During a House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing on  Thursday, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) confronted Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary and open-borders fanatic Alejandro Mayorkas about the 1.2 million illegal aliens in America who have received final deportation orders.

“One point two million people are undetained, free, roaming about the country,” Gaetz began. “They’ve gone before a judge. A judge has issued a final order of removal. How many ICE agents do you need to deport them?”

Mayorkas responded, “Congressman, I think what we need is legislation to fix a broken immigration system—”

ICE, however, does not rely on Congress to carry out deportations of those who have gone before a judge and received final orders of removal, Gaetz noted, asking again if Mayorkas planned to remove the 1.2 million.

Mayorkas dodged the question and instead indicated “resources” were impeding his ability to carry out deportations.

Gaetz then asked, “How much money do you need to deport all of them? How much money? How many agents to deport the 1.2 million who a judge has said have no right to be here?”

Mayorkas replied, “Congressman, there are a number of questions that your question raises with respect to whether all of those individuals actually have been given due process—”

Gaetz interrupted the border chief to correct him, saying, “No, no, no, they have. These are the people who have had their due process, ok? And here’s the point. You have no plan to remove them. You don’t know how many ICE agents it would take and you don’t know how much money it would take because you actually don’t want to remove them.”

GAETZ: So, do you think that it just might be the case that one reason that we will encounter the highest number of illegal immigrations in our nation’s history this month and next month is because everybody knows that even if they come here, even if they go through the removal procedures, even if a judge issues a final order, you [Mayorkas] still think that there might be more due process? And you have no plan to remove them, and when I ask you what the plan is, you say, “Oh, well, resources.”

GAETZ: I go back to my first question, how many ICE agents to remove the 1.2 million?

MAYORKAS: I’d be pleased to provide you with the resourcing data subsequent to this hearing, if I may—”

GAETZ: I think it’s telling that you’ve got plans for pronouns and you’ve got plans for misinformation, but when it comes to the plan to remove the people that have had due process, you don’t have one at all.

MAYORKAS: So if I could return to data because I want to make sure that you have accurate information—

GAETZ: Everyone knows that you have more people coming in than ever and you’re removing fewer people than ever and it’s because you have no plan and because it’s on purpose. See, I don’t buy the theory that you don’t know how to do this. I think you’re actually a highly competent dude. But the reality is your plan is to bring these people in and to send the message to the smugglers and the criminals that they will never have to leave.

Gaetz concluded, “I think we ought to use the best tools in the country to find these folks, round them up like they were at the Capitol on January 6, and deport every last one of them.”

Addressing the annual U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, D.C. in January 2022, Mayorkas proudly boasted that the Biden Administration had issued orders preventing the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency from arresting and deporting most illegal aliens residing in the United States: “On September 30 of this past year … I issued new immigration enforcement guidelines. And in those guidelines, I articulated what I think is a very important principle. That we will not dedicate our limited enforcement resources to apprehend individuals who have been here in this country for many years who have been contributing members of our communities. Unlawful presence in the United States, alone, will not be a basis for immigration enforcement action … it is a matter of justice and equity as well.”

Wednesday on MSNBC’s Jose Diaz-Balart Reports, radical Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) praised the Biden administration for its plans to lift Title 42 border restrictions and said that Democrats who “criticized the previous administration, but [are] now saying, oh, there’s a problem here” have “to lean into the fact that we are a country that has prided ourselves on allowing immigrants to come from all over the world.”

Jayapal said, “I think it’s important that the Biden administration has moved on this. But I wish they were standing up for it and really defending it through the logic of what we are doing. And I think every Democrat who criticized the previous administration, but is now saying, oh, there’s a problem here, and going to the border and making it seem like there’s a problem here has to lean into the fact that we are a country that has prided ourselves on allowing immigrants to come from all over the world. I am a product of that.”

No one is saying we shouldn’t allow immigrants. The issue Jayapal pretends doesn’t exist is that our border is being overrun. We have literally no immigration controls being enforced now at all. And that is what globalist Jayapal wants.

“And I think we need to make sure that we continue to focus on the need to reform the system and not penalize asylum seekers who are trying to legitimately seek entry into this country,” she added.

Title 42 does not “penalize” legitimate asylum seekers. But lifting those restrictions will throw open the borders to a tsunami of illegitimate migrants. And that is what globalist Jayapal wants.

Washington, D.C. — A new analysis by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) finds that during the first year of the Biden administration, the illegal alien population of the United States has increased by about 1 million, adding an additional $9.4 billion in costs to American taxpayers. In total, some 15.5 million illegal aliens now reside in the United States, while costs of providing taxpayer-funded services and benefits to illegal aliens and their U.S.-born children now stands at $143.1 billion a year. These staggering increases in both the size of the illegal alien population and the cost to the American public are a direct result of policies put in place since President Biden took office, concludes the report.

The report, 2021 Update: How Many Illegal Aliens Live in the United States?, reveals how a slew of policy changes both at the border and in the interior of the country propelled rapid surges in both the magnitude and the costs of illegal immigration. Specifically, upon taking office, the Biden administration canceled agreements with Mexico and governments in Central America, and terminated border wall construction. These policies were effectively deterring new illegal immigration before President Biden came to office, and allowed for the expedited return of most of those caught entering the country illegally.

Similarly, the administration abandoned nearly all immigration enforcement in the interior of the country, resulting in record low numbers of illegal aliens who were removed from the country. Under these policies, which directly defy federal laws, nearly all illegal aliens in the U.S. are off-limits to apprehension by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which is also severely constrained in where they can arrest even the small segment of the illegal population still subject to removal.

“President Biden and the people he appointed to key positions in his administration have pursued the most radical open-borders policies in the history of any sovereign nation, and these new numbers bear that out,” stated Dan Stein, president of FAIR. “If not for the COVID pandemic, which forced the administration to keep Title 42 in place last year, the additional influx and costs to American taxpayers would have been far greater.

“Rather than reinstate effective border and interior enforcement policies, the administration is doubling down on its ruinous open-border policies and is set to end Title 42 on May 23. These new illegal alien population and cost estimates by FAIR, and the imminent removal of the last effective border enforcement mechanism, leave no doubt that unchecked illegal immigration and staggering cost burdens to the American public are the explicit goals of the Biden administration,” Stein concluded.

FAIR’s new estimates of the illegal alien population are based on analysis of relevant information available from the Census Bureau’s 2020 and 2021 data.

Calls are growing for the impeachment of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas – if Republicans take back the House – for failing to faithfully execute the nation’s immigration laws and leaving the southern border wide open.  Mayorkas, you will recall, keeps yapping about “equity” which, when translated into the immigration context, means bringing as many nonwhites into the country as possible to fight the evil white supremacist American people.  Apparently, he believes his own propaganda, making him a deeply troubled man willing to ignore or break any law to implement his vision of racial payback.

