VIDEO: Illegal Immigrant Released Into U.S. Thanks Biden, Says He Fears Trump

A Venezuelan man recently released into the country thanked President Joe Biden and expressed fear over a possible Donald Trump presidency in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation at the Houston airport.

The immigrant, who said that he crossed the southern border into the U.S. illegally, thanked Biden as he waited with a group of migrants from Venezuela and Guinea in the airport. Border Patrol has recorded record illegal immigration at the southern border under the Biden administration, with more than 2.2 million encounters in fiscal year 2022 and more than 2 million encounters in fiscal year 2023, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

”Honestly, thank you for this opportunity … without your help we wouldn’t be here so that means a lot, that means a lot for me and that means a lot for all of us. I have many friends who crossed the border and they’re grateful [now that they have] a good financial situation. They help their family from Venezuela as well, they try to bring them and I think that’s awesome,” the migrant, who withheld his name and said he lost his passport and used his paperwork from Border Patrol to travel, told the DCNF.

He also said he feared deportation if Trump wins the 2024 presidential election. Trump took home a win at the Iowa caucus on Monday night and promised the largest deportation “since Dwight Eisenhower” in his victory speech.

The Biden administration announced in October the start of deportation flights to Venezuela to address the surge.

Fiscal year 2024 has already seen a record month in December with more than 300,000 migrant encounters, according to Fox News, which cited internal government sources.

The Venezuelan migrant said he crossed into Eagle Pass, Texas, days before where the state and federal authorities have recently been feuding over border enforcement powers. The Texas Department of Public Safety seized control of city property in Eagle Pass in early January.

The migrant joins a backlog of roughly 3 million cases in the immigration court systems, as previously reported by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC). He said he’s confident his case will be accepted.

”I will stay here in Houston and I’ll go to my brother’s house and hopefully get a job and help my family,” he said.

“I want to work here,” he said, adding “I asked for asylum and they gave me one year so I have to fight for my case.”

“The fact is, the birth rate in this country is way below replacement level,” he continued. Nadler is adamantly anti-life, and given that abortion is responsible for the deaths of millions of unborn American children, it’s unlikely that he’s sincerely concerned about the United States’ replacement rates.

Nadler’s remarks recall the Democratic party’s past reasoning for supporting slavery. Federalist Senior Editor Mark Hemingway pointed out that Democrats in 1823 were backing slavery because if there were no slaves, “Who would pick our cotton?” Today, Democrats are making the argument that low-wage working illegal migrants are necessary to pick “our vegetables.”

Another striking comparison is the Democrats’ past support of slave traders and their current aiding of human trafficking at the southern border. As Federalist CEO Sean Davis explained, “Before the Civil War, Democrats bought their slaves from human traffickers who kidnapped them and then shipped them across the Atlantic. In 2023, they use cartels to smuggle illegal immigrants across a border Democrats refuse to close.”

Indeed, human trafficking at our southern border is now a multi-billion dollar business, and Democrats have no plan to stop the abuse. In December alone, over 300,000 illegal immigrants crossed into the United States.

Now, illegal immigration isn’t just a problem for border states but the entire nation. Massive influxes of aliens are now invading places like New York City and Chicago, putting massive strain on city resources. Meanwhile, the fentanyl crisis created by the open southern border is taking countless American lives in all corners of the country — both urban and rural.

This week, citizens were given some hope after the Texas Military Department took over a 2.5-mile long stretch along the Rio Grande River, supposedly to stop illegal immigration in the high-traffic crossing area and keep out federal border officials who “perpetuate illegal immigrant crossings in the park and greater Eagle Pass area.”

However, as my colleague Jordan Boyd explained, the move appears to be nothing more than political theater. “Yet despite the addition of personnel, barriers, gates, concertina wire, and military Humvees’ to the area,” Boyd wrote, Texas Gov. “Abbott has not authorized the Texas National Guard to detain and deport illegal immigrants, who are still being turned over to Border Patrol for processing and, in most cases, release.”

“So, while the move prompted an outcry from the Biden administration and federal border officials who say the state’s interference prevents them from doing their jobs,” she added, “Abbott’s move won’t fundamentally change the dynamic at the border.”

U.S. officials assess that there’s a rising risk Lebanese Hezbollah militants will strike Americans in the Middle East — and even potentially hit inside the United States, four officials familiar with the intelligence told POLITICO.

The Iran-backed militant group would likely target U.S. personnel in the Middle East first, the officials said. And U.S. intelligence agencies are gathering data on Hezbollah that suggest it could be considering attacks on both U.S. troops or diplomatic personnel overseas, two of the officials said.

The chance for an assault on U.S. soil is also growing as tensions in the region escalate, the officials said.

“Hezbollah could draw on the capability they have … to put people [in] places to do something,” one of the officials said, referring to a potential attack on the U.S. “It is something to be worried about.” The official, like others in this story, was granted anonymity to talk freely about sensitive intelligence.

Officials declined to detail the specific kind of attacks Hezbollah could take but said that the Iranian-backed group has capabilities that other terrorist groups in the region do not. Individuals inspired by the Islamic State or al-Qaeda — but who are not directly connected to the membership of those terrorist groups — have carried out lone-wolf attacks in the U.S. and Europe, officials said. One of the many obstacles to solving the southern border crisis is the lack of cooperation from the Democrats, according to Senator Roger Marshall (R-Kan.). In December, Marshall, who serves on four Senate committees, discussed on “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” how the president’s party had been focused on Ukraine funding rather than the border, putting progress at a complete standstill. However, as the threat to the southern border continues to swell, more Democrats are changing their stance on the issue.

Sam Joshi, the Democrat mayor of Edison, New Jersey, said migrants are “not welcome” in his town. Although he received backlash, the mayor stood his ground. “They’re illegal, and they belong on the other side of the border. We don’t want them in Edison, period,” he said. And recent polls indicate this opinion is growing — among unlikely groups.

