Parents file ‘blockbuster lawsuit’ against Loudoun County Schools for ‘moral corruption of children’

‘Today we bring that fight to the court to vindicate the rights of parents, not just here, but everywhere.’

According to the conservative group, “The delusion that public school bureaucrats – not parents – have the right, the authority, and the power to decide what’s best for a child is a sickness that has spread across the country to schools in all states.”

EXCLUSIVE – America First Legal has filed a lawsuit against LCPS “for the district’s systemic and egregious moral corruption of children and its deliberate, and almost gleeful, violations of parental rights to control the upbringing of their children.” https://t.co/dWcjXYETju

— America First Legal (@America1stLegal) June 29, 2022

Loudoun County, Virginia became a major political and cultural flashpoint last year after parents raised the alarm about the school board’s implementation of radical gender ideology. Policies enacted by the school board permit boys who identify as girls to use girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms, and force children to use the preferred gender identity “pronouns” of peers.

Last year, Daily Wire investigative reporter Luke Rosiak broke an exclusive story showing that the school board had tried to cover up an incident in which a boy wearing a skirt raped a female student in a school bathroom.

BREAKING: Loudoun County father who was dragged out of woke school board meeting reveals his daughter was ‘raped’ in the girls’ bathroom by a ‘skirt-wearing’ male student who was arrested for assaulting a SECOND girl months later – but staff did nothinghttps://t.co/awoZcVQx3l

— Jack Posobiec 🇺🇸 (@JackPosobiec) October 12, 2021

Many outraged parents responded to the controversy by flocking to school board meetings to denounce the radical policies, helping to spark a nationwide parents movement.

The mobilization of American parents against radical agendas in the classroom gave rise to a bevy of Republican-led initiatives to expand parental rights, ban LGBT-promoting curricula in the classroom, and require students to only use bathrooms and locker rooms corresponding to their biological sex.

July 2022: 18 Illegal Aliens = 62 Child Rape/Child Sexual Assault Charges in North Carolina

By North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement

The July issue of the Monthly Child Rapes by Illegal Aliens in North Carolina Report is up and the carnage continues.

For the month of July 2022, we were able to document 18 illegal aliens who committed 62 separate acts of child rape/child sexual assault.

The latest report can be found here.

All of our monthly reports can be found on our website

Many of these attacks occurred in the seven sanctuary city counties we currently have in North Carolina.

Thank goodness Wake County Sheriff Gerald Baker was defeated in his re-election campaign, however, we still do not know where the man who defeated him, Willie Rowe (D), stands on cooperation with ICE officials. We have repeatedly asked his campaign for a response and have been ignored.

It would be helpful, to everyone in NC, if you would contact him and ask as well. Let’s force him to answer the question: “Will you cooperate with ICE officials as it pertains to ICE detainers? Here is the link to his contact form.

We DO know where the Republican challenger, former Wake Sheriff Donnie Harrison stands. He stands for equal enforcement of the law for everyone!

I’m sure when the November 2022 midterm election comes, you will choose appropriately.

FBI BULLETIN: Ashli Babbitt, Betsy Ross Flag, and Liberty Tree Tied to Violent Extremism

By The Geller Report

The FBI is irretrievably broken. Enemy of the people.

Ashli Babbitt, Betsy Ross Flag, and Liberty Tree Tied to Violent Extremism in Leaked FBI Bulletin

A leaked FBI internal bulletin on domestic terrorism lists U.S. Capitol shooting victim Ashli Babbitt as someone considered a “martyr” by militia violent extremists (MVE) and the Second Amendment as how militias “justify their existence” because of a reference to a “well-regulated Militia” and the right to bear arms.

The “Domestic Terrorism Symbols Guide” was leaked to Project Veritas, which released images of the bulletin on its website and social media on Aug. 2. It includes such common images as the Gadsden flag, the Betsy Ross flag, and the Liberty Tree.

CLICK HERE TO VIEW A portion of a leaked internal FBI bulletin on domestic terrorism released by Project Veritas.

The document includes terms and symbols that are very familiar in conservative, law enforcement, and military circles. In the introduction, the FBI stressed that simply using the terms or symbols is not evidence of wrongdoing.

“The use or sharing of these symbols alone should not independently be considered evidence of MVE presence or affiliation, or serve as an indicator of illegal activity, as many individuals use these symbols for their original historic meaning or other non-violent purposes,” the bulletin reads.

Many on the right, however, are likely to see the bulletin as further evidence of federal government acrimony for conservatives in the wake of Jan. 6 unrest at the Capitol.

“Widespread use of symbols and quotes from American history, especially the Revolutionary War, exists within MVE networks,” the bulletin says. “Historic and contemporary military themes are common for MVE symbols.”

The document is marked “unclassified/law enforcement sensitive” and “for internal use only.”

An ‘MVE Martyr?’

Babbitt’s name is included on a list of five people that “MVEs consider … to be Martyrs,” the document said. Others include Arizona rancher LaVoy Finicum, shot to death by Oregon state police in 2016; Vicki Weaver, killed by a federal sniper in the 1992 siege at Ruby Ridge; and Marvin Heemeyer, a disgruntled muffler shop owner who used an armored “killdozer” to raze a section of Granby, Colo., in 2004.

