dictators such as Kim Jong Un, Joseph Stalin, Hugo Chavez, and Nicolas Maduro won obviously fraudulent elections with massive totals and an unreasonable percentage of the vote.
These are all very real facts from history. Since human nature has not changed, there is no reason to believe that election fraud has disappeared. Quite the contrary. Fraud has upped its game with modern technology, as explained below. Truth #2: The election stakes are higher than ever before.
It’s cliché to say that “this is the most important election of our lifetimes”—but also true, because the stakes are ever increasing. We are looking at federal spending of nearly $8 trillion in 2020 with an “actual” budget deficit exceeding $4 trillion and total federal taxes well north of $3 trillion. Obviously, the COVID-19 pandemic is a big culprit. But how that money is raised and spent will have a lasting impact on our lives now and well into the future. Clearly, spending happens regardless of who occupies the White House, but the ante has just been upped—by a lot. That’s why so much money was spent in the 2020 elections—almost $14 billion on the presidential and congressional races.
Beyond the money, America is a more divided nation than any point, perhaps, since the Civil War. This has worsened during the pandemic. There are major debates over policies such as mandated shutdowns, declarations of what is an essential business (and what isn’t), and mask requirements that have direct, personal, and long-lasting impacts on our finances and our very way of life.
In addition to the hopefully short-term pandemic challenge, we also face a set of radical proposals that would permanently alter America if enacted. On the electoral front, we have heard loud voices within one party to form new states from the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico with the primary purpose of adding new Senators from their party to tip the Senate permanently in their favor. In addition, the leadership of that same party has demanded immigration changes that appear designed to provide a permanent popular majority for their party through more open borders, amnesty, and fast tracks to citizenship.
Many of the same group also support abolishing the Electoral College in favor of a national popular vote. Of course, such a move would remake the electoral landscape completely. Election fraud in a single state might be sufficient to decide an election. And lest you think that the Supreme Court might rein in such ambitions, this same group has advocated a scheme called “court packing,” where the new President would add Justices to the court to guarantee a majority ruling whenever required. President Franklin Roosevelt attempted to do this in 1937 but failed.
Finally, there are major foreign policy debates on the role America should play in the world, how we should react to China, and how we protect our nation. The differences over these issues are stark and will have a huge impact on our national security in the not-too-distant future. CLICK HERE FOR TOP 10 PROOFS OF FRAUD GRAPHIC Truth #3: Foreign actors are interfering in our elections, and that is a national security risk.
You may have grown weary of the constant refrain by Democratic politicians and the mainstream media that Russia successfully hacked our elections for Trump. We now know there is no proof of that. But what can be proven is that foreign nations, including Russia, have attempted to influence our elections for decades—including 2016—and will continue to do so in the future. According to U.S. intelligence agencies, in 2020 they upped their game despite almost knee-jerk attempts to deny it based on political bias.
In the fog of fraud accusations, it is difficult to decipher just what role foreign powers had in the election and the impact on the outcome. There are credible allegations of Chinese involvement in voter registration drives. Keep in mind that any foreign involvement in elections is illegal under federal law. Beyond that, there are serious discussions regarding whether the Chinese produced fake ballots used for fraud, whether Russia or Iran attempted electronic intrusions into the electoral process, and the impact of foreign funding on our voting equipment companies. Truth #4: Our electronic voting machines are vulnerable, but most are afraid to admit it.
Former Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Chris Krebs put out a very questionable early statement, reportedly written (in part) by the voting machine companies, that declared the 2020 election was “the most secure in American history.”
That seems very strange given the evidence of irregularities compiled and presented in hearings across the country. It is even harder to swallow given the bipartisan warnings of electronic equipment vulnerabilities. I covered these extensively on my BlazeTV show (Economic War Room with Kevin Freeman) well before the 2020 vote but was by no means alone. HBO featured a tremendous documentary in March 2020, Kill Chain, on how easily hackers can breach U.S. voting machines. PBS ran a special in June 2020 titled “In Georgia, primary election chaos highlights a voting system deeply flawed.” MSNBC reported in 2019 how easy it is to hack Dominion and other voting machines. There have been many other press reports [some examples HERE, HERE and HERE] on how easily voting machines can be compromised.
Democrat Senators led by Elizabeth Warren, were so concerned about the vulnerability of U.S. voting machines being hacked during the 2020 elections that they issued a formal complaint letter in December 2019.
A frequent claim by election officials is that voting equipment is “air gapped” and not connected to the internet. This is misleading, as the Kill Chain documentary demonstrated with overwhelming evidence. In fact, some (albeit disputed) reports contend that Dominion may have been communicating with overseas servers on Election Day.
Those who have attempted to debunk concerns about Dominion Systems, for example, make claims such as those by voting technology expert Edward Perez in the New York Times on November 11:
I’m not aware of any evidence of specific things or defects in Dominion software that would lead one to believe that votes had been recorded or counted incorrectly.
Perez apparently missed the 2018 reporting from the same newspaper when the Times’s website posted a video of a Michigan professor hacking voting software and clearly showed their defects and risks. Any reasonable person can look at the method used to tabulate votes and recognize inherent flaws in the systems. The state of Texas did, which is why in January 2020 it rejected the use of Dominion Voting Systems products due to inefficiency and unreliability.
You don’t have to drill down into the history of the Dominion voting machines, the manuals that demonstrate how to switch votes as a “feature” and foreign connections. You just have to accept what others were saying about the vulnerabilities before the 2020 count was awarded to Biden. Beyond that, however, it should be important to look into claims that Dominion employees carried a personal political bias against President Trump. Do we really want those controlling our election to be blatantly biased?
