Manchin: Schumer ‘will not have my vote’ on $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill

Bernie Sanders and the Democrats seeks to inject socialism into America with this monstrosity of a bill. In addition, it has been discovered that this bill would allow the IRS to monitor bank transactions, potentially violating the 4th Amendment. The bill will also grant amnesty to millions of people who have entered the United States illegally. And the bill would provide free community college to Americans, while funding  radical “green” projects in the years ahead. This bill must be stopped. Keep calling Senator Manchin and tell him to vote no.

Manchin: Schumer ‘will not have my vote’ on $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill

By Fox News, September 12, 2021

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., said Sunday that he will not vote in favor of his party’s $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation package, which is a central part of President Biden’s Build Back Better agenda and needs the support of all 50 Democratic senators to pass.

Appearing on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Manchin was asked by anchor Dana Bash to respond to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., who said Democrats were moving “full speed ahead” on the package for which Manchin previously called for a “pause.” Manchin, who sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee, said his main issue with the package is its hefty price tag.

“He will not have my vote on 3.5 and Chuck knows that,” he said, adding that it should be more like $1.5 trillion. “It’s not going to be three and a half I can assure you.”

Manchin said the bill that Democrats should be primarily focused on is the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill that passed in the Senate and is awaiting House action. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said a vote on that bill would be held on Sept. 27, but progressives have threatened to vote against it if the reconciliation bill is held up in the Senate.

Manchin said there is “no way” the reconciliation will pass this month, and he said progressives are making a big mistake if they follow through on their threat.

“They have to do what they have to do,” he said. “And if they play politics with the needs of America, I can tell you America will recoil.”

Appearing later on ABC’s “This Week,” Manchin criticized Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., after the senator declared on Twitter the day before: “No infrastructure bill without the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill.”

“I just respectfully disagree with Bernie,” Manchin told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos. “I’ve never seen this in legislation. I never thought the purposes of the progress we make in legislation was basically to hold one hostage over the other.”

Sanders, who appeared later on the same show, fired back, saying “the real question” is whether it is “appropriate for one person to destroy two pieces of legislation.”

Sanders said that regardless of the party infighting, he expected both bills to eventually pass.

Budget reconciliation rules prevent Republicans from filibustering the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill, so Democrats only need a simple majority to pass it. With a 50-50 Senate, Democrats need every senator in their party to vote yes, with Vice President Kamala Harris breaking the tie.

Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon?

Foreword by Fred Brownbill. This is a longer article than normal but I believe an essential read. It has many links that are relevant and important for you all. Fauci’s guilt is clear. Why is he not in prison? Please share this valuable information far and wide.

  • In his book, “Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon? A Scientific and Forensic Investigation,” Dr. Richard Fleming documents evidence showing SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon created over the past two decades
  • Once you conclude that SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon, you must also recognize that the COVID shots are nothing more than the genetic reproduction of that bioweapon. In other words, they are bioweapons too
  • The same people involved in the funding of this bioweapon are the same people who have interfered with doctors providing treatment to patients, and the same people who have been involved in the development of these COVID shots
  • Health care workers are injecting people with something they cannot possibly give informed consent for, which means health care workers are violating their Hippocratic Oath
  • Health care workers who give these COVID shots are also violating the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Treaty, the Nuremberg Code, the Declaration of Helsinki and other legal statutes

Helping you take control of your health in these crazy times is Dr. Richard Fleming, a prolific author in addition to being a physicist, a nuclear cardiologist, researcher and attorney.

Here, we discuss his latest book “Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon? A Scientific and Forensic Investigation,” slated for release September 7, 2021. It’s currently available for preorder on Amazon. It’s an incredibly well-documented book and contains history that many of us aren’t aware of. As it turns out, the creation of this virus goes back not a year or two but two decades.

“My area of aptitude [is] physics and calculus, the mathematic language for that. Physics, and particularly high energy particle physics, is something that I find very fascinating.

I eventually wound up doing some of that later on in life as a nuclear cardiologist. So, [I’ve done] 53 years of research in physics, and in medicine, I actually developed the inflammation in heart disease theory and presented it to American Heart in 1994.

I joined American Heart in 1976 as the youngest faculty member at that time, and I got put in several standing committees as a result — basic and advanced cardiac life support as well as the physician cholesterol education faculty.

I did a lot of research on dietary influences and factors that are critical, not only for in the end — heart disease — but other chronic inflammatory diseases, be that cerebrovascular diseases, strokes, diabetes or cancer,” Fleming explains.

Standing on Principles of Ethics

Fleming is also a scientific reviewer for more than 16 different journals. He was on the external clinical review board for The Lancet, but quit in protest of the fake hydroxychloroquine article they published — an act I believe demonstrates his dedication to scientific integrity. He also resigned from the British Medical Journal Open Quality due to similar concerns.

“Eventually we either stand behind principles or we acquiesce and become nothing more than the German doctors of Nazi Germany during World War II,” he says. “And as history showed us, they eventually paid a price at the Nuremberg Trials …

There are people — powers that be — that think that they have things going their direction, but it’s very clear to me that they’re not confident that they’ve got everybody under control. The way in which this is all being handled demonstrates that they’re more worried about the truth coming out than not. And I think they’re worried about the consequences, as they should be.”

Digging Up the Truth

Early on in 2020, Fleming started researching treatment options for SARS-CoV-2 using the Fleming Method, which you can learn more about on flemingmethod.com. Using this method, you can measure how a given intervention works on the tissue level, and how infection or inflammation is responding to the treatment.

He ended up developing 52 treatment combinations, and over the course of that study, the length of hospitalization stays went from five to six weeks down to one to two weeks. But he also learned something else.

“In the process of doing that research, I dug more and more and investigated what was going on, and that led me into the background of the research that many of these people had been doing,”Fleming explains.

“Tens of millions of dollars have been funneled out of the U.S., and Anthony Fauci has helped with that. He’s been on those committees. You can see the grant numbers in the book.”

Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon?

While gain-of-function can be used for benevolent purposes, it can just as easily be used for nefarious ones, “and that’s kind of what you see happening,” Fleming says.

“You see real efforts to produce viruses, coronaviruses, in particular. Spike proteins of coronaviruses to be even more specific, as I show in the book, paid for by the federal government by people who say they were not involved in gain-of-function research.

Well, their fingerprints are on the documents, or on the published papers or on the grants or on the patents. You can’t say that you’re not involved in things when the documents show differently. They show the work and the money that came out of the federal government that went to Peter Daszak at EcoHealth, that went to Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina, Shi Zhengli at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other places.

For me, as a researcher, obviously, once I start to investigate something, the only way you can stop me from doing that is to put a bullet in my head. Otherwise, I’m going to stay after it. There are things that are not in the book that are going to come out in international criminal court, things I’m saving for that, because this virus is, by definition, a biological weapon.

It violates the biological weapons convention treaty. You just have to look at the definitions. It provides nothing useful to humanity. It’s dangerous. When Fort Detrick is involved and the Department of Defense is involved … and you see these monies and you see the people that are involved, you realize that … the United States was playing China, China was playing the United States, and you saw who got caught in between. And they’re still playing the game.

For lack of a better term, this book is an indictment. That’s now my attorney hat going on saying that I have provided in this book evidence that I would take to a grand jury … I’m not somebody who is going to give up on having these people dealt with, because all the freedoms that we have lost, and the rights that we have lost as individuals, not to mention just the numbers of people who have died.

My argument is … the reason why they died is because they didn’t get treatment for the inflammation and the blood clotting that I and other doctors have shown works. The ultimate argument is that you can’t kill somebody more than dead … they can’t do worse than kill the patient. And we’ve already seen what doing nothing does. It kills the patient.

At no other time in American history have doctors looked at patients and said, ‘We can’t do anything for you. Go home and come back when you get sicker.’ We have always treated people with breathing problems with medications for breathing problems. We’ve always treated people with clotting problems with medicines to stop the clotting.

And so, the reason why this is so critical to understand is because the same people who were involved in the funding of this bioweapon are the same people who have interfered with doctors providing treatment to patients, and the same people who have been involved in the development of these vaccines.”

While Fleming carefully lays out the evidence in his book, he leaves it up to you, the reader, to decide whether SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon or not. However, he says, if you do come to that conclusion (and he believes you will once you’ve seen the evidence), “then you have to recognize that the vaccines are nothing more than the genetic reproduction of that bioweapon.” Hence, the COVID shots are bioweapons too.

Warning to Medical Professionals

If you are a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or other health professional administering these COVID shots, you may be wise to reconsider your participation in this scheme. A significant problem is there’s no way to provide or obtain informed consent. As noted by Fleming:

“If you’re injecting someone with these drug vaccine biologics, you are injecting them with something that you cannot possibly give them informed consent for, which means you’re violating your Hippocratic Oath, you’re violating the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Treaty, you’re violating the Nuremberg Code, you’re violating the Declaration of Helsinki.

It’s right across the board. It’s not even something that you can pretend doesn’t happen anymore. It’s just in everybody’s faces. And you can see that the powers that be are so stressed out right now that they are cajoling and coercing and manipulating and attacking. My friends in Italy tell me that vaccinated people are behaving in the same way that they did during World War II towards the Jews and the intellectuals.