Ashli Babbitt’s husband, Aaron Babbitt of San Diego, offered a one-word reaction about her name on the list when contacted by The Epoch Times: “Laughable.”

Poll: Majority Americans Regret Taking Covid Vaccine

By: Sarah Arnold, Townhall, Aug 06, 2022:

In an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal, UCLA Geffen School of Medicine Doctor Joseph Lapado and Yale School of Public Health Doctor Harvey Risch are sounding the alarm that there may be serious underestimated risks involved with the side effects of the Wuhan Coronavirus vaccine.

This comes as an independent pollster found that a significant number of Americans regret receiving the vaccine in the first place.

10 percent of those vaccinated said they wish they hadn’t done so, while 15 percent of adults said they have been diagnosed with a new condition by a medical practitioner weeks or months after the first dose.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) authorized the poll two years after the first vaccine was rolled out.

“The fact that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports more than 232 million Americans ages 18–65 have taken at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 15 percent of those surveyed report a newly diagnosed condition is concerning and needs further study,” Laura Bono, CHD’s executive director said.

The top conditions people reported were blood clots, disrupted menstrual cycles, heart attacks, strokes, lung clots and liver damage. 10 percent of these conditions among people who took the vaccine were severe.

Bono believes the government should have warned Americans that the mRNA vaccine technology is new, thus naturally have no long-term data that shows how the jab will effect people’s health years down the road.

Leftists Dominate FBI Top 10 Domestic Terror List, Despite Warnings About Far Right

By The Geller Report

Of course they do. But the Democrats are as disconnected from reality as Biden is from a functioning brain.

Under Democrat rule, a complete break in reality is required, imposed actually. The good are evil and the evil are good.

Leftists Dominate FBI Top 10 Domestic Terror List, Despite Warnings About Far Right

Many on list are associated with a leftist group that bombed the Capitol in 1983. Democrats pardoned or commuted the sentences of non-fugitives tied to that group.

By Luke Rosiak • Daily Wire • Aug 4, 2022:

The FBI has sounded the alarm about white supremacists and far-right extremists, but the bureau’s own Top 10 “most wanted domestic terrorists” list includes at least two Communists, three black nationalists, one anti-war activist, and a vegan eco-terrorist.

While the diverse roster doesn’t purport to capture the breadth of domestic terror, it seems at odds with federal law enforcement’s claims that white supremacists pose the biggest threat facing the nation. Some skeptics are accusing the bureau of exaggerating the threat by adopting a misleading definition of such ideologies.

“In the FBI’s view, the top domestic violence extremist threat comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocated for the superiority of the White race,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said last year.

A top Department of Justice official doubled down on the claim during a Congressional hearing last week. But Rep. Jim Jordan, an Ohio Republican, said a whistleblower has come forward to cast doubt on the data.

“These whistleblower allegations that the FBI is padding its domestic violent extremist data cheapens actual examples of violent extremism,” Jordan wrote in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Renatha Francis to the Florida Supreme Court thumbnail

Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Renatha Francis to the Florida Supreme Court

By Florida Family Policy Council

Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Judge Renatha Francis to the Florida Supreme Court. The appointment took place inside the Palm Beach County History Museum. Francis will replace Justice Alan Lawson who announced in April of this year that he would resign on August 31, 2022.

Judge Renatha Francis currently sits as a trial court judge on the 15th Circuit Court in Palm Beach, a position she was appointed to by Governor DeSantis in 2019 and preceding that she served as a county court judge in Miami-Dade County.

Florida Family Policy Council President John Stemberger issued the following statement today regarding this appointment:

“Judge Renatha Francis is a woman with an extraordinary life story, solid character, and deep faith. She is highly qualified for this position coming from the unique perspective of having served as a County Court judge, a Circuit Court judge, and six and a half years as a judicial law clerk for the First District Court of Appeals in Tallahassee. As a wife, mother, and former business owner, Judge Francis will bring valuable real-life experiences to the court. I know her personally and she is articulate, serious-minded, and an extremely bright judge. Her judicial philosophy is one of restraint and she will interpret the law and the constitution as an originalist and a textualist. As a reflection of this judicial philosophy, in her second Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) interview she stated, “The job of a justice is not to try and rescue people from the consequences of their decisions. It is to apply the law as we find it, so that we are not exercising force and will–we are exercising merely judgment.

Of interest, Judge Francis’ appointment was supported by many prominent black lawmakers, including the Florida Conference of Black State Legislators and the Legislative Black Caucus. She will make history as the first Jamaican American Justice on the Florida Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has been without either a woman or an African American justice since Justice Peggy A. Quince resigned in 2019.

Francis was previously appointed to the Florida Supreme Court by Gov. DeSantis in 2020.  However, the Florida Constitution requires a Supreme Court justice to be a member of the Florida Bar for ten years prior to be eligible. Initially, she did not intend to take her seat until September 24, 2020, when she reached that ten-year mark.  However, State Representative Geraldine Thompson (D-Orlando) filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of Florida to invalidate her appointment.

On August 27, 2020, the Florida Supreme Court ruled that Governor DeSantis did exceed his authority by appointing Judge Francis because she was not yet eligible due to the ten-year requirement. The court also held that the governor should choose another candidate from the list previously submitted to him. Justice Jamie Grosshans from Orlando Florida was appointed in her place.

