Despite media spin, price inflation is still very much a problem.
It’s no secret that the mainstream media has a left-leaning bias. So it’s not exactly surprising that when alarming new inflation data were released on Tuesday, many journalists and media outlets attempted to downplay the story. After all, rising concerns about inflation could hamper the federal government’s ongoing efforts to massively increase government spending and expand the welfare state.
Here are just a few examples of countless reports that sought to downplay the just-released inflation figures. For one, the Washington Postdubbed the new numbers “an early sign that inflation could be easing.” And CNBC went with a different spin in its headline: “Consumer prices post smaller-than-expected increase in August.”
Meanwhile, many left-leaning commentators and analysts argued that the new data vindicate their claims that recent price inflation is just “transitory.” (Aka temporary.)

Yet when one looks at the actual report released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, this rosy spin seems utterly unwarranted. It shows that the Consumer Price Index, an average sample of typical consumer prices, rose 0.3 percent in August. This is less than the 0.4 percent increase that had been predicted, prompting the media spin to suggest that August saw “less inflation than expected.” While perhaps true, this is misleading, because the new figures still show prices seriously on the rise.
On an annual basis, from August 2020 to August 2021, prices rose 5.3 percent. That’s nearly a 13-year high!
In particular, energy costs rose 25 percent year-over-year, while food prices rose 3.7 percent. Used vehicle prices rose a whopping 31.9 percent over the last year as well. These are just a few examples of the many ways Americans’ purchasing power—their real standard of living—eroded over the last year due to price inflation.
BREAKING: Inflation was up +5.3% in August over the prior year, driven largely by used cars, gas and food
The good news: Inflation grew slightly slower in August (0.3% vs. 0.5% in July and 0.9% in June)
The bad news: Inflation remains high. +5.3% is nearly a 13-year high.
It might be true that inflation is easing or slowing down, but that’s not the main takeaway here. Prices have still risen significantly! And, as shown in the graph below, comparing August 2021 to August in years past shows that price inflation is still very much a problem. [VIEW CHART HERE]
Ultimately, prices are still rising in alarming ways. That can be traced back to government policies like the Federal Reserve’s printing of trillions of new dollars to fund COVID “stimulus” efforts. Those who want the feds to spend more and grow the welfare state have every incentive to downplay the consequences of fiscal and monetary recklessness.
But don’t fall for the media spin. Everyday Americans suffer the consequences of price inflation when their paychecks don’t stretch as far as they used to. It’s important to look beyond political narratives to understand just how much “stealth taxation” via inflation is really going on.