A January 5 poll conducted by YouGov and CBS News revealed 60% of white people, 50% of black people, and 47% of Hispanics oppose settling illegal immigrants locally. And although the Democrats surveyed largely support local housing for the undocumented migrants, 62% of independents oppose it.

Separate data collected by Rasmussen Reports showed 65% of “likely U.S. voters” consider the immigration crisis as an “invasion” with an additional 43% who strongly view that statement as “very accurate.” Only 31% disagree, and another 15% felt that statement was completely inaccurate.

On Monday’s episode of “Washington Watch,” Representative Mark Alford (R-Mo.) shared about his experience when he joined Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) and several others on a trip to the southern border last week. “We saw firsthand the chaos,” he said. “Chaos that this administration [and] Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas … will not classify as a crisis.”

Instead, Alford noted, they call it “a challenge.” “This has been languishing for years,” he said, insisting that it’s not accurate to say it is simply a challenge. “Look,” he added, “this isn’t selling used cars. … [It’s] a crisis that [Mayorkas] and President Biden created.” And “with a wink and a nod … almost nine million illegal aliens” have been admitted into the nation.

Notably, most Americans welcome immigrants who enter the country legally. “Legal immigrants are part of the fabric of America,” Alford said. “But this process, this crisis, this chaos, is ripping apart America right now.” And in addition to the madness caused from having nowhere to place them or ways to treat their needs, America’s national security is under severe jeopardy, Alford observed. But he stressed that most Democrats won’t “admit” that “because they want these illegals to eventually become voters” for the Democratic Party who let them in.

Another shocking consequence of the border crisis is the correlation it has to the rise of human trafficking in America, Alford pointed out. During his visit to the border, Alford learned that “$32 million a week is going back to the cartels who are ferrying these people over.” Broken down, these trips can cost “anywhere from $5,000 to $8,000 per trip” per individual, he emphasized. Last week on “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins,” Speaker Johnson noted the money going back to the cartels from the border crisis would total about “$1.6 billion annually.”

Alford continued, “[The migrants] don’t have that money. So, they go to work in the human sex trade” in the U.S. to “pay off their debt to these cartels. One hundred thousand children are unaccounted for in America in this process. That’s despicable.”

On top of the border crisis, “[T]here’s a lot of work yet to be done in getting … [the] spending bill addressed, all the appropriations bills across the finish line, and avoiding a potential shutdown,” guest host and former Congressman Jody Hice chimed in. But Alford mentioned the most recent text for a spending bill had no mention of border security. And as far as he and his conservative colleagues are concerned, no matter how dressed up the spending bill appears, border security is non-negotiable. Or, as he stated, “[Y]ou can put lipstick on a pig, but I’m not kissing this pig.”

Alford concluded that his only priority right now is border security. “That is my number one concern, number two concern, and number three concern right now,” he said. “Whatever it takes to secure the border.”

Students at a Brooklyn high school were kicked out of the classroom to make room for nearly 2,000 migrants who were evacuated from a controversial tent shelter due to a monster storm closing in on the Big Apple.

The city made the move amid concerns that a massive migrant tent at Floyd Bennett Field would collapse from torrential rains and gusting winds — packing them instead into the second-floor gym at James Madison High School five miles away.

The school’s neighbors were not keen on the last-minute decision.

“This is f—ed up,” said a local resident who identified himself only as Rob. “It’s a litmus test. They are using a storm, a legitimate situation, where they are testing this out. I guarantee you they’ll be here for the entire summer.

“There’s 1,900 people getting thrown into my neighborhood, half a block from where I live and we don’t know who they are,” he said.

“They’re not vetted. A lot of them have criminal records and backgrounds and we don’t even know.”

Here’s How Turkish Smugglers Use Social Media To Help ‘Citizens Of Every Country’ Reach The U.S. Border

Turkish smugglers appear to be using social media platforms to help migrants from across the globe enter the U.S. illegally through the southern border, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation review of Telegram and TikTok posts.

The advertisements offer arrangements for travel, visas and transportation directly to the U.S.-Mexico border for migrants in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Border Patrol encounters of migrants crossing the southern border illegally have hit numerous records in recent years, with more than 2.2 million encounters in fiscal year 2022 and more than 2 million in fiscal year 2023, according to federal data.

One smuggling advertisement shared on Telegram boasts a “GUARANTEED PASS” for $10,000, which includes a flight from Istanbul to Cancun, a Mexican visa, “CANCUN ENTRANCE,” a hotel room, a taxi, and “DELIVERY TO TIJUANA BORDER.”

“WE HAVE A ROAD FOR CITIZENS OF EVERY COUNTRY WHO CANNOT GET A MEXICO VISA AND FLY TO NICARAGUA,” the post reads.

The two Telegram channels, which have thousands of members, include videos and messages where migrants are thanking specific people. They also feature photos of passports stamped by Mexican authorities.

“This is the border. Thanks to you, we have arrived in the U.S.,” one man said in a TikTok post taken next to the border wall. The video shows migrants thanking “Volkan,” which is a Turkish name.

In a separate video, another man mentions “Volkan,” calling him “king man.”

Another video shows a man appearing to walk across the border, saying that “Volkan” can always get them into the U.S.

“When it looks like no one can let you through the doors … you always leave the door open for everybody,” he said.

Both the names “Volkan” and “Burak,” another Turkish name, appear in Telegram messages. In a private Telegram conversation between the DCNF and “Burak,” the alleged smuggler said he helps people from across the globe enter the U.S. by either obtaining Mexican visas or facilitating travel through Nicaragua or El Salvador.

“Burak” also said the DCNF’s questions sounded like those of a “police officer.” Burak communicated in Turkish, which the DCNF had translated.

The number of migrants arriving from “Special Interest” countries, which are labeled as such due to potential national security risks, increased by nearly 600% to 25,627 in fiscal year 2022 compared to the previous year, according to internal Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data previously obtained by the DCNF.

Migrants who are placed in this category can be seen as “possibly have a nexus to terrorism,” according to 2019 DHS fact sheet.