Justice Alan Lawson, who Francis will replace is 61, and was appointed to the court by former Gov. Rick Scott.  He is stepping down from the court nearly 15 years ahead of reaching the mandatory retirement age for Florida justices of 75.

Personal Background and Professional Bio of Renatha Francis:

Judge Renatha Francis was born in Portmore, Jamaica, in 1977. Francis is a past student of St Hugh’s High School and the University of the West Indies, Mona, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in law. Afterwards, she immigrated to the US, where she received her Juris-Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2010. She primarily represented insurance providers in personal injury protection litigation matters, specializing in the interpretation and application of automobile insurance policies. In 2017, Francis was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Miami-Dade County Court. In 2018, she was appointed to the 11th Circuit Court, and in 2019, to the 15th Circuit Court. She lives in South Florida with her husband Philip Fender and their two children.

Soros-Backed Florida Prosecutor Suspended by Governor Ron DeSantis thumbnail

Soros-Backed Florida Prosecutor Suspended by Governor Ron DeSantis

By Discover The Networks

Speaking from Tampa on Thursday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) announced the suspension of State Attorney Andrew Warren, one of many prosecutors around the country backed by left-wing billionaire financier George Soros.

DeSantis detailed some of the egregious instances of Warren’s disregard for the rule of law — from refusing to enforce any prohibitions on sex change operations for minors, regardless of action from the legislature, to asserting that he would not enforce any laws relating to protecting the right to life in the Sunshine State.

“It’s not for him to put himself above that and say that he is not going to enforce the laws. We don’t elect people in one part of the state to have veto power over what the entire state decides on these important issues,” DeSantis explained. “The constitution of Florida has vested the veto power in the governor, not an individual state attorneys, and so when you flagrantly violate your oath of office, when you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty.”

“You have neglected your duty and you are displaying a lack of competence to be able to perform those duties and so today, we are suspending State Attorney Andrew Warren,” DeSantis continued, vowing that his administration will not “allow this pathogen that’s been around the country of ignoring the law. We are not going to let that get a foothold here in the state of Florida.”

Bravo.

Soros Pours $125 Million into 2022 Midterm Elections

On January 28, 2022, Politico.com reported that Soros was seeding Democracy PAC, the super PAC which had been a vehicle for his campaign spending since 2019, with $125 million to support Democratic candidates and organizations during the 2022 election cycle and beyond. Soros said in a statement that Democracy PAC’s  donations would go to “causes and candidates, regardless of political party,” that were committed to “strengthening the infrastructure of American democracy: voting rights and civic participation, civil rights and liberties, and the rule of law.”

The president of Democracy PAC, George Soros’ son Alexander, released a statement of his own in which he said that the Capitol riot of January 6, 2021 was: (a) one of numerous “ongoing efforts to discredit and undermine our electoral process,” and (b) was a sign of “the magnitude of the threat to our democracy.” The younger Soros added that this was “a generational threat that cannot be addressed in just one or two election cycles.”

LOL: WH Press Sec Jean-Pierre Calls Roe v. Wade Reversal ‘Unconstitutional’

By Discover The Networks

White House press propagandist Karine Jean-Pierre rightly took heat Wednesday on social media after she claimed that the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade was an “unconstitutional action.”

“From day one, when the Supreme Court made this extreme decision to take away a constitutional right, it was an unconstitutional action by them,” she said.

She then described abortion as “a right that was around for almost 50 years,” as well as “a right that women had to make a decision on their bodies and how they want to start their families.”

Sen. Josh Hawley’s (R-MO) press secretary Abigail Marone commented on the White House press secretary’s incompetence, tweeting, “It honestly feels cruel to put her on the podium and make her answer questions each day.”

Telegraph contributor Nile Gardiner described Jean-Pierre’s statement as “Truly Orwellian disinformation from the Biden White House.”

The Heritage Foundation’s John Cooper seemed perplexed, tweeting, “Karine Jean-Pierre just said the Supreme Court’s Dobbs ruling was ‘unconstitutional,’ which is certainly a…unique take.”

Conservative commentator Ian Miles Cheong pulled no punches, writing, “That KJP is a moron isn’t a secret. It’s on full display.”

Accusing Republicans of Lying about Critical Race Theory

After Republican Glenn Youngkin defeated Democrat Terry McAuliffe in a stunning upset in the Virginia gubernatorial election of November 2021 – an outcome that was at least partially attributable to Republicans hammering away at Democrats for supporting the teaching of the tenets of Critical Race Theory (CRT) to schoolchildren — Jean-Pierre attacked Republicans. At a press briefing on November 4, she said: “Republicans are lying. They’re not being honest. They’re not being truthful about where we [Democrats] stand [regarding CRT]. And they’re … cynically trying to use our kids as a political football. They’re talking about our kids … when it’s election season, but they won’t vote for them when it matters.”

One Thing Every State Must Do To Protect America thumbnail

One Thing Every State Must Do To Protect America

By Center For Security Policy

Over the past several years America has discovered that China has been carrying out various forms of espionage and intellectual property theft across the US, particularly targeting American companies in the tech sector. Just this past week it was reported that components from the Chinese tech conglomerate Huawei installed in US telecommunications networks could disrupt communications at US nuclear bases. While these companies set up American subsidiaries who deny playing any role in espionage, the reality is that China’s intelligence law obligates Chinese-affiliated companies to serve the Communist party by any means at their disposal. Experts say it is virtually impossible to determine whether a particular Chinese company is operating as a private business or whether it is really an element of the regime.

