The confusion arose when the remains of two women, charred beyond recognition, were mistaken for a single body.

The remains of a woman believed to have been abducted by the Hamas terror group on October 7 were found in the interred grave of another woman after a piece of her jewelry was discovered weeks later.

The tragedy of Shani Gabay, a victim of the horrific terrorist attack by Hamas on October 7, unfolded in a sequence of painful revelations and errors. Gabay was among the attendees at the Supernova rave when Hamas terrorists stormed in, unleashing a massacre that claimed over 350 lives at the scene and approximately 1,200 across southern Israel. Gabay was later thought to have been abducted to Gaza along with more than 240 others.

As rockets rained down, 25-year-old Gabay, who had recently graduated Tel Aviv University’s school of law, pulled over in her car near Kibbutz Alumim, close to the festival site, seeking refuge in a field shelter. Unknown to her, the terrorists were already attacking the partygoers. Despite being shot, Gabay managed to flee the shelter, finding temporary safety in an ambulance with other survivors. However, their respite was short-lived as the ambulance was targeted by a rocket-propelled grenade, resulting in the death of all occupants.

For weeks, the Gabay family lived under the harrowing impression that Shani had been kidnapped and was being held captive in Gaza because authorities were unable to locate any trace of her. This belief persisted until a chance discovery of her charred necklace shaped like a half-moon, buried in the debris of the Supernova festival, changed everything.

“We concluded that Shani was missing, there was no sign of life from her, and as the days passed and she wasn’t found among the bodies, we began to believe that she had been kidnapped,” Shani’s brother Aviel, told the Ynet news site. “We became involved in the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, we held meetings in Israel and around the world… we believed that Shani was taken hostage and wondered what she was going through in captivity.”

Her necklace, which was unearthed on the 47th day of her assumed captivity, bore a high concentration of Gabay’s DNA, a clue that finally led to the unraveling of her fate. The police, upon examining the necklace further, also found a lower concentration of another woman’s DNA. This led to the exhumation of the other woman’s grave, where a CT scan revealed two skulls. “A dentist then examined the two skulls and clearly identified teeth belonging to Shani,” Aviel explained.

The authorities “admitted they had made a big mistake and that they had buried Shani on the first week of the war together with another young woman,” Aviel Gabay revealed. The confusion arose when the remains of the two women, found together in the burned-out ambulance and charred beyond recognition, were mistaken for a single body.

Shani Gabay was finally laid to rest just days before what would have been her 26th birthday in a ceremony attended by mourners in the northern Israeli town of Yokne’am.

Human Rights Watch complains that Facebook is taking down posts in support of Hamas.

The Senate’s Censor-in-Chief who spent years howling that Facebook wasn’t censoring enough speech is attacking Facebook for censoring speech.

Hamas speech.

Senator Elizabeth Warren dispatched a letter whining that Facebook is suppressing “Palestinian voices”. The letter was endorsed by, among others, the Adalah Justice Project, American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), Americans for Justice in Palestine Action (AJP Action), Fight for the Future and, MPower Change.

Taher Herzallah, the Outreach and Grassroots Organizing Director for AMP, was recently caught on video, stating that Jews were the enemy.

“Anybody who has any relationship or any support or identifies himself as a Jewish person or as a Christian Zionist then we shall not be their friend, I will tell you they are enemy number one and our community needs to recognize that.”

After genocidal pro-terror campus mobs, university presidents suddenly rediscovered their love of free speech. So did media outlets and a variety of leftist groups, including Human Rights Watch, have also joined in, claiming that Facebook is censoring the pro-terror side.

Human Rights Watch complains that Facebook prohibits “organizations or individuals that proclaim a violent mission or are engaged in violence [from having] a presence on Meta” and “’praise’ and ‘substantive support’ of groups or individuals from Meta’s platforms. These are vague and broad terms that can include expression that is protected under international human rights law. In its scope and application, the DOI policy effectively bans the endorsement of many major Palestinian political movements and quells the discussion of current hostilities.”

Which groups is Human Rights Watch referring to?

Facebook uses “sweeping bans on vague categories of speech, such as ‘praise’ and “support’ of “dangerous organizations,” which it relies heavily on the United States government’s designated lists of terrorist organizations to define. The US list includes political movements that have armed wings, such as Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. The ways in which Meta enforces this policy effectively bans many posts that endorse major Palestinian political movements and quells the discussion around Israel and Palestine;”

So Hamas.

Human Rights Watch complains that Facebook is taking down posts in support of Hamas.

Not that it comes right out and says it. Neither does Sen. Warren. Instead they dance around what they actually mean, pretending that the issue is censorship of “mere mentions of Hamas”, but eventually the truth will out. And this is the real agenda.

The good news is that the Left still believes in free speech. The bad news is that the only free speech it believes in is praising Hamas.

“I don’t feel like I’ve left the label; it’s just more that it’s left me.”

An interesting line with a lot of history to it from Sen. Jon Fetterman on dumping the “progressive” label he used to use.

“I don’t feel like I’ve left the label; it’s just more that it’s left me.”

President Reagan would often quip, “I didn’t leave the Democratic party, the Democratic Party left me.” Similar lines have been used by everyone from Bill Maher, “It’s not me who’s changed, it is the left” to Elon Musk.

It’s hard to say exactly what’s going on with Fetterman after his medical issues, but a dividing line seems to have been the Left’s support for Hamas, but he’s also embraced a species of economic populism, fighting against land sales to China, and Japan’s takeover of U.S. Steel.

While Fetterman had never been a foreign policy guy, he did explicitly break with the far left on Israel during his campaign.

“I would also respectfully say that I’m not really a progressive in that sense,” he added. “Our campaign is based on core Democratic values and principles, and always has been, and there is no daylight between myself and these kinds of unwavering commitments to Israel’s security.”

Still, Fetterman said he was “eager to affirm” his positions on the record, lest there be any uncertainty among supporters of Israel who have similar questions. “I want to go out of my way to make sure that it’s absolutely clear,” he told JI, “that the views that I hold in no way go along the lines of some of the more fringe or extreme wings of our party.”

The Left did not take that seriously and assumed he was just pandering. Now they’re finding out that he really meant it.

So this did not come out of nowhere. And it’s not just about Israel.

He has also publicly encouraged Democrats in recent days to engage in border negotiations with Republicans, talks that have outraged progressives who object to efforts to clamp down on migration through the United States border with Mexico.

“I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have a secured border,” Mr. Fetterman said in the interview, conducted over Zoom. “I would never put Dreamers in harm’s way, or support any kind of cruelty or mass expulsion of hundreds of thousands of people. But it’s a reasonable conversation to talk about the border.”

Now this may be a canny rebranding.

A moderate Democrat who emphasizes economic populism, border security and steers clear of crazier leftist stuff, has much better odds of holding on to a Pennsylvania Senate seat.

Fetterman would never have taken office if Republicans hadn’t run a Turkish Muslim leftist trainwreck like Mehmet Oz who appealed to no one except Oprah viewers (and they mostly vote Democrat anyway). Next time, Republicans may actually find a candidate that people might actually vote for. But next time around is a long time away and Fetterman doesn’t need to be picking fights with the Left.

The short version seems to be that he may be a leftist, but he’s an old-school leftist who actually doesn’t much like the Left.

The media castigates him for associating with Bernie Sanders, but Bernie was actually an old-school leftist who used to be against identity politics, culture wars and open borders. Under pressure, he jettisoned all of his views and became a generic woke. (At which point most people lost interest in him. Eventually so did the Left.)

Fetterman has pushed back against the pressure. Unlike Bernie, he refuses to be intimidated by people screaming at him.