The claim that a full recount rules out the notion of machine contamination, unfortunately, does not offer reassurance. Kill Chain warned Georgia officials in advance that any recount using Dominion Voting Systems equipment and software would be automatically tainted. In addition, there are reports that the firm used to conduct audits of Dominion has audited it before. Truth #5: What happened in six states was not normal or acceptable.
We have testimonies, affidavits, and video evidence of massive irregularities in the contested states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada. There are reports provided under penalty of perjury pertaining to the ejection of witnesses or requiring extreme distances from the count, failure to verify signatures, and vote-counting rule changes. Workers were told to go home, reportedly due to a burst pipe (that may have been just a clogged toilet). Security footage shows ballots pulled from suitcases hidden underneath tables—after workers were dismissed—that reportedly coincides with ballot otherwise eliminate data from the election even as the outcome is contested.
It is unacceptable that witnesses to this activity have been threatened and intimidated. Yet that has been happening. If there was no fraud, why? We have a responsibility to protect our election but also to protect whistleblowers who warn us of bad behavior. Truth #6: The science of statistics reveals unusual patterns that should be investigated.
When examining elections, it is good practice to look at the data to see if there are any unusual statistical patterns, as explained in a September 2012 National Academy of Sciences report. This is what we have done in reviewing foreign elections. But for some reason, there seems to be virtually no curiosity whatsoever from the mainstream media regarding this most unusual election.
For example, the claim is that Biden won more votes than any American presidential candidate ever before. Yet he won the fewest counties of any previous winner. When you delve into the data, there are some unexpected patterns that raise serious statistical questions. This is the same sort of analysis that is used to find fraud in other industries. Jay Valentine, who built the eBay fraud detection system, for example, has serious issues with the 2020 election data stream, which he suggests indicates industrial-grade fraud. Truth #7: Mail-in ballots have long been recognized as a fraud risk—and with good reason.
Mail-in ballots can be legitimate, but they require generally accepted safeguards. Unfortunately, those safeguards were violated repeatedly in the 2020 election in critical locations. For example, it is crucial to have clean voter rolls and not send out ballots indiscriminately. That was not the case in this election. The evidence is overwhelming that huge numbers of unrequested ballots were sent to deceased individuals or wrong addresses, with multiple copies sent to the same person in multiple locations. According to a Heritage Foundation analysis, once ballots arrive at a home, the voter may be subject to intense coercion. Then, when the 2020 ballots were returned, many voting locations failed to match signatures or even check the postmark date to verify if the ballot was legally cast in the time provided. The safeguards were sadly ignored. This is consistent with the findings of a 2005 commission led by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker that concluded “absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.” Truth #8: Preventing election fraud is a civil rights issue.
There’s a reason that the 1871 “Ku Klux Klan Act” dealt with conspiracies to defraud voter rights. This is because free and fair elections are directly tied to civil rights. Candidates vie to maximize their share of the minority vote, and President Trump had a strong showing with some of the best numbers for a Republican in 60 years. If fraud were permanently introduced, however, it would greatly reduce the perceived value of minority voters, diminishing their future clout. Thus, it is imperative that we have clean elections as a matter of civil rights. Truth #9: The mainstream media and social media manipulated election results by censoring political discourse.
Whether or not legal, the actions taken by both the mainstream media and social media companies to censor political debate is nothing short of despicable. This one-sided bias was evident in media coverage that clearly was anti-Trump. The Media Research Center (MRC) published a study after the election that showed that many Biden voters (in numbers large enough to have swung the election) would have voted differently if they had been exposed to a more equitable media landscape. As just one example from MRC, had there not been a near-total blackout on the Hunter Biden laptop story and other censored news, 17% of Biden voters nationwide would have switched to Trump—more than enough to swing the election.
The social media impact was even more profound. Research by Dr. Robert Epstein, a senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, claimed that search engine manipulation likely swung millions of votes from Trump to Biden. This occurred because most people who use Google for information assume they are getting unbiased results. Epstein claimed that, by changing the ranking of search results, Google could alter political choices, suggesting that Google acts less like an impartial utility and more like a political action committee.
The bias has seemed even more blatant after the election, when Facebook and Twitter banned pro-Trump political speech, hiding behind biased fact checkers. Conservative commentator Candace Owens’s recent legal victory against fact checker PolitiFact illustrates this point. Truth #10: It is acceptable to question election results. In fact, it’s a necessity to maintain free and fair elections.
Despite the mass effort to challenge and silence anyone who questions election results, a willingness to question election outcomes is an important part of our democratic process. If we ever blindly accept election results without question, we will be lost. In the 2000 election, Vice President Al Gore fought the stated results all the way to the Supreme Court, finally conceding on December 13 only after the final court ruling. That was his right. You can’t dismiss a candidate’s right to use every legal means to contest an election. That’s an important safeguard. Likewise, Americans have a free speech right to express their opinion about an election. Hillary Clinton and her supporters were certainly vocal and not fact-checked into acquiescent silence about her belief that Russian collusion stole the 2016 election for Trump—even after a lengthy investigation proved otherwise. They had that free speech right to their opinion. It therefore should be acceptable to question the results of this most unusual 2020 election. The Bottom Line: Nations that allow mass corruption in elections are at risk of permanently losing all liberties.
This is sad but self-evident. The risk of fraudulent elections is simply too great to “look the other way,” even once. It is a matter of national security. There should therefore be no rush to the expedient, “politically correct,” and patently false conclusion that there was not enough voter fraud in the 2020 election to affect the final results. Rather, we owe it to ourselves and our children to properly investigate and root out the fraud.