“The smugglers make so much more money off of the Special Interest Aliens,” a Border Patrol official, who requested anonymity, told the DCNF of the fees based on country of origin.

Border Patrol has recorded a sharp uptick in encounters of migrants from Turkey crossing the southern border illegally, according to federal data. Encounters of illegal migrants from Turkey jumped from roughly 1,300 in fiscal year 2021 to more than 15,400 in fiscal year 2023.

But when it comes to using encrypted apps like Telegram, federal investigators have a difficult time cracking down on the efforts, two U.S. intelligence officials told the DCNF on the condition of anonymity because they’re not authorized to speak publicly.

“Telegram will not assist U.S. law enforcement unless the case is regarding terrorism,” the intel officials said. “Smugglers are able to openly recruit to get new clientele.”

“Most immigrants are paying $10,000 to get smuggled to countries that border the United States knowing that once they arrive in the United States they can claim asylum and be released without consequence,” the official added.

TikTok didn’t respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

“Since its creation, Telegram has actively moderated harmful content on our platform,” Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn said in a statement to the DCNF. “Moderators use a combination of proactive monitor of public parts of the platform and user reports in order to remove content that breaches our terms of service.”

In March, CBP sent a memo to agency officials detailing a smuggling route in which a group of Chinese migrants traveled to Istanbul, where they obtained Mexican visas, flew to Mexico City pretending to be couples and then split off to get to the border.

Groups are posing as travel agencies in the capital of Senegal to get migrants to the U.S.-Mexico border by obtaining a visa to travel through the European Union, a CBP spokesperson recently told the DCNF.

“They sell complete packages to connect them to a smuggling organization that will then facilitate their movement up to the border,” the spokesperson added.

The Turkish Embassy in Washington, D.C., didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Legal Experts Sound Alarm on Biden Admin’s Pattern of ‘Unlawful Overreach’

In the wake of the Biden administration’s recent efforts to use federal agencies to regulate on matters outside their jurisdiction, legal experts are expressing dismay at what they say is a pattern of unconstitutional overreach by Biden’s government in order to achieve political ends.

Last year, the Biden administration moved forward with a new U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) rule that threatened to pull federal funding for school lunches from schools that did not adopt the administration’s new interpretation of Title IX, which specified that the prohibition on discrimination based on sex must “include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.” Observers noted that a program designed to help feed low-income children was now being entangled with a policy rooted in highly controversial gender ideology.

In December, a group of 21 Republican state attorneys general filed suit against the Biden administration after it finalized another federal rule through the Department of Transportation (USDOT) which required states to create benchmarks for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen (R) called the rule “another unlawful and overreaching regulation,” and the attorneys general pointed out that Congress had not given the USDOT authority to regulate emissions or to direct how states must roll out their policy decisions.

On Thursday, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost (R) pointed to numerous further examples of the Biden administration’s overreach on “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins.”

“One of the things people ought to pay attention to is the phrase ‘whole of government,’” he noted. “You’re starting to hear this from bureaucrats and politicians in Washington over and over again. That should be a red flag for you when you hear ‘whole of government.’ … It’s kind of a code that they’re going to use [in order for] agencies that have absolutely nothing to do with the thing at hand to try to accomplish something that they don’t have authority to do.”

“For example,” Yost continued, “the Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC] is there to regulate the stock markets and stock trading and commodities trading. They publish rules, and it’s a regulatory agency — pretty dry and dusty. Well, under the whole of government approach, the Biden administration is using them to try to enter into fossil fuels and energy policy and climate change. What does the SEC and stock markets have to do with whether we drive electric cars or not or fossil fuel development?”

Yost further pointed to a November 2021 rule the Biden administration attempted to implement through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). “They tried to get OSHA involved in the COVID wars. OSHA is all about [having] guardrails around the catwalks. Let’s make sure that there’s safety features around the vats of acid so that workers don’t get hurt. They tried to use that department and that authority to make sure that every employee of a company that had more than 100 employees, which was over 80 million Americans, had to have the vaccine … if they wanted the government’s permission to work. The Supreme Court knocked it down … but it’s that whole of government mindset where they try to take every bureaucratic alphabet soup agency to do something that [it] was never designed to do.”

Yost went on to underscore the importance of the American court system in maintaining the rule of law going forward. “We have to rely on the genius of the Founders, the separation of powers. The courts and Congress both have the ability to rein in an overreaching executive. Congress hasn’t been too interested in doing that of late. But fortunately, in a lot of places, courts are doing their jobs as attorneys general are going to court and challenging these things.”

“We have to realize we’re in a battle,” Yost concluded. “This is not a civil debate. … These folks don’t care about the norms. They don’t care about the rules or the rule of law. We are in a pitched battle, and we need everybody to help.”

Perkins concurred. “We’ve got to be informed. We’ve got to be voting. We’ve got to be engaged, making sure that we have those that respect the rule of law [in office] because our system doesn’t work without that.”

Sarah Idan is a former Miss Iraq who is now an American citizen. She is running for Congress from the 30th Congressional District in California, hoping to replace Adam Schiff, who is running for Senator. She is more than just a pretty face.

When she announced in March that she would be running for Congress, she had a few exchanges on Twitter with Ilhan Omar, responding to one of Omar’s tweets with this:

And in announcing her candidacy for Congress, she said: “I would just be the opposite of Ilhan Omar. I’m a Democrat and liberal, but I don’t think like her – I don’t hate this country.”

Given her allure, both mental and physical, she promises to be an articulate and mediagenic opponent of “The Squad”; it’s not hard to imagine that, whether she wins or loses, she will be given massive media coverage, which she could put to good use by educating the American public on Islam, terror groups, and the need to defend Israel’s right, and support its fight, to exist against those who would, if they could, obliterate the Jewish state.

Of course, we don’t know whom she will be facing in the Democratic primary, it might be someone even more impressive. Nor do we know what Republican might be running against her.

She said it makes her sick to her stomach to hear students on US campuses say the Hamas attack was an act of self-defense.

