Communist Senator Ed Markey from Massachusetts, and Communist Congressman Jamie Raskin of Maryland, both bottom feeding tax and spend Democrats are using their positional authority to try and block the constitutional rights of American citizens to form militias.

They are using tax payer funded time to introduce the unconstitutional “Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act”

This Marxist legislation would prohibit publicly patrolling (1st Amendment protected activity)

It would prevent “Meeting to drill” (A 1st Amendment protected activity)

It will prevent engaging in harmful or deadly paramilitary activities. Hmm, an interesting inclusion by these Marxists.

Well, history shows that “Law abiding militia groups” have never participated in such deadly activities. Only the weaponized federal government is guilty of such actions.

These two Communist lawmakers want to legislate the banning of interfering with or interrupting government proceedings (This is 1st Amendment protected) free speech.

They want to ban interfering with someone else exercising their constitutional rights (militia groups have NEVER interfered with other peoples constitutional rights they protect them)!

These two communist legislators want to ban militias from falsely assuming the role of law enforcement (Militia groups have never assumed this role)

and these two Communists want to ban “training to engage in such behavior.” Militia groups train to protect citizens not play police officer.

Communist Senator Markey also said in a statement.

“Private paramilitary actors, such as the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, pose a serious threat to democracy and the rule of law,”

Let’s be clear ladies and gentlemen the United States is not a democracy, we are a constitutional republic. Ref: James Madison’s Federalist Paper #10.

Communist Venezuela is a democracy and they implemented the same sort of legislation when Hugo Chavez was fraudulently elected President of Venezuela. Then he disarmed the Venezuelan people and implemented a communist dictatorship. Such is the goal of the leadership of the Communist Democrat party.

The Communist Senator Markey also went on to say, quote.

“We must create new prohibitions on their unauthorized activities that interfere with the exercise of people’s constitutional rights. The forces of bigotry, hatred, and violent extremism must be stopped for the sake of our democracy.”

What this Communist bottom feeding cockroach Senator Markey is actually saying is that he wants to shut down the 1st amendment God given rights of Americans to petition their government and or remove it if it becomes a tyrannical dictatorship as authorized in the U.S. constitution.

The past Communist government infiltration in the Congress and White House led to new unconstitutional federal gun laws like the banning of rifles, (renamed assault weapons by the low IQ communist democrats)

Other unconstitutional gun laws were also implemented while criminally armed FBI stormtroopers raided and destroyed constitutionally protected compounds such as Waco and Ruby Ridge resulting in the murder of U.S. citizens.

Ladies and gentlemen don’t forget “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State.” is a God given right ranked number 2 right below the 1st Amendment.

From the American Revolutionary War right up to today a militia are groups of able-bodied law abiding Americans; men and women willing to protect their towns, colonies, parishes and states from all enemies foreign and domestic including a tyrannical government.

These two Communist legislators would be classified as domestic constitutional enemies by our Founding Fathers.

There are not too many conservative constitutionally sound members of congress left to block this proposed legislation but with that said, we have an election on the horizon and patriotic conservative independent, Republican and even blue collar democrats voters who will soon return Donald Trump to the White House.

I have no doubt Trump will release all of Biden’s J6 political prisoners except those incarcerated for violence against police officers and veto any sort of unconstitutional legislation like this proposal from Communist Senator Ed Markey from Massachusetts, and Communist Congressman Jamie Raskin of Maryland.

The grievances against the weaponized federal government, including the FBI and DOJ have continued to grow since the 1990s and it will continue until justice is restored in our republic and the Communist Democrats political opponents in the conservative base are no longer targeted by (the soon to be removed) Biden / Obama Marxist government.