Despite the headline, he hasn’t left the Left, but he’s not interested in the progressive label which tends to signify upper class wokeness.

The Pennsylvania senator said he still aligns with many progressive goals, including a $15 minimum wage, universal health care, legalizing marijuana and abolishing the Senate filibuster.

But he said he no longer relates to the overarching label of “progressive” — especially as the left has become more interested in demanding what he described as “purity tests.”

“It’s just a place where I’m not,” he said. “I don’t feel like I’ve left the label; it’s just more that it’s left me.

“I’m not critical if someone is a progressive,” he added. “I believe different things.”

Fetterman is currently for fracking, and also for lots of social welfare. That is old-school leftism. It’s also fairly popular.

There’s a whole lot more support for social welfare than there is for culture wars, drag queens and Islamic terrorism. Not to mention radical environmentalism.

The old progressives used to argue (not even all that long ago) that they should run on a straight class warfare platform while shedding all the other garbage. This used to be the main argument for a Bernie Sanders campaign. Except that garbage is hard to shed. Just ask Bernie.

Fetterman is shedding a lot of the garbage. This doesn’t make him an ex-leftist or a friend to conservatives, but it makes him something worse: a serious threat to the Left as it currently is.

Hopefully, naivety will be a casualty of the Hamas War.  Children in a playground can be naïve – but our world is no playground.

The Oxford Learner’s Dictionary defines “naïve” as “lacking knowledge, experience of life, or good judgment, and willing to believe that people always tell you the truth”. To this, I, a son of a Holocaust survivor, would add “willing to believe that people are good”. Every morning, after reading the newspaper, I am reminded that this is a world of Good versus Evil, and people who don’t understand that are naïve.

And so, after the Shoah, naivety should have died. Or maybe it just faded a bit and has revived itself,

Even some Israelis, surrounded by enemies who want them all dead and don’t hesitate to say so, in their charters or in their media or in their universities, have caught this virus of naivety.

What else can you say about a government and a security apparatus that, in the face of all this, was content with “quiet” or “mowing the grass”.

What else can one say about the folks who turned over Gaza to the genocidal Palestinian haters, or who thought the Oslo Process was a good faith policy of Yassr Arafat.

What else can one say about people who thought, after the Second Intifada, that Good will inevitably win out over Evil.

As the Washington Post noted: “For more than a decade, when analysts described the strategy utilized by Israel against Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip, they’ve used a metaphor: With their displays of overwhelming military strength, Israeli forces were ‘mowing the grass.’”

Efaim Inbar and Eitan Shamir wrote in a 2014 article for the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies: “Against an implacable, well-entrenched, nonstate enemy like the Hamas, Israel simply needs to ‘mow the grass’ once in a while to degrade enemy capabilities. A war of attrition against Hamas is probably Israel’s fate for the long term,”

Hopefully, this virus of naivety will be another casualty of the Hamas War. It might be fine for children in a playground to be somewhat naive – but our world is no playground.

When one pays regard to the over-reliance of Israel on an America under Biden, our eyes should have been opened: America now tolerates and even supports the anti-Israel types glorified by its media – such as Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, AOC, Bernie Sanders and the Black Caucus.

“We (the Palestinians) will win because of two reasons. Because of your stupid democracy and because of our wombs.” – Arab Israeli politician and lawyer Taleb a-Sanaa.

We cannot solely rely, for our policies, on polls but we cannot ignore them either.

We shouldn’t ignore the following:

A new poll has shown that half of registered American voters aged between 18 and 24 support Hamas more than Israel in the Gaza war. However more than four in five voters overall in all age groups support Israel. The Harvard CAPS/Harris poll found just 19 percent of US voters think the long-term solution is for Israel to “be ended and given to Hamas and the Palestinians”, but that figure rose to 51 percent among those aged 18 to 24, and 31 percent for those between 25 and 34 years old.

Does this mean that young people will grow out of their naïve beliefs or is this a bad omen for the future as these younger Americans assume positions of influence and governance?

Another wartime opinion poll among Palestinian Arabs published by AP News shows a rise in support for Hamas, which appears to have ticked up even in the devastated Gaza Strip. This poll shows an overwhelming rejection of Western-backed Mahmoud Abbas, with nearly 90% saying he must resign.

The findings by a Palestinian Arab pollster signal more difficulties ahead for the naïve Biden administration postwar vision for Gaza, which thinks that the Palestinian Authority (which is a main part of the problem) can somehow be part of a solution that sees it replacing Hamas in Gaza. Does anyone who understands reality and is not naive think that this would advance prospects for peace?

Another poll was conducted by the Arab World for Research and Development, a research organization based in the so-called ‘West Bank’, carried out after the Oct. 7 attacks and following Israel’s military invasion of Gaza.

To the question, “How much do you support the military operation carried out by the Palestinian resistance led by Hamas on October 7th?” 59.3 per cent supported it strongly, with another 15.7 per cent of people supporting it somewhat — a combined total of 75 per cent backing the slaughter of men, women and children.

The Oct. 7 attacks are widely attributed to Hamas, but more specifically, it is likely that it was Hamas’s military wing, the Qassam Brigades, that carried out the raid.

And how do Palestinian Arabs view the Qassam Brigades? The poll found that 79.1 per cent of Gazans had a positive view of the organization and, in the /West Bank/, that grew to 95.4 per cent. As for Hamas, almost 60 per cent of Gazans had a positive view of it, with that number rocketing to 87.7 per cent in the /West Bank/.

Islamic Jihad, a terrorist organization, is supported by 71.9 per cent of Gazans and over 90 per cent of people in the West Bank. And the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades is viewed positively by almost 70 per cent of Gazans and over 80 per cent of West Bank respondents.

Regarding the naïve two-state solution, we must note that having a population of one of those states that supports the destruction of the other and that educates its young to commit genocide might be an impediment.

Palestinian Arabs are themselves not optimistic about peace. When asked if “your conviction in the possibility” of achieving peace with Israel or coexistence between Palestinian Arabs and Israel had increased or decreased, almost 90 per cent said it had decreased in both cases.

When asked why the United States and the West support Israel, answers included: the Israeli lobby (91.5 per cent); hatred of Muslims and Islam (89.5 per cent); and political and economic interests in the region (96.3 per cent).

And the number of Palestinian Arabs who feel pride after Oct. 7 sits at 94.3 per cent.

Do we believe these polls, or does believing anything said by the Palestinian Arabs, constitute a form of naivety? If the Palestinian Arabs see some international resolve against them, especially from Arab states and their mentors in Europe, might we expect to see a new understanding that the Palestinian Arabs don’t tell the truth about very much and it is naive to think otherwise.

Right now the Palestinians have little support from other Arab states who don’t want to admit any into their countries. Most of their support comes from western nations, who, together with their international organizations, lie about their support for Israel.

In the Middle East there is the “narrative” and then there is the “truth”. As we noted, those who lack knowledge, experience of life, or good judgment, and are willing to believe that people always tell you the truth and are mostly good, is the essence of naivety; Such ideological confusion must be overcome, sooner rather than later.

We Christian conservatives with the knowledge and prerequisites of a sound mind and an indestructible faith are watching a global chaos unfold, created indirectly by the weak do nothing installed President of the United States.

This puppet President, who won his position by fraud and deception is under the control of another Communist whose actions would imply he is intentionally trying to collapse our constitutional republic. Remember we are NOT a democracy. Reference: James Madison’s Federalist Papers No 10.

So we might ask ourselves has Satan taken dominion over the earth ? The events that are playing out globally and within our own borders would give us a moment to think that Satan is at the helm.

It’s a good question right and here is my opinion.

I am totally confident there is only one supreme Lord that is in control of this world, and other worlds. it’s God.

