GOP Blocks $2,000 Stimulus Payments, House To Hold Roll Call Vote On Proposal Monday

“Congress found plenty of money for foreign countries, lobbyists and special interests while sending the bare minimum to the American people who need it. It was not their fault.”  – President Donald J. Trump

House Republicans blocked legislation Thursday that would have sent $2,000 in direct payments to Americans, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said.
House Democratic and Republican leaders met early Thursday morning in a pro forma session and held a unanimous consent vote on the direct payments proposal, according to CNBC. Republican leadership voted the measure down, which required all lawmakers present to unanimously vote in favor for it to pass.
“Today, on Christmas Eve morning, House Republicans cruelly deprived the American people of the $2,000 that the President agreed to support,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in a statement. “If the President is serious about the $2,000 direct payments, he must call on House Republicans to end their obstruction.”

Pelosi said during a press conference that the House would hold a recorded roll call vote on the measure Monday, Fox News correspondent Chad Pergram reported. If succesful, the measure would alter the the omnibus bill Congress passed Monday night by changing stimulus checks sent to Americans from $600 to $2,000.
Virginia Republican Rep. Rob Wittman attempted to get the House to vote on reconsidering the much-criticized foreign aid included in the omnibus bill, according to CNBC. Democrats blocked that proposal.
“Speaker Pelosi tried to use the American people as leverage to make coronavirus relief contingent on government funding – which includes billions of foreign aid at a time when there are urgent needs at home,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said in a statement Wednesday night.
The coronavirus stimulus relief bill hangs in the balance after President Donald Trump announced Tuesday he wouldn’t sign the bill Congress passed. Trump criticized both the $600 direct payment, saying they were too small, and the foreign aid, saying it was wasteful.
“Congress found plenty of money for foreign countries, lobbyists and special interests while sending the bare minimum to the American people who need it. It was not their fault,” Trump said.

POLL: 78% Of Republicans Believe Presidential Election Was Fraudulent

78% of Republicans believe that Joe Biden was illegitimately elected president, a USA Today/Suffolk University poll that was released Thursday found.
When asked if they believed Joe Biden was legitimately elected president, 96% of Democrats said yes, while only 20% of Republicans said the same. Just 3% of Democrats said that they did not believe Joe Biden was legitimately elected, the poll found.
Overall, 62% of respondents said that they believed Joe Biden was legitimately elected president, while 37% believed he was not legitimately elected.
President Donald Trump has repeatedly said that the results of the presidential election were fraudulent and called for investigations into allegations of voter fraud. Multiple lawsuits were filed attempting to overturn the results of the election in several states.
Republicans and Democrats were similarly split when asked if it was time for Trump to concede the election now that the Electoral College has cast a majority of their votes for Biden.
Just 37% of Republicans believed that it was time for Trump to concede, while 95% of Democrats said the same, according to the poll. 70% of the total respondents said that Trump should concede the election, while 26% said that he should not.
Both Republicans and Democrats said that they believed Joe Biden would “significantly dismantle” Trump’s legacy while in office with 74% of Democrats, 63% of Republicans, and 66% of respondents overall agreeing.
Half of all respondents said that history will view Trump as a “failed president.” 16% said that Trump will be viewed as a “fair president,” 13% said that he will be viewed as a “good president,” and 16% said that he will be viewed as a “great president.”
Only 1% of Democrats said that history will assess Trump as a great president, against 40% of Republicans who responded similarly.
The vast majority of Democrats – 87% – said that history will view Trump as a failed president, while 12% of Republicans agreed.
The USA Today/Suffolk University poll was conducted between Dec. 16 and Dec. 20. The poll surveyed 1,000 registered voters with a margin of error of +/- 3.1 percentage points.

Has the Democrats’ push to depose Biden begun?

The contour lines of an approaching scenario in which Biden, exposed as both frail and mendacious, is forced to step down & concede the presidency to his radical Vice President, are gradually coming into focus

A significant portion of the public does not believe that the November 3, 2020, presidential election was fairly conducted…Once again, four justices on this court cannot be bothered with addressing what the statutes require to assure that absentee ballots are lawfully cast Patience D. Roggensack, Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, December 14, 2020.
…a majority of this court unconstitutionally converts the…Elections Commission’s mere advice into governing “law,” thereby supplanting the actual election laws enacted by the people’s elected representatives in the legislature and defying the will of [the state’s]citizens. When the state’s highest court refuses to uphold the law, and stands by while an unelected body of six commissioners rewrites it, our system of representative government is subverted—Justice Rebecca Grassl Bradley, December 14, 2020.
Investigators have been examining multiple financial issues, including whether Hunter Biden and his associates violated tax and money laundering laws in business dealings in foreign countries, principally China…Some of those transactions involved people who the FBI believe sparked counterintelligence concerns, a common issue when dealing with Chinese business—CNN, December 10, 2020.
The November 2020 elections were an extraordinary event in which the bizarre—even the outlandish—became an integral part of the everyday humdrum routine.

The implausible and even more implausible?

This is not a politically partisan observation—for it is valid no matter which side of the Democrat/GOP political divide one might happen to be. After all, it is difficult to know what is more implausibly far-fetched:
(a) that—as the Republicans claim—there was pervasive electoral fraud on a scale so massive that it determined—indeed, inverted—the outcome of the ballot; or
(b) that—as the Democrats claim—as a lackluster and lackadaisical candidate, perceptibly frail and aging, Joe Biden genuinely managed to amass the highest number of votes ever in a presidential election, surpassing Obama’s previous 2008 record by almost 12 million votes.
Making this latter scenario even more difficult to accept at face value is that Biden’s running mate, Kamala Harris, was hardly an electrifying voter getter, having being forced to drop out quite early on in her own party’s primaries for its choice of a presidential candidate. Indeed, Biden’s choice of Harris as his prospective vice president was, in itself, more than a little incongruous, as she had viciously excoriated him during the primaries for his record on race relations, complicity with segregationists, and sexual impropriety, adamantly proclaiming that she believed the women who had complained about his unwanted sexual advances.

