Each day here at Church Militant, as part of our ongoing Novena to the Holy Spirit for Justice and our Rosary (also for justice in the nation), we pray for increased strength to fight two specific evils rampaging through the Church and the culture — modernism and Marxism.
And, understand, these two are little else than different sides of the same coin, intimately connected. One does its damage in the theological realm, the other in the secular realm, but they are both moving to the same goal. That goal is the de-spiritualization of man, the reducing of human dignity to being merely a servant of the State.
This is why the Church must be “merged” with the State: To present the facade of some spiritual aspect or dynamic to the assault on human dignity (which is, of course, ultimately from God since we are made in his image and likeness). Modernism and Marxism are like M&M’s candy — peanut or plain — slightly different looking on the outside, although still very close in appearance, on the inside, they are identical.
You can’t tell the difference once you’ve popped them into your mouth, and that’s because there is no difference. Under that thin candy veneer, every one is identical to every other one in the pack, just like modernism and Marxism. This is why the Marxist cardinals in the Church, not to mention bishops and priests, are so enthralled with modernism.
Likewise, this is why the modernist cardinals in the Church — not to mention bishops and priests — are so enthralled with Marxism. It’s why when you go to Mass and there is a modernist priest blathering on, he hits all the Marxist talking points about immigration and climate change and the rest of the lies from the Left.
Listen closely sometimes to the prayers of the faithful, which half the time aren’t really prayers and which seldom reflect the ideas of the authentic faithful. Little in some of those prayers reflects anything related to authentic Catholicism but read like a Saul Alinsky introductory class on class warfare or racism.
Likewise, the Marxist media can’t stop themselves from having on modernist clergy for interviews (like James Martin). These aren’t just separate ideologies with some areas of overlap. They are the same ideologies with very slightly different ways of presenting themselves. Take off the robes and put on a suit and tie, and James Martin could run for office on the Democratic party ticket.
Likewise, slap a miter on Biden’s head and he could easily be Bishop Joe. They all talk the same, say the same things, talk about the same topics. Identical on the inside, very slightly different looking on the outside — just to make you think you’re getting something different. You aren’t.
This is why there is the rush on the part of bishops to go along with anything a government mandates, and in some cases (like the weirdo bishop in Ontario Canada’s London diocese, Ronald Fabbro) bishops are going way beyond even totalitarian governments’ COVID rules. He’s ordering parishes, meaning his priests, to set up what amounts to “snitch squads,” where ushers must refuse you entry into the Church for Mass if you don’t have a mask.
Ushers will be informed of your name and will be on the lookout for you. Likewise, Fabbro has ordered that a pencil and piece of paper be supplied at confessionals so after you have confessed, you can leave your name and number for contact tracing purposes. And no, we are not kidding.
That’s outrageous. But when it comes to weirdness around confession, Fabbro and his staff are refusing to reveal to Catholics in the diocese that a certain priest was excommunicated for breaking the seal of confession. Then, a few months later, blatantly in violation of canon law, Fabbro asked Rome to lift the excommunication without having fulfilled one of three requirements necessary before any lifting of the sentence could be done.
While Fabbro stomps around the diocese imposing dictatorial mandates on the flock, he conveniently — for more than a year — has kept to himself that one of his priests, at least, is not trustworthy in the confessional. But hey, just make sure you put down your name and address after confession, it makes it so much easier to break the seal that way.
And get this: Your information then goes into a sealed envelope and is given to the parish staff who will never open it, unless they have to. Sure. So much for anonymity around the sacrament of confession. Any bishop who would hide behind “procedure” to mask the identity of a priest who breaks the seal of confession is a disgrace.
Likewise, he keeps no tabs on this priest, who supposedly unknown to Fabbro, just up and presented himself to another diocese, where, inexplicably, the bishop there just accepted him and let him go “serve” at a religious community and offer public Mass on Sundays and hear confessions.
Not until his presence was reported (and there was fear of news getting out about the whole affair) did Fabbro “spring into action” and order the priest back to the London diocese. But man, he’s all over the COVID “crisis.”
No mask, no eucharist. No contact tracing, no confession of sins. No bare hands, no reception of Holy Communion. COVID crisis? Got it covered. Catholic crisis? No big deal. Men like this long ago gave up the ghost on the Church. Fabbro even joked once at a fundraiser for the seminary that all the numbers across the board for the Church were dismal, in the toilet. Fewer weddings, baptisms, you name it.
But, he added, the one number where they saw improvement was in cemetery plot sales, adding — to uncomfortable laughter from hundreds in attendance — that even if we lose you coming in, we still get you going out. Modernism dumps the authentic Faith. Marxism replaces it.
The things of God matter not at all to either Marxists or modernists. Their single concern is being in the elite crowd when the rest of humanity is subjected to their one-world new order. Neither cares what your favorite color M&M is — because they are all the same.