He gave us believers the responsibility of dominion as per the Old Testament starting with Adam and Eve. But we sure fell flat during that critical part of our history and so it began. But God is patient with us.

God created us to be his vice-regents and we believers are the vice kings and trusted representatives of God’s rule here on earth.

Jesus decimated Satan’s plans 2000 years ago after he sacrificed his life to save us from that hot furnace called hell. So relax, Jesus still has full authority in heaven and here on earth.

So in my opinion and as per the New Testament the Lord God and his son are still running things here on earth even amidst the chaos of nations rising up against nations, and with the embedded deep state criminal corruption in our state and federal government.

Christ is seated at the right hand of God allowing people to freely make decisions good and bad. The good Lord has already crushed Satan and thus the events unfolding now must happen to fulfill scriptures. Go with the flow and don’t stress.

The power and the authority of Satan is very limited and Satan is definitely subordinate to the authority of Christ. Christ is running the show but not everyone is on board.

Millions of people are giving allegiance to Satan, they are constructing idols to this dark evil menace in state capitals and other places. But don’t forget Satans powers are severely restricted, limited and temporal.

Our Founding Fathers did their part in 1776 and prepared us for this unfolding nightmare of evil corrupt Communists in our republic but if you remain vigilant and faithful all that is bad now will be soon be corrected in November 2024. Stay faithful as a believer.

The earthquakes will continue, the wars will continue and the pestilence and plagues will continue. Evil people will continue to support executing pre-born babies in the womb, planes will still keep crashing and our economy will continue to suffer from the relentless incompetent Marxist government interference.

But— Just keep believing stay the course and everything will be just fine.

In the wake of an astonishing poll released last week revealing that roughly 20% percent of mail-in voters admitted to committing fraud in the 2020 election, deep concerns over election integrity continue to ripple across the country as the 2024 election approaches. Experts say that the passage of state legislation aimed at upholding the integrity of elections in Georgia and Texas in recent years should be replicated in other states.

In 2021, Georgia enacted legislation that, among other provisions, required government-issued ID to vote and tightened restrictions on mail-in ballots. The bill received immense pushback from the Left and the mainstream media, who slammed it as “Jim Crow 2.0” due to the view that it would discourage minorities from voting. However, election turnout in Georgia in the 2022 midterms proved to be an all-time record, and 0% of polled black voters reported a “poor” experience.

That same year, Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) signed into law legislation that created uniform statewide voting hours, prohibited drive-through voting, authorized poll watchers, and tightened mail-in ballot regulations, among other provisions.

On Monday, Texas State Senator Bryan Hughes (R) joined “Washington Watch” to discuss how his state’s election integrity bill can be a model for other states to follow.

“We have to have elections where people can know the results and accept the results and move forward if our system is going to work,” he emphasized. “… [O]ur mantra is, ‘Easy to vote, hard to cheat.’ … We found that mail-in ballots can [have] the greatest potential for fraud — that was the case in Georgia and many states. And so we’ve cracked down on these ballot harvesters who are paid by political campaigns, and they go to the homes of vulnerable voters, mislead them, get their signatures, sometimes forge their signatures, and [are] paid by a campaign under the guise of helping the voters. … Now in Texas, we [also] have [a] 24-hour live stream of whenever those ballots are being counted, wherever they are.”

Hughes continued, “[In] many states … signature verification processes … were being shortcutted. … We also implemented voter ID for those mail-in ballots … [so] we can verify to make sure it was you, the voter, who requested that ballot and make sure you, the voter, are the one who cast that ballot — simple commonsense reforms like that. [F]or in-person voting, [we also] expanded the hours [to make] it easier for folks to vote. And one more thing we found was happening [at] polling places, we had these vote harvesters being paid by campaigns [to] come up alongside vulnerable voters — maybe first-time voters [or those] with limited English proficiency … They [would] come alongside these voters and say, ‘Oh, let me help you.’ … But then it’s a voter assistant who’s doing the voting and not the voter. We’re cracking down on that. If folks need help, they’re going to get help. But we cannot have paid political operatives in the voting booth influencing voters.”

Hughes concluded by encouraging voters across the nation to push their state lawmakers to enact laws that streamline in-person voting and to put proper safeguards in place to govern mail-in ballots.

“Mail-in ballots [are] an important tool for folks who are disabled [or] who are going to be out of the country,” he noted. “But as you know, states are pushing for universal mail-in ballots. … That is a recipe for fraud [and] for elections that we cannot trust. So we want to make the in-person voting process as smooth and easy and secure as we can. And for those folks who need to vote by mail, that’s important. Make sure we have those checks in place [by] making sure it’s the voter requesting the ballot, the voter casting the ballot, [and] mak[ing] sure we’re matching up those signatures and keep[ing] those paid political operatives out of the process. Our elections are not for sale. [We] want to keep it that way.”

Four Governor appointed Communist Supreme Court Democrats in Colorado Unconstitutionally removed former President Donald J. Trump from the 2024 GOP primary ballot in Colorado on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023—a date that will live in infamy.

Communists run Colorado and this decision won’t hurt Trumps electoral college knock out blow to Biden in November 2024, Biden will probably still win the state, but this action in Colorado must be challenged because it’s Un-American and unconstitutional.

This is the same Marxist play by plays utilized in Communist countries like Venezuela, Hong Kong and now socialist controlled Brazil.

Brazil’s former president Jair Bolsonaro has endured the same political election interference when Marxist electoral judges banned him from running for office for eight years.

They falsely accused him of abusing his powers by also challenging last year’s Brazilian election. Welcome to a world where conservatives are viciously persecuted for opposing opinions.

This unconstitutional decision in Colorado will obviously go to the U.S. Supreme Court where upon Trumps constitutional rights to run for office will be restored. My opinion.

Don’t be surprised if the communists controlling California try the same stunt but in my humble opinion they are waiting on the U.S. Supreme Court decision before playing their Marxist hand.

I expect the do nothing Republican controlled congress will no doubt threaten to remove Biden from the ballot it states like Florida and maybe Texas for allowing the invasion of our Republic by criminal Illegal Aliens.

But remember, Republicans are good at running their mouths and then offer zero action to back up what they say.

I once asked my grandchildren, “What were the first Christmas gifts?” And one of them showed she was on the right track….up to a point. The answer she gave was, “The first Christmas gifts were given by the wise men, and they gave to the Baby Jesus, ‘Gold, Frankenstein, and myrrh.’”  Out of the mouth of babes.

A group of wise men from the east (likely Iran and Iraq, using today’s geography) were respected scholars, astronomers, scientists, and advisors. They came to worship a king born in the west, and they brought with them gifts fitting for a king: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. And thus was born the tradition of giving Christmas gifts.

And Christians have been giving gifts ever since. Even many others have joined in the festivities, without necessarily understanding the essential message.

It’s estimated that last year, Americans spent $920 billion on Christmas gifts. The best month of the year for retail is generally December because of the birth of Christ, whether people knowingly worship Him or not.

As Dr. D. James Kennedy, my long-time pastor, once quipped that the merchants should all  gather together on December 26th, hold hands, and sing together, “What a Friend We Have in Jesus.”

But, of course, the truly important Christmas gift is not one you can find under the tree or in the stocking. It’s the One found in the manger.

Jesus is the first real Christmas gift and the most important one.

Who was Jesus? We Christians hold that He was divine and human. We believe He was foretold 750 years before His birth by Isaiah the Hebrew prophet: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called

Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

S. Lewis, the long-time Oxford and Cambridge scholar, who is often touted as the greatest Christian writer of the 20th century, once remarked on the incarnation—the belief that God became a man in Jesus and was born, ultimately so that He might pay for our sins on the cross.

