Reverend John Stone Shares the Painful Story of the Arizona Family Court System
By Lyle J. Rapacki, Ph.D.
My guest is Arizona resident, the Rev. John Stone who shares the painful story of how the Arizona Family Court system, Child Protective Services, and even the Arizona Attorney General and Governor failed to act with the forceful and slick taking of three minor children away from their custodial dad. Rev. Stone and his wife, Shirley, are the grandparents to the missing children. The story you will hear is one of dozens upon dozens in Arizona, and now in at least 17 other states, where Family Courts legislate (make up rulings) from the bench rather than adhere to written laws. This matter is quite sad and still unfolding. Unfortunately the biological father of the children died in the middle of this travesty.
Arizona State Senator Mark Finchem and Arizona State Representative Rachel Kessel held five joint legislative hearings with testimony and documents presented from parents sharing horrid stories similar to the one you will hear. You may go to my website: arizonatoday.org to view the full legislative hearings. The legislative hearings produced evidence and documents of egregious acts adversely impacting children. Arizona has led the way for other state legislatures to now hold hearings in their states for most similar deeds by their state family court system.