YouTube Channels China with Video Warning

The biggest fraud of the 2020 election had nothing to do with ballots or voting machine or even liberal officials. This election was rigged by something else entirely: Big Tech. And now, days before the results are even certified, Silicon Valley is making it clear — they aren’t done.
Americans are used to the mainstream media putting their thumb on the scales. In the Trump era, no industry has been more blatant about its disgust of the Republican leader and his supporters than the press. The veneer of neutrality, if anyone even remembers those days, is long gone — replaced by a ferocious bias against anything resembling conservatism. With just nine percent of the country convinced the media is credible, a lot of Americans turned to places like social media to have the honest debate journalists won’t. Turns out, Big Tech isn’t interested in a free forum anymore, and there’s no better proof than this year.
With its Chinese-level censorship, skewed algorithms, and rolling conservative blackouts, “nobody meddled in the 2020 election like Big Media and Big Tech,” Mollie Hemingway argued. On one hand, they suppressed information that would hurt Democrats on one hand and silenced voices of truth on the other. And this wasn’t just one platform — this was a coordinated effort across Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and its parent company, Google.
Now, with legal challenges still ongoing, YouTube has decided to turn its thought control up a notch. In an announcement Wednesday, the company announced that it would no longer allow videos questioning the election’s results or irregularities. “Yesterday was the safe harbor deadline for the U.S. Presidential election,” the company posted, “and enough states have certified their election results to determine a president-elect. Given that, we will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or any time after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. presidential election…”
For example, the company warned, “we will remove videos claiming that a presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors. We will begin enforcing this policy today and will ramp up in the weeks to come.”
In other words, if YouTube has declared Joe Biden president, everyone else must too. It’s a breathtaking display of information suppression — the kind we’d expect out of the former Soviet Union, not the United States. The message from our tech overlords is simple: “We’ll decide what you see and how you think about it.” Frankly, it’s mind-boggling the lengths that these companies will go to just to stop Americans’ exposure to a variety of facts and opinions. It’s even scarier, many have pointed out, that almost “all information in the English-speaking world travels through a single company, Google.” That’s a problem when the majority of our political conversations occur online.
This liberal monopoly — the quiet political conspiracy between Big Tech giants — is what’s driving so many Republicans to demand change. Right now, Americans have absolutely recourse when these companies attack their free speech. Twitter, Facebook, Google — they’re all immune from government accountability under the outdated law that’s regulating communications. So when President Trump talks about stripping Big Tech of their liability, he means that it’s time to crack down on anyone who would try to control American messaging. And thanks to examples like YouTube, conservatives will be more than motivated to try.
Already, 48 states have filed anti-trust lawsuits to break apart the Facebook empire. The Federal Trade Commission is suing as well, on a parallel track. Making matters worse for Big Tech, Democrats wouldn’t mind seeing them succeed. They don’t mind the conservative censorship, of course, but they do mind monopolies. And that’s what these companies have — both sides would argue — in more ways than one.