His brand of equity comes at a cost, however.  Mayorkas’ policies have effectively put drug cartels in control of the southern border.  Border agents seized 123 pounds of heroin, cocaine and marijuana in the El Paso area earlier this month.  That’s just the tip of the iceberg.  The cartels are using thousands of drone flights to spot gaps in border enforcement, thus informing them where to concentrate their drug smuggling and human trafficking activities.  The drones are also used to get fentanyl across the border, since it doesn’t take big amounts of that drug to get a big pay-off.  The DEA is warning about a spike in “mass-overdose events”, clusters of fentanyl overdoses and deaths in Austin, Omaha, and other cities.

Another cost of pursuing racial payback is the growing national security threat from an open border.  Twenty-three illegal aliens caught crossing the border last year were on the terrorist watch list.  We still don’t know what the Biden administration did with them, despite people asking questions.  Were they released into the interior of the country like so many other illegal aliens?  We don’t know; the Biden administration isn’t saying.

The administration is also hiding the ball on data regarding arrests and deportations, information that was routinely released in previous years.  The lack of data allows criminal illegal aliens to run free in the country and prevents analysis of the true effects of the government’s immigration policies, critics say.  They also say this suits Secretary Mayorkas and his colleagues just fine because they oppose their own Department’s mission, and don’t care who gets hurt in the process of pursuing racial payback.

The administration also continues to keep illegal alien night flights secret.  Critics say the activity shows a systematic plan to move illegal aliens by the hundreds of thousands – or millions – to multiple states around the country, many of them unaccompanied children.

But the ideologues at DHS aren’t done, yet.  After the pushback on lifting Title 42 COVID restrictions at the border, the Biden administration has already started letting more illegal aliens into the country by exempting them from health regulations.  A memo went out instructing the Border Patrol to work with advocacy groups to get as many illegal aliens as possible into the country using the exemption process.  This means the expected Title 42 avalanche of new arrivals is already starting.  By the way, exemption from health regulations means not only more COVID, but more Ebola, yellow and dengue fever, and drug-resistant tuberculosis being brought into the country in the name of ‘equity’.  [Frank Gaffney’s Secure America show, 4/26/22]

Some states are fighting back. Texas Governor Greg Abbott made news when he put illegal aliens on buses to drop them off in Washington, D.C. Twenty-six Republican-led states have joined forces to share intelligence and fight drug and human trafficking.  But there’s only so much states can do, after the Supreme Court told Arizona it could not enforce federal immigration laws on its own ten years ago.

As the Biden administration prepares to end Title 42, a measure implemented by the Trump administration to help gain control over the U.S.-Mexico border, the former president of Honduras was extradited to the U.S. on drug trafficking charges.

Here is an excerpt from an NBC News report on the matter:

Juan Orlando Hernández, who was president of Honduras for eight years, was extradited to New York on Thursday to face charges of engineering a massive effort to flood the U.S. with cocaine.

The rare extradition of a former head of state followed Hernández’s arrest in February at his home in Tegucigalpa less than a month after he stepped down from office. The Justice Department accused him of participating in a violent drug trafficking operation that shipped 500 tons of cocaine from Venezuela and Colombia to the U.S. through Honduras.

“We allege that Hernández corrupted legitimate public institutions in the country — including parts of the national police, military and national Congress,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said Thursday. “And we allege that Hernández worked closely with other public officials to protect cocaine shipments bound for the United States. Because of these alleged crimes, communities in the United States suffered, and the people of Honduras suffered.”

The charges say he received millions of dollars for shielding drug traffickers from arrest and for facilitating their shipments.

Hernández, 53, took bribes from some of the world’s most notorious drug traffickers, including $1 million from Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, the former head of the Sinaloa cartel, “to protect his operations in Honduras,” said Damian Williams, the U.S. attorney in Manhattan, where Hernández will be prosecuted.

It is beyond belief that the Attorney General of the United States would tout the extradition of the former President of Honduras for participating in a massive narcotics smuggling enterprise while the Biden administration simultaneously works to undermine border security and implement policies that result in the release of dangerous criminals onto the streets of communities across the country.

If the radical Biden administration is concerned about narcotics flooding into the U.S. then it should implement measures to secure our borders instead of tearing them down.

Even before being sworn into office as president, Joe Biden made it clear that one of his primary goals would be to virtually dismantle the borders of the U.S.

Upon taking office, Biden immediately ended the construction of the wall which would have helped secure the southern border against the illegal or un-inspected entry of both aliens and commerce into the country.

It is essential to note that contrary to the lies of the globalists and open borders anarchists, the border wall was not intended to prevent the entry of anyone into the U.S. (the wall, after all, did not block ports of entry), but instead to funnel all international traffic to ports of entry so that commerce and people could be vetted and a record of entry created in order to protect national security, public safety, public health, and the jobs and wages of Americans.

I addressed the national security nightmare created by Biden immigration policies — which are in direct violation of the Constitution of the United States, our immigration laws, and the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission — in a recent article entitled, “For the Biden Administration, National Security Is ‘Mission Irrelevant.’”

As a direct consequence, historic numbers of illegal aliens around the world have flooded into the U.S., along with record quantities of narcotics and other contraband, resulting in record numbers drug overdose deaths.

The hypocrisy must end.

The DOJ prosecuting the former Honduran President for his alleged involvement in a drug trafficking enterprise while the administration simultaneously refuses to defend our nation and our citizens is a demonstration of unparalleled chutzpah!

I am certainly happy that the DEA is doing its job. As an INS agent, I spent roughly half of my 30-year career involved in major narcotics investigations. I was the first INS special agent to be assigned to the Unified Intelligence Division of the DEA in NYC. I was subsequently promoted to the position of INS Senior Special Agent and assigned to the Organized Crime, Drug Enforcement Task Force.

The administration’s policies are encouraging and facilitating the flood of deadly narcotics and criminals into the United States while enriching the violent and pernicious drug cartels and human traffickers who, thanks to Joe Biden, now have operational control over America’s borders.

A Texas Army National Guard soldier assigned to Gov. Greg Abbott’s highly touted border operation went missing after trying to save a drowning migrant in the Rio Grande near Eagle Pass on Friday, the Army Times reported. The soldier jumped into the river just after 9:45 a.m., according to documents obtained by Military Times and The Texas Tribune. Despite removing his body armor before entering the Rio Grande, the soldier did not resurface.

There’s blood on the hands of every Democrat and RINO who supports this hostile invasion.