And let’s remember, the first people Hitler put in concentration camps weren’t the Jews. The first people were the intellectuals, because if you take the intellectuals and the doctors off the street, if you stop people from talking, you can control the people.

So, the pressure being put on the medical community in this country and in countries around the world to simply go along is nothing more than the equivalent of what Adolf Hitler and the SS did during World War II when they rounded up the intellectuals. One [thing] will lead to the next and there’s nothing about this that has been a successful campaign to control an infectious virus …

All you have to do is read the emergency use authorization documents. I’m just stunned at how many people have not read these. I’m stunned at physicians not having read these.”

On flemingmethod.com, you can find several video presentations and PDFswhere Fleming goes through the emergency use authorization documents. With that data in hand, Fleming suggests asking yourself some fundamental scientific questions, such as: “Is there any statistical difference in the number of people who developed COVID-19 or died among the vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated?”

The answer provided in the documents is no. There is no statistical difference between the two groups. The vaccines do not statistically reduce COVID-19 infection or death thereof. There are fewer cases in absolute numbers, but statistically there’s no difference. Add to that the risk of side effects. If you take the shot, you risk developing inflammation and blood clotting.

The same people that were involved in the funding of this bioweapon are the same people that have interfered with doctors providing treatment to patients, and the same people that have been involved in the development of these vaccines. ~ Dr. Richard Fleming

As noted above, coerced administration of these shots violate any number of laws. Fleming also cites supreme court rulings in which the court ruled people have the right to choose their own health care.

“Rochin versus California had to do with an individual who was forced to undergo emetic medications to force him to vomit, to bring up things in his stomach. The Supreme Court said, ‘You do not have a right to force this medication on people.’

Griswold versus Connecticut showed that the U.S. government cannot take away the personal rights of health care in individuals unless there’s some type of compelling and substantial reason, and then it has to be put into law. It can’t come out of the executive branch.

Cruzan versus Director of Missouri Department of Health in 1990, specifically stated that patients have a right to refuse any treatment. You cannot force treatment on people. Well, this is forced treatment. This is coerced treatment.

And Doe v. Rumsfeld proved in 2004 that investigational drugs could not be forced upon people unless there is a presidential waiver or informed consent. Well, here’s the kicker on presidential waiver, which is what they’re going to go to.

Anybody who takes an oath of office — the president of the United States, senators, representatives to Congress, governors, police officers, judges, lawyers, administrative officials — cannot violate the U.S. Constitution. If they do, they’ve committed treason, by definition.

In the U.S. Constitution, it states that Treaty Law and the Constitution and statutes are the supreme law of the land. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights specifically states that you cannot force people to take a drug; that they have to have informed consent, and that animal research has to have been done beforehand to prove it’s safe.

So, if a president, including this one, issues an order that this is a mandate and is required, then he is violating the U.S. Constitution by violating Treaty and therefore has committed treason.

It’s not only an impeachable offense, it is punishable by death because that’s [the punishment for] treason. You can’t force U.S. citizens to undergo forced experimentation.

And you can’t get around that by doing something cute like having the FDA say, ‘Whoa, well, we’ve now approved it, OK?’ Because the Supreme Court has already ruled that you cannot force people to take a treatment and the only party that can change that is the Supreme Court.”

Moderna Has Been Aware of Risks for Years

You’ve probably heard that the mRNA in the COVID shots are designed to stay right around the injection site. However, Fleming points out that Moderna knew this wasn’t the case, as they published research in 2017 showing a lipid nanoparticle vaccine for influenza ended up in the brain, bone marrow, liver, spleen and just about everywhere else in the bodies of the test animals.

“So, for people to come up now and say, ‘Gosh, golly gee whiz, we just didn’t expect that’ is a little disingenuous, ”Fleming says. “And I think you have to ask yourself, why does the cardiologist know about the 2017 paper but the people responsible for the technology claim they don’t?

And so, what you see are normal healthy people responding to a massive production of spike proteins and healthy people should make a massive immune response. What does that immune response do? It produces inflammation and blood clotting, and then the spike proteins go across the blood-brain barrier and cause prion diseases just like what’s been shown in humanized mice and rhesus macaque models.

I’m willing to bet that the people who made this gain-of-function virus already knew that, because one of the things that had the government and Big Pharma coming after me in the 1990s [and] early 2000s was the fact that the research I was doing in dietary and inflammatory disease had the same Neu-5-Ac raft receptor that the glycoprotein 120 of HIV — which Shi Zhengli put [into the virus] in 2004 — attaches to.

So, the people that were doing this were paralleling my research … It turns out that that information is critical for getting this virus to be able to attach and to infect people like it’s doing. So, it’s interesting how you can be minding your own business and doing really good research, trying to answer some questions, and it might just expose the people that are doing nefarious things.”

What You Can Do if Your Job Mandates the Jab

Flemingmethod.com is a real treasure trove of information that you can surf through. There, you’ll also find sample documents for medical, religious, legal and Constitutional exemptions to vaccination that you can present to your employer, educational institution or anyone else trying to bully you into taking an experimental COVID shot.

He also has fliers you can print out and distribute that lay out your U.S. Constitutional and statutory rights as a citizen, as well as petitions for the President of the United States, Senate, House of Representatives and state governors, calling on them to investigate those responsible for this gain-of-function bioweapon. You can find all of those petitions under the “Actions” tab at the top right corner. Fleming also encourages people to take legal action.

“I’m working with a number of attorneys to file suits in [the U.S.], [and I’m] one of the experts in the International Court and Italian courts for suits being filed for crimes against humanity. So, the bottom line answer to this is going to be everybody deciding that they need to take action and [hold those responsible] accountable. And yes, this may mean you lose your job …

You have to look at this, at this point in time, and ask yourself what type of world are you leaving your children and your grandchildren? This is never about you. This is never about me. This is about the children and the grandchildren.

Whatever we leave them, they’re going to essentially be stuck with it. If we abandon them — and the founding fathers did not abandon us — then we are responsible for allowing this to happen. It’s on us, so there’s no easy way … If you ever wondered what you would have done in 1930s Germany, today, you know.”

Cases Filed With International Criminal Court

According to Fleming, Italian lawyers have already filed a case in Italian Federal Courts and plan to file with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. Attorneys from six different countries are also putting together a joint case. While the U.S. did not ratify the ICC, American citizens can still be held accountable in the ICC.

Laws and statutes being relied upon include the Biological Weapons Convention treaty, the Nuremberg Code, the Declaration of Helsinki and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. It’s now up to the ICC to decide what it wants to do, and when.

“It doesn’t really matter how long this takes or to whom this has to go. I’m a firm believer that there are enough good, honest people on this planet that if the people communicate and work together, the tide on this can and will be turned,”Fleming says.

“It’s the same story all over the world. All the people that I’ve talked to in the different countries that I’ve been working with have the same feeling. They’re coerced. Their citizens are being bribed, which, as a side note, anytime the government has to bribe the people to do it, you have to say, ‘If it was really a good idea, why would you have to bribe me? I would be lining up for it.’

I’m the ultimate, I think, research scientist. After 53 years, I really feel very strongly about being a scientist physician. And I am incredibly offended when Anthony Fauci says he is science, because he’s not …

If these ‘vaccines’ actually worked and there was scientific evidence, I’d be on here telling you to take it. What you’re hearing me tell you is, ‘Don’t take it.’ These things are biological weapons. They’re nothing more than a genetic code of a biological weapon that was made, that was paid for, and put together by nefarious people … I’m not anti-vaccine. I’m anti-stupid.”

We’re Battling the Biggest Propaganda Campaign in History

In closing, Fleming says:

“One of the things I do want to make a comment on now is for the people who have not been vaccinated. When you’re looking at people who have been vaccinated, step back for just a moment and recognize that many of those people got vaccinated because they were told that this was the only way to protect the people that they loved.

What we need to do is have the intelligence and the compassion necessary to look at those individuals and say, ‘I get it. No judgment.’ If there’s a shedding problem or something like that that you’re dealing with, there are treatments available that you can look at. I put those on the website, too.

But come together and support those people, because they were just doing what they thought was right. Many of them are scared, and they have been made so scared. By the way, what type of country, what type of world, spends so much effort frightening the blazes out of its citizens? That says something.”

Indeed, this is undoubtedly the most effective propaganda campaign in the history of humanity, and it’s hard to blame someone for cracking under that type of a coordinated assault. The good news is that common sense has not entirely died yet. Fleming says:

“I think there’s a lot of people that are very concerned that things have gone south, so to speak. I’m actually encouraged. One of the things that I’ve noticed about being here in Texas is that common sense has not died … [and] what I’ve repeatedly gotten from people is ‘Don’t dumb it down.’

It’s not a matter of turning people into Ph.D., M.D.’s or whatever, it’s a matter of just being truthful and honest with them. People have a really good capacity, when they get away from all the nonsense happening, to look at the truth and realize it’s the truth and to listen to nonsense being thrown at them and realize that it’s just garbage and manipulation. So, common sense is a really useful tool for everybody to have. That and compassion …

We used to frequently sit down and have conversations with families and friends where you’d argue back and forth and you discuss things, and I can’t be the only person that would walk away from a conversation and go, ‘Well, I hadn’t really thought about that. Let me think about that’ because that’s kind of a different point of view.