The Time for Talking with the Left is Long, Long Past

“People who cannot be reasoned with can only be fought.” It’s an age-old truth, one good people ignore at their own peril. It too often is ignored, though, since good people are mostly reasonable and, in accordance with man’s nature, engage in projection. They thus assume that others are as reasonable as they are.
It’s reasonable to assume that mentioning right now the futility of reasoning with the Left is motivated by the election. It’s also, in my case, untrue. I’ve for decades recognized that devout leftists, emotion-driven and vice-ridden, operate by occultist Aleister Crowley’s “principle,” “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.” But now, with the Left stealing an election after have stolen our whole culture and increasingly achieving its ends through violence, more people may accept this message.
When presenting logical arguments to advance a position, which is what I as a commentator do, I’ve at times heard from readers who’d lament that it was a waste of time because leftists wouldn’t listen. What they misunderstood is that those arguments were never, ever intended for the Left.
What must be applied here is “political/cultural triage.” This paradigm’s first group is the “Choir”; while its members are on your side, it still is beneficial “preaching” to them to “fire up the troops” and because “iron sharpens iron.”
The second group is the “Middlers”; not wholly blinded by ideology and being at least somewhat open-minded, they often can be reached with logos, ethos or pathos or a good combination thereof.
Then there’s the last group: the Initiated. Called “leftists” today, they have disordered thinking; married to misbegotten passions and, disconnected from reason and operating emotionally, they’re the sort that inspired the Jonathan Swift sentiment (I’m paraphrasing), “You cannot reason a man out of a position he has not reasoned himself into.”
Of course, one here and there may see the light if they experience something akin to a religious conversion. But you will not reach them with logic or anything else — and it’s a waste of time trying. They are, so to speak, damned.
So how should we regard vanguard leftists, the Machiavellian destroyers of civilizations? How can you be prepared for them? Well, pretend you’re dealing with Satan.
You can view this purely as a thought exercise if you’re non-religious. But know that the enemy — and that is what leftists are — is above nothing and beneath contempt. They will say anything and do anything to achieve their ends, which they believe justify the means; no lie is too great, no theft too grand, no contradiction too bold, no sacrifice of life too unpalatable. Moral relativists/nihilists to the core, they have boiled their behavioral guide down to, “If it feels good, do it.”
Conservatives must accept this hard reality and avoid the aforementioned instinctive, very human but in this case deadly habit: projection. This is when you ascribe your own mindset, priorities and sense of virtue to others. But vanguard leftists aren’t like you. As with the Devil, they can’t be talked out of their passions or reasoned out of their malevolence. They are as aliens — and they do not come in peace.
Their no-holds-barred attitude is apparent to all with eyes to see. They have

  • continually attacked us traditionalists and fomented unrest at our political events while accusing us of authoring violence;
  • visited career and reputational destruction upon those who dare speak unfashionable truths while accusing those Truth-tellers of intolerance;
  • used government agencies such as the IRS and FBI to persecute us while accusing us of endangering the republic;
  • played the identity politics card and demonized whites while accusing conservatives of being divisive, racist and bigoted;
  • conspired with foreign powers to undermine our nation while accusing us of treasonous behavior;
  • enabled China, an imperialistic foe and a clear and present danger to our country;
  • endeavored to steal an election after having wrongly accused conservatives of thus doing in 2016;
  • abetted an invasion of our nation in order to raise an alien electoral army that can help them seize power;
  • mismanaged a pandemic and caused death while using it as a pretext for stripping our liberties, “locking down” the country and destroying people’s livelihoods;
  • corrupted our children with perversion and scarred their bodies, minds and souls;
  • facilitated the murder of the unborn while accusing us of indifference to the vulnerable;
  • prosecuted conservatives on trumped up charges while shielding their co-ideologists from justice;
  • called Truth “hateful” or “misinformation” and censored it via Big Tech while presenting convenient lies as “fact”;
  • encouraged violent mobs to create mayhem and attempted to strip the imperiled of the capacity for self-defense while sometimes being protected themselves by armed details;
  • attacked our history and heroes and destroyed our cultural heritage while effecting their own “Year Zero,” dystopian transformation;
  • indoctrinated the young in schools to transform them into foot soldiers in the leftist campaign of civilizational rape;
  • attacked our nation’s foundational faith, Christianity, while spreading corruptive moral relativism and destructive theologies; and
  • degraded society with perverted science while accusing us of scientific obscurantism.

In a saner world, people could talk things out, seeking that ethereal common ground called Truth. But morally nihilistic leftists scoff at absolutes and have thus turned themselves into glorified animals, driven by their base instincts and consuming freedom, virtue and goodness like demonic locusts. They won’t stop until they are stopped, and if people cannot talk things out, they are left to fight them out. And our leftists are ensuring that we cannot talk things out.
The reality is that if the United States were a marriage, there would have been a divorce long ago. Leftists are as alien to more traditional people as a race of aggressive, invasive extraterrestrials, and they’ve made coexistence impossible.
So what does this mean from a practical standpoint? How should we proceed? First, conservatives must stop being “conservative” (as in defensive) and realize that you can’t follow Queensberry rules when the adversary fights no-holds-barred. As an example, leftists can govern contrary to the Constitution, sure — and we act contrary to their governance.
To this end, traditionalist states/counties/cities should employ nullification, that ignoring of governmental enjoinments that Thomas Jefferson called the “rightful” remedy for all unconstitutional directives.
Note here that the latter will encompass much, as most of the federal government’s business (and some state business) involves unconstitutional endeavors. There is, for instance, no constitutional provision for bureaucracies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Education, and federal anti-discrimination law and “transgender”-accommodation mandates should be considered null and void; so should the Obergefell v. Hodges “marriage” opinion, to cite just a few examples. For leftists can con their way to an election victory, but if we let them con us into obeying them, that’s on us.
As to this, conservatives fancy themselves rules-oriented, but too many have been fooling themselves, following not the rule of law but the rule of lawyers (in legislatures and on courts). If leftists can consider the Constitution’s dictates “living,” we can consider their unconstitutional dictates living — and tell ‘em to go pound sand.
Lastly, be ready if leftists attack you, and defend yourself, viciously if necessary. If they push, push back harder; if they strike, strike back harder. Understand that this is war, and as in all wars hot or cold, this is only and ultimately about one thing: power.
Our second president, John Adams, said in 1798, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” “Moral and religious” leaves leftists out, and we should leave them out as well — from any of our future plans. Dead to us they should be.