“I want them to see the horror that caused the war on Gaza. The world is shouting ‘Free Palestine’ and it was never about freeing Palestine. This is not about freeing Palestine — killing innocent families and burning them alive. This is not freeing Palestine, this is terrorism,” she told Channel 12 on Tuesday [Dec. 26].

Idan has prior experience with jihadists. In 2008, at age 18, Idan, having taught herself English while a refugee in Syria from the war in Iraq, offered her services as a translator to US forces in Iraq. During her military service, as she recounted in a recent X post, she aided US troops in fighting Hamas of Iraq, an extremist group separate from the Palestinian terror organization.

Running as a Democrat, Idan intends to be “the anti-squad,” she told Channel 12, referring to the group of hard-left Democrat progressives that have staked out positions highly critical of Israel, among them Reps. Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley and Ilhan Omar.

“It’s not just about Israel. My Iraq is already lost. I lost my Iraq to the Iranian regime and to the radical Islamists and I could never live there. So the US is my only home and I need to protect my home and sadly, The Squad, when it comes to the Middle East, I feel like they have no experience, they’re being told what to say.”

House GOP Raises the Stakes: ‘Shut the Border Down or Shut the Government Down’

While the rest of Congress is soaking up the last few days of holiday recess, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) decided to cut his vacation short, opting instead to take 60 House Republicans on a detour to the southern border before Congress resumes next week. If the goal was to remind them what they’re fighting for in the standoff on immigration with Joe Biden, it succeeded.

With December’s record-breaking migrant crossings as a backdrop, this “show of force,” as many are calling it, aims to put more pressure on the White House to negotiate on reforms in real faith. “Life along the border is turned upside down,” host Congressman Tony Gonzales (R-Texas) told reporters, “and that’s exactly what the speaker and my colleagues are going to see.”

The trip comes as a growing chorus of Democratic leaders plead with Biden to act. From big cities like Denver to small communities like 15,000-population Whitewater, Wisconsin, even liberal politicians say they’re at “a breaking point.” “…[T]here’s just not enough work or housing in the city to support this ongoing [flood],” Mile High City mayor Mike Johnston admitted from his sanctuary city. “… [W]e know we can’t keep growing at this pace,” he warned. “When I took the oath of office six months ago, we had about 400 migrants in shelter[s]. We have more than ten times that number right now. We’ve brought 35,000 through this year.”

Republicans, who know they have the upper hand tying border reforms to less-popular Ukraine aid, are dangling even more drastic measures before the president after seeing Eagle Pass — including a government shutdown. “No more money for this bureaucracy of his government until you’ve brought this border under control,” border state Representative Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) insisted. “Shut the border down or shut the government down.”

That extreme approach might get a warmer reception than Democrats think, given the latest polling. Incredibly, the new Associated Press-NORC numbers show that the emergency at the border has supplanted the economy and inflation in voters’ top concerns. Thirty-five percent now list immigration and the border wall as their biggest worry — up eight points from last month. Making matters worse for this president, only a handful of Americans — 32% — trust Biden to make “wise decisions about immigration policy.”

Speaker Johnson is hoping to change that, telling reporters on the ground in Texas that if the president wants a supplemental bill with aid for Ukraine and national security, “it better begin with defending America’s national security. We want to get the border closed and secured first.”

That commitment was on display Wednesday, Gonzales insisted, in the mere size of the GOP delegation. Convincing 60 members of Congress to go on a border trip “two days after New Year’s … is a small miracle,” he said. And as Johnson pointed out, it was a diverse bunch. “We have everybody from California to Maryland, from Michigan to Florida,” he explained at the group’s afternoon press conference. “We represent over half the U.S. states because every state in America is now a border state. We’ve seen that on vivid display today.”

Frankly, Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.) pointed out, this is rapidly becoming a bipartisan issue. From the airport, where he was boarding a plane to Eagle Pass Tuesday, the Alabama congressman told “Washington Watch” that the urgency “is across the party lines.” “This is not just a Republican thing or Democrat issue,” he insisted to Family Research Council President Tony Perkins. “… Democrats are hearing from their constituents, just as Republicans are. And obviously, we want a system where people can come freely into the United States of America, but we want it in a situation where people [come] legally. And that’s what we’re trying to do here. … [H]opefully, this will call some media attention to it, and we can try to put some pressure on the Democrats to come together and find some solution[s].”

This situation is “unsustainable,” Perkins agreed, pointing to the soft target America is becoming by not adequately vetting the people crossing the border. “I understand that people want to come here to the United States of America,” Aderholt said, “but we’re in a situation right now where we have to make sure that the people [who] are coming here are coming for the right reason. When they come here illegally … you don’t know why they’re coming. Some of them may be coming because of good reasons, and they’re just trying to provide for their family. But at the same time, there’s a lot of folks that also may be coming illegally that are trying to do harm to the United States. … And that’s what we’ve got to put a stop to. … It’s the people that would want to come for nefarious reasons that we want to keep out.”

Already, House Republicans are showing their sincerity, scheduling its first impeachment hearing on Biden’s embattled Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The fireworks kick off January 10, when the debate over how to couple massive border reforms with overseas aid will be well underway. A fuller investigation may be on the horizon if the president continues to play coy about the hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants disappearing into every corner of our country.

“I very much think that Speaker Johnson will move forward on this [impeachment of Secretary Mayorkas] if the Biden administration doesn’t act responsibly,” Aderholt cautioned. As he should, his colleague Rep. Mark Green (R-Tenn.) argued. “For three years, the Biden admin has fed the American people lies.”

TROY OLSON And GAVIN WAX: Trump Is Building A New Populist Majority

Not only is Donald Trump’s populist vision making the Republican Party more electable across demographics, but the geographic outlook of the party is also looking up.

Early census redistricting estimates that as of this year, the Republican red states from 2020 will gain 11 electoral votes. The Democratic blue states will lose 11 electoral votes and, therefore, be at a disadvantage in the House relative to now.

