Kamala Harris—an Accomplish Student of Socialism and Fascism. America Beware!

Kamala Harris was sure that Trump is a fascist. That was her strong answer to Anderson Cooper, who interviewed her on CNN. Watching the show, I expected him to ask Kamala her definition of fascism. He didn’t. He didn’t know that Judge Joe Brown CA called Harris a fascist. Yet, the Radical left picked it up Trump-Fascist and the Nazis’ accusation of Trump besmirched America. I think Cooper was wrong not to continue asking Kamala the definition of fascism. I am not sure she would have answered correctly, but the discussion would’ve helped Americans to learn very important definitions of ideologies that threaten our nation today. Yes, today, as the Democrat party has been playing the race card trying to change the American political system for the last thirty years.

Fear mongering is a famous action of the Soviet fascism, ideology, which I have been writing for decades—ideology of a smear machine. “There has been considerable disagreement among historians and political scientists about the nature of fascism” , Britannica. However, the Mark Levin Show on Fox News, October 27, 2024 has brought a scary history of Hitler’s crime against humanity to our homes. The horror of the fascist history, the mass-graves with thousands of bodies of Jews, reminded us of the Holocaust of six million innocent people killed because of their religion. The horrifying scenes were a result of the unhuman fascist ideology. Regrettably, nobody is showing Stalin’s crime in Russia. Putin’s Russia is covering-up his crime—Stalin officially announced as a Great Leader of Russia. That is the reason I have been writing about Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism for forty-three years…

I love America and I don’t want the dreadful regime I escaped emigrating to America to be restored here on the soil of this wonderful nation. I am not an academician, yet, living under Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet Fascism and being a lawyer, I learned a lot and would risk to tell you my understanding of several ideological isms. Fascism and Socialism

Fascism and Socialism are two sides of the same coin of totalitarian regime. “Totalitarianism is a form of government that attempts to assert total control over the lives of its citizens. It is characterized by strong central rule that attempts to control and direct all aspects of individual life through coercion and repression. It does not permit individual freedom. Traditional social institutions and organizations are discouraged and suppressed…” Unfortunately, Americans don’t know either fascism or socialism. Yet, they do know the term Nazis, which is an abbreviation of National-Socialism. Do you see an incredible connection between the two???

There is a difference in economy, but it is the only difference. Fascism accepts a free market economy; under socialism all means of production belongs to the government. For your information, after the Collapse of the Socialist economy in the Soviet Union in 1991, Putin established Crony Capitalism with the group of the Oligarchs loyal to him. The Soviet System with the weaponized KGB stayed the same. If you analyze the first day actions of the Biden-Harris White House you will be stunned by their tireless destruction of our free market and the political system designed and left to us by our Founding Fathers. So, in practice, the system and the main structural features of fascism and socialism are similar: a one-party system with subordinated media, overwhelming censorship, and weaponized Law Enforcement. There is a good example of weaponized Law Enforcement in fascist Germany and Soviet Russia. Some of you, who perhaps don’t know the definition of fascism, nevertheless, are familiar with the term Gestapo—an agency of weaponized Law Enforcement. The horrified scene in fascist Germany presented by Mark Levin above had been a result of the actions primarily done by the Gestapo. I gave you this example deliberately. The Soviet people called the KGB—the Soviet Gestapo. That is the reason, the main subject of my writings has been the significance of the KGB growing to the global KGB’s Mafia/Army—Evil Doer. Kamala is economically clueless; she didn’t answer any questions about the economy in her only one-solo interview. The entire Harris campaign is based on one thing: positioning herself as the opposite of President Trump. Nothing else, no substance, only buzz words. Kamala is Putin’s protege, I told you that years ago. “Kamala finally released a policy and it’s Bolshevik” Elise Stefanik. Elise Stefanik is right by identifying Russia. I can add more, as I’ve been writing about Russia and its Intel for four decades. I was calling the Dems’ actors many different names: Socialist Charlatans, Socialist thugs, the Con men and women and so on. Finally, I came to the conclusion that we are dealing with organized crime and called a spade a spade—America’s Socialist Mafia. This is not the threat to Trump from Iran, it is the Global Elites, led by Globalist Vladimir Putin and Socialist-Communist Cabal that hates Trump—he is an existential threat to them. The core of the issue is the terrorist State of Russia—Iran is its proxy. Those are not the Global Snobs; they are real enemies of Trump, combating him constantly-brutally trying to take him out under Putin’s leadership for the last nine years. She was aggressive and rude against the U.S. Supreme Court, revealing a long-term Democrats’ desire to destroy the U.S. the Supreme Court as a democratic institution. A disturbing feeling of vomiting visited me, but I had to listen to her lying, cheating, deceiving, fabricating and fraud; it was the entire demonstration of Socialist modus operandi by a woman, who wants to be the U.S. President. The Tide Has Turned: Kamala Sinking Like a Lead Balloon; Trump Taking off Like a Rocket!

Who would have predicted that RFK Jr., the Kennedy scion with a storied family legacy as a Democrat par excellence, would have cast his lot with Trump, let alone join him on the campaign trail?

Or how about Elon Musk, the darling of progressive Silicon Valley, jumping up and down as he climbs aboard the Trump Train? Not to mention erstwhile Democrat Tulsi Gabbard or the latest crossover progressive, Jimmy Dore.

MAJOR NEWSPAPERS, UNBURDENED BY THE PAST, TURN THE PAGE ON KAMALA

We recently learned that Jeff Bezos’ slimy WaPo took the same cowardly route as the L.A. Times, refusing to endorse either candidate—suddenly taking the moral high ground, doncha know. Even though the Washington Post and the L.A. Times both happily endorsed Biden—and therefore Harris as VP—in 2020.

This just in: USA Today, along with 200 other Gannett-owned newspapers, have joined the Abandon Kamala Brigade—euphemistically calling it a decision not to endorse any presidential candidate, but we know they weren’t about to endorse Trump.

Folks, the tide has turned!

A number of the biggest newspaper purveyors of slanderous lies about Trump see which way the winds are blowing and apparently don’t want to go to bat for the dead-on-arrival Harris campaign. They aren’t brave enough to endorse DJT, which would mean they’d have a lot of ‘splainin’ to do after all the years of demonizing him, but this is still a game-changer! They’ve just given Kameleon Harris a vote of no confidence!

It even shocked some of their top editors, who resigned in protest. How dare their progressive papers stop propagandizing for Obama’s second surrogate, the DEI Dunderhead, Ms. Harris?

Conversely, the true blue New York Times gave Harris a glowing endorsement—glowing with TDS, that is. Why does the “Gray Lady” think we should vote for Kalamity? Because…um…Orange Man BAD!

But after said Orange Man packed Madison Square Garden on Sunday night—with 75,000 more standing outside the venue—it seems the “Trump is Hitler” meme is not playing too well, even in the Big Apple.

Yes, there’s a candidate to fear—but it’s not Donald Trump. It’s the woman the Times calls “the only patriotic choice for president.” In a classic instance of satanic inversion, the Times has brazenly turned reality upside down, hoping to hoodwink the gullible.

Longtime NeverTrumper Tucker Carlson, who’s now, astonishingly, also on the Trump Train, recently described the seismic shift we’re experiencing this way during his dynamic speech at… wait for it… a Trump rally: “Dad’s home! [dramatic pause] And he’s pissed!”

So are the American people, as we survey the damage the catastrophic Biden/Harris regime has inflicted on our nation.

MS. PAGE-TURNER IN ACTION

Here’s the inimitable Wayne Allyn Root opining on the DEI candidate’s recent faux pas:

“One Candidate Just Had the Worst Week in the History of Politics. Can You Guess Which One?”

He goes on to chronicle Kamala’s disasters, beginning with her interview on Fox News conducted by Bret Baier. As usual, she wouldn’t answer a single question, though she managed to be insultingly condescending toward her interlocutor in the process, who tried, with no success, to pin her down on, well, anything. Her policy positions? Orange Man bad. Orange Man unhinged! Orange Man dangerous!

A highlight for me was Bret’s asking her this: “You’ve been vice president for three and a half years, so what are you ‘turning the page’ from?”

Her reply? She’s turning the page from… wait for it… Donald Trump’s “divisive rhetoric!” The blazing irony here is that as she casts aspersions on his so-called rhetoric, her own is far uglier, nastier, and utterly dishonest to boot! Who’s calling whom Hitler?

Observes Wayne:

Kamala was exposed as a fraud. Not just any fraud, but a lazy fraud. She is either A) Really dumb. Or B) She’s just too lazy to actually study any issues or understand any policies. I vote for C) Both.

He goes on to point out the result of her snubbing the Al Smith Catholic Charity dinner in New York:

“There goes the Catholic vote.”

And in case you missed it, take a look at the bizarre video she sent to represent her at the dinner—stunningly cringe-worthy—shown at the formal, highly esteemed Al Smith dinner—an annual benefit for New York’s Catholic charities. I’d call that an affront.

It gets worse.

When a man at one of her rallies called out “Jesus is Lord!” the spontaneous Kamala that we rarely see popped out. Her response? A smug, snarky: “Oh, you guys are at the wrong rally… Try the smaller one down the street!” This was met with gales of laughter and cheering from her radical leftist pro-abortion audience, accompanied by her familiar cackling.

Wayne’s take? “Kamala mocked God. She offended anyone who believes in Jesus.”

Says Wayne: “There goes the Christian vote.”

And after she agreed with a Hamas-supporting protester that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza by saying, “Listen to what he’s talking about; It’s real,” Wayne observes:

“There goes the Jewish vote.”

And for the coup de grace? As Wayne reports:

Black rapper Lizzo got up on stage at a Kamala event in Motown and told the crowd, “Kamala will turn the whole country into Detroit.”

“There goes the entire suburban vote.”

DEMS HOISTED ON THEIR OWN DEI PETARD—TRUMP’S MOMENTUM UNSTOPPABLE!

In his article on Trump, Wayne predicts a repeat of the Reagan-Carter election of 1980, exclaiming: Trump is the New Reagan!

Polls show Trump with the best polling numbers of his entire career and, most importantly, leading in all seven battleground states, which would give him an electoral landslide.

And that’s not all: Wayne took a look at the major betting pools where the smart money goes and found this at Polymarket:

Michigan – Trump leads 55% to 46%

Pennsylvania – Trump leads 57% to 43%

North Carolina – Trump leads 67% to 34% [Where Joe and Kamala were missing in action in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, while Trump—not yet even in office—showed up]

Georgia – Trump leads 71% to 30%

Nevada – Trump leads 65% to 36%

Wisconsin – Trump leads 56% to 45%

Arizona – Trump leads 72% to 29%

Overall at Polymarket, Trump’s odds of winning the entire election are 63% to 37% for Kamala. That’s a 26-point lead.