UPDATE 3 – Texas National Guard Soldier Missing

AUSTIN, Texas (April 24, 202) – The Texas Military Department continues the search for Texas Army National Guard Specialist Bishop E. Evans. A comprehensive interagency search began on Friday morning when SPC Evans went missing following his selfless efforts to rescue two migrants who appeared to be drowning while crossing the river from Mexico into the U.S.

With the Texas Rangers as the lead for the continued investigation, the Texas Military Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and the Border Patrol have tirelessly worked through search and rescue teams in an effort to locate SPC Evans. Dive teams were forced to halt their operations yesterday evening as the river’s current continued at an increased pace, making dive operations very challenging. Search and rescue operations began again early Sunday morning, with the addition of three airboats from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

SPC Evans, 22, a field artilleryman from Arlington, Texas is assigned to A Battery, 4-133 Field Artillery Regiment in New Braunfels Texas, and joined the Texas Army National Guard in May 2019. He returned in the fall of 2020 from mobilization to Operation Spartan Shield in Kuwait. During this mobilization, his dedication, talents, and tactical prowess led his leadership to regularly assign him to operations in Iraq in support of Special Operations Forces for short periods of time, while then rotating back into Kuwait

Not only is the Biden administration a global embarrassment, but it is also destroying America from within. The American Southwest border has seen a whopping 6000-8000 illegals a day enter, and it is now projected that the number will “quickly double” since the announcement of the end of the CDC Emergency Title 42 expulsion authority.

Since anyone is free to slip through America’s borders — including criminals, dealers and jihadists — it is no surprise that five sexual predators were arrested in the West Texas border sector in a week, or that U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized 123 pounds of drugs at El Paso area ports of entry over the past weekend.

While Biden builds a voter base comprising of illegals, America continues to crumble.

EAGLE PASS, Texas — Border Patrol agents scrambled to respond to several large migrant groups early Tuesday. The migrants made landfall just south of the city in a steady flow to surrender. One subgroup of more than 100 were mostly Cubans.

Border Patrol agents took the group of mostly adult males into custody and began the task of gathering basic biographical information and inventories of personal property. Several Border Patrol trucks brought more migrants to a roadway from the riverbank. There were some female migrants carrying infants and young children.

According to a Customs and Border Protection source, the flow of migrants just south of the city has been steadily increasing since the announcement of the end of the CDC Emergency Title 42 expulsion authority. The CDC announced on April 1 that the emergency order will expire on May 23. As word of the program’s sunset spreads, the source says the increase in migrant crossings is likely to grow.

The source says daily apprehension totals are between 6,000 to 8,000 migrants per day across the entire southwest border – a figure which could quickly double. Even at the current pace, Border Patrol facilities are experiencing overcrowding….

UPDATE: Law enforcement arrested Frank James on April 13th in New York’s East Village neighborhood following an anonymous tip. He has been charged under federal terrorism statutes.

Law enforcement remains on the look out for Frank James, a 63-year-old man with ties to Pennsylvania and Wisconsin who is alleged to be responsible for a mass shooting that took place April 12th, at a New York City Subway Station, in which 10 people were shot and 13 others injured. James was reportedly identified as the renter of a U-Haul van believed to be linked to the attack. According to media reports, the FBI had previously investigated the suspectfor ties to terrorism in 2019 but had cleared him.

According to Law enforcement, James, wearing a green vest similar to that used by MTA subway workers and donned a gas mask prior to the attack inside the N-Line subway train at the 36th and 4th Avenue station. He then deployed a smoke grenade inside one of the subway cars before opening fire with a small caliber handgun equipped with an extended magazine, firing at least 33 rounds, before escaping in the confusion, possibly along the subway tracks.

According to social media posts and videos which this author has reviewed, James made repeated and routine references to violence and a willingness to conduct a shooting on social media. He also posted material linked to black identity extremist ideologies, including the Nation of Islam, Moorish Science, Black Panthers, Black Liberation Army, and Black Lives Matter. He notably posted a picture of Micah Johnson, the BLM supporter who killed 5 Dallas police officers in 2016. In online videos James can be seen urging racial separatism between whites and blacks.

There is some reason to believe that James may have suffered from a mental illness at some point, as he makes a reference in a video to having been previously detained for mental illness. However, his articulation of black identity extremism appears cogent and in line with common ideological expressions although without any immediate signs of adherence to one specific group.

If it is true that the FBI previously investigated James and cleared him, it once against highlights federal law enforcement’s “Known Wolf” problem where, despite having significant intelligence capabilities that bring potential threats to law enforcement attention, the FBI remains incapable of determining which individuals represent genuine threats and has repeatedly failed to successfully intervene.

In this case that may have something to do with the FBI’s politicized determination to eliminate “black identity extremism” as a potential terrorism motivation for analysis. The FBI had previously used the term to refer to a variety of black supremacist threats until it came under political pressure from the Congressional Black Caucus and left-wing media. As the Center previously noted following an April 2021 vehicular Ramming attackwhere Noah Green, a 25-year old adherent of the Nation of Islam killed a Capitol Police Officer:

Federal Law enforcement has abandoned categorizing or identifying attacks conducted by “black identity extremists” the previous FBI term for attacks conducted by black supremacist or black separatist organizations, following politicalized criticism. The FBI, DHS, and other elements of the intelligence community have routinely downplayed the potential risk of violence from black identity extremists.

The FBI instead classifies black identity extremism under the too-broad category of “Racial or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists (REMVE),” although in practice this term is being used exclusively to refer to white supremacist ideologies. This has led to some ridiculous results, such as congressional legislation which included an attack by Black Hebrew Israelites among a list of “white supremacist” attacks. As a result of this political pressure, there has been minimal study and training done to educate law enforcement on the intricacies of the black identity extremist thought, and its various strains and idiosyncrasies. Instead, the tendency is to deny that such attacks are politically motivated, and thus deny any terrorism angle for further investigation.

Law enforcement and intelligence professionals must return to doing detailed analyses to understand threat ideologies within their own historical and ideological context. The current methodology, which seeks to lump various ideological expressions into the broadest possible category trades genuine understanding for political convenience, and as a result, leaves potential threats unaddressed.

He said President Joe Biden and Democrats had begun a “silent revolution” to take over the country by winning over the votes of migrants.

“This is trying to take over our country without firing a shot,” he added.

Four Secret Service employees who were special agents to the Bidens are entangled in an alleged bribery scheme carried out by two Muslim men accused of masquerading as Department of Homeland Security law enforcement agents , reports Real Clear Politics.

But no one in the media is asking about the motive.