Since 2016 these social media platforms have joined the traditional mainstream media platforms by:

  1. Censoring one person or group based upon their political views.
  2. Banning one person or group based upon their political views.
  3. De-platforming one person or group based upon their political views.
  4. Restricting access to information posted by certain people or groups based upon their political views.
  5. Actively promoting their own political views in order to support one political party over another.
  6. Via algorithms made certain information either difficult to find or disappear entirely from their platforms.
  7. Kept valid news from the public that can change the outcome of an election.
  8. Unilaterally removed content under various “community standards” and policies that provide another political view
  9. Unilaterally removed news posted by major news organizations in order to keep their members uninformed.
  10. Becoming activists for the Democrat Party and their policies.

Some Examples

Some examples of important information that has been either promoted, censored, hidden or completely wiped clean include, but are not limited to:

  1. Pushing the narrative of Russian Collusion by the Trump campaign.
  2. Pushing the Democrat impeachment narrative.
  3. Pushing the Democrat Party notion that President Trump is illegitimate.
  4. Hiding, censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story.
  5. Hiding, censoring China’s involvement in undermining the POTUS, members of the U.S. Congress and our allies.
  6. Hiding, censoring any negative information about the Dominion Voting system.
  7. Hiding, censoring any valid allegations of voter fraud during the 2020 election.
  8. Hiding, censoring any sworn allegations of massive election fraud in the 2020 election.
  9. Pushing the narrative that Joe Biden is president elect.
  10. Removing any and all content that paints the Democrat Party and its leadership in a negative light.

Facebook, Twitter and Google/YouTube have become anti-social if you disagree with them and their world views. They will use any and all means to silence you for posting, re-posting or telling the truth. Your truth, not their truth.
You will be wiped clean from their servers if you fail to obey them. It is as simple as that. Revolt and face their form of a permanent gulag under the guise of Facebook’s this post is “disputed.” Facebook jail is seeing more and more prisoners each day. Twitter simply removes you, like it did the New York Post, for publishing information important about the family of one candidate, but allows any and all tweets about the other candidate, true or not.
Facebook, Twitter and Google/YouTube have become tyrannical in their policies.
But there is hope. 
President Trump has been adamant that repeal of Section 230 be added to the funding for our military bill. What is Section 230? Watch this pro-Section 230 propaganda posted by the Internet Association:

Without the protections these laws provide, two things would happen:

  1. Companies could be held legally responsible for EVERYTHING people say.
  2. Companies would face legal risks for enforcing community standards or voluntarily restricting access to or deleting inappropriate or illegal content.

Other social media platforms such as Parler, MeWe, Spreely, and Gab are growing as people leave the Tech Tyrants’ gulags and seek real freedom of speech.

Members of the Arizona Legislature are finally working to expose voter fraud within the state

The Arizona Senate will hold an official legislative hearing on election integrity complete with subpoena power on Friday morning, National File understands.
Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem made the announcement regarding the legislative hearing to be held in the Senate on Thursday morning.
The Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee will “take testimony (and issue subpoenas as deemed appropriate) regarding election integrity) from 9AM on Friday morning, Finchem revealed in a tweet.
This would mark a significant step in the election integrity process. A previous hearing, in which President Trump’s legal team participated, involved multiple witnesses and serious analysis of the election, but did not have the full powers that a legislative hearing could provide, most notably the power to subpoena, and the requirement for sworn testimony.
The hearing would likely have been called by Arizona Senate President Karen Fann. National File understands that only her and Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers have the power to do so in their respective chambers. Bowers had been subject to serious criticism, following comments that showed a poor understanding of the Constitution, along with a lack of committment to calling the hearing.
Finchem’s announcement follows repeated calls for a full legislative hearing from Dr Kelli Ward, the chairman of the Arizona GOP, who has been consistently doing so since last week. Ward had argued that a full legislative hearing with subpoena powers will not “interefere with any legal cases,” and should therefore happen as soon as possible.