That exchange stopped when they quarantined people, when they isolated us, put us in our homes and controlled what you could see on the Internet and on television. Well, we’ve come far enough back out of it that that exchange has started again.

So People have had to fight to get that information out, but it’s that sharing of information and knowledge that is so critical to turning this around, and actually bringing all of this nonsense under control. Not just the virus, but the manipulation of people that has been going on and the lies and the deceit and the abuse of power. They used our money to do it. They used our lives to do it. They used our livelihoods to do it.”

VIDEO: Hospital Administrators CAUGHT ON CAMERA Scheming to Fabricate Covid Numbers

from Natural News in an article titled “Hospital administrators CAUGHT ON CAMERA scheming to fabricate covid numbers and SCARE the public” reports:

When the covid plandemic first began in early 2020, I remember thinking (at first) there’s no way this could be fake because hospital administrators and doctors wouldn’t fake covid death numbers or falsely try to scare people through deception.

Boy was I wrong.

Since the early days of the plandemic, we’ve learned that hospitals routinely “fake” covid numbers and very often claim to be overrun with covid patients, even when their beds are nearly empty. Many hospital administrators, doctors and nurses are in on the scam and seem to be ready and willing to deceive the public by fabricating covid numbers and literally killing patients to pump up the covid “death” numbers.

Now, we have proof of all this caught on a zoom video.

[ … ]

This stunning video is an open exhibit revealing that hospitals have become psychological terrorism organizations that deliberately use psy-op tactics to terrorize the public. Is this the proper role of hospitals and doctors in society? When did hospital administrators decide that the ends justify the means, even if it requires terrorizing the public to gin up more business so they can bill Medicare for even more profits?

Arizona Police Recruiting in Washington Days After Vaccine Mandate

Arizona’s state police force is in the Pacific Northwest in an attempt to bolster its ranks. The push comes on the heels of news that Washington Gov. Jay Inslee isn’t allowing exceptions to his vaccine mandate.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety announced that they would be in Washington from Sept. 7 through Sept. 19 to recruit potential new officers.

Their counterpart, the Washington State Patrol, shared Arizona’s announcement on Twitter.

The recruiting push aimed specifically at Washington state is noticeable since news broke the week prior that Gov. Jay Inslee’s office had issued blanket denials of requests from officers to be exempt from his vaccination mandate.

Emails obtained by KTTH show a response to an inquiry about religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

“At this time it has been confirmed that for any public-facing position, there are limited accommodations available,” the email read, adding that “there is no accommodation we can provide for their religious exemption requests.”

The governor’s order says that all state workers, K-12 and public university employees must be fully vaccinated by Oct. 18 or face losing their jobs. Inslee initially said the state would make religious and medical exemptions available.

A public information officer denied that Inslee’s vaccination decree was a factor in their decision to recruit in the state.

“We are not focused on Washington specifically, it’s just our first recruiting trip ahead of other states we intend to visit,” said media specialist Bart Graves. “We don’t have a set number of candidates we intend to recruit. We are hoping to fill numerous sworn and professional staff (civilian) positions.”

Arizona DPS has advertised out-of-state recruitment opportunities earlier in the year, including welcoming lateral moves from other police departments. However, it’s yet to single out a state as it had done in Washington this year.

Gov. Doug Ducey retweeted the Washington State Patrol announcement that Arizona’s police force was recruiting there, saying, “in Arizona we’re funding the police.”

The Future of American Cars Is Not All-Electric

Environmental elites like to cast their creeds as unshakeable and their doctrines as inevitable. Take these three: The Earth is only getting hotter, human survival depends upon radical lifestyle changes, and governments are taking action on the climate whether we like it or not.

Or this: America will slowly phase out all oil, natural gas, and coal energy for wind turbines and solar panels—and, for a handful of brave dissidents, nuclear power plants. In this carbon-free future, everyone will drive an electric car powered by alternative energy sources. There’s no room for alternatives or debate, only submission to the wisdom of the climatistas. It’s the inexorable march of progress—right?

Don’t be so sure.

Not Enough “Green” Electricity

In August, the Biden administration announced its goal to have zero-emission electric vehicles (EVs) account for 50 percent of all cars sold by 2030, mirroring “green” California’s decision a year ago to phase out gasoline-powered cars by 2035.

EVs currently make up about 2.5 percent of the U.S. automobile market and are rapidly growing, with Tesla leading the pack. With nowhere to go but up, one would think that a government mandate would be a godsend for car manufacturers. So why is Toyota—maker of the famous hybrid Prius and the world’s largest car manufacturer—lobbying against the plan?

Left-wing observers have explained away the company’s lobbying campaign as an effort to stall stiff competition from full-electric vehicle manufacturers. Toyota’s hybrids use both gasoline and electricity, and Toyota has been slow to break into the full-electric vehicle market. After all, company spokesmen say the manufacturer wholeheartedly believes in an all-electric future.

There’s a simpler explanation: There isn’t enough “green” electricity to power that vision.

The average EV consumes 30 kilowatt-hours (kw/h) to travel 100 miles, which Pew Charitable Trusts notes is “the same amount of electricity an average American home uses each day to run appliances, computers, lights and heating and air conditioning.” That is extra electricity required from the grid—not produced by your traditional fuel-burning car—that must be produced from another resource. But from which energy source?

The U.S. electric grid gets 86 percent of its power from sources deemed unacceptable to the environmental Left: natural gas (40 percent), coal (19 percent), hydropower from dams (7.3 percent), and—horror of horrors—nuclear energy (20 percent). The widely acclaimed alternatives—wind (8.4 percent), solar (2.3 percent), and geothermal (0.4 percent)—make up just 11.1 percent of the country’s electricity generation.

Even if eco-activists got past their revulsion for nuclear energy, that still leaves the nation with a huge electricity deficit that wind turbines and solar panels hooked up to lithium batteries simply cannot fill. Not only would mining the tons of metals and minerals required to build them by the thousands create a genuine ecological disaster and possibly a “permanent” lithium shortage by 2025, it would doom the electric grid almost the minute the sun dips or the wind stops blowing.

“Green” Energy’s Gas Problem

Unlike natural gas, solar and wind generate power intermittently, not continuously, so they need to be backed up by a reliable energy source—almost invariably natural gas. Every wind turbine and solar panel built means pumping more natural gas to ensure a steady supply of electricity. In an honest world, we’d call wind and solar “supplemental” sources, not “alternatives.”

Little wonder that so many Big Oil companies are rapidly becoming Big Gas producers while boasting about their commitments to fighting climate change—global warming is great for business. “Climapocalypse” rhetoric from professional activists creates a powerful incentive for government regulation by “selfless” politicians, whose legislation is favorably shaped by well-funded industry lobbyists.

What Toyota and other sober minds see is a twofold problem: the Biden administration’s proposal to convert traditional cars to EVs to stop global warming is effectively a proposal to massively expand nationwide electricity production—an unlikely outcome made impossible when “green energy” mandates are added to the mix. That’s a bet that they’re not willing to take, especially when eco-activists are now demanding bans on low-carbon natural gas.

A Dim Future

But as RealClearEnergy editor Jude Clemente points out, even if environmental fundamentalists got their way, oil will continue to be critical to fueling airplanes, heavy trucks, petrochemicals, and even the production of wind and solar technologies—with no viable alternative in sight. What will change is the average American’s access to cheap and abundant electricity.

We already have an example in Germany, writes Clemente, where climate change policies have made electricity a “luxury good” for citizens of the industrial powerhouse–turned–Green Man of Europe and a cold snap in February left some 30,000 solar panels and wind turbines frozen over and utterly worthless for the shivering Germans who rely on them.

In December 2020, Tesla CEO Elon Musk warned the world that “electricity consumption will double if the world’s car fleets are electrified.” If all that extra electricity must come from so-called alternatives, we’re in for a nightmare. Francis Menton has calculated the cost of powering just California’s power needs with solar panels (the state’s strategy to meet its EV mandate) at his blog, Manhattan Contrarion:

If 180 days per year have less production than usage, and the average shortfall of production on each of those days is 300 GWH, then you will need 54,000 GWH worth of batteries (180 x 300). At $200 per KWH, that will run you around $10+ trillion. This would be about triple the annual GDP of the state of California [emphasis added].

None of this is to claim EVs have no place on America’s future highways. As Edward Ring writes in American Greatness, electric motors have much to recommend them, such as a simpler design and better horsepower than internal combustion engines, lower maintenance requirements, and longer lifespans. Electric cars will undoubtedly continue to make up some portion of the vehicle fleet for the foreseeable future, even if their growth may leave the U.S. more dependent on foreign energy supplies and not prove to be as much of a spur to innovation as experts once believed, according to my colleague Michael Watson.

Rather, we shouldn’t allow the Left to warp our decisions about the future of the nation’s electric grid with their blind ideology disguised as science—there’s too much at stake.

End of Federal Unemployment Raises Questions About Fraud, Joblessness

Federal unemployment benefits ended over the holiday weekend, raising questions about how the payments’ expiration will affect the job market and whether Congress will renew the benefits.

Congress passed the $300 weekly unemployment payments as a remedy to joblessness during the COVID pandemic when government restrictions forced the layoffs of millions of Americans, but critics have since said the federal benefits are contributing to an economic quandary: elevated unemployment alongside widespread job availability.