When investigators searched the defendants’ apartments, they found a drone, handguns, ammunition, bullet-proof body armor, gas masks, zip ties, handheld radios, body cameras, binoculars, a high-powered telescope, and four laptop computers. They also discovered what appeared to be official DHS patches and training manuals, scopes for weapons, components of disassembled rifles, and a list of every resident of the apartment complex.”The FBI has arrested Arian Taherzadeh, 40, and Haider Ali, who posed as Homeland Security agents for years, using their false identities to get close to actual law enforcement officials, including a Secret Service agent assigned to the detail of First Lady Jill Biden.

An affidavit filed Wednesday night in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. revealed that one of the Secret Service agents involved in the bribery scheme was a special agent assigned to First Lady Jill Biden’s protective detail. Another was a Uniformed Division officer at the White House.

Taherzadeh and Ali allegedly obtained guns and assault rifles used by federal law enforcement agencies, as well as items carrying the insignias of those agencies.

Prosecutors say that they went so far to recruit someone to be an “employee of DHS” and “serve on their task force,” and subjected that person to what appears to be a painful hazing ritual.

“As part of the ‘recruitment process’ Taherzadeh and Ali required that the “applicant” be shot with an Airsoft rifle to evaluate their pain tolerance and reaction,” the affidavit says. “Subsequent to being shot, the applicant was informed that their hiring was in process.”

That applicant was “assigned” to conduct research on someone who “provided support to the Department of Defense and intelligence community,” the affidavit says…. more

RealClearPolitics has learned that another Secret Service special agent involved in the alleged bribery is assigned to President Biden’s detail, those agents who accompany the president nearly everywhere he goes and stand by his side during the most sensitive of discussions and private moments. A second Uniformed Division officer caught up in the bizarre scheme was assigned to protect Vice President Harris’s residence, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The strangest part of this story is why no one in the media is asking about the motive.

Why did they want to gain access to them?

People do this kind of thing to gain access to politicians or to decisionmakers, they don’t do it to gain access to protective detail people.

Arian Taherzadeh, 40, and Haider Ali, 36 posed as members of a fake Department of Homeland Security task force investigating violence connected to the Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the US Capitol, the feds said.

Taherzadeh is an Iranian last name. Haider Ali would also seem to come from a background that implies a Muslim country. Their religion obviously isn’t stated or commented on, but raises questions. They are at the very least from Muslim-origin countries. Shouldn’t that trigger some inquiries?

The suspects allegedly set up the ruse to ingratiate themselves with Secret Service agents, who they supplied with rent-free luxury apartments, high-end electronics and policing equipment.

One of the duped agents worked on first lady Jill Biden’s security detail and was offered a $2,000 assault rifle from Taherzadeh, according to prosecutors.

In another instance, the suspects allegedly supplied an agent with a penthouse apartment that was rented for more than $40,000 a year.

Where were they getting all this money and what was in it for them? Why throw a $2K rifle at a secret service agent working a security detail?

Questions no one in the media seems to even admit are there.

Four secret Service employees who were special agents to the Bidens are “entangled in an alleged bribery scheme carried out by two men accused of masquerading as Department of Homeland Security law enforcement agents” , reports Real Clear Politics.

Two men impersonating DHS agents allegedly attempted to bribe the four members of the Secret Service. In an affidavit, the FBI said the men “have been pretending to be DHS agents from as early as February until their arrest and noted that they carried insignias and firearms used by federal agents as part of that deception. The goal was to ‘ingratiate themselves with members of the federal law enforcement and the defense community.”

The men accused of bribery are Arian Taherzadeh and Haider Ali, both U.S. citizens with passports and visas to Iran and Pakistan who appear to have targeted an apartment complex which is home to many law enforcement employees from the Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security.

Real Clear Politics reports Taharzadeh and Ali “seemed to have control of five apartments. When investigators searched the defendants’ apartments, they found a drone, handguns, ammunition, bullet-proof body armor, gas masks, zip ties, handheld radios, body cameras, binoculars, a high-powered telescope, and four laptop computers. They also discovered what appeared to be official DHS patches and training manuals, scopes for weapons, components of disassembled rifles, and a list of every resident of the apartment complex.”

Their cover was blown when a U.S. postal inspector responded to the apartment complex to investigate an alleged assault on a letter carrier. During the investigation, the inspector spoke with Taherzadeh and Ali, who gave them wild tales about being investigators with the U.S. Special Police investigation Unit and “deputized special police” with the city of Washington.

It was revealed in an affidavit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. that one of the agents caught up in the bribery scheme was a special agent assigned to First Lady Jill Biden’s protective detail. A second agent was a Uniformed Division officer at the White House.

A third Secret Service special agent is assigned to President Biden’s detail, Real Clear Politics learned. The agent’s position puts him at the President’s side “nearly everywhere he goes and stands by his side during the most sensitive of discussions and private moments.”

The fourth agent, a second Uniformed Division officer, was assigned to protect Vice President Harris’s residence. Real Clear Politics details the bribery accusations:

According to court filings, one of the more troubling details of the case involves Taherzadah allegedly offering to give an assault rifle worth $2,000 to the Secret Service agent assigned to Jill Biden. The filing also says that Taherzadeh lent what he described as a “government vehicle” to the same Secret Service agent’s wife and also gave her a generator.

Taherzadeh is also accused of giving members of the Secret Service, as well as a legitimate DHS employee, “rent-free apartments (with a total yearly rent of over $40,000 per apartment), iPhones, surveillance systems, a drone, a flat-screen television, a case for storing an assault rifle, a generator and law enforcement paraphernalia,” the filing states. Prosecutors say one of the agents who received the free rent and additional gifts is the Uniformed Division officer assigned to the White House.

That agent lived rent-free in a three-bedroom apartment that generally would rent for $48,000 annually, the filing said. It was located at the same complex where Taherzadeh lived. Prosecutors said he was tricked into believing accepting the free rent wouldn’t raise ethics or conflict of interest issues because Taherzadeh told the agent that a division of DHS “had approved extra rooms as part of his operations, and that [agent] could live in one of them for free.”

“The investigation confirmed that there are no such [DHS] operations, and it authorized no such expense,” the filing said.

New details are emerging about what will happen at the southern border once COVID restrictions are lifted on illegal immigration.  The Feds are expecting 18,000 border-jumpers a day.  That’s more than a half a million a month.

Three states have sued to get the COVID restrictions reinstated.  In addition, Texas Governor Greg Abbott said he will  bus illegal aliens to the steps of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said he will send them to Joe Biden’s home state of Delaware, as both reacted to the expected surge in illegal immigration.

So, some are fighting the Feds, but the fix is in.  All that talk about addressing root causes of illegal immigration was just talk.  The Biden administration is rolling out the welcome mat for the new wave of lawless border-jumpers.