It appears increasingly tricky for the electoral math to add up for a Democratic Party whose incumbent president, Biden, is currently down to President Trump by 3 points in the RCP average nationally. At a minimum, with eleven months to go before the 2024 election, President Trump is poised to recapture the White House while winning the popular vote, and 2028 represents the last election Democrats will have with this current electoral college configuration.

California and New York are forecasted to lose 4 and 3 electoral votes, respectively, while Texas and Florida are predicted to gain 4 and 3 electoral votes, respectively. In addition, Idaho, Utah, North Carolina, and Tennessee, all states Trump won twice and will win a third time with ease, will each gain one electoral vote. In contrast, Georgia and Arizona, states where Trump is ahead by 5.2 and 4.8 in the RCP average, are also forecasted to gain an electoral vote for the next decade.

There is no reason to think states that voted once for Bill Clinton are permanently in the Democratic column. Increasingly, there are fewer and fewer states that are definitively safe for the Democrats as blue-collar voters flock back to Trump. The growing working-class coalition around the Trump-led populist Republican Party could create an electoral majority that could govern the nation for a generation.

Once considered an impenetrable blue wall in the Midwest, Trump has turned clear losses in Iowa and Ohio into nearly double-digit wins twice and now boasts over double-digit polling leads in each state for 2024. Populist candidate J.D. Vance has since equaled this performance in the 2022 midterm elections. As long as the fading Republican Romney establishment does not actively help the opposition, populist conservatives have more prospects of electoral success nationally than any other element within the Republican Party. Considering the RNC has just 9 million dollars in the bank, voters will gravitate to the populist wing out of self-interest, as donors and grassroots alike do not trust the fading and soon-to-be former establishment.

Furthermore, states that Republicans lost by eight to seventeen points in 2008 and 2012 are now battleground states: Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota. In addition to locking up the Maine 2nd Congressional District electoral vote, a good election cycle for a populist Republican Party would also put New Hampshire and Maine in play and make Virginia competitive again under the right circumstances. Even the Democrat lead in states like New York and New Jersey could be closing dramatically and flip if the Biden administration continues with its failed liberal agenda.

This is a map the 2012 Republican autopsy could only have dreamed of.

Overlay the 2020 presidential election onto the projected apportionment after 2030, and it would produce an electoral college of 292 electoral votes for Democrats and 246 electoral votes for Republicans. At that point, all Republicans would need to hold historically red or lean-red states like Arizona and Georgia to get to 275 votes. Add Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin and their projected 2030s totals, and Trump is commanding 320 electoral votes. In other words, the 2016 Trump win now sits at 320 electoral votes.

Add in a state trending red for many cycles in a row, Nevada, and Trump is up to 326. The aforementioned situationally competitive Minnesota, Virginia, Nebraska-2nd, New Hampshire, and Maine get Trump to 355. If Trump is competitive in New York and New Jersey, we are discussing the first proper landslide election since 1988. This type of presidential realignment is deep, broad, and sustainable, no matter how much it angers the fading political and media establishment.

This is why Colorado and 16 other states have doubled down on lawfare. This effort will almost certainly be interrupted by the Supreme Court if the American constitutional republic is to survive at this point. Democrats no longer believe they can win in a fair fight or persuade enough voters, and they’re right about that. But the key will be for the populists not to sit on their hands the following year, especially in the four years after. It is vital to ensure the institutional Republican Party, from state chairs and committees to local clubs and precinct chairs, is taken over by those with the energy, talent, and understanding of this transformative moment in American history.

Biden Admin Caught And Released Enough Illegal Immigrants At The Border To Fill More Than 17 Yankee Stadiums

There were enough illegal immigrants caught and released into the country in 2023 to fill more than 17 Yankee Stadiums, according to federal data.
Not a single year of encounters under the two previous presidential administrations came close to what federal authorities recorded in 2023, according to the data.
“In retrospect, 2023 at the border was a progressively worse version of 2022,” former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The number of illegal immigrants caught and released into the country in 2023 would be enough to fill Yankee Stadium more than 17 times, according to federal data.

Border Patrol recorded more than 1.7 million encounters with migrants crossing the southern border illegally in 2023, with more than 824,000 released into the interior of the country with future court appearances, according to the data, which doesn’t account for December. Yankee Stadium has the capacity to hold 46,537 people, according to Ticketmaster.

Federal authorities at the southern border also seized more than 229,000 pounds of drugs, roughly 22,000 pounds of which were fentanyl.

During the Obama and Trump administrations, not a single year reached one million encounters, according to federal data.

“In retrospect, 2023 at the border was a progressively worse version of 2022,” former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Biden continued to double down on his failed border policies, illegal immigration continued skyrocketing to unimaginable levels, the cartels made more money than most people can fathom with less risk than at anytime in history, Customs and Border Protection suspended legal trade and travel to decrease the time in custody for illegal aliens, and the US Border Patrol shut down checkpoints and deployed nearly zero proactive patrols.”

“Biden’s only response was to send Mayorkas and Blinken to Mexico and asks them to control their border,” he said.

The House Homeland Security Committee is preparing to conduct impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas early in the new year, a committee staffer recently told the DCNF.

“The Biden Administration is breaking records everyday and none of them are good. Enough. Time to impeach Mayorkas. No more excuses. This country needs action now,” Homan said.

Despite the record flows of illegal migrants across the southern border, ICE has left thousands of detention beds empty, according to the DCNF’s previous review of agency data. As of Dec. 11, ICE had seven individuals on average in custody each day at its processing center in Adelanto, California, where there is bed space for 640 people, according to agency data.

Court orders limit ICE’s use of bed space in the California facility to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

The situation is only expected to worsen in the coming year, J.J. Carrell, who served as a deputy patrol agent in charge for Border Patrol, told the DCNF.

“We have never experienced this type of invasion in the history of America,” Carrell said. “And when you look at the totality of the data, meaning Special Interest Aliens, Russian nationals, Chinese nationals, terrorists, criminal aliens, major cities crumbling, social welfare, states of emergencies, I believe that when we look back on 2023 from the viewpoint of 2024, I think 2023 is gonna look tame, and that’s scary. I think that should scare America.”