In fact, recent U.S. employment data showed more open jobs than workers to fill them. Those employment concerns, along with evidence of widespread fraud in the system, have made the unemployment program a harder sell in Congress.

So far, President Joe Biden has not pushed for a renewal of the federal benefits. While some progressive Democrats have called for legislation making the payments permanent, as of now it seems unlikely.

Now that the benefits have expired, some experts predict that unemployment will decrease.

“The latest job report tells us what many Americans already know: the American economy is being held back by federal unemployment bonuses and expansions that are paying people more to stay home than work,” said Hayden Dublois, an expert at the Foundation for Government Accountability. “States that have ended participation in federal enhanced unemployment programs and bonuses have seen new hires increase, the number of work registrants spike, both unemployment claims and spending decline, and economic activity skyrocket. The American economic recovery has been stagnated by policymakers’ unwillingness to end these bonuses up until this point – but, with enhanced benefits expiring … labor markets will finally have a chance to rebound. It’s long past time to get America back to work.”

The August jobs report released last week showed nonfarm jobs increased by only 235,000, less than a third of the 720,000 new jobs predicted by Dow Jones economic experts. Experts pointed to this most recent job report, another disappointing one for the year, and put the blame squarely at the feet of the federal unemployment payments.

“The exact size of [Unemployment insurance’s] effect on labor supply and the social benefits of UI are impossible to know (and they likely change according to context), but there is broad consensus that increased UI benefits discourage some workers’ return to employment,” wrote Michael Farren, an expert at the Mercatus Center.

“The concern that the federal expansions to UI reduce the likelihood that workers will return to employment is based on the understanding that unconditional monetary grants to unemployed workers tend to raise their reservation wage – the compensation level necessary for the worker to take a job,” Farren added. “UI programs are typically designed to mitigate this potential effect by replacing only a portion of workers’ preunemployment income (up to some income limit). However, the additional weekly benefits provided by FPUC (as well as the American Rescue Plan’s exemption of $10,200 of UI benefits from federal income tax) means that many low-wage workers saw no decrease in their weekly income (and some even saw an increase).”

Meanwhile, unemployment fraud has become a major source of concern among lawmakers as more and more cases arise of criminals siphoning off funds.

The Department of Justice released details about another case of unemployment fraud Tuesday. Virginia man Johnny Hobbs, along with other coconspirators, allegedly filed false claims for unemployment benefits totaling nearly $800,000.

“Conspirators submitted claims for various individuals who were known to be ineligible to receive pandemic unemployment benefits by making materially false representations,” the Department of Justice said. “Hobbs pleaded guilty last week to one count of conspiracy to defraud the government of the United States and one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud. He is scheduled to be sentenced on December 10, 2021 and faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison.”

Hobbs’ case is just the latest of many instances of fraudulent abuse of the system, something that has been criticized by lawmakers in both parties.

Most recently, Republicans in the U.S. House and Senate sent a letter to the Government Accountability Office calling for an investigation into the level of fraud and how it occurred.

Those members, who estimate the fraud totaled between $89 billion and $400 billion, call it the “greatest theft of American tax dollars in our nation’s history.”

“It is concerning that responsibility for determining how much fraud has occurred lies scattered throughout a web of bureaucracies,” the letter read. “The scattering of responsibilities suggests that Congress will be ill equipped to have adequate information to assess future unemployment insurance responses to large economic shocks; and, at the same time, ensure they are not plagued by gaping security holes that allow fraudsters an open window to use to unlawfully obtained taxpayer funds.”

Mayo Clinic DIRECTLY Tied to World Economic Forum, Dominion Voting Systems!

Never confuse a single defeat with a final defeat.

Let him that would move the world first move himself.

Today’s blog is a reprint of an article from Stew Peters of the Stew Peters Show. Links and credits are shown below and the article is self explanatory.

As always please share this blog far and wide as we continue our fight against tyranny and the swamp – one and the same! Read on ….

Last week I told you about some of the brightest doctors at the Mayo Clinic. There’s cardiologist Courtney Bennett, whose advice to unvaccinated people who get sick is “please go die.” There’s general surgeon Mark Sawyer, who posted his lurid fantasies about getting to deny sick people health care, staring them in the eyes and saying “it’s too late” as they expire.

Well, we have more. I was recently pointed towards an interview featuring Doctor Gregory Poland, director at the Mayo Clinic’s Vaccine Research Group. He’s also a paid advisor to vaccine maker Johnson and Johnson. No conflict of interest there. But for all his degrees and all his supposed expertise, he’s still a nutjob about masks. He ended a recent video interview on Facebook live (sheltering at home, of course) by condemning schools that don’t have mask mandates. “Parents, please protect your precious children,” he said. Now keep in mind. There are no mask mandates in British schools when they’re otherwise much more restrictive than we have been. There’s no evidence that masks in schools do anything to change infection rates, and there’s still plenty of evidence that children are at almost zero risks of serious harm from COVID-19. This isn’t science and it isn’t medicine. It’s the cult of the mask.

And how about this: Doctor Gianrico Farrugia is the president and CEO of the Mayo Clinic, but that’s not his only job. He’s also a “health governor” with the World Economic Forum, which has been generating propaganda in favor of worldwide vaccine passports for travel. Oh, but don’t worry: In a May article about vaccine passports, a WEF writer noted there are civil liberties concerns about vaccine passports, and so any rules about them would have to be “fair.” So who did the WEF suggest could set those “fair” rules? Why, the World Health Organization, of course. The same World Health Organization that has repeated Chinese propaganda since the beginning of this pandemic. The same World Health Organization that denies the existence of Taiwan to avoid offending the People’s Republic. The same World Health Organization whose leader, Tedros Adhanom, covered up cholera outbreaks in his home country of Ethiopia.

Oh, and just because these connections are fascinating to discover, there’s another person, Matthew Horace, who currently serves as Chief Security Officer for Mayo. We’re pretty sure he doesn’t set vaccine policy, but who knows these days. Anyway, what’s Mr. Horace’s other job? What would be the most ridiculous job he could possibly have? If you guessed “chief of security for the DNC”…you’d be wrong, because there’s something even more ridiculous. Mr. Horace is also chief of security for Dominion Voting Systems. His LinkedIn biography notes that he “leads the companies IT security and cybersecurity initiatives.” And you can’t see it, but he actually misspells “company’s” in his profile. Also, his college degree is in English, with a Masters in “Leadership.” And this guy is in charge of organizing cybersecurity for one of this country’s largest voting machine companies. You can’t make any of this up.

WATCH: Entire Army Football Team Runs Onto Field Carrying American Flags

By Daily Wire, September 12, 2021

The entire football team of the Army Black Knights football team carried American flags as they ran onto the field on Saturday, the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 Islamic terrorist attacks, in their game against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.

WATCH:

On September 11, 2001, 19 al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four airplanes to carry out suicide attacks against the U.S. Two of the planes were flown into the two main World Trade Center towers in New York City, one was flown into the Pentagon, and the fourth plane crashed into a field in Pennsylvania after passengers fought the terrorists and prevented the plane from being flown into a building.

Nearly 3,000 people were killed during the attacks and thousands more died in subsequent years from a variety of health issues stemming from that day and on the battlefield in what became a multi-trillion dollar Global War on Terrorism.

“The attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 were a national tragedy that resulted in a staggering loss of life and a significant change in American culture,” NASA said in a press release that included pictures of the attacks from space. “Each year, we pause and never forget. Beyond remembering and honoring the Americans who died that day, NASA also assisted FEMA in New York in the days afterward, and remembered the victims by providing flags flown aboard the Space Shuttle to their families.”

Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib Mark 9/11 With Resolution Claiming Muslims Were the Real Victims

Some people did something. And by some people, they mean Americans.

If there was one day of the year where the most loathsome members of the Squad should summon up some lingering decency and shut up, it would be this one. But of course, the terror caucus can never rest and so it had a plan for defiling the September 11 anniversary.

And so Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, along with Pramila Jayapal, introduced a resolution claiming that Muslims were the real victims of September 11 and suffered persecution due to counterterrorism.

The hateful resolution reads in part…

“Whereas there was a climate of hate in which Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Sikh communities experienced bullying and violence in their everyday lives and in their workplaces, businesses, community centers and houses of worship;

Whereas the government targeted Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Sikh communities with overreaching policing, surveillance, and criminalization policies that resulted in wrongful interrogation, coercion, detention, deportation, arrest, and incarceration;

Whereas core principles like due process, presumption of innocence, and evidence of wrongdoing were replaced with mob mentality and guilt by association; Whereas the fearmongering and hateful rhetoric witnessed in the aftermath of the attacks remain commonplace today;

Whereas border officials and government authorities cast aside constitutional rights and engaged in discriminatory searches and seizures of Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Sikh community members;

Whereas false narratives about Arabs, Islam and American Muslims abound, and are encouraged and justified by a network of closely connected and well-funded organizations and activists that seek to propagate misinformation about these communities and provide support for policies that curtail their rights;

Whereas the conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere, as well as human rights violations ranging from torture at Guantanamo Bay to extrajudicial drone strikes, also contributed to this climate of hate and the government targeting of these communities;”

The resolution “acknowledges the climate of hate that Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Sikh communities have experienced since September 11, 2001” and “) Calls the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the National Institute of Health, and the National
Science Foundation to work together to study the impact of hate, government targeting, and profiling on physical and mental health.”