A leaked DHS memo shows the administration will use “broadscale release mechanisms” to open the floodgates.  In plain English, this means illegal aliens will be released on their own recognizance or with a notice to appear which, everybody knows, is often ignored.  This memo follows a long list of policy changes the Biden administration has made to open the border since it’s been in office, changes I’ve documented in previous commentaries.

But the administration isn’t done yet; the Feds want to open the door even wider to illegal aliens. The administration is in discussions to roll out a smartphone app to do pre-screening BEFORE illegal aliens jump the border.  Plans are also being laid to spend big on illegal aliens once they arrive:  $69 million for medical support at 63 locations; $32 million for medical claims; $29 million for a new Office of the Chief Medical Officer; $140 million for a new processing center; $97 million for flights and ground transportation; $24 million for humanitarian relief necessitated by opening the border; $25 million for emergency family shelter beds; $527 million for alternatives to detention; $12 million for victim assistance necessitated by causing the immigrant crime problem in the first place; $375 million to administer looser asylum standards; and $389 million to process the application backlog caused by its own policies.  By the way, there are more than 8 million pending applications – 8 MILLION. And healthcare for detained illegal aliens cost U.S. taxpayers $316 million last year.

The Biden administration is releasing single adult aliens into the interior by the hundreds every day.  They’re given a cellphone so they can be tracked, but there’s nothing the Feds can do if the aliens toss the phones.  The administration is also allowing illegal alien criminals to be released into the general population after they finish their sentences, instead of taking them into custody for deportation as federal law requires.  The Biden administration had wanted to limit deportation to serious criminals, but a court partially blocked that for now.  Finally, as previously reported, the administration is moving to take immigration courts out of the asylum process and have low-level bureaucrats quickly rubber-stamp asylum claims on the spot when illegal aliens arrive, without any serious examination.

A lot of these new changes ignore federal laws passed by Congress.  So where is Congress in all this?  Why aren’t the House and Senate holding oversight hearings to protect their power and insist Joe Biden faithfully execute the laws, as he is constitutionally required to do?  Oh, I forgot. They’re controlled by Democrats, too.

A reckoning is coming.

Under Barack Obama, 1,000 people a day “overwhelm[ed] the system.” Anything over 4,000 was considered a “crisis.” So what does Joe Biden call 7,100 illegal border crossings every 24 hours? Just the beginning, apparently. The White House, determined to take sole ownership of the “worst administration ever” mantle, has decided to turn the catastrophe at the border up to doomsday levels by lifting the COVID restrictions that kept some migrants at bay. Starting May 23rd, agents warn, a million crossings every six months is going to sound like a dream scenario compared to what’s coming.

“Have you watched some of the footage of what goes on just on the other side of the border?” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) asked reporters. “Looks like it comes from Ukraine.” And it’s only going to get worse. If Biden overturns Donald Trump’s Title 42, which allows the U.S. to turn away illegal immigrants because of the “communicable disease threat,” America is facing a nightmare of “cataclysmic” proportions, experts warn. According to documents, Homeland Security is preparing for 18,000 illegal encounters a day once the rule is overturned — double the record highs we’re seeing now.

To states like Arizona, Texas, and California, “it’s throwing gasoline on a fire,” state Attorney General Mark Brnovich (R-Ariz.) shook his head. And it’s not just the border states who would suffer, he pointed out on “Washington Watch.” “We know that there’s a record amount of fentanyl and methamphetamine flowing into our country… And it’s estimated that if Title 42 is rescinded, more than 500,000 people — in addition to the [ones] already illegally crossing — will cross… That’s literally like the population of Kansas City, Missouri or Baltimore, Maryland coming across in one month.” It’s already overwhelming our social systems, Brnovich warns. And what’s happening now, he explains, “is that people charged with serious crimes [and] convicted of serious crimes are just being released into our community… It is, quite frankly, making our country more dangerous. And it’s just unfair to hardworking American taxpayers.”

That’s what drove Brnovich — along with his counterparts in Missouri and Louisiana — to sue. Like everyone else who sees the writing on the wall, they’re desperate to stop the Biden administration from removing the one remaining tool our border patrol has to stem the tide. Based on the best estimates, our agents have invoked Title 42 more than 1.7 million times since 2020. If it goes, America could be staring down a literal stampede at the border, which is yet another storyline Democrats can’t afford.

But there’s nothing like an election to snap some sense into Biden’s party, who is suddenly desperate to save Title 42. Even extremists like Senator Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) raced to get on the record opposing Biden’s plan. “This is not the right time,” he argued, “and we have not seen a detailed plan from the administration. We need assurances that we have security at the border and that we protect communities on this side of the border. Moderates like Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) were more blunt about the “human tsunami” that awaits. Manchin called the president’s plan “frightening,” reminding everyone that “we are nowhere near prepared to deal with [the] influx.” “Until we have comprehensive, bipartisan immigration reform that commits to securing our borders and providing a pathway to citizenship for qualified immigrants,” he argued, “Title 42 must stay in place.”

Senator Mark Warner (D-Va.) piled on, insisting that he would be “very reluctant to end this Trump policy until we [have] a real plan in place.” “I think we are a generous country, but we have to be a country of [the] rule of law.” Funny, Brnovich pointed out, that’s what Republicans have been saying all along. Immigrants want to come here because America cares about the rule of law, he said. “And what the Biden administration is doing is — quite frankly — undermining it.” Worse, he argues, Biden is incentivizing lawlessness either indirectly by removing the consequences or directly by offering things like welfare benefits. “It’s an insane policy. I mean, literally, the Democratic Party has gotten so Left. We’ve gone in 50 years from John F. Kennedy wanting to put a man on the moon to Joe Biden wanting to put a felon in everyone’s neighborhood.”

And, of course, the thing that really gets under Americans’ skin is the outright hypocrisy. If Democrats are declaring an end to the pandemic at the border, why not everywhere? Why are passengers still required to wear masks on planes? Why are members of our military still forced to get vaccinated against their will? And why is Congress considering a $10 billion package in COVID relief for a virus that the White House insists doesn’t exist anymore?

Obviously, the permanent solution to this crisis isn’t Title 42. It’s sound immigration policy that secures our border. Americans wouldn’t be having this debate if Democrats had kept the ideas that were working in place. Instead, in a pathetic attempt to please his open-borders radicals, Biden threw out every commonsense strategy that kept the problem under control. But then, Brnovich wonders, maybe that was the point. If the Left wants to centralize power in Washington, D.C., then “I think part of that strategy is to overwhelm the system… and essentially make [these people] dependent on a central authority.”