Only minutes before State Representative Finchem revealed the timing of the hearings, Ward reacted to a post from State Senator-Elect Wendy Rogers about the possibility of an incoming legislative hearing, and encouraged the hearings to take place today.

National File reported on Wednesday that Arizona had become the 18th state to join Texas in their SCOTUS lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin, for their alleged violation of their electoral processes, most notably regarding mail-in ballots, that allowed widespread voter fraud to take place.

Identity of Amici Curiae As members of the federal legislature, Amici seek to protect the constitutional role of state legislatures in establishing the manner by which Presidential Electors are appointed to ensure the Electoral College selects the candidate for President of the United States that was chosen by counting only lawful votes. Amici include 106 U.S. Representatives currently serving in the 116th Congress, listed above. Relevance of Amicus Brief to Motion for Leave to File a Bill of Complaint This brief amicus curiae presents the concern of amici as Members of Congress, shared by untold millions of their constituents, that the unconstitutional irregularities involved in the 2020 presidential election cast doubt upon its outcome and the integrity of the American system of elections. Amici respectfully aver that the broad scope and impact of the various irregularities in the Defendant states necessitate careful and timely review by this Court. 2
On the merits, this amicus brief defends the constitutional authority of state legislatures as the only bodies duly authorized to establish the manner by which presidential electors are appointed, one of the central issues in the pending litigation. As members of the federal legislature, these amici seek to protect the constitutional role of state legislatures in determining the manner by which states choose their electors. The Positions of the Parties Due to the press of time to file this amicus brief before the deadline given to Defendants and the need to coordinate among the amici, the position of the parties on this motion is unknown. Senior advisor to the president Jared Kushner told reporters shortly after the president’s announcement that Morocco — like other signatories onto the Abraham Accords — will immediately open liaison offices in Israel, start scheduling direct flights from the country to Israel, and foster “cooperation” between companies in both nations. He confirmed that in addition to Morocco’s decision to normalize relations, Trump had also signed a proclamation recognizing Morocco’s sovereignty over the Western Sahara.
“This comes on four years of very, very hard work and diplomacy,” Kushner stated. “We have peace sprouting in the Middle East.”
Kushner called the announcement a “part of the president’s efforts to bring peace and prosperity to the world,” and stated that other countries in the region “want to keep this progress going.”
He claimed that the more majority-Muslim countries begin to interact with Israel, the less Islamic terror groups will be able to justify their actions.
Trump has touted the Israel “peace deals” as some of his administration’s greatest accomplishments. Prior to the Morocco announcement, the Trump administration had helped foster normalization negotiations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Somalia.

Most conservatives in Georgia are furious with GOP governor Biran Kemp for dragging his feet at taking decisive steps to fully verify the validity of the presidential election in the state.

According to the article below, Kemp met with Li Qiangmin, Houston Consul General of the People’s Republic of China, on July 12, 2019.

Two weeks later, the state announced it had entered into a contract with Dominion Voting Systems prior to Georgia’s March 2020 presidential primaries, a deal that was opposed by both Democrats and Republicans in the Georgia legislature. Dominion equipment is suspected of having switched votes from Trump to Biden in key battleground states.

China is no fan of President Trump, and neither is Kemp.

Was Georgia’s purchase of Dominion’s voting machines merely coincidental to Kemp’s meeting with an official of the Chinese government?

17 States Urge Supreme Court to Review Texas Bid Challenging Election Results in 4 States

Seventeen states are urging the U.S. Supreme Court to take up Texas’s request to challenge the 2020 election results in four battleground states.

The states, led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, filed a friend-of-the-court brief on Dec. 9, underscoring that the case filed by Texas is of great public importance and requires the attention of the nation’s top court.

Texas on Dec. 7 filed a motion asking for permission to sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin in an attempt to protect the integrity of the 2020 election.

The Lone Star state alleges that the four key battleground states unconstitutionally changed election laws, treated voters unequally, and triggered significant voting irregularities by relaxing ballot integrity measures.