Maybe this is why Muslim apologists keep claiming that every Muslim terrorist is suffering from mental illness.

The Resistance: Only Parents Can Challenge the Digital Empire

The rising rates of social media-induced depression and anxiety in young people nowadays are alarming.

I suppose it’s natural for people, and parents especially, to express their unease about digital technology and its domination of our lives in the terms of public health — especially mental health. To say that smartphones have become ubiquitous since their introduction in 2007 is to commit a laughable understatement. They have become hegemonic, on scales both grand and intimate. Our common life in its very functioning has come to presuppose that we wear them on our bodies prosthetically. Most of our social interactions are now mediated and enabled by computer software.

And when it comes to our mental health over those years, we don’t seem to be doing so hot, especially young people, those who are still young enough to be considered children but old enough to own smartphones and have accounts on social media. Parents would seem to have reason to worry about what these things are doing to our kids.

And they do make an intuitive culprit for the measured increases in anxiety, depression, and suicide among young people. I know that the more time I spend on my phone, especially on social media, the edgier and gloomier I feel. Scrolling social media is its own little cosmos governed by a fundamental law of agitation. You get on social media to salve the agitation of not being on social media, a need instilled in you by your prior times on social media, and there you keep scrolling to salve the agitation provoked by your prior scrolling. If perpetual running inside a neuro-cognitive hamster wheel causes anxiety and depression and suicide in teenagers, the purveyors of smartphones and social media have some answering to do.

And that’s just the technological form of engagement. The content is its own fertile source of unease, which is no less agitating for working closer to the surface of human awareness, rather than at the neurological subsurface we share with hamsters. For those on political Twitter, with its dyspeptic dunking and petty status-tending, the claim that social media might be a mood-poison is almost too obvious. But there are also the other afflictions said to circulate in the social media ecosystems, the Fear of Missing Out on the ski vacations our Facebook friends and Instagram followers seem to take all the time; the insecurity from seeing obsessively curated beach pictures of ripped abs, in both six-pack and eight-pack assortments, and bikini bodies teasingly suggestive of anorexia.

But as mentally disturbing as the social media experience often feels, and as corrosive as it may be for impressionable young people, the causal connections between smartphone and social media use and degraded mental health in teenagers are ambiguous and strongly contested. Don’t get me wrong. When Jean Twenge and Jonathan Haidt argue that the timing of worldwide increases in teenage loneliness corresponds to design changes that made social media platforms more addictive, I am eager to believe. The empirical case Twenge and Haidt make corresponds with my own suspicion, and the tendency to denounce such critiques as “moral panic” strikes me as vaguely hysterical in its own right. It signalsa brittle need to believe historical change is cool, whatever it brings. But when the scientific quibbling starts about just how much of the increased loneliness can really be attributed to digital technology — which is necessary, scientifically — I get impatient. As I see it, a powerful case against smartphones and social media for young people has already been made, and this case has the same practical upshot for parents as Twenge and Haidt’s claims about loneliness and depression.

This case is made, naively as it were, in the process of summoning our intuitions about these technologies in the first place, in describing our experiences with them and simply naming the status they have attained in our lives. Note the language I default to above, in which I refer to human, commercial creations we find “dominating” us, “hegemonic” on both the larger scale of aggregate social life and the “intimate” scale of our inner selves, the deep constitution of our motivations and impulses and habits, which these creations have in material ways overridden and reprogrammed. Like the unremovable bracelet a parolee wears around his ankle, we wear, “prosthetically,” consumer products that surveil our movements and scan and store our thoughts and sometimes feed the intelligence they gather to, well, the police. They induce or wheedle or beguile us into entering designed feedback loops of subconscious striving plausibly analogised to a “hamster wheel,” mental and physical exertions that amount to a sort of uncompensated labour we do for corporations that vacuum up our agitations as data about us, which they sell to each other.

To the extent that we care about our own freedom and flourishing as human beings, we are in conflict with the sublimely powerful forces of digital technology, which are indifferent to those things in essence, subversive of them in design, and (probably, pending the judgment of Science) destructive of them in effect.

But we resist putting our relationship with technology in these stark and warlike terms because what’s the use? What weapons do we have to take up this fight? And there’s enough diversion and convenience to go along with the existential insult to make any quixotic skirmishing, done loudly enough, simply annoying. The main bargains have been made. We don’t want any trouble. It was back in 2000 that we deputised Kent Brockman to welcome our digital overlords. Our limbic systems signed binding terms of surrender with them in 2007 when the iPhone came out.

But there’s one area where it remains both practically feasible and morally urgent to persist in this fight, and that is family life. The outside world has fully conformed itself to the needs of the digital system, even schools, where computerised learning is both known to be a sham and avidly adopted. But, for parents, inside the home it’s different. Whether to get your little kid an iPad, or get your middle-schooler an iPhone, or let your high schooler be an Instragrammer or sleep with her phone under her pillow, might seem like it’s technology’s question to answer. It might seem like another bland dictate from the governing power you have to go along with, but it isn’t. You don’t. You can answer that question yourself.

And grasping that you have this power, you might find the reasons for exercising it more persuasive. You don’t have to wait for Science’s final dredging of the statistics on whether social media is the true cause of the unhealthy outcomes. That people have designed the popular social media apps to circumvent your children’s human intelligence and induce repetitive rodent behaviour in them to make money for themselves is bad enough. You don’t need to wait for Science to tell you this causes depression in them. It should cause depression in you.

When you grasp that this struggle is viable inside your home, and then take it up in earnest, you make a strange discovery: it’s not just edifying; it’s galvanising. My wife and I faced recurrent arguments from our oldest child, as she moved through middle school, that she needed a phone. Between sixth and eighth grade, she went from being one of the few kids in her grade who didn’t have a phone to being, she claimed, the only oneBut we had years earlier decided she wouldn’t get a phone until after middle school, and as we held our ground against her intermittent lobbying and the broader expectation that we would submit, we realised we were enjoying the struggle. It felt good to stand together as a couple against this supposed fait accompli, this decision that smartphones and social media had supposedly made on our behalf about the role and scope they would have in our lives, and say, “Not here. Not yet. Not us.”

Family Love is the Foundation of Civilization

The notion that biological relationships mean nothing must be rejected.

Rebecca Roache, senior lecturer in philosophy at Royal Holloway, University of London writes, “The wish to be biologically related to one’s children, like the wish to associate only within one’s racial group, can have harmful effects.”

Similarly, Dr Ezio Di Nucci of the University of Copenhagen writes, “A preference towards children one is biologically related to is morally illegitimate” and that the tendency to prefer one’s own children is a “moral vice.” He says this is so because “in the context of parental love, biological considerations are normatively irrelevant.”

Despite these declarations from academics in ivory towers, almost all parents from all across the globe display a “passionate determination…to protect and prefer their own children.” Does this mean that all families of the earth are infected with a kind of “systemic familial racism?” That seems to be the growing sentiment, though it is usually couched in less alarming language.

But the almost universal preference for one’s own children is not a disease, a disorder, a symptom of inequality, or a sign of racism. Most people call it something else — love. And most people believe it is a good thing. In fact, the love of mothers and fathers has historically been the standard against which all other love is measured.

Is it surprising that when we go to a piano recital, we’re most anxious to hear our own child play? Is it shocking that when we go to a high school football game, we hope the coach calls our kid off the bench to give it his best shot? No, these are not signs of systemic racism or inequality. These are the very things that bind the world together. They are the things that provide almost every person on earth with their very own cheering section and support system.

Loving everyone

But why should it matter? Should it matter which child or which parent belongs to whom? Aren’t we supposed to love everyone? Aren’t we supposed to love everyone as ourselves? Isn’t that the grand goal? Yes. But that’s a tall order, and it takes a very long time to learn. Learning to love works better in small, cohesive sets of people who belong to each other. The small sets of people we get to practice loving are our families. In time, when we come to realize that everyone in the world is literally part of our vast, interconnected family, we love everyone better because we learned to love some people in our micro-families first.

When a child is orphaned or separated from her parents for other reasons, a just society works to remedy that situation in a way that is in the best interest of the child. Adoption—while rarely seamless—often offers a child the wonderful opportunity of living in a family where she is claimed and loved, following the pattern established by biological belonging and stewardship.

Defeating kinship

Since the days of Plato, philosophers of many stripes have argued that parents are nothing special and that non-parents could raise children better than their own flesh and blood. In the 1970s, author Shulamith Firestone wrote, “A mother who undergoes a nine-month pregnancy is likely to feel that the product of all that pain and discomfort ‘belongs’ to her…But we want to destroy this possessiveness.”

In 2017, anti-marriage advocate and radical feminist Merav Michaeli said that the stewardship of fathers over their children caused “ongoing hurt in children” and proposed that biological relationships not be recognized by the state but rather the state should endorse child custody agreements wherein “[a] child can have more than two parents; they don’t necessarily have to be his biological parents or her biological parents.”

Further, in 2019 feminist Sophie Lewis said we must “explode notions of hereditary parentage” and work for the widespread “defeat of kinship.” She also declared that “Infants don’t belong to anyone, ever,” which flatly denies the validity of family bonds.