Lewis observed: “The central miracle asserted by Christians is the Incarnation….In the Christian story God descends and re-ascends. He comes down; down from the heights of absolute being into time and space, down into humanity; further still, if embryologists are right, to recapitulate in the womb ancient and pre-human phases of life; down to the very roots and seabed of Nature He has created. But He goes down to come up again and bring the whole ruined world up with Him.”

Jesus is the gift that keeps on giving. For example, the late Mother Teresa worked for decades helping the poorest of the poor in India. She said: “Today God has sent us into the world as he sent Jesus, to show God’s love to the world. And we must sacrifice to show that love, just as Jesus made the greatest sacrifice of all.”

Many years ago, the pastor of First Baptist Church of Los Angeles was Dr. James Allen Francis. Back in the 1920s, he wrote a beautiful passage called, “One Solitary Life.” (Note: Different variations of this short essay have shown up in slightly different variations, often attributed to “Anonymous.”)

Said Francis: “He was born in an obscure village, the child of a peasant woman. He grew up in another village, where he worked in a carpenter shop until He was thirty. Then for three years, He was an itinerant preacher. He never wrote a book. He never held an office. He never had a family or owned a home. He didn’t go to college. He never visited a big city. He never traveled two hundred miles from the place He was born. He did none of the things that usually accompany greatness. He had no credentials but Himself.

“He was only 33 when the tide of public opinion turned against Him. His friends ran away. One of them denied Him. He was turned over to His enemies and went through the mockery of a trial. He was nailed to a cross between two thieves.

“While He was dying, His executioners gambled for His garments, the only property He had on earth. When He was dead, He was laid in a borrowed grave through the pity of a friend. [Twenty] centuries have come and gone, and today He is the central figure of the human race.

“All of the armies that ever marched, all of the navies that ever sailed, all of the parliaments that ever sat,, all of the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man on this earth as much as that one solitary life.”

The difficulties of the presidents of major American universities—Harvard, MIT, and UPenn—to denounce anti-Semitism is both appalling and a symptom of the larger ideological upheaval in the United States between traditional liberalism and progressivism. The consequence of the increasing strength of progressivism is the loss of the country’s ability to meet the challenges that it once possessed. The most important of these waning abilities is how to confront and defeat with great power enemies. Thus, the progressive movement is regressive by its very nature.

Like a dementia patient in gradual decline, the U.S. is regressing, gradually becoming enfeebled and infantilized, losing its knowledge, memory, coherence, and the ability, desire, and willingness to meet challenges. This is due in part to the ageing of the Baby Boomers (1946-1964) and Generation X (1965-1980) who possessed the direct experience of fight against the Soviet Union and its allies in the Cold War. People matter, as does their historical experiences and knowledge. As those fade, the nuts and bolts of American civil society and identity are lost.

But a more significant cause is the rise of progressivism and its deliberate consequence—the decline of political liberalism in the U.S. The advance of progressivism evinced in the shameful testimony of the university presidents entails the diminishment, rejection, or replacement of U.S. history, political ideology and culture, and the regressive transformation of political ideology, culture, and institutions. The U.S. population and leadership either willingly forget or are forced to forget. As a result, Americans are becoming disorientated and detached from America’s liberal foundations and institutions. They do so voluntarily if they are progressives.  If they do so with considerable resignation, they are political liberals, and people compelled to go with the progressive flow.

The forced memory loss is part of the “Great Forgetting” of the knowledge, behavior, culture, skills, practices, and abilities that led to victory in America’s wars, allowed the country to overcome economic difficulties to become the world’s greatest economic engine, the world’s leader in science and technology, possess peerless universities and professional schools, and a standard of living unmatched. American society provided untold benefits to its citizens and to the Free World. The “Great Forgetting” is intentional, not an accident or an artifact of history. Progressivism is destroying America’s memory so that they may advance their revolutionary agenda, while disarming Americans who know or would come to know their country’s history and who would be able to thwart them.

The pillars of that success, political liberalism, a willingness to forego personal gain for the good of the country, adaptiveness, creativity—what used to be termed “Yankee ingenuity”—and meritocracy, are eroding. With this, and by design, comes profound loss, including the willingness to speak openly and freely about the country’s problems, coherence, and direction.

What is needed is the equivalent of a patriotic Donepezil to stop this forced memory loss, and to do so today. The Trump Administration’s 1776 Commission and similar steps in states around the country, such as in Florida, are good steps forward. But what is needed above all is documentation to make the memory of older Americans vivid to their audiences and able to be preserved in perpetuity. Historians have documented through personal interviews the difficulties and success of America’s Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo space program, wars like World War II, Korea, and Vietnam, and the Civil Rights movements. A similar effort needs to be made to document liberal political principles and Cold War experiences of typical Americans that could explain to younger generations the pride in their country Americans possessed. This would include what they were taught by their grandparents, parents, by their churches and synagogues, in civil organizations like the Boy and Girl Scouts, and in sports the JFK administration’s Physical Fitness Program. It would include expressions of how they thought of America as a country, its values and ideology, why they considered the Soviet Union the enemy, and how they considered older generations of Americans. Additionally, it would include the problems they faced and why young Americans possessed the courage to confront them.

Second, this effort should be broadened to include U.S. allies’ conception of America that would explain to Americans who are Millennials (Generation Y, 1981-1996), Generation Z (1997-2012), and Generation Alpha (2012-) why the United States was admired, why it inspired millions around the world, why so many people sought to study or immigrate to America, and why it was the subject of considerable critique during the Vietnam War and in the decades after.

Palestinian Arab Rep. a member of secret Palestinian American Congress Facebook group where praise for Hamas was posted after Oct. 7.

Palestinian Arab American Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-Mi) is a member of a secret Facebook group that glorified the Hamas terrorist organization following the massacre of over 1,200 Israelis on October 7, Fox News reported.

According to the report, Tlaib is a member of the Palestinian American Congress group on Facebook, a group that is hidden from non-members. The group was founded by Maher Abdel-Qader, an activist with ties to Tlaib and other left-wing politicians in the US who has a history of antisemitic social media posts, including Holocaust denial.

One post on the group’s page on October 12, five days after the massacre, read: “We don’t want to throw you in the sea…we want you to ride it back from where you came.” The post included a photograph of an elderly woman kidnapped by Hamas with one of her captors.

Another post from October 19 extolled the “achievements” of Hamas in killing IDF soldiers and wounding of Israeli civilians.

On October 10, one member wrote: “Yesterday I didn’t see Hamas I saw the grand kids (sic) of the refugees that ethnically cleansed from their homeland attacking the grand kids (sic) of the colonists whom sent them to diaspora.”

Tlaib has been a member of the group for six years and posted to it in 2018 during her first election campaign.

The courageous South Sudanese freedom fighter Simon Deng and a group of his countrymen are in Tel Aviv to show their solidarity with the Israeli people in their hour of need.

Simon Deng explained: “Their pain is our pain. As a friend, I have to be there when they need me. It was important to me to show solidarity as an African, especially now after the October 7 attacks, and as opposed to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and the South African Communist leader Julius Malema, who have called Israel an apartheid state. Malema has organized hundreds of thousands of Africans to denounce Israel for it is alleged practice of apartheid. To me, this is an insult to the Africans who were victims of genuine apartheid. We wanted to show Israelis that when they hear those voices of denunciation, there are also voices on their side.”

Simon also said: “In 1969, when southern Sudan needed defense against jihadis, when 1,500,000 southern Sudanese were slaughtered by Muslims in the name of apartheid and enslavement, only Israel came to our aid. So as a victim of Islamization and enslavement myself, I couldn’t stand by and say nothing. When people are kidnapped and brutalized by people screaming ‘Allahu akbar,’ I know what that means. And so that is the purpose of our mission in Israel: to stand with the Israelis in this time of crisis.”