In the brief, the 17 states argue that the Texas lawsuit warrants review by the high court as it presents important constitutional issues under the Electors Clause. It also raises concerns about election integrity and public confidence in the handling of elections, they added.

YouTube is an American online video-sharing platform headquartered in San Bruno, California. Three former PayPal employees—Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim—created the service in February 2005. Google bought the site in November 2006 for US$1.65 billion; YouTube now operates as one of Google’s subsidiaries.

Google’s YouTube has gone full anti-Trump. They are now banning any videos from Right Side Broadcasting Network for covering event leading up to the March for Trump event in D.C.
Google, Facebook, Twitter are bent on keeping the American public in the dark about:

  1. 2020 election fraud.
  2. 2020 voter fraud.
  3. Anything that is pro-Trump.
  4. Anything that is anti-Biden.
  5. Anything they damn well please wish to block, ban, shadow ban, censor, etc.

Is It ‘Dangerous’ to Fight Voter Fraud?

I feel disenfranchised with last month’s vote because of such apparent widespread voter fraud in six key swing states. But the media says, “There’s nothing to see here.” As of this writing, 40 court decisions seem to agree with them.
Thank God for the alternative media which is a lifeline of information, which big tech, big media, and the cultural elites are doing their best to suppress. But you can’t suppress the truth forever.
A congresswoman from Florida says that Trump’s attempts to expose allegations of voter fraud are undermining our nation.
Stephanie Murphy (D-Florida), whose family fled Vietnam in the late 1970s, is a U. S. Representative in the greater Orlando area. She said, “My family fled a communist dictatorship, so I’ve never taken America’s democracy for granted. The President’s claims of election fraud are discredited and dangerous, nothing more than a cynical attempt to subvert the will of the American people.”
She was responding to this tweet (12/1/20) from NPR that said the election was fair and not stolen. NPR Politics: “‘This was a secure election,’ Christopher Krebs, the former top federal government election security official, said. ‘That is a success story. That is something everyone in the administration should be proud of.’”

  • Forget those suitcases captured on video brought out in the middle of election night in Atlanta, presumably chock full of Biden ballots.
  • Forget all those dead people that voted in Pennsylvania—even people who lived through the Civil War.
  • Forget the “over 400 affidavits documenting vote fraud and polling place irregularities, documenting that there were more votes cast than registered voters in quite a number of jurisdictions,” to quote Scott Powell, American Thinker (12/5/20).
  • Forget the Detroit Democrat poll-workers who muscled Republicans out of the room in the middle of the night and then taped up the windows so no one could see what was going on.

Gary Bauer notes (12/3/20): “…in numerous progressive cities, left-wing operatives systematically threw out GOP observers one by one. The vote counters, who are government employees, often erupted in applause as the conservatives were shown the door.”
Forget all that—nothing to see here. Time to move on. To question the mainstream media’s coronation of Joe Biden as president is “dangerous,” says Rep. Murphy.
Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis have held hearings providing all sorts of evidence of voter fraud that took place primarily in the wee hours of the early morning of November 4 in key swing states such as Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona.
Regardless of one’s opinions on Donald Trump, I would think virtually all Americans of good will would oppose election fraud. Election security is critical.
I showed my wife a compilation of highlights of the Giuliani-Ellis Michigan hearings of alleged voter fraud. After a while, she almost wept, wondering how this could happen in her adopted country? She was originally from Norway and gladly became a U. S. citizen many years ago.
Democracy is messy. But to ensure voter integrity, it’s worth sorting through this mess.
One man noted, “If we don’t root out the fraud…we don’t have a country anymore.” That was Al Gore in 2000. But in the case of Al Gore’s challenge of Bush’s victory—which was predicated on Bush’s taking Florida—Bush won every single vote recount in Florida. Every single one, even those conducted by liberal (anti-Bush) newspapers, like The New York Times.
Jenna Ellis said “We’re a nation of rules, not a nation of rulers.” Ellis referred Americans to look up Federalist #68, which I did. This “Federalist Paper” was written by Alexander Hamilton, and he states: “…every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue, and corruption.” He calls these underhanded deeds the “most deadly adversaries of republican government.”
Was there a cabal at work in the wee hours on the day after the election to bring in bundles of thousands of votes for Biden in the key swing states?
Twenty congressmen are demanding voter integrity, especially after they saw the footage of the Georgia suitcases. They wrote an open letter (12/4/20) to Bill Barr with this lead: “Dear Attorney General Barr, Two pillars of a successful republic are election integrity and confidence in our democratic processes.” [Emphasis theirs]
Gary Bauer notes (12/6/20), “After the election, a shocking 70% of Republicans don’t believe the 2020 election was free and fair….30% of Democrats believe it is likely the election was stolen from President Trump! These figures undermine confidence in our electoral process.”
Congresswoman Murphy is wrong. Until the many allegations—including more than a thousand affidavits where many people (including Democrats) report on the cheating they themselves witnessed on behalf of the Biden campaign—have their day in court, it is not “dangerous” to explore these accusations. It is dangerous not to.