Why the Republican Party does virtually nothing to aggressively counter the relentless charges of racism hurled its way leaves me speechless.
As the spineless GOP turns the other cheek to scurrilous charges of racism, our Republic is being dismantled piece by piece. Make no mistake. The party of race-arson politics is attempting a coup-de-grâce on our two-party constitutional democracy.
In hopes of culminating Obama’s vow to “fundamentally transform” the country he holds in deep contempt, Democrats are projecting every major issue—immigration, voter integrity, pandemic relief, infrastructure spending, education, policing, the military—through a racial lens, with Republicans cast as white supremacists frothing at the mouth for a return of Jim Crow. The GOP’s response to that absurd charge? Ho-hum.
In every election cycle, Republicans sit by in virtual silence while being beaten senseless with the race card. When Democrats point an accusatory finger and let go with smug cries of “racist,” the GOP leadership mimics the subservient fraternity pledge in National Lampoon’s Animal House by dropping their drawers, bending over and saying, Thank you sir, may I have another?
Maybe it hasn’t dawned on the GOP that the party wielding the race card uses it to distract the black electorate from the unmitigated havoc that party has foisted on the quality of life in urban America. That decades-long trail of carnage is so self-serving, so inhumane that it begs to be exposed in the most public way possible.
Where Black Lives Don’t Matter
For most of America’s otherwise storied history, two evil institutions—slavery and segregation—saw to it that black lives didn’t matter. In 1964, hope among Americans of African descent soared when the federal government launched a war on poverty.
Then, in a bitter twist of fate for a people subjected to economic oppression since their country’s founding, that hope would be crushed when the party of government dependency turned the war on poverty into what has become a third evil institution in this country: the New Plantation, aka America’s inner cities. As was true on plantations of the Old South, the New Plantationis a place where black lives don’t matter.
Over the last half-century, trillions of dollars have been spent to help lift the inner city poor, with a mother lode of anti-poverty funding having gone to blue state governors and blue city mayors. So what have these lavishly compensated Democrats done to improve living conditions in urban communities? A short drive through any inner city area in America reveals the SHOCKING answer: not a damn thing.
According to Bob Woodson, a former executive of the National Urban League, 70% of the $22 trillion in anti-poverty funding never reached the disadvantaged people it was intended to help. Instead, the lion’s share was siphoned off by hyper-partisan Democrats who perpetuated inexcusably wasteful bureaucracies that devoured massive sums of anti-poverty funding in ways that did virtually nothing to improve the plight of the inner city poor.
Democrats say their motives are pure. That may have been true—half a century ago. They say then need more time, more money. Another half-century? Another $22 trillion? They deserve no more time and no more money, because they have become jackals who get fat by feeding on the carcass of impoverished black people whose lives they have ruined.
Despite decades of stratospheric social spending, the squalid living conditions in urban America have only gotten worse. By nearly every metric, the Democrat administration of anti-poverty funding has been catastrophic for urban Americans, with the disintegration of the black family as Exhibit A.
When the war on poverty was enacted, the out-of-wedlock birthrate among African Americans was 25%. A half-century later, that rate had skyrocketed to 77%, incontrovertible evidence that the war on poverty backfired in an unimaginably tragic way that would leave generations of young black women addicted to the demeaning lifestyle of government dependency, and generations of young black men saddled with functional illiteracy and arrested psychological development.
As millions of out-of-wedlock babies were born in ghetto neighborhoods, America continued massive spending on new and existing social programs to help lift the black underclass. Nearly all of those programs were overseen by Democrats, with horrendous consequences, especially for young black males.
Having been robbed of a realistic chance for a successful future by the chronically substandard public schools in Democrat-run cities, generations of young black men unable to read or write defaulted to a life of crime, with many destined to end up dead or in prison before turning 20. While urban kids who want to learn have no choice but to attend the wretched schools in the inner city, America’s most prominent Democrats send their own children to top-rated private academies.
For six decades, residents of the New Plantation have been economically consigned to communities ravaged by urban decay, rampant crime, rat-infested government housing, sorry schools, generational poverty and chronic hopelessness, with each election bringing a new round of empty promises from the party that that uses welfare addiction and the race card to win elections. While the black underclass faces a daily struggle just to survive, the Democrats they helped elect live in new homes, drive new cars and dine at exclusive restaurants.
Yoo-Hoo, Stupid Republicans. So What Are You Going To Do?
In 2013, I notified RNC chairman Reince Priebus that I was through sending money to the GOP until it develops a backbone in response to being slandered as a party of racists. I’ve since contributed to campaigns of many Republican candidates, but have not given a dime to the RNC, which still responds with a yawn to scurrilous charges of racism. If America is to be saved, the Republican spine must stiffen!
The decades-long devastation Democrats have foisted on urban Americans is so thorough, so horrific that it’s tantamount a premeditated crime against the most vulnerable people in our society. It’s time for Republicans to stop acting like a pack of trembling Chihuahuas on the issue of race. It’s time to go on the offense by ramming the race card where it belongs—down the throat of the overseers of the New Plantation. The ramming needs to start NOW and continue unabated until Democrats have paid a steep price at the ballot box for the incalculable harm they have inflicted on a disadvantaged segment of society for which they pretend to care so deeply. Break the Democrat lock on the black vote and you break the back of the Democratic Party.
Now is the time for a full-throttle ad campaign that lets voters in battleground states see with their own eyes how Democrats have heaped misery and despair on generations of decent people in the inner city. I will generously contribute to such an effort, and believe millions of other conservatives fed-up with being slandered as knuckle-dragging racists would do likewise.
There will never be a better time to launch a balls to the wall campaign of 30-sec. ads patterned after a nuclear-tipped YouTube produced by Rebel Pundit in 2014,when Obama was in office. The video shows four black ex-cons in Chicago describe in vivid terms how Democrats have destroyed the quality of life in urban America. An ad campaign called “Voices of the Betrayed” featuring real life victims of progressivism’s cynical cruelty could save America by turning the political tide against the party of Marx, Lenin, Alinsky and Obama.
If not this idea, stupid Republicans, what? If not now, when? Next year will be too late. By then, our Republic will have been brought to its knees.
In the first congressional hearing on the botched Afghanistan withdrawal on Monday, Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), an Army veteran and double amputee, blasted hapless Secretary of State Antony Blinken, telling him families of the killed 13 service members deserve real answers over what happened.
Mast queried Blinken about the leaked transcript that showed Biden pressuring Ghani to change the perception of the security situation in Afghanistan prior to the withdrawal of all U.S. forces.
Mast asked Blinken whether President Joe Biden tried to get then-Afghan President Ashraf Ghani to manipulate the intelligence because things were not going well. Blinken said “absolutely not.”
Mast said the families of the 13 service members deserved honest answers. He held up each service member’s photo and spoke about their lives, emphasizing each time that the “family deserves to know” if manipulated intelligence was “why everything went so wrong.”
“I find it hard to believe that President Biden would do that without you being aware of this and these are things that we deserve to know better answers, have better hearings on this, I do not believe a word that you are saying on this,” Mast continued.
When Blinken tried to respond, Mast cut him off, saying: “I do not wish to hear from you. I’m not yielding you a moment of time. I’m not yielding you a moment of time, I don’t wish to hear your lies. I heard your lies when you stepped in front of the camera, I’m not listening..no one should hear your lies.”
Blinken Was on Vacation When Kabul Fell to the Taliban
As the Taliban swarmed into Kabul on August 15, 2021, to put the finishing touches on their conquest of Afghanistan, Blinken, President Joe Biden, and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki were all taking vacations. As The Washington Postreported:
“In June, U.S. intelligence agencies had assessed that the Afghan government would hang on for at least another six months. By August, the dominant view was that the Taliban wasn’t likely to pose a serious threat to Kabul until late fall.
“American officials may have been urging [Afghan president] Ghani to show greater urgency. But their own actions suggested no immediate cause for alarm, with officials surrendering to the customary rhythms of Washington in August. On the Friday afternoon before Kabul fell, the White House was starting to empty out, as many of the senior staff prepared to take their first vacations of Biden’s young presidency. Earlier in the day, Biden had arrived [for his vacation] at Camp David, and Secretary of State Antony Blinken was already in the Hamptons.
“But by Saturday, the fall of Mazar-e Sharif — site of furious battles between pro and anti-Taliban forces in the 1990s — convinced U.S. officials that they needed to scramble. How quickly was a subject of dispute between the Pentagon and State Department.”