“Many doubt the fairness of November elections…”

Indeed, in light of his anemic, largely “no-show” election campaign, in which he studiously avoided articulating his position on a number of crucial issues, Biden’s apparent electoral achievement is even mor bewildering. Indeed, referring to the Biden campaign, one media channel observed dourly: “There is no surge of feeling, zero passion…Instead, the closest thing to enthusiasm…among voters is resigned, faint praise. ‘He’s a decent man’…but you can’t move the needle of history with flaccid decency.”
Another channel noted: “Biden’s performance [in exceeding Obama’s 2008 record] is incredible considering the voter enthusiasm – especially among young people – that his former boss had…”.
Accordingly, the sentiment expressed by the Chief Justice of Wisconsin’s Supreme Court, Patience D. Roggensack, was hardly surprising when she warned that, A significant portion of the public does not believe that the November 3, 2020, presidential election was fairly conducted.”
These words were part of Roggensack’s dissenting opinion in a hearing on several challenges by Donald Trump to Wisconsin’s election results. Although the motion was rejected by a 4-3 vote, at least one of the majority justices is on public record as being vehemently inimical to Trump, and the decision was severely criticized by the dissenting minority as being judicially unsound.
Thus, Justice Annette Ziegler, wrote, “The majority seems to create a new bright-line rule that the candidates and voters are without recourse and without any notice should the court decide to later conjure up an artificial deadline concluding that it prefers that something would have been done earlier…That has never been the law, and it should not be today.

Abdicating constitutional duty in the most important election of our time?

Disapprovingly, she chastised: “It is a game of “gotcha.” I respectfully dissent, because I would decide the issues presented and declare what the law is.
Accusing the majority of “abdication of its constitutional duty”, she lamented: “Unfortunately, our court’s adoption of laches as a means to avoid judicial decisionmaking has become a pattern of conduct. A majority of this court decided not to address the issues in this case when originally presented to us … In concluding that it is again paralyzed from engaging in pertinent legal analysis, our court, unfortunately, provides no answer or even any analysis of the relevant statutes, in the most important election…of our time.”
Ziegler was at pains to underline: “To be clear, I am not interested in a particular outcome. I am interested in the court fulfilling its constitutional responsibility.”
Expressing grave concern over the majority’s indecision, Ziegler chided: “While sometimes it may be difficult to undertake analysis of hot-button legal issues——as a good number of people will be upset no matter what this court does——it is our constitutional duty. We cannot hide from our obligation under the guise of laches.”
Accordingly, she concluded that: “the rule of law and equity demand that we answer these questions for not only this election, but for elections to come.
Indeed, given the relative proximity of the court hearing to the actual ballot process, it is difficult to avoid the conclusion that, in order to comply with the majority conditions for the motion to be heard on its merits, the Trump legal team would have had to submit its case against the alleged infractions before those infractions were committed!

Covering corruption…or not?

The apparent judicial reluctance to deal with allegations of widespread fraud leads us to another manifestation of partisan reticence, that of the mainstream media in their pre-election coverage of news highly pertinent to the voters’ decision at the ballot box—which seems to have drastically subsided in the wake of the elections.
Arguably, this was best capsulated in the December 10th headline in an established Tennessee daily:Uninterested before the election, national media now find Hunter Biden story worth mentioning.
The ensuing editorial shrewdly observes: “Too late to help the voting public form an objective opinion about their presidential choice, the national media has suddenly decided that the Chinese business dealings of Hunter Biden are worth mentioning.”
It continues: We have long believed— and said — that the younger Biden’s business dealings, and his father’s major or minor role in them, was at least a disqualifying criterion for the elder Biden’s presidential election. It is clear, after all, that the younger Biden would not have been involved with various businesses in the Ukraine and China over the last decade had his father not been vice president at the time.”
Indeed, it is clear!
In a grave reproach of the mainstream media, it asserted: “National media outlets knew before last month’s election that federal prosecutors had opened a criminal investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China, but they did not pursue the story.”
In a stinging rebuke, it charged: “They also refused to further investigate the New York Post pre-election story about emails allegedly contained on the younger Biden’s laptop pointing to shady dealings between Joe Biden and Ukraine…In truth, they withheld critical information from readers and viewers so that Biden might beat President Donald Trump, the man they l[o]ve to hate.”

“Too disgusting to repeat…”

For example, leaked recordings exposed CNN’s president and political director blocking coverage of the New York Post’s explosive exposé on Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings overseas.
Thus, on October 14, political director David Chalian was heard on a conference call, instructing: “Obviously we’re not going with the New York Post story right now on Hunter Biden.
Just two days later (October 16), CNN’s president, Jeff Zucker informed his staff that: “I don’t think that we should be repeating unsubstantiated smears just because the right-wing media suggests that we should.
On October 22, in a televised discussion, CNN anchor Jeff Tapper told his colleague Bakari Sellers, that, “…the rightwing is going crazy with all sorts of allegations about Biden and his family. Too disgusting to even repeat here.
The Media Research Center (MRC) conducted a review spanning the period October 14-22 of ABC, CBS, NBC’s evening and morning shows and their Sunday roundtable programs, as well as ABC’s and NBC’s townhall events with Joe Biden and President Trump.
According to MRC: “Out of a total of 73.5 hours of news programming, there were less than 17 minutes (16 minutes, 42 seconds) spent on the latest scandals involving Joe Biden’s son.” To be precise, the media watchdog found that ABC devoted zero (!) seconds to the reported Hunter Biden scandals, NBC just 6 minutes, 9 seconds, while, CBS led the broadcast networks with a “still-measly 10 minutes and 33 seconds.”
All-pervasive “Russian disinformation”
Moreover, even when the Biden story was mentioned, it was, by and large, denigrated as “Russian disinformation” (see for example here and here).
On October 19, Politico published a report, dramatically headlined Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say.
It commences with the following unequivocal pronouncement: “More than 50 former senior intelligence officials have signed on to a letter outlining their belief that the recent disclosure of emails allegedly belonging to Joe Biden’s son ‘has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation’.”
However, in the letter itself, the “former intel officials”, who—unsurprisingly—included the ardently pro-Biden and fervently anti-Trump John Brennan (former CIA Director), and James Clapper (former Director of National Intelligence), seem to be far less unequivocally clear-cut and strident. Indeed, they were at pains to insert a paragraph, clearly formulated to protect their professional “rear-ends”: “We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails, provided to the New York Post… are genuine or not and that we do not have evidence of Russian involvement…[However] there are a number of factors that make us suspicious of Russian involvement.”
This, of course, leaves the reader to puzzle over that if the “former intel officials” had no clue whether or not the emails were, in fact, authentic or the product of “Russian involvement”, how could they possibly make the determination that they were—and why would they lend they names and reputations to create a politically partisan impression, which, by their own admission, they could not substantiate?
Or were they counting on the assumption that few ever read beyond the headlines and the opening paragraph?

