Trump Campaign Attorney Points to Dominion Fraud: “Communist China Materially Interfered with Our Election – TRUTH”

Prominent Attorney L. Lin Wood, who successfully represented teen Nicholas Sandmann in defamation suits against The Washington Post and CNN, joined the president’s efforts to win back the 2020 election late last week. L. Lin Wood grew concerned after Trump’s apparent historic landslide was nullified by criminal actions the days following the election.
L. Lin Wood has always been outspoken.
On Monday and Tuesday The Gateway Pundit was first to report on election software “glitches” that resulted in votes stolen from President Trump and extra votes given to Joe Biden in numerous swing states.
On Wednesday and Thursday President Trump teased in a tweet that the Dominion systems were used to steal the election.

Liars always Cheat and Cheaters Always Lie!

A friend sent me a meme that shows a mother scolding her child saying, “If you don’t stop lying you’ll grow up to be a factchecker for Facebook!”
The meme was intended as political satire but, sadly, has turned into political reality.
We are seeing lying and cheating at unprecedented levels before, during and now after the 2020 presidential election.
Lying and cheating are two lanes on the road to perdition. Lying and cheating go with one another like hate goes with fear. The intent of lying is to fool people. The goal of cheating is to steal from people. In the case of the 2020 election cycle we have witnessed both at levels never seen before.
I find it most interesting and revealing that Democrats, the media, the tech giants like Facebook, Twitter, Google, are spreading lies while doing everything in their power to cover up the massive election cheating. They are stealing the truth from the American people.
This is the greatest forced “thought crime” in my lifetime.
I have witnessed this level of lying and cheating in the former Soviet Union, Communist China, Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, Syria, and Russia, to name a few. I never thought I would ever see it here in America.

Liars Cheat and Cheaters Lie

Bill Little is doing a series of videos titled The Stolen Election – American Pravda. Watch the first in his series that analyses just one interview between ABC’s George Stephanopoulos and the Governor of South Dakota Kristi Noem.

If anyone was listening to the entire interview then watched Bill Little’s analysis they would clearly come away with the truth, that they have been lied to and cheated on before, during and after the 2020 election. I can hardly wait for Bill’s next episode.
Here are some examples of how this election was stolen:

  1. The pollsters and media were lying before the election in favor of Biden over Trump.
  2. The exit pollsters, media and social media were lying as people were stealing votes on November 3rd.
  3. The media, social media, Democrats, Biden, Harris lied that Biden won and Trump lost.
  4. Finally, the media, social media, Democrats, Biden and Harris suppressed the truth of massive election fraud by lying.

The recounts, and subsequent lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign, have proven that massive cheating and theft, destruction of Trump votes in multiple swing states, dead people voting, mail-in-ballot fraud have happened and are real.

Conclusion

As Shannon L. Alder wrote, “Lies don’t end relationships the truth does.”
Democrats have ended their relationship with those who believe in transparent, free and fair elections. The truth always prevails. The truth sets one free from the bondage of the liars and cheaters of the world. Just ask any citizen of the former Soviet Union.
When you lie and then cheat,  and get caught at it, you lose the respect and trust of the American people.
When President Trump labeled the media as “the enemies of the people” he understood the core problem. Lying and cheating. Trump understands, perhaps better than anyone that there are liars and cheaters in the U.S. Congress, in both the Republican and Democrat parties and most certainly at the polling places in cities such as Detroit, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City and on and on.
Justice demands that liars and cheaters be punished both in this life and in the next. Not to punish lying and cheating only leads to more lying and cheating.
America cannot be a nation, nor remain a nation, if it is controlled by liars and cheaters.

The northbound sign read ‘VOTER FRAUD’ and the southbound sign read ‘STOP THE STEAL’.
Porter (of Maryland 20/20 Watch) declared–
“Great day, lots and lots of positive responses with waves and honks from the highway. Very few negative responses. All in a very beautiful day for an active political protest. One small negative response from a woman who stopped the car on the bridge to yell at us to ‘take our sign down.'”

ROUND TWO: Trump vs Benson, The Stench in Detroit.

From intimidation tactics to physical interference with the ability to observe the ballot tabulation process, to the improper duplication of ballots, and the counting of ineligible ballots, Detroit’s voting process paints a picture of everything an election should not be.  Thus says a complaint, filed in the Western District of Michigan by the Trump campaign.
In a mostly-affidavit-supported, 31-page complaint with nearly 200 pages of enclosures, the Trump campaign charged that Wayne County officials did not follow Michigan’s Election Code.  Specifically, they did not provide a “meaningful opportunity to observe the conduct of elections.”  According to the complaint, there are over one hundred affidavits from “credentialed election challengers” attesting that Trump poll and process watchers were not given the opportunity to validate the legitimacy of absentee voter ballots, nor were they allowed to observe ballot counting. Some Republicans were not allowed to enter the TCF Center in Detroit where the ballot tabulations were taking place while others were not allowed to return if they stepped out.  Meanwhile, Democratic challengers were allowed to freely enter the premises.  The Republicans were also maintained further away from observation locations from their Democratic counterparts using techniques such as physically pushing them.  When removed, they were taunted and harassed, and even when allowed to remain, their lines of site were often intentionally obstructed.
Amazingly, “Challenger Kathleen Daavettila observed that Democratic challengers distributed a packet of information among themselves entitled, ‘Tactics to Distract GOP Challengers.’ Id. (Daavettila aff., p. 2). An election official told challenger Ulrike Sherer that the election authority had a police SWAT team waiting outside if Republican challengers argued too much. Id. (Sherer aff. ¶24). An election worker told challenger Jazmine Early that since “English was not [her] first language…[she] should not be taking part in this process.” Id. (Early aff. ¶11).”  At least one witness, who happened to be an attorney, described how poll workers were instructed to change the date on the ballots received after 8 pm on November 3 so as to make it appear that they were received on an earlier date.
Additionally, the Michigan complaint describes software irregularities encountered in that state including those caused by the now-infamous Dominion Voting Systems software, which is mentioned by name.
To remedy these issues, the plaintiffs pray that the court prohibit certification of ballots that were tabulated in violation of the Michigan Election Code. Based on the number of affidavits, and the estimated scope of computerized glitches, that number could amount to over one hundred thousand votes.
It remains to be seen whether the court will take up this action and how it may rule on the matter.  However, a few things are clear.   Detroit now joins Philadelphia as beautiful illustrations of how elections can never be conducted.  Second, if these votes are allowed to stand, a plethora of legal voters will be disenfranchised through dilution.  And third, the scope and magnitude of this operation suggests interstate coordination by an overarching planner, funder, and coordinator.  Clearly, the stench in Detroit has spread to such a point that it will taint the actions of the judiciary, no matter what it does, and threatens to further tarnish our already tattered Constitution.