Biden Admin Watered Down Vetting Process For Chinese Illegal Immigrants, Email Shows

The Biden administration drastically simplified the vetting process for Chinese illegal immigrants in April 2023, according to an internal U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) email obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The April 2023 email, which was sent by a CBP supervisor to a “master list” of about 500 Border Patrol agents, instructs CBP officials to radically reduce the number of interview questions for Chinese migrants apprehended after illegally crossing into the country from roughly 40 to just five. The “headquarters guidance” came as border agents were overwhelmed with near-record numbers of illegal crossings.

This scaling back of the interview process fast-tracked the releasing of Chinese illegal immigrants into the U.S. while making it more difficult for CBP agents to identify national security threats, J.J. Carrell, a retired CBP deputy patrol agent in charge, told the DCNF after reviewing the email.

“This policy change has accelerated the time it takes to process Chinese illegal immigrants — this doesn’t make America safer,” Carrell said. “The final result is that dangerous Chinese illegal immigrants will still be released into the U.S.”

“This is just the government covering their ass, so they can say they vetted,” said Carrell. “I believe the government recognizes the threat of Chinese soldiers and spies that are pouring into America, and they want to try and identify these individuals. However, the same government does not want to stop the flow of illegal aliens or Chinese nationals — just the ‘bad ones,’ which is impossible.

While previously agents might spend hours vetting a single Chinese illegal immigrant, the new guidance simplifies the vetting process by reducing the number of questions that agents are required to ask, thereby speeding up the flow of Chinese illegal immigrants into the U.S., Carrell said.

The former law enforcement official who provided the email to the DCNF said human smuggling operations quickly adapted to these new guidelines, coaching Chinese illegal immigrants on how to answer CBP’s shorter list of questions.

“It was almost immediate where [the Chinese illegal immigrants] knew what to say and what not to say,” said the former official, who requested anonymity in fear of U.S. government retribution.

Carrell described smuggling operations as “highly coordinated.” He told the DCNF that illegal immigrants are “coached from the beginning of the journey.”

“The stories are identical,” Carrell said. “The streets and the names they use just differ because of the nations they’re from.”

The April 2023 CBP email also states that Chinese illegal immigrants who pass field agents’ five “basic questions” may be released into the U.S. interior.

“If they do not alert to the above, there is no requirement to further delay current processing pathway — NTA/OR,” the email states.

“NTA/OR” is an abbreviation for “Notice to Appear” / “Order of Recognizance,” according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

In practice, this allows Chinese illegal immigrants entry into the U.S. with a court date several years down the road, the former official said. By November 2023, the backlog of U.S. immigration court cases topped three million, signifying an all-time high.

Since 2022, Border Patrol has encountered approximately 35,000 Chinese illegal immigrants at the border, according to CBP data. Between 2022 and 2023, Border Patrol encounters with Chinese illegal immigrants surged over 1,000%, according to government records.

After answering agents’ “basic questions,” Chinese illegal immigrants are “sent out wherever they go, whether that’s contracted through Catholic Charities or other nonprofits,” the former official said.

‘Basic Questions’

The new guidance directs agents to ask five “basic questions” concerning “Military Service,” “Universities,” “POB/Region,” “Employment” and “Political Party.” All the questions are aimed at determining whether or not a Chinese illegal immigrant poses a national security threat, the former official told the DCNF.

“They’re really trying to see their ties to either terrorism or the government itself,” the former official said.

Questions regarding “Military Service,” “Universities,” “Employment” and “Political Party” are meant to tease out potential ties to the Chinese government, Chinese Communist Party or Chinese military. The question on “POB/Region” relates to terrorism, the former official told the DCNF.

“If there is a Yes to any of the above, they are then referred and transported to [redacted] for an in-depth interview by Tactical Terrorism Response Team,” the April 2023 email states.

The Tactical Terrorism Response Team (TTRT) is “part of the sector intelligence unit,” which is responsible for conducting in-depth questioning for Chinese illegal immigrants with potential terror or Chinese government ties, the former official said.

“Think of TTRT as the vetting unit before an individual is determined to be a national security risk or a terrorist,” Carrell, the former CBP agent, told the DCNF. “If TTRT determines that the individual is a security risk, that individual is turned over to Joint Terrorism Task Force for further investigation and deportation.”

Despite these concerns, DHS’s Special Interest Alien (SIA) list does not include immigrants from China.

SIA are defined as a “non-U.S. person who, based on an analysis of travel patterns, potentially poses a national security risk to the United States or its interests,” according to DHS. “Often such individuals or groups are employing travel patterns known or evaluated to possibly have a nexus to terrorism. DHS analysis includes an examination of travel patterns, points of origin and/or travel segments that are tied to current assessments of national and international threat environments.”

‘Bogged Down’

The vetting system for Chinese illegal immigrants in place prior to the April 2023 email was overwhelmed by the recent surge in crossings at the southern border, the former law enforcement official told the DCNF.

Under the previous system, it took up to four hours to process Chinese illegal immigrants, the former official told the DCNF.

“At the very beginning, what was happening was either at the station level — if they couldn’t get them to the processing center if it was too bogged down — or at the sector level at the processing center, the agent would then have to go through a long list of questions and it was taking almost four hours per person,” the former official said.

Carrell said the CBP vetting process was far more stringent for Chinese illegal immigrants during the Trump administration.

“If I received a Chinese national, we’d input them into the DHS database, look through [the National Crime Information Center] for criminal history in America — and nine times out of 10 these people have never been in America — so they’ll come back clean,” Carrell told the DCNF. “I would then set that individual up for deportation and [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] would fly him or her back to China. Never in a million years would I then process that Chinese national and then just release them into America.”

“Now, that person would be interviewed, put into the database and then just simply street-released,” Carrell said.

The DCNF reviewed a copy of CBP’s longer questionnaire for Chinese illegal immigrants, which the former official also shared.