If these figures are even close to being accurate, it will be next to impossible for the Dems and pals to steal this election.

Let’s just say impossible!

And let’s hear it for poetic justice! The Dems overplayed their hand with their insufferable DEI candidate, whom Wayne Root calls DLI: Dumb, Lazy, and Incompetent.

‘It’s Gonna Be Huge’: Frank Luntz Says Biden Calling Trump Supporters ‘Garbage’ May Be ‘Turning Point’ For Key Voters

Pollster Frank Luntz said Wednesday that President Joe Biden calling former President Donald Trump’s supporters “garbage” could influence the few remaining persuadable voters.

Biden made the comment during a Tuesday Zoom call with the organization Voto Latino after comedian Tony Hinchcliffe referred to Puerto Rico as a “floating island of garbage” at Trump’s Sunday Madison Square Garden rally. Luntz, on “CNN News Central,” argued Biden’s remark holds greater weight than Hinchcliffe’s because he is the president, adding that it was “inappropriate” even if people interpret it differently.

WATCH:

“It’s gonna be huge because this is not some comedian saying something stupid and offensive at a rally where he should have been just basically disinvited. This is the president of the United States endorsing his vice president saying something, and I know that there’s different interpretations about what he said,” Luntz said. “It’s still inappropriate. He still shouldn’t be doing it and I’ve watched Trump already seize this.”

“The basket of deplorables was significant, was meaningful in 2016. In 2024, I can promise you that this is gonna drive Trump turnout,” he added. “He’s doing it already … I’m sure there’s going to be ads on as soon as tonight about this. This may be a turning point for those final 3%, and that’s all it is, who still need to be persuaded.”

Trump currently leads Vice President Kamala Harris slightly in five of the top seven battleground states, with Harris only holding narrow advantages in Michigan and Wisconsin, according to RealClearPolling averages.

“And just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a ‘floating island of garbage.’ Well, let me tell you something … I don’t know the Puerto Rican that I know — or a Puerto Rico, where I’m — in my home state of Delaware, they’re good, decent, honorable people,” Biden said Tuesday. “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters. His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American. It’s totally contrary to everything we’ve done, everything we’ve been.”

Biden tried to clarify his comments in an X post Tuesday night following criticism, claiming he was referencing Hinchcliffe’s “hateful rhetoric” rather than all Trump supporters.

The White House first published a transcript that recorded Biden saying “supporters’,” with a plural possessive apostrophe. It subsequently changed the transcript to read “supporter’s,” suggesting that Biden was only referring to Hinchcliffe.

What’s at Stake in the Current Election?

It seems like a cliché to say that this is the most important election in our lifetime. But it feels like that right now. Here are a few different things I think are at stake in 2024, of importance to those who share a Biblical worldview.

The Value of Human Life

One party celebrates abortion up to the moment of birth, although they won’t admit that they want it up to the moment of birth. The other camp wants to allow some modest restrictions on abortion.

Abortion cheapens the value of human life. As Mother Teresa once declared, “If we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another?”

If the lives of unborn babies are cheap, then life is cheap at later stages as well. If the lives of the unborn are worthless, why should people too old to contribute to society be kept alive?

Religious Liberty

America was founded for religious freedom. Dedicated, non-conformist Christians for the most part are the ones who came to these shores. As the Puritans and other colonist in the north east put it in 1643, in the New England Confederation, “We all came into these parts of America with one and the same end and aim, namely, to advance the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ and to enjoy the liberties of the Gospel in purity with peace.”

Religious freedom in America was then extended to other groups. But today we find religious freedom is at risk. Peaceful pro-lifers face more exacting punishment for speaking out on behalf of life than do convicted criminals.

Recently, Vice President Kamala Harris was asked how unlimited abortion rights should be. Should Catholic hospitals be forced, against conscience, to perform abortions? She answered that there should be no restrictions on abortion. Period. Conscience concerns be darned.

Israel

Although Donald Trump is being likened to Adolf Hitler ad nauseum, the reality is that Trump was and is a far greater friend to the Jewish state than has been the Biden-Harris White House, which frequently treats Israel as adversaries. Although many previous presidents promised to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, Trump actually did it.

After the vicious attack on Israel on October 7, 2023 in which Hamas tortured and killed Israeli men, women, and children, the Biden-Harris support for the Jewish state has been rather tepid.

In the spring of 2024, when college campuses, including many Ivy League schools, were aflame with anti-Semitic protests, the Biden-Harris team proceeded to coddle them.

Many commentators argue that Kamala did not choose the better candidate, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, who is Jewish, as her running mate—lest she offend Arab-Americans.

Free Speech Rights

We should note that some on the left view the Bible as hate speech. And they view “hate speech” as unprotected by the First Amendment–or they view the First Amendment as obsolete.

Many on the left have said that First Amendment is an obstacle to their goals.

The Transgender Issue

Another issue on the ballot is, “What is a boy?” “What is a girl?” We can see this come into focus when many public-school teachers and administrators try to hide from the parents what is taught in the schools. This conflict is perhaps most acute over the transgender issue—where the left says that gender is fluid.

This notion denies many girls advances in female sports. Somehow the image of a volleyball spiked by a biological male in a girls’ high school meet comes to mind. Such a ball can go as fast as 80 mph, and something like that happened to a girl in North Carolina who was knocked out by it. There was the 46-second unfair (and dangerous) boxing match at the Olympics between a female and a transgender. Seems grossly unfair.

The Teaching of America’s True History

The United States of America was a noble experiment. It can be summed up in one phrase: Self-rule, under God. On July 4, 2026, the United States will be celebrating its 250th birthday. Will it be “morning in America” or will it be “mourning in America”?

Who we vote for in the elections will say a lot about our vision for the nation’s future. And I haven’t even mentioned the borders, the economy, inflation, and runaway crime. There are two competing visions between the two candidates on those fronts as well.

This is a battle between worldviews—one of which values the individual, parental rights, the sanctity of human life, and free enterprise. While the other values enormous taxation, gender fluidity, putting a wedge between parents and children, giving up national sovereignty.

Christian, don’t sit this one out. There’s too much at stake.

Victory! Supreme Court Rules Noncitizens can be removed in 90-day ‘Quiet Period’ nationwide!

U.S. Supreme Court Ruling: Noncitizens can be removed in 90-day “Quiet Period” nationwide!

Victory! The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Virginia State, upholding its right to remove noncitizen voters from the voter roll within the supposed 90-day “quiet period.”

The justices blocked a federal judge’s ruling that put the program on hold and required the state to restore 1,600 voters to the rolls.

As we have repeatedly stated, you cannot disenfranchise an illegal voter! The 90-day window shouldn’t apply to proven non-citizens! You can’t disenfranchise illegal voters; you only disenfranchise citizen voters when fraudulent votes are permitted to be cast!

The implications of this ruling should serve to empower all states to join the ranks of Alabama, Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Virginia—that have committed to cleaning up their voter rolls.

‘Stop The Crimes’: Congressional Leaders Reveal How They Will Usher Immigration Agenda Under Trump Admin

Congressional leaders in both the House and Senate revealed what they have in store for border enforcement and immigration reform if former President Donald Trump reenters the White House.

Beefing up border security and cracking down on interior enforcement are all on the table if Trump is reelected in November, according to several GOP lawmakers who spoke with the Daily Caller News Foundation. Sen Ted Cruz and Rep. Troy Nehls of Tennessee, along with Rep. Mark Green of Tennessee, have zeroed in on the issue in Congress and say they are ready and waiting to assist the incoming Trump administration.

“Every day we hear about illegal aliens assaulting or murdering another American,” Cruz said to the DCNF. “I’ve been fighting for justice for Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old from Houston who was brutally murdered by two illegal aliens released into Texas under the administration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.”

“Next Congress I look forward to passing and to having President Trump sign into law my Justice for Jocelyn Act,” Cruz continued. “This legislation is aimed at ensuring that no child and no family ever again experiences what happened to Jocelyn.”

Nungaray was a 12-year-old Houston girl who was allegedly sexually assaulted and murdered in June by two Venezuelan men. Federal immigration authorities say the two men entered the United States unlawfully before their arrest for Nungaray’s brutal killing.

The Justice for Jocelyn Act would require the Department of Homeland Security to “exhaust all reasonable efforts” to keep an illegal migrant in custody before resorting to releasing them into the interior of the country, according to the legislation. Should an illegal migrant be released, however, the bill would call for continuous GPS monitoring until their removal from the country or the completion of their immigration proceedings.

The legislation also would empower federal immigration officials to immediately deport illegal migrants who violate their terms of their release — a proposal that could potentially prevent an incredible number of crimes by illegal migrants who repeatedly encounter law enforcement.

“Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have released dangerous illegal aliens into our country that have gone on to take the lives of American citizens,” Nehls stated to the DCNF. “I have introduced pieces of legislation that would remove illegal aliens who fail to comply with their release order and to improve the mandatory tracking and detention of illegal aliens for the entire process.”

“Too many Americans have lost their lives at the hands of illegal aliens that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden let into our country,” Nehls continued. “Congress must do everything to ensure that Americans are put first, not illegal aliens who shouldn’t even be here in the first place.”

Nehls, whose district largely covers the Houston suburbs, is a sponsor for the Justice for Jocelyn Act on the House side. Like Cruz, the Republican congressman has also ripped the Biden-Harris administration for the release of illegal migrants when there has been detention space available within Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities.

“In a second Trump administration, the House Committee on Homeland Security will do everything possible to help the United States return to an era of secure borders and robust interior enforcement,” Green, who serves as chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, stated to the DCNF. “Ending the Biden-Harris border crisis will require two things — policy changes to end the flow of inadmissible aliens into our country, and more funding for interior enforcement to demonstrate that there are consequences to entering illegally.”

With Green as its chairman, the House Homeland Committee has remained one of the Biden-Harris administration’s fiercest critics, demanding answers on a slate of immigration-related controversies, such as the vetting process that went into the entry of an Afghan recently arrested for allegedly plotting an Election Day terrorist attack, the alleged failure of the administration to properly vet foreign nationals before they boarded domestic flights, the handling of unaccompanied alien children into the country, among numerous other border issues.

“While we don’t control the budget process, I believe that providing massive increases for ICE detention and removal operations will be paramount, and I will be vocal about their necessity,” Green continued.