After the Election, the Left Demands Purges

Joe Biden is calling for unity following the 2020 presidential election, but it’s clear that many of the former vice president’s supporters view postelection unity as something to create by force and intimidation.
That sort of unity is enforced by ruthless institutional pressure and cancel culture. It’s a tactic that the left already uses through its power in America’s elite institutions, but is looking to redouble if it indeed captures the presidency and the executive branch.
Numerous liberals and left-wingers have demanded punishment of anyone who has worked for, allied with, or generally supported President Donald Trump.
Some want to destroy the Republican Party.

“You can’t heal or reform the GOP who are now an extremist party,” Wajahat Ali, a contributing writer for The New York Times, said on Twitter. “They have to be broken, burned down and rebuilt. When Biden is in power treat them like the active threats to democracy they are. If those who committed crimes aren’t punished then they will be more emboldened.”
Clearly, a two-party system is just too much for some to bear.
It was no surprise to see openly socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., sound exactly like other socialists in history when they’ve amassed power.
In other words, the nice-sounding “democratic” part of socialism gets dropped for the purer variety.


That is the true face of socialism, at its core. Socialism is not just about higher taxes, redistribution of wealth, and a generous welfare state. To fulfill its true aims, it requires an enforced equality that defies human nature.
No wonder so many Venezuelan immigrants, many of whom escaped the brutal socialist regimes of Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro, voted for Trump.
But it isn’t just fringe radicals calling for purges. It’s “moderates” and mainstream liberals too.
Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin, who used to call herself a “conservative,” has demanded a “list” of all those who think election fraud may have had a significant impact on the presidential election.

One wonders if it ever crossed Rubin’s mind what it would mean, if we apply this standard consistently, for those in the media who pursued the debunked Russia collusion accusation from 2016 for the past four years?

In that case, Rubin would very much be on the list.
Perhaps most disturbing of all is the newly created Trump Accountability Project, which aims to catalog every person who ever worked for the Trump administration, even in the smallest and most indirect ways.
Various Democratic staffers and Twitter blue check marks touted this project.
The Trump Accountability Project website, which since has been privatized but may be found in archives, explains that the Trump administration was so monstrous that any of those associated with it must be prevented from “profiting from their experience,” an ambiguous but ominous phrase in context.
So, who made the Trump Accountability Project’s list?
Jordan Davidson at The Federalist spells out the categories of people compiled on one of the website’s documents:

Tabs on the document separate those listed into categories such as ‘Campaign Staff,’  ‘Administration,’ ‘Appointees,’ ‘Donors,’ ‘Law Firms,’ ‘Endorsers’ and ‘Denouncers.’ The ‘Administration’ tab contained names of senior advisors in the White House all the way down to ‘Chief Calligrapher.’ Under ‘Denouncers,’ the project listed Miles Taylor, the low-level bureaucrat [and] anonymous source published and promoted by the New York Times as a ‘senior administration official.’

Even those who turned on Trump are to be deemed complicit.
Regardless of how the presidential contest turns out, this sort of rhetoric and action literally days after Election Day demonstrates how important it is not to give the left every lever of governmental power.
The message they are sending Americans who don’t agree with them is “Join us, or else.”
It shouldn’t be a surprise to see such a movement appear. Unpersoning political “enemies” is entirely in line with the ideology of a militant left that  increasingly is becoming mainstream and normalized.
And liberal institutions, one after another, are buckling and relenting to the demands of the far left for conformity and enforced solidarity.
Predictably, the mob no longer is just interested in the statues of long dead figures of America’s past. They are coming for you, and a generous slice of the American “elite” apparently is happy to relent and give them their way.

Data Anomalies Plus Coverups Equal a Bunch of Unanswered Questions

Despite what the media says, the 2020 presidential election is far from decided. According to the preliminary vote counts, Joe Biden is leading slightly in several states that are the key to the Electoral College.
If the vote counts are correct, then Joe Biden will become president in January. But are they? Some data anomalies suggest we need to take a closer look. Last night on “Washington Watch,” I interviewed Dr. William “Matt” Briggs, a fellow at the Heartland Institute, former statistics professor at Cornell University, and author of Uncertainty: The Soul of Modeling, Probability, and Statistics.
Dr. Briggs said statistical information can help the Trump legal team’s court challenges by identifying possible instances of fraud. For instance, mail-in ballots in Michigan saw an eight-fold increase from 2016 in people who voted only for president and filled in nothing else. In 2016, two percent of people voted only for president, but in 2020, it was 16 percent.
And remember, we’re talking about mail-in ballots, where voters have all the time in the world to research other candidates and questions to fill in their ballot.
The discrepancy is “huge,” said Briggs. Too big, in fact, to be “easily explainable just in terms of simple changes in behavior.” He said that’s an anomaly that must be explained.
And it’s not just in Michigan. Briggs pointed out irregularities in Pennsylvania. “At one point in time, in the evening of the next day, three separate counties removed votes for Trump. That has to be explained,” he said.
Someone in the media will object that these questions are cynical, partisan ploys to undermine democracy. “You’re just mad that your candidate lost,” they’ll say. But Dr. Briggs made the case that answering these questions is important to instill trust in the election results.
“The explanation doesn’t necessarily have to be fraud. But when we find these kinds of things, some kind of explanation is needed,” he said. “It may be a perfectly innocent explanation. On the other hand, it may not be.” In other words, it shouldn’t be out-of-bounds to ask whether the emperor is wearing clothes.
Briggs continued, “this stuff has been formally researched before. It’s not unusual, these types of questions.” Rather, ballot marking where only the president is picked “conforms to other instances of known fraud,” he said.
Rough estimates like this are the data science version of a “sniff check.” If something smells funny, then we should “follow the science” and dig a little deeper. That’s what President Trump and his legal team are doing. And they have the legal right to do it.
As Americans, we have a right to verify, as I quoted Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell yesterday, that “all legal ballots must be counted; any illegal ballots must not be; the process should be transparent and observable by all sides, and the courts are here to work through concerns.”
The only real threat to democracy here is the alarming (but predictable) hostility towards openness and transparency among the self-proclaimed defenders of openness and transparency. Ignore the media’s cries to “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.” Let’s have a fair count and then award the White House to whoever really won.

