Republicans Charge Biden With ‘Intentional Destruction’ of the United States of America

(RepublicanPartyNews) – I think it’s pretty safe to say, at this point, Joe Biden is the worst president this country has ever seen. Given that the ranks for such a title include names like Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama, this is a major accomplishment, albeit one that no normal, sane individual would be happy to have bestowed upon them.

There are a number of things that make Biden’s term so egregiously bad. The fact that gas prices are so high you nearly have to sell off a kidney on the black market just to get work everyday is a good starting point. Then, of course, there’s the 9 percent inflation rate, the crisis at the southern border, and the fact that many of our nation’s enemies are more emboldened to take action against us than ever before.

Yeah, things are looking pretty bleak right now.

In fact, according to WND, who cited a report from Just the News, Republican Rep. Jim Jordan from Ohio is calling it a deliberate assault on the United States. Jordan made an appearance on the John Solomon Reports podcast where he cited Biden’s threat to withhold funding for school lunch programs from establishments that don’t fall in line with the LGBT agenda.

“It makes no sense. That tells you this is intentional,” Jordan said.

Deroy Murdock, a columnist and London Center fellow, spoke with Just the News, stating, “The wide-open ‘border’ is no accident. It is deliberate. This is not a sign of incompetence. It is a reflection of [Biden’s] relentless, intentional destruction of the southern ‘frontier.’”

“Those high fuel prices, triggered by Biden’s cancellation of drilling leases in the Gulf and blocked energy exploration in oil-rich part of Alaska?” the report posits.

“It’s intentional,” Liz Harrington, a former spokesman for President Trump, remarked.

The Just the News report said, “House Minority Whip Steve Scalise expounded in a recent statement, noting Biden approved a pipeline for Russia but blocked one for America.”

Scalise stated, “It’s not that he’s against all pipelines. As my colleagues have pointed out, he approved Russia’s pipeline, the Nord Stream 2, which builds on top of the Nord Stream 1, which was already supplying Russian oil to parts of Europe. We could have been there to provide all of the oil and gas that Europe needs. And instead, Biden turned off the spigots here and sent leverage to Putin.”

Scalise then went on to explain that Americans are not that dumb.

“People get this,” he said during a conversation with Just the News. “As [GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik] said, ‘The American people are smarter than Joe Biden gives them credit for.’ They know it’s Biden’s policies — anti-American energy policies — that have led to this skyrocketing sticker shock at the pump, where it costs over $150, in some cases, to fill your car.”

“It actually was Biden, and Kamala Harris too, who suggested that high fuel prices were just part of their intentional scheme, even though Republicans had been labeled conspiracists when they suggested it first,” WND reported.

Biden confessed, “When it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels.”

Harris then stated, “We are all in the midst of a turning point. We have the technology to transition to a zero-emission fleet. Our administration — together, all of us — is working to make that possibility a reality.”

The congressman then said that Biden, along with Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, basically lied to the American public when they said that inflation was transitory, so Democrats could spend however much they wanted.

“Janet Yellen said this week, ‘We were surprised that we had this kind of inflation. We didn’t really see it coming.’ And I’m like, how could you not see it coming? You spent like crazy. You paid people not to work, and you drove up the cost of energy,” Jordan noted.

“Yellen’s claims, Jordan said, make clear that what is happening under Biden ‘is intentional,’” WND reported.

It appears that Ilhan Omar has fallen out of favor with her own people. On June 7th, 2022 Robert Spencer reported that Muslims accused Ilhan Omar of unbelief, calling her a ‘disgrace to the hijab’ because of her Pride Month tweet.

A hadith depicts Muhammad specifying the punishment for homosexual activity,

Her appearance at the July 3rd, 2022 Somali Independence Day concert attended by 10,000 Somalis is proof of the political mess she is now in. She is up for reelection and has a primary opponent Don Samuels who said that now is the time to run for Congress because he’s concerned about the direction of the country — and because he believes Omar’s style is “not compatible with the needs of the moment.” If Omar’s appearance at the concert is any indication then Omar may be primaried out.

The race for Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District seat, currently held by U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, is shaping up to be one of the state’s most interesting in the 2022 midterms. Omar is already facing several Republican candidates — Royce White, Cicely Davis and Shukri Abdirahman — but as of this week, Omar has a new challenger from her own party.

Don Samuels, 72, a community organizer who previously served as a member on the Minneapolis City Council and the Minneapolis Public Schools Board of Education, announced this week that he would be running to unseat Omar in the DFL primary.

Yes, I grew up in the 1950s, and graduated from eighth grade in 1960.  Those were some wonderful years in America.  The war was over, the future was bright, and hard work promised prosperity.

Television was brand new and still pretty sweet.  The cartoons of those days were so much fun.  Mighty Mouse, Road Runner and Tom and Jerry were some of my favorites. And those Saturday morning programs…The Lone Ranger, Sky King, Adventures of Superman, Flash Gordon, Rin Tin Tin, Gene Autry, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, The Cisco Kid, Andy Devine with “Plunk your magic twanger froggy.”

Famous evening shows I remember were Gunsmoke, Rawhide, Yancy Derringer, Cheyenne, the Rifleman, Lassie, Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone, Peter Gunn, Bonanza, Sea Hunt with Lloyd Bridges, father of Beau Jeff Bridges, and Paladin.

There were so many more, and I know readers born in the early baby boomer generation can name all their favorites from those marvelous days in America.

I miss those days.  I want them back.  And I want back the wonderful and patriotic American actors and actresses of that era.  Here is one of our favorites, John Wayne and the celebrity ensemble.  In the second half, they all share in singing God Bless America.  Surely, you’ll fondly remember those stars who have long since passed on, but there are a few who are still with us.  Each of them has a special place in my heart, but Duke was and is always at the top, right along with Bob Hope and Bing Crosby.

Before you start the barbeques and fireworks, watch this six-minute video, and ask the Lord for help in resurrecting the marvelous America we once had.  Won’t you take just a few minutes every day to bend your knees to the Lord and ask for Him to give us wisdom and guidance in saving our beloved country?

I hope today finds you well, at your desk as Executive Editor of The NY Times. That is quite the achievement, my friend. It is ultimately you who has the last say in what is published in your esteemed tabloid. As usual, your ace reporters are spot on with their highly moral, factual, and prevalent reporting. As you already know, those radical right wing lunatics are at it again, calling your tabloid one level below the National Enquirer and Pravda….even below CNN, if you can believe that! Let’s see what has been going on lately, news that you are laser focused on.

We Must Get Trump!

It seems that elected President Trump is still at the forefront of your news coverage. Conservatives are shocked that there is rarely a mention of Brandon, the installed resident at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. I myself find it a bit odd also, with all Joey has accomplished in such a short time—that your front page wouldn’t have wall to wall coverage of his monumental accomplishments. It’s almost….almost mind you, as if you are intentionally trying to divert attention away from Joey. Now why would that be Kahny?

Well, let’s get back to what is most important—to get elected President Trump! I understand the highly unbiased, partisan 1/6 committee investigating Trump was not doing well in the rating department. That is until recently, that is. Things have taken a dramatic turn since the very reputable Cassidy Hutchinson, former White House aide appeared before the committee.

Sharing stories of President Trump lunging and choking secret service agents, then trying to grab the wheel and commandeer the vehicle commonly called, “the Beast.” I know Kahny, this name is sometimes confused with Hillary Clinton, who went by the same moniker while occupying the White House with Bubba. I am actually terrified just hearing these stories. Those poor secret service agents, I hope they didn’t experience PTSD. The horror! Of course, I’m referring to working with Hillary.

More Witnesses to Come Forward

This is just the tip of the iceberg Kahny. Unnamed sources (old WAPO trick), have said there would be more witnesses coming forward in the upcoming weeks. From what I’m told, these witnesses will be the final nail in the coffin for President Trump.

This first witness was also in the President’s car. It seems that when no one was paying attention: President Trump put on war paint and a full length Indian headdress and, armed himself with a crossbow. He started screaming, “that he wanted to lead the violent INSURRECTION, and to drive the Beast (not Hillary) to the Capitol steps. The Secret Service tried to dissuade the President, saying that this wouldn’t be in his best interest….but to no avail. That’s when President Trump started to shoot arrows at the driver, demanding he change course. If not for the agility and dexterity of said agent, this would have been a very different story.

One of the arrows pierced the windshield, so they had to pull over naturally and call one of those mobile windshield places to come replace it. Reportedly, they have video of this, but Chardonnay Pelosi has refused to release the tapes again. We reached out to her office, but it was visiting day at Betty Ford, and she was out there visiting Big Paulie. She also had to give him some information on some stock trades he needed to make…….before the information goes public of course.

Well, once the vehicle stopped to have the windshield replaced; President Trump made his move, he bolted from the beast (not Hillary) and made a beeline towards the Capitol. What a horrifying account! It was later revealed that the witness is Adam Schiff’s chief of staff.

It Gets Worse!