For most Democrats, creating political distractions is an art form. Not so much for Joe Biden, whose idea of changing the conversation on Afghanistan was starting a civil war over the COVID vaccine. Late last week, when the president threw down his national mandate, it was like taking people’s minds off burnt toast by setting your house on fire. Sure, it got Americans to stop talking about the Taliban, but only because they were on the phone with their attorneys looking for ways to sue the government.
For the White House, it was another catastrophic failure in a presidency littered with self-destructive choices. In just three months, Biden’s approval rating is in the place where he spent most of 2020: the basement. Down 16 points since the summer, the administration is taking on enough water to put out all of California’s wildfires. And yet, there’s no indication that this president understands or cares what’s happening to his country or credibility. He’s too busy wagging his finger at skeptical Americans like an exasperated parent whose “patience is wearing thin.” But Joe Biden isn’t our father, the government isn’t our doctor, and the Democratic Party isn’t our conscience. And until the White House starts treating Americans like adults, and not ignorant serfs, the resistance will only grow.
Dr. Greg Murphy (R-N.C.) has walked the halls of his local trauma center. He’s seen the packed ICUs. And he’s been very clear from the beginning that he believes in the science behind the vaccine. Would he recommend it? Absolutely. “But I do that because I’m a physician,” he pointed out on “Washington Watch.” “The fact that the Biden administration has felt the government needs to intervene between a doctor and their patient is blatantly wrong. It should not happen.” But it is, and we can already predict the fallout. “[The president] is destroying our economy as it is,” Murphy complained. And now, he predicts, we’re going to have thousands of people choose to walk away from their jobs because of a mandate that’s unconstitutional on its face. They’ll go back to taking unemployment, increase the worker shortage, and put employers–who are already dealing with inflation and higher costs–in a bigger bind.
And here’s the frustrating part in all of this, Murphy pointed out. The government isn’t even asking the right questions. While the administration issues these blanket commandments, they’re ignoring a major piece of the puzzle.
“It’s one thing to be vaccinated,” he said. “It’s another thing to be immune.” According to studies, most people who’ve contracted the virus already have antibodies that are just as effective–if not more so–than the man-made vaccine. “So instead of asking, ‘[Are you] vaccinated?’ they should be asking, ‘Are you immune?'”
But the Biden administration is willing to risk an entire workforce collapse to force their will on the American people. Already, hospitals are scrambling because so many nurses and health care workers are resigning. In Lewis County, New York, they’ve had to stop delivering babies because so many maternity workers have quit over the mandate. “We can’t lose our nurses,” Murphy agreed. “There has to be a discussion. An open, honest, and fair discussion… And unfortunately, this administration… doesn’t [care] about the needs of the individual. They only care about the bigger picture and their power and control.”
And they’re paying for it. According to the Trafalger Group, Americans are adamantly opposed to the president’s ultimatum. Almost 60 percent don’t think Biden has the authority to mandate the vaccine in the first place. Fifty-six percent support the governors fighting back–like Brian Kemp (R-Ga.). Of course, we already know the president’s cocky angle on federalism: “I’ll… get them out of the way.” Kemp could only shake his head. “I’ll tell you what, he’s talking tougher to the Republican governors and unvaccinated Americans than he did to the Taliban–which is disappointing, to say the least.”
Like a lot of states, Kemp doesn’t want the federal government bossing Georgia around. “I think folks should get vaccinated,” he agreed, but not because the president ordered them to. “This is all about freedom,” he warned, “because if you allow this to happen now, then what are [Democrats] going to do next? [Are they] going to tell your business what your hours are or when you need to give people vacation? … It’s just on and on. So I think it’s unnecessary. And you know, soon as we can get some details on what the rule is going to be, then we’ll know where the legal fight is [headed and] take our stand.”
Whatever happened to the Great Uniter, Kemp wondered? Instead, Biden is trying to cover up for all of the crises he’s created on the border and in Afghanistan with the most divisive policy in his young term. “I guess they’re just trying to change the narrative in the news media, but I think they’ve underestimated this. I think the more people really realize how much work it’s going to be, and how impossible it’s going to be to do this, they’re going to become just ready to pull their hair out.”
Maybe if the president had been straightforward from the beginning–instead of lying, backtracking, and reversing course–there wouldn’t be such a deficit of trust. But for Americans, who’ve lived through a year of mixed messages from this administration and its candidate before that, the White House has earned the skepticism it’s getting. “The president himself said, ‘Get vaccinated, take your mask off,” Kemp pointed out. “Now they’re mandating that you wear a mask again.” There aren’t enough closets in the White House to hold all of Biden’s flip-flops. Show us the science, and we’ll follow it. Until then, Americans value their freedom and liberty too much to roll over and surrender.

AOC who makes an annual salary of $174,000 as a congresswoman was wearing a “Tax the Rich” dress at an elitist event held in New York City. An event that cost $30k a ticket. In fact, some of the tables reportedly cost more than $275,000. And do you think the folks attending this event were wearing the masks, that they demand the rest of us wear? It’s such a joke. Naturally, the corrupt mainstream media will not expose this blatant hypocrisy.
Far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) tried to defend herself online after she was swarmed with criticism for wearing an emblazoned “Tax the Rich” dress to the Met Gala, where tables could reportedly cost more than $275,000 and individual tickets are priced at around $30,000.
AOC scolded “haters” about the criticism and contended that going to the fancy event with rich elites was actually her just doing her job as a congresswoman in New York City.
“And before haters get wild flying off the handle, New York elected officials are routinely invited to and attend the Met due to our responsibilities in overseeing and supporting the city’s cultural institutions for the public,” the representative wrote via Twitter. “I was one of several in attendance in this evening.”
In the same Twitter thread, Ocasio-Cortez rationalized that the “medium is the message” and emphasized that her designer is a “Black woman immigrant designer.”
“The medium is the message,” read a screen-capped image from AOC’s Instagram account.
“Proud to work with @aurorajames as a sustainably focused, Black woman immigrant designer who went from starting her dream @brothervellies at a flea market in Brooklyn to winning the @cfda against all odds – and then work together to kick open the doors at the Met,” she wrote. “The time is now for childcare, healthcare, and climate action for all. Tax the Rich.”
“And yes, BEFORE anybody starts wilding out – NYC elected officials are regularly invited to and attend the Met due to our responsibilities in overseeing our city’s cultural institutions that serve the public. I was one of several in attendance. Dress is borrowed via @brothervellies,” the post continued.
For good measure, AOC added, “All-BIPOC/women/LGBT+ team.”
Ej Dickson, senior writer at Rolling Stone, posted: “Am I the only one who thinks this is really f***ing stupid[?] 1) The dress is ugly, 2) She’s at a $35k per person event and this isn’t nearly the own she thinks it is. 3) The dress is ugly. I mean I love her but come on this is so dumb. Peak girl boss s**t.”
“I’m not even mad at the lack of self awareness or hypocrisy anymore. At this point it’s just hilarious. These people are a giant joke,” Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) tweeted.
“What makes @AOC a bigger fraud: The ‘tax the rich’ dress while she’s hanging out with a bunch of wealthy leftwing elites or the lack of masks after spending the past 18 months as one of the biggest authoritarian mask Karens in the country?” highlighted Donald Trump Jr.
“A pathetic self-aggrandizing hypocrite,” Megyn Kelly railed against AOC.
“Meanwhile our kids are muzzled & six feet apart all day long while trying to learn but she & these other ‘Rules for Thee but Not for Me’ pols can parade around maskless & in top of each other at the Met Gala bc, SCIENCE,” she added.