All three lawmakers have also been presented with the 2024 Congressional Champions of Interior Enforcement award by the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE) for their legislative efforts. NICE has championed hawkish border policy in Washington, D.C., and tracked data that demonstrates the consequences of lax enforcement — such as when the group collected data on how substantially fewer criminal illegal migrants are being removed from the U.S. under the Biden-Harris administration compared to Trump’s time in office.

There were 423,102 deportations of criminal aliens under the first three fiscal years of the Trump administration, with that number falling to 134,617 during the same time period under the current administration, NICE uncovered. Those numbers marked a 74% decrease in removals altogether.

NICE advocates for the end of catch-and-release of illegal migrants at the border, the abolition of sanctuary city laws, requiring all employers in the country to use E-Verify, among numerous other hawkish policies.

“President Trump will be ready, Congress just needs to provide the resources,” RJ Hauman, president of NICE, said to the DCNF. He added that more detention beds are needed and called for “immediate” GPS monitoring of every illegal migrant on the non-detained docket in order to properly conduct sweeping deportations.

“Our champions of interior enforcement will be sure to lead the charge on Capitol Hill,” Hauman said.

The lawmakers said they are ready to work with their allies and hit the ground running if Trump occupies the Oval Office in January.

“I am deeply grateful to the National Immigration Center for Enforcement for all their work pushing back on the open-borders, anti-enforcement policies of the Biden-Harris administration, and to inform the American people about the damage these policies have caused,” Green said of the organization. “I encourage my colleagues on the Hill to consider partnering with them in pursuit of creative and effective policy solutions to this self-inflicted crisis.”

“I’ve been proud to work with some great allies on this bill, including the National Immigration Center for Enforcement,” Cruz said, referring to his Justice for Jocelyn Act. “Together, we will act to stop the crimes enabled by this Biden-Harris administration.”

Please read the below Open Letter to America signed by over 200 retired Homeland Security Professionals.

The majority of those who signed this letter were in senior leadership positions prior to their retirement. The first-hand experience and years of service for each signer is remarkable. None of these signers were invited to come onto the open letter by any PAC (Political Action Committee) political organization or the Trump Campaign.

The extreme concern for the welfare of our nation, our national sovereignty, and the welfare and future of Americans led these professionals to come together.

The United States is under active assault both across our once far more secure borders (north and southern) as well as from within by those holding public office at various levels and degrees of influence and power. The signers on this open letter have placed love for country and their fellow American above worry over being politically correct or the feedback and fallout that could follow. Much like those in the 13 colonies back in 1775, these patriots chose to stand and be counted no matter the cost.

I pray this demonstration of 200 names at least speaks to your heart a bit if not much. I pray you are able to find your voice like these fellow Americans who signed a letter for all to see.

We truly are at war to preserve this exceptional nation.

United States Homeland Security Professionals Open Letter to America

October 2024

Dear America,

On November 5th you will select a new president to lead us. The single most important factor when evaluating the candidates should be ensuring the safety and security of the United States. Of the countless issues to consider, every one of them is dependent upon our national security. National
security has many facets, but it does not exist without enforceable international borders. In this election, there is no need to speculate what each candidate might do. When reviewing their records you can see both candidates have very clear, but distinctly different track records.

The Biden/Harris administration enacted policies that systematically dismantled a proven 27-year bi-partisan border security strategy that prevented crime, both at the border and in towns across America, through deterrence and consequences. The appalling results were immediate and will have lasting consequences. US Customs and Border Protection, the frontline of America’s defense against cartels and Human trafficking syndicates, was forced to pull law enforcement personnel from critical enforcement duties protecting the borders to cope with over 10 million illegal aliens. This record setting illegal immigration overwhelmed every aspect of border security.

Unfortunately, with the majority of our borders left unprotected, approximately two million illegal aliens and narcotics smugglers were observed but evaded apprehension, disappearing unchecked into your neighborhoods. Even more frightening are the unknown numbers that made it through in areas of the border completely unpatrolled. Additionally, millions of aliens were intentionally released into the United States with a simple paper giving them a notice to appear in court at some future date, many years from now.

Pundits and politicians on both sides of the political spectrum continue to overcomplicate border
security. Border security is simply the ability, and willingness, to know and control who and what enters our homeland. Similar to our personal homes, if we cannot control who and what enters our home then we have zero real security. Our nation is no different; border security is national security.

Immigration policy is not synonymous with border security. However, immigration policy and
immigration law directly affect border security. Immigration policy can enable or destroy border security.

Bottom line, as we have seen in the last three and a half years, immigration policy encouraging fraud and illegal entry, decimates our nation’s ability to know and control who, or what enters our homeland.

Illegal immigration also erodes our legal immigration system and forces legal immigrants to the back of the line. Families with relatives here in the United States, doctors, engineers, even legal migrant workers, are all negatively impacted by unfettered illegal aliens who were allowed to jump to the front of the line. Additionally, when illegal aliens are released in significant numbers into the US, the incentivized follow-on illegal immigration will always exceed our nation’s ability to control it. Finally, consider the fact when discussing immigration policy, if we cannot, or will not control who is allowed to enter our homeland then any policy discussion becomes irrelevant.

Furthermore, transnational criminal organizations (TCO), commonly known as cartels, control illegal immigration to strategically distract and overwhelm US law enforcement. This tactic has been very successful over the last several years, as you have seen in the news reports highlighting the terrorists, murderers, rapists, violent gangs and record levels of fentanyl that made it into the US. The TCOs have been able to operate with minimal risk of being apprehended while increasing their profits by billions of dollars, all courtesy of policies implemented by the Biden/Harris administration.

President Trump respected the experience of career border security professionals and listened to our advice. When border security experts explained to President Trump how illegal immigration empowers the cartels to control who and what enters our home, he listened and acted. The Trump administration supported policies and programs that reduced illegal immigration, instilled integrity into our legal immigration system and ensured that the US government was doing all we could to control who and what entered our homeland. The borders of the US were never more secure than they were during the Trump administration.

This same expert information, evidence, and advice was offered to the Biden/Harris administration. However, they chose to ignore the career border security experts and instead, under VP Harris’ watch, idealist political appointees with zero border security experience were empowered to implement disastrous and deadly border security policy for the United States. The devastating results have handed complete control of our border to the cartels, provided them with astronomical record profits, ballooned legal immigration backlogs, and have l0 millions of illegal aliens in the country.

The men and women whose signatures appear below, each an honorably retired career civil servant that specialized in border security, dedicated their careers to the protection of this great nation. Most are not interested in engaging in any political actions other than voting but realized after witnessing the unravelling of the rule of law at our borders and the horrific impacts on our local communities with heinous central and south American gang crimes, and the terrible loss of life from the fentanyl crisis that this election is too important to stand on the sidelines. Campaign ads can portray anything. We encourage every American to take a lesson from law enforcement and simply follow the evidence of the last eight years. The first four resulted in the most secure border in history and the other has resulted in significant increases in the loss of life and record illegal immigration.

Assuming you care about border security as much as we do, the choice is clear. President Trump is the only candidate that we can trust to secure our nation’s borders.

Harris Heckled at Black Church in Philly, Says She has G-d’s Endorsement

Kamala Harris was heckled at a black church in Philadelphia where she invoked God to convince the vital demographic to turn out in big numbers before next week’s pivotal election.

The Democrat nominee took to the pulpit at the Church of Christian Compassion in the City of Brotherly Love on Sunday morning where she debuted yet another new accent and appealed to the congregation, coming very close to suggesting that God himself has endorsed her in a late appeal to believers despite her record of contempt for Christians.

At one point during Harris’ campaign speech, she was interrupted by someone in the audience who shouted at her, the church’s band then turned up the music to drown out the protest which caused a brief interruption of her cynical spiel.

That’s why we fight for democracy,” Harris said, clapping as the heckler was escorted from the building.

“Every voice is important,” the veep said as she clapped her hands. “Every voice is important.”

“In just nine days, we have the power to decide the fate of our nation for generations to come. And on this day, then on this beautiful Sunday morning, I am reminded God expects us to help Him,” Harris told the congregation to applause, hinting that the Almighty wants her to win the election. “We got work to do.”

“Like Paul, we must remember that divine power works through our actions, and we have the power to move past division, fear, and chaos,” she later told the congregation, according to Fox News. “It is in and within our power to fulfill the promise of America and the promise to create opportunity for every child and to protect our basic freedoms, the power to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God power the black Church understood and has used for generations.”

The undisputed queen of cringe also debuted another one of the phony accents that she uses for effect with different audiences.

Harris recently drew criticism for mocking Christian college students who shouted Jesus is Lord” during an event in LaCrosse, WI, telling them they were at the wrong rally before they were booted out by security.

“Here in Pennsylvania right now, each of us has an opportunity to make a difference, because in this moment, we do face a real question: what kind of country do we want to live in? What kind of country do we want for our children and our grandchildren?” Harris said.

“A country of chaos… fear and hate, or a country of freedom, justice and compassion. And the great thing about living in a democracy is We the People have the choice to answer that question,” she added, spouting pure projection from the figurehead of the party of chaos, fear, and hate.

Supermajority of Americans Support Photo ID, Only U.S. Citizens Voting in Elections: Poll

An overwhelming supermajority of Americans from all political parties and ethnic backgrounds believe that only Americans should vote in U.S. elections, and that voters should have to provide a photo ID before casting their ballot, a new survey has found.

In all, more than eight out of 10 Americans — including a majority of Democrats — support the provisions designed to enhance election integrity, which most Democratic elected officials oppose.

In all, 84% of Americans favor requiring voters to show a photo identification before being given a ballot, and 83% are in favor of “requiring people who are registering to vote for the first time to provide proof of citizenship.” Only 15% of Americans oppose each measure.

Support for the election integrity measures cuts deep across members of all political parties and ethnic identities, according to the Gallup poll, released last week. Republicans favored the measures by a near-unanimous margin: 98% of Republicans favor photo identification, and 96% support proof of citizenship for voters. But so did more than eight in 10 registered Independents (84% support both measures). Surprisingly, the vast majority of rank-and-file Democrats also say they would support laws “requiring all voters to provide photo identification at their voting place in order to vote” (67%) and limiting elections to those who can provide reliable proof of their U.S. citizenship (66%).

Although Democratic politicians have likened voter ID laws to Jim Crow — or, as President Joe Biden has said, “Jim Eagle” — the measure has intense support among minority voters. Laws stating that voters must show photo identification are favored by 86% of white voters and 80% of minority voters. (Minority voters are those who identify as Alaska Native, American Indian, Asian, black, Hispanic, or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander.) Limiting the franchise to those who can prove their U.S. citizenship is backed by more than three-quarters (76%) of non-white voters, as well as 87% of white, non-Hispanic voters.