Ex-Con Hired by D.C. as Violence Interrupter Arrested, Charged with Murder

In a curious twist, a “reformed” criminal hired by the District of Columbia’s chief legal officer to help curb violence has been arrested and charged with murder. The case involves a taxpayer-funded public safety program known as Cure the Streets launched by D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine to reduce gun violence by treating it as a disease that can be interrupted and stopped from spreading. Cure the Streets typically hires men and women with criminal histories as violence interrupters because they know first-hand about the challenges that residents of crime-infested communities live with. Racine, who was reelected to a second term in 2018, says the transformed criminals hired by his program perform community-driven public safety work that can avoid using police.
Here is how they carry out the task, according to Racine’s office: By interrupting potentially violent conflicts because they have relationships and influence within targeted neighborhoods. Violence interrupters “engage with the community to learn about brewing conflicts and resolve them peaceably before they erupt in violence,” the program’s website states. Violence interrupters also identify and treat individuals at high risk for involvement with violence by meeting with them and implementing individualized risk reduction plans. “They also help connect participants with needed services, such as housing, counseling and employment assistance, and develop action plans for a positive future.” Finally, the D.C. Attorney General claims violence interrupters mobilize communities to change norms by engaging residents, local businesses, community leaders and faith leaders to work with high-risk individuals to reduce violence. “CTS works with these partners to organize forums and public events where residents can gather and interact safely without fear of conflict and violence,” the D.C. government website claims. It is not clear what impact Cure the Streets is having on violent crime in the District, but the Metropolitan Police Department reports that homicides are up 20% from last year.
The program operates in notoriously high-crime sections throughout D.C., which are broken down by wards. They include Eckington/Truxton and Trinidad in Ward 5, Marshall Heights/Benning Heights in Ward 7 and Bellevue, Washington Highlands, and Congress Heights in Ward 8. The Cure the Streets employee recently charged with murder was a supervisor who led a team of six violence interrupters and outreach workers. His name is Cotey Wynn, an ex-con with an extensive rap sheet who served a decade in prison before D.C.’s chief legal officer hired him. Wynn’s record includes felony murder, first degree murder, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, and distribution of a controlled substance, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. On December 4, the agency’s Capital Area Fugitive Task Force arrested the 39-year-old Wynn and charged him with second degree murder while armed. At the time of his arrest Wynn was under the supervision of the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia, a federal agency that believes preventative detention should only be a last resort for defendants, who should live in the least restrictive conditions while awaiting court.
Police say Wynn fatally shot a 53-year-old man named Eric Linnair Wright in 2017 near the Trinidad neighborhood in Northeast Washington. The violence interrupter was identified by multiple witnesses after viewing security camera footage from nearby homes, according to police. Authorities also tracked Wynn’s cell phone to the location of the crime. In a statement issued to local media, Racine’s spokesperson said this: “The Office of the Attorney General is aware of Mr. Wynn’s arrest for a homicide he is alleged to have committed in 2017, prior to his employment with Cure the Streets. This case will now proceed through our criminal justice system where Mr. Wynn is presumed innocent. We are confident that justice will be served once this process is complete. Our hearts go out to the family of Mr. Wright, the victim in this case, and to the affected members of the community. The important work of the Cure the Streets team will continue.”
It was not that long ago that the same office, charged with enforcing D.C. laws and protecting the interest of its citizens, bragged about what a great guy Wynn is. In a profile posted on the Attorney General’s website over the summer, Wynn was portrayed as somewhat of a saint. “When observing Cotey at work, you see a respected professional, a loving father, a devoted friend, and a pillar of the community,” according to the piece which includes a photo of the accused murderer delivering resources to D.C. residents during COIVD-19. The story also reveals that Wynn could not find a job after a decade in prison since “the damage to his reputation made it hard for him to find employment” so D.C. government hired him as a violence interrupter for Cure the Streets.

