REMARKS BY BROOKE ROLLINS PRESIDENT AMERICA FIRST POLICY INSITUTE

The America First movement is everywhere. It’s in our small towns. It’s in our homes. It’s in our hearts and dreams. It’s the stuff of our hopes and the core of our values — and it is the country’s future.

On one extraordinary evening this past week, the America First movement coalesced at the home, and in the presence, of the man who created and catalyzed it: President Donald J. Trump. Joined by champions, thinkers, heroes, and luminaries of the America First movement, the President came to the America First Policy Institute’s first annual gala with a message — and a heart for America’s fight:

“We want our children to be taught to be proud of their history, and to be grateful for our priceless American heritage … We put our trust in God, not government. We believe in sovereignty, not globalism. And we believe in freedom, not socialism.”

Close in the wake of Tuesday’s tremendous election victories, Thursday’s gathering of the America First movement was a resounding note: that the work is already bearing fruit — and also that it has only just begun.