Old Joe Biden’s handlers are bringing 94,000 Afghan evacuees into the United States, at the cost of $6.4 billion of your money. The overall cost, however, may end up being even higher than that, and even the establishment media’s most committed far-Left propaganda organs are noticing. The Washington Postreported Tuesday that “[t]he mass arrival of Afghan evacuees last month, many in need of medical care, wreaked havoc on Northern Virginia’s hospital system — prompting a regional emergency response group to assume oversight after one hospital became overwhelmed with patients and federal officials lost track of where some Afghans were hospitalized, officials said.”
This has involved the denial of care to Americans: “a hospital near the Dulles Expo Center that federal officials designated as a go-to spot for medical treatment began running out of available beds, forcing the hospital to turn away non-Afghan patients who weren’t in need of critical care, said Nickerson, who also directs the Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance and declined to name the hospital.”
Here in a nutshell is the America-Last policy of Biden’s handlers: America’s infrastructure is crumbling, there are many people in need right here, working Americans are laboring under a tax burden that is already crushing and is about to get worse, and, as all this is going on, migrants are given priority over Americans for medical care and the American taxpayer is expected to foot the bill. “Area leaders have been asking the Biden administration to pay for the mounting cost of keeping track of the hospitalized evacuees and for giving them rides back to the Dulles Expo Center — where they have been temporarily housed — after a federal contractor took hours to retrieve some of the evacuees who were ready to be discharged.” In that sentence, “Biden administration” means hardworking Americans who have jobs and work hard to support their families while also paying for the resettlement and heathcare of Afghan evacuees, among whom is an unknowable number of jihad terrorists.
Kristin Nickerson, executive director of the Northern Virginia Emergency Response System, said: “Our hospitals are already almost at capacity. It’s not like they have tons of free beds available. We are still in the middle of a pandemic.” Oh yeah, that’s right, that pandemic for which Biden’s handlers are mandating vaccinations, except for migrants crossing the Southern border. Will the Afghan evacuees have to get the vaccine while they’re in hospitals for their free taxpayer-funded health care? The Post didn’t deign to say.

There was a window where even the media didn’t let Biden keep telling this same dumb lie. But this is still his talking point. The Biden talking point being that either we stay forever in Afghanistan or we abandon military equipment and Americans, lose 13 military personnel, and face a humiliating international defeat that makes the fall of Saigon look good.
President Biden on Saturday again defended the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, arguing that the vast majority of Americans wanted to get out — and asking “How else could you get out?”
“But the flip of it is they didn’t like the way we got out, but it’s hard to explain to anybody, how else could you get out?” he asked.
You evacuate civilians before you withdraw the military. You don’t leave Americans behind and you don’t abandon valuable military gear.
You have an organized staggered departure from a secure air base that follows a planned schedule.
You don’t wake up right before the Taliban are marching into Kabul to urgently bring in thousands of troops for a shambolic evacuation in which the Taliban and Al Qaeda decide who gets to go to the airport.
That’s how else.
Since these are almost certainly the talking points we’ll see at the presidential debate, the GOP candidate had better be ready to call Biden on it.

Fadel Alkilani, a student at Washington University in St. Louis, is an enterprising young man who clearly has a bright future ahead. On Saturday, as people all over the world mourned the deaths of 2,977 people in jihad attacks in New York City and Washington, D.C., Alkilani busied himself with pulling up 2,977 flags that had been placed on campus in honor of the victims and throwing them away. Among Leftists today, that’s the kind of behavior that leads to rapid career advancement– clearly, Fadel Alkilani is an up-and-coming young man.
The flags were part of the Young America’s Foundation’s “9/11: Never Forget Project”: “YAF activists at high schools and colleges across the country are keeping alive the memory of those lost to radical Islamist terrorists in the world-changing events of September 11, 2001. The iconic displays made up of 2,977 American flags—one for each innocent life taken—bring schools, communities, and individuals together to pay tribute and continue our promise to ‘never forget.’”
YAF members at Washington University duly placed the 2,977 flags, only to have Alkilani, wearing a mask and his hair in a bun, come pluck the flags up and fill trash bags with them. In a video YAF posted on Twitter, Nathaniel Hope of Washington University’s hearty band of College Republicans confronts Alikani, who justified his action by claiming (falsely) that the flag display was a “violation of school rules.” He maintained that he, on the other hand, had not violated any university rules, telling Hope: “I did not violate any university or legal policy. Now go away.”