While field agents are no longer required to vet Chinese illegal immigrants using the longer questionnaire of approximately 40 questions, TTRT still uses that questionnaire to vet those who’ve failed the five “basic questions,” the former official said.

In addition to the five “basic questions,” CBP’s longer questionnaire further directs agents to ask Chinese illegal immigrants about “prior arrests,” the “handling of weapons/firearms,” “smuggling fees,” and various other matters.

DHS and CBP did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

Iranian with terrorist ties apprehended at northern border

(The Center Square) – An Iranian with terrorist ties was caught after illegally entering the U.S. near Niagara Falls, New York, as a record number of known, suspected terrorists (KSTs) were apprehended in the first three months of fiscal 2024 at the northern border.

After the Iranian was apprehended, agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations-Buffalo office removed him on Dec. 21.

The Iranian national first attempted to enter the U.S. on Oct. 10 by presenting himself to American immigration authorities at the Rainbow Bridge Pedestrian Walkway in Niagara Falls, New York. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers denied him entry and returned him to the Canada Border Services Agency the same day.

Two days later, on Oct. 12, he illegally entered the U.S. in another area attempting to bypass agents stationed at the Whirlpool Bridge Port of Entry in Niagara Falls, New York. He illegally entered outside of the port of entry, “without being admitted or paroled by a designated immigration official,” ICE said, but he was apprehended.

The Iranian national is also a permanent resident of Canada, identified as a national security priority who was wanted by Canadian authorities on assault charges, ICE said.

On Nov. 8, ICE ERO Buffalo agents served him with an expedited removal order and on Dec. 21, agents removed him to Canada…

The Communist state of California will overlook its massive deficits, fiscal instability and unconstitutional legislation to become the first state in our once free Republic to give free health insurance to all the illegal aliens that criminally entered our republic in violation of congressional federal immigration laws.

So commencing January 1st 2024, if you are a criminal illegal immigrant who has violated US immigration laws by entering California from let’s say Iran, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Communist China, Yemen, Iraq, Syria etc., no matter which country or how old you are if you are low income, now you qualify for Medi-Cal, a mirror copy of the federal Communist government controlled Medicaid program.

In 2015, illegal immigrant children could join Medi-Cal under a bill signed by then Gov. Communist sympathizer Jerry Brown. Then in 2019, the Communist dictator of California, Gavin Newsom signed a new law upping the age to use the tax dollars from hard working Americans to fund free health care for illegal immigrants age 19-25.

Then it was expanded to adults age 50 and older. Full benefits folks for all illegal immigrants that have criminally invaded our republic. The best way to maintain a Communist Democrat voter base in California is to give illegal immigrants free stuff.

So on Jan. 1 2024. approximately 700,000 plus more illegal immigrants who have violated congressional immigration laws aged between ages 26 and 49 will be added to the free handouts of full coverage.

This according to full blown Marxist and California State Senator Comrade María Elena Durazo the daughter of two illegal immigrants and the former National Co-Chair of the Barack Obama Presidential Destroy America Campaign. Remember Obama forced nuns in Catholic Charity hospitals to perform abortions.

This statement is from Comrade Newsom’s politburo in Sacramento.

“In California, we believe everyone deserves access to quality, affordable health care coverage – regardless of income or immigration status,” Gov. Newsom’s Communist politburo office said in response to a News request for comment.

“Through this expansion, we’re making sure families and communities across California are healthier, stronger, and able to get the care they need when they need it.”

Basically what the communist dictator of California is saying is criminal illegal immigrants that broke congressional immigration laws (that actually must be deported) will be given priority over American citizens and homeless veteran’s.

And – the do nothing weak spineless useless waste of tax payer money California Senate Republican Caucus only criticized the move in their an analysis of the 2022-23 governor’s budget. Cheap words from a none functioning Republican political party.

What did they do about it ? Not a darn thing.

Because California is being turned into a Communist government dependency nanny state over one third of California’s population is now sucking off the Newsom mammary gland.

This is about 14.6 million Californians. So why not add another 764,000 criminal illegal immigrants to the free stuff list.

So instead of enforcing U.S. congressional immigration law by denying any benefit to an illegal immigrant at the detriment of American citizens including homeless veterans the Communists running the California Health and Human Services Agency is going to spend $835.6 million in 2024 and $2.6 billion thereafter to keep these illegal immigrants fit and healthy.

I am not sure where the Golden Shower State of California is going to get this money from to fund all this healthcare for criminal illegal immigrants but it sure is interesting to watch the slow financial demise of this once prosperous and beautiful economically viable state.

Maybe in the future an American ran California legislature could write a bill to charge the illegal immigrants consulate or embassy in Washington DC for their emergency healthcare costs and a bill to totally deny all benefits to the rest of these criminals instead of using American tax payers dollars.

Sadly, we once again are reporting on women being sexually assaulted by a migrant. Below is a report by journalist Amy Mek and two interviews on French television with Claire, a Paris girl, who was savagely raped in the lobby of her own apartment building by an “African migrant” identified as a threat by the French government and set for deportation.

The RAIR Foundation in an article titled “‘Death or Rape’: French Woman Recounts Harrowing Sexual Assault By African Migrant Who the State Failed to Deport Despite Order to Leave (Video)” Amy Mek reported,

“And the problem is that today, many women are raped in France, with three out of four of them being victims of this kind of individual [illegal migrants] every minute.”

France – In recent video interviews with former French presidential candidate Éric Zemmour and on French TV CNews, a young woman named Claire shared her harrowing experience. She recounted a sexual assault by a 25-year-old illegal African migrant and passionately called for stronger immigration enforcement to protect women in the country. Claire’s powerful testimony shines a spotlight on the urgent need for stricter immigration laws and more significant measures to ensure the safety of French citizens.

Claire’s interview with Zemmour began with her expressing her outrage over the government’s failure to enforce an “obligation to leave French territory” (OQTF) order against her attacker. She revealed that her assailant, who was from Central Africa and already under an OQTF order, had brutally raped her. Shockingly, Claire disclosed that three out of four women raped in France are victimized by individuals [illegal migrants] like her attacker.