Now, the President was on the loose, and nowhere to be found. This is why we can’t understand why Chardonnay will not release those videos, it would clean up so many unanswered questions. Like the pesky question: why wasn’t FBI agent Ray Epps (inciting the crowd to storm the Capitol), not arrested for his part in the INSURRECTION? Any idea Kahny?

Back to President Trump. It seems he was next seen running through the halls of the Capitol. He was dressed like Rambo and shooting an M-16 haphazardly screaming “where’s AOC’s office, I want to date her.” Little did President Trump know, but AOC was nowhere near her office hiding under her desk as she originally claimed. Her whole story was later debunked. Possibly her head was foggy as she had a bartending gig the night before, and had to close. Once again the President got away before he could be contained. This witness is reportedly Liz Cheney’s secretary.

The Worst Account Yet!

Well, during all this pandemonium the President was spotted once more. It seems he now was wearing a giant MAGA hat and was carrying a noose and some bleach. He was screaming at the top of his lungs, “that this is MAGA country.” Oh, the humanity.

This unnamed source said this witness was actually Jussie Smollett. It seems he had taken a wrong turn and got lost while going out for a sandwich again. I mean what are the chances Kahny? That the identical racist attacks would be perpetuated against the honorable Jussie, twice? I mean the odds are astronomical. He should start to use door dash or grub hub, for his sandwich runs to avoid this happening again.

Where is the News Coverage of Brandon?

Now I’m starting to understand why President Trump is plastered all over your front pages, and not Brandon. I mean who can cast doubt on any of these witnesses. Hopefully you will give them the same over the top notch coverage that you are giving the the highly moral and reputable Cassidy Hutchinson.

Don’t let the radical right drag you down Kahny. How soon they forget about Russian collusion and the Steele Dossier. On second thought, maybe we should forget that one Kahny, seeing as though that dossier was bought and paid for by Hillary (aka, the beast). Hey, do you think Hillary may have paid off Cassidy, from contributions to her charity organization (wink, wink), the Clinton Foundation? Oh, that Killery, that scamp!

So Kahny, we have to go into overdrive with this fairytale INSURRECTION coverage. I mean Bidenflation’s approval rating is in the mid 30’s. I understand Jimmy Carter recently sent him a thank you card, for assuming the spot of worst President of all time. All in 18 months…..quite the accomplishment.

Better Call Pelosi

I understand Joey wants to get to his beach estate in Rehobeth Beach as soon as possible. It seems he has entered a soapbox derby with the other neighborhood kids. Joey’s car has been fitted with training wheels due to recent bike riding mishaps. Well, they are planning to introduce all the contestants on a stage before hand and there is this 11 year old neighborhood kid that always gives Joey problems at these events. Joey tried to have him banned by saying he participated in the INSURRECTION! Sadly, this didn’t pan out.

But the always innovative Brandon knew just what to do. He called up Chardonnay and said he needed some help. So ole Chardonnay sharpened up her elbows, hopped on her broom and headed to the beach (with some flying monkeys as escorts). We are told Big Paulie broke out of Betty Ford when he heard the news, and was heading out to a ladies night at a local tavern (by himself of course…..wink, wink). Hopefully, he or she calls Uber this time. Well when she got there, she lined up with the other kids and Beijing Biden. Then at the just the right moment, she pointed behind the crowd and screamed, “look, it’s President Trump with an axe!” When the crowd looked away ole Chardonnay drove her elbow into into the 11 year olds neck (Joey’s nemesis), driving him off the stage.

When video of the incident made the news, Chardonnay’s staff said she was trying to get the child in the picture. As the child was being loaded into the ambulance, Chardonnay and Brandon were seen eating waffle cones. Reportedly the child will be wheelchair bound for life. Brandon later blamed this incident on President Trump, Putin and corporate greed.

Pravda at its Best

Well Joey Kahn, it’s time for you to get off the office floor, put your shoes on, and put down that China Communist Party coffee cup of yours, and get to work. Remember, we must get President Trump. To Hell with runaway inflation, violent crime out of control (evidently this is due to legal gun owners), the invasion of our country at the southern border, attack on fossil fuel companies by the Vegetable-in-Chief and more importantly….his handlers, moronic military decisions, encouraging harassment against Supreme Court Justices, ridiculous revolving door no bail policies, etc., etc. From all these disastrous policies we can only conclude one thing—President Trump is a racist! We must get Trump!

Yep, Joey Kahn your journalistic integrity is sure on display here. I guess those Ivy League schools you attended didn’t promote too much of that, huh? I want to say Happy 4th of July to you, except I hear you have a CCP flag in your office, instead of the American Flag.

Neil Gorsuch Takes a Stand Against the Tyranny of Unaccountable, Rogue Bureaucracy

Without a doubt, Neil Gorsuch is the most libertarian Supreme Court justice of my lifetime. He just proved his constitutional, limited government bona fides yet again with a powerful concurrence inveighing against the tyranny of unaccountable, rogue bureaucracy.

The case in question is West Virginia v. EPA, which was decided Thursday in a 6-3 ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) along the justices’ typical ideological lines.

At issue was the Obama-era Clean Power Plan, a 2015 regulatory scheme devised by the EPA. The plan sought to reinterpret a decades-old statute to discover new authority for the EPA to forcibly transition the energy sector so that new coal power plants could not be built.

The Clean Power Plan never actually went into effect as it was caught up in legal battles. Then, in 2019, the Trump administration sought to repeal the rule and was itself sued. So, it remained a live question: Could the EPA take unilateral action to restructure the energy industry without congressional approval?

The Supreme Court sought to answer this question in its decision. The majority, authored by Chief Justice John Roberts, ruled in favor of West Virginia and against the EPA, but did not go so far as to overturn long-held doctrines enabling wide bureaucratic discretion.

Gorsuch, for his part, wrote a concurrence perfectly explaining why rogue bureaucracy must be further reined in. (Full credit to the Brownstone Institute’s Jeffrey Tucker for first highlighting Gorsuch’s concurrence + quotes).

“Vesting federal legislative power in Congress [rather than bureaucrats],” Gorsuch writes, “is vital because the framers believed that a republic—a thing of the people—would be more likely to enact just laws than a regime administered by a ruling class of largely unaccountable ‘ministers.’”

But what about those, like dissenting Justice Elena Kagan, who say that federal bureaucrats need wide latitude because Congress is failing to, in their view, adequately address climate change?

“Admittedly, lawmaking under our Constitution can be difficult,” Gorsuch acknowledges. “But that is nothing particular to our time nor any accident.”

“The framers believed that the power to make new laws regulating private conduct was a grave one that could, if not properly checked, pose a serious threat to individual liberty….” he said. “As a result, the framers deliberately sought to make lawmaking difficult by insisting that two houses of Congress must agree to any new law and the President must concur or a legislative supermajority must override his veto.”

With an empowered, unelected bureaucracy, “agencies could churn out new laws more or less at whim,” Gorsuch adds. “Intrusions on liberty would not be difficult and rare, but easy and profuse.”

This isn’t hypothetical speculation—it’s exactly what we’ve seen under the status quo.

For a glaring example, just consider the Centers for Disease Control’s pandemic-era “eviction moratorium.” The federal agency unilaterally declared that evictions nationwide were prohibited in many circumstances by citing an old statute that gave the CDC director the ability to order in specific places “such measures to prevent such spread of the diseases as he/she deems reasonably necessary, including inspection, fumigation, disinfection, sanitation, pest extermination, and destruction of animals or articles believed to be sources of infection.”

They went from that to a nationwide “eviction moratorium.” Stretch, much?

That’s right: Unelected government officials effectively commandeered the nation’s rental market, which caused tremendous dysfunction, trampled over property rights, and sabotaged the supply of rental housing. (For which prices are now surging. Shocker!) And, it was years before the courts finally stopped them and struck down the “moratorium.”

The stakes of this issue are high.

Most Americans might not realize it, but the federal government is actually the biggest employer in the US. Yup: more people work for the feds than any private company. The scope of the administrative state is genuinely hard to grasp.

Tucker describes the administrative state as “the effective governing apparatus of the US,” and a “vast and permanent bureaucracy of 432 agencies and 2.9M bureaucrats who are unreachable by any standard of personnel management.”

He’s exactly right.

The federal government’s vast bureaucracy continues to grow and exercise more power over our daily lives. But the average American has no say in what they do, no recourse if their decisions harm us. At least with Congress or the president, as deeply flawed as they may be, they’re ultimately accountable to voters every 2, 4, or 6 years.

If we want to preserve our freedoms and protect our prosperity over the long run, we need to follow Neil Gorsuch’s lead and rein in the administrative state—before it’s too late.