Those who wish to abolish or denounce the bonds of mothers and father because they foster possessiveness or racism of some variety are grossly misguided. They underestimate the power of familial belonging, the supremacy of sacrificial serving, and the anatomical design of humans which demands them both.

The long, arduous dedication required in helping a small, incapable person become a big, capable person is a key component for growing love. And loving that which belongs to you is not wicked. It is good.

A place of connection, not competition

Conception and birth connect us to each other inescapably by forging what we have come to call family relationships. If this were not the case, and life were set up more like the classic novel Lord of the Flies where people are essentially airdropped into a community instead of being birthed into specific families in a community, there would be no discernible connections between people. Socialist utopists call this “equality.” What it brings is cutthroat chaos. It brings rivalries or alliances. Starting life from a place of neutrality or opposition rather than connection is more likely to result in enmity, animosity, hatred, and death.

Fortunately, either by a stroke of luck or by the design of God, family relationships launch people from a place of connection rather than competition.

The physical links between parents and children ensure that everyone starts from a place of connected belonging and specific placement, which secures for them the best possible potential for surviving and for experiencing love. Hatred or indifference are still possible, but inherent belonging accomplished by the formation of families tips the scales in favor of love.

So is loving your own child a racist, “moral vice?” Well, if a new mother cared no more for her newborn babe than for the baby in the next room, the world—and the babies in it—would be in a world of hurt. In fact, I submit such a world could not last one generation. Family love is not racism. It is the very foundation of civilization.

Stronger, More Robust Natural Immunity Thwarts Any Case for “Vaccine Passports”

Editors’ Note:  One striking omission in Joe Biden’s new Covid mandates is he ignored over 160 million people (about half the population) who have already had the virus. Besides the liberty issue, there is simply the medical question: Why vaccinate those with already stronger immunity and risk the side effects? That is the trouble with one size fits all, dictatorial edicts from a chief executive trying to take your eyes off the disaster in Afghanistan.

A growing body of research is making it increasingly clear that natural immunity to Covid-19 owing to previous infection is stronger, more durable, and broader than vaccine-induced immunity. Apart from not being unusual among infectious diseases, this fact has significant implications for governmental, school, employer, and business plans to harass and restrict people who aren’t vaccinated.

For example, on June 4 Stanford Medical School physician and economist Jay Bhattacharya, Harvard Medical School biostatistician and epidemiologist Martin Kulldorff, and University of Oxford theoretical epidemiologist Sunetra Gupta summarized it this way (embedding several studies along the way):

It is now well-established that natural immunity develops upon infection with SARS-CoV-2 in a manner analogous to other coronaviruses. While natural infection may not provide permanent infection-blocking immunity, it offers antidisease immunity against severe disease and death that is likely permanent. Among the millions that have recovered from COVID19, exceedingly few have become sick again.

Most recently, new research out of Israel makes the case that a prior Covid-19 infection offers far superior immunity than do the vaccinations. Gazit et al. (medRxiv preprint, posted Aug. 25, 2021) compared vaccinated people without prior Covid-19 infections with unvaccinated people who had recovered from prior infections. Matching them by infection/vaccination periods to test their “immune activation” time (16,125 people in each group; i.e., 32,250 people), they found the vaccinated were six to 13 times more likely to have breakthrough infections than were naturally immune to have reinfection. Adjusting for comorbidities, they found the vaccinated were 27 times more likely to have symptomatic breakthrough infections than were the naturally immune to have symptomatic reinfection.

Furthermore, there is reason to believe that for the previously infected, vaccination could be detrimental to their immune response. Camara et al. (bioRxiv preprint, posted March 22, 2021) found that “COVID-19 recovered individuals do not seem to benefit from the standard regimen for COVID-19 vaccination.” As they wrote, “On the contrary, in individuals with a pre-existing immunity against SARS-CoV-2, the second vaccine does not only fail to boost humoral immunity but determines a contraction of the spike-specific T cell response.” For the previously infected, then, there is reason to believe that the vaccine poses no benefits, only costs.

George Mason law professor Todd Zywicki had several compelling reasons behind his successful challenge to his university’s vaccine mandate. As seen by the July 21 letter on his behalf from the New Civil Liberties Alliance, Zywicki was previously infected, offered substantial research attesting that immunity to Covid-19 through infection was “at least as robust and long-lasting as that achieved through vaccination,” had evidence to be wary of adverse reactions given his recent bout with shingles, and was also concerned that all of the vaccine trials so far have specifically excluded survivors of prior Covid-19 infections, citing a study in which researchers stated, “we cannot exclude the possibility that the vaccination of a growing number of [individuals] with preexisting immunity to SARS-Cov-2 may trigger unexpectedly intense, albeit very rare, inflammatory and thrombotic reactions in previously immunized and predisposed individuals” (Angeli et al., European Journal of Internal Medicine, June 2021).

It shouldn’t need to be said, except in this bizarre time in which things that “shouldn’t need to be said” are the very things that require clear statement, but such research and discussion is in no way meant to counsel against vaccination, which ought to be a personal decision based on a dispassionate weighing of personal benefits and costs without coercion. Nor is it to argue for deliberately contracting an infection. I have personally witnessed this presentation of facts carom around inside someone’s skull until it comes out bruised and twisted into “Oh sure, go get Covid and die, then you’ll be immune!”

These findings stand in stark contrast to the case for “vaccine passports,” the euphemism for depersoning anyone who hasn’t taken a vaccine against Covid-19. Pres. Joe Biden has talked of banning interstate travel to the unvaccinated. Universities are barely waiting for the tuition checks to clear before imposing vaccination mandates. Hospitals, health care facilities, on down to rehabilitation facilities, are denying critical care services to the unvaccinated, who are also finding themselves in some places at risk of losing access to government services. Governments, schools, hospitals, and some businesses — egged on by politicians, public health popinjays, and media — are threatening the very jobs of the unvaccinated (with those deadlines looming, September could be a bad month for job losses). Even some retailers, restaurants, entertainment venues, and others are denying their services to the unvaccinated.

Again and again, these tyrannical edicts make no allowances for people with natural immunity. Should the people behind them get credit for caring, for trying to further public health? Their defense, after all, is that they’re trying to pressure people to do what’s good for them; e.g., the White House considers vaccine mandates “the right lever at the right time.” How much goodwill shall we ascribe to them amid such pointless, callous behavior? The person turned away at the schoolhouse door, the person denied critical medical care, the person not allowed in your restaurant, the person is forbidden from fleeing to a freer state — that person without a vaccination card could very well carry a stronger immune response against the virus than the card-carrying elite allowed to participate in your Unbrave New World.

Oh, but the response is, unlike with the vaccinated, it’s hard to know who has recovered from previous infection. Right, and that fact undercuts the case for “vaccine passports” as well. Let me explain how.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that only 1 out of every 4.2 actual infections of Covid-19 are reported in the U.S. This estimate makes sense if you consider, for example, one member of a family of four tests positive but the rest in the house feel sick, or also so many mild or asymptomatic infections that wouldn’t prompt a doctor’s visit (those are, incidentally, signs of “a highly functional virus-specific cellular immune response,” per Le Bert et al., Journal of Experimental Medicine, March 1, 2021).

As of this writing, there have been nearly 39,280,000 cases (i.e., reported infections) and nearly 639,000 deaths. Multiply the case count by 4.2 and then subtract out deaths, and that implies there are about 164.3 million people with robust natural immunity. That is nearly half of the population in the U.S. already (332.7 million per U.S. Census Bureau estimates as of this writing).

Without accounting for vaccination, then, roughly half of the U.S. population already has an immunity to Covid-19 that is stronger, more durable, and broader than anything from a vaccine. Only about one-fourth of them, however, would be able to “prove” it with documentation of a reported case.

So yes, it’s “hard to know” who’s already got natural immunity. That uncertainty, however, targets half the country when it comes to denying them common human decency and the mundane privileges of traveling, attending university, receiving medical care, receiving government services, dining out, or even buying groceries.

Such acts are made with the presumption that there is no good reason not to get a vaccine. To be sure, there are several good reasons to choose vaccination, especially if you are among those in vulnerable groups such as the elderly and those with chronic disease. But as Zywicki showed, there are also good, compelling reasons that someone might decide against vaccination.

As Kulldorff and Bhattacharya wrote in The Wall Street Journal on April 6,

The idea that everybody needs to be vaccinated is as scientifically baseless as the idea that nobody does. Covid vaccines are essential for older, high-risk people and their caretakers and advisable for many others. But those whoʼve been infected are already immune. The young are at low risk, and children—for whom no vaccine has been approved anyway—are at far less risk of death than from the flu. If authorities mandate vaccination of those who donʼt need it, the public will start questioning vaccines in general…

Vaccine passports are unjust and discriminatory. Most of those endorsing the idea belongs to the laptop class—privileged professionals who worked safely and comfortably at home during the epidemic. Millions of Americans did essential jobs at their usual workplaces and became immune the hard way. Now they would be forced to risk adverse reactions from a vaccine they donʼt need. Passports would entice young, low-risk professionals, in the West and the developing world, to get the vaccine before older, higher-risk but less affluent members of society. Many unnecessary deaths would result.