Later, Alkilani posted online a “Formal Statement on the Flag Relocation Incident,” in which he sanctimoniously employed that tried-and-true strategy of Leftists everywhere: He claimed victimhood. Instead of apologizing for his callous, thuggish, and fascist act, Alkilani wrote: “Currently, there is a massive harassment campaign propagated primarily by Washington University College Republicans, as well as the national Young American’s Foundation [YAF] regarding an incident that occurred at approximately 6 am on Saturday, September 11, 2021. There is a large amount of misinformation circulating, and I seek to explain both what occurred and why it happened.”
The “misinformation” that he proceeds to clear up is the claim that he was “‘stealing’ the flags. This is due to a WashU College Republicans member, taking a video of me collecting flags in plastic bags. However, I had no intention of removing the flags from the Mudd Field area, and my full protest did not have the chance to be actualized. My planned protest was to place the bags of flags on Mudd field, along with various statistics [including those below] explaining the human cost of 9/11 in the past 20 years. On the sides of the bags, some writing may be visible, but the full statement was not outlined at the time of the video. I did not deface, destroy, damage, nor steal any flags, nor did I interfere with any registered event time. I assert that I did not violate any University Code of Conduct policy, though the conduct process is undergoing. Additionally, I was verbally and physically harassed by numerous WashU students and WUPD officers, whom I plan to report through official channels.”

Despite the fog of contradictory claims and changing government guidelines, dozens of scientific journals have published consistent data that establish these facts:
Covid-19 is mainly spread by microscopic aerosols generated by breathing, talking, sneezing, and coughing. The vast bulk of these infectious aerosols easily penetrate common masks because 90% of the aerosols are less than 1/17th the size of pores in the finest surgical masks, and less than 1/80th the size of pores in the finest cloth masks.
Aerosols are light enough to stay airborne for minutes or hours, and hence, they also travel freely through gaps around the edges of cloth and surgical masks.
Governments enacted mask mandates based on the false assumption that C-19 is mainly transmitted by large droplets generated by coughing, sneezing, and spittle. These droplets are bigger than the pore sizes of most masks and only remain airborne for a few seconds after they are emitted.
For more than a year, the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention denied and downplayed the threat of aerosol transmission while issuing guidelines that don’t amply prevent it. This enabled C-19 to decimate the most vulnerable members of society, like those in hospitals and nursing homes.
The CDC and WHO quietly admitted in the spring of 2021 that aerosols pose a major threat of transmission but have still not adequately updated their guidelines to reflect this reality. This has allowed countless preventable deaths to continue.
The risk of aerosol transmission can be greatly reduced by disinfecting air with ultraviolent (UV) light, which is part of the energy spectrum emitted by the sun. This simple and safe technology neutralizes airborne microbes and has been successfully used to control the spread of contagious respiratory diseases for more than 80 years.
Randomized controlled trials—which are the “gold standard” for clinical research—have repeatedly measured the effects of masks on preventing the spread of contagious respiratory diseases. Lab studies—which are the weakest form of clinical evidence—don’t support the notion that surgical or cloth masks reduce the transmission of Covid-19.
Masks of all types have negative impacts on some people, including headaches, difficulty breathing, increased cardio-pulmonary stress during exercise, marked discomfort, and weakened social bonds.
Because humans create carbon dioxide as they breathe, the CO2 concentration of the air they exhale is about 100 times higher than in fresh air. Masks restrict airflow and thus cause the wearers to rebreathe some of the air they exhale.
The average CO2 concentrations inhaled by people wearing N95 masks range from 2.6 to 7.0 times OSHA’s work shift limit for CO2. These levels cause headaches and chest pains in some people.
The average CO2 concentrations inhaled by people wearing cloth and surgical masks range from 2 to 3 times the government CO2 limits for classrooms in many countries. These levels may impair certain high-level brain functions like initiative, strategic thinking, and complex decision-making.
The leaders of big tech corporations like Facebook, Twitter, and Google/YouTube have empowered government officials who misled the public about every matter above and others. Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has fired the opening salvo in the anticipated legal fight over President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccination mandate.
Brnovich filed the lawsuit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court of Arizona, claiming Biden’s mandate violates the Equal Protection Clause by favoring migrants who can decline the vaccine, “protecting their freedom and bodily autonomy more than American citizens’.”
“The federal government cannot force people to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The Biden Administration is once again flouting our laws and precedents to push their radical agenda,” Brnovich said in a statement. “There can be no serious or scientific discussion about containing the spread of COVID-19 that doesn’t begin at our southern border.”
Biden announced the prominent aspects of his COVID-19 plan last week, saying all federal employees and those who do business with the federal government, in addition to any private employer with 100 or more workers, must be vaccinated as a condition of employment or face rigorous testing.
Although it’s not yet active, Brnovich’s lawsuit directly contrasts the coming mandate with the lack of a similar requirement for immigrants who enter the U.S. from Mexico.
“In a nutshell: unauthorized aliens will not be subject to any vaccination requirements even when released directly into the United States (where most will remain), while roughly a hundred million U.S. citizens will be subject to unprecedented vaccination requirements,” the lawsuit said.
Brnovich estimated 1 in 5 immigrants who illegally cross the southern border are infected with COVID-19.
Brnovich’s complaint also calls out White House Chief of Staff Ronald Klain for retweeting a statement regarding how the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandate is the “ultimate work-around” for a federal COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
The U.S. Border Patrol estimated more than 212,000 people crossed the border into the U.S. illegally in July.
Brnovich is running as a Republican for U.S. Senate.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Friday he also plans to sue Biden over the mandate.