Abrupt change of heart

With the election over, there seems to have been a perceptible shift in the media attitude towards the allegations of malfeasance in the Biden family’s overseas business activities.
For example, CNN anchor, Jake Tapper, seems to have undergone an abrupt change of heart as to the gravity of these allegations, having, prior to the election—as we have seen—dismissed them in the strongest possible terms. However, several weeks after the presidential election, with Biden preparing to become the 46th president, Tapper apparently had few qualms in raising the subject publicly and the Biden family’s business ties began to be gradually emerging as fair game to him (see here).
A similar shift in journalistic sentiment was evident in other media channels.
Take for example, the Los Angeles Times (LAT). As early as March 6, it ran an editorial headlined The GOP’s Senate investigation into Hunter Biden is a charade — and they know it, proclaiming that the entire probe into the Biden’s far-flung business dealings was little more than flimsily disguised political shenanigans.
However, soon after the elections, this changed markedly.
On December 9, LAT ran a report headlined Hunter Biden tax inquiry examining Chinese business dealings. It disclosed that: “The Justice Department’s investigation scrutinizing Hunter Biden’s taxes has been examining some of his Chinese business dealings, among other financial transactions.”

Abrupt (cont.)

The report continued: “…The investigation was launched in 2018, a year before his father, Joe Biden, announced his candidacy for president”—i.e. months before the LAT editorial board dismissed GOP claims regarding the existence of such a probe as “a charade.”
Indeed, a little over a month after the polls had closed, it conceded that, “The younger Biden has a history of business dealings in a number of countries, and the revelation of a federal investigation puts a renewed spotlight on the questions about his financial dealings that dogged his father’s successful White House campaign.”
Three days later (December 12), LAT again raised the subject in a piece entitled
Hunter Biden subpoena seeks information on Burisma, other entities” stating that, “A subpoena seeking documents from Hunter Biden asked for information related to more than two dozen entities, including Ukraine gas company Burisma…”  Significantly, it added: “The breadth of the subpoena, issued Tuesday, underscores the wide lens prosecutors are taking as they examine the younger Biden’s finances and international business ventures…”

The harbinger of far-reaching political change?

This post-election metamorphosis of media mood could also herald the onset of a far-reaching political shift within the Democratic party.
After all, in contrast to the accusations against Trump of colluding with Russia and conniving with Ukraine, which were based largely on third party hearsay and innuendo, the evidence accumulating against the Biden family seems far more solid and compelling—including first-hand witness accounts and emails, whose authenticity has yet to be denied.
As coverage on the alleged Biden scandal continues—and certainly if it turns out that Biden has been untruthful over his complicity in his family’s questionable business operations—his continued incumbency is likely to be increasingly challenged until it is no longer tenable and he is compelled to transfer power to his radical Vice President, Kamala Harris.
Of course, there will be those who discount this possibility as being beyond the bounds of probability.  However, they would do well to bear in mind that the overwhelming preponderance of the ideo-political energy in the party comes from the more radical Left-wing, which has already proven that it can assert its will on the party apparatus in the past.
Recently, rumblings for changes in leadership within the party have begun, with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, calling for a structural change in the party and for the old guard to be replaced with younger legislators to promote the radical policies she advocates. Indeed, she has even called explicitly for the replacement of the party’s Congressional leadership–of both Chuck Schumer in the Senate and Nancy Pelosi in the House…

Will frailty & mendacity ensconce Harris as president?

The contour lines of an approaching scenario in which Biden, exposed as both frail and mendacious, is forced to step down and concede the presidency to Harris, are gradually coming into focus.
With an ever-more critical press and an ever-more radical intra-party opposition, we may well be on the cusp of a new American (or rather unAmerican) revolution—a revolution in which a cardboard cutout president is driven from office by people imbued with a  political credo, forged by figures and ideas not only different from, but entirely contrary to, those that made America, America.
It is indeed, a scenario that risks transforming America into a de-Americanized post-America—an unrecognizable shadow of its former self.
That will be the terrible price the American electorate has inflicted on itself for submitting to the fit of puerile and petulant pique that molded its choice this November.

Pro-Israel Christian Group Torches Radical Hater Warnock in New Ad

A Radical’s Radical: Raphael Warnock is too radical for Georgia

Thank you, CUFI. Raphael Warnock is a dangerous and radical anti-Semite, and he must not be elected to the United States Senate.

Pro-Israel Christian Group Torches Warnock in New Ad

By Washington Free Beacon, December 23, 2020
The political arm of the largest pro-Israel membership group in the United States launched an ad campaign Wednesday targeting Rev. Raphael Warnock, the Democratic candidate for Senate in the Georgia runoff.
The 30-second spot from Christians United for Israel Action Fund takes aim at both Warnock’s record of statements critical of Israel and his recent attack on evangelical Christians, traditionally a staunchly pro-Israel denomination.
The ad calls him “Radical Raphael Warnock” and says he is “preaching a gospel of hate.” The voiceover says “Warnock demonized Christians who stand with Israel,” a reference to his sermon after the opening of the U.S. embassy in Jerusalem in 2018 in which he accused “mealy-mouthed evangelical preachers” of being “responsible for the mess that we found ourselves in … misquoting and misinterpreting the Scripture, talking about peace.”

A spokesperson for the group said the ad is backed by a six-figure digital and social media buy targeting pro-Israel voters in Georgia, where the organization has approximately 500,000 members, according to the spokesperson.
Last month, Pastor Jay Bailey, CUFI’s Georgia state director, published an op-ed criticizing Warnock’s “condemnations of Israel” as “disgusting.”
The organization announced this week it had reached 10 million members.
Warnock is locked in a tight race with incumbent senator Kelly Loeffler (R.). The runoff election will take place on Jan. 5.

Donald Trump Is The Babylon Bee’s Christian Of The Year 2020

For the third year in a row, The Babylon Bee is proud to present our coveted Christian of the Year award to Donald J. Trump.
In 2020, dedicated pastors led their churches through a brutal pandemic. Bold missionaries gave their lives to spread the gospel overseas. Anonymous Christians served their communities without fame or fanfare. But only one man has stood against the spiritual attack of fake news and rigged elections: Donald J. Trump.
The Devil threw everything he could at God’s chosen man, from a Russia hoax and phony impeachment to Twitter censorship and Antifa riots. Trump stood bravely against them all– fighting back with the light of truth and his massive rallies. He even managed to deliver us a lifesaving vaccine in record time, even though none of us will take it because it’s probably the Mark of the Beast.
This year we dedicate this award and our eternal gratitude to the man who did “more for black Americans than Lincoln” and “more for Christianity than Jesus.” He is the funniest president of all time, and perhaps the greatest man who ever lived.

New York SINKS, Again, Leads Nation in Population Decline, Could Now Lose Two House Seats

We owe it all to Killer Cuomo and his Nazi sidekick Warren Wilhelm (De Blasio’s real name).
The upside? NY’s treacherous Democrat criminals lose political power.

New York, again, leads nation in population decline. And it could now lose two House seats.