Along the way, as you can see, some Israelis joined them. The whole world should join them.

These past 2 years flew by and I’ll be glad to be back in Florida permanently soon with my conservative Trump supporting promiteda Karina.

Today we were at the Jumbo supermarket here in Bogotá Colombia and look what we found in the candy section “Skittles.”

Now I have been eating Skittles since I was 5 weeks old. My mom would crush them into delicious crumbs and mix them with her breast milk in a blender. I grew up on Skittles.

But did you know the communist dictators in the California legislature have banned Skittles because they said they are dangerous lol. The nanny state is led by that hypocrite loser Gavin Newsom.

Well after 61 years of eating Skittles I am still going strong lol still no after affects other than my intense dislike for the Communists in California destroying this once free and prosperous state.

My beautiful Venezuelan fiancée Karina and I will be in the USA by January but first here is a photo of a packet of Skittles. Banned in California.

My cousin in a Nevada has offered to ship Skittles to the kids that won’t them lol in California.

Remember these same Marxists banned flat screen TVs in the Golden State plus they just banned gasoline powered lawn mower edgers and power washers starting next month.

Anyway Karina has made me promise her that we will never, ever, ever live in California or New York State.

She said had enough of that same “communist crap” when she was in Venezuela.

I swore to her on stack of Victoria Secret Catalogs that we will never ever live in either of those two communist ran states.

Steube Demands Answers on Why VA Helped Provide Healthcare to Illegal Immigrants

The effects of the border crisis are impacting Americans from all walks of life, including our veterans. Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) recently spearheaded a letter to Secretary of Veterans Affairs Denis McDonough demanding answers to allegations the VA was processing medical claims for illegal immigrants, which he called “an absurdity.”

Fox News described how migrants in need of medical care at the border are typically treated on-site. However, if more advanced medical aid is needed, the VA’s Financial Service Center (FSC), through a long-standing agreement with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), will process reimbursements for private healthcare providers. Such an arrangement has been occurring in some shape since 2002, though the VA clarified the FSC does not provide healthcare or pay for it.

Nevertheless, this only adds fuel to the fire of frustrated veterans, who have expressed concerns about the VA’s ability to provide for those who served.

As a result, Rep. Steube’s letter said “We are disturbed that American veterans may receive diminished services from the VA due to the Biden Administration’s reckless unwillingness to secure the border,” referencing the record-breaking numbers of illegal crossings that have occurred since President Biden took office.

Additionally, Rep. Steube blasted the VA as having “fallen short” in fulfilling its purpose, and “for far too long,” providing an additional example of backlogs for disability claims, which have tripled since the Trump Administration.

Thus the letter posed four questions for Secretary McDonough: How many claims has the VA-FSC filed on ICE’s behalf since January 2021? Are they processed ahead of any others? How many hours do FSC employees spend on these claims? And finally, are there any other services the VA is providing for illegal immigrants?

In his press release, Steube said, “It is our duty to provide veterans with quality care, but the VA has been a total failure for so many of our veterans. Many veterans fight with the VA for years to get help. Some never receive it. That’s why you can imagine how much of an absurdity it is for our veterans to learn that the VA has been involved in processing medical claims for illegal immigrants. The VA should be 100% focused on those who served our country honorably – not illegal immigrants who break our nation’s laws.

Birthright Israel announced that it would resume its free, 10-day educational trips to Israel in January after suspending them amid the ongoing war with Hamas.

Around 350 participants, students and young adults primarily from the United States, are expected to travel to Israel beginning the week of January 5, 2024, the organization said in a statement.

The 350 participants are a small fraction of the 23,000 Birthright had planned to send to Israel this year. Still, the resumption of the programs is a powerful symbol of a potential return to normalcy for Israel, which has been in war mode since Hamas’ attack on Oct. 7. Even as Israeli leaders say they are unwilling to put an end date on their military operations in Gaza, universities are gearing up to reopen Dec. 31 and on Monday, the government raised limits on gathering sizes, citing reduced concerns about rocket attacks.

The decision to resume Birthright trips was made after “careful consideration and conversations” with the group’s local partners in Israel, the group’s statement said, and will “operate under strict safety and security standards” set by the Israel Defense Forces’ Homefront Command.

Birthright CEO Gidi Mark said that while the trips will continue to prioritize the organization’s goals of “positive Jewish identity building,” they will also incorporate a focus on the Hamas attack and its impact on Israeli society and Jewish communities around the world.

“Everything is different post-Oct. 7 from an educational perspective. The people of Israel are different and the young adults arriving to Israel are different,” Mark told JTA. “We are preparing the educational teams to deal with broad discussions and an open dialogue. We believe that participants will come to explore and learn about what happened and what is occurring now, and also share about the reality back home and the rise of antisemitism.”

Travel to and from Israel has been limited to Israeli carriers since Oct. 7, and the war has taken a steep toll on tourism.

Last month, Birthright announced the launch of volunteer programs in Israel after it canceled its regular scheduled trips for December amid security concerns. More than 3,300 of its alumni had applied to volunteer in kibbutzes and other Israeli communities “to harvest crops in the absence of the thousands of foreign field workers,” the organization said in a statement at the time.

Even with the resumption of its regular programs, the two-week volunteer trips – which are exclusively for Birthright alumni – would continue in tandem, Mark told JTA.

“Naturally, alumni of January classic trips will be able to extend their stay in Israel, for an additional two-week volunteering experience,” he added.

Birthright Israel has brought some 850,000 young Jewish adults to Israel on a free tour of Israel since its launch in 1999. The organization had previously canceled trips only once before, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Facing financial woes, it has scaled in the years since.

LGBTQ activist Kendall Stephens, who identifies as a transgender woman and has worked with members of Pennsylvania’s Democratic Party, was charged with the rape of a minor, according to court documents filed Monday in the Philadelphia Municipal Court.

Stephens, 37, was arrested by the Philadelphia Police Department and appeared before a judge on Monday, according to the documents. The department charged Stephens with one count of rape forcible compulsion, unlawful sexual contact with a minor and indecent assault of a person under 13, among other charges.

The attorney general’s office acknowledged to the Daily Caller News Foundation that it had accepted charges presented by the Philadelphia police department.

“Philadelphia police filed charges – Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office referred the charges to the Office of Attorney General, and we have accepted the referral,” a spokesperson said. “We are deferring requests for the charging documents to the court repository.”

The judge ordered that Stephens’ bail be set at $250,000 and a preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 29, according to court documents.

Stephens became an LGBTQ activist in 2020 after being assaulted at home in 2020, according to CBS News. Stephens later spoke at a press conference held by District Attorney Larry Krasner in 2021 ahead of the International Transgender Day of Visibility, according to ABC6 News, a local media outlet.

Several months later, Stephens was asked to speak on behalf of the LGBTQ community in an endorsement ceremony of Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro and Lt. Gov. Austin Davis in March 2022. Stephens was also reportedly invited by Democratic Sen. Bob Casey to speak “about the horrors facing the LGBTQIA+ community” in October 2022, according to a post from Stephens’ Instagram account.

Stephens also spoke at a rally for the “Fairness Act” in April, which adds sexual orientation and gender identity as a protected class against discrimination, according to Patriot-News, a local media outlet.

Stephens, Casey, Krasner and Shapiro did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

My beloved America the Beautiful is experiencing that exact plague today that was brought to us by Soviet Fascism.