So should the people who believe slavery still exists in America today, like it was 1861 or something. They’re now using the term ‘slavery’ very loosely to make their phony case, sweeping in all kinds of stuff that isn’t slavery, like blacks not doing as well economically as whites, on average. Nice try, but that’s not slavery.
Real slavery really does exist in the world today, and that’s one of the points made by Candace Owens in a recent video for PragerU. She is a conservative black and, therefore, a white supremacist, so says the delusional Left. At least 700,000 people are enslaved in Africa today, Owens says, subjected to forced labor and human trafficking. Slavery today is practiced almost exclusively in non-white countries, she goes on to say.
Her video makes other excellent points about slavery, taking down the persistent lie slavery is just a white thing. The history of slavery goes back at least 5,000 years to Egypt where slaves built the pyramids. It continued in ancient Greece and Rome, and was a big part of life in many parts of the world. There is a long history of Muslims enslaving white people. Blacks were sold into slavery in Africa by other black people.
If truth be told, whites were the first to end slavery, starting with England in 1833, followed by France, then the 13th Amendment in the United States in 1865.
If Larry Elder is elected today, will he be the first slave Governor of California, or the first black white supremacist Governor, or both? That’s what happens when the Left spins too many narratives and trips over them. I’m getting confused, but I’m sure the Left can straighten it all out for me. They’re so clever with words.
For the record, I’ve not only opposed our Mideast military adventures but also, in 2007, wrote an article warning about the folly of “nation-building.” Yet I also know that if you are going to overthrow a tyrannical regime and remake the government, a prerequisite is winning the hearts and minds of the people. You must also note that you “never change things by fighting the existing reality,” as famed architect Buckminster Fuller observed. “To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”
Now, when the Nazis invaded the USSR during WWII, they initially encountered some people who hoped they’d free them from Stalin’s brutal rule. Adolf Hitler was very blunt about his disinterest in winning hearts and minds, however, reportedly saying that he came not as a liberator, but a conqueror.
What of America in Afghanistan, however? Were we replacing the dreaded Taliban government (which the Biden administration now thinks it can work with) with a better model? And from the Afghans’ perspective, did we come as liberators or cultural conquerors?
Consider: “Over the past 20 years…Congress has allocated close to a billion dollars to export academic feminism to Afghanistan,” reported commentator Tucker Carlson last month. That money was spent on “programs like a two years Master’s Degree in Gender and Women’s Studies offered at Kabul University, something Afghans apparently never knew they needed,” he continued.
“Another U.S. government effort meanwhile funded, quote, ‘activities that educate and engage Afghan men and boys to challenge gender stereotypes,’” Carlson also informed. Uh-huh, I bet that went over like a lead balloon.
We also demanded affirmative action, that women constitute “at least 10 percent of the Afghan National Army and a still larger proportion of that country’s political leadership,” the commentator further related. Owing to our “gender” (“sex” is the proper word, actually) quotas, dozens of women entered Afghanistan’s parliament even though many of them hadn’t even been to the areas they supposedly represented.
Oh, we made Afghan women police officers, too.
Question: Did we also remember to institute mandatory weekly pig roasts?
All the while American troops were instructed to ignore the sexual abuse of boys. This was “to maintain good standing with the U.S.-trained Afghan police and militia in a country where the practice of bacha bazi (boy play) is widespread,” Timetold us in 2015. “In some cases, the U.S. ended up arming suspected pedophiles” (as opposed to just giving them the US presidency).
So the molestation of boys is a cultural norm you must respect, even though the Taliban might punish this behavior with death. But not having women enter roles (i.e., soldier, cop) unknown to them for 99.999 percent of history? Perish the thought!
Ah, the perversion of sex roles along with the perversion of sex…. Did anything ever better epitomize our pseudo-elite, über-effete Left?
Now, I don’t deny that the Taliban mistreat women (along with many other groups, to varying degrees). But even if you were sold on the steroid-level feminism, wouldn’t a wise person realize that baby steps were prudent, that as with straightening a crooked arrow, bending it too fast could mean breakage? (The answer, of course, is that a wise person wouldn’t embrace feminism to begin with, period, let alone the steroid-level variety.)
In other words, the Western sexual devolutionaries could have tried eliminating objective wrongs such as, oh, let’s say, selling daughters to settle debts and killing girls for having committed minor infractions against the tribe — and the rampant pederasty. Even these changes would have been difficult to effect, but would have constituted a noble endeavor, comparable to the British Raj ending the practice of suttee (widow-burning) in India. But, no, this wasn’t good enough for the Afghanistan nation-fiddler social engineers, who seemed to be right out of Berkeley’s or Brown’s “gender” studies department.
Of course, leftists viscerally feel (and everything is about feelings with them) that American conservatives are more alien than any alien culture. But do consider that even Western rightists tend to be upset when so-called “gender” programs are foisted on them. How do you think the tribal Muslim Afghans reacted?
We don’t have to wonder. As Carlson also reported last month, one “USAID official conceded in a classified report, quote, ‘Focusing on gender made things more unstable because it caused revolts.’” Gee, you don’t say.
So how was our intervention viewed by the average Afghan? Did we seem like liberators or bizarre, sex-switching alien cultural imperialists?
In truth, our sexual devolutionaries are just as radical as the Taliban, only at the other extreme. Though the Afghans’ conception of sex roles is quite askew, there’s nothing odd about traditional ones; they are history’s norm. Western feminism is the anomaly.
I wholly reject the Taliban, of course (and they’d liberate my head from my body). Nonetheless, I respect them more than I do our leftists, who are extremists without guts and the willingness to die for their cause (though they are good at killing civilizations). I suspect the average Afghan feels the same.
There some are lessons we can take away from the Afghan experience, ones that many learned long ago. First, don’t tolerate any leftist blather about “ethnocentrism,” multiculturalism or cultural relativism. While liberals are fuzzy-headed relativists, they only preach the above when it serves to destroy Western norms they dislike. But they end up acting as dogmatic as any Allah-worshiping jihadist because, ultimately, relativists make everything relative to themselves and their agenda.
Second, because they’re detached from reality, leftists tend to destroy everything they touch. Empower them at your own peril.
If — and I say if — I’d been inclined to invade Afghanistan, had intended to uproot its culture and didn’t care how many heads (not to mention bombs) I made explode in the process, I wouldn’t have put the cart before the horse. As I explained in 2014, I’d have done what Charlemagne essentially did: Go Roman, forcibly convert the population to Christianity and then garrison troops in the country until the change took. Then the culture might have been suited for a Western-style republic. For “nation-building” was never sufficient in Afghanistan without its prerequisite: civilization-building.
Instead, we took a tribal Islamic people, of which 99 percent believe Sharia should be the law of the land, 73 percent fancy it God’s will and 61 percent say it should be applied to non-Muslims as well, and tried giving them San Francisco “values.” The Capons and Clucking Hens of Incongruence, we attempted to computerize a camel — with corrupted software.
So, no, we weren’t offering “a new model” that made the Afghans’ “existing model obsolete.” We just tried trading the Taliban for the Femiban, a folly that would have made any wise wise-guy say, “Yeah, this should end well.”