The question about restricting the vote to U.S. citizens is new; however, the numbers largely track with previous Gallup polls asking about photo identification. In October 2022, the polling organization found 79% of Americans favored such laws, and 21% opposed. Similarly, a Gallup poll conducted in August 2016 found that 80% of U.S. voters favored photo identification laws, and 19% opposed them.

Significantly, Democratic support for photo ID laws plummeted 10 points during the Trump and Biden years. While similar supermajorities of Republicans and Independents favored photo ID laws in 2016, so did nearly two-thirds (63%) of Democrats, compared to a bare majority (53%) of Democrats in 2022.

These widely-supported policies make up the core of the SAVE Act, sponsored by Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) and supported by former President Donald Trump and current Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-La.).

The issue takes on added salience, as the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) found that, if a fraction of illegal immigrants turned out to vote, they could, change the course of the election in swing states and well beyond. “Mathematically, there are 12 states, plus the Nebraska 2nd congressional district, where the voting-age non-citizen population is larger in 2024 than the state winner’s margin of victory in the last presidential election,” found a new CIS report.

A relatively small turnout of illegal immigrants could change election results from Donald Trump to Kamala Harris in Georgia (4.5%) and Arizona (5.1%), the group found. They could even impact a seeming impenetrable bastion of Republican electoral votes such as Texas. If 54% of illegal immigrant residents in Texas turned out to vote, and two-thirds voted for Harris-Walz, it could tip the nation’s largest Republican state in favor of the Democratic ticket for the first presidential election since 1976. Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) has led state efforts to remove non-citizens from the voting rolls.

Although audits have found thousands of non-citizens were registered to vote — and had, in fact, cast a vote — in swing states, the Biden-Harris administration’s Justice Department has sued to prevent states from removing non-citizens from the voting rolls. The DOJ alleges election integrity measures in Virginia and Alabama violate the National Voter Registration Act’s 90-day Quiet Period Provision, curtailing all such actions during the 90 days before an election.

Surging numbers of illegal border crossings have catapulted the issue of illegal immigration into the top three issues on voters’ minds ahead of the 2024 election. Before Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office, the largest number of illegal border crossings in American history took place in 1986, the last year Congress gave amnesty to illegal immigrants: 1,692,544 illegal crossings took place that year. All four years of the Biden-Harris administration have broken that record.

There were 1,965,519 illegal crossings during FY 2021 — 1,577,840 since February 2021, when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris officially took office. However, many illegal immigrants began arriving before that date in anticipation of a Biden-Harris victory, some wearing campaign paraphernalia.

Some pro-life advocates intend to help secure the vote on election day and beyond. Students for Life Action is recruiting election integrity volunteers for the states of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Election year irregularities may be confounded by another factor: Illegal immigrants also favor Donald Trump at slightly higher rates after four years of the Biden-Harris administration than in 2016. “[T]here is some evidence naturalized citizens may prefer Harris over Trump by roughly a 60 percent to 40 percent margin,” reports CIS. “If non-citizens had this voting preference it would require 7.48 percent of non-citizens in Georgia and 8.55 percent of non-citizens in Arizona to vote in 2024 for the net gain in support for Harris to exceed the margin of victory in the last presidential election.” That margin would require more than 90% of illegal immigrants to vote in order to paint Texas blue.

President Trump and Tom Homan led America to have the most secure Southern border in our history.

In a matter of moments, Biden – Harris REVERSED all of the Trump policies and the result was the unmitigated disaster that has impacted every American.

On November 5, it is essential, for the sake our of country and families to elect President Trump and once again return sovereignty to the United States of America.

With nine days until Election Day, former President Trump has stepped up his attacks on the Biden-Harris administration’s record on illegal immigration and pledged that, if elected, he’ll conduct the largest deportation in American history.

There are more than 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States.…about 3% of the population. Nearly 80% of them have lived in the country for a decade or more.

How realistic is this mass deportation campaign promise? What would be the human and financial cost?

We took these questions to one of the people Donald Trump has said would join him if he wins a second term – Tom Homan… who led immigration enforcement during the first Trump administration when thousands of migrant children were separated from their parents at the border.

Tom Homan: I hear a lot of people say, you know, the talk of a mass deportation is racist. It’s— it’s— it’s threatening to immigrant community. It’s not threatening to the immigrant community. It should be threatening to the illegal immigrant community. But on the heels of [a] historic illegal immigration crisis. That has to be done.

At the Republican National Convention this summer… Tom Homan, a Fox News contributor, was the proud pitchman of mass deportation…

Tom Homan speaking at the RNC: I got a message to the millions of illegal aliens that Joe Biden’s released in our country. You better start packing now.

Over three decades, he worked his way up from border patrolman to acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement – the agency known as “ICE” — during the first year and a half of the Trump administration.

This election cycle, former President Trump has mentioned mass deportation at nearly every rally…

Donald Trump: We will begin the largest deportation operation in the history of our country because we have no choice

Cecilia Vega: What would the largest deportation in American history look like to you?

Tom Homan: Well, lemme tell you what it’s not going to be first. It’s not gonna be– a mass sweep of neighborhoods. It’s not gonna be building concentration camps. I’ve read it all. It’s ridiculous.

Cecilia Vega: But if mass deportation is not going to be, as you said, massive sweeps and concentration camps

Tom Homan: It’ll be concentrated

Cecilia Vega: What is it?

Tom Homan: They’ll be targeted arrests. We’ll know who we’re going to arrest, where we’re most likely to find ’em based on numerous inve— you know, investigative processes.

Former President Trump’s running mate JD Vance said it would be reasonable to deport a million people a year…

Trump’s top immigration advisor Stephen Miller told a conservative audience that deportees would be removed from the country in a massive military air operation…

Stephen Miller : So you grab illegal immigrants and then you move them to the staging ground and that’s where the planes are waiting for federal law enforcement to then move those illegals home. You deputize the National Guard to carry out immigration enforcement

Cecilia Vega: Stephen Miller said that this will involve large-scale raids.

Tom Homan: He— I— I don’t use the term “raids,” but you’re probably talking about work-site enforcement operations– which this administration pretty much stopped

Cecilia Vega: Workplace enforcement, that’s a roundup.

Tom Homan: And that’s gonna be necessary. Work-site enforcement operations just not about people who’s working illegally in the country and companies that hire ’em that’s gonna undercut their competition that has U.S. citizen employees. It’s where we find a lot of trafficking cases you know, women and children who are forced into forced labor to pay off their smuggling fees.

A study by the American Immigration Council found that mass deportation could result in the removal of millions of construction, hospitality and agriculture workers reducing the GDP by $1.7 trillion.

Cecilia Vega: Can you just limit it to criminals and national security threat though?

Tom Homan: If I’m in charge of this, my priorities are public safety threats and national security threats first.

Cecilia Vega: First implies others follow, though, right?

Tom Homan: Absolutely.

Cecilia Vega: So game that out for me. What’s the scenario

Tom Homan: It’s not OK to enter a country illegally, which is a crime. That’s what drives illegal immigration, when there’s no consequences. The Biden-Harris administration has proven this, You can get to the border, turn yourselves in, get released within 24 hours.

Cecilia Vega: So you are carrying out a targeted enforcement operation. Grandma’s in the house. She’s undocumented. Does she get arrested too?

Tom Homan: It depends

Cecilia Vega: Which

Tom Homan: Let— let the judge decide. We’re gonna remove people that– a judge’s order deported.

Homan’s suggestion that grandma might face arrest would mark a major shift in policy. Under President Biden, ICE is mostly targeting those deemed national security or public safety threats — and people who just crossed the border illegally.

The majority of the 4 million deportations carried out by the Biden administration have occurred at the southern border, where an unprecedented influx of migrants created scenes of chaos, a humanitarian crisis and one of Vice President Harris’ biggest political vulnerabilities.

Homan says mass deportation is the solution.

Cecilia Vega: How many people would be deported?

Tom Homan: That’s— that’s— you can’t answer that question.

Cecilia Vega: Why not?

Tom Homan: How many officers do I have?

Cecilia Vega: Is there a written plan on this?

Tom Homan: Not that I know of.

Cecilia Vega: If there’s no memo, if there’s no plan, is this fully baked?

Tom Homan: We’ve done it before.

Cecilia Vega: But not– a deportation of this scale.

Tom Homan: ICE is very good at these operations. This is what they do

To see what they do, we went to Silver Spring, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, DC … where earlier this month, ICE agents gathered in a parking lot before dawn …

It’s what ICE does every day… and has been doing for many years.

Their task this morning— locate and arrest undocumented immigrants with criminal histories including assault, robbery, drug and gun convictions…

… identified by ICE as a threat to public safety

Matt Elliston, director of ICE’s Baltimore field office, told us the goal was to catch the first target by surprise..

Cecilia Vega: You’ve been f– watchin’ him? He– you know– you know his routine?

Matt Elliston: Yeah, we know his routine. We’ve been watchin’ him for a couple days.

Sure enough, a white van soon appeared to pick him up. But they didn’t get very far…

The man they arrested was a 24-year-old Guatemalan with an assault conviction, who had been ordered deported by a judge five years ago.

The ICE agents discovered that the driver of the van was also in the country illegally. They told us he’d been deported once before.

Matt Elliston: He has no criminal record. He was picking up his employee to go to work. It doesn’t make sense to waste a detention bed on someone like that when we have other felons to go out and get today.

Cecilia Vega: A lotta folks might hear you and say like, “Hold on, you’ve got an undocumented immigrant who comes face-to-face with ICE, who’s responsible for deporting folks from this country, and you let him go?”

Matt Elliston: We utilize immigration law to enhance public safety. It’s not to just aimlessly arrest anyone we come across, right? We do targeted enforcement at ICE.

It took a team of more than a dozen officers 7 hours to arrest six people …. and that doesn’t include the many hours spent searching for them.

Cecilia Vega: So how would it even be possible then for ICE to arrest a million people in this country if that mass deportation plan were to take effect?

Matt Elliston: I could say here in Maryland, we would never be able to resource or find th– find that amount of detention, which would be our biggest challenge. Right? And just the amount of money that that would cost in order to detain everybody– you know, it be, you know, at– at the Department of Defense level of financing.

Jason Houser: It’s insane to think about it at this sort of scale.:

Jason Houser, ICE chief of staff during the first two years of the Biden administration, says it costs $150 a night to detain people like those we saw arrested. The average stay as they await deportation is 46 days. One deportation flight can cost a quarter of a million dollars. And that assumes the home country will accept them…. Many like Cuba and Venezuela rarely do.