Joseph Spector, New York State Team Published 10:10 a.m. ET Dec. 23, 2020 | Updated 10:10 a.m. ET Dec. 23, 2020

More New Yorkers are leaving for Florida than other states, new Census figures show. New York State Team
New York’s population continued to decline more than any state in the nation, new figures released Tuesday by the U.S. Census Bureau show.
The Empire State’s population fell by 126,355 people between July 2019 and July 2020, to 19.3 million, a drop of 0.65%, according to the preliminary figures. That’s the most of any state by total and by percentage.
Population decline continues to be a problem for New York, and it could play out in 2022 during federal reapportionment. At this rate, New York could lose as many as two U.S. House seats; it will certainly lose one, dropping it from 27 to 26 seats and impacting its clout in Washington.
New York could also be on the way to its first population decline in any decade since the 1970s, according to the Empire Center, a fiscally conservative think tank in Albany.
New York’s population has been boosted by immigrants and new births, but even that has tailed off in recent years, E.J. McMahon, the group’s founder, wrote.
“The 2020 estimated New York population represented a net decline of 41,326, or 0.21%, from the official decennial census count in 2010 — largely because foreign immigration into the state has fallen off sharply since 2017, in line with a national trend,” he wrote.
Dig Deeper

Florida surpassed New York in 2014 as the third largest state in the nation, and the gap has widened since then.

Florida gained 241,256 people since July 2019, bringing its population to 21.7 million. Only Texas, the second most populous state behind California, gained more people over the past year, the census data showed.

New York has had an exodus over the past decade of about 1.4 million people, and about 21% of them went to Florida, by far the most of any other state, data last year showed.

The latest drop in New York was part of an overall decline of 153,065 people in the Northeast between July 2019 and July 2020, the most of any region in the nation.
New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Connecticut all had modest population declines over the past year.
Nationally, only Illinois neared New York in percent of population decline, down 79,487 people, or 0.63%, since last year.
Overall, the nation has gained nearly 21 million people since 2010, the Empire Center said, up 6.7%
Another economic blow: A slowdown in US population growth worsened by the coronavirus pandemic
Will San Francisco, New York and other big cities recover from COVID-19? What a post-vaccine city could look like
Gov. Andrew Cuomo has downplayed the population drop as the state faces criticism for high taxes driving people to less expensive states.
In 2018, Cuomo was knocked for saying upstate’s winter weather was a significant factor in people moving elsewhere, particularly the South.
“More people are leaving upstate net? Yes. People will make demographic choices about where they want to live,” Cuomo said two years ago.
“Some of them are climate-based. Some of them are based for personal reasons. So the diminishing population in upstate is not new. People were leaving upstate New York because they had to in the past.”
Cuomo has pointed to lower income taxes installed by his administration and a property-tax cap that has limited the growth since 2011 as ways the state has sought to lower the cost of living.

Some Republican Senators Are on Board With Electoral College Challenge [+Video]

We the people are watching. We will primary the traitors and Democrats in RINO clothing.
We the people are watching.  As for Senate Majority Leader McConnell,  we will drag him over the finish line like a beached whale.

Some Republican Senators Are on Board With Electoral College Challenge: Rep. Taylor-Greene

By Jack Phillips, The Epoch Times, December 23, 2020:
Rep.-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) said that some Republican senators will join an effort to challenge Electoral College votes when the Joint Session of Congress meets on Jan. 6.
The process requires one senator and one House representative to initiate. Other than Taylor-Greene, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) and a number of GOP House lawmakers have pledged they would challenge the votes.
“We have a very strong case, and our numbers are growing strong,” she said Tuesday on Newsmax of the effort. “We talked to senators and we’re good to go for this objection.”
Taylor-Greene did not say what senators would join the challenge. Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) have both suggested they might get involved, but there has been no public confirmation.
When an objection is filed during the Joint Session of Congress for key states that cast Electoral College votes for Joe Biden, each chamber would have to hold a debate for two hours on whether to disqualify a state’s votes. Then, a vote would have to be held in each chamber on whether to throw them out.
Taylor-Greene, meanwhile, added that she spoke with President Donald Trump about possibly challenging the votes, saying, “I didn’t run for Congress to sit by and be quiet, so I called the president.”
“I support him, I voted for him, just like everyone else and I’m happy to support him in this trying time,” she said.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has reportedly told GOP senators not to partake in the challenge, while the No. 2 Republican in the Senate, Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.), told reporters that it’s likely to fail.
Thune said he heard of no Republicans willing to join the Rep. Brooks-led effort.
“In the Senate, it would go down like a shot dog,” Thune told reporters. “And I just don’t think it makes a lot of sense to put everybody through this when you know what the ultimate outcome is going to be.”
Other than Brooks and Taylor-Greene, Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.), Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas), Rep.-elect Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.), Rep. Brian Babin (R-Texas), Rep. Ted Budd (R-N.C.), Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), and others said they would join.
“We must stand up for the tens of millions of Americans who want answers to the irregularities surrounding this election,” Gooden said in his letter to Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and John Cornyn (R-Texas). “It is our duty to ensure the integrity of our election is unwavering, and the American people deserve to feel confident their vote matters.”
Babin wrote that if Congress doesn’t investigate alleged voter fraud, he would object to the results. Around two-dozen Republicans in the House signed his letter.

Trump Calls Massive Spending Bill a ‘Disgrace,’ Says He Won’t Sign It

For those of you who were shocked, dismayed, stunned, depressed yesterday when you began hearing about what was in a bill passed by both Houses of Congress that was supposedly a COVID relief package, you got some solace later in the evening when President Trump went before the American people to say he would not sign the bill in its present form.
He stopped short of using the word “veto,” but said he won’t sign this monstrosity.
https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1341537886315950080?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1341537886315950080%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Ffraudscrookscriminals.com%2F2020%2F12%2F23%2Ftrump-calls-massive-spending-bill-a-disgrace-says-he-wont-sign-it%2F
By the way, only six brave Republican Senators voted against the 5,000 plus page bill that NO one has read:

Watch our President’s four minute display of leadership above (I see much of the media is calling it a rant).   He asks why we are sending billions abroad when Americans are hurting through no fault of their own.
Here is just one of dozens of news stories on the President’s big surprise to our disgusting House and Senate.
From the BBC:

Trump urges Congress to amend ‘wasteful’ coronavirus aid bill

In a video message posted on Twitter, he said the package “really is a disgrace”, full of “wasteful” items.
“It’s called the Covid relief bill, but it has almost nothing to do with Covid,” he said.

