Founded in 2012 and promoted as the South Carolina TEA Party Coalition (2012-2018) by our great friend and mentor, Executive Director Emeritus Joe Dugan of Myrtle Beach, ROCK THE RED USA saw tremendous growth and influence during the years of the Obama administration and leading up to President Trump’s surprise (but not to us) victory in 2016. As a matter of fact, then-candidate Trump first put his toes into the political waters at our January 2015 convention in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Our vision and our mission is to educate, motivate and activate patriotic Americans across this land who love our country and the principles for which our forefathers fought and died. We all need to be involved in saving our Republic from those who are intent on rewriting our great history, usurping our God-given rights, and systematically dismantling our liberty.
Many Americans are an unwitting captive audience to a powerfully biased media who have convinced them that America was founded with evil intentions and must somehow be transformed into a ‘better society,’ a country that can only be properly managed by a large, centralized government, one that no longer recognizes that we are a Godly nation of free men and women. We know that not to be true!
President Ronald Reagan often said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.” We are at such a critical juncture in our nation’s history today.
It has been said, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” (Margaret Mead) We invite you to join us as we commit ourselves to such a bold task so our children, grandchildren, and their children will know that we did everything we could to Keep America Great.