But until the Democratic Party succeeds in trampling our entire system of government, they still have to follow the law. If they want to change a policy, then there are rules for that. “After all, [Biden’s] not a king,” Brnovich points out. “He’s not a dictator.” And if taking him to court is the only thing that will drive that point home, so be it. The borders of Biden’s authority are just as important as the country’s borders he ignores.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. said of Putin’s mass slaughter of civilians by Russian-controlled troops in the town of Bucha, northwest of Ukraine’s capital of Kyiv, “He is a war criminal…This guy is brutal…I think it is a war crime…He should be held accountable.”

On Feb. 18, 2022 the New York Times reported, “President Biden said Russia would target Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, in the coming week. The Russian president said earlier Friday [February 18th] that he [Putin] was still open to diplomacy.”

In a February 17th, 2022 video (below) Biden states that there is a “high risk” of an invasion but that he “has no plans to call Putin. I won’t call Putin.”

If Putin is a war criminal then so to is Biden.

Both Biden and Putin must be held accountable. Biden for his inaction and Putin for his actions.

Appeasement starts wars. Weakness starts wars. Inaction starts wars. 

Biden was weak and Putin knew it. Biden is the Neville Chamberlain of our time.

At least Chamberlain met with Adolf Hitler over the Nazi’s intent to seize the Sudetenland. At a meeting in Munich, British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain negotiated what he famously called “peace for our time.” In the end Chamberlain allowed Hitler to dismember Czechoslovakia, which eventually led to the invasion of Poland from September 1st, 1939 – October 6th, 1939 and the beginning of WWII.

Biden is the third “progressive” president who will start yet another world war.

Biden is worse than Chamberlain in that he is not openly confronting Putin. Biden won’t go mano-a-mano with Putin, even by phone. Why? Because Biden is weak.

Today, due to Biden and his administrations weakness, war crimes have been committed. Both Biden and Putin have blood on their hands.

What did Biden expect a peaceful turn over of Ukraine to Russia like Chamberlain turned over the Sudetenland to Hitler?

Remember after Hitler saw weakness from Great Britain, America, and France he decided to invade Poland.

Today it’s Poland and the Polish people who are doing more to help Ukraine and the Ukranian people than Biden, the European nations and NATO.

We predict that our other enemies China and Iran will take advantage of a feckless Biden and his incompetent administration.

Iran already has the advantage with Biden’s Iran Nuclear Deal which includes taking the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) off of the U.S. terrorist organizations’ list.

The Bottom Line

In an April 4th, 2022 CaucusRoom post Connie Weiss wrote:

Border Patrol is expecting so many illegal crossings after Biden lifts Title 42, the administration is considering deploying a “pre-screening” app as an “easy way for folks to get in.” Under this plan, illegal immigrants would enter with “minimal biometric data and vetting” and without even confirming the right name or date of birth before being released.

Once Title 42 is lifted the Russian Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (KGB), China’s Ministry of State Security and Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) militants can use Biden’s new “prescreening app” to expedite their collective invasion of America.

The GOP Times reported,

“Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that if peace talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin fail, it will mark the start of ‘a third World War’.”

Fecklessness on the part of America always leads to a world war.

History tells us so as two progressive presidents stood on the sidelines. The first was Progressive Party President Woodrow Wilson when Germany started WWI and Democrat Party President Franklin D. Roosevelt when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941, nearly two years after the invasion of Poland.

WWI started because of militarism, alliances, imperialism and nationalism. Russia, China and Iran are displaying to the world their militarism, Russia/Iran/China have formed a long time alliance, Iran and China, along with Russia, have imperialist objectives and are all radical national socialists. In the case of China and Russia they are radical Communist nationalists. In the case of Iran they are radical Islamic nationalists.

These same ideologies are happening today and Biden is not addressing any of them with his foreign policy positions. Thus history may repeat itself.

Gird your loins. The 2022 Russian invasion of the Ukraine looks eerily like the 1939 Nazi invasion of Poland.

WWIII may start soon, followed by WWIV in the Middle East between Iran and a Arab/Israeli alliance, and WWV between Taiwan and China in the Pacific theatre.

Biden is letting all of this happen while he fiddles and watches the world burn This is why we believe that Biden is a war criminal.

Gird your loins. Hell is coming our way and there’s no one in Washington, D.C. doing a damn thing to stop it.

Marxists Are Killing Each Other to Control America’s Cocaine Market

The deadliest Marxist guerrilla force is fighting the biggest socialist regime.

“Socialism, this is the path to save the planet, I don’t have the least doubt. Capitalism is the road to hell,” Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez told the 2009 Copenhagen climate conference.

Rhetoric like that won the socialist dictator the admiration of socialists from Barack Obama to Noam Chomsky. But the dirty little secret of the socialist revolution in Venezuela was that it was a front for a massive drug smuggling operation. Chavez and his successor, Nicolas Maduro, gutted Venezuela’s rich oil resources and turned the country into a socialist drug cartel.

“Venezuela and its revolution will endure under the proven leadership of vice president Maduro,” Sean Penn promised. The population has fled or is starving, but the revolution endures.

In 2020, Maduro and top officials of his regime were indicted in the United States as leaders of the Cartel de los Soles for conspiring with FARC to smuggle tons of cocaine to the United States. Venezuela’s biggest asset was its border with Colombia. Cuba, which had backed FARC and other narcoterrorists in Colombia, scored a big win with the socialist takeover in Venezuela.

FARC, a Marxist-Leninist narcoterrorist group, coordinated with Venezuela’s government to smuggle drugs to Cuba and from there to the United States. Every day planes take off from Venezuela delivering hundreds of tons of Colombian cocaine each year meant for America.

Hugo Chavez once claimed that capitalism destroyed Mars. There’s no word on that, but his brand of socialism certainly destroyed Venezuela taking it from prosperity to starvation.

And it’s destroying the rest of the region.

Marxists smuggling cocaine aren’t exactly showcasing an ideal alternative socialist economic system to free enterprise. The Colombian-Venezuelan drug route is being threatened, not by Colombia which was pressured by Obama into giving in to FARC, but by two groups of Marxist-Leninist coke fiends who are fighting it out over the drug trade like filthy capitalists.

The National Liberation Army (ELN), a Marxist-Leninist terror group set up by the Cubans, has been fighting a FARC splinter group known as the 10th Front or the Eastern Bloc. Both leftist terror groups are Marxist-Leninist in orientation, although ELN has a lot more liberation theology in the mix, and both make their money from drugs and the occasional kidnapping.

ELN and the 10th Front aren’t fighting over ideological differences, but over drugs and money.

A fawning article in Jacobin magazine describes ELN as a “group of students” who were “inspired by the Cuban Revolution, Che Guevara, and Liberation Theology”. The four page article never mentions cocaine even though that’s what ELN actually does. Last year, Colombia seized $300 million in cocaine from the Marxist-Leninist narcoterrorist organization.