Election Integrity vs Election Theft

This is not a banana republic. This is the United States of America.
Here we are on the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Compact (November 11, 1620)—the document that initiated American democracy that culminated in the Constitution and our freedoms.
And yet election integrity is at risk. How this is resolved may well determine what kind of a country we become and what kind of a legacy we leave for our children and posterity.
As one man put it, “The importance of getting it right outweighs the importance of rushing to judgment.” Who was this? Some rube with the Trump campaign? No, actually, that was former Clinton cabinet member Warren Christopher on November 11, 2000, speaking on behalf of the Gore campaign during the hotly contested Bush-Gore election.
The media, including Fox News, have already called this race for Joe Biden. Many are calling him “president elect.” Is it not more honest to call him, at best, the “projected president elect”? Besides, who died and gave the media the authority to decide who is president?
There’s always cheating in elections, I suppose. It seems that conservatives always have to get a percentage or more of extra votes to counteract the cheating. Hmmmm. If the left is so great, why do they so often have to cheat to win?
There are serious and credible allegations of voter fraud in some of the key swing states. The swing states include Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
Here are some examples:

  • Citizen Free Press reports: “Giuliani tells Maria Bartiromo [Fox News] this morning [11/8/20] that as many as 900,000 invalid ballots were cast in Pennsylvania, and that the Trump campaign will reveal the full slate of evidence in court.”
  • Trump attorney Sidney Powell added that they’ve identified 450,000 ballots in PA that only had Biden on them (not any vote for candidates of other offices on the ballot).
  • In Pennsylvania, supposedly 840 voters were 101 or older; 39 lived through the Civil War; 45 were born in the 1800s. These are among the 21,000+ dead people in Pennsylvania that are reported to have voted. As some wag noted, “I see dead people voting.”
  • Despite court orders, poll counters in Philadelphia and Detroit reportedly have prevented Republican vote counting monitors from seeing the ballot counting. Furthermore, in some instances, workers have boarded up windows, eliminating any pretense of transparency.
  • A software “glitch” in Michigan has caused thousands of votes for Trump to be applied as votes for Biden. Ian Miles Cheong tweets (11/6/20): “The software used to tabulate the votes in one county sent at least 6,000 Trump votes to Biden. 47 counties used the software. Other states may have, too. Was it a glitch or a ‘feature’?”

Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan said,

“This is the first time in American history, where you have a party systematically set out to win an election after the election. That’s what they’re doing, and it has to be stopped.” [Emphasis added]

Perhaps love of abortion is a key motivator in all this. As Gary Bauer of American Values noted that if someone has no problem with killing babies up to the moment of birth (and even after, in some cases), why would they have a problem with cheating in an election?
Judge Darrell White is a conservative Christian and the founder/director of Retired Judges of America. I once interviewed him for Christian television in reference to America’s Christian heritage.
He told me, “Our founders were not atheists.  They pledged their lives, their fortunes, their sacred honor on behalf of themselves, but also, on behalf of posterity. That’s us and our grandchildren, and we hold the truths of the Constitution and the sacred guarantees that are ours as Americans. We hold them not as owners, but in trust. We are trustees for the next generation.” [Emphasis added]
As trustees, it is up to us to make sure that we preserve our national heritage and genuine trust at the polls. White adds that “our founders clearly had a biblical worldview”—a major component of which is a belief in the “notion of the depravity of man.”
The division of powers by the founders was based on their knowledge that man is sinful. James Madison, a key architect of the Constitution, put it succinctly: “All men having power ought to be distrusted.” That’s not cynical. It is because of that view we enjoy the freedoms we enjoy.
The day could come when we lose that freedom because of a monopoly of power by the Ruling Class, by big tech (which has systematically censored conservative and Christian content), and by big media.
Since there are still many serious, credible allegations of voter fraud, every American, including those on the other side of the aisle, should welcome this inquiry to make sure it was an honest election.
Love him or hate him, Trump is fighting for our nation’s election integrity.

Hopkins is an American hero and he stands by the truth. There is no level of intimidation from Strasser that can change that.

I’ve known Edwin Vieira for nearly 30 years.  I actually spoke with him the first time around spring in 1993 via phone. 
I called to ask a question about something I was going to put in my newsletter; a dear friend recommended I call Edwin.  Hungry for truth and trying to be accurate, I called him and the first thing Edwin did was chew me out.  He said if you put that in your newsletter you’ll look like an idiot!
Yep.  So, I’m standing in my garage packing boxes to ship copies of my Bankrupt America booklet; my other friend (who recommended him and told me Edwin’s credentials) is standing here while I’m listening to Edwin.  What was my reaction? 
If I was a liberal I would have jumped up and down, had a hissy fit and slam down the phone.  I did not.  By the time I called him, I knew Edwin’s bio and respected him even though I didn’t know him.  Anyway, my response was, I asked him if he could take the time to explain to me where I was incorrect or inaccurate? 
He did and I’ve been very blessed to have him as my friend ever since then and someone who has patiently educated me over the decades.  A man who has never received the recognition he should have received for his tome, Pieces of Eight on the “Fed”.  He should have won a Pulitzer Prize in Economics.
If we had Edwin Vieira as Attorney General and Sidney Powell as Director of the FBI, it would shake Washington, D.C. into spasms.   
This interview needs to be heard far and wide.  20 minutes in he really reinforces this is a criminal conspiracy and what should have been done and what needs to get done.

Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) released a video message on the 2020 post-election process.

The legitimacy of our republic requires public confidence in our elections. The fact that 70% of Republicans don’t believe the 2020 election was free and fair — that should be of concern to everyone. That’s why both sides should support allowing the post-election process provided for in our laws to work, to move forward. Our election laws call for recounts in close elections. They provide candidates the right to contest votes cast in violation of the law. They allow the right to present evidence of fraud, if you have it, to present that evidence in court. And they require meeting specific deadlines for all this, so that a winner can be certified and take office.
Both Democrat and Republican candidates have used these laws themselves. They’ve availed themselves to these rights many times, including in this election. Joe Biden had hired an army of election lawyers to use this very process if he had fallen short in the preliminary results. And therefore, President Trump is well within his legal rights to pursue all these things under these laws now.
Now for those in the media who are angry that Republicans won’t just take their word for it that Biden won — I think you need some self-awareness. You spent four years claiming that Russians hacked the last election. You supported Democrats when they went to court to overturn the governor’s race in Georgia in 2018. And you say nothing when, to this day, they claim that they won that race. And you railed against how dangerous Trump rallies were, but now you seem to have no problem with Biden supporters celebrating in big crowds. So Republicans, I think, have good reason to believe that some of you are just a little biased.
The only way the outcome of this election is going to be widely accepted — which is what we need — is through the post-election process in our law.