The ideas are not flying on air by wind—the people are implementing the ideas, and disseminating them. History proves it.  As soon as Adolf Hitler came to power to provide the Third Reich thousand years of life, the Reich was spreading the Fascist ideology across the world. Europe was the first victim. Do you remember ‎Austrian Anschluss in 1938? That was only the beginning and America didn’t escape the policy. German teachers marched to America to share their Fascist ideology. The institution of student’s exchange had been created. Hitler’s right-hand Joseph Goebbels determined the manners and methods of the teaching: “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”

Neither President FDR, nor President of Harvard University had opposed it and brainwashing of America has begun: American students in Germany and Americans by German students in America. All of that has ended up in WWII and millions death.

Alas, history loves to repeat itself. Twenty years later, another dictator, Joseph Stalin, a former partner of Adolf Hitler, borrowed Hitler’s policy. The Russian agitators marched to Europe and America carrying Stalin’s ideology of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism. Stalin had the same agenda, like Hitler, to spread his ideology around the globe to have One World Socialist Government under Russia’s rule. He understood that to defeat capitalism he needed masses of people and he helped Chinese Communists to create a Chinese Communist State in the 1940th. The entire structure of the Russian Intelligence Apparatus had been repeated in China’s government. Since then, the ideology of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet Fascism, has been exercised by both countries, though under different names: Soviet Socialism in Russia and Communism in China. They are intimately connected by the umbilical cord of the Stalinist design.

Seventy years later the COP is puzzled in the vicious circle of ignorance, talking about Marxism, as the American enemy #1for decades. They won’t come out of this vicious circle of incompetence, until understanding that Marxism is dead, it has never been materialized by any government in practice. We are dealing with Stalinist Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet Fascism, writing and warning America and the world about it. Under the name of Soviet Socialism, Stalin and his devoted disciples have been fooling and deceiving the world and the U.S.A, for the last hundred years. Stalin was preaching Marxism, to defraud people, but implemented his Soviet Socialism in Russia and across the globe. As a matter of fact, the fraudulent ideology of Soviet Socialism can’t exist without the force of punitive agencies to sustain the agenda. That is the reason I was introducing to America the actual force: KGB’s Mafia/Army—the Evil Doer for the last forty-two years.

The vicious circle of ignorance has done even more harm to the American mind, it diverted attention from the actual culprit—the KGB’s Mafia/Army. Look at the current debate within the COP, they are unable to connect simple things in front of them, because they don’t know the KGB’s Mafia/ Army. Sean Hannity repeated a hundred times the foreign countries that had bribed Biden’s White House: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, China and Romania. He just doesn’t know that all former Soviet satellites and former Soviet Republics are still under the power of the KGB. Stalin had designed it that way—no foreign transaction can escape the KGB’s supervision—the carrier of the plague. Without knowledge of Russia and its counterintelligence Apparatus we will never defeat the Democrats infiltrated by that Apparatus and using the Russian policy of disinformation…

The same supervision of the KGB we have in the sport. Enes Kanter Freedom, from Turkey feels it deeply, standing respectfully and singing the anthem. Like me with Russia, he has a personal experience with Turkey, he ran away from.  Turkey has been playing the double-game since the 20th century, it became obvious under Recep Tayyip Erdoğan-President of Turkey, the friend of Vladimir Putin.  Look for the carrier of the plague around Colin Rand Kaepernick, an American civil rights activist and football quarterback, and you can find a lot of bad actors around him in our midst. There are thousands of them. Sean O’Brien, the President of teamsters. would know who killed Jimmy Hoffer and has known what a candidate the teamsters should support in the 2024 election by reading my columns.

There are not many knowledgeable individuals either in the COP or Dems leadership or American social media, let alone the shameful presentations of three presidents of the IVY Leagues Universities missing the enormous danger of anti-Semitism. As a result, the American people stay ignorant and have no idea of the KGB’s Mafi/Army—an Evil Doer, the carrier of the plague that has been committing War Crimes against Humanity for the last hundred years. I’ve been warning about the terrorist state of Russia spreading its fraudulent ideology across the globe, marrying Islam with Communist ideology and using Jihad to fight Western civilization. Finally, the Russian KGB’s Mafia/Army penetrated the White House and the Putin/Biden collusion continued to fight against the Republican party and the American political system, the game of ploys in America, which was started by the Dems party decades ago. Read my columns about how the KGB has killed a Truman’s Party turning it over to Socialism.

I couldn’t break through the wall of mistrust for years. Perhaps, the word Mafia didn’t click in the American mind as a politically organized crime. In addition to that the FBI has submitted my name to the FISA Court and the Court made me a Foreign Agent in 2002, with consequent sabotaging of my writings. Can you imagine my feeling, when I heard Sammy the Bull, Gravano, former mobster, who analyzed the Bidens family, speaking with Jesse Walters on Fox News, Prime Time, November 30, 2023? Sammy Gravano is an American former mobster who became underboss of the famous Gambino crime family/Mafia. Sammy spoke pretty well in complete agreement with my opinion—Biden’s team is a Mafia. The weaponized FBI  

The weaponized FBI is playing a special role in the Biden government, it has been weaponized exactly the way Stalin weaponized the KGB in the 1930th. The FBI is not only dysfunctional against the Hunter lab-tab, it is also very well-functioning against the Truth, defending Biden. New details about Derek Chauvin’s attack by Ramond “Mundo” Mendoza author of Mexican Mafia Encyclopedia was speaking with Jesse Walters, Prime Time, 12/4/2023. He insisted that a Mexican Mafia-attacker of Derec Chauvin was the FBI’s mole. I believe him, but the entire predicament is a more complicated case. First, there is no Mexican Mafia and Mexican Cartels, those are Russian Mafia and Russian Cartels. They had been established by Stalin in 1950-60th. Second, the pundit’s discussion on dictators is laughable. If the people don’t know Stalin’s era of the 20th century and his dictatorship, they have no idea of the real dictators in the 21st century. Their incompetents allow the Russian KGB’s Mafia/Army—the Evil Doer to harm America and the world with impunity in the 21st century. They don’t understand that Biden’s team have implemented Soviet Socialism in America colluding and coordinating with Russia on the Southern border against the American political system. Third, don’t be surprised by student’s pro-Hamas protests in American Colleges and Universities. It is a product of long-term Russian policy towards the Middle East, in America, desired to stay in the dark behind the scene, acting through its proxies on the Middle East. Soviet Fascism is quite a manipulating ideology: but the agenda is the old one: to fight American capitalism and drive America from the area. We are not aware of that, because both the FBI and CIA are not able to identify the foreign agents freely acting against America on our soil–both don’t know Russia and its counterintelligence Apparatus—as a result Soros destroys us for thirty years.  Ramond “Mundo” Mendoza, author of Mexican Mafia Encyclopedia insisted that a Mexican Mafia-attacker of Derec Chauvin in prison was the FBI’s mole. I believe it is true, but there is no Mexican Mafia, but the Russian one, which is another connection of Biden’s team with Russia. Moreover, the FBI’s connection with Russia is making our national security doomed…

There are many features of Soviet Socialism I have identified in Biden’s America and writing about them. The main actor of the achievements is the Russian KGB’s Mafia/Army. The FBI targeting Catholics as possible terrorists has completed the list of common identities with Soviet Russia. Though all Soviet people had been under government censorship, the minorities were targeted for their religions as well. Stalin had planned to deport all Jews from the European part of the country to Siberia or the Far East. My family had been targeted to remove us from Leningrad. Stalin’s death saved us in 1953. Extremism depends on political ignorance and we have it in our Colleges and Universities: 10% of students fighting for Palestinian cause think that Yasser Arafat was the first Israeli Prime Minister. Fascism is a very manipulating ideology, it’s dangerous for all people and especially for people loving freedom. Fascism in conjunction with Soviet Socialist modus operandi has become a sophisticated form of a veil, allowing Soviet Fascism committing War Crimes and staying incognito. Nobody talks about Soviet Fascism, the Russian terrorist state and War Crimes of a global assault on Western civilization by them for centuries. I hope the war in Israel will bring some light to the truth. Hamas is the Russian proxy, like Iran and other members of the new “Axis of Evil” under the Russian umbrella, I’ve been writing for forty-two years. Let me give you some paragraphs to grasp that.