Che would be proud.

After FARC’s implosion as a viable force, Venezuela’s government formed a drug smuggling alliance with ELN. That drew it into a conflict with the 10th Front which is now conducting a guerrilla war against Venezuela. After a long alliance, FARC and Venezuela are fighting each other with the most fearsome Marxist guerrilla force in the region fighting the leading Socialist regime. The same forces that had terrorized Colombia for so long have turned on each other.

Venezuelan soldiers are dying in border clashes, and invading Colombia to terrorize local villagers in the hopes of shutting down the ELN’s Marxist drug rivals. They’re getting blown up, ambushed, and shot up when they’re not being hit with human rights violations complaints.

It’s socialism at its finest.

The 10th Front is allied with Brazil’s Red Command which was born as a prison pact between Communists and criminals under the slogan, “Peace, Justice and Freedom”. Red Command is involved in Brazil’s drug trafficking at every level from slum dealing to club parties for the children of the elite. The Red Command helps the 10th Front remain in the field even though Cuba is on the side of Venezuela and the ELN narcoterrorists that it had originally set up.

Neither side is even bothering to pretend that this is about any kind of ideological differences.

What’s at stake here is a simple matter of market economics. Americans spend about $25 billion on coke every year. Moving drugs through Central America to the Caribbean provides a piece of not only the American, but the European cocaine market. The rival Marxist drug smugglers are competing to be the exclusive suppliers of Colombian cocaine to that huge market.

Think of it as the cola wars, but with actual cocaine. The glorious Marxist revolution is down to two groups of Marxist-Leninists killing each other to make a killing on cocaine in California.

It’s like Coke vs. Pepsi if both companies were run by Marxist druglord terrorists.

When Obama pushed Colombia to cut a peace deal with FARC and then cut off the flow of Cuban refugees, he also helped restart the flow of cocaine to America from Cuba. The subsequent collapse of Venezuela’s economy and its oil industry has left it few options. Smuggling cocaine takes a lot less skill than refining crude or running a country. And Venezuela’s military makes it the best armed drug cartel in the hemisphere, if not the planet.

Which other drug cartel in the region has its own attack helicopters to deploy in the field?

But Venezuelan soldiers are paid with food and worthless scrip. FARC and ELN recruits are often local peasants who are kidnapped and drafted into the fight. The real money goes to the elites on both sides of a drug war that is now a cocaine civil war between narcosocialists.

Karl Marx claimed that capitalism was destined to destroy itself. Instead, Marxist regimes and movements hold the world record for self-destruction. South of the border the Marxists who once won the hearts of the American Left have become drug dealers shooting it out in the jungle over who gets a cut of the cocaine that ends up in the noses of their Yankee comrades.

Marx had metaphorically called religion the opiate of the masses. Marxism has become the actual cocaine of the masses. Just ask the Marxist-Leninists kidnapping, torturing and killing each other to socialize the cocaine market.

He flew out of the UK on Friday with a friend who also took his children, when Tommy arrived at Cancun airport immigration staff took him aside, separated him from his children, and told him he was not allowed to enter Mexico as it was “a national security issue”.

A national security issue?

Is Tommy Robinson a coyote, smuggling unaccompanied children across the US border into Mexico for child sex trafficking?

Is he a member of one of the many drug running cartels in Mexico – smuggling fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, crack, heroin or arms across the US border?

Is Tommy Robinson a terrorist, giving reason for the UK government to alert Mexico City of his impending arrival so that he would be detained and subsequently deported?

The obvious answer to all of these questions is a resounding no. Tommy Robinson is none of these things, yet somehow, he suddenly becomes a national security issue for Mexican authorities?

One has to wonder how and why?

My commentary today is predicated upon a Department of Justice (DOJ) press release titled, “U.S. Navy Reserves Officer Appeared on Charges of Alleged Bribery and Visa Fraud.”

The statement raises many more questions than it answers — both about the specific case and more broadly about how the Biden DOJ pursues, or refuses to pursue, investigations involving elements of the immigration system.

The effective and accurate screening of aliens who seek to enter the United States is a key responsibility and primary purpose of our immigration system. Indeed, 8 U.S. Code § 1182 enumerates the classes of aliens who are inadmissible because they would pose a threat to public health, public safety, national security, and/or the jobs and wages of American workers.

The issuance of visas is a critical element of the immigration system that is supposed to properly vet aliens and also make certain these aliens are entitled to the categories of visas for which they apply.

The preface of the “9/11 and Terrorist Travel – Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States” report begins with the following paragraph:

It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.

Page 61 of that report contained this passage:

Exploring the Link between Human Smugglers and Terrorists In July 2001, the CIA warned of a possible link between human smugglers and terrorist groups, including Hamas, Hezbollah, and Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Indeed, there is evidence to suggest that since 1999 human smugglers have facilitated the travel of terrorists associated with more than a dozen extremist groups. With their global reach and connections to fraudulent document vendors and corrupt government officials, human smugglers clearly have the “credentials” necessary to aid terrorist travel.

Furthermore, on May 18, 2004, I testified at a hearing conducted by the House Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security ad Claims on the topic, “Pushing the Border Out on Alien Smuggling: New Tools And Intelligence Initiatives.”

The title of that hearing was a reference to how an effectively administered visa program can push U.S. borders out to the consulates and embassies where visas are issued, thereby enhancing national security.

Nevertheless, for unfathomable reasons, the Biden administration has inexplicably worked to undermine border security and immigration law enforcement from within the interior of the U.S. during an especially perilous era.

America faces multiple threats posed by adversarial nations that seek the demise of our nation. America is also threatened by many transnational gangs, narcotics trafficking organizations, and terrorist organizations.

Now we come to the DOJ press release that begins with this excerpt:

A Florida man who serves as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves appeared today on criminal charges related to an alleged bribery scheme involving special visas for Afghan nationals.

According to court documents, Jeromy Pittmann, 53, of Pensacola, Florida, currently residing in Naples, Italy, was paid to draft, submit, or falsely verify false letters of recommendation for citizens of Afghanistan who applied to the U.S. Department of State for Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs).

There is a limited supply of SIVs each year for Afghan nationals employed as translators for U.S. military personnel. Pittmann is alleged to have signed over 20 false letters in which he represented, among other things, that he had supervised the applicants while they worked as translators in support of the U.S. Army and NATO; that the applicants’ lives were in jeopardy because the Taliban considered them to be traitors; and that he did not think the applicants posed a threat to the national security of the United States. In exchange, Pittmann is alleged to have received thousands of dollars in bribes

Pittmann made his initial appearance today. He is charged with accepting bribes and conspiring to commit visa fraud. If convicted of both counts, he faces up to 20 years in prison. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Polite Jr. of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division; U.S. Attorney John J. Farley for the District of New Hampshire; Inspector General John F. Sopko of the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR); Special Agent in Charge Eric Maddox of the Economic Crimes Field Office of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS); and Special Agent in Charge Stanley A. Newell of the Transnational Operations Field Office of the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS) made the announcement.