Subversion and Electoral Fraud

A courageous priest spoke the truth about Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.  Fr. Edward Meeks said the Democratic Party is the party of death and a vote for Biden is stepping off the cliff into the abyss.  That abyss is the destruction of the greatest nation in the world via communism.  And Archbishop Vigano has penned another letter about the “reset” and how election reality is denied, but truth shall prevail.
Yes, the devil and his minions have been busy for the last four years setting up a system across the country in democrat held states to steal an election and eliminate the valid votes for Donald J. Trump.
Remember hearing that Willie Brown told Kalamity Harris not to run for VP?  Perhaps she disregarded his warnings because she knew the fix was in and had been planned since 2016.  We rarely saw her campaigning and if we did, zero crowds.
Choosing mail-in voting for those who fell for the fear mongering of Covid-19, was truly the death knell of liberty.  Massive amounts of dead people voting, people who are no longer even in the state, signatures with no record, back-dated envelopes, ballots found dumped hither and yon.  Postal workers can use their own vehicles to transport mail, even those with Biden stickers on their bumpers.
Mail-in ballots guaranteed chaos. The enemies of freedom utilized the pandemic to create this nightmare and deprive Donald Trump of his victory.  And I believe Fauci was involved.
Eric Holder and his fellow comrades have been busy throughout the country for four years.  Remember in 2018 when Republicans in California went to bed believing they had their elections locked up only to lose in ensuing weeks of vote counting?!  Check out what happened to Young Kim and Mimi Walters!  They had strong leads and then lost to democrats.  The democrats in Sacramento passed laws aimed at greasing their voting machine.  That project started in 2015 with automatic voter registration, following Oregon…another bastion of communist democrat control.
Then in 2016, California passed the Voter’s Choice Act which allowed counties to mail every voter a ballot…sound familiar?  Used to be they had to request it, now it comes automatically…totally against the original intention of the founders of this country and how we would cast our votes.  Ahh yes, ballot harvesting, that’s the game.
Subversion is the undermining of the power and authority of an established system or institution…the ruthless subversion of our representative Republic.  A plutocracy is a government or society who rules by their wealth.  Check out the salaries of those in Congress who start out as middle-class Americans and end up as multi-millionaires.  It’s an atrocity not intended by our founders and is why so many remain for decades in Congress.
P.J. Media’s David Solway writes the truth when he says, “Everyone knows that Donald Trump has won the 2020 election. Everyone knows that electoral tampering has been massive and ubiquitous, and that a fair vote would have borne landslide numbers for the president. Everyone knows that ballot harvesting, mail-in voting, and extended vote tallying for an indefinite period after the polls close, when new ballots are miraculously found and illegible or absent postmarks are ignored, is the broad, well-trodden path to electoral fraud. And everyone knows that the fix was in from the start.”
The plot to eliminate the greatest president in over a century was started November 8th, 2016.  And Solway is right, the swamp is deep and wide and the entire mainstream media is part of it, and is characterized by endemic duplicity and suppression of countervailing truths, lying and censorship.  They’ve slandered and libeled this president from day one and yet he stood tall and continuously worked for the American people and our country.
Joe Biden and Kalamity Harris are threatening to eviscerate the principles of federalism and the Bill of Rights with special emphasis on getting the Second Amendment.
How many times have we heard “no one is above the law” about our President? Well, neither are any of these commie sell-outs!
This election may end up in the Supreme Court just as the Bush/Gore 2000 Florida hanging-chad debacle did.  Three of the attorneys who worked for George W. Bush are now on the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Roberts, Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

Hammer and Scorecard

Mary Fanning and Alan Jones reported that in February 2009, the Obama administration commandeered and used a powerful supercomputer known as the Hammer.  The Hammer is Brennan and Clapper’s secret surveillance system and I wrote about it in November of 2019.  Fanning and Jones write that the Hammer utilizes an exploit application known as Scorecard.  Hammer’s designer, former CIA contractor and whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, says Scorecard is capable of hacking into elections and stealing the vote.  In late 2015, Montgomery revealed that Scorecard was used by Obama on Florida election computers to win the 2012 election.
Fanning and Jones write that Scorecard has been activated once again; this time to steal the election for Joe Biden in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada and Arizona.
The research in TheAmericanReport.org by Fanning and Jones has always been impeccable.  And I’m not the only one saying this.  Attorney Sidney Powell and Lt. General Thomas McInerny have exposed what Fanning and Jones have reported on Steve Bannon’s program.  Powell says, “And the likelihood that three percent of the vote total was changed in the pre-election ballot voting that were collected digitally by using the Hammer program and the software program called Scorecard would have amounted to a massive change in the vote that would have gone across the country and explained a lot of what we’re seeing.”
“In addition, an algorithm was run to calculate votes they might need to come up with for Biden in specific areas.  That explains what happened in Michigan where a computer glitch resulted in the change of votes of about 5,500 for Trump in just one of 47 districts.  All those districts need to be checked for that same “software glitch” that would change the result in Michigan dramatically.  The same thing is happening in other states.  We’ve had hundreds of thousands of ballots mysteriously appear solely for Mr. Biden which is statistically impossible as a matter of mathematics.  It can all be documented; we are putting it into materials that we will file in federal court and no down-ballot selections made.”
Powell suggests that this number of single vote ballots is suspect, and indicative in part of “abject fraud” that she says flipped the election to Biden.  Powell claims her team has found 450,000 fraudulent ballots for Biden only and they are set to file new lawsuits.  Powell said, “We have got to fight tooth and nail in federal court to expose this abject fraud and the conspiracy behind it, and get a recount and audits in every place its’ needed, which is frankly most of the country.”
“Hammer” and “Scorecard” are a pair of programs initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration. The CIA is not allowed to operate in the USA, so presumably they were privatized to allow them to be used in the US.

Dominion Software
The election software system in Michigan that switched 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden is called Dominion.  It is used in 33 states including Nevada, Arizona, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania, every single major swing state.  Every single one!
Dominion Voting Systems, which commands more than a third of the voting-machine market without having Washington lobbyists, has hired its first, a high-powered firm, Brownstein Farber Hyatt and Schreck, that includes a longtime aide to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account.
Democrat Diane Feinstein’s husband, Richard Blum has a major stake in Dominion, he owns 60 percent of the software company used to steal Trump votes in swing states.
Chairman of the Board of Smartmatic’s (Dominion Voting Systems) manufactured voting machines used in Michigan, Georgia and 33 U.S. states is Mark Malloch Brown, and he serves on the Open Societies Foundation Board (founded by George Soros, Malloch Brown’s ties to Soros are strong and many.)
We also know that Dominion has ties to the Clinton Foundation. The philanthropy group that worked with Dominion from 2014 – 2017 to provide “access to Voting Technology” for “emerging democracies” was The Clinton Foundation.  This voting technology may now be the largest automated system to steal an election in U.S. history.

Coup Underway

James O’Keefe of Project Veritas has exposed Pennsylvania, Nevada and Michigan voter fraud.  A Pennsylvania-based USPS Richard Hopkins came forward and agreed to testify. He told that late ballots were back-dated for November 3rd, and other postal workers know this as well. Link, Link
John Solomon of Just the News reports backdating of ballots were also ordered in Detroit.  A city worker stepped forward and claimed election workers were asked to backdate ballots that had come in after the election deadline had passed.
At the Canadian border a USPS worker was arrested with 800 pieces of mail, including absentee ballots.
An attorney filmed ballot boxes arriving at a counting center in Detroit, Michigan at 5 a.m., eight hours after closing.  The truck was not from the postal service and whoever lowered the polls did not have identification or the proper uniform.  People were bringing ballots in coolers.  They were supposed to have stopped counting.
In Clark County, Nevada a whistleblower exposed intentional criminal conduct.
In Maricopa County, Arizona Sharpie markers and felt tip pens were handed out for voting and every vote was discarded.  The Arizona Attorney General is investigating.
Pam Bondi and Corey Lewandowski are fighting the fraud in Pennsylvania regarding the court’s refusal to grant access to voting process.
There are thousands of reports of vote fraud especially in the swing states.