These types of threats are unfortunately nothing new, yet for some reason companies like Huawei are still allowed to do business in America and with American companies, placing American security at risk and enriching our biggest potential adversary.

Not surprisingly, given the Biden family’s extensive business and financial dealings with Chinese entities, the Biden administration has been less than vigilant about the threat posed by Chinese infiltration, influence, and espionage. The Biden administration recently shut down a major FBI effort targeting Chinese corporate espionage alleging the program was somehow racist.

Fortunately, America is not dependent on the vigilance of corrupt oligarchs like Joe and Hunter Biden. There is much that can be done on the state level to safeguard critical infrastructure from Chinese hacking and set an example for the rest of America. One state has taken such action.

State Senator Barry Milligan of Louisiana recently successfully authored legislation this year to protect his state’s critical infrastructure from nefarious Chinese tech companies.

The first piece of legislation, signed into law as Act 695 of 2022, prohibits state agencies and universities from using telecommunications equipment produced by Huawei Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation and video surveillance equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, Dahua Technology Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities.  All of the companies listed are Chinese entities and as such all are majority-owned or controlled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) or the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA).

The Chinese companies that are involved in the video surveillance field not only pose a threat to US infrastructure; they also are involved in ghastly surveillance networks inside China characterized by human rights abuses.

The second piece of legislation signed into law as Act 766,  prohibits the use by any agency of state government of telecommunications equipment or video surveillance equipment produced or provided by an entity found to be owned, controlled, or otherwise connected to the government of the People’s Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, North Korea or Russia. The effect of this legislation is targeted at China however, since the other nations either do not have capabilities in the telecommunications or video surveillance field (such as North Korea) or are already sanctioned by US government policies (such as Iran).

The Act also provides that if a vendor uses components from any such entities, the vendor must replace them at the vendor’s expense.

For the purposes of the legislation “critical infrastructure” means a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.

By mandating that all state agencies, including colleges, universities, and hospitals, not include Chinese components in critical infrastructure, Louisiana is setting an example for the private sector and encouraging technology vendors to have alternatives for all their customers.

Every state needs to follow suit and pass legislation like Senator Milligan’s in Louisiana. In protecting infrastructure inside each respective state, they will also be protecting our nation as a whole. Just as state and local activism efforts played a significant role against apartheid in South Africa a generation ago, state activism can fill the gap left by the Biden administration recalcitrance when it comes to dealing with China today.

With the momentum built up by such restrictions on Chinese tech firms, the private sector will then start to feel the pressure to not do business with Chinese entities,  and would demonstrate to a future administration in Washington that the American people recognize the Chinese threat for what it truly is and are demanding action.

Desperate Democrats Test Run Diabolical Mid-term Election Fraud Scheme thumbnail

Desperate Democrats Test Run Diabolical Mid-term Election Fraud Scheme

By Frances Presley-Rice

“What you are about to watch is a nightmare. It is not meant to be prophetic, it need not happen, it’s the fervent and urgent prayer of all men of good will that it never shall happen. But in this place, in this moment, it does happen. This is the Twilight Zone.” —  Rod Serling

Given our declining economy that’s in recession and hurting average Americans, a massive red wave is predicted for the 2022 mid-term elections, a nightmare for Democrats and they are in panic mode.

Angry voters are poised to kick out of power the tyrannical Democrats who are bent on transforming America into their version of a socialist utopia, which, in reality, will be a socialist  nightmare.

Picture if you will” the depths desperate Democrats will sink, including election fraud, to thwart the will of the people and hold on to power.

Connecting some dots will provide a window into the election fraud Twilight Zone concocted by socialist Democrats who are colluding with corrupt media cohorts.

Here are the dots:

First dot: Democrat-friendly pollsters have begun publishing incredulous polls that show Democrats with a generic election preference edge, contrary to earlier polling.

Notably, in his July 1, 2022 article “Poll: GOP Holds Same Generic Ballot Lead as Week Before Roe Overturned,” Nick Gilbertson wrote: “A Rasmussen Reports poll reveals that a generic Republican candidate holds the same 5-point lead over a generic Democrat candidate as the week before the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.”

Then, curiously, on July 22, 2002 a somewhat more rosy election picture was painted by Mark Murray in his article “Generic ballot position has improved for Democrats — but be careful reading the numbers.”

Murray wrote:

“Historically, the generic ballot has overstated Democratic performance.

“The generic ballot numbers have been climbing for Democrats in polling over the past month.

“Despite President Joe Biden’s approval rating in the 30s, a recent Quinnipiac poll found 45% of registered voters wanting Democrats to control the U.S. House of Representatives, versus 44% who want Republicans in charge — a shift from when Republicans held a 5-point advantage on this question in June, 46%-41%.

Additionally, the online Politico/Morning Consult poll has Democrats leading by 4 points, 45%-41% — after it was tied in June.”

Nine days later, on July 31, 2022, a more realistic generic preference was presented by Bonchie in an article “CBS News Poll Provides Red Flag After Red Flag for Democrats.”

The article by Bonchie includes this sentence: “Is the Democrat Party on the rebound heading into November’s mid-term elections? If the latest CBS News poll is any indication, the answer is a resounding ‘no.’”