Elizabeth Frawley Bagley was recently nominated by the Biden Administration to be our next ambassador to Brazil. Then someone – clearly not a member of the Biden State Department – looked into her recorded remarks and was most disturbed to discover that in the past, Bagley in an interview had complained about “Jewish money” and its influence on American political life. She also said that moving the American Embassy to Israel was “stupid.” Word spread; she was questioned about those remarks by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and when the vote on her nomination came up, it was a 11-11 tie, insufficient to permit her nomination to go forward. The Biden administration’s pick for ambassador to Brazil was blocked by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee after a party line 11-11 vote on Thursday, with Republicans on the committee uniting to oppose her.

Nominated for the position in January, the ascension of longtime diplomat and Democratic donor Elizabeth Frawley Bagley appeared uncontroversial until the Washington Free Beacon reported an interview with Bagley from 1998. In the interview, she said that money was the reason American lawmakers support Israel and the idea of moving the US embassy to Jerusalem was “stupid”. The article galvanized Republican opposition to her nomination.

According to the Free Beacon, Bagley’s statements were from an interview for an oral history project at the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training, where questions from the interviewer prompted her to speak on the effects Israel advocacy supposedly has on American politics.

There is always the influence of the Jewish lobby because there is major money involved,” Bagley said about the Clinton administration. “But I don’t remember any major issues coming out on that, besides the usual ‘make Jerusalem the capital of Israel,’ which is always an issue in the campaign.”…

Bagley characterized the interview as a free flowing conversation and said that she regretted her “poor choice of words.”

“I’m very sorry about that choice of words and none of them reflect any of my thinking then or now,” she said.

I’m very sorry that we ever had the interview. [It] didn’t really make sense to do. It was an oral history. But it certainly does not reflect my views on Jewish Americans or Cuban Americans or anyone else,” Bagley said. “I absolutely, strongly support the right of Jewish Americans, Cuban Americans, Irish Americans, all Americans to be part of the political process, to be politically active, to raise money, give money to those that they support, as I have done myself.”

Don’t be silly. Of course those remarks reflect your views. Had they not done so, you might yourself have brought them to the attention of the committee, owned up to having said them, and explained that you now deplore them. Instead, you hoped they would stay hidden. You see that you were wrong. And it is only now, when caught out, that Ms. Bagley claimed that those interview answers “do not reflect my [current] views.” I don’t believe her.

Before the vote on Thursday, the Republican Jewish Coalition called on the Biden administration to withdraw Bagley’s nomination or, if it does not, for the senators to reject her nomination.

What is wrong with the Biden Administration? Why couldn’t they have done due diligence, and found out what some reporter for the Washington Free Beacon found out? And once that new information had been revealed, why didn’t they withdraw her nomination before the vote was taken? Was it because Elizabeth Bagley has been a major contributor to the Democratic Party, just like her late husband, Smith Bagley, heir to the R.J. Reynolds tobacco fortune, and the Bidenites weren’t going to abandon such a deep-pocketed donor over some antisemitic remark? And Elizabeth Bagley has rich and powerful friends, in the same Georgetown-and-Nantucket set of limousine liberals, or salon Bolsheviks, the people whom Wikipedia demurely describes as “philanthropists.” Amusing, isn’t it, that here we have Bagley, who owes her diplomatic career, including what would have been her ambassadorship to Brazil, not to merit, but to the amount of money she and her husband contributed to the Democrats, , raising the issue of “money” — that is, “Jewish money” which for some reason is particularly to be deplored — in politics.

There are only two possibilities to explain why the Biden Administration decided to nominate Bagley and to stick with her, even when her disqualifying remarks were made public. The first, that they simply didn’t do their due diligence. They failed to look into Bagley’s past remarks, didn’t care enough to find out what in her past might have been worrisome. She was a deep-pocketed contributor to the Democratic Party, and her husband had been not only a contributor himself but a Democratic fundraiser for decades. The second, that they knew perfectly well about Bagley’s antisemitic remark — “There is always the influence of the Jewish lobby because there is major money involved” — but it didn’t bother them. And even after Democratic Senators, including Robert Menendez and Ben Cardin, both on the Foreign Relations Committee, had grilled her, and deplored her statement, the Biden people still applied pressure on all eleven Democratic Senators, including Cardin and Menendez, so that they swallowed their reservations and voted for her anyway.

Ms. Bagley’s disgraceful, antisemitic comments are absolutely disqualifying; her outrageous slurs include suggesting the ‘Jewish lobby’ influences elected officials with ‘major money’ – an age-old antisemitic stereotype,” RJC Executive Director Matt Brooks wrote in a news release. “It is sad and troubling that this isn’t the first time the Biden administration has put forward a nominee who is hostile to Israel and the Jewish people.”

Morton Klein, the national president of the Zionist Organization of America, said that his organization was deeply concerned about the nomination of another person apparently hostile to Jews by the Biden administration and praised the committee members for voting against her nomination.

The vote came down to 11 for the Bagley nomination, all of them Democrats, to 11 against, all of them Republicans. In the end, the Democrats on the Foreign Relations Committee succumbed to the Administration’s pressure, and decided unanimously not to vote against someone who had been so generous to the Party in the past and, if they voted right this time, even if those votes would not be enough to get her nomination out of the committee, would no doubt continue to be as generous in the future. Bagley’s nomination, and the Democrats’ vote to confirm, were both “all about the Benjamins.”

As we pause to celebrate our freedoms this July 4th, I believe our Forefathers would be appalled at how the gift of this exceptional Nation they sacrificed and fought for has so radically changed from what they presented. They would, however, recognize a fighting remnant developed to expose the corruption and far-reaching tyranny that has become the norm. Our founders would further recognize the ferocious assault on America’s freedoms has diabolical dimensions, and a great spiritual conflict is raging across the Land. The church at-large is silent, Christians across the country are weak and unprepared to stand against such growing darkness, but a fighting remnant is developing. I believe our nation was founded by God with a special calling, and the original settlers and colonists, for the very most part, knew in their hearts that they were to live in submission (cooperation) to God, not walk blindly to the call of government. We were to truly become “one nation under God.” I further believe we are in such serious trouble because we have forgotten this covenant; in fact we have become even cynical about it, and we, as a people, have thrown away our Christian heritage.

Democratic New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Friday urged the Biden administration to consider opening up military bases for abortions to women living in states that heavily restrict the procedure, ABC News reported.

Since military bases are considered federal lands, Hochul argued in a virtual meeting with President Joe Biden that federal law would allow them to override state bans, according to ABC. Her suggestion heeds widespread outcries from  Democratic politicians about loss of women’s rights following the Supreme Court’s decision on June 24 overturning Roe V. Wade.

“Veterans hospitals, military bases and other places where the federal government controls the jurisdiction in some of the states that are hostile to women’s rights” could “make sure that those services can be available to other women” not publicly employed, Hochul said, according to ABC.

Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico, also in the meeting, floated the idea of using Indian Health Service clinics and tribal territory, where state law does not govern, as alternatives to private abortion facilities, ABC reported.

Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren stated that the U.S. government should plant abortion facilities on the outskirts of national parks on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” Sunday and in a Washington Post interview Monday.

Health and Human Services secretary Xavier Becerra said Tuesday that “every option is on the table” regarding abortion access, but the agency would “have a conversation with the president to make sure we implement his directives”

The White House, while agreeing with the Democratic leaders on the supposed need for comprehensive reproductive healthcare availability for all, said on Tuesday putting abortion centers on government-owned property could have “dangerous ramifications.”

Currently, however, federal facilities, including military bases, can only perform abortions in the case of rape, incest or where the life of the mother is in danger due to the Hyde Amendment, which prevents taxpayer dollars from funding elective abortions.

The House Appropriations Committee approved amendments to the fiscal year 2023 funding bill Thursday that would repeal the Hyde Amendment, allowing federal medical centers to perform abortions to the degree Congress decides, according to a press release.

“The bill eliminates the Hyde and Weldon amendments, a long-standing discriminatory policy that denied low-income women their legal right to an abortion,” the bill summary stated.

Hochul’s office and the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies did not respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

A video of Brian Deese, a political adviser serving under President Joe Biden, speaking about the “liberal world order” in the context of gas prices has racked up 1.4 million views on Twitter.

While in Madrid for the NATO summit on Thursday, Biden was asked by a reporter: “How long is it fair to expect American drivers and drivers around the world to pay that premium for this war?” in reference to Russia’s war in Ukraine, which Biden has blamed in part for rising U.S. gas prices.

Biden said: “As long as it takes” and stressed that Russia could not be permitted to win the war.

Deese, who is the director of the National Economic Council, was being interviewed Thursday by CNN’s Victor Blackwell, who referenced Biden’s comments when asking what he would say to American families who can’t afford to pay gas prices such as $4.85 a gallon for the months or years it takes the Russia-Ukraine war to end.

CNN: “What do you say to those families that say, ‘listen, we can’t afford to pay $4.85 a gallon for months, if not years?’”

“Well, what you heard from the president today was a clear articulation of the stakes,” Deese said. “​​This is about the future of the liberal world order and we have to stand firm. But at the same time, what I would say to that family and Americans across the country is you have a president and an administration that is going to do everything in its power to blunt those price increases and bring those prices down.”