SIGAR, NCIS, and DCIS are investigating the case.

Let’s begin by noting that the defendant in this case is charged with providing false statements in conjunction with at least 20 applications for visas for aliens who are seeking entry into the U.S. from Afghanistan, a country that has an established nexus with international terrorists groups.

Consider that Biden’s catastrophic policies have created a national security nightmare for America and Americans.

As a rule, such investigations of visa fraud are conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and may also involve agents of the U.S. Department of State.

In this case, however, there is no mention of any ICE agents or State Department agents being involved in the investigation or prosecution. This is significant because in pursuing such investigations, it is of great importance to have agents on board who have expertise in the subject matter to facilitate the investigation or prosecution of violations of the laws involved.

The apparent lack of ICE agents in this case may explain why other criminal charges are not being sought in this case that may well have serious national security implications.

While it is true that the defendant is being charged with accepting a bribe and visa fraud, under the provisions of 18 U.S. Code § 1546 the defendant may face up to 25 years in prison for each of the approximately 20 applications that were filed if the fraud was committed to facilitate terrorism.

This brings us to fact that the press release made no mention as to whether or not any of the aliens actually entered the U.S. or if any were charged with committing fraud or conspiring to commit fraud.

The defendant is alleged to have accepted bribes in exchange for his false statements. However, there is no mention of who provided the money to him. Was an alien smuggling ring involved in this scheme? If so, what is being done to identify all of the participants in such a ring? This sort of investigation is routine for ICE agents but not for those who are involved in this specific case.

I hate to speculate, but given comments made by the DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas indicating he would not pursue most fraud investigations, we cannot ignore the very real possibility that DHS, of which ICE is a component agency, simply refuses to provide assistance in this case or other cases like it.

In a troubling exclusive that mainstream media continues to avoid, Breitbart reports about the crisis at the Southern border.

The role of government is to improve the lives of its citizens and prioritize national security, but that’s not Joe Biden’s concern.

In a relatively short space of time, Biden’s leadership has been catastrophic for America. His mishandling of Afghanistan, his reckless open-door immigration policy, his disastrous pursuit of a new Iran nuclear deal, his incompetence in dealing with Russia, and more — there is just no end in sight to the damage that Biden continues to do to American interests.

Few among media have adequately covered the crime and national security risks posed by the wide-open Southern border. On top of everything else, there is a jihad threat. In 2019, the Mexico “terror path” was proven, as jihadis infiltrated the refugee stream and entered the U.S. Judicial Watch stated:

EAGLE PASS, Texas — Thousands of migrants marching through Texas ranches as far as 80 miles from the U.S. border continues to disrupt the lives of those who live and work in these regions. Governor Greg Abbott told Breitbart Texas the chaos and crime in these areas are “worse than it has ever been.”

“Their lives have been disrupted like never before,” Governor Abbott said in an exclusive interview late last week. “There are people coming in across the border and going onto the land, cutting fences that hold in cattle, sometimes cattle are lost as a result of it.”

He said these trespassers are “breaking into homes, destroying property, sometimes, pointing a gun at people’s heads. It is worse than it’s ever been.”

The governor said the volume of migrant crossings adds to the created chaos on ranches in south Texas. He added that this is not simply unaccompanied minors or family units that are making the trek through the ranches.

“These are people who are trying to not get caught,” Abbott explained. “People who are coming here, some of whom have criminal records. We know that because of some of the people we have arrested.”

Breitbart Texas spoke with officials with the Texas Military Department about the arrests taking place by brush team soldiers on ranches.

“Over the past 90 days, the brush team has supported more than 1,000 apprehensions along the Texas-Mexico border,” TMD Director of Communications Rita Holton told Breitbart. “Approximately 30 percent of these individuals apprehended had a prior criminal record for activities such as sexual assault, drug smuggling, and human smuggling.”

A TMD military officer who commands the brush team operations told Breitbart they are the “last line defense” against the migrants who intend to get into the U.S. interior without being screened or apprehended.

“We use a variety of sensors and techniques to identify where these folks are coming from and where they are going,” the officer stated. “We are on our feet eight to 15 miles per night using ‘old school tracking’ and the technology available for our mission.”

He explained groups range in size from five migrants to more than 50 at a time. “Some of these have criminal histories that include narcotics smuggling or sexual assault.”…

Every rational American must get behind the re-election of President Trump with everything they have. The country and the free world are on the line.

Thousands already in Florence for Former President Donald Trump’s ‘Save America’ rally

FLORENCE, S.C. (WPDE) — People from across the country have camped out near the Florence Regional Airport ahead of former President Donald Trump’s ‘Save America’ rally that takes place Saturday.

Sharon Anderson said she drove nearly six hours from Tennessee to attend the event.

Anderson has been to 23 rallies so far.

“Donald Trump, he’s fighting so hard for us. 24 hours a day. I want him to look out in that audience and see thousands just like me. That’s his cheerleaders,” said Anderson.

Rick Frazier traveled 10 hours from Ohio.

He’s a part of the group Front Row Joe’s that attend Trump’s rallies.

Frazier said he’s been to 55 rallies so far.

“We like to come to the rallies. And support the President, number 45. Primarily, because I believe in what he’s done for the country. It’s big family. I’m from Ohio. So, we give Ohio state tailgating. And when the folks come to these rallies. It’s like a big tailgate and most of these folks are like-minded. Everybody here comes for President Trump,” said Frazier.

Crews have been setting up most of the week.

They’ve brought in big lights, porta johns, tents for security, food trucks and other equipment.

ABC15 asked organizers as to how many people will attend the rally.

They said they don’t give numbers, but are preparing for thousands.

Florence Police Dept. said they’ll have 24 officers on hand to provide mutual aid to the Florence County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office hasn’t said if they’ve been given an estimate of how many people will attend the event.

South Carolina Highway Patrol is providing officers to help with traffic.

Frazier said from the looks of how crews are preparing, he expects this rally to be huge.

“This is a big one. I think we’ve got more room here. This is probably one of the larger ones we done since we started in Burlington Ohio. And that was about 8 months, ago, I think they’ll be standing room only,” said Frazier.

Doors will open at 2 p.m. and the event is set to start at 7 p.m.

Also, Trump will be joined by endorsed candidates, members of the South Carolina Congressional Delegation, and other special guests.