Fox News

Fox News has made it clear that it is no longer fair and balanced.  Lachlan Murdoch now runs the show with help from board member, Paul Ryan.  Their Decision Desk Director, Arnon Mishkin, a registered democrat, called Arizona prematurely for Biden and potentially suppressed Trump votes in Nevada.  He previously voted for Hillary.
We saw Judge Jeanine’s show cancelled last Saturday for supporting President Trump’s battle against the election corruption, and we watched as so many guests were removed for saying anything negative about George Soros.
There are new and rising networks available.  Newsmax and One America News Network are truly conservative.  Most cable networks carry them, as well as ROKU.

Conclusion

Too many Americans didn’t believe the 2020 election would be legitimate and that was before the vote was taken. They were proven correct.  The Democrat Party created a constitutional crisis with their redefinition of voting law authority and there are huge problems and discrepancies with mail-in ballots throughout the USA.
The Gateway Pundit reported that retired intelligence operative and Trump adviser, Tony Shaffer says President Trump has a great case and will win this election based on the US Constitution. “The courts will decide this election and the Constitution is on the side of the President.  Any illegal votes should not be counted and when this is addressed the President will win the election.”
Shawn Meehan’s short article gives us another panacea, Election Is Not Over Until Electoral College Votes December 14th | Several Ways Remain To Correct Democrat Corruption.  There are constitutional remedies to the fraud and corruption.
Don’t you just love it when people tell you to accept the results when they just spent four years refusing to accept the results?!  We cannot step into the abyss with Biden/Harris, refuse the criminal results!

The Real Reason Regressives Are Pretending Biden Won

Shortly before the November 3rd election for President of the United States, the proprietors of storefronts, buildings, restaurants, dealerships, and businesses of all types across our entire vast country boarded up their facades in anticipation of widespread rioting, arson, looting, massive destruction and violent assaults by Republicans if Joe Biden won the contest.
Just kidding. In fact, these measures were taken to avoid the by-now familiar acting-out violence that Democrats and the thugs they support in Black Lives Matter and Antifa have been demonstrating for the world to witness for the past six months—in at least 15 once-peaceful Democrat-run cities—when they object to this or that policy, statue, police department, et al.

STILL UNKNOWN

It goes without saying that those proprietors—who spent multi-thousands of dollars to protect the businesses that support their families, and that help them pay taxes to our government, boarded up their properties knowing that if President Trump won reelection, they would be the merciless targets of the bought-and-paid-for Democrat anarchists who unfortunately symbolize today’s Ugly Americans.
Interestingly, several days after the election and in eager anticipation of the Biden-Kalamity [premature and erroneous] announcement of their victory, a large crowd of Tolerant Democrats rallied outside the White House, as always spewing vulgarities and displaying placards expressing nastiness and filth. Who can draw a conclusion other than the Democrats are both sore losers and sore winners?
We have still to learn the outcome of the election, thanks to the new and unprecedented Covid-dictated “rules” about mail-in ballots, late voting, delayed returns, strange rulings by Democrat-appointed judges, and chilling reports of such rampant voter fraud by Democrats that it defies what any American—living or dead—has ever seen.
Why? Because the Never-Trumpers and, again, the bought-and-paid for corrupt media, were beyond desperate, having failed thunderously for the previous four years to take the president down and to bring about the coup d’état they have dreamed about since 2016.
What to do? Why, rig the election, of course!
Below is just a tiny sampling of the massive voting irregularities and fraud that were discovered both before and after Joe Biden and Kalamity Harris declared victory through their media lackeys, in clear defiance of the U.S. Constitution and 243-years of American tradition:

  • On Election night at approximately 4 a.m., 138,000 ballots were “instantaneously” counted in Wisconsin and, magically, every single ballot was for Joe Biden (Mmmm).
  • The next day, Rudy Giuliani, in Philly, PA, spelled out massive fraud re mail-in ballots that Republican observers were illegally stopped from overseeing the vote—the same illegalities happening in Arizona, Detroit, Nevada, and Milwaukee.
  • In Michigan, a U.S. Postal Service whistleblower reported that his superiors told him to backdate late mail-in ballots so they would be accepted. They also recorded the vote of a man born in 1850 and another who died in 1984.
  • Also in Michigan a software error (Mmmm) switched 6,000 Republican votes to Democrat. The same software is used in 47 Michigan counties!
  • A lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) alleged there were at least 21,000 dead people on PA’s voter rolls. As of October 2020, at least 9,212 registrants had been dead for at least five years, at least 1,990 registrants dead for at least 10 years, and at least 197 registrants have been dead for at least 20 years.”
  • In a county in Georgia, poll watchers took ballots home with them. https://mynewscorp.com/updated-military-ballots-found-in-the-trash-in-pennsylvania-most-were-trump-votes/
  • In VA, Trump held roughly a 300,000-vote lead, but then—again, magically—a huge trove of approximately 400,000 votes came in for Joe Biden—but not one for Donald Trump. “Amazing, writes blogger Fred Miller, “how one can suddenly discover huge batches of votes 100% for Biden, 0% for Trump, when and wherever one chances to need them.”
  • Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney explained that a pair of computer software programs—Hammer and Scorecard—initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration, were used to change votes from Trump to Biden in multiple voting locations…possibly in all the swing states. Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons, on his death bed (in Nov. 2019), reportedly told his longtime friend McInerney: “The Hammer is key to the coup.”
  • Another computer system, Dominion, although known to be defective, was used in 30 states, including every swing state. And whaddaya know? Nancy Pelosi’s Chief of Staff and Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s husband are both shareholders in Dominion!

Master pointed out that all five of those states have Democrat governors. Mmmm.
  • A self-described Democrat Party Worker from Detroit bragged on Facebook: “I threw out every Trump ballot I saw. Tens of thousands of them and so did all of my co-workers”


But don’t take my word for it. Here, in his own words, is Hunter Biden’s father boasting of having participated in developing “the most extensive voter fraud organization in history.”

THE ONION

An onion, as everyone knows, has many many layers. Just try peeling an onion to see why it is the perfect metaphor for complicated subjects that require many levels of exploration to plumb their depths and understand their meaning.
But the Trump onion phenomenon has only two layers, both of them psychological.
The first layer is jealousy, which I have always believed is the strongest human emotion, going back to the Bible. Stronger than hatred. Stronger than anger—responsible, in fact, for most criminal acts, from theft to conspiracy to violence to murder. This is the stuff of tragedy… and also, sometimes, redemption.
In our metaphorical onion, the human emotion that competes most ferociously with jealously is fear. One has only to look at the international dread of the Covid-19 virus to see the power of fear to destroy economies, isolate human beings for months on end, and inspire Democrats to defy the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law in order to try to rig the most important election of our lifetimes in their favor.