See Rush Limbaugh’s extensive commentary on the bill from yesterday afternoon. He laments that the rats are back at work as they assume the Trump era is over. https://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2020/12/22/nothing-changes-in-washington-the-covid-relief-bill-should-be-vetoed/

The $900bn bill includes one-off $600 payments to most Americans, but Mr Trump said the figure should be $2,000.
His statement stunned Capitol Hill.
Republicans and Democrats have been negotiating a coronavirus stimulus rescue package since July and Mr Trump – who has largely stayed out of the talks – had been expected to sign the legislation into law following its passage through Congress on Monday night.
[….]
However, Mr Trump has not specifically said he would veto the bill. Even if he does, US media say there could be enough votes from both Democrats and Republicans in Congress to override his veto.
[….]
In Tuesday night’s message from the White House, Mr Trump baulked at spending in the bill on other countries, arguing that this money should go to struggling Americans.
He said: “This bill contains $85.5m for assistance to Cambodia, $134m to Burma, $1.3bn for Egypt and the Egyptian military, which will go out and buy almost exclusively Russian military equipment, $25m for democracy and gender programmes in Pakistan, $505m to Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.”
The president questioned why the Kennedy Center, a performing arts complex in Washington DC, was set to receive $40m when it is not open, and more than $1bn has been allocated to museums and galleries in the capital. [Which are also  mostly not open!—ed]

The President has nothing to lose now if he vetoes the monster that will put the US in even greater debt (to China?) for generations to come.  It will reaffirm his strong leadership that will be needed for the years ahead.
Yeah, they can override his veto, but then we will all know who puts Americans First and who puts us last. After all, the midterm elections are not far off.
*** These six should join Senator-elect Tuberville (and many Members of the House) in opposing a Biden/Harris presidency on January 6th.  What have they got to lose?

We’re in a communist revolution here in the USA – and 95% of the public are completely in the dark.
The mainstream media will never call out communists – no matter how blatant they are. That’s why our country is being turned upside down and hardly anybody seems to know why.
Well Trevor Loudon does. After 40 years of studying communism Trevor knows a revolution when he sees one. And he knows how to fight back.

Law Prohibits Pence From Accepting Electoral Votes From Fraudulently Certified States — Constitutional Lawyer

Law Prohibits Pence From Accepting Electoral Votes From Fraudulently Certified States – Constitutional Lawyer

Ivan Raiklin says Vice President Pence can request states send Electoral College slates that actually reflect the will of the people
By Tom Pappert, National File, December 20, 2020
Law Prohibits Pence From Accepting Electoral Votes From Fraudulently Certified States – Constitutional Lawyer
Citing the United States Constitution and U.S. Code, Constitutional Lawyer Ivan Raiklin says it is Vice President Mike Pence’s duty to instruct states to expeditiously send their Electoral College Certificates immediately if they have not been received.
U.S.C. 12 explains that “When no certificate of vote and list mentioned in sections 9 and 11 of this title from any State shall have been received by the President of the Senate or by the Archivist of the United States by the fourth Wednesday in December, after the meeting of the electors shall have been held, the President of the Senate … shall request, by the most expeditious method available, the secretary of state of the State to send up the certificate…”
Beyond the allegations and evidence of widespread fraud presented by both President Donald Trump’s legal team and independent lawyers and witnesses across the United States, several states have now sent competing slates of delegates to Washington, D.C.
Additionally, Republicans in Pennsylvania and Arizona have asked the U.S. Congress not to accept the votes assigned by the state’s Secretary of State, suggesting they represent fraudulent election results.
Should Pence take this action, he is then instructed by the law to request these states immediately send accurate Electoral College Certificates before January 6.
Raiklin told National File that Pence will essentially force states to reclaim their Constitutional power to appoint Electoral College votes.
“That forces State Legislatures’ hand,” said Raiklin. “Pence can force the legislatures to reclaim their Constitutional power, hold a session, and appoint the Electoral College votes themselves as the Supreme Court did not address this issue.”
According to Raiklin, the Constitution would allow these states to be completely stricken from the Electoral College if Pence should refuse to accept them, and the number of Electoral College votes required to win would shrink dramatically from 270. President Trump would win under a simple majority of Electoral College votes, 232-227, without any risk of triggering a contingent election.
While many legal scholars have indicated there is ambiguity about how Electoral Votes are accepted, the media has maintained that Biden’s electoral win was secured on December 14, and will be confirmed on January 20. However, Raiklin tells National File he is willing to defend his analysis.
“I challenge any attorney anywhere to fact check this. If you have a different legal analysis, prove it.”
Should Republicans push for a contingent election, President Trump’s victory would again rely on Pence to cast the tie breaking vote after the House and Senate are deadlocked on whether battleground states Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, and Wisconsin should be stricken from the total. Should neither candidate reach 270 votes, a contingent election would almost certainly see President Trump reelected by a vote cast by individual states, not Representatives, in the House, and Vice President Pence reelected in the Senate.
President Trump and his Republican allies in the House of Representatives and potentially the Senate have been preparing for an Electoral College contest on January 6 that may well lead to a contingent election. According to Raiklin, this would spare the country from this almost wholly uncharted territory.

Pennsylvania Republican State Legislators Push Their Congressional Delegation to Contest Biden Win

“[W]e the undersigned members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly urge you to object, and vote to sustain such objection, to the Electoral College votes received from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania during the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021.”

Pa. Republican state legislators push their congressional delegation to contest Biden win

Actions stand in contrast to those of Arizona state House Republicans, who on Friday refused to support the request from president and his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani that they challenge the state’s certified slate of electors.
By: Sophie Mann, Just The News, December 21, 2020:
Several dozen GOP state legislators from Pennsylvania have called upon their state’s majority-Republican congressional delegation to challenge Joe Biden’s electoral college victory on Jan. 6, when Congress will meet to certify the results of the election.
“[W]e the undersigned members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly urge you to object, and vote to sustain such objection, to the Electoral College votes received from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania during the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021,” wrote the Keystone State lawmakers in a letter to their congressional delegation.
The actions of the Pennsylvania legislators stand in contrast to those of state House Republicans in Arizona, who on Friday refused to support the request from president and his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani that they challenge the electoral slate.
“I and my fellow legislators swore an oath to support the U.S. Constitution and the constitution and laws of the state of Arizona,” wrote Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers. “It would violate that oath, the basic principles of republican government and the rule of law if we attempted to nullify the people’s vote based on unsupported theories of fraud.”
Giuliani on the same day reprimanded the legislatures of several key swing states for not fighting hard enough in defense of Donald Trump. He chastised politicians in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin for allowing their respective states’ results to be certified in favor of Joe Biden, despite a consistent refrain from the president, his attorneys, and his loyal supporters that the election was stolen.
“Republican Legislature [sic] let down America. I’m ashamed of them. They completely misled the President and me. All of us Republicans let them know what we think of them,” tweeted Giuliani last week.

The Many Glaring Problems with the New COVID Stimulus Package

After months of backroom negotiations and lobbying, leaders in Congress have finally reached an agreement on a second COVID-19 relief bill. The $900 billion package will likely pass this week.
Here’s a brief overview of what’s in the behemoth package—and a breakdown of the many glaring problems with it.