That same day, July 31, 2022, another article was published “Strategists: Fake Missouri Poll Underestimates Trump Support in 2024 Primary.”

In that article, Matthew Boyle wrote: “Several Republican strategists told Breitbart News on Sunday that a Missouri poll commissioned by campaign operatives associated with Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s U.S. Senate campaign deliberately undercounts former President Donald Trump’s support in an effort to boost Schmitt in the final days of the race.”

Second Dot: Secure in the knowledge that U.S. news organizations are entrusted with reporting vote counts and declaring winners, Democrats orchestrated a test run of their election fraud scheme, using an obscure Kalamazoo-based television station in West Michigan.

Details about this insidious test run are included in the article “West Michigan television station says it accidentally posted mock election results.”

The article states: “In advance of Michigan’s Tuesday, Aug. 2 primary election, News Channel 3 was conducting a test of its election systems last week. In doing so, the station inadvertently published mock results on WWMT.com. The numbers used were randomly generated and did not reflect actual results.”

Here are the images of the fake elections results News Channel 3 posted:

IMAGE #1

IMAGE #2

The  Michigan Department of State expressed no alarm about the fake results being published ahead of the actual election, which must have pleased the Democrats. When concerned citizens expressed outrage, various media outlets defended the Michigan station. For example, the AP published an article “Release of test election results fuels unfounded fraud claims.”

Our sources of news control what we read and see and they have been influencing, manipulating, and controlling us with ease. Now, they have become political operatives and are colluding brazenly with the Democrats to manipulate elections results to favor the Democrats, betraying our trust.

The extent of the unchecked power of the media can be discerned from the article “How Media Organizations Report Election Results in Real Time.”

That article exposes how news organizations declare winners based on estimated numbers of votes with no check on their numbers by responsible government election officials, even if those numbers are “mistakes.”

Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of every democratic society and a key feature is that each citizen’s vote counts equal.

Joseph Stalin said “[i]t’s not the people who vote that count; it’s the people who count the votes.”

It is imperative that we remove the power to call elections away from the media and put it back where it rightfully belongs–with our state election officials.

D.C. Plans to EXPEL CHILDREN From School If They Don’t Get The Covid Vaccine thumbnail

D.C. Plans to EXPEL CHILDREN From School If They Don’t Get The Covid Vaccine

By The Geller Report

The city outlined a plan to get students vaccinated this summer, saying they can’t attend school next year without their shots

By Perry Stein, Washington Post, June 30, 2022:

The District outlined an urgent plan this week to vaccinate nearly 30,000 students — more than 25 percent of the public and private school population — who are behind on their routine shots over the summer so that they can legally attend school in August.

Mayor Muriel E. Bowser (D) has vowed to enforce for the upcoming academic year a long-standing but historically ignored law that says students need to be up to date on their vaccines against diseases including measles, polio and whooping cough to enroll in schools. But the promise to enforce the mandate has underscored just how many students in the District are behind on their vaccinations, and how far compliance rates plummeted in the pandemic when many families skipped doctors’ appointments.

According to city data, around 75 percent of public school students are current with their routine vaccines, with students in the wealthiest wards having the highest compliance rates. If the city outreach efforts to vaccinate students are ineffective, scores of students — likely a disproportionate number of low-income students of color — would be kept at home during a school year where students are already expected to still be recovering from the academic fallouts from the pandemic.

ARIZONA: Identities Of Maricopa County Election Employees Who Deleted Election Server Files BEFORE Maricopa County Audit

By The Geller Report

“We are not talking about Fraudulent voting acts. What we are talking about is TREASON. When you coordinate 6 to 10 states using cyber warfare to change the outcome, these are Treasonous Acts.” — Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC)

Non-stop steal.

This is treason.

By Jordan Conradson, The Gateway Pundit, July 31, 2022:

We The People AZ Alliance hosted an election security forum in Maricopa County on Saturday, featuring testimony from expert witnesses and state legislators.

This informational hearing, moderated by investigative journalist Lara Logan, presented evidence of fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election and addressed the concerns in the 2022 elections.

As we reported earlier, Lara dropped a bomb on stage, revealing that the Biden regime is now giving social security numbers to illegals at the border.

Election investigator Matt Vanbibber also shared his discoveries from the Maricopa County Elections Department’s public footage. He finally revealed the identities of individuals who illegally deleted elections files from the Elections Management Server in April 2021.

This data was deleted before the voting machines were delivered to Senate auditors in compliance with a subpoena.

Federal law requires these files to be kept for 22 months.

Maricopa County officials previously admitted that these files were “deleted” in a Congressional hearing but later walked it back and said that the files were “archived.”

This was one of the many law violations discovered by the Arizona audit and other Maricopa County’s 2020 Election investigations.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on footage of the individuals deleting the files, but their identities were redacted from the public to maintain confidentiality.

On Saturday, it was revealed by Vanbibber that Maricopa County election Database Administrator Brian Ramirez was granted unauthorized entry to the server room on multiple occasions, and he deleted the files.

Ramirez does not have the required credentials to access the server room. However, Vanbibber discovered that he falsely used the identities of individuals who were authorized access.

Vanbibber matched the server room entry logs to the video footage and found Brian Ramirez using others’ cards to access the room.