The Biden administration has been facing heavy pressure to combat U.S. inflation, which hit a 40-year high in May and has elevated costs for products like gas, food and clothing. Though Biden has partly attributed rising costs to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, a Newsweek fact check determined that while the conflict has impacted inflation, it was not the trigger.

According to World101, an online course from the Council on Foreign Relations think tank, the “liberal world order” refers to a “series of international organizations and agreements to promote global cooperation on issues including security, trade, health, and monetary policy.” It was created by world leaders in the wake of World War II in an effort to prevent the world from devolving into such violence again, and the U.S. has “championed” the system since, according to the explainer.

A local Arizona Democratic Party deleted a tweet promoting an event called “F–k the Fourth.”

The event, which the now-deleted tweet said was being hosted by the Tucson Women’s March, was promoted by the Pima County Democratic Party on Twitter.

“F–k the Fourth. See you at Reid Park,” the tweet stated.

“Bring comfortable shoes, water, lawn chairs, posters, and your anger,” the event description reads.

After Fox News Digital reached out for comment, the Pima County Democratic Party deleted the tweet.

In a follow-up tweet thread, the Pima County Democratic Party said that posting the graphic was a “mistake,” but said it still supports the “F–k the 4th” event.

“PCDP posted a graphic advertising a women’s march which, we agree, was in poor taste. We were eager to share the event, and in our haste we used the graphic provided by the event organizer. That was a mistake, and we will do better,” the Pima County Democratic Party tweeted. “Make no mistake, however. We support the event which will be on July 4 at 7 pm at Reid Park. The event was organized to help women in our community grieve for the loss of their bodily autonomy, which we consider an elemental right.”

They also said that while the graphic “upset some people,” the outrage should be saved for “the women in this state who will die of botched abortions.”

“Our posting of the graphic upset some people. We urge you to save your outrage for the women in this state who will die of botched abortions. Arizona is not a good place to be a woman right now,” the group said.

The Tucson Women’s March has posted multiple retweets of other users tweets with the hashtag “#F–kthefourth.”

“This July4th won’t be the same, it will be a solemn occasion. We have lost rights,” one retweet states.

“I will not celebrate a country that doesn’t recognize my rights to my own body,” states another.

The Second Amendment is the last line of defense for each and every one of us. The Supreme Court ruling on gun rights reiterated our fundamental right enshrined in the Constitution.

“Our Founding Fathers didn’t give us the Second Amendment for duck hunting or simply for self-protection in a country that at the time had a vast and yet unknown frontier. They bestowed it upon us so that we could protect our precious nation from devolving into tyranny as so many others have done.”

There are historical lessons of totalitarian governments that rule because citizens have been deprived of their weapons.

The Nazi policy

In Nazi Firearms Law and the Disarming of the German Jews, page 537, Stephen P. Halbrook observed:

“The record establishes that a well-meaning liberal republic would enact a gun control act that would later be highly useful to a dictatorship. That dictatorship could then consolidate its power by massive search and seizure operations against political opponents, under the hysterical ruse that such persons were ‘Communist’ firearm owners.”

“It could enact its own new firearms law, disarming anyone the police deemed ‘dangerous’ and exempting members of the party that controlled the state. It could exploit a tragic shooting of a government official to launch a [sic] pogrom, under the guise that Jewish firearm owners were dangerous and must be disarmed.”

“This dictatorship could, generally, disarm the people of the nation it governed and then disarm those of every nation it conquered.”

The USA’s fundamental rights

“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

“In the 2008 case District of Columbia v. Heller, the Supreme Court held that the ‘Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.’” Reported by the Legal Information Institute of the Cornell Law School.

“The above experiences influenced perceptions of fundamental rights in both the United States and Germany,” Halbrook explained: “Before entering the war, America reacted to the events in Europe in a characteristic manner. Seeing the Nazi threat and its policies, Congress passed the Property Requisition Act of 1941 authorizing the President to requisition certain property for defense, but prohibiting any construction of the act to ‘require the registration of any firearms possessed by any individual for his personal protection or sport’ or ‘to impair or infringe in any manner the right of any individual to keep and bear arms.’” Nazi Firearms Law, pp. 536-37.

“Remember that registration of firearms is only the first step,” stated the Requisition Act’s sponsor, Rep. Paul Kilday (D-TX). “It will be followed by other infringements of the right to keep and bear arms until finally the right is gone.” Nazi Firearms Law, p. 537, fn. 289.

Analysis

A secret Nazi Gestapo Order (1941) is compared to Pennsylvania’s Firearm Registration bill (2019) in this side-by-side chart. Pennsylvania’s bill has more requirements than the Nazi’s order. In Pennsylvania, if the bill becomes law, a gun owner will be required to provide more information than a person who registers to vote.

For the right of self-defense, a person would be required annually to self-report ownership of each gun and describe it in detail. A certificate or renewal is not guaranteed because the State Police could deny the application. Partisan bureaucrats may not appreciate an applicant’s conservative politics: Allegiance to the Bill of Rights and limited government. Far-fetched? Just ask Tea Party organizations who were delayed or denied non-profit status by Obama’s IRS.

The State Police’s database could be released for official or nefarious purposes: The Pennsylvania Legislature under the guise of oversight. Freedom of Information requests by liberal media and advocacy groups.

Anti-gun zealots could dox persons who own guns. New York’s concealed weapon permit holders were posted via a map on the internet. There was proposed a multi-state map. Liberal news agencies and the social media mob have harassed law-abiding, private citizens. Identification of gun owners is not likely to deter criminals, who may have a shopping list for gun collections.

An enemy could learn that you own a gun. A related “red flag” law may be used for a fraudulent claim against you. The police will confiscate your gun pending a court hearing. Meanwhile, an enemy has an opportunity to cause injury or murder of you.

Law-abiding citizens’ registration of guns will not prevent criminals from obtaining unregistered guns. No lives will be saved. Note the bill’s absence of “whereas” clauses of findings of facts to support unidentified benefits. Also, the absence of redeeming press releases of the bill being introduced by Democrats: Angel CruzMary Jo Daley, and Mary Louise Isaacson; and Democrat co-sponsors: Joseph C. HohensteinJoanna E. McClinton, and Benjamin V. Sanchez. The bill failed in 2009-102011-122013-142015-16, and 2017-18.

This proposed law could be enforced only if the government is aware that you own a gun. Will the police conduct a search for guns, literally door to door?

If you are forced to use a gun for self-defense, but fail to comply with registration, could your defense effectively be an infringement of the Fifth Amendment?

Fail to register a gun, then risk a criminal penalty of 90 days in jail. The government likely will confiscate your gun; You likely will not be eligible to possess another gun; and you likely will be limited to lesser forms of self-defense.

Gun registries will lead to gun confiscation, as illustrated by AustraliaCanada, and Germany; as well as the United States: CaliforniaIllinois, and the heart of liberalism: New York City.

National gun confiscation has been proposed by liberals including Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA; 2018); the NAACP (2018); and Hillary Clinton, presidential candidate (2016).

Admit it, liberals, you really do want a total ban on firearms.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, suggested that a Democrat President could declare gun violence as a national emergency.

Conclusion

Have we not learned the lesson of the Nazi policy to disarm, and then control, its citizens? Nazi gun laws facilitated the murder of political enemies, specifically the Holocaust of more than six million Jews.

What part of the Second Amendment’s independent status, “shall not be infringed,” did these legislators, some attorneys, not understand? The U.S. Constitution trumps a state statute. A first-year law student learns this principle.

Liberals ignore constitutional law in favor of an agenda of a gun-free society. Liberals use safety as subterfuge for registration leading to confiscation of guns.

I appreciate our Founding Fathers’ wisdom that the Second Amendment is a guard against tyranny, whether the enemy is foreign or domestic.

Since self-defense is a God-given right, I believe in the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates: Should gun registration become law by an act of either a state or federal government, such a law would classify this patriot as a criminal.

Supreme Court Overturns 2nd Amendment Decisions in 4 States

The Supreme Court followed up its June 23 landmark ruling that for the first time recognized a constitutional right to carry firearms in public for self-defense, by issuing a series of rulings June 30 reversing federal appeals court decisions that upheld gun restrictions in California, New Jersey, Maryland, and Hawaii.

Courts will find it difficult to uphold the firearms laws in question after the high court’s June 30 and June 23 rulings.

In unsigned orders, all four cases were remanded June 30 to lower courts “for further consideration in light of” the Supreme Court’s June 23 decision in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen. In that 6–3 ruling, the high court invalidated New York state’s tough concealed-carry gun permitting system.

The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The Supreme Court has been strengthening Second Amendment protections in recent years. In District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), the Supreme Court held the amendment protects “the individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation,” and in McDonald v. City of Chicago (2010), that this right “is fully applicable to the States.”

It makes no sense to recognize Americans’ right to defend themselves in their homes while denying them the ability to defend themselves outside their homes, Justice Clarence Thomas wrote June 23 in the court’s majority opinion.