  • $600 “stimulus” checks for American adults who earned less than $75,000 in 2019 with additional $600 per household for each child
  • A federal $300/week add-on to existing state-level unemployment benefits and a renewal of provisions that expanded unemployment to new groups such as gig economy workers
  • $325 billion in grants and loans for businesses, largely funneled through the Paycheck Protection Program established in the first stimulus effort

The package notably does not include a large, general bailout for state and local governments, a Democratic priority, or a COVID-19 liability shield for businesses, a GOP priority.
The below graphic by the Wall Street Journal neatly visualizes where most of this nearly $1 trillion in additional taxpayer money is (ostensibly) going to go.
What I’ve outlined above gives you a good idea of what’s in the package. But to be clear, this is nowhere near an exhaustive list of what’s in the bill. The final legislation is likely to be hundreds if not thousands of pages long.

This brings us to the first glaring problem with this new relief effort. As Rep. Justin Amash has publicly lamented, it wasn’t properly debated or amended by Congress—it was negotiated in backroom meetings by the leadership from both party establishments. Why does this matter? Remember that Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi tried to slip $350 million for the 50 richest ZIP codes in America into an earlier version of a second stimulus bill, mostly for rich liberal cities. We cannot trust politicians to dole out nearly $1 trillion in the dark.
Unfortunately, many members of Congress will vote on the package without having actually read it in its entirety.

Suffice it to say this is not a responsible or transparent way to spend nearly a trillion taxpayer dollars. Of course, that’s nothing new.

The first COVID-19 stimulus bill, the $2 trillion+ CARES Act, was corrupted by waste, fraud, and abuse. The federal government sent more than a million stimulus checks to dead people and many more to random European citizens. The expanded unemployment system it created lost more to fraud alone than the entire system paid out in 2019. And the Paycheck Protection Program was “swamped with potential fraud” as tens of thousands of ineligible companies received money and thousands more were overpaid.
None of these problems have been meaningfully addressed by Congress. So this latest stimulus effort just pours hundreds of billions of taxpayer money into fraud-rife programs without addressing the problem.
The third but hardly final glaring problem with this additional “stimulus” effort is the highly dubious effectiveness of its key initiatives.

The way the key relief efforts are structured makes it highly unlikely they will be very effective.
Consider the “stimulus” checks, for example. Congress plans to send $600 to each American adult who earns less than $75,000. However, according to the Wall Street Journal, legislators are using 2019 data to determine income eligibility. That means they’re using pre-pandemic income measures to determine who is eligible and who is not.
So, millions of people who lost their jobs or livelihood due to COVID-19 lockdowns will not receive checks because they did well back in 2019. Meanwhile, many millions of people who haven’t had their incomes disrupted and can comfortably work from home will receive taxpayer-funded “relief” checks.

That’s right: The aid is not targeted at all to actually go to those who need it. But the checks will still stimulate the economy by boosting spending, right?
Well… not really.
The Keynesian notion that consumer spending drives the economy is false.
To use a famous example, this thinking suggests that if a child breaks a store window, this “stimulates” the economy because money must be spent to hire a repairman, who then in turn will go spend that money elsewhere. This is a fallacy, because the money to pay the repairman would instead have been used to purchase something else that actually added value for the shop owner.
In reality, it is investment, not spending, that plays the most central role in economic growth. And investment comes out of savings, because banks loan out deposited money to investors. By definition, arbitrarily increasing spending reduces savings and reduces the pool of money available for investment.
Regardless, it is COVID-19, government lockdowns, and other restrictions that have put a stranglehold on the economy. Putting another $600 in some peoples’ pockets doesn’t change this underlying reality.
“Government checks are only valuable to the extent that there is enough actual ‘stuff’ (goods and services) available for those dollars to buy,” FEE’s Dan Sanchez and Jon Miltimore previously explained. “The more you lock down production, the more our stock of ‘stuff’ will shrink, and the more our living standards will worsen. No amount of zeros added to those government checks can change that.”
So it’s really unclear what good the checks will accomplish, either as a matter of “stimulus” or relief. Other than spending billions of taxpayer dollars and worsening the skyrocketing national debt, that is.

Now onto the federally augmented unemployment benefits. This does actually target money to those in need, at least in large part. However, it does so by explicitly tying that money to unemployment, disincentivizing employment. The original $600 federal supplement meant that 70% of the unemployed could earn more by staying on welfare than by returning to work.
The reduction of the federal benefit to a $300 additional supplement (on top of existing state-level payouts) mitigates, but does not eliminate, this harm. A sizable, if yet undetermined, number of people will still be able to receive benefits that fully or almost fully equal their previous earnings. (Federal minimum wage earners, for example).

Even many Republicans and conservatives have at least touted the bill’s replenishment of the Paycheck Protection Program with several hundred billion more dollars (ostensibly) in relief earmarked for small businesses. However, beyond PPP’s serious fraud problems, its efficacy is seriously in doubt.
The top 1 percent of benefiting businesses received nearly one quarter of the program’s total money, according to the New York Times. The program’s payouts included many suspicious allocations of funds to giant corporations and even politicians’ own business interests. For example, California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s business received a PPP grant 7 times greater than the grant received by other similar-sized companies.
The end result was a dysfunction program.
MIT economist David Autor studied the Paycheck Protection Program and concluded that “a lot of [the] cash went to businesses that would have otherwise maintained relatively similar employment levels.” He found that it cost $224,000 in taxpayer expenditure per job preserved, only preserving roughly 2.3 million jobs.
The supposed saving grace of this new stimulus bill is refreshing the PPP initiative with hundreds of billions of dollars in new funding. But the evidence suggests that doing so is more of a political win for politicians than a meaningful victory for taxpayers and struggling small businesses.

The government cannot create wealth out of thin air.
“The truth is that the government cannot give if it does not take from somebody,” Austrian economist Ludwig von Mises once explained. “It is not in the power of the government to make everybody more prosperous.”
So we must keep in mind that whatever benefits do come from this stimulus effort will mean either higher taxes or skyrocketing debt that future generations will have to pay off.

Many voters might understandably be glad that a gridlocked Congress finally “got something done.” Yet the countless glaring problems plaguing this massively expensive effort should temper that optimism. It all offers yet another reminder that when we rely on Big Government solutions, incompetence, inefficiency, and waste are all baked into the cake.