Failed AMERICAN Intelligence

As a former Soviet attorney, I know the other half. Do you know that Russia’s Intel recruited Arafat in 1957? The infiltration to the Middle East by Russia’s Intel began then. Do you know that Arafat’s lieutenant Abbas is running a Palestinian State today? Those are the patterns of the Soviet/Russian infiltration to the Middle East to create their proxies in the 1950-1970s. All of that has been managed by the KGB’s Mafia/Army—an Evil Doer. Their espionage is flourishing in Europe and America as well. If Russia was alone spreading Socialism/Communism in the 20th century, we are dealing now with a tandem of Russia and China. It is not Marxism now coming from China, but Stalinist Soviet Fascism…

We are at the Putin/Biden global war against Western civilization and American Capitalism. Biden’s don’t, don’t, don’t is not a deterrence to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, but a demonstration of weakness. There was no deterrence and Putin occupied Crimea in 2014. The Israel-Hamas war also will be a test for Biden/Democrats. His team knows that Syria is Russia’s proxy: they won’t show the force. They know that all terrorist’s movements including ISIS, bin-Laden and others was supervised by Russia. Biden’s team is Controlled Opposition and will operate from weakness with no adequate response to attacks on the American personnel of the military bases in Syria and Iraq. They were discussing Biden’s government run by the Radical Left. I was amazed, watching three of the most intelligent men in America, talking about Marxism today. Stunning by listening to them, I was still waiting for the truth. Alas, they didn’t know the truth, they didn’t know Stalinism and his ideology of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism. None of them has mentioned Russia and Globalist Putin at all. They diverted people’s attention from the actual culprit—the Russian KGB’s Mafia/Army—the Evil Doer, described by me for the last forty-two years… I have to give France a token for the truth.

A Trump-appointed federal judge has temporarily halted removal proceedings for the Confederate memorial at Arlington National Cemetery that began Monday, the Associated Press reported.

Defend Arlington filed a lawsuit in a federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, on Sunday for a temporary restraining order, the AP reported. Work had already begun to remove the bronze elements of the memorial in accordance with recommendations in the Congressionally-mandated Naming Commission’s final report to scrub Department of Defense (DOD) assets of any symbolism that could be seen to honor the Confederacy.

A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, according to the AP. The memorial has not been dismantled.

“Safety fencing was installed around the Memorial yesterday, Dec. 17 and the deliberate deconstruction process is currently underway,” cemetery spokesperson Rebecca Wardwell told the Daily Caller News Foundation earlier on Monday.

The Army previously said it anticipated the removal process to take place over four days.

Defend Arlington sued the Army and the Department of Defense (DOD) in a district court in February to halt the removal. The district judge dismissed the case on Dec. 12.

The cemetery claims removing the memorial is required by Congress and that doing so will comply with environmental regulations and leave the 400 Confederate graves encircling the monument undisturbed, according to the AP. However, Defend Arlington’s lawsuit argues the Army unlawfully bypassed certain regulations.

“The removal will desecrate, damage, and likely destroy the Memorial longstanding at ANC as a grave marker and impede the Memorial’s eligibility for listing on the National Register of Historic Places,” the lawsuit states, according to the AP.

A Department of Defense spokesperson referred the DCNF to Arlington National Cemetery. The cemetery did not immediately respond to a renewed request for comment.

U.S. District Judge Rossie Alston, who issued the restraining order, said the parties should be prepared to discuss Defend Arlington’s prior, dismissed case at the court date, saying it could affect his decision whether or not to extend the stay beyond Wednesday, the AP reported.

Alston wrote that he “takes very seriously the representations of officers of the Court and should the representations in this case be untrue or exaggerated the Court may take appropriate sanctions,” AP reported.

The new lawsuit differs from the previous one in that the plaintiffs now have concrete evidence the removal efforts are disturbing the graves, David McCallister, a spokesperson for the advocacy group Save Southern Heritage Florida, told the AP.

“The Memorial represents a symbol of reconciliation aimed at healing a country divided during a brutal sectional war and reconstruction,” Defend Arlington wrote in the prior lawsuit.

Congress created the Naming Commission in 2021, which was tasked with identifying and removing names, bases and other DOD assets honoring the Confederate States of America. The final report recommended removing the bronze upper and leaving the granite base intact to avoid disturbing graves.

“The elaborately designed monument offers a nostalgic, mythologized vision of the Confederacy, including highly sanitized depictions of slavery,” Arlington National Cemetery’s web page reads.

Since October 7, all over Europe, the number of antisemitic incidents has skyrocketed. Far from being ashamed of the atrocities committed on that day by their fellow Muslims, the support for Hamas among Muslims in Europe, as in the West Bank, continues to rise precipitously. The latest attempt to terrify Jews took place in Paris, where a knife-wielding intruder threatened to rape, mutilate, and kill the director of a Jewish daycare center for children under the age of two.

Police in France have launched an investigation after a man armed with a knife entered a Jewish daycare center in a Paris suburb where he threatened its female director with rape and mutilation, citing the Oct. 7 Hamas pogrom in southern Israel as inspiration.

“You’re a Jew, you’re a Zionist. Five of us are going to rape you, cut you up like they did in Gaza,” the unidentified intruder told the terrified director, whose name was given in French media outlets as Delphine.

The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon at “Les Mini Kids,” a daycare center in the Paris suburb of Val-de-Marne. Wielding a knife with a six-inch blade, the intruder entered the center with his face uncovered, heading for the director’s office. After making his threats, he fled the scene and remains at large….

Uttering his threats of rape and murder, the assailant did not even bother to wear a mask, apparently unconcerned that the police would be able to identify and find him, possibly even believing the director of the nursery would be too petrified to report him.

Interviewed by broadcaster Europe 1, Delphine said that the encounter had left her in a state of profound shock, and that the center would be closed until further notice.

“I’m afraid,” she said. “I can’t tell myself that I’m going to reopen a nursery where I welcome babies, parents. We’re going to see psychologists, to see how it evolves and that this trauma does not end in depression, or even more.

That intrusion by the terrorist, could not have lasted more than a few minutes, but in addition to the psychological damage for the Jewish owner of the preschool, it has also had economic consequences for the school and its director. She has had to close down the nursery “until further notice” because of her worries both about her own safety and that of the under-two-year-old children she takes care of. And she is not alone in her fears; some parents have apparently decided not to send their children back to the school when it reopens, resulting in a significant economic loss for the Jewish director of the nursery, Delphine.

She added that “for now, parents do not want to come back at all; there are some who want to remove the children from the nursery altogether.”…

Antisemitic acts have risen precipitously in France since the Oct. 7 atrocities and the subsequent bombing and invasion of Gaza by Israeli forces….

Many Muslims in France, as elsewhere, including the West Bank, have been inspired, rather than horrified, by the Hamas atrocities carried out on October 7 — the babies beheaded, the children burned alive, the torture, rape, and murder of girls, the women whose breasts were sliced off, the men whose genitalia were cut off, the children murdered in front of their parents, the parents murdered in front of their children. And no shame was expressed by any Muslims in France about any of this, save for the lone example of the Franco-Moroccan writer Tahar Ben Jelloun, who for his expression of horror at Hamas’ atrocities was roundly condemned by a whole slew of Moroccan writers who apparently did not think that, if taken in “context,” those attacks did not merit criticism. Indeed, across the Arab world there was almost no public criticism of Hamas for what took place on October 7.