Claire recounted the horrifying incident that took place on November 11th. Claire had been returning home after a shopping trip in the 8th arrondissement of Paris when a man followed her. As soon as she entered her building’s entrance hall, he attacked her, threatening to kill her:

“I was returning home, and a man followed me. As soon as I crossed the entrance hall, he jumped on me and attacked me. He said he would kill me. And in fact, after that, he wanted more. At first, I thought he just wanted to steal my stuff, except that, in fact, he wanted more. So he raped me. It lasted a very, very long time. He said ‘I’m going to kill you’ repeatedly. He even really held me very, very tight on my mouth; he put his hands on my mouth, and he strangled me, too. Very, very hard. And in fact, I thought he really was going to kill me. And that, in any case, the only way for me to get through it so that I wouldn’t die was to do as I was told. I was half naked in my entrance hall, blood-soaked. And then he walked away, as if he had done nothing.”

LEGAL Immigration versus Joe Biden’s Open Border Free Pass — A Personal Experience

The U.S. Border Patrol on our southern border have been retrained to book illegal immigrants entering our republic as indefinite tourists by offering them free hotels, free meals, a bus or plane ride and free medical care.

American taxpayers are footing the bill with money borrowed from Communist China or printed in the Treasury Dept.

With that said, let me walk you through the legal process to enter the USA as a legal permanent resident as experienced by my fiancée and soon to be wife the beautiful Karina from Caracas Venezuela, who has been living under a protective status in Colombia for the past 5 years.

After dating for over a year with multiple trips to Colombia and after spending over 18 months of quality time with Karina I filed for her K1 Fiancée Visa with U.S Customs and Immigration Services AKA USCIS on April 18th 2022. Price of visa $535.00

After 407 days or 13.5 months of waiting for adjudication of her visa request I finally received an approval for her called a Notice Of Action Letter 2. My income is way above the federal threshold requirement to qualify for the visa so all went well.

Compare this to Joe Biden’s alternative reality where an illegal immigrant can just walk up to a Border Patrol Officer on our southern border and enter the USA within an hour of waiting after claiming some bogus asylum request. No income required for self support, no sponsor, just a free hand out waiting for them..

After waiting 407 days Karina then had to wait another 119 days for the National Visa Center (NVC) in New Hampshire to issue her a welcome letter, a document critical in continuing this process.

Illegal Immigrants don’t get a legal welcome letter, they get a hand shake, a free cell phone and a plane ride to Chicago or New York City plus a job offer and free health care from some Communist Mayor in a Sanctuary City.

On September 27th, 2023 I received the email from the U.S. Embassy in Bogota Colombia stating that Karina’s visa was enroute to them from the NVC. On October 5th, 2023 I received an email from the Embassy stating her Visa was in “Ready Status” for processing.

On October 8th 2023 I received an email from the Embassy in Bogota telling me to start processing her visa payment and schedule her face to face consular interview and to schedule her biometrics and medical exam.

Illegal Immigrants claiming bogus asylum on our borders do not have to pay any visa fees, they are not subject to medical exams, they do not have to present proof of vaccinations or be biometrically photographed and fingerprinted.

On October 15th 2023 I paid the visa fee of $265 and scheduled the face to face consular visa interview for Karina at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota Colombia on November 16th 2023 at 700 AM.

First she had a biometrics appointment to verify her identity on November 8th, 2023. Then she had her medical exam and blood work processed on November 9th, 2023. She was missing two vaccinations which I paid for on my credit card. Cost of medical exam, chest X ray, blood work and vaccinations $300 plus.

Illegal Immigrants do not have to verify vaccinations, they are exempt from mandatory Covid vaccinations, they do not have to prove they are free from tuberculosis. Biden’s world of insanity!

On November 16th, 2023 Karina attended her face to face 30 minute interrogation with an embassy consular officer at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota. She brought all the required documents including her police security investigations from Colombia and Venezuela.

Illegal Immigrants get a free pass. They enter our republic with no police certificates, no vetting and without a stressful consular interview.

The Consular Officer approved Karina’s visa to enter the USA but he demanded an Interpol Police Certificate and a letter from the President of Colombia before he would issue it stating that she never gave aid to FARC Communists in Colombia. Seriously

Karina denounced the Communist government of Venezuela years ago and was given a ten year protective status in Colombia for this reason. This extra step by the Consular Officer was unnecessary, but remember Biden’s team dislikes future Venezuelan conservatives like Karina from entering the USA legally.

Biden though has no problem with Communists entering the USA. Look at the thousands of 18 to 30 year old male Communist Chinese so called asylum seekers who have entered our republic with zero vetting.

After 3 weeks we got a letter from the President of Colombia and Interpol showing and stating that Karina was under a ten year protective status in Colombia and was not a member of FARC.

None of these documents are required by the thousands and thousands of illegals entering our republic daily. Only foreign nationals entering legally after following congressional due process are subject to this intense vetting.

The total processing time for Karina to legally enter the USA after a thorough medical exam, blood work, an FBI Investigative check, a Venezuelan Police check, a Colombian Police Investigation, an Interpol Police Investigation, and a character reference letter from the President of Colombia was 626 days or 20.8 months.

For a bogus asylum seeker to enter the USA the processing time is 1 hour or less.

On January 3rd 2024 Karina and I will fly from Bogota, Colombia to Miami International Airport on Avianca, Flight AV 6. Then she gets interviewed again by the U.S. Border and Customs Patrol and a Form I 94 will be generated to prove legal entry into the USA.

Illegal immigrants seeking bogus asylum do not need any further vetting. The Biden Communists are deliberately trying to destabilize and dismantle our constitutional republic with all these criminal illegal immigrants.

We on the other hand did this the right way and hopefully in January 2025 the next President will start deporting all these millions of unwelcome illegal immigrants draining the U.S. taxpayer coffers offering nothing and only taking the free Biden handouts we pay for.