“After all, the Second Amendment guarantees an ‘individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation,’ and confrontation can surely take place outside the home. … Many Americans hazard greater danger outside the home than in it,” Thomas wrote.

In the new orders, the Supreme Court summarily disposed of the four pending cases, simultaneously granting appellants’ petitions seeking review while skipping over the oral argument phase. Some lawyers call this process GVR, standing for grant, vacate, and remand.

In the Maryland case, Bianchi v. Frosh, court file 21-902, a coalition of 25 states led by Arizona challenged Maryland’s Firearms Safety Act of 2013. The statute, which was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in September 2021, required pistol purchasers to seek a license, complete safety training, and be fingerprinted. Maryland bans popular weapons such as the AR-15 and similar rifles and limits magazine capacity to 10 rounds.

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh, a Democrat, was defiant after the remand order. Military-style firearms “pose grave risks to public safety, as recent mass shootings in other states have made clear,” Frosh stated. Despite the Bruen ruling, the state’s law remains in effect, he said. “Marylanders have a right to be protected from these dangerous weapons.”’

The California case, Duncan v. Bonta, court file 21-1194, challenged the state’s ban on magazines containing more than 10 rounds. The ban went further, requiring the confiscation of such magazines, which had previously been lawful to own. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit upheld the ban in November 2021.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta, a Democrat, is currently scrambling to deal with the fallout after his office leaked sensitive personal information, including the names and addresses of every concealed-carry permit holder in the state. Some holders say they now fear for their lives.

The New Jersey case, Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs Inc. v. Bruck, court file 20-1507, is similar to the California case. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit affirmed the New Jersey law in December 2021.

Petitioners challenged the state law that bans 10-round magazines and requires that owners surrender such magazines to law enforcement. The law also forbids the transfer or sale of these magazines but allows owners to keep them if they modify them to reduce how many rounds may be held. Failing to comply with the law is a crime that can be punished with a sentence of up to 10 years of imprisonment and $150,000 in fines.

So what has happened on the patriotism front since that epic game? What’s

transpired in that regard will come as depressing news for Americans who love their country. Some of what’s been happening in recent years:

In May 2019, Gallup found that 70% of Democrats surveyed self-identify as socialists, up from 58% just six months earlier. Socialist/communist ideology is anti-American in the most profound meaning of the term.

In October 2018, the New York Times reported that 69% of progressive Democrats are ashamed of being American.

A Gallup survey a year earlier found that less than a third of Democrats are extremely proud to be American. Less than a third, and trending sharply down.

Having quietly turned decades ago to the side of the hammer and sickle, the post-1960s Democratic Party and its America-loathing allies in the popular culture have been remarkably successful at driving down love of country, and it hasn’t happened by accident. More of what’s been happening:

Forty-one years after the most unifying sporting event in American history, an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll found that an astounding 72% of Democrats support millionaire athletes taking a knee during the National Anthem.

Mara Gay, an MSNBC contributor and a member of the New York Times editorial board, recently said she found the sight of American flags “disturbing.” 

Grammy winner Macy Gray openly called for replacing the U.S. flag with one that represents black people, as if the current flag doesn’t represent all Americans, including those of African descent.

In 2018, a Democrat elementary school principal in Georgia moved to replace the Pledge of Allegiance with an “Oath to Our Global Society.”

To protect students who might be “triggered” or “harmed” at the sight of hundreds of miniature American flags at a 9/11 memorial display on center-campus, Democrat administrators at Southern Methodist University ordered the display moved to a remote location.

CNN reported in 2018 that New York governor Andrew Cuomo, one of the most admired leaders of the modern Democratic Party, said in a televised address that “America was never that great.”

In Democrat strongholds across America, calls are being made for end to the 4th of July as a national holiday under the fallacious premise that “all Americans are not free.”

In our schools and colleges, Democrat “educators” are indoctrinating impressionable young minds with the poison of Critical Race Theory and its pernicious offshoots—white privilege, Black Lives Matter, intersectionality, multiculturalism, defund the police, cancel culture, political correctness and wokeness on steroids. Each of these components of CRT are actively being used to teach tomorrow’s voters to hate their country.

As every unpatriotic happening cited above unfolded, America’s most prominent Democrats—Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Schumer—stood by and smiled.

A free nation can take only so much pounding before it falls from within to the unrelenting tyranny of single-party socialist-cum-communist rule. America is now on that doorstep. The question is whether those of us who love this country will forcefully speak out while there is still time. If we fail to act, future generations will never know the taste of freedom, and iconic movies like “Miracle on Ice” will be erased from America’s history, along with its flag and National Anthem.

We are living in perilous times. What will we do?

The Supreme Court agreed Thursday to hear a major election case regarding North Carolina GOP lawmakers having the authority to draw a partisan election map without state judges’ interfering.

The decision could impact future congressional and presidential elections. The high court will take up the case when its next term begins in October.

The, case of Moore vs. Harper, asks the court to uphold the concept – known as the “independent state legislature” theory – that state legislators have the sole and “independent” authority to set rules for federal elections in their states, without interference or oversight by the governor or the state judges.

North Carolina GOP House Speaker Timothy Moore asked the high court to consider the case on appeal of his own state Supreme Court’s decision earlier this year to strike down the theory relating to a gerrymandering case.

Critics of the theory argue that it would reduce judicial oversight of election rules.

The theory “would give state legis­latures wide author­ity to gerry­mander elect­oral maps and pass voter suppres­sion laws,” according to the liberal-leaning Brennan Center for Justice think tank.

In an article in The European Conservative titled “How the Militant Left Uses Fear” Christopher J. Farrell wrote,

The objective of the militant political Left—whether in Hungary, at the European Union (EU), or in the United States—is to keep the public in a state of perpetual, acute, neurotic anxiety. They employ this form of psychological conditioning as a means of control. In the last century, socialists—National Socialists but particularly Communists—specialized in the technique to impose totalitarian control over whole societies. [Emphasis added]

Farrell notes that this technique is not new and dates back many centuries including, “Lenin’s 1920 ‘Conditions for Admission to the Communist International’ discusses this technique as ‘demoralization’—the far-stronger German term is Zersetzung—meaning  break-up, decomposition, and disintegration.”

Farrell warns against, ‘universalist thinking’ demanding fetish compliance.”

Finally Farrell sums it up by stating,

The Left seeks to destroy and reshape national consciousness  so that life is reduced to an obsessive list of things that are either ‘forbidden’ or ‘mandatory’—and are enforced by either subsidized or punitive state control.

[ … ]

There are several other tactics and techniques the Left uses against the people to push them to abandon hope and faith. Once the people are broken through engineered crises,  then the Left pounces to implement the radical, ‘fundamental transformation’ that makes things ‘better.’ [Emphasis added]

QUESTION: How has the Democrat Party, over time, created a “forbidden or mandatory” obsessive list that is then enforced by the state?

ANSWER: Bullying, labeling, name calling thereby creating a list of ideas that are either forbidden or made mandatory!

The Democrat Party founded by Thomas Jefferson, who wrote the Declaration of Independence, has turned into the party of career politician Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, who is implementing mandates, pogroms and policies that are exact opposite of what the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights stand for.

The United States Declaration of Independence begins with these profound words,

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

The Democrat Party does not believe in the consent of the governed, they believe in the consent of the leaders of their own party and nothing else. Disobey them and face the consequences.

Democrats have created states of perpetual, acute, neurotic anxiety, i.e. fear, of being called Islamophobic, fear of being labeled homophobic, called racist, fear of following the peaceful the tenants of Christianity and Judaism, fear of being pro-life, pro-American and finally hate of capitalists.

Democrats and Race Based Fear.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. unequivocally made this demeaning and racist statement:

“[I]f you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Democrats have instigated a race based cultural war that is designed to take total control of blacks in particular and other minorities in general in America. It started with race and their embrace of Critical Race Theory or CRT. We have published articles about CRT here, here, here and here.

Democrats, while they frequently use the labels racist and white supremacist against their political, cultural and social enemies, by doing so they instill fear in their followers leading to perpetual, acute and neurotic anxiety among the members of their party. This has lead to death and destruction without end from the 1964 Rochester Race Riots to the 2014 Ferguson Race Riots.

Two recent examples are calling conservative or Republican blacks, like Georgia candidate for the Senate Hershel Walker or Justice Clarence Thomas, uncle Toms or not really black.

Gabriel Andrade, a university professor originally from Venezuela, wrote in a FEE article titled “Why Do The Woke Hate Clarence Thomas So Much?“,

After the overturning of Roe v Wade, Justice Clarence Thomas has been a particular target of venomous attack from the woke mob. Why do they hate him so much? One might be forgiven for thinking that it is due to his staunch anti-abortion views. But that explanation does not work.

[ … ]

So, why the animus against Thomas? There can only be one explanation: race.

[ … ]

Any competent scholar of the history of racism would immediately recognise this as race essentialism. As Angelo Corlett explains in his book Race, Racism and Reparations, “proponents of race essentialism define human races by a set of genetic or cultural traits shared by all members of a ‘racial’ group.”

