President Donald J. Trump attended a roundtable discussion in Smithton, Pennsylvania, focusing on the threat posed by China to U.S. agriculture.
The event, hosted by the conservative nonprofit the Protecting America Initiative, featured President Trump alongside former Congressman Lee Zeldin and former Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell.
The discussion highlighted China’s impact on U.S. agriculture and the broader economy, with President Trump asserting that China poses a significant threat to American farmers.
The roundtable is part of Trump’s ongoing focus on the battleground state of Pennsylvania ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
Unlike his political opponent, President Trump talks about foreign policy, China and American sovereignty.