VIDEO: Let us join together in the song ‘Hotel California’

Released in 1976 by The Eagles, “Hotel California” sold 42 million copies worldwide. Downtown Los Angeles typifies what cities in California look like today. After decades of Democrat rule, a third of the state’s residents live in poverty.
When I was a student at Georgia Tech in the mid-1960s, Atlanta was a safe and vibrant city.
Now, after six decades of welfare programs that kill the human spirit and a half-century of the anything-goes ‘sex, drugs and rock & roll’ progressive culture that took America by storm in 1968, Atlanta has changed in dramatically troubling ways.
Like California’s cities, Atlanta has homeless people defecating on public streets and is marked by large pockets of urban decay, where our society’s most vulnerable people endure squalid living conditions in neighborhoods overrun with drugs, crime, poverty and despair. Like other big cities in America, Atlanta has been run exclusively by Democrats since the 1960s.
Finally, in wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah, let us join together in song once more, this time a rendition about what the party of government dependency has done to one of the most beautiful states in America.
Please join me now in singing California Here I Come.

Delingpole: ‘I still believe Trump will – and must – win’

This attempted election theft poses an existential threat to the Republic and, by extension, to the Free World.

I still believe Trump will – and must – win

By James Delingpole, December 21, 2020:
IF A man shoots someone in cold blood having carefully planned the killing for months, and the camera footage, fingerprints, DNA evidence and multiple witness statements all confirm this to be so, is he guilty of premeditated murder?
A lawyer might answer ‘no’, averring that a man is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. But most of the rest of us would answer ‘yes’. Our sense of natural justice tells us that that murderer is a murderer whether or not a judge and jury have formally convicted him. And if that murderer goes unpunished, we don’t shrug our shoulders and go: ‘Ah well. Maybe we’ll have better luck nabbing him the next person he tries to kill.’ Rather we go: ‘This is wrong. This is seriously wrong! This cannot be allowed to stand – and if it does we can never trust the System again.’
This is where we are right now with the US presidential election. Trump clearly won. (Read the Navarro Report.) Yet the System is pretending otherwise. Trump’s lawyers have provided copious irrefutable evidence of concerted and extensively pre-planned electoral fraud which tipped the balance in lyin’, cheatin’, stealin’ Joe Biden’s favour. But rather than acknowledge this shameless crime and redress the injustice, the System has decided it just doesn’t want to know.
The Democrats, the GOP mainstream, Congress, Big Tech, the mainstream media, the state judiciaries, the Supreme Court, even the conservative commentariat: they’ve collectively decided to hand the presidential election to Joe Biden. Not because he actually won (many, if not most, of them know perfectly well by now that he didn’t) but because for various reasons they consider it inconvenient to allow justice to be done.
But if justice isn’t done, what you end up with is injustice. The System may be comfortable with this state of affairs. But I’m not sure we the people will be. At least we shouldn’t be. When 74million Americans vote for a presidential candidate only to be cheated out of their preference by blatant skullduggery, that is not a wrong that can be allowed to go unrighted. It must be contested to the bitter end, even if it means bloodshed, even if it means civil war. Whatever lengths we go to in ensuring that Trump gains his rightful victory will be as nothing to what we’ll have to go through to undo the damage if we’re stupid enough to allow him to lose.
‘Appeasement now, war later’ is how Steve Bannon’s War Room pithily puts it. Bannon – as he has been for years – is dead right. Of course the measures required at this stage to get President Trump his rightful second term will require blood, toil, tears and sweat. But the alternative is – or ought to be – unthinkable.
Let’s allow ourselves briefly to think that unthinkable thing: America’s president will be a corrupt, senile, malleable buffoon in hock to the Chinese Communist Party; his administration will be the most rabidly Left-wing in US history; the Swamp will have been confirmed in its belief that it can do whatever the hell it likes, and the little people be damned; the Republican party will resume its natural state of comprising spineless RINOs scarcely differentiable from their Democrat opponents; the voting system will go unreformed; Big Tech will go unchecked; the economy-destroying, freedom-sapping fake ‘pandemic’ will flourish at the behest of Bill Gates, Big Pharma and the CCP-controlled WHO. And that will just be the beginning. There will be no functioning US democracy left to retrieve by the time Biden and his inevitable near-immediate successor Kamala Harris have spread their rot through the Oval Office. The land of the free and the home of the brave will have become just another satrapy of the globalist elite.
All this is sorely missing from the analyses of those ‘conservative’ commentators who glibly reassure us that it’s all OK, in four years  there’ll be a chance to vote in another Republican, perhaps even the Donald himself. And that in two years, the Congressional elections should provide sufficient checks and balances to curtail the Biden/Harris presidency’s wilder excesses.
Yeah, right. If there’s one thing we’ve learned in 2020, it’s that the integrity of the system – all those checks and balances so thoughtfully and presciently devised by the Founding Fathers – can  be guaranteed only if its constituent parts act in good faith. If the Republican leader of the Senate owes greater fealty to his Chinese business interests than to his president, say, or if seven out of nine Supreme Court justices decide that much as they love the power of their jobs they’re uncomfortable with their concomitant responsibilities, then suddenly all bets are off. The System is broken, perhaps irretrievably so. Time for a new Age of Heroes to ride to the rescue of Western Civilisation at another of its darkest hours.
This is why I still have faith that Donald Trump is going to win his rightful second term as president (and I mean now, not 2024). It’s not that I underestimate the vastness of the forces arrayed against him. Rather it’s that I believe there are enough people out there – from those 74million Trump voters to the Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe to the tenacious, fearless, 5-D-chess-playing President himself – who understand that this attempted election theft poses an existential threat to the Republic and, by extension, to the Free World. They will not let this crime happen because they are fully aware that the costs of nipping this globalist coup in the bud now will be as nothing to the costs of dealing with it should these evil-doers be allowed to prevail.
My suspicion is that Trump has known this for years, that he has been preparing for it all along, and that he and his most trusted advisers are simply biding their time before they strike.
If I’m wrong, well, my having been wrong will be the least of my worries and of your worries too. It will be game over for Western Civilisation. And I won’t draw any satisfaction from being able to say ‘I told you so.’