“It creates a stressful situation, but French Jews want to hold their heads high,” Kaminski remarked.

But can French Jews “hold their heads high” in a country where more than 10% of the country’s population is Muslim, and — more frightening still — 40% of the children under the age of 4 are Muslim? The signs are not good. French Jews. if males, have stopped wearing kippahs in public, or if females, no longer have Stars of David on their necklaces, to avoid being assaulted. They have started to place mezuzahs on the inside of door frames, rather than outside, for the same reasons. The French state has not cracked down on those who, in public protests, shout their desire to eliminate the Jewish state and replace it, “from the river to the sea,” by a twenty-third Arab state, and who call for the annihilation not just of Israelis, but of “the Jews.”

No one among the current crop of French officials dares to mention that antisemitism is an essential part of Islam, nor that for the sake of the survival of both French Jews and the indigenous French, there needs to be a total ban on any further Muslim immigration. The next French parliamentary election is in 2024, and the next presidential election in 2027. Let us hope that the National Rally and Reconquête parties win overwhelmingly in 2024, to put a halt to Macron’s appeasement of Muslims in both his domestic and foreign policies, and that in 2027, either Marine Le Pen, or Eric Zemmour, carries the day, and an immigration policy based on a clear understanding of Islam’s anti-Infidel hatred and violence will finally put an end to the Muslim invasion — for that is what it is — of France.

Commercials that claim to relate to the youth invariably include a woman in a hijab as a progressive marker alongside a purple haired they/them, an ascetic activist type in a t-shirt and random minorities laughing together while having lattes on a college campus.

Every generation in the last 60 years has grown up with less of a sense of who it is than the previous one. The intangible sense of being an American that once came from boundless frontiers, a work ethic, a sense of fair play and meritocracy was replaced by cultural programming distributed by daily newspapers, big publishing houses and movie theaters, then television networks and colleges, and finally a massive chaotic stream of social media sewage.

American identity used to be so strong because it was internal and acquired through hard work and the character shaping experiences of life in a country with many possibilities, but it became performative for those members of newer generations with diminishing frontiers who acquired theirs from following a script written for them by the entertainment industry and radical academics. Rather than learning who they were, they copied who they thought they should be.

Social media combined with academic theories that reduced all identities to a construct unleashed a generation of mutants who mimeographed behaviors on social media. Identity became a game. And identity could be gamed for maximum advantage. Socially astute and emotionally unstable teens spread social media diseases like transgenderism or facial tics

Politics became just another cultural identity that could be cosplayed at will. Some social media influencers played far-leftists and then fascists, putting on and taking off costumes, swapping t-shirts with different slogans, Antifa shirts giving way to farm dresses and then hijabs.

On Sunday, they’re wearing pink hats, on Monday, they’re attending alt-right art shows, on Tuesday, they have their fists in the air for BLM, and on Wednesday they’re waving ‘Palestinian’ flags. “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” segueways to “From the River to the Sea.” They rarely understand any of the causes they embrace, but politics to them is just a fashion show.

It’s hard to blame the mutants. They grew up on social media where the old high school cliques are about international politics, massive lifestyle changes or castrations and mastectomies. The outfits and the posturing are about getting attention, finding a group, and a lucrative side hustle.

Social media and academia turned millions of people into living viruses whose emotional needs drive them to find weaknesses in our existing systems and ways of living. Teenage girls who might have gone goth and flirted, but not too seriously, with suicide in a previous generation announce that they’re boys and encourage impressionable younger girls to join them.

People die and have their lives ruined, but teenage fads always did that. They rarely disrupted society on this scale, and the teenagers usually moved on and grew up. But that was when there was something to grow up to and a sane world waiting out there for them. In the age of corporate affinity groups and workplace DEI, the intellectual chaos of teenage and college years extends into their adult jobs. And social media continues to incentivize the same behaviors.

The adult world with its fixed truths and serious responsibilities is less present than ever. Rather than imposing the reality that so many had expected, dismissing campus antics with, “just wait till they grow up and get jobs”, that world is a reflection of the same cultural chaos and instability. What is truth, morality, love, family, right and wrong, or even a woman, are up for grabs. And social media has become the battlefield for the endless debates about every element of reality.

The essence of ‘mutantness’ is that change has become its own identity. Radicalism exists for the sake of radicalism. The culture war was always about making leftist politics into the source of identity, but much as in Weimar Germany, this didn’t lead to dominance, just instability. What does perpetual rebellion turn into when there is nothing to rebel against? A broken society eventually slides into communism or fascism just so someone will finally end the chaos.

The ideal recruits for totalitarians are believers who can latch onto any mass movement at the drop of a dime because they desperately need something to believe in to fill the hole within. The leftist culture war has left behind generations of cultural orphans, robbed of faith, family and country, who veer between causes and identities, changing politics, religions and genders with total ease because they want to believe, yet they were born without anything to believe in.

Academic theories have taught them to see everything from the outside, not the inside. Gender, race and sexuality are mere constructs. So they become genderfluid and invent minority roots. Politics is all-consuming, but also meaningless, so they scream for the ‘current thing’. They’ve been robbed of the ability to feel so they go to extremes to try and briefly feel something.

They act out political and gender roles from the outside: they imitate because they have been made incapable of experiencing. With no identity of their own, they’re all ‘Obamas’, trained to see the culture from the outside, fitting in by sending cultural signals, gaining social clout by manipulating people on social media, and yet remaining cold and unfeeling inside.

You might say that a generation raised on social media is a generation of Obamas.

Leftist culture warfare and extremism has created a culture that no one can fit into except by mimicry and running along to keep pace with its latest shifts. The pop culture of last year is this year’s hate crime. Yesterday’s virtue is today’s vice. The best way to adapt is to just shout along. And that is how you end up with mobs chanting in support of Hamas. You could just as easily get them to rally in support of burning witches or killing all the children because most of the participants don’t understand the cause and have learned to internalize a barrage of memes and first-person emoting without feeling the reality of the cause or grasping the consequences.

Nothing is real to them except their own internal unreality and the emotional pain they feel.

Mutants are too busy running away to want to think about what they’re running to. Today’s cause will get tiring soon. It will require too much commitment and then grow stale. They will have to look at themselves in the mirror and see that they are the same people they were yesterday. And then they will find a new cause to champion and a new disguise to wear.

Today they’re transgender, tomorrow they’re Muslims. And the day after tomorrow? Maybe they’ll be Nazis. There are so many possibilities, so many shades of eyeshadow they can put on while listening to lo-fi beats derived from 1920s music: a new reinvention is just waiting for them.

This one, the next current thing, will surely work and make them feel like they matter.

The first casualty of a culture war is the culture. People who derive their identity from the culture, become mutants, changing all the time, zombies, shambling soullessly along, or grab a piece of the culture to recruit their own mutant and zombie armies to gain power.

Or they unplug from a culture gone mad and reach for the truths of their own character.

Know thyself, an old dead white man once said. That is still the only bulwark against mass cultural programming and a society gone mad. We are entering a world of knowers and mutants, those who know what they believe and those who will believe anything. Those who do and those will do anything so they never have to look themselves in the eye.

The business of a healthy society is expecting each man and woman to know themselves. Those who believe in nothing, can become anything, but those who know themselves, can become who they are and fulfill their potential. Mutants can’t change the world,  only destroy it. To change the world, a man or woman has to first deal with their greatest enemy: themselves.

The mutants are willing to do anything to avoid being themselves. They will disfigure themselves, tear down our society, or kill millions so they never have to know themselves.