The right response in these uncertain times is — as always — the response that protects people’s liberty and respects their autonomy. Fight “vaccination passports” and similar mandates forbidding people from enjoying all the privileges they enjoyed as a matter of course prior to March 2020. Resist the urge to burden your employees, students, patients, and patrons. Even taken on their own merits, these prohibitions amount to nothing more than a coin flip against each and every person turned away. Considered in full, they are cruel, discriminatory, and ultimately self-defeating.

House Republicans Probe EPA Official’s Ties to Chinese-Controlled University

Republican members of a key House committee are demanding that the Environmental Protection Agency provide records related to a political appointee’s continued ties with a university controlled by the Chinese government.

Christopher Frey, the deputy assistant administrator of EPA for science policy who was appointed in early February by President Joe Biden, disclosed in his ethics recusal statement that he had taken an unpaid leave of absence from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, The Daily Caller News Foundation previously reported.

The ex officio chancellor of the university, Carrie Lam, is Beijing’s handpicked bureaucrat to serve as the chief executive of Hong Kong.

The watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust, which first obtained Frey’s recusal statement, said the university is effectively an arm of the Chinese government and that “one can presume from the leave that [Frey] plans to return to his employment with the Chinese government upon completing his tenure at EPA.”

Frey’s continued professional ties with the university raise concern about his ability to fulfill the duties of his office, Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., ranking member of the environment subcommittee of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, wrote in a letter Tuesday to EPA Administrator Michael Regan.

Frey’s office is tasked with conducting research that serves as the basis for EPA decision-making related to safeguarding human health and ecosystems from environmental pollutants.

Norman writes:

Instead of resigning his position with [the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology], he is only taking a leave of absence, indicating Dr. Frey intends to return to work for [the university] after his service in the Biden administration. At a time when the Biden administration is pushing for costly climate change ‘solutions’ that benefit China, it raises questions about why a senior EPA official has such strong ties to China, the world’s largest emitter of greenhouse gases.

Norman’s letter demands that the EPA provide documents to his committee related to Frey’s affiliation with the university and any communications he has had since his appointment with anyone affiliated with it.

The EPA stood by its decision to allow Frey to retain his relationship with the school.

“Consistent with White House policy over several administrations, political appointees (with the exception of Senate-confirmed appointees) are permitted to take a leave of absence from an academic institution during their government tenure, provided that the required recusals are in place to avoid a potential or actual conflict of interest,” EPA spokesman Timothy Carroll previously told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “Dr. Frey has executed the appropriate recusal statement and will continue to follow the guidance of ethics officials.”

Michael Chamberlain, director of Protect the Public’s Trust, applauded the Republican lawmakers for investigating Frey’s ties to China.

“As the members mention, not only is China the world’s largest emitter of greenhouse gases, but dissent and academic freedom are under increasing attack at the very institution with which Frey is affiliated,” Chamberlain said. “In the midst of questions swirling over the Biden family’s financial relationship with China, the EPA’s nonchalant defense of Frey’s ongoing relationship should raise serious red flags in the eyes of the American public.”

The EPA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

VIDEO: Florida Sheriff states, ‘Evil Can Never Be Dead Enough’

Brevard Sheriff Wayne Ivey Releases Dashcam of Deputy-Involved Shooting. Sheriff Ivey states, “Evil Can Never Be Dead Enough.”

Space Coast Daily reports:

SHERIFF IVEY: This suspect is a perfect example of what is wrong with our Criminal Justice System as he is a Registered Career Criminal with 23 felony arrests and 17 misdemeanor arrests for narcotics trafficking, aggravated assault with a weapon, robbery with a firearm, battery on law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and attempted first-degree felony murder.

[ … ]

This career criminal was actually out on bond and on our streets where he could attempt to kill our Deputies and put other lives at risk when he should have been locked safely behind bars a long time ago where he couldn’t victimize another citizen or innocent bystander. Why is a thug with this kind of criminal history even given a bond where he can be out on our streets to harm someone else?

Florida Gov. DeSantis Goes After Biden For Sweeping Vaccine Mandate ‘Not Based On Science’

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate “unconstitutional” and argued it is “not based on science” during a Friday press briefing.

Biden announced Thursday that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration will require private businesses with 100 plus employees to mandate vaccines or test them weekly. The president criticized “elected officials”— particularly DeSantis and Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott— that have banned policies mandating COVID-19 protocols, threatening to “get them out of the way,” according to Newsweek.

“Generally, when you’re taking action that’s unconstitutional, that threatens the jobs of the people in my state, many, many thousands of jobs, I’m standing for them,” the governor said. “We’re going to protect their jobs and against federal overreach. And this is a guy who criticizes the state of Florida for protecting parents’ rights and he says ‘School boards should be able to eliminate parents’ rights and force five-year-old kids to wear masks all day.”‘

“Yet here he comes from Washington, D.C., instituting an unprecedented mandate which even his own people acknowledge in the past is not constitutional, that’s not leadership and I think the problem I have with Joe Biden more than anything, this guy doesn’t take responsibility for anything. He’s always trying to blame other people, blame other states.”

The governor blamed Biden’s policies for the 300% rise in COVID-19 cases from the previous year despite the president’s promises to “shut down the virus” during his campaign. He added that the mandate does not follow science since it does not exempt those with natural immunity.

“Many of these people [COVID patients] have already recovered and they have immunity. The idea that somehow, you’ll have someone that gets a Johnson & Johnson and they can work but someone that’s got natural immunity somehow can’t, that natural immunity is strong,” DeSantis continued. “So it’s not based on science, and you can say, he says he’s ‘losing patience with people.’”

“At the end of the day, we don’t live with a one-person rule in this country, we live in a constitutional system which people’s rights are respected, but particularly in this juncture their livelihoods and their jobs have to be protected. Just think about what this mandate will do, it’s going to drive people out of work, out of hospitals, out of all this stuff where you have a need for people.”

“So it’s totally counterproductive and I think it’ll ultimately lose in court but before that there needs to be action taken to protect the people of our state and hopefully, of the entire United States. Nobody should lose their job based on their decision,” the governor concluded.

Several Republican state attorney generals threatened to take legal action against Biden’s new mandate Thursday, saying they are reviewing all legal protocols of the legislation. A new poll revealed that nearly three-quarters of unvaccinated Americans would prefer to quit their job than receive the shot.

How Much More Are You Going to Take?

This morning I saw the news that our local hospital has shut down its maternity ward, due to multiple healthcare professionals quitting — rather than being forced to get an experimental injection!

They have bills to pay, a family to support — yet they have said: enough! Kudos to these brave, principled people, some of whom have resigned from a position that they have been involved with for decades.

How about the rest of us? At what point do we say that we’re not going to take it any more?

It seems like most citizens will tolerate a loss of their rights and freedoms, if it is done gradually — like slowly turning up the temperature of a pot with a lobster in it.

Most citizens have already looked the other way about innumerable recent liberty extractions:

  • like a state mandating that wind energy must provide 30% of the electricity. What happened to the free market?
  • like the federal government demanding adherence to “climate change” policies. What happened to real Science?
  • like universities forcing “woke” propaganda into the curriculum. What happened to critical thinking?
  • like the Attorney General attempting to block forensic election audits. What happened to election integrity?
  • like governments requiring that certain citizens must get an experimental injection. What happened to our body, our choice?
  • etc., ad nauseam.

When is enough, enough?

Maybe it’s when we realize that there is a pattern here, and that these are not random abuses.

Maybe it’s when we realize that the direction these are taking is towards Communism.

Maybe it’s when we realize that the only power that governments, etc. have, is what we have voluntarily granted them.

Maybe it’s when we realize that by tolerating these abuses, that it’s perceived as compliance and weakness — which invites more injustices.

Maybe it’s when we realize that good people are in the majority — and that working intelligently together, we can defeat these assaults on our rights.

Maybe it’s when we realize that we need to collectively and aggressively push back against these attacks on our freedoms.

Let’s start drawing some lines in the sand.

How about we begin with the unscientific FDA COVID-19 drug approval process involving Remdesivir and Ivermectin?

That issue may sound obscure, but it is that corrupted process —> that then illegally allowed experimental injections —> which led to subsequent mandates, etc., etc.  (For details see these two Reports (here and here),

Plus this powerful video.

Fix the FDA drug approval process, and the rest of the unscientific COVID-19 policies fall like a house of cards!

One way to fix it is to personally sue the FDA individuals whose negligence allowed this debacle to happen.

To pull this off, dedicated volunteers are needed!

(E.g., to coordinate this effort, to send information to social media, to research contact information for sympathetic media, to research contact information for like-minded organizations, to set up a fund-raising campaign, attorneys to prosecute, etc.)

It’s your life and your choice as to when you have had enough. Hope it’s not too late.

VIDEO: Did You Know Israel has a 9/11 Memorial in Honor of America?

Israel created a Memorial to America’s 9/11 attack like no other country on the earth. It is called “9/11 Living Memorial Plaza.” This amazing Memorial is made out the Ground Zero wreckage and the display contains the names of all the 9/11 victims. Not many people are aware of this very important and very unique Memorial and, it is a bit difficult to get to, but well worth the time invested in a non-rushed visit.