Vanbibber: So basically, you have Brian entering the server room, and remember I told you he does not have badge access. We The People actually collected server room logs from Maricopa. So I went through all this video footage and matched it with the logs. What you see is Brian has Passarelli’s card in the server room, and he also has Charles Cooley’s badge as well.

Logan: So, Brian is accessing the server room using the identities and cards of other people.

Maricopa County policies also require two people in the server room whenever someone is using the keyboard video monitor, however, Brian was alone on multiple occasions.

Vanbibber then played the video of Brian Ramirez accessing the server room after he was let in by Assistant Elections Director Kristi Passarelli, at the same time that the server logs were deleted.

Iranian Impunity in the U.S.? Man Arrested with AK-47 Outside Brooklyn Home of Iranian Dissident thumbnail

Iranian Impunity in the U.S.? Man Arrested with AK-47 Outside Brooklyn Home of Iranian Dissident

By Jihad Watch

#BREAKING A security camera footage obtained by @IranIntl_En shows Khalid Mehdiyev, the man arrested by New York Police Department with an AK-47, outside Brooklyn residence of Iranian dissident journalist @AlinejadMasih. The police says the AK-47’s serial number had been removed. pic.twitter.com/6Y8zgvwlTv

— Iran International English (@IranIntl_En) July 31, 2022

On Thursday, a 23-year-old man named Khalid Mehdiyev was arrested in Brooklyn outside the home of Masih Alinejad. She is the astonishingly courageous Iranian dissident who so enrages the mullahs who lead the Islamic Republic that they mounted an audacious plot last year to kidnap her in New York and take her back to Iran, where she would have faced unimaginable horrors. Was this a second attempt by the Iranians to rid themselves of one of their highest-profile and most trenchant critics? If so, it highlights yet again Old Joe Biden’s appalling weakness. Weakness, after all, invites aggression.

According to the New York Post, Mehdiyev (which is a common Azeri name; there is a sizable Azeri minority in Iran) had a loaded AK-47 and over a thousand dollars in cash, and had been hanging around Alinejad’s home for two days before he was finally apprehended. The federal complaint  “makes no explicit connection between Mehdiyev and Alinejad but says the accused had focused on an unnamed Brooklyn ‘residence.’”

Mehdiyev showed all the signs of a determined and potentially lethal stalker: “Law enforcement observed Mehdiyev sitting in a gray Subaru Forester SUV with an Illinois license plate for several hours on Wednesday and Thursday. Feds said he ordered food to his car and looked inside of the windows and attempted to open the front door of the residence he was parked outside of.” Finally, on Thursday, Mehdiyev had the poor judgment to run a stop sign and was stopped by the NYPD, which found that he had no driver’s license.

When cops searched his car, they found, apparently along with two days’ worth of takeout cartons, “the loaded AK-47 with multiple magazines, additional rounds of ammunition and a suitcase full of cash. Two other different license plates were also found.”

But Mehdiyev insists that his odd and suspicious behavior was entirely innocent: he “told police he had been staying in Yonkers, but the rent was too high there and he was looking for a new place to live in the Brooklyn neighborhood. He said he had tried to open the front door of the residence so he could knock on an inside door to ask if he could rent a room.” He apparently didn’t explain why he sat outside the place for two days, and he had no plausible explanation for anything else, either: “He initially told officers he had borrowed the car and he didn’t know anything about the gun and said the suitcase was not his.” Yeah, you know how AK-47s can just appear in your car without your knowledge or consent, and what can anyone do about that?

Later, apparently realizing how ridiculous his initial story sounded, Mehdiyev “confessed that the gun was his and he had been in Brooklyn ‘because he was looking for someone’” — an ominous statement when you’re carrying an AK during your search.

Masih Alinejad is a particular thorn in the side of the mullahs because she highlights on a daily basis the pettiness and cruelty of the Islamic Republic. She routinely posts videos that have been sent to her (at tremendous risk) from inside Iran, showing Iranian women risking multiyear prison sentences for the crime of taking off their hijab, the arrest and torture of women who have done so, and the Iranian regime’s determination to punish women who dare to resist their oppression. On Wednesday, she posted a video showing the “unspeakable cruelty” of the Iranian regime in killing over 1,700 stray dogs. (Dogs are considered unclean in Islam, and Muhammad, the Islamic prophet, ordered that they be killed.)

In a shame/honor culture, Masih Alinejad is doing something that the Iranian mullahs likely consider worse than death: she is humiliating them. And so it wouldn’t be in the least surprising if it turns out that they sent Khalid Mehdiyev, as they sent the kidnappers who were foiled last year. Old Joe Biden presents such an image of fecklessness and lack of control that it’s easy to see why the mullahs would think that this is the perfect time to strike within the United States: if Masih Alinejad were ever abducted or killed, Joe will stumble and mumble through some paper-tiger statement and continue his indefatigable pursuit of a new Iranian nuclear deal. So for the mullahs, there is no downside to continuing to try to get her in their clutches. The only people who would pay a price, as always with Joe’s actions and inactions, are the free people of the world.

How The Roman Government Destroyed Their Economy thumbnail

How The Roman Government Destroyed Their Economy

By The Geller Report

Spending, inflation, and economic controls destroy wealth and create conflict.