379,000 Illegal Ballots Were Cast in Michigan; Now Have “Receipts” to Prove it

Peter Navarro Says 379,000 Illegal Ballots Were Cast in Michigan

‘Within Five Seconds,’ Biden Got 141,000 Votes, While Trump Only Got 5,900
By The Election Wiz on December 21, 2020
Last Thursday, Dr. Peter Navarro released an explosive report outlining the fraud in the 2020 election. The report explained how Democrats cheated in the 2020 election in various contested states. Notably however, the report did not include a detailed breakdown of Michigan. At the time of the report, Dr. Narravo explained there was insufficient data to draw estimates of how the various types of irregularities in Michigan translate into possible illegal votes.
This morning, Dr. Navarro joined Steve Bannon’s War Room: Pandemic. During the interview (~48:00 mark), Navarro told Bannon he now has the “receipts” for Michigan. Dr. Navarro explained that Biden’s lead in Michigan is currently alleged to be 154,000 votes.
“My top line number at this point for illegal, possibly illegal ballots, is 379,000,” Navarro said. “That’s more than twice the victory margin,” he continued.
Dr. told Bannon that figure includes about 174,384 ballots that were cast without proper voter ID verification, another 195,000 of “inexplicable vote surges,” and about 9,5000 confirmed dead voters who cast ballots.
The Narravo Report video
Navarro pointed to the timestamped data from the New York Times. He said on November 4, Trump had taken a substantial lead over Biden during a nine hour period. Navarro said that within “five seconds” at around 6:30 am ET, Biden’s vote total “skyrocketed by 141,258 votes.” Dr. Navarro said that vote surge is over 30 times the expected vote count. “Within that same time frame, do ya know how many Trump got? 5,968 [votes],” Navarro remarked.
Dr. Navarro said there was another suspicious dump at around 3:50 am ET where Biden got over 54,000 votes while Trump only garnered about 4,700 votes.
Dr. Navarro told Bannon these new receipts for Michigan show there was a “coordinated” scheme to stretch or break the law by “stuffing the ballot box.”

Open Letter to Florida Senators Rubio and Scott to Contest the Electoral College Vote and the 2020 Election Fraud

Dear Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott,
We haven’t heard from either of you doing anything about the leftist criminal election fraud which has taken place.  Will you do the right thing and join others, like Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz,  in refusing to confirm the Electoral College vote in Congress?
We are urging President Trump to not concede; to stay in the fight against the massive, criminal election fraud which has occurred and to form a 3rd Party if the Obama/Biden Coup is confirmed.
President Donald J. Trump did not lose this election, therefore he must not concede!
We, the 74+ Million Trump supporters know about the massive election and voter fraud that the Obama/Biden Cabal has forced upon the election process and we will continue to fight against it.  We know President Trump won if a fair and legal election process had taken place.
He lived up to every promise made and would not let us become a Socialist State!  We want to Keep America Great and to continue on the  path of always putting America First.
If the Obama/Biden Coup succeeds in stealing this election, then we will urge President Trump to form a Trump Constitutional Party (or some such name) and we will join him right away.  We are very angry at the COWARDLY establishment, elitist, ruling class Republican Party which, with only a few exceptions, has failed to stand with President Trump and support him during this massive, criminal, election and voter fraud that the leftist socialist Democrats and their Chinese Communist Party supporters have foisted upon us.
We are also very disappointed in the 3 of the 5 supposedly conservative SCOTUS Justices who failed to act on the Texas Law Suit joined by 18 other states.  It is very clear that this election fraud situation has negated the votes of the many millions of voters in those states who voted for President Trump and they have Standing to file suit against the criminal fraud that has occurred.
We the people love and stand by our President and are urging him to  stay in the fight. We know the left has been driven by EVIL, HATE and LIES whereas our side is driven by GODLY, Biblical VALUES and TRUTH. Therefore, we know we will triumph in the end. We are proud “Deplorables” and Patriots unafraid to call ourselves nationalists not because we are racist as falsely accused by leftist lies, but because we love our country and want to continue as a nation of laws under a Constitutional Republic as intended by our Founding Fathers and our Constitution.
We are not racists because we put our God and Country first. We will not support Socialism because we believe in “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”.
How about you Senator Scott and you Senator Rubio – what are your positions?
What are you doing/will you do about this criminal election fraud?

Trump To Campaign Again In Georgia

President Donald Trump announced plans for a return to Georgia to campaign for GOP Senate candidates one day before the January 5 runoff election.
“As badly as we were treated in Georgia by the ‘Republican’ Governor and ‘Republican’ Secretary of State, we must have a massive victory for two great people, @KLoeffler & @sendavidperdue, on January 5th,” Trump wrote in a tweet late Saturday night. “I will be having a big Rally for them on Monday night, January 4th. WIN!”
https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1340520653653458949?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1340520653653458949%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fdailycaller.com%2F2020%2F12%2F20%2Fdonald-trump-campaign-georgia-loeffler-perdue%2F
Despite a series of legal defeats and no significant legal wins in challenges across several swing states, Trump has so far refused to concede the November election to President-elect Joe Biden, instead continuing to insist the election was “rigged” and rife with widespread fraud.
Meanwhile, as Republican Georgia Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue campaign against Democratic challengers Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, respectively, Republicans in Georgia have had to walk a fine line between not wanting to cross Trump publicly and also encouraging Georgia voters that their vote matters.
Trump last campaigned in the state on December 5, and pulled back on tentative plans to campaign this weekend at least in part because of continued anger at Georgia’s Republican governor and secretary of state, the New York Times reported.
With 50 seats to Democrats’ 48, Republicans must win one of two Senate seats in Georgia to maintain their slim majority. Loeffler and Perdue both have slim leads over their Democratic opponents, according to the Real Clear Politics average.

Trump Campaign taking Constitutional fight to Supreme Court

President Trump’s campaign today issued the following statement:

“Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., President Trump’s campaign committee, today filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the US. Supreme Court to reverse a trio of Pennsylvania Supreme Court cases which illegally changed Pennsylvania’s mail balloting law immediately before and after the 2020 presidential election in violation of Article II of the United States Constitution and Bush v. Gore.”
This represents the Campaign’s first independent U.S. Supreme Court filing and seeks relief based on the same Constitutional arguments successfully raised in Bush v. Gore.
“This petition follows a related Pennsylvania case where Justice Alito and two other justices observed ‘the constitutionality of the [Pennsylvania] Supreme Court’s decision [extending the statutory deadline for receipt of mail ballots from 8 pm on election day to 5 pm three days later] … has national importance, and there is a strong likelihood that the State Supreme Court decision violates the Federal Constitution.’
“The Campaign’s petition seeks to reverse three decisions which eviscerated the Pennsylvania Legislature’s protections against mail ballot fraud, including (a) prohibiting election officials checking whether signatures on mail ballots are genuine during canvassing on Election Day, (b) eliminating the right of campaigns to challenge mail ballots during canvassing for forged signatures and other irregularities, (c) holding that the rights of campaigns to observe the canvassing of mail ballots only meant that they only were allowed to be ‘in the room’ – in this case, the Philadelphia Convention Center – the size of several football fields, and (d) eliminating the statutory requirements that voters properly sign, address, and date mail ballots.
“The petition seeks all appropriate remedies, including vacating the appointment of electors committed to Joseph Biden and allowing the Pennsylvania General Assembly to select their replacements. The Campaign also moved for expedited consideration, asking the Supreme Court to order responses by December 23 and a reply by December 24 to allow the U.S. Supreme Court to rule before Congress meets on January 6 to consider the votes of the electoral college.”