THE FEAR FACTOR

But what do the Regressives among us have to be afraid of?
You could speculate that what fuels the hostility of the Left is not fear, that it’s resentment because of the mountain of bruised egos the Democrats have experienced after working mightily for over four years to depose, sabotage, impeach, and topple the Trump presidency—all crashing failures—and that a Biden victory would allow all of them to save face. After all, even the passage of time rarely calms this kind of narcissistic injury. While this theory may be plausible, it’s not very compelling.
Then what? It’s so obvious. The reason why Democrats have spent billions of dollars to defeat President Trump is not because of their Marxist ideology and not because of their massive investments in the global economy, but rather because they are rightly terrified that when President Trump is announced the winner, an avalanche of indictments, trials, and lengthy prison terms will rain down on them—on all of them, including the very top of the top echelon.
As one small example, reported by Brannon Howse: In 2003, CIA contractor Dennis Montgomery built the Hammer (discussed above) as a foreign surveillance tool, but it was subsequently commandeered in 2009 by the Obama regime (including CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper), which turned Montgomery into a whistleblower who testified that among 600-million pages of documents stored on the program’s 47 hard drives—which were turned over to the FBI—were 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, including videos and images.
Get the motive for voter fraud now?
Get the fear factor?
Don’t look for any other reason. Trump knows firsthand the depth of their corrupt, seditious and even treasonous acts…and they themselves know it too!

Breaking! Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified.

AP: Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors across the U.S. to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified, despite little evidence of fraud.
Barr’s action comes days after Democrat Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump and raises the prospect that Trump will use the Justice Department to try to challenge the outcome. It gives prosecutors the ability to go around longstanding Justice Department policy that normally would prohibit such overt actions before the election is formally certified.

Trump has not conceded the election and is instead claiming without evidence that there has been a widespread, multi-state conspiracy by Democrats to skew the vote tally in Biden’s favor.

ROUND ONE: Trump vs. Boockvar. The Mammoth Scope of Philadelphia’s Corruption

On a Monday evening that saw CNN rescind its Arizona call for Biden and Real Clear Politics deny it had called Pennsylvania for the former Vice President, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in the Middle District of Pennsylvania asking for a temporary injunction seeking to prevent the state from certifying the results of the November 3rd election.  The complaint offered the public its first opportunity to view the quality and magnitude of the allegations against Pennsylvania’s elections boards.
The complaint, obtained by thefederalistpages.com and linked on its website, describes a process so chaotic and corrupt that the only remedy appears to be a do-over.  For example, the complaint alleges that  “Allegheny and Philadelphia Counties alone received and processed 682,479 mail-in and absentee ballots without review by the political parties and candidates” in direct contradiction to the Pennsylvania Election Code.  It goes on to point out that these “are unprecedented numbers in Pennsylvania’s elections history.”
Pennsylvania’s actions have been so brazen, the lawsuit points out, that it has essentially created a dual system of voter scrutiny offensive to the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause and the Constitution’s Elector and Election Clauses.  The complaint observes that while in-person voters were “required to sign voter registrations, have those signatures checked against voter rolls, vote in a polling place monitored by statutorily-authorized poll observers, and have their votes counted in a transparent and verifiable open and observed manner,” the nearly 2.65 million votes cast through a “mail-in” required nothing more than a signature for verification. Additionally, the scrutiny applied to voters differed depending on the county in which he or she voted, a process that favored urban, Democrat voters over rural Republicans.
Through witness testimony, the Trump campaign also cited scores of examples of gross violations in the manner in which the mail-in ballots were handled.  For example, in a flagrant disregard of the legislature’s mandate that only votes post-dated on or prior to election day be counted, many ballots appearing in counties since the November 3 deadline have been accepted.  The magnitude of the votes involved is startling.  To quote the complaint:

. . . in Delaware County, the county’s Wednesday, November 4 report indicated that Delaware County reported it has received about 113,000 mail-in ballots and counted approximately 93,000 voted ballots. On the next day, November 5, the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s 4:30 report reflected that Delaware County had received about 114,000 ballots. Several hours later, the Delaware County solicitor reported to an observer that the County had received about 126,000 mail-in ballots and counted about 122,000. As of Sunday, November 8, 2020, the Department of State’s website reflects that the County has counted about 127,000 mail-in ballots. Plaintiffs have received no explanation for where the additional 14,000 voted ballots came from, when they arrived, or why they are included in the current count.

Also in Delaware County, an observer in the county office where mail- in ballots were counted witnessed a delivery on November 5, 2020, of v-cards or USB drives in a plastic bag with no seal and no accompanying paper ballots. The v- cards or USB drives were taken to the back counting room, where observer access was limited. There was no opportunity to observe what happened to the v-cards or USB drives in the back counting room. 

In light of the myriad of violations, the campaign asks the court for the drastic intervention of prohibiting the state from certifying its elections.  Alternatively, it request the court prohibit Pennsylvania from tabulating absentee and mail-in ballots which observers were prevented from watching or improperly cured.
On a related note, the Thomas More Foundation discovered that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg contributed millions to judges responsible for deciding ballot issues in Philadelphia in addition to providing grants to open 800 polling places and increase voting by about 800,000 votes. The story, which includes links to actual documents can also be accessed in thefederalistpages.com’s News page.
With more lawsuits being filed today, the scope of the corruption already appears to be overwhelming to the system.  Whether the courts will allow the President the opportunity to make his case and the manner in which it proposes the situation be remedied remains to be seen.

It’s Not Over

Michael Pakaluk: For the integrity of future elections, we must ruthlessly follow evidence for all claims of election irregularities, and – until then – withhold judgment.