By: Richard M. Ebeling, Fee Stories, October 5, 2016:

In 449 B.C., the Roman government passed the Law of the Twelve Tables, regulating much of commercial, social, and family life. Some of these laws were reasonable and consistent with an economy of contract and commerce; others prescribed gruesome punishments and assigned cruel powers and privileges given to some. Other regulations fixed a maximum rate of interest on loans of approximately 8 percent. The Roman government also had the habit of periodically forgiving all interest owed in the society; that is, it legally freed private debtors from having to pay back interest due to private creditors.

In 45 B.C., Julius Caesar discovered that almost one-third of the Roman citizenry was receiving their grain supply for free from the State.

The Roman government also set price controls on wheat. In the fourth century, B.C., the Roman government would buy grain during periods of shortages and sell it at a price fixed far below the market price. In 58 B.C., this was improved upon; the government gave grain away to the citizens of Rome at a zero price, that is, for free.

The result was inevitable: farmers left the land and flocked to Rome; this, of course, only made the problem worse, since with fewer farmers on the land in the territories surrounding Rome, less grain than before was being grown and brought to the market. Also, masters were freeing their slaves and placing the financial burden for feeding them on the Roman government at that zero price.

In 45 B.C., Julius Caesar discovered that almost one-third of the Roman citizenry was receiving their grain supply for free from the State.

To deal with the financial cost of these supplies of wheat, the Roman government resorted to debasement of the currency, that is, inflation. Pricing-fixing of grain, shortages of supply, rising budgetary problems for the Roman government, monetary debasement and resulting worsening price inflation were a continual occurrence through long periods of Roman history.

Spending, Inflation and Economic Controls Under Diocletian

The most famous episode of price controls in Roman history was during the reign of Emperor Diocletian (A.D. 244-312). He assumed the throne in Rome in A.D. 284. Almost immediately, Diocletian began to undertake huge and financially expensive government spending projects.

There was a massive increase in the armed forces and military spending; a huge building project was started in the form of a planned new capital for the Roman Empire in Asia Minor (present-day Turkey) at the city of Nicomedia; he greatly expanded the Roman bureaucracy; and he instituted forced labor for completion of his public works projects.

The Roman government stopped accepting its own debased money as payment for taxes owed and required taxes to be paid in kind.

To finance all of these government activities, Diocletian dramatically raised taxes on all segments of the Roman population. These resulted in the expected disincentives against work, production, savings, and investment that have long been seen as the consequences of high levels and rates of taxation. It resulted in a decline in commerce and trade, as well.

When taxation no longer generated enough revenue to finance all of these activities, Emperor Diocletian resorted to debasement of the currency. Gold and silver coinage would have their metal content reduced and reissued by the government with the claim that their metallic value was the same as before. The government passed legal tender laws requiring Roman citizens and subjects throughout the Empire to accept these debased coins at the higher value stamped on each of the coin’s faces.

The result of this was inevitable, too. Since in terms of the actual gold and silver contained in them, these legal tender coins had a lower value, traders would only accept them at a discount. That is, they were soon devalued in the market place. People began to hoard all the gold and silver coins that still contained the higher gold and silver content and using the debased coins in market trading.

This, of course, meant that each of the debased coins would only buy a smaller quantity of goods on the market than before; or expressed the other way around, more of these debased coins now had to be given in exchange for the same amount of commodities as before. The price inflation became worse and worse as the Emperor issued more and more of these increasingly worthless forms of money.

The penalty imposed for violation of these price and wage controls was death.

Diocletian also instituted a tax-in-kind; that is, the Roman government would not accept its own worthless, debased money as payment for taxes owed. Since the Roman taxpayers had to meet their tax bills in actual goods, this immobilized the entire population. Many were now bound to the land or a given occupation, so as to assure that they had produced the products that the government demanded as due it at tax collection time. An increasingly rigid economic structure, therefore, was imposed on the whole Roman economy.

Diocletian’s Edict Made Everything Worse

But the worst was still to come. In A.D. 301, the famous Edict of Diocletian was passed. The Emperor fixed the prices of grain, beef, eggs, clothing, and other articles sold on the market. He also fixed the wages of those employed in the production of these goods. The penalty imposed for violation of these price and wage controls, that is, for any one caught selling any of these goods at higher than prescribed prices and wages, was death.

Realizing that once these controls were announced, many farmers and manufacturers would lose all incentive to bring their commodities to market at prices set far below what the traders would consider fair market values, Diocletian also prescribed in the Edict that all those who were found to be “hoarding” goods off the market would be severely punished; their goods would be confiscated and they would be put to death.

In the Greek parts of the Roman Empire, archeologists have found the price tables listing the government-mandated prices. They list over 1,000 individual prices and wages set by the law and what the permitted price and wage was to be for each of the commodities, goods, and labor services.

A Roman of this period named Lactanius wrote during this time that Diocletian “ . . . then set himself to regulate the prices of all vendible things. There was much blood shed upon very slight and trifling accounts; and the people brought no more provisions to market, since they could not get a reasonable price for them and this increased the dearth [the scarcity] so much, that at last after many had died by it, the law was set aside.”