Cecilia Vega: ICE currently has some 6,000 law enforcement agents. How much manpower would it take to arrest and deport a million people?

Jason Houser: You’re talking, 100,000 official officers, police officers, detention officers, support staff, management staff

Trump adviser Stephen Miller has said staff could come from other government agencies like the DEA.

Jason Houser: The idea that you’re gonna take the FBI, or the Marshal Service, or the Bureau of Prisons, or the Security Service, or FEMA off of their mission sets that protect– and protect our communities will not make us safer.

Immigration enforcement requires specialized training and language skills that most military and law enforcement officers don’t have.

Cecilia Vega: There’s this discussion out there that makes it sound like it’s just an easy swap.

Matt Elliston: It is not an easy swap. So— what I can tell you in, from the Immigration and Nationality Act, immigration law is second to the U.S. tax code in complexity

Cecilia Vega: We have seen one estimate that says it would cost $88 billion to deport a million people a year.

Tom Homan: I don’t know if that’s accurate or not.

Cecilia Vega: Is that what American taxpayers should expect?

Tom Homan: What price do you put on national security? Is it worth it?

Cecilia Vega: Is there a way to carry out mass deportation without separating families?

Tom Homan: Of course there is. Families can be deported together.

Monica Camacho Perez and her family worry about that. They have lived and worked in the country since coming illegally from Mexico more than 20 years ago.

Cecilia Vega: What scares you the most?

Monica Camacho: I think of– of my nieces and my nephews that they’re gonna get separated from their parents.

They made a life in Baltimore where Monica, who’s 30, teaches English as a second language.

Monica Camacho Perez: We are a normal family, like anybody else, right? We go to church. We work, every day. We pay taxes

She’s among the more than 500,000 undocumented immigrants brought to the country as children who are protected from deportation under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program- known as DACA.

Monica Camacho Perez: I’m the only one right now that’s, like, protected, while my parents are not, my brothers are not. My brothers have– children that are born here. So if they were to get deported, what will happen to their kids. Although I have my life here, I think that I would take the decision to go back with my parents, to take care of them.

Cecilia Vega: You would?

Monica Camacho Perez: Yes.

Cecilia Vega: You own a home here. This is the city you grew up in.

Monica Camacho Perez: But…They’re also part of my American dream. And I can’t imagine living here without them.

Like Monica’s nieces and nephews…more than 4 million U.S.-born children live with an undocumented parent.

Cecilia Vega: Why should a child who is an American citizen have to pack up and move to a country that they don’t know?

Tom Homan: ‘Cause their parent absolutely entered the country illegally, had a child knowing he was in the country illegally. So he created that crisis

While Homan ran ICE — in what became one of the most controversial policies of the Trump administration– at least 5,000 migrant children were forcibly separated from their parents, who were prosecuted for crossing the border illegally.

Cecilia Vega: You’ve been called the “father of Trump’s family separation policy.” How does that sit with you?

Tom Homan: Not true. I didn’t write the memorandum to separate families. I signed the memo. Why’d I sign the memo? I was hopin’ to save lives. While you and I are talkin’ right now, a child’s gonna die in the border. So we thought, maybe if we prosecute people, they’ll stop comin’.

And if Trump wins a second term?

Tom Homan: I don’t know of any formal policy where they’re talkin’ about family separations.

Cecilia Vega: Should it be on the table?

Tom Homan: It needs to be considered, absolutely.

Cecilia Vega: Do you think a mass deportation plan would deter other people from coming to this country illegally?

Monica Camacho Perez: No, I don’t think so. Regardless, people are still going to try to come for a better life.

Kamala Is The October Surprise

Democrats are in disarray and openly talking about losing the election in November.

After Kamala Harris’s disastrous appearance at a CNN Town Hall on Wednesday, even the network’s hyper-partisan Dana Bash said that if her job that night was to close the deal with voters, she wasn’t sure she accomplished it.

Kamala stumbled when questioned on her new-found support for a border wall, exhibited a breathtaking mendacity, and repeated her theme for the night, “Trump is a fascist,” in the most unlikely places.

Democrats have always believed Republicans are preparing an “October Surprise” to upend the election, and have gone to extraordinary lengths to “pre-bunk” news stories they know will be damaging.

Remember how they treated the New York Post scoop about Hunter Biden’s laptop in October 2020? Even Attorney General Bob Barr, no friend of Trump, has said he believes the media blackout on that story probably cost Trump the 2020 election.

This time, there is little the Democrats can do, because the October Surprise is Kamala herself.

Her abysmal performance in interview after interview with friendly networks has left her partisans openly skeptical of her qualifications to hold the highest office in the land.

Former Obama advisor David Axelrod said in the CNN spin room after the town hall that Kamala had a tendency to head to ”word salad city” whenever she was challenged.

Her worst moment was when a Republican man from Pennsylvania who said he remained undecided asked her what she felt were her biggest weaknesses.

You could almost her the little gremlins in her brain opening and closing file drawers, searching for the answer. Finally, she came up with this: “I really do value having a team around me of really smart people who bring to my decision-making process different perspectives.”

Given all the reports of the Harris’s inability to retain qualified staff because she dresses them down in obscenity-laden rants, this was laugh-out loud pathetic. Even NPR has reported on the high staff turnover, which has been estimated at 92% during her nearly four years as vice-president, according to employment statistics.

And those low moments were not the exception.

Anderson Cooper, to his credit, asked her what she felt was her biggest mistake as Vice President. She replied by saying, “that I probably worked very hard at making sure that I am well versed on issues.”

Given her inability to discuss any issue in anything other than platitudes and repeated talking points, this was a joke.

In the end, the joke will be on the Dems. Who ever would have thought they would be the cause of their own October surprise?

On Thursday, Putin and his congeries of dictators and enablers posed for a group photo at the latest BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia.

The expansion of BRICS to include Iran, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and possibly Turkey and Saudi Arabia, poses a real threat to America’s long-term interests. Their immediate goal is to create an alternative world trading system to the US dollar. Already in 2020, the BRICS economies surpassed the G7 as a share of world GDP. Today, they now account for 35.4% or world GDP, while the G7 has dropped below 30%.

Ultimately, they would like to establish a new reserve currency. And while that’s much further down the road, no one should underestimate the harm this would do to our economy. This is why Donald Trump has been saying he will restore the dollar as the world’s reserve currency, making up for the erosion suffered over the past four years.

I do not actually discuss Kamala in this week’s edition of Prophecy Today Weekend. Instead, I spend much of the time discussing BRICS, the Axis of Opportunism of Russia-China-Iran and North Korea, and the latest Chinese naval exercises to simulate a naval blockade of Taiwan and a maritime and ground assault.

The Irresponsible Harris-Biden Border Policy

The surge in illegal border crossings is what the American people have determined is the single most critical issue in this election because of the often-devastating effects across our country. Here is a different view of this issue.

Most Americans do not know that the number of naturalized citizens in 2022 was 969,380 and 878,500 in 2023. That is a lot of people to embrace as new citizens each year. Some politicians talk in platitudes about how so many people want to come to America and how there are many refugees in their native countries due to poor circumstances. As someone who has been to nearly 90 countries worldwide, I can tell you from our discussions that America is a popular place, and a lot of people want to come here. The question is whether we should admit them.

More importantly, are we prepared to do that? In my column on the Harris housing proposal, you learned we already have a shortage of 4.5 million homes for citizens. That is without considering the burgeoning homeless problem, particularly in Democrat-run cities like Los Angeles and Seattle.

Think of this other aspect. If we want to greet more future Americans, we need to be prepared to do so. When Wal-Mart opens a new store, they take months hiring and training their personnel. They stock their shelves and do test runs before the doors open. If you open a restaurant, you have to develop your menu, hire your cooks and chef, get the front of the house personnel in place. Then you have dry runs and a soft opening before you can operate at full throttle.

I can tell you with the number of naturalized citizens we are currently processing, our system is stretched beyond its limit. People may want to come here, but if we don’t have the infrastructure to manage those people and the housing to offer them then it does not matter whether they can obtain work. We must have all the elements in place before we have our “grand opening” event and tell them we are ready for them. It is unfair both to us and to them.

I wrote the following ten years ago during my interview with an immigration attorney, Warren Winston. He now has 50 years with the system:

“We cannot have a legal immigration system without the assets and personnel to be able to efficiently approve the immigrants allowed under the current law. Winston described the decrepit court facilities, overcrowded courts without sufficient personnel to manage the workload, and inadequate systems to process the immigrants we do allow. Immigration Judges are often forced to postpone cases because government lawyers either don’t have the immigrant’s files or are not prepared to complete the cases. Requests for short continuances are often granted, but for years instead of months because of overwhelmed court calendars.”

That situation is demonstratively worse now.

President Biden has on multiple occasions stated if he had the assets he could do the job on immigration. He and Harris constantly talk about the bipartisan border bill that was proposed and supposedly shut down by Trump for political reasons. There was a very well-respected Republican senator, James Lankford, who participated in drafting the bill. By time the bill got to the U.S. Senate, there were a sufficient number Republican senators and six Democrats rejecting it that so it would never have gotten to the floor for a vote. Trump followed their lead when he rejected the bill, not the other way around. The bill would have allowed 1.5 million immigrants to enter annually without going through the legal process. That is why it was rejected.

The bill would have covered some aspects of what needs to be done at the border, but not enough. We urgently need to add at least 3,000 judges. Where exactly are we going to get those people? You can’t simply be an attorney. You must be extremely knowledgeable in one area of the law – immigration.

Then we need 3,000 more court rooms. That is a lot. Here is an idea: Utilize the empty classrooms in many of our cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. There are numerous reasons the student population has shrunk, and fewer kids are going through these rotten municipal school systems than ever. The teachers’ unions will not free up the classrooms for charter schools or other independent operations. Why not convert the classrooms into courtrooms?

In addition, we need the support staff (bailiffs and secretarial) to add to those darn Judges.

You get the point. We are nowhere near ready for the scale of immigration we are getting – legal and illegal. Not only are we incapable of managing the legal immigrants; we are way far away from being able to manage the illegal ones. It is not only unfair to our citizens, but also unfair to the people coming here.

We need to get a handle on this process. Before we let any more people in, we must have the operational structure to manage them. We need the store manager, the department heads, the support staff, and the janitorial staff before we open our doors.

That is what Ms. Harris is missing and that is why her plan is a complete bust.

