Over 1,500 American Rabbis Agree: ADL is NOT ‘Competent’ to Combat Anti-Semitism

Over 1,500 rabbis agree that the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is “no longer competent to identify, let alone combat, antisemitism.’”

An ADL spokesperson, describing the new initiative, wrongly claimed that “Anti-Israel activism in and of itself is not antisemitism” and that they would need to “carefully evaluate” student government resolutions supporting BDS, the international Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement that seeks to destroy the State of Israel.

The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement is a Hamas-inspired initiative that aims to use various forms of public protest, economic pressure, and court rulings to advance the Hamas agenda of permanently destroying Israel as a Jewish nation-state. While Hamas pursues this goal in its low-intensity war against Israel by means of terrorism and bloodshed, BDS supplements those efforts in the United States.

In June, the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement slammed Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh for “betraying” Palestinians because he met with the Moroccan Prime Minister. The rage was due to Morocco’s normalization agreement with Israel.

Coalition for Jewish Values (CJV) Southern Regional Vice President Rabbi Moshe B. Parnes rightly states:

“Only someone with no sense of Jewish history could claim that BDS is not antisemitic.”

On May 31, I wrote an extensive article about the ADL and its “Brief History on Antisemitism,” which focuses on Christians, while completely avoiding the ongoing jihad against Israel. Even some churches today, as well as the World Council of Churches, ruled by globalist doctrine and liberation theology, sympathize with the Palestinian resistance against Israel. They buy into the lie that the Palestinians are the victims while Israel, struggling for its survival since 1948, is the “oppressor.” See the Kairos Palestine document, which drives this agenda, HERE.

Those with common sense and a minimum knowledge of history should be questioning the willful blindness and the agenda of the ADL.

Coalition for Jewish Values (CJV) took renewed aim at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) today, after the ADL announced a partnership with Hillel International, the Jewish college organization, to document antisemitism on American campuses. While such an effort is noble and worthwhile, the ADL, CJV points out, demonstrated that it lacks the moral clarity to properly identify antisemitism, let alone combat it. An ADL spokesperson, describing the new initiative, wrongly claimed that “Anti-Israel activism in and of itself is not antisemitism” and that they would need to “carefully evaluate” student government resolutions supporting BDS, the international Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement that seeks to destroy the State of Israel.

“Only someone with no sense of Jewish history could claim that BDS is not antisemitic,” said CJV Southern Regional Vice President Rabbi Moshe B. Parnes. “The first Nazi edict was a boycott of Jewish businesses; economic warfare directed against the Jewish people was then and has always been one of the first signs of systemic Jew-hatred. Combating antisemitism in all its forms defined the ADL’s mission throughout its long and storied history, and it is crucial that it return to its core goals.”

For millennia, antisemitism has been driven by fabricated conspiracy theories regarding Jewish supremacists acquiring wealth by means of thievery and fraud. In the modern era, the same fictional beliefs are applied to the State of Israel. BDS arose from and is perpetuated by the same concocted claims expressed as land theft, apartheid, ethnic cleansing and similar terms, providing a prime example of ancient antisemitism in new dress….

The destruction of the United States is all a nefarious plot to aid Israel, you see. On July 3, Omar Baloch, whose YouTube channel describes him as “the Scholar in Residence for Al Furqaan Foundation,” a Chicago-based organization dedicated to spreading Islam in the United States, published a video entitled “San Francisco Goes into Chaos, Shoplifting & Shariah Law.” In it, Baloch advances the novel idea that the Left’s ever-escalating efforts to sow division and racial hatred in American society are all designed to advance, you guessed it, Israeli interests. Yes, he’s crazy. But people believe him, too.

According to the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI)’s partial transcription of Baloch’s words, he said: “It [the elite] creates racism. It creates local hatred. [It seeks to] break down the society, break down America, to the point that all the Jews will want to leave and go to Israel. And that is only one of the agendas, of course. They have to bring down this country, to get all the Jews to go to Israel, and in the meantime, cause chaos in America. That is the agenda of the elite. The agenda of the elite is to leave no group trusting another group. It is so unfortunate, because we, as Muslims, could be the harbingers that see through this facade.”

Baloch deserves credit for recognizing that there are indeed forces that want to “break down the society, break down America,” at a time when all too many people dismiss out of hand the possibility that such forces could exist. But Baloch claims that all this “chaos in America” is the work of Zionists, trying to “get all the Jews to go to Israel.”

Apparently Baloch wants us to think that all the recent anti-Semitic violence around the country was ultimately the responsibility of Zionists. So he would have his followers (21,600 of them on YouTube) believe that when a Muslim mob screaming “Allahu akbar” attacked a Jewish man in midtown Manhattan, they were acting at the behest of Zionists, in order to bring about the very result – the emigration of Jews to Israel – that had them so enraged. Baloch wants us to think that in another incident in Manhattan, when Palestinians threatened violence and screamed anti-Semitic slurs at Jews, they were sent by people from the very group they were threatening and screaming at. One threw a mini-firebomb – you just never know what those dastardly Zionists are going to do next. And when pro-jihad protesters stormed a restaurant and spat on Jewish patrons, while one of the thugs threw a bottle, it was all in the service of getting Jews to go to Israel. When a Muslim, Waseem Awawdeh, was arrested for viciously beating a Jew in Times Square, he really was hoping that more Jews would move to Israel, where they have been so graciously welcomed by Palestinian Arabs.

Globalist socialist internationalists want to destroy borders and nation-states, and continue and even increase mass migration into the West. The existence of Israel as a distinct nation of a particular people is therefore anathema to them.

Black Lives Matter Founder Calls For ‘The End’ Of Israel

Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors called for the “end” of Israel at a 2015 panel hosted a Harvard Law School.

Unearthed by The National Pulse, the clip comes from a panel entitled “Globalizing Ferguson: Racialized Policing and International Resistance” hosted by the prestigious law school’s Human Rights Program.

Cullors, who recently announced her resignation from the Black Lives Matter (BLM) Global Network Foundation, explicitly called for “the end” of Israel at the event:

“Palestine is our generation’s South Africa, and if we don’t step up boldly and courageously to end the imperialist project that’s called Israel, we’re doomed.”

“We could have a whole conversation about the settlements that we witnessed and the stories of murder and death at the hands of Israelis and Zionists,” she adds before describing Palestinian solidarity as “crucial” to the BLM movement.

Cullors, who had recently returned from a “historic trip to Palestine” at the time of the panel, recounted her travels in the speech:

“Nothing would have prepared me for the ways in which we witness people’s terror. People live in terror on a daily basis, and nothing would have prepared me for how much clarity I would have on why we have to be a part of Palestinian solidarity.”…