Then the “bubble” that was created will burst and the Hedge Funds will come in and buy your foreclosed neighborhood. No more single family house for you. You will “rent and be happy.” said Klaus Schwab, the Nazi from the World Economic Forum. Since we get all our goods from China, you won’t worry about the high prices there just won’t be any goods from which to choose. Once you control entitlements, and energy people fall in line.
Environment is a disaster with only a few more years left for survival according to AOC and her followers. Make no mistake, it is your fault that the planet is being destroyed. Everything you do and touch that is not controlled by the government will lead to a disaster. You must give up ownership of anything to save the planet. Nothing is based on science. NOTHING humans do will control the weather. Their charts go back less than 200 years. The earth is a living, breathing planet that is 4.5 Billion Years old. Human civilization is about 5000 years old. Globalists would have us believe that there were NO catastrophic incidents on the earth before humans. No earthquakes, no volcanoes, no hurricanes, no tornadoes, rain storms, fires, NOTHING until humans created the problem. IMPOSSIBLE. Climate changes constantly. Our SUN dictates our climate. The moon influences gravity causing the oceans to rise and fall. The Ocean water is constantly evaporating, increasing the temperature and humidity of the surrounding air to form rain and storms. Humans control???? Let us not confuse pollution with environment. Humans used to pollute a lot but as people learned the harm of poor air quality they invented new technology to decrease pollutants. No more gas for your car fulfills their desire to keep you stationary and easier to control. Not enough social credits, you get blackouts, No air conditioning, no food. Once you scare people, they fall in line.
Education: In order for humans to buy into the Globalist lies, indoctrination was started early, in kindergarten. The media reinforced the narrative but using most programs to promote some piece about humans destroying the planet. By using the lies and avoiding science, the people were scared into believing it was their fault and they could “fix” it. By using the environment they never had to explain their silent goal – depopulation. No people, no problems.

She even restated that goal ensuring it was not a mistake: “This is probably the most difficult task we have ever given ourselves, which is to intentionally transform the economic development model for the first time in human history.”
Schools today now teach inferior curricula – can’t have smart Americans who will use science and math to disprove the narrative. In 1989, the change was made. According to Shirley McCune from the McRel Foundation:

Surely, the White House’s vaccine mandate plan cannot stand.
Back in December of 2020, then President-elect Biden said that he would not make vaccines against COVID-19 mandatory, nor did he think they should be mandatory. Given the new vaccine mandate by the White House, set to affect nearly 100 million Americans by some estimates, one reasonably conclude that Biden misled the people. However, Biden’s actions will likely increase vaccine hesitancy, lead to further distrust of the government, and can expect multiple legal challenges – as well as civil disobedience. These outcomes can all be expected due to four distinct challenges to the mandate.
1. Disregard for Congress and the Constitution
First, Biden’s executive order is just that – an executive order. Congress, the legislative branch, and thus the entire concept of representative government, has been bypassed by President Biden. The White House has no legislative authority to create an emergency rule under OSHA and it says as much in the U.S. Constitution. Article 1, Section 1 states very plainly, in a single sentence: “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” Nowhere in that sentence are legislative authorities granted to the Executive branch. Likewise, the President does not reserve such powers – powers which belong to the states or to the people, as outlined by the Tenth Amendment in the Bill of Rights.
2. Faulty Legal Precedent
Second, proponents of the White House’s actions have cited a legal precedent – the 1905 Supreme Court Case Jacobson v. Massachusetts, specifically – which is unlikely to hold up to any serious scrutiny. In that case, a Massachusetts law passed by a legislature and adhering to the principles of the separation of powers (unlike an executive order authored by the President) allowed local town health boards (not federal agencies run by unelected bureaucrats) to establish mandatory vaccines if it was deemed necessary by local, municipal, elected officials. Those who did not comply were prosecuted with a simple fine of five dollars. A challenge was raised to the law, and the Supreme Court – the Fuller Court specifically – upheld it.
However, when compared to Biden’s new mandate, one can readily see legal issues. Apart from the legislative process that the Massachusetts law first underwent as outlined above, Biden’s executive order places the burden not on the people, but on private companies, effectively turning employer against employee. Certainly, in an employer-employee relationship, and even more so in a government-as-employer setting, vaccine requirements have a clearly established basis. What is not clearly established, if established at all, is the federal government pre-arranging the medical requirements upon which an employment relationship may commence between private individuals.
Given the recent tensions and commentary from the Biden Administration in opposition to Texas’ new 6-week abortion law, we might assume that the Biden Administration would be a little more supportive of both bodily autonomy and reproductive health. However, that does not seem to be the case. Furthermore, we might hope that supporters of the Biden Administration would never dream of giving so much deference to a SCOTUS decision made under a Chief Justice who helped codify segregation, and was later used as the basis for forced sterilization. But that does not seem to be the case either.
4. No Exception for Natural Immunity
Fourth and finally, Biden’s mandate makes no exception for natural immunity against COVID, now believed to be more effective than vaccines. Todd Zywicki, a professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School, has already successfully fought George Mason University’s vaccine mandate after filing a lawsuit against the mandate on the basis of natural immunity. Requiring vaccines for those already immune is unnecessary and a violation of medical ethics, and Zywicki’s previous efforts will likely serve as a basis for legal challenges going forward.
It is astounding, truly, to watch the White House bypass the legislative process, ignore representative government, and disrespect the separation of powers. It is enraging to watch supporters of the Biden Administration cite a Supreme Court decision made under the same Chief Justice who presided over Plessy v. Ferguson, years before women had the right to vote, and later used to support forced sterilization.
It is horrific that vaccines be mandated before a new investigation into their safety for women is concluded. And it is unconscionable that such an executive order would make no provision for those possessing natural immunity. Surely, this cannot stand.