My goal here is to say some words to readers who are disturbed by the election, but to do so starting from non-partisan, Catholic premises solely.  I want what I say to be embraceable by all Catholics with sound criteria.
As regards the election:  It is important for all of us to give at least minimal acknowledgment of the fact that, legally, it is not over. I am insisting on this, not as a matter of wishful thinking or, worse, resentment, but from a concern over mere citizenship.
The election ends, when Congress in joint session counts the electoral votes and declares the results, on January 6, 2021.  That is the law.  Prior to this, there are two important deadlines, December 14th, when the state electors vote, and December 8th, the so-called “Safe Harbor” deadline, after which, if states follow procedures for contested elections, the vote tabulations can no longer be contested.
Why is it important to insist on this?  Because that is our constitutional procedure.  It is the procedure by which the valuable role of the Electoral College, which the Founders deliberately put in place, is honored.  Obviously, too, the procedure honors the rule of law and the authority of Congress.
And importantly these days, it puts the media in their place.  The media do not “call” the election, as if they were first-base umpires, and what they say has the force of law.  They make projections and predictions.  That’s all.  On this point, even they, in their official language at least, remain cautious and correct: “AP projects” or “FOX news predicts.”
Yes, I understand that back in the good old days votes were tabulated on Election Day and the American public liked to go to bed knowing who won.  The media’s predictions played a valuable role then. I understand statistics, and the force of necessity that large numbers can carry with them.  I understand, too, that we’d all like the election to be settled, and that deliberately leaving its results open can have the appearance of mischievously not accepting the election.
It’s presumably for this last reason that Archbishop Gomez on behalf of the USCCB last Friday issued a statement, which appeared precipitous to some, saying that “The American people have spoken” and “we recognize that Joseph R. Biden, Jr., has received enough votes to be elected the 46th President.”
But these are not the good old days.  Millions of votes were not counted and could not be counted by Election Night.  COVID precautions affected almost everything about the election.
Moreover, the conditions for fraud were rife.  I do not mean merely the increased opportunities this year for votes from the dead, double counting, and vote harvesting.  I mean also the active presence of a frenzied, at times seemingly demonic animus that many felt for defeating Trump.  There are people who act on such animus, yes.
Forensic accountants in financial matters speak of the “Fraud Triangle”: opportunity, incentive, and rationalization.  You ignore this cluster at your peril. When all three converge, a reasonable person is on the lookout for fraud. The first two, as mentioned, seem satisfied for this election.  What about the third?   There are plenty of rationalizations at hand: “Trump won in 2016 by a fluke or a conspiracy, so he must be stopped from doing that again;” “Biden will win by a landslide anyway, so this intervention changes nothing;” “Biden should win by a landslide, so this intervention makes things come out the way they should;” “Whatever it takes to defeat a racist, fascist, xenophobe is warranted;” “Trump has been trying to block votes from being counted, and this will merely equalize his efforts.” And so on.
Maybe you haven’t noticed that the elites just spent four years trying to prove that Trump’s last election was illegitimate, and four months pounding in your ear and mine that Biden would win by a landslide.
Then there seems to be enough suggestive evidence, both statistical and concrete, at least to warrant some investigation.  But we know that the mainstream media have no inclination to pursue even legitimate concerns, but will rather suppress them (think: Steele Dossier, Hunter Biden/Tony Bobulinski).  Their instinct is actually to censor them.  Even to raise these concerns, they think, is mischievously to call into question a legitimate election.
Because they suppress them, concern for fraud will find an outlet in sources outside the liberal mainstream, like LifeSite News and The Epoch Times, which then becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy – additional evidence that only crazed conspiracy theorists can doubt the vote totals.
And yet we live in a culture where, to a reasonable person, the shunned child on the margins saying the emperor has no clothes might just possibly be right.  This is the same MSM, recall, that will not follow up concerns that abortion is killing an unborn child, and will never cast doubts on whether someone’s thinking that he is a woman, or she a man, makes it so.  Let’s just say that, on the big issues, it’s demonstrable that truth is not their forte.
Laws and procedures exist for the good reason that they are, at times, indispensable.  Now seems such a time.  Let’s rely on them, then, and say:  The media does not “call” elections, and the people have not spoken until their Electors and Representatives have.  Reasonable persons with sound criteria have a good reason to be at least wary about the vote tabulation so far, while major players in our society seem so unconcerned with truth, and so invested in a partisan political result, that they can have no claim to a general trust in their fairness and judgments.
Therefore, the best path forward for this election, and for the perceived integrity of future elections, is to follow out the evidence ruthlessly for all claims of election irregularities, and correct them if discovered – until then, withholding final judgment.

What You Need to Know About Election Litigation in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona

Even though former vice President Joe Biden has claimed victory in the presidential election, the Trump campaign has filed lawsuits contesting the results with current litigation in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan, Georgia, and Arizona.
In Pennsylvania alone, there are at least 21,000 dead people on the voter rolls. Is there a possibility that some of these ballots that went to dead people were used fraudulently? We’ve also heard a lot of people talk about how we largely know the results of all the House and Senate races but still don’t have all the ballots counted for the presidential race. Why is this the case?  Hans von Spakovsky, manager of The Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and senior legal fellow at the think tank’s Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, joins The Daily Signal Podcast to discuss.