Trump Within Striking Distance Of Harris In State GOP Hasn’t Won Since New Millennium

Former President Donald Trump has closed within striking range of Vice President Kamala Harris in New Hampshire, a state the GOP hasn’t claimed in a presidential race since 2000.

A new Emerson College Polling/WHDH poll, conducted Oct. 21-23, shows Harris with a narrow lead of just three points over Trump, garnering support from 50% of likely voters compared to Trump’s 47%. Third-party candidates pull 2%, with 1% of voters still undecided.

This slim margin signals a more competitive race than many anticipated in the Democratic-leaning state as Trump gains momentum in a state that President Joe Biden carried by over 7% in 2020. Recent polling shows a noticeable shift among male voters in favor of Trump, while Harris maintains a lead among women similar to Biden’s in the last election.

“Harris’ margin among women is similar to that of Biden in 2020 — however, male voters have shifted about two points toward Trump,” Spencer Kimball, executive director of Emerson College Polling, said. “In addition, Harris is underperforming Biden’s 2020 support among independent voters, who break for Harris by 13 points, but broke for Biden by about double that amount.”

Economic concerns dominate the political landscape in New Hampshire, with 34% of respondents identifying the economy as their top issue, followed by housing affordability at 26%, which may play into Trump’s hands as he campaigns on promises of financial recovery and job creation, pressing an agenda aimed squarely at discontent over inflation and rising costs, Emerson College Polling stated. For Harris, addressing these economic anxieties will be critical as she works to consolidate her base in New Hampshire.

Other polls conducted recently suggest trouble for Harris as well, in a tight race for Arab American support, a new Arab News/YouGov poll shows Trump edging out Harris, with 45% backing Trump over Harris’s 43%. As the election nears, Harris’s team is reportedly concerned about her standing in key swing states like Michigan, where Arab American and Muslim communities could prove pivotal.

With just under two weeks until election day, Trump holds a slight 47%-45% lead nationally over Harris, according to a Wall Street Journal poll released Thursday. This shift follows August’s poll, where Harris held an advantage, now within the margin of error.

The race for the U.S. Senate seat in Texas is heating up as incumbent Senator Ted Cruz faces off against Democrat Colin Allred. Large Migrant Caravan Heads to U.S. ahead of Presidential Election

After four years under President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, a number of U.S. Border Patrol agents have threatened to quit if Harris is elected as president this November. This comes after tens of millions of illegal immigrants have crossed the border, causing an influx in crime, terror threats, sex trafficking, drug smuggling, and more. While the agents are fearing an election in Harris’s favor, illegal immigrants are publicly announcing their fear of Republican nominee Donald Trump winning.

The migrants are concerned, should Trump be elected, that he will strengthen border policies, making it harder for illegal crossings. To get ahead of that, roughly 2,000 hopped on a caravan headed straight to America on Sunday. The convoy of men, women, and children, which left from Tapachula, Mexico earlier this month, has made its way across Latin America — including people from Venezuela, Haiti, Honduras, and Africa.

“In the last two years,” the New York Post wrote, approximately “1.3 million migrants have made it into the U.S. using the likes of Biden’s CBP One app and other legal avenues under the Biden-Harris administration” that have made it easier for immigrants to apply for asylum and enter the country. However, this hasn’t stopped millions from still sneaking into the U.S. illegally. The outlet added that “Sunday’s caravan is just the latest to start its way across Mexico in recent weeks, but also the largest in recent days.”

Earlier this month, two other caravans left Mexico, one carrying roughly 600 to 800 migrants, another carrying about 1,000. As such, among the three caravans is a total of almost 4,000 immigrants. Border Report noted an estimate of an additional 40,000 migrants that are still in southern Mexico.

Former President Donald Trump has made it clear that closing the border is his “first priority” if he wins the election. As part of that promise, he has said he will deport millions of illegal immigrants who have entered the U.S. “We have no choice,” Trump stated in a July interview. “[W]e have to get the criminals out. These are murderers. These are drug dealers. These are people that will take women and put them in the trunk of a car and sell them to the highest bidder.”

On the other hand, Harris, who has been in office for the nearly four years since the border crisis escalated to its current standing, has only offered vague policies to address the issue if she were elected as president. In September, she gave a speech in Arizona where she said, “Those who cross our borders unlawfully will be apprehended and removed and barred from re-entering for five years.” As the official Democratic presidential nominee, Harris took a trip to the border where she claimed she would “do more to secure our border, to reduce illegal border crossings” and “will take further action to keep the border closed between ports of entry.”

Illegal immigration has consistently polled as one of the top issues for voters this election season, and yet, many do not know how to respond to the current events. However, in a comment to The Washington Stand, David Closson, director of Family Research Council’s Center for Biblical Worldview, offered some ways to analyze the ongoing border crisis.

“The old adage that elections have consequences is proven correct every four years,” he said. Regarding the caravans that are bringing thousands of immigrants to America, Closson emphasized how “it is noteworthy that thousands of immigrants perceive that a Trump victory on November 5th will represent a return to policies that were more restrictive when it comes to immigration.” He continued, “The optics of large caravans headed north to our southern border is the precise image that the Harris-Walz campaign does not want to see, [even though] it is true that the Biden-Harris administration has been more lax on immigration than the Trump administration.”

“It’s not surprising that people fleeing from desperate situations would perceive Trump’s win as a narrowing window through which they could enter the country without being turned away,” Closson observed. He went on to highlight the importance of Christians to understand what the Bible has to say on matters such as immigration. He referred to Romans 13 and Titus 3 to explain how Scripture teaches that “a Christian framework for government understands that the state exists to punish wrongdoing and promote good. A fundamental task of government is to provide for the common welfare, which includes protecting its citizens.”

According to Closson, this biblical framework should help Christians see that citizens are not being protected, because “the broken border represents an increasing threat to the health and safety of Americans that has led to all sorts of human suffering. Christians should rightly be concerned about a porous southern border that is exploited by the enemies of the United States.” However, Closson insisted, “In the same breath, Christians understand that all people are made in God’s image.”

He continued, “This is one of the reasons why Christians don’t use dehumanizing rhetoric to refer to people who are legitimately trying to pursue a better life. We also need to recognize that the United States can’t grant asylum to everyone in the world who wants to come to this country.”

Closson concluded that “Christians are the people that can say two things: One, all people have dignity and value and should be respected. But two, we need to be the people that are really careful about what immigration policies we support, because we recognize that national sovereignty, as well as the health and safety of our citizens, is at stake.”

Government Spying on Citizens

The U.S. government has long been afraid of the American people. This is why the 4^th amendment has been ignored and the government is watching us.

The 2002 movie, Minority Report, was about knowing every human’s thought and response to stimuli. Privacy was a thing of the past, the government spied on you in every way. Here we are 22 years later and there are auto license readers everywhere, cameras at intersections, cameras inside and outside businesses and in apartment buildings. Police cars are able to drive by your home and know everything about you via computer.

In communist Red China, the CCP can track a person no matter where they are and we thought that was only in the TV series, Person of Interest, with Jim Caviezel.

How about Google? You are the product with Google, they track every command, every text, every video, they own YouTube, take your phone with you and they know where you’ve been. If you use Gmail, they know every single email you’ve ever written. It’s exploitative, Google uses your personal profile to sell ads.

Cities and counties use drones to check homeowners and see if they’ve made property improvements and if so, they raise your real estate taxes. No, we never own our property, the county government owns it.

Madame Vice President Harris wants to send police into the homes of firearm owners to make sure firearms are properly secured. And, how many people have said, “But I have nothing to hide.” Really? A totally stupid and foolish statement. You’d allow the Stasi into your home to make sure you are properly storing your firearms like Madame VP Harris wants to do?

Everyone has something that is no one else’s business and that they want to keep private, but the government in all its bloated bureaucracy is afraid of the people. Thus, they need to know everything about you and what you own, think, care about and rely on.

Vietnam Brought Change

Yes, the 30s also had Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger singing about labor struggles, but no decade matched the 60s for the number of songs calling for action and change.

The Chicago Seven and Bill Ayers’ Weather Underground were the communist activists in the Students for Democratic Society (SDS) using the Vietnam War to advance communism through violent revolution.

The 60s became a decade of death starting with the assassination of Medger Evers in June 1963. Bob Dylan’s, “Only a Pawn in Their Game,” was released in 1964, with lyrics about Evers’ murder.

Arlo Guthrie, filling the footsteps of his dad with “Alice’s Restaurant.” Then, we saw the changes because of the Nam War, so it seemed. In 1963, President John F. Kennedy’s murder opened eyes and the distrust got rolling.

Here are the top ten culture changing songs of the 1960s, but the songs that stand out are those written after the assassination of JFK.

Sam Cooke’s, “A Change Gonna Come” in 1964, Barry McQuire’s “Eve of Destruction” in 1965, and Credence Clearwater Revival’s “Fortunate Son.” The decade of war was also the decade of the march for civil rights and full freedom for black Americans.

Pete Seeger’s “Bring ‘em Home” was released in 1966.

In 1968, Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy were assassinated.

“War,” produced and co-written, by Norman Jesse Whitfield in 1970 was first sung by the Temptations. Whitfield was a producer and songwriter who worked with The Temptations from 1966 to 1974, producing nearly all their great music.

And in 1971, “American Pie” by Don McLean.

Listen to the Music

America has never been in a more destructive and dissolute arena as we are today. Was it forecast? Of course. Through movies, television and music, we have been forewarned of what is coming, not just through the Lord’s Word, like John Rich’s latest, number, “Revelation,” but by current events shaping our future.

In 2003, Les and Loretta Fradkin wrote lyrics far more prescient of our future than many other artists. Les put those lyrics to fabulous music that warned of despair and drudgery, obsolescence, loss and a system crash.

The music is dynamite, the lyrics foretelling a frightening future.

Everything is Wrong, alludes to society and cultural decay, nothing is right, and everything is wrong. The people know, but they don’t react.

Harris just gave 157 million to Lebanon. Since 2022, we have given 175 billion to Ukraine, a war that was unnecessary and was avoidable. An agreement had been made between Putin and Zelensky to avoid war, but Biden sent Boris Johnson to Zelensky to back out of the agreement.

Last March, Biden freed up Iran’s access to $10 billion from their previously inaccessible bank accounts, right after they murdered three U.S. soldiers. President Obama chose appeasement and cash payoffs with Iran instead of strength and accountability.

On November 1, 2020, President Trump was clear when he said, “Iran’s hostilities substantially increased after the foolish Iran nuclear deal was signed in 2013 and they were given $150 billion, not to mention $1.8 billion in cash. … Then, Iran went on a terror spree, funded by the money from the deal and created hell in Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Iraq. The missiles fired last night at us and our allies were paid for with the funds made available by the last administration.”