EXCLUSIVE – The top lawyer for former President Donald Trump in his lawsuits against Twitter, Google and Facebook over his bans from those platforms says that multiple factors make them “state actors,” meaning they’d be legally vulnerable under standards normally applied only to governments, like prior restraint.
In an exclusive interview with Fox News that lawyer, John Coale, argued that the government is essentially deputizing social media companies to censor Americans. And he predicted that the Supreme Court will eventually decide the case.
“The basis for all of this case is that private companies cannot be empowered by the government via Congress, via [Section] 230,” to censor people, Coale said. “The Biden administration and members of Congress can’t delegate what they cannot do themselves.”
He added: “This issue will in the end be decided in the Supreme Court, it’s that important.”
In addition to the initial complaints, Coale and his legal team last week filed a motion for a preliminary injunction against Google – which owns YouTube – to force the company to allow Trump back on its platform.
In all of those documents the main thrust of the Trump team’s arguments is that the companies can be treated like the government in law because they are allegedly taking actions based on pressure, encouragement or willfully in concert with the government. They cite cases that allegedly support this, although they are not perfect fits for facts as the examples are mostly not in the context of speech rights.
“There’s three tests and if they flunk one test, they’re government actors,” Coale said. “The first is if … government officials be they congressmen, senators or people in the executive branch threaten these companies – they did it at congressional hearings, they did it in the media and we show examples of that in the preliminary injunction.”
“The other thing is, if the government encourages censorship that is unconstitutional,” Coale added. “The third test is if … the private company is doing the bidding of the government, and they are. We had Biden’s press secretary confirm that last month when she said that they’re working closely with Facebook to prevent misinformation on the virus.”
Last week’s motion for a preliminary injunction includes several examples of alleged pressure, encouragement and cooperation between the company and government officials.
Among those examples are comments and proposed bills from members of Congress like Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill., taking a touch stance against alleged social media misinformation. Democrats on the Ways and Means Committee have drafted a proposal that would hit the American public with an additional $2.9 trillion over 10 years in tax revenue. Here are some of the increases sought by the massive proposal:
Increase the top individual rate to 39.6%. This marginal rate applies to married individuals filing jointly with taxable income over $450,000, to heads of households with taxable income over $425,000, to unmarried individuals with taxable income over $400,000.
Increase the top corporate tax rate to 26.5% . Increase the top capital gains rate 20% to 25%.
Expand the net investment income tax to cover net income derived in the ordinary course of a trade or business for taxpayers with greater than $400,000 in taxable income (single filer) or $500,000 (joint filer).
Increase the holding period for which a taxpayer must qualify for capital gains treatment from 3 to 5 years.
Increase the rate of tax on tobacco products.
Reduce the deduction on Foreign-Derived Intangible Income from 37.5% to 21.875%.
Provide $80 billion over the next ten years for IRS funding for tax enforcement related to high income taxpayers.
President Biden and the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion budget plan means to monitor gross inflows and outflows from Americans’ bank accounts, prompting concern that the federal government would be willfully violating the 4th Amendment.
“The proposal would require banks to report to gross inflows and outflows to the IRS, including transactions from Venmo, PayPal, crypto exchanges and the like in an effort to fight tax evasion,” the Daily Mail noted, adding, “The IRS would know how much money is in an individual’s bank account in a given year, whether the individual earned income on that account and exactly how much was going in an and out.”
Patrick Hedger, vice president of policy at the Taxpayers’ Protection Alliance, blasted the idea, saying, “The IRS is first and foremost, a law enforcement agency and the Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures in pursuit of, of looking for wrongdoing and criminal actions, so I think this is going to run into severe Fourth Amendment headwinds.”
He added:
You’re going to push more folks into small cash transactions, you’re going to push more banking offshore … the big fish out there that do have sizable assets that are that are eligible for taxation offshore. This is the ultimate regressive tax. You’re going to end up punishing the worst off among us … the lower income folks in this country have historically been the targets of aggressive IRS audits because they don’t have the CPAs and the lawyers to be able to fight back. I don’t see why they need to be going after people, you know, just the average, the average Joe and start stooping on, you know, a $600 payment. It doesn’t make any sense, these, this is, I mean this is beyond trying to pick out low hanging fruit.

“Fuck Joe Biden” chants have now been heard at college football games for the second week in a row after yesterday’s game between Auburn and Alabama State.
On the heels of a sweeping and controversial vaccine mandate, a disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, and a drone strike that reportedly killed an innocent family in Kabul, including seven children, Americans are calling out President Joe Biden.
In a tweet from account @OldRowViral, a video shows fans who were primarily in the student section chanting “fuck Joe Biden.” The video is from the Alabama State and Auburn football game from September 11.
Last week, videos captured “fuck Joe Biden” chants at college football stadiums across the country. The first video of the chants seems to be from Coastal Carolina’s initial game on September 2.
Apparently, the chant also echoed throughout Lane Stadium, which is the home of the Virginia Tech Hokies.
Donald Trump Jr. spoke about the chants in an interview with David Hookstead of the Daily Caller. Hookstead asked Trump if he was surprised it was the student section who started the chants in most cases. Trump explained that Biden’s administration has been so chaotic that the incompetency of the president is obvious to Americans. He first cited the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan and then highlighted other areas where Biden has come up short:
You look to the border, then you look to inflation and the economy, then you look to all of these things, and then the way they talk down to you, whether it was yesterday, you know, Joe Biden angry screaming at you. People are seeing it. The media, even with their best effort cannot cover up this level of incompetence, this trampling of our basic American and fundamental rights. They’re seeing it, you can’t hide from it.