Watch former LTC Don Brown, author of: Call Sign Extortion 17: The Shoot-Down of SEAL Team Six, deliver a short but on-point message about the historic and vitally important relationship between Israel and America.

9/11 Living Memorial Plaza

Completed in 2009 for $2 million, it sits on 5 acres of hillside, 20 miles from the center of Jerusalem.

The site solemnly overlooks Jerusalem’s largest cemetery, Har HaMenuchot. The monument is often used for memorial and commemoration services.
The memorial is a 30-foot, bronze American flag that forms the shape of a flame to commemorate the flames of the Twin Towers.

The base of the monument is made of melted steel from the wreckage of the World Trade Center.

And includes this engraving in Hebrew and English:
“This metal remnant was taken from the remains of the Twin Towers, that imploded on September 11th disaster. It was sent over to Israel by the City of New York to be incorporated in this memorial. This metal piece, like the
entire monument, is a manifestation of the special relationship between New York and Jerusalem.”

Surrounding the monument are plaques with the names of the victims of 9/11. It is the only memorial outside the US that includes the names of all who perished in the terrorist attacks including 5 Israeli citizens.

The largest Memorial in Israel with the names of all 9.11 victims was dedicated on November 12, 2009 at the Haarazim Valley, by former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, the US Ambassador and the family members of the victims.

For Gods Sake – STAND UP FOR AMERICA!

On 9/11 I met up with friends, new and old, family and fellow American folk at the courthouse steps in Clearwater for a patriotic flag waving to commemorate 9/11. There was a good size crowd. It was not a pro Trump rally. It was for 9/11. ( It is true that the majority wished Trump was in our White House! )

We came from many groups, old tea party patriots, former military, current military, retired and serving LEO, Oathkeepers, The Proud Boys, The III%ers plus patriots galore and Bikers for Trump. We were all there to remember 9/11 regardless of political affiliations. Surely you would think that Democrats and Republicans could come together over that one event in our history. About 75% to 80% of cars going by waved and hooted their horns but we got a good few middle finger salutes and rude gesticulations. Why?? Ignorance? Hatred? Fear? Hatred of the American flag. ( There were lots of them but there is a train of thought among the woke that those of us holding and revering the Stars and Stripes means we are racist and right wing extremists. ) A combination of all and more? Strange how a lot of cars with northern ‘blue state’ tags ignored or told us we were number 1! Do all northerners and Democrats use the middle finger to tell you that you are number one? Just asking for a friend. As that friend says, “welcome to Florida! Now go home!”

We were also informed by a petty and obviously small minded possibly Democrat minded security guard to not stand on the Court upper pavement. (He was the same one that called police on us at a previous rally held there. Didn’t go anywhere by the way!) I at once loudly and vociferously complained and informed him that the Court house belonged to we, the people and tax payers of Pinellas county and not the county commissioners or their lackeys. His salary was also covered by we, the people as tax payers of this county. I asked him if BLM were protesting would he have moved them? He told me he was just doing his job and I informed him so were the Germans as they led the Jews to their deaths. He walked away muttering but defeated and I stood my ground. A small victory but a victory.

I also met up with Paul Hodgkins, 38, the first January 6th protestor at the Capitol building to be sentenced by a political activist, oath breaking so called Judge. ( District Judge Randolph Moss, a Barrack Hussein Obama appointed judge.) He was about to go surrender himself in at the federal prison in Miami to begin his incredibly unjust 8 month sentence as a political prisoner. His crime? It was horrendous. Wait for it …….He had a Trump flag and was in the Capitol building taking pictures. An obvious domestic terrorist. Lol. No prior criminal record. Not even a parking ticket. No probation for him. Nope! Prison time. ( I have enclosed a link to his story at the bottom of this blog for those who have not followed it. ) I have copied and pasted some of that sorry assed judges words here:

District Judge Randolph Moss called literally waving the flag for Trump an unmistakable sign of loyalty to a single person rather than the country and democracy.

HUH????

“Although Mr. Hodgkins was only one member of a larger mob, he actively and intentionally participated in an event that threatened not only the security of the Capitol but democracy itself,” Moss said. “That is chilling, for many reasons.”

HUH??? Chilling??? What’s chilling here is a politically motivated leftist Judge who rules per his politics and not the constitution. Chills me to the bone Judge Moss.

Anyone agree with his words? I hope not. That Judge is a disgrace and should resign but won’t.

If any of you want to contribute to our political prisoner financially let me know and I will arrange it. I plan on visiting him while he serves his unconstitutional sentence.

After the event my wife and I went to the local mall. I was shocked that you could count on one hand the number of people wearing anything even resembling patriotic clothing. Remember. This is 9/11!!! It was as if that horrendous event had never happened. Everyone was just walking round laughing and joking as if 9/11 had never happened. America. That was wrong of each and every one of them and offensive to me.

America. I fear for our future. I fear for our kids futures. What sort of nation have we become? We just buckle under petty dictatorship and non constitutional decrees and mandates and move around like freaking lemmings or sheep doing as we are told??? Wearing our masks. Social distancing. Closing our businesses down. Allowing forced vaccinations. Shaming fellow citizens. Living in fear.

We are supposed to be Americans. You know – from the land of the free and living in the home of the brave. Start acting like it or lose your country and everything you value.

Looking at all the above? Let me tell you all right now and here. Loud and clear.

Not this American.

I am tired. I will not buckle down to any type of tyrant or non common sense unconstitutional decrees or regulations or anything else of that type. I have lived and travelled and fought for my freedom and nobody is going to break me or force my subjugation to their leftist ideology. I will continue using my first amendment rights, believing in my second amendment rights. I will continue going to church. I will protest abortion. I will not use ‘woke’ speech. I do not care about thin skinned people. I do not care too much about their sensitivities. I do not care to recognize the extreme but common place LGBTQI enforced agenda. Nor the domestic terror group BLMs agenda. I do not like Islam. I do not like socialists. I do not like marxists. I do not like communists. I will not vaccinate. I will not wear a mask. I will not social distance. I will not elbow bump. I will not fist bump. I will always extend my hand for a firm handshake and will always look you in the eyes to get your true measure. If you cannot meet me the same way – screw you. Sorry but there it is. Hmmm… not sorry!

I love America though. It is my home. I love it deeply. With a deep passion. I know where I come from. I know what I have seen. I know what I have lost. I fought and lost. I know what is probably coming. I will not stand idly by and watch it. Not while I have a breath in my old body.

If we do not get up off our collective derrière and begin fighting back against the petty rules and the tyrannical rule of this federal government run by a crook, a traitor, a pervert, a mentally challenged fraud and obvious Satanist who goes by the name of Joe Biden, orchestrated by an evil racist and definitive traitor Hussein Obama and Valerie Jarrett, we will lose our Constitutional Republic for ever. That which goes never returns. Liberties and freedoms being stolen daily will never be given back.

Time is running out for America. What do you want to do? Surrender or fight? Tell me. We will find the right leadership. They are among us. Everywhere. Trained and ready. Just open your eyes. Listen.

We have God and we have right on our side.

Our President. He is LOVED. This is what real leadership looks like.

Donald Trump makes surprise visit to NYPD and FDNY on 20th anniversary of 9/11

“We’re not supposed to say it, but I’ll say it,” Trump said to the New York City police officers and the fire fighters gathered. “We love the Blue!”

By: Mia Cathell, Post Millenial, September 11, 2021:

On the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, former President Donald Trump made a surprise visit to the New York City Police Department and New York City Fire Department, homes of the first responders who risked their lives to save numerous Americans on that fateful day two decades ago.

“We’re not supposed to say it, but I’ll say it,” Trump said to the New York City police officers and the fire fighters gathered. “We love the Blue!”

The crowd erupted into pro-police chants, supporting Trump’s appearance.
Trump had also released a video honoring the Americans who died on 9/11, while slamming President Joe Biden’s mishandling of the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. “This is a very sad day. Sept. 11 represents great sorrow for our country. Many things were displayed that day, including most importantly the bravery of our police, fire and first responders of every kind. The job they did was truly unbelievable. We love them and we thank them,” the former commander-in-chief said in a video message Saturday.
He pivoted, launching into an attack on Biden, who “was made to look like a fool” during the complete withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan last month.
“It is also a sad time for the way our war on those that did such harm to our country ended last week. The loss of 13 great warriors and the many more who were wounded, should never have happened,” Trump said, referring to the 13 US service members who were killed in Kabul on Aug. 26. “We had $85 billion of the finest and most sophisticated military equipment, taken from us without even a shot being fired. The leader of our country was made to look like a fool.”
Trump blasted the Biden administration for implementing “bad planning” and displaying “incredible weakness” during the disastrous withdrawal because the presidency’s leaders “truly didn’t understand what was happening.”
“This is the 20th year of this war, and should have been a year of victory and honor, and strength. Instead, Joe Biden and his inept administration surrendered in defeat. We will live on, but sadly our country will be wounded for a long period of time. We will struggle to recover from the embarrassment this incompetence has caused. Do not fear, however, America will be made great again,” he said.
Trump’s message comes as the Biden administration continues to face intense scrutiny for its foreign policies, including after a bombshell New York Times report released Friday that casted doubt on the White House’s claims, suggesting a drone strike against a suspected terrorist in Afghanistan during the withdrawal from Kabul may have killed a man who was not a threat to the United States.