Rachel del Guidice: I’m joined today on “The Daily Signal Podcast” by Hans von Spakovsky. He’s the manager of The Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and senior fellow at the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. Hans, it’s always great to have you with us on “The Daily Signal Podcast.”
Hans von Spakovsky: Sure. Thanks for having me on.
Del Guidice: Well, before we go into the litigation that’s happening right now postelection, I just want to ask you, top line, overall, do you think it’s reasonable to believe that voting irregularities or voter fraud occurred in this election?
Von Spakovsky: Well, look, we know it already happened in elections going on this summer. Yes, it’s certainly common sense to believe that happened. What we don’t know is how big it was, how extensive it was. Was it widespread? Was it just in isolated instances? We just don’t know the answer to that.
Del Guidice: While former Vice President Joe Biden has claimed victory in this presidential election, the Trump campaign is filing lawsuits. There are currently lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan, Georgia, and Arizona.
I want to walk through all the litigation going on in each of the states, starting with Pennsylvania. Can you tell us what’s going on there?
Von Spakovsky: Yes, Pennsylvania, they’re contesting the fact that the state Supreme Court extended the deadline for absentee ballots past the deadline set by the state Legislature.
The state Legislature, under their deadline, you’ve got to get your absentee ballot turned in by the end of Election Day, but the state Supreme Court put another three days on that.
What the Trump campaign is contesting is that the state Supreme Court doesn’t have the constitutional power to do that. The state Legislature does. They’re the ones that are tasked with and given the authority to set deadlines and the rules governing federal elections in their state.
If the state Legislature wanted to extend the deadline, I mean, they could do that, but here, the court stepped in and did it. What they’re contesting is the counting and inclusion of any absentee ballots that were received after Election Day.
Del Guidice: Before we move on to the other states, in Pennsylvania, I believe there were about at least 21,000 dead people on the voter rolls there.
Do you think that there is a potential possibility that some of those ballots that obviously may have gone to dead people … could have been used fraudulently? Do you think that’s something that may have happened?
Von Spakovsky: Yes, that’s a distinct possibility because, in fact, we know that records for past elections indicate that individuals who are dead but remain on the voter rolls mistakenly are credited with having voted in elections.
In fact, we’ve got cases in our Election Fraud Database at Heritage of individuals who were convicted of casting a ballot for someone who was deceased.
How many times and how many votes that may have happened with in this election—I mean, we just don’t have those records yet, so we don’t know.
Del Guidice: One more Pennsylvania question before we move on to Nevada, Rudy Giuliani, who’s the former mayor of New York City and the personal attorney to President [Donald] Trump, has spoken very positively of litigation in Pennsylvania. I’m curious what you think. Do you think there’s a solid case that can be made for the Trump campaign in Pennsylvania?
Von Spakovsky: Well, I think they’re on solid constitutional ground where they dispute the changes made by the state Supreme Court. In fact, the state Legislature agrees with that. The state Legislature also appealed the decision of the state Supreme Court.
So I think they’re on solid, constitutional ground there. The question is, will the Supreme Court take the issue up and make a decision on that?
Del Guidice: You talked a lot about Pennsylvania, Hans. Can you now walk us through with legal challenges going on in Nevada right now?
Von Spakovsky: Well, in Nevada, there’s a lawsuit claiming, again, problems with the voter registration list and that individuals who are not residents of the state, but in fact, not only residents of neighboring states like California, but actually voted, for example, in California and in Nevada.
Again, there’s a dispute over the fact that there may have been illegal and invalid votes cast in that election.
People need to understand, it’s not necessarily illegal to be registered in more than one state. That often happens through no fault of a voter when they simply move from one state to another. But if you take advantage of that and you cast a vote in two different states in the same election, that, in fact, is a criminal violation of the law and in most places, it actually is a felony.
Del Guidice: Now, let’s look at Michigan. There’s litigation happening there too. What’s going on in Michigan?
Von Spakovsky: Well, in Michigan, it’s everything from disputing and challenging the fact that, for example, in Detroit, Trump and GOP campaign observers were not allowed. They were barred from being in the downtown center in Detroit, where they were counting ballots. That is a violation of state law. State law allowed them to be there.
That brings up issues of, why would local officials violate state law, keep out observers? What were they doing there?
There’s also been issues, apparently, about a glitch in the software used there that apparently switched votes between Canada.
In fact, there was one particular race there in which the Democratic challenger was declared the winner, and then the Republican incumbent was told not too long later that, in fact, he had won the election.
There’s concerns that that particular glitch in that software, which is widely used, may have caused other problems.
Del Guidice: Let’s move on to Georgia and Arizona, what’s going on there? Can you just walk us through the different scenarios that we’re seeing unfold in Georgia and Arizona?
Von Spakovsky: Part of the problem in Georgia is the Trump campaign produced witnesses saying that, for example, in one of the counties, their election officials were accepting, processing, and counting absentee ballots that were received past the state deadline.
The deadline of Georgia is the closing of polls on Election Day. Their witnesses say that, in fact, they continued to accept absentee ballots after that time.
There are also claims being made that, again, individuals who aren’t actually living in the state anymore are registered to vote and may have cast ballots.
The margin there of difference between the two candidates is only about 11,000 votes, which is a tiny amount out of all of the ballots that were cast.
By the way, it is within the percentage that allows for a recount to be requested by a candidate. I actually have no doubt the Trump campaign would probably ask for a recount.
Del Guidice: You’ve gone over what’s happening in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan, Georgia, and Arizona. Hans, how likely do you think it is that this election could be decided by the Supreme Court?
Von Spakovsky: Well, let me tell you the problem that the Trump campaign faces. Look, no matter what the merit of the claims there being made, they’re under two problems, or they’re faced with two problems. One, a time crunch.
It is enormously difficult to gather enough evidence to show that an election outcome was compromised in the short amount of time you have after a national election like this.
Keep in mind that the states have to certify the outcomes in time for the electors, or the Electoral College, to meet in the beginning of December. It’s just very difficult to do that.
Second, they face the problem that courts and judges, even when they are presented with substantial evidence of misconduct, or mistakes, or other issues that compromise the outcome of the election, courts are very reluctant to overturn elections.
That makes all of this, frankly, an uphill battle for the Trump campaign to produce enough evidence in time to show that the results of the elections in a number of states were compromised.
Del Guidice: We’ve heard a lot of people talk. I’ve had conversations, seen this on social media, as well as in person. The question I keep hearing, Hans, is that people are talking about how we have most of the results, if not all the results, for so many of these House and Senate races, but we still don’t have all the ballots counted for the presidential race. Why is this the case?
Von Spakovsky: I frankly don’t understand that myself.
I was shocked at the way certain jurisdictions, including Fulton County, Georgia—Fulton County is the Atlanta metropolitan area, it’s the largest county of the state—how they simply stopped counting in the evening of Election Day. I really don’t understand that.
The reason I don’t is because I, actually, 20 years ago, was on the board of elections in Fulton County, Georgia, when I still lived down there. We never stopped counting the ballots. We kept going. We had reserved teams in place to take over when people got tired so that we could get the results of the election in as soon as possible.
Part of the delays, apparently, are … what I think are unexplained and unwise decisions by election jurisdictions to not continually keep the count going.
Del Guidice: Let’s talk a little bit about voting irregularities.
On Friday, I had spoken with an election lawyer who had volunteered as representative of President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, who was working on an Election Day hotline.
He had told me on the podcast about multiple instances of voting irregularities that he witnessed, including eyewitness testimonies and the county worker who said that there was tampering with the machine in Allegheny County before the day of the election, and also, multiple issues with poll watchers not being able to observe the ballot-counting process.
Hans, I’m curious, what have you heard when it comes to voting irregularities in this election?
Von Spakovsky: Oh, I’ve had people contact me with those kind of incidents and many more. All of those are very concerning.
With electronic voting machines and the computer scanners that are used, the poll watchers are supposed to be there so that they can observe and see that the counters are set to zero when the polls open.
If, in fact, poll observers saw those machines being manipulated, so they already had votes on them before the polls even opened, that’s clearly fraud that needs to be investigated.
Putting folks so far back, putting the observers so far back [that] they can’t see what’s going on is also dangerous. …
Remember there was a very large number of absentee ballots sent in, much larger than normal. What election officials are supposed to do is when they open up the outer envelope that has an inner envelope in it with an absentee ballot, is they’re supposed to check all the information the voter has provided. Make sure that the ballot is signed, make sure that the registration information supplied by the voter is correct.
You have to do all of those things before you can consider whether the absentee ballot is a valid ballot that should be counted.
I’m concerned that in places where they barred observers or put them so far back that they couldn’t see, … I wonder, did election officials just basically decide to waive all those state law requirements and simply count every absentee ballot coming in without checking to make sure it was a valid ballot? That’s the kind of thing that could compromise the outcome of the election.
Del Guidice: Hans, let’s talk about ballot harvesting for a minute. Do you think that played a role in this election?
Von Spakovsky: Yes, I have no doubt it did because of the extensions of time, for example, for ballots to be received in Pennsylvania after Election Day.
Vote harvesting, for people who don’t understand it, some states, unfortunately, have legalized vote harvesting, which means that they allow any stranger to show up at your door and offer to return your ballot. That’s legal.
The problem with that is it means that candidates and political consultants, party activists, campaign staffers, you’re putting something valuable, a ballot, into their hands. You’re hoping that maybe they’ll deliver it without altering it or changing it, or if they know that you consistently vote for the opposite party, that they’ll actually deliver it and not just throw it out.
I’m very concerned that the ability of folks to engage in vote harvesting and trying to collect the ballots after Election Day from voters so that they can make sure those ballots get voted to change or whatever the preliminary results showed is just, again, a very unwise and dangerous policy.
Del Guidice: Well, across the board right now, Hans, there are many voters who are concerned about fraud and how ballots are still being counted. Do you have concerns about this election’s results being illegitimate?
Von Spakovsky: Well, I have concerns …
Look, I can’t say that the election results are illegitimate, but what I can say is that there have been enough serious questions and serious concerns raised about the behavior of election officials in particular parts of the country, particularly Michigan, and Philadelphia, and even in Georgia, that I think that has to be investigated to see whether or not there was misbehavior, or fraud, or mistakes made by election officials that throw the outcome of the election in those particular areas in doubt.