A former senior intelligence official who said that much of the $1.8 billion cash payoff from the Obama administration was used explicitly to fund terrorism as an additional “screw you” from the leaders of Iran — including Soleimani — to the United States. The rest of the money, he believes, ended up in the bank accounts of corrupt Iranian leaders and terrorists.

Now, Israel is fighting for the entire free world, and the American government is funding their terrorist enemies.

How is it that American tax dollars can be given away without the oversight of the House of Representatives? No one ever answers that question.

New Poll Spells Major Trouble For Harris With Unlikely Demographic

Former President Donald Trump is maintaining a small lead over Vice President Kamala Harris among an unlikely demographic as her campaign reportedly worries about her chances in key swing states, according to a new Arab News/YouGov poll obtained by Semafor.

In a new Arab News/YouGov poll, 45% of Arab American voters said they are more likely to vote for Trump, compared to 43% who said they will likely vote for Harris. More Arab Americans, 39%, think Trump will “successfully resolve the Israel-Palestine conflict,” compared to Harris who has 33% of the community’s support on this question, the poll shows. Two weeks before the election, the Harris campaign is worried about the vice president’s chances in the “blue wall,” such as Michigan, where the Muslim community is prominent, three sources with knowledge of the campaign’s strategy told NBC News.

“There has been a thought that maybe Michigan or Wisconsin will fall off,” a senior Harris campaign official told NBC News, emphasizing that there are real concerns over her path to victory if Michigan goes for Trump while Wisconsin and Pennsylvania stay blue.

Of likely Arab American voters, 4% of respondents said they would cast their vote for third-party candidate Jill Stein and 6% said they were still undecided, according to the poll. Arab News/YouGov surveyed 500 Arab Americans nationally between Sept. 26 and Oct. 1 2024 and the poll has a margin of error of 5.93%.

Muslim Americans in Michigan are making an effort to flip the state for Trump in protest of the Biden-Harris administration’s Middle East policy. One activist organization, Drive for 75, has calculated that if 75% of its community can turn out to the polls then the vice president has a 99.9% chance of losing, Rex Nazarko, who is heading up the effort, previously told the Daily Caller.

“What was a guarantee for [a Harris loss] to happen? We tried with different percentages and different turnouts, and with the 75% number, again, accounting only for the Muslim community, not other communities, not other allies, not other progressives. It essentially guaranteed a 99.9% likelihood of the vice president losing the election in Michigan, if 75% of [the community turned out],” Nazarko told the Caller, explaining that they ran numerous mathematical simulations to inform their strategy.

“We ran that simulation 10,000 times, and almost every time that was the case. So that’s how we got the Drive for 75 call to action and idea,” he explained.

As a part of the effort to flip the state, Muslim activist organizations are pushing their community to vote for Green Party candidate Dr. Jill Stein, or even Trump, they told the Daily Caller. Abandon Harris, one of those groups trying to spoil Harris’ election chances, threw its support behind Stein, who also has the backing of some socialist groups in the U.S. due to her anti-capitalist economic positioning.

“We need to be clear about what our goals are, we are not in a position to win the White House. But we do have a real opportunity to win something historic. We could deny Kamala Harris the state of Michigan,” Kshama Sawant, a former Seattle City Council Member and self-described socialist, said to cheers at a recent rally for Stein.

A Harris campaign spokesperson denied NBC News’ report that there were concerns over their ability to win Michigan.

“We absolutely are competing to win Michigan,” Harris campaign spokeswoman Lauren Hitt told NBC News, pointing to the vice president’s recent stops in the state. “We think we will win Michigan.”

The vice president has recently campaigned across key swing states including Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin alongside former Republican Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney.

Alongside Cheney, her father, former Vice President Dick Cheney previously endorsed Harris, though the endorsement might not have the positive effect the campaign is hoping to have, one Michigander told the Caller.

“Here’s the new thing going around, people are saying that, ‘hello, she’s been endorsed by Dick Cheney.’ That tells you everything you need to know about this woman: that her intentions are war,” Vice chair of the 12th Congressional District Republican Committee Stephanie Butler, who is married to a Muslim, told the Caller.

Trump took to TruthSocial Monday to give a message to Arab and Muslim American voters ahead of the election on Harris’ Middle East policy.

“Arab Voters are very upset that Comrade Kamala Harris, the Worst Vice President in the History of the United States and a Low IQ individual, is campaigning with ‘dumb as a rock’ War Hawk, Liz Cheney, who, like her father, the man that pushed Bush to ridiculously go to War in the Middle East, also wants to go to War with every Muslim Country known to mankind,” Trump wrote.

“If Kamala gets four more years, the Middle East will spend the next four decades going up in flames, and your kids will be going off to war, maybe even a Third World War, something that will never happen with President Donald J. Trump in charge. For our country’s sake, and for your kids, Vote Trump for PEACE!” the former president wrote.

Florida sues Biden admin over alleged refusal to help state purge noncitizens from voter rolls

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The state of Florida is suing the Biden administration over what it claims is a refusal to verify immigration records so that the Sunshine State can ensure the integrity of its voter rolls and prevent noncitizens from voting.

In a lawsuit, obtained first by Fox News Digital, the state argues that DHS is mandated to respond to an inquiry from state or local governments seeking to verify the immigration status of anyone in their jurisdiction for a purpose authorized by law.

“Because the federal government is refusing to comply with these obligations and frustrating Florida’s ability to maintain the integrity of its elections, Florida files this suit,” the lawsuit says.

Florida says it “has an obligation to maintain accurate and current voter registration records” and also notes the impact of the crisis at the southern border, which brought millions of noncitizens into the U.S.

It argues that it cannot track and maintain immigration information on its own. States can verify status through a DHS program called the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program. According to the lawsuit, DHS and Florida have an agreement to allow the state to use SAVE to verify immigration and citizenship status for people on the voter registration rolls.

The lawsuit claims that Florida’s Department of State identified a number of individuals for whom it had evidence that they were not citizens, but couldn’t run a search via SAVE as it doesn’t have unique identifiers.

The state says it reached out to DHS’ U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requesting the verification of those people, but was denied.

“Thus, Florida has identified a subset of individuals for whom it cannot verify citizenship or immigration status through SAVE and for whom DHS refuses to verify citizenship or immigration status through other means,” the state says. DHS did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The state is seeking an order saying the refusal to provide Florida with a response is unlawful, a declaration that they are entitled to a response and an order requiring DHS to respond to the inquiry.

“Voting is a right granted to American citizens—not illegal immigrants or other noncitizens. The Biden-Harris administration has allowed millions of illegal immigrants into the country, and we must ensure that only citizens are on our voter rolls,” Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody. “I am taking legal action against the Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Mayorkas to ensure Florida is able to maintain the integrity of our state’s voter rolls.”

“The Florida Constitution is clear that only citizens can vote in our elections. Florida is calling on the federal government to dismantle the barriers blocking the states from obtaining critical information needed to prevent non-citizens from voting in our elections,” said Florida Secretary of State, Cord Byrd. “We are going to prevail in our effort to uphold the law and uphold the Constitution’s guarantee of one citizen, one vote.”

A similar lawsuit was filed by the state of Ohio, requesting access to multiple DHS databases.

It marks the latest in a continued back and forth between GOP-led states and the Biden administration over concerns about noncitizen voting. A number of states have made efforts to remove noncitizen voters from the rolls, but some have fallen foul of the administration.

The Department of Justice has sued both Alabama and Virginia over those states’ efforts to remove noncitizens, arguing that they have violated the Quiet Period Provision, which says that states must complete maintenance no later than 90 days before the election.

In a statement responding to the lawsuit against his state, Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin called the lawsuit “politically motivated.”

Crimes against American Schoolchildren Rise as Illegal Immigration Increases

Those who knew and loved Joshua Wilkerson described the 18-year-old as friendly, “solid in his faith,” and eager to help other students in his Houston-area high school. “Joshua had never been in a fight in his life,” said his mother.

That all changed on November 16, 2010.

A fellow student and acquaintance named Hermilo Moralez asked him for a ride home. Police say after they arrived, the 19-year-old illegal immigrant from Belize launched an unprovoked attack on Wilkerson, who had driven Moralez home numerous times in the past. Moralez, a skilled martial artist, punched Wilkerson in the face and “kicked so hard in the stomach that it sent his spleen into his spine, and sliced it in two,” his mother testified to Congress. Moralez beat him with a wooden rod and injured his classmate so extensively that police categorized the injuries as torture. Even Moralez called his assault “very violent,” court records show.

Moralez then tied Wilkerson’s body, drove Wilkerson’s truck to a remote location, and set him on fire. “At one point, Hermilo stated that Joshua kind of ‘melted’ into the ground,” say court documents.

While propounding numerous alibis, the killer tried to blame the victim. “The suspect claims Josh began to come on to him in a sexual manner and that’s how the fight started, but we don’t believe that information is very credible,” said Lt. Onesimo Lopez, a local police officer.

“This was our family’s 9/11 terrorist attack by a foreign invader,” his mother, Laura Wilkerson, testified to the U.S. Senate in 2015.

While her son’s killer has been convicted, sentenced, and will spend decades in U.S. prison, he is far from alone. A growing number of illegal immigrants has committed crimes against U.S. citizens or tried to turn America’s taxpayer-funded public schools into recruiting grounds for transnational criminal organizations such as Tren de Aragua.

A recent example took place in a familiar location: the Loudoun County public schools in Virginia. The school board became infamous after a male student wearing a skirt raped and attempted to sodomize a 15-year-old girl inside a restroom at Stone Bridge High School on May 28, 2021. When her father complained, school board officials had him arrested. They had transferred the teenage perpetrator to another school, where they say he victimized another female student.

The Loudoun County School Board built on his reputation for silencing parents’ concerns at its October 8 meeting, when parents complained about the district allowed a young man with a troubling history to return to school. Last year, police arrested the teenager — reportedly an illegal immigrant with ties to the violent criminal gang MS-13 — for bringing a gun to Blue Ridge Middle School and threatening to kill another student. Once again, when concerned parents spoke out, the board cut their microphones and ruled them out of order, citing the safety and privacy of the illegal immigrant.

“Where’s the protection and the safety for our children who are in school with other children who have [made] known threats, who have been arrested and who are back in the school?” asked a parent, Abbie Platt, at the school board meeting.