By playing the race card Democrats instill fear into blacks who are members of their party to the point that some blacks are even willing to riot, burn and even murder on behalf of and in the name of the Democrats. The rise of Black Lives Matter is by design, not by happenstance.

What is so insidious is that when blacks riot, burn, destroy and murder in the name of “stopping racism” or the death of convicted felons at the hands of law enforcement, like George Floyd, they are in fact being racists, but are not labeled as such by the Democrats, their party or the media.

If you don’t obey then you won’t get food stamps or roads built in your community as these programs are now “race based.” It’s all part of the diversity, inclusion and equity mantra of the Dems.

Barry Goldwater, who in 1964 said this in his acceptance speech for the nomination of Republican presidential candidate:

Security from domestic violence, no less than from foreign aggression, is the most elementary and fundamental purpose of any government, and a government that cannot fulfill that purpose is one that cannot long command the loyalty of its citizens. History shows us – demonstrates that nothing – nothing prepares the way for tyranny more than the failure of public officials to keep the streets from bullies and marauders.

Democrats do not want to end the race riots and domestic violence, rather they want them to continue—forever!

Why? Because since the Civil War Democrats hate it when their black slaves leave their plantations and fight for the other side.

Democrats and Islamic Fear

The Democrats have made it their mission to subvert, censor and coverup the actions of Islamists who wage jihad (war) against the infidels (non-Muslims).

This is why the Democrat Party embraces Islamic terrorist organizations (CAIR), terrorist nation states (Iran) and elect the followers of Islam (Keith Ellison, André Carson, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib) to public office.

Democrats would rather accept these proponents of the most dangerous individuals, e.g. the Taliban in Afghanistan) and destructive, e.g. members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. (IRGC), than be called Islamophobic.

This is why Biden and his administration, at the urging of the few Muslim members of their party, changed the rules on immigration to allow the members of Iran’s IRGC to migrate to America or know terrorists to freely come across our Southern border.

Adam Kredo in a June 29th, 2022 Washington Free Beacon article titled “The Biden Admin Just Made It Easier for Terrorists To Enter the United States” wrote,

The Biden administration altered federal law to make it easier for individuals who have worked with designated terrorist groups to legally enter the United States.

The State and Homeland Security Departments last week amended federal immigration laws to allow foreigners who provided “insignificant material support” to designated terror groups to receive “immigration benefits or other status,” according to the policy published in the Federal Register but not formally announced by the administration. Examples of individuals who would fall into the new category, according to the announcement, include individuals who provided “humanitarian assistance” or “routine commercial transactions” to terror groups.

[ … ]

Gabriel Noronha, a State Department special adviser for Iran during the Trump administration, said that “the Biden administration is claiming this regulation is all about Afghanistan, but they didn’t even mention Afghanistan once in their action, and have made no serious attempt to limit the scope to the situation there.”

“Instead,” said Noronha, who is a fellow with the Jewish Institute for National Security of America think tank, “this looks like a massive watering down of our immigration restrictions against members of terrorist organizations.

Democrats were Islamophobic on 9/11 but now they’re efforts to embrace Islamists and jihad against us infidels is a clear and present danger to the United States of America and its citizens.

Democrats and Fear Of Not Being Able to Murder The Unborn

As we have seen race riots we also are witnessing riots against the overturn of Roe v. Wade by groups like Ruth Sent Us and Jane’s Revenge.

Influence Watch reports,

Jane’s Revenge is a far-left extremist group which claimed responsibility for an attack against an anti-abortion group’s office in Madison, Wisconsin, in May 2022 after leaks revealed that the U.S. Supreme Court was considering overturning the Roe v. Wade decision that found a constitutional right to abortion. The group’s name is a reference to the “Jane Collective,” an underground organization in Chicago that helped women obtain abortions prior to the decision. [1]

Jane’s Revenge claims membership throughout the United States and a willingness to commit future attacks, though neither the organization’s size nor existence has been independently verified. [2]

Democrat leaders have fanned the flames which have lead to the radical pro-abortionist rioters. Since these protests and riots began we saw leftists condoning violence and hysteria over Roe, while Biden’s DHS, DOJ, FBI do nothing.

Nancy Pelosi said that Alito’s Roe opinion poses ‘severe danger’ to Constitution. Pelosi went on to fear monger stating,

We’re talking about your life, the life of women in our country, and how we have again, a calibration of all of this in Roe v. Wade and how we must have it be enshrined as the law of the land. They will make charges about it, and we have to stay very clear and very focused about what it is and what it means in people’s lives. This is a severe danger to women. It is a severe danger to the Constitution of the United States. It’s a severe danger to other rights of privacy that are in the Constitution, but again, it’s the here and now. The here and now and the focus that we must have.”

Remember what Farrell wrote,

The Left seeks to destroy and reshape national consciousness  so that life is reduced to an obsessive list of things that are either ‘forbidden’ or ‘mandatory’—and are enforced by either subsidized or punitive state control.

Dems have reshaped the national consciousness to make the murder of the unborn the new normal. They’re now working to punish those who embrace life and Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren even suggested putting abortion clinics on federal land, which is illegal due to the Hyde Amendment.

Abortion is the best example of universalist thinking demanding fetish compliance.

Just days after the Roe reversal, abortion is now banned in one quarter of America. Dems look at this as an existential threat to their militant political leftist constituency.

Democrats and Fear of Capitalists

Tax the rich has been the mantra of socialists, Marxists, Leninists, Communists and now the Democrat Party. Taxing the rich began under Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt with passage of the Revenue Act on August 30th, 1935, 49 Stat. 1014 raised federal income tax on higher income levels, by introducing the “Wealth Tax”. The Revenue Act raised federal income tax on higher income levels, by introducing the “Wealth Tax“. It was a progressive tax that took up to 75 percent of the highest incomes.

The Democrats controlled the 74th United States Congress from January 3, 1935, to January 3, 1937, which separately also passed new taxes that were regressive, especially the Social Security tax.

From FDR to JRB we are seeing the same tax the rich myth being played out. In September of 2021 Democrat Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez defended wearing a “Tax the Rich” dress at $30,000 per ticket Met Gala.

The Federal income tax is the root of all evil. The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) wrote,

February 25 is a momentous day in American history. It is the day in 1913 the 16th Amendment, authorizing a federal income tax, took effect with the certification of Secretary of State Philander C. Knox.

Because of the crucial effects the income tax has had on America, one would hope that there would be some serious discussion of it in the media. But that hope is routinely disappointed.

But serious consideration of the effects of the income tax has occurred. For example, in his 1954 book, The Income Tax: Root of All Evil, Frank Chodorov showed how the abrogation of citizens’ property rights by the income tax leads to the expansion of government far beyond reason and corrupts Americans and America’s experiment in liberty in the process. And because Chodorov’s analysis brings us back to first principles, it is worth remembering his understanding of the Constitutional revolution it caused.

“A government is as strong as its income. Contrariwise, the independence of the people is in direct proportion to the amount of their wealth they can enjoy. We cannot restore traditional American freedom unless we limit the government’s power to tax.”

“Trace this wholesale infringement of our rights to the power acquired by the federal government in 1913 to tax our incomes—the Sixteenth Amendment…where the doctrine of natural rights has been all but abrogated in fact, if not in theory.”

“Getting something-for-nothing from government… this trade is often made, and… government is able to enter into it because of its income-tax revenues.”

Taxation without representation was the reason for the American Revolution. This is happening again, and again, and again when Democrats, assisted by some republicans, continue to tax and spend without end.

Democrats and Fear of Truth & Science

Democrats fear three categories of truth,

  1. God’s truth.
  2. The truth, i.e. facts.
  3. and Scientific truth.

John 14:5-7 NIV version reads,

Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

Democrats are secularists. They may have a “C” for Catholic behind their names, like Pelosi and Biden, or a “J” for Jewish behind their names, like Chuck Schumer, but they don’t live, practice and follow the word of God and His Son Jesus Christ.

One glaring example is in a liberal’s views on population growth. For example, Bill Gates believes and promotes the idea that we are seeing a massive growth in global population that threatens our planet and mankind itself. In a 27-minute long TED talk video Bill Gates stated,

“The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent. But there, we see an increase of about 1.3.”

However, science tells us just the opposite.

Louis T. March in a June 2nd, 2022 column titled “Secularism: The Forgotten Factor in Falling Fertility” wrote,

What is secularism?

The term was coined c.1850 to denote a system which sought to order and interpret life on principles taken solely from this world, without recourse to belief in God and a future life. It is now used in a more general sense of the tendency to ignore, if not to deny, the principles of supernatural religion. — The Concise Oxford Dictionary of the Christian Church

According to Merriam-Webster, secularism is indifference to or rejection or exclusion of religion and religious considerations.”

The US is today’s secularist imperium. Secularism is a major contributing factor, usually overlooked, for persistent below-replacement fertility worldwide.