The Consequences and Lessons from Roman Economic Policy

Roland Kent, an economic historian of this period, has summarized the consequences of Diocletian’s Edict in the following way:

“ . . . The price limits set in the Edict were not observed by the traders, in spite of the death penalty provided in the statute for its violation; would-be purchasers finding that the prices were above the legal limit, formed mobs and wrecked the offending traders’ establishments, incidentally killing the traders, though the goods were after all of trifling value; traders hoarded their goods against the day when the restrictions should be removed, and the resulting scarcity of wares actually offered for sale caused an even greater increase in prices, so that what trading went on was at illegal prices, therefore, performed clandestinely.”

The economic effects were so disastrous to the Roman economy that four years after putting the Edict into law, Diocletian abdicated, claiming “poor health” – a euphemism throughout history reflecting that if the political leader does not step down from power, others will remove him, often through assassination. And while the Edict was never formally repealed, it soon became a dead letter shortly after Diocletian left the throne.

Michael Ivanovich Rostovtzeff, a leading historian on the ancient Roman economy, offered this summary in his Social and Economic History of the Roman Empire (1926):

“The same expedient [a system of price and wage controls] have often been tried before him [Diocletian] and was often tried after him. As a temporary measure in a critical time, it might be of some use. As a general measure intended to last, it was certain to do great harm and to cause terrible bloodshed, without bringing any relief. Diocletian shared the pernicious belief of the ancient world in the omnipotence of the state, a belief which many modern theorists continue to share with him and with it.”

Finally, as, again, Ludwig von Mises concluded, the Roman Empire began to weaken and decay because it lacked the ideas and ideology that are necessary to build upon and safeguard a free and prosperous society: a philosophy of individual rights and free markets. As Mises ended his own reflections on the civilizations of the ancient world:

“The marvelous civilization of antiquity perished because it did not adjust its moral code and its legal system to the requirements of the market economy. A social order is doomed if the actions which its normal functioning requires are rejected by the standards of morality, are declared illegal by the laws of the country, and are prosecuted as criminal by the courts and the police. The Roman Empire crumbled to dust because it lacked the spirit of [classical] liberalism and free enterprise. The policy of interventionism and its political corollary, the Fuhrer principle, decomposed the mighty empire as they will by necessity always disintegrate and destroy any social entity.”

Man complains of ‘Orwellian police’ after tweet investigation

A man has described police as using George Orwell’s novel 1984 as an “operating manual” after he was investigated over alleged transphobic comments posted on social media.

An officer from Humberside Police interviewed Harry Miller by telephone after the force received complaints over his posts on Twitter.

One tweet questioned whether transgender women were real women.

Mr Miller said he was “utterly shocked” to be questioned by a police constable.

“He said even though I had committed no crime he needed to check my thinking,” said Mr Miller.

By The Daily Caller

Texas border patrol agents seized $2.1 million worth of liquid methamphetamine from a vehicle attempting to enter the U.S. from Mexico, according to authorities.

The seizure took place at the Rio Grande City Port of Entry, and the total weight of the liquid drug amounted to 110 pounds, CNN reported.

The bust allegedly occurred last Sunday after a 2012 Dodge was stopped by federal officials for further inspection while attempting to cross the border.

Federal agents at the entrance point unveiled the hidden stash via “non-intrusive inspection system” technology and brought in K-9 units as well, according to New York Daily News.

The alleged driver of the vehicle was an unidentified 41-year-old American citizen, the outlet added.

Both the drugs and the driver were handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for additional investigation.

Earlier this month, San Diego County, California, experienced one of the biggest drug busts in U.S. history.

Officials followed a suspicious commercial-sized truck that crossed the border from Mexico, seized five thousand pounds of meth and arrested four men that hailed from Tijuana, Mexico.

22 States SUE Biden Regime Over Plans to Stop Free Lunches Unless Schools Comply With Sexualizing Children, ‘Gender Identity’ Policies

By The Geller Report

Responsible school systems should not take once cent in federal money. It’s argue regime and they mean our children great harm.

22 attorney generals wrote a letter to President Joe Biden last month, calling on the administration to withdraw the USDA guidance.

By: The Post Millenial, July 2022:

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has joined forces with 21 other attorney generals in filing a lawsuit against the Biden administration. The new federal rules set forth by the Biden administration could jeopardize the state’s money for nutrition assistance if schools don’t comply with the Title IX gender identity policies.

he 22 states now suing the Biden Administration are Tennessee, Indiana, Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia and West Virginia.

The lawsuit is centered on the US Department of Agriculture guidance issued May 5, and a federal ruling made June 14, that reinterprets the prohibition on discrimination based on sex—which is found in Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and in the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008—to include discrimination based on sexual orientation and one’s subjective “gender identity.”

This means that any local agency or program receiving funds from FNS, such as free and reduced lunch programs, would have to update their “non-discrimination policies and signage to include prohibitions against discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.”

22 other attorney generals wrote a letter to President Joe Biden last month, calling on the administration to withdraw the USDA guidance.

“This is classic federal policy – literally converting carrots into sticks and using them to beat a political agenda into local schools,” Yost said in a news release. “When will the Biden administration learn that making law is the legislature’s role?”
“USDA is committed to administering all its programs with equity and fairness, and serving those in need with the highest dignity. A key step in advancing these principles is rooting out discrimination in any form – including discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity,” said Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack in the May 5 news release. The USDA announced in May that “state and local agencies, program operators and sponsors that receive funds from FNS must investigate allegations of discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation. Those organizations must also update their non-discrimination policies and signage to include prohibitions against discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.”