Even The Washington Post admits such parental fears are not misplaced. Members of MS-13 have murdered and assaulted numerous students in the nation’s high schools. During his first State of the Union address, President Donald Trump said the names of two MS-13 victims: Kayla Cuevas and Nisa Mickens, killed by MS-13 in September 2016.

“She used to tell me, ‘Ma, they are taking over the school. It’s like they’re everywhere,’” said Cuevas’ mother, Evelyn Rodriguez.

“From New York to Virginia to Texas, schools in areas racked by MS-13 violence are now struggling with a sobering question. What to do when the gang isn’t just in your community, but in your classrooms?” asked the newspaper.

In addition to crimes, gangs use schools as recruiting grounds for minors, who cannot be tried as adults. “Definitely gang involvement is a real thing in some communities,” testified Sheena Rodriguez of the president of the Alliance for a Safe Texas at a June 4 hearing of the House Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Education Subcommittee. “Many,” she said, “have criminal histories, affiliation with gangs, or are actually adults who are potentially infiltrating our communities and schools.”

The problem is only growing, as illegal immigrants have brought between 500,000 and one million students into the U.S. public school system. The surge of unexpected enrollments has depleted local tax bases, overwhelmed school officials, and too often deprived American students of a quality education. Yet America’s uncontrolled border is also claiming innocent American lives.

Sometimes the crimes involve adults who target teenagers. Last December, 23-year-old Rafael Govea Romero, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, stabbed 16-year-old high school cheerleader Lizbeth Medina to death in Edna, Texas. Authorities believe Romero, who was on probation for burglary at the time of his arrest for capital murder, broke into Medina’s apartment for robbery and, when he found the teenager at home, stabbed her in the abdomen. Medina’s mother was unaware of the crime until her daughter did not participate in the Christmas parade with the rest of her squad that afternoon and returned home to find her child’s lacerated body in her bathtub.

“This government continues to fail or even recognize that we have an issue. Americans are dying daily at the hands of criminals that we don’t even know are here,” Wilkerson boldly told U.S. senators. “You’re elected by Americans, not any other country. You should be for Americans.”

No one is certain how often illegal immigrants assault or kill American students. But “one is too many, and it was entirely preventable if the government had been doing its job and enforcing our laws,” Ira Mehlman, media director of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), told The Washington Stand.

“There is also culpability at the local level, because” liberal states and cities advertise themselves as “proud sanctuary jurisdictions and bend over backwards to accommodate illegal aliens rather than cooperate with federal law enforcement on those rare instances when they actually want to remove somebody,” Mehlman told TWS. “Especially under this administration, Mayorkas has essentially said once you are here, unless you’re a truly violent criminal, they are not coming for you. So when ICE issues a detainer request, that ought to be a serious indication to a sanctuary jurisdiction that this poses a serious danger. And yet very often they ignore it.”

Not only do federal officials ignore the problem, critics say, they facilitate it. Wilkerson testified that under policies favored by Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris, her son’s classmate fit a preferred demographic in American society. “Hermilo Moralez was brought here illegally by his illegal parents when he was 10 years old, so he fit the ‘DREAM’ kid description,” she said. The 2024 Democratic Party platform and Kamala Harris have promised amnesty for DREAMers, as well as “a pathway to citizenship” for the rest of the nation’s illegal immigrant population.

The Republican-controlled House of Representatives subsequently impeached the Biden-Harris administration’s Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, for his failure to control the southern border. But the Democrat-controlled Senate dismissed the charges without a vote.

Liberal schools sometimes respond by punishing American students for speaking out, even in a joking way. School officials gave Christian McGhee — a 16-year-old student at Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina — a three-day suspension for using the term “illegal alien.” His English teacher had given an assignment to write about an alien, to which he asked, “Like space aliens or illegal aliens without green cards?” When some of his Hispanic fellow students took offense, his teacher allegedly accused him of “racism,” although McGhee did not mention any ethnicity.

On behalf of those targeted by illegal immigrant crime, Wilkerson wants not merely America’s grief but its protection. “I know you will sympathize with our story, but I want more than that. I want you to be angry that America’s borders are wide open. America does not know who is in this country. It is time to put Americans first. Close the borders, figure out who is really here. Keep statistics. Realize that we are at war right here in this country,” Wilkerson testified.

Mehlman said the federal government has robust resources at its disposal, if it wished to use them.

An incoming president should “repeal those policy memos that Mayorkas put out in 2021 essentially making all illegal aliens untouchable by ICE. He basically said unless you meet certain very narrow criteria, you are going to be allowed to stay here,” Mehlman told TWS. “The other thing is, they can go after sanctuary jurisdictions. Under a law passed in 1996 sanctuary jurisdictions are actually outlawed, but nobody ever enforces that law against those jurisdictions that shields illegal aliens and violent criminals.”

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 encoded into federal law (8 U.S. Code §1373) that “a [f]ederal, [s]tate, or local government entity or official may not prohibit, or in any way restrict, any government entity or official from sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual.”

“These sanctuary jurisdictions are always looking for federal grant money,” noted Mehlman. “That’s how you enforce it.”

The victims agree that action is overdue. “Sanctuary city policies scream to the criminal element of illegals in this country: ‘Come to our town USA, we’ll protect you from our terrible policemen. We’ll protect you from these tough American laws,’” said Wilkerson.

Former President Donald Trump has vowed to “carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history” if elected.

“I will outlaw sanctuary cities. They will be over,” the 45th president told a responsive crowd in Greenville, North Carolina, early Monday evening. He pledged to end all migrant flights, which have imported illegal immigrants into 45 U.S. cities, approximately two-thirds of them in Republican-leaning or swing states — including an estimated 326,000 to Florida. “And I will ban all welfare and federal benefits for illegals. I will restore every Trump border policy and immediately expel all illegals who violate our border.”

Experts like Mehlman say these policies will add new layers of protections to help safeguard U.S. citizens, especially young people, from illegal immigrant crime. But those already affected will never be the same.

“Our family is shattered,” Wilkerson testified. “My surviving kids have changed. Everything about us has changed. It’s by the grace of God that in our broken hearts we have a stream of memories of the loving relationship that we had with Joshua.”

The Government Has Become the ‘FedEx of Children from the Border to Traffickers’: Expert

Experts are sounding the alarm on the fact that the sex trafficking of minors has more than tripled under the Biden-Harris administration. “Biden’s border policies have led to an explosion in the forced prostitution of migrants in the U.S.,” wrote The Free Press’s investigative reporter Madeleine Rowley. In fact, added an informant from the nonprofit Shepherd’s Watch, “Nearly all … sex-trafficking rings now are migrant girls,” with a notable explosion of online sex-trafficking ads of women “within the first three months of the border being open.”

During “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” last week, Rowley explained how there’s no doubt the rise in sex trafficking “is directly tied to Biden opening the border.” Criminals are smuggling women and girls “across the border promising them a better life, promising them jobs, only to trick them and force them into prostitution after they have crossed the border.” As Family Research Council President Tony Perkins highlighted, unaccompanied “minors … are entrapped in this” by being handed off by the federal government directly “into the custody of people who are going to abuse them and exploit them.”

According to Rowley’s research, there were roughly 137,000 unaccompanied minors that crossed the border in 2023 alone. “[T]he government is tasked with vetting the sponsors that these children are released to,” she said. While “a lot of the times they’re released to … people that they know,” they’re often “released to what they call ‘category ‘three sponsors’ or ‘unrelated sponsors,’” many of whom are unvetted or the ones doing the trafficking.

It’s “just absolutely shocking and heartbreaking that our government is facilitating the exploitation of women and children,” Perkins sighed. But as guest host Jody Hice explained on Friday’s episode of “Washington Watch,” “This story certainly has been going on for years,” which only makes it that much more shocking as “new details continue to emerge that paint an absolutely heartbreaking picture of the abuse that is taking place.”

“Within the last week,” Breitbart reported, “158 unaccompanied migrant children have been sent across the Rio Grande into the small town of Eagle Pass.” These children range between the ages of five and 17 years old. According to Tara Rodas, a whistleblower who formerly worked for the Department of Health and Human Services, this crisis is not merely being allowed by the government but is being fueled by the government. “[W]hat we now know,” said Rodas, is that this “is government sponsored, taxpayer-funded child trafficking.”

“I can assure you,” she stated, “I never thought I’d be saying that.” Hice agreed, “It’s just absolutely unthinkable.” He went on to note how if it were not for whistleblowers, such as Rodas, exposing these realities, “[W]e would not even be aware of what’s been going on.” Providing further details, Rodas explained how “at the beginning of 2021, the Biden-Harris administration made a call to all federal employees,” asking them to help with the crisis of unaccompanied minors crossing the border. Rodas volunteered to offer a hand.

“I thought I was going to be coloring and doing puzzles with children,” she said. “I’m a Spanish speaker, and I thought I could be that person who would be there to greet the children and, … find out what are their plans about coming to America and living the American dream.” However, “it didn’t take very long for those illusions to evaporate,” Rodas explained, because the “children began to tell us the truth.” What those kids revealed is that many of them did not know who they were being sent to. It became clear, as Rodas described, that they were “lured here under the promise that they’re going to” get rich, only to get thrown into “modern day slavery.”

Through her first-hand experience with these children, Rodas detailed how they had “reported being sexually abused [and] being pimped out by their sponsors” — some of which “are actually gang members” from “violent criminal organizations.” It’s nothing short of “horrific,” she sighed, especially considering that taxpayer dollars are going into “vulnerable children … being shipped to known bad actors.” It’s as if we’ve become “the FedEx of children from the border to traffickers,” she lamented.

“[I]t’s a shocking story,” Rodas contended, and “people need to know about” it. “This is not humanitarian. This isn’t helping the children. They’re in slavery.” And this is why it’s appropriate to call it “government sponsored, taxpayer funded child trafficking,” Hice added, arguing how it explains how “such a horrifying thing has now become a partisan issue.” Rodas agreed, noting that “everybody should want to protect and defend children.”

Ultimately, Rodas argued, “[I]f you’re not in the box of protect and defend children … that puts you outside of all political realms.” This crisis is not a matter of red and blue, she insisted, but “we’re talking about good versus evil.” The problem is that “failed policies and policy makers” are at the heart of this “crisis because they rolled back the ability for people to come across the border,” she described. “They made it simple so that vetting is not being done. And then they opened the floodgates for these children to come across” and be taken to criminals.

It’s “unbelievable,” Hice groaned. In order to stop this crisis from getting worse, Rodas urged, “We need people who are going to put sane policies in place. We need to rescue children, and we need to seriously prosecute criminals.” And we also need people, Hice concluded, who are willing to continue putting a “spotlight on this and … deal with it courageously.”