It is no secret that, on average, religious folks have more children than the non-religious. Why? Quite often, people of faith seriously follow the Biblical injunction to go forth and multiply. They believe in salvation and are usually somewhat less egocentric and materialistic than the average modern Joe.

But today we are in the age of Economic Man, defined by Merriam-Webster as

… an imaginary individual created in classical economics and conceived of as behaving rationally, regularly, and predictably in his economic activities with motives that are egoistic, acquisitive, and short-term in outlook.

March concludes with this,

Today politicians rarely invoke religious faith except in throwaway lines for public consumption. People made of sterner stuff like James McHenry and George Washington are vilified and cancelled, their names expunged and statues removed. What will tomorrow’s children know of their heritage?

Yes, we’re oh-so-modern, high tech, sophisticated and secular. Having children is uncool. Modernity is slowly but surely killing us. The idea of progress that venerates Mammon, radical environmentalism, egocentrism and wokeism has Homo sapiens on the path to extinction. But as the old saying goes, “Fish are the last to notice the water.”

Democrats have made the traditional family of the marriage of one woman and one man and their biological children a threat to their new world order. Being straight and wanting a family is anti-feminist and a threat to government power and control. Having a family is the bedrock of any culture.

According to the World Atlas, “American women reaching child-bearing age in 1800 had on average of seven to eight live births in the course of their reproductive life.” In 1800, America was mostly rural and practicing Christian.

Also, having children was sound economics. Children meant more hands on deck at the farm and family business. That was early American family planning.

From 1800, however, US fertility steadily declined, bottoming out in the 1940s. Then the postwar “baby boom” brought a 60% bump. The decline has since resumed, attributed to better public health (lower infant mortality), urbanisation, industrialisation, higher incomes and women in the workforce.

However, one tremendously significant reason for fewer children is usually omitted from demographic analyses: secularism.

Wokeism is secular, anti-procreation, pro-abortion, anti-God, pro-do what feels good and do it often, with the exception of having a traditional family with children.

Why Do The Woke Hate Clarence Thomas So Much?

Justice Clarence Thomas, being African American, is seen as a traitor to the woke cause.


After the overturning of Roe v Wade, Justice Clarence Thomas has been a particular target of venomous attack from the woke mob. Why do they hate him so much? One might be forgiven for thinking that it is due to his staunch anti-abortion views. But that explanation does not work.

Pope Francis has long expressed that opposing abortion is “closely linked to the defense of each and every other human right”, and yet, the Left is not obsessed with him (in fact, many even take a liking). At some point, even Joe Biden supported letting States overturn Roe v Wade, and again, the Left did not go ballistic on him.

Not behaving as expected

So, why the animus against Thomas? There can only be one explanation: race. In 1991, as he was accused of sexually harassing Anita Hill, Thomas countered that he was the victim of “a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas, and it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you.”

This was loose talk, as it trivialised the suffering of real lynching victims in America’s troubled history of race relations. But Thomas did have a point in arguing that in the United States, any black person who dares to deviate from the official narrative of how blacks are supposed to act, will face severe harassment.

In 1991, he anticipated a trend that would become mainstream in our times: if you are born with a particular skin colour, you are supposed to behave in a certain way, and uphold a specific ideology. If not, you are a race traitor. As Biden so neatly phrased it:

“[I]f you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Any competent scholar of the history of racism would immediately recognise this as race essentialism. As Angelo Corlett explains in his book Race, Racism and Reparations,

“proponents of race essentialism define human races by a set of genetic or cultural traits shared by all members of a ‘racial’ group.”

Who are the neo-Nazis now?

In the first half of the 20th Century, this view was popular amongst proponents of so-called “racial science”. They believed that racial biological traits determine how people behave. Hitler believed that no matter how much a person with Jewish ancestry tried to assimilate to German society (even converting to another religion), he or she would still be a dangerous Jew, because it was in his or her essence.

Race essentialism is abhorrent, and one might think that after 1945, the world learned a lesson. And yet, race essentialism is alive and kicking, but this time, under the guise of woke progressivism. As per today’s woke rules, if you are black, you must embrace the whole woke mindset.

White people (such as Pope Francis) may occasionally be forgiven for having anti-abortion views, but if you are black and you deviate from the woke line (such as Clarence Thomas), you are a race traitor, an Uncle Tom. Unsurprisingly, Thomas has been called “Uncle Clarence” multiple times.

If you are black, not only do you have to act a certain way, but you must also have a special sexual preference. The woke pay lip service to interracial relationships, but amongst them there is a sense of unease when they contemplate a successful black man marrying a white woman.

For example, when Thomas was nominated to the Supreme Court of the United States, USA Today columnist Barbara Reynolds wrote: “Here’s a man who’s going to decide crucial issues for the country and he has already said no to blacks; he has already said if he can’t paint himself white he’ll think white and marry a white woman.” Russell Adams, chairman of African American studies at Howard University, said that Thomas “marrying a white woman is a sign of his rejection of the black community.”

Truly racist

Frantz Fanon is a figure beloved by the Left. In 1952, he published Black Skin, White Masks, a canonical text of wokeness. In that book, he also scorns black men who fall in love with white women. Fanon castigates himself for, at some point, having had these thoughts: “Out of the blackest part of my soul, across the zebra striping of my mind, surges this desire to be suddenly white. I wish to be acknowledged not as black but as white… I marry white culture, white beauty, white whiteness.” The implication of this passage is that loving a white woman is an act of racial treason.

Fanon felt disdain for black people who embraced Western values. He claimed they were wearing white masks, as if somehow, they were deviating from their real essence, and were therefore living an inauthentic life. Therefore — so Fanon believed — Western civilisation must be rejected entirely. As he explained in The Wretched of the Earth“When the colonized hear a speech on Western culture, they draw their machetes or at least check to see they are close to hand.” He who admires Western values is a sellout.

Ever since Fanon, racial essentialism in the name of progress has only grown worse. People of color are now encouraged not to honour punctuality, because being on time is part of whiteness. Black kids who are academically talented run the risk of being told they are “acting white”. Analysing things objectively is an act of white supremacy. And so on.

Consequently, Clarence Thomas is not allowed to have anti-abortion views. Nobody cares about his anti-abortion arguments, because he is not supposed to make them in the first place. Other jurists, philosophers or theologians will be allowed to oppose abortion, but only if they are white. Thomas is hated not because of his views, but because of his skin colour. He upsets the arbitrary racial classifications that the woke are so eager to embrace.

As per woke taxonomy, black people cannot be conservative, and if they are, they are only wearing a “white mask”. To paraphrase the late Christopher Hitchens, “identity politics poisons everything”. We can no longer have a meaningful discussion about anything as vital as the ontological status of a fetus, because the race of the discussants will determine who is allowed to uphold a particular view. It’s time to push back against this madness.

The Turnaway Study: A Lesson in Politically Incentivised and Twisted Science

Pro-choice ideology has been allowed to infect research on mental health outcomes for women who have had abortions.


Given decades of legal and quasi-legal abortions in developed countries involving millions of women, there should be many studies with various findings on the impact of what was, until “shout your abortion” politics came along, generally regarded as a complex decision for a woman. And yet the Anglo-American lay reader is likely to find only one.

It’s called the Turnaway Study, conducted at the University of San Francisco California in 2008-2010. Mainstream media outlets have been broadcasting its results for nearly a decade, and research articles generated from the same core sample of women have been published in droves.

The study has been touted by academics, professional organisations, and journalists alike as the abortion study to end all studies, offering definitive answers to hotly debated questions on how abortion benefits contemporary women psychologically, relationally, physically and in terms of life satisfaction — among a host of other quality of life indicators.

Not quite, according to Priscilla Coleman, retired Professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Coleman has been studying the psychology of abortion decision-making and mental health outcomes associated with abortion for nearly 30 years. Last month she published “The Turnaway Study: A Case of Self-Correction in Science Upended by Political Motivation and Unvetted Findings” in the top-ranked psychology journal, Frontiers in Psychology.

Focusing on Turnaway’s mental health findings, Coleman pulls back the curtain, revealing the details of this large-scale effort to use science to manufacture a false narrative about abortion being preferable to delivering an unintended pregnancy, and as essential for preserving the well-being of women.

The publication of her article is timely given the overturn of Roe v Wade and likely use of Turnaway findings in the raging battles at state level.

More than 50 peer-reviewed spinoffs can’t be wrong?

In the Frontiers in Psychology article, Coleman quotes a January 2022 Kaiser Health News interview with the study’s principal investigator, Diana Greene Foster.

“Data from the Turnaway Study has resulted in the publication of more than 50 peer-reviewed studies, and the answer to nearly all the questions asked, said Foster, is that the women who got abortions fared better in respect to economics and health, including their mental health, compared with those who did not have abortions.”

Better mental health? According to Coleman, these results dramatically contradict a wealth of data from large, methodologically sophisticated studies demonstrating that abortion is associated with a statistically significant increased risk for mental health problems including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and suicide. She wanted to understand why.

Motivation and funding

Coleman began by examining the investigators’ incentive for embarking on the study. She soon discovered that the funding came from Warren Buffett, who provided a minimum of $88,000,000 to the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), funds directly supporting researchers who had expressed abortion-rights political views.

A research unit called Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH) within UCSF’s Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health housed Turnaway. Research conducted within the centre was aimed at debunking common justifications for abortion restrictions, including increased risks for serious, long-lasting mental health challenges.

Critical analysis of the study’s Operating Procedures Manual and publications led Coleman to identify numerous methodological shortcomings. For a start, the study investigators never describe the plan for sampling women, the precise size of the population, or the manner for selecting sites within the various cities.

The Turnaway women

Participants from three different groups were recruited for Turnaway: (1) women whose pregnancies were past clinic gestational limits for performing abortions and were not permitted a wanted abortion (“Turnaway Group”); (2) women whose pregnancies were close to the clinic gestational limit and had an abortion; and finally, (3) women who had an abortion in the first trimester.

The women were recruited over three years in 21 states at 29 abortion clinics with different gestational age limits. The clinics performed over 2000 abortions a year on average. Coleman calculates that the potential pool of women could have been as high as 162,000. However, only 7,486 women were screened for the study, and of those only 3,045 were approached to participate in it. Ultimately the number of those participating was 1,199. Why only 41% of those screened were asked to participate was not explained by the study authors, says Coleman.

“This is potentially very problematic, because those not screened in or not approached could have been systematically different from those who were screened in or approached relative to background characteristics, situational factors and/or how they presented before, during, or immediately after the abortion experience.”

Further, although “1000” is the number of participants usually cited by the authors, the actual number of women who completed the initial interview (“baseline measures”) was 877. And the total percentage of women who completed the 5-year study was 516 — a mere 16.9% of those approached.

If Coleman’s figure of 162,000 women for the potential population for the study is used, the 516 who actually completed it would amount to a miniscule 0.32% of them. Even at 10% of her population estimate, the final sample of 516 participants would be 3.18% of the total abortions performed at the 29 clinics over three years. As Coleman observes:

“The Turnaway Study researchers attempted to make generalized claims about women seeking abortion when the study itself likely did not even consider over 95% of women receiving abortions at the facilities included in the study. Given the extremely small percentage of women from the population represented in the sample, generalizations are precluded.”

Among the other methodological problems of Turnaway highlighted in Coleman’s article are the following:

  1. Those who underwent abortions near gestational limits included patients whose pregnancies ranged from 10 to 27 weeks gestation, even though women’s reasons for aborting and their psychological responses vary greatly at different times across pregnancy. For this reason, they should not have been grouped together.
  2. Many of the complex outcomes are measured far too simplistically, with anxiety and depression scales containing only six items and self-esteem and life satisfaction only 2 items. Capturing all the components of complex internal states is impossible with so few items and goes against established protocol for reliable and valid assessments.
  3. In many of the analyses, the authors failed to control for abortions that took place before or after the target abortion. This is problematic because previous studies have shown more than one abortion increases a woman’s risk for mental health problems beyond that incurred from a single abortion.

The studies you never hear about — except to dismiss them

Yet, there are well-designed studies coming to different conclusions from those of the Turnaway authors, and Coleman provides the reader with an up-to-date synopsis of some of the strongest of them. She notes:

“The science linking abortion to elevated risk for mental health challenges is published in prominent journals, with dozens of large, prospective studies incorporating comparison groups and additional sophisticated control techniques, enhancing confidence in the published findings. This extensive literature has shown that abortion increases risk for mental health problems including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and suicide.”

She summarises the results of systematic reviews of literature, including her own, demonstrating this effect and provides overviews of some of the most sophisticated empirical studies published in recent years. There is a table (reproduced at the end of this article) in the Frontiers article highlighting key findings from several large-scale studies, all of which revealed increased risks of psychological problems associated with abortion, in contrast to Turnaway.

And yet professional groups such as the American Psychological Association (in 2008), the Royal College of Psychiatrists (in 2011) and the American Academies of Sciences (in 2018) have published reviews of the literature on abortion and mental health that dismiss findings like Coleman’s and support the “no negative effect” line.

In the last part of her article, Coleman examines these reviews and details a litany of methodological problems with them that include, among others: missing or elusive selection criteria that resulted in selective reporting of studies, shifting standards of evaluation based on study results, failure to conduct a quantitative synthesis or meta-analysis, sweeping conclusions based on very few or a single study, and factual errors. She comes out fighting:

“Journals opening their doors to allow virtually uncontested publication of some of the poorest work in the field, media outlets seizing the information that they believe the public desires, and abortion providers and their advocates using the data in attempts to remove and prevent installation of abortion restrictions: this is the status of mainstream science on the psychology of abortion in our world in 2022.”

Coleman concludes:

“[W]ith widespread dissemination of misinformation generated from studies like the Turnaway Study, hundreds of thousands of women considering an abortion are likely unaware of the expansive literature demonstrating abortion is a significant risk factor for post-abortion psychological distress and mental health detriments.

The science revealing the potential for serious, debilitating mental health consequences underscores the necessity of providing women with up-to-date information on the risks from the most rigorous scientific studies.”

Poll Finds 26-Point Increase in 2022 Midterm Voter Interest Among Young Women Due to Roe v Wade Decision

NEW YORK, NY/PRNewswire/ — More than 80% of women aged 18-29 say the recent Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade has made them more interested in voting in the 2022 midterm elections, a 26-point increase since September 2021, according to a new poll by the nonpartisan women’s political leadership group All In Together and administered by Emerson College.

The increase in voting interest because of the SCOTUS decision crosses all demographics, most notably among Democratic women (14-point increase), Black women (21-point increase), Hispanic women (21-point increase) and college-educated women (12-point increase). Among all voters who say the decision makes them much more interested in the 2022 elections, 68% support a generic Democratic congressional candidate on the ballot. Among Independents, women are also much more interested in voting because of the Supreme Court decision (39%), compared to September 2021 (23%).

“The SCOTUS decision overturning Roe v. Wade may very well be the game changer in the 2022 mid-terms and beyond, especially among female and young voters,” said Lauren Leader, AIT co-founder and CEO.  “Moreover, the Democrats have been searching for an issue to galvanize their base and stem what had been a rising Republican advantage.  Our data suggests that this is that issue.”

The survey was administered by Emerson College Polling. The national poll was conducted June 28-29, 2022. The sample consisted of registered voters, n=1,271, with a Credibility Interval (CI) similar to a poll’s margin of error (MOE) of +/- 2.7 percentage points. The data sets were weighted by gender, region, age, education, and race/ethnicity, based on 2022 turnout modeling. It is important to remember that subsets based on gender, age, education, and race/ethnicity carry with them higher margins of error, as the sample size is reduced. Data was collected using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system of landlines and an online panel provided by CloudResearch.

Breitbart News reports that Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg will launch a $1 billion pilot plan to address what he sees as cities and neighborhoods racially segregated or divided by roads.

“There is racism physically built into some of our highways, and that’s why the jobs plan has specifically committed to reconnect some of the communities that were divided by these dollars,” the diversity hire Buttigieg noted, arguing that some highways and bridges were designed to divide communities by race.

Under the Reconnecting Communities program, $195 million in competitive grants will be awarded over the next 12 months, of which $50 million will be devoted for communities to conduct planning studies. Cities and states can now apply for the federal aid over five years to rectify “harm” purportedly caused by roadways built primarily through lower-income communities after the 1950s creation of the interstate highway system.

“This is a forward-looking vision,” Buttigieg said. “Our focus isn’t about assigning blame. It isn’t about getting caught up in guilt. It’s about fixing a problem. It’s about mending what has been broken, especially when the damage was done with taxpayer dollars.”

No, it actually is about assigning blame. It’s about perpetuating the left’s false premise that America is a country mired in systemic racism. It’s about the redistribution of wealth based on the racist notion of enforcing “equity.” It’s about controlling the populace by keeping us divided by racial resentment and guilt. It’s not a “forward-looking vision”; it’s a totalitarian, neo-Marxist vision.

On November 28, 2021, Buttigieg told MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart that the Biden administration’s “Build Back Better” (BBB) legislation would include financial incentives designed to persuade people to stop using gasoline-powered vehicles and switch over to electric vehicles (EV). “I’ll give you one example,” he said. “It [BBB] contains incentives to make it more affordable to buy an electric vehicle, up to a $12,500 discount in effect for families thinking about getting an EV. Families that once they own that electric vehicle will never have to worry about gas prices again. […] The people who stand to benefit most from owning an EV are often rural residents who have the longest distances to drive. And underserved urban residents in areas where there are high gas prices and they’re lower income. So they would gain the most by having that vehicle.”

At the time when Buttigieg made these remarks, the average cost of new electric vehicles in the United States was $51,532, nearly $30,000 more than the average compact car…