Trump asks Cruz to argue Texas case

President Trump has asked Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) to present a case from his state’s attorney general seeking to invalidate the election results of several key battleground states before the Supreme Court should it decide to hear the suit, The New York Times reported Wednesday.
The lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) seeks to void the vote certifications of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan, arguing that the results are “tainted” by new election processes in those states.
The court has not yet agreed to hear the case on its merits and on Tuesday rejected efforts by pro-Trump attorneys to overturn the results in Pennsylvania in a separate case.
White House officials did not immediately return a request for comment from The Hill. The president has for weeks refused to concede his election loss to Joe Biden and has launched legal efforts in multiple states, with no success thus far, to overturn the president-elect’s victory in key battlegrounds.
Legal experts have largely panned the president’s efforts as unserious thus far and have spared no criticism for the latest effort by Trump’s allies in Texas.
“It looks like we have a new leader in the ‘craziest lawsuit filed to purportedly challenge the election’ category,” wrote Steve Vladeck, a law professor at the University of Texas at Austin, on Twitter.
News of the president’s request to Cruz comes shortly after he told his followers Wednesday in a tweet that he would be “intervening” in the Texas case while not specifying what that intervention would look like.
“We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!” the president tweeted.

Cruz Reintroduces Bill to Designate Muslim Brotherhood a Terrorist Group

This would be transformative in ending the subversion and infiltration of Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)
“Cruz reintroduces bill to label Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist group,” JNS, December 7, 2020:

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has reintroduced a bill that calls on the U.S. State Department to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist group.
His office announced on Dec. 2 that the senator is again pushing for the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act, which requires the State Department to report to Congress about whether the transnational Sunni Islamist organization founded in Egypt meets the legal criteria for designation.
The bill is co-sponsored by Sens. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Pat Roberts (R-Kan.).
“I am proud to reintroduce this bill and to advance America’s fight against radical Islamic terrorism,” said Cruz in a statement released by his office. “I commend the current administration’s work calling terrorism by its name and combating the spread of this potent threat, and I look forward to receiving the additional information this new bill requests from the Department of State.
“Many of our closest allies in the Arab world have long ago concluded that the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist group that seeks to sow chaos across the Middle East, and I will continue working with my colleagues to take action against groups that finance terrorism.”
In the same statement, Inhofe said “since the founding of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, Brotherhood-affiliated groups have consistently preached and incited hatred against Christians, Jews and other Muslims while supporting designated radical terrorists.”…

Trump, the reluctant war president

While the hawkish NeverTrump NeoCons bemoan the fact that President Trump has not only refused to start any new wars, he’s also been steadily bringing our overseas troops home, most Americans likely view this as a positive accomplishment, whether they admit it publicly or not.
But POTUS has perhaps been a trifle remiss regarding the war against America happening within our borders ever since he took office. Of course in this he’s not alone: Fox News and a great many Conservatives often made light of the Dems’ obvious anti-Trump ploys—especially the more ludicrous ones like the claim that he fed the fish wrong during his Presidential visit to Japan. The dishonest, partisan, “fake news” media have had a field day trying to turn the public against our President by nattering about his taxes, Trump University, Stormy Daniels, Putin, etc. ad nauseam—culminating in the 2-year Mueller witch-hunt and the Ukrainian phone call impeachment hoax. Between the hoaxes, nonstop Leftist propaganda and massive psy-ops, Americans must struggle to keep their grip on reality, and many have been unsuccessful in that endeavor—most notably your average Democrats.
From the start, Trump had very few allies even among his cabinet and top officials—some of whom were Obama holdovers— and he lost arguably the most important one in very short order: General Michael Flynn. In any case, POTUS needed a trustworthy, honest, justice-seeking and courageous Attorney General to go about the enormous task of draining the swamp and thereby protecting his America First agenda. Once his first choice, Rudy Giuliani, declined, he went with Jeff Sessions, who, sadly, proved to be useless. Perhaps Sessions believed he stood on principle when he recused himself, but even if so, he was tone deaf to the reality of Trump’s situation and failed to comprehend how badly POTUS needed an aggressive AG to have his back.
And now we know for sure what many of us suspected for some time: Bill Barr is also part of the Deep State. So if Trump has been playing 3-D chess, as many suggest, he’s been doing so without a bishop or a knight—making it all the more amazing he’s kept so many promises and has such a long and stellar list of accomplishments, including brokering historic new peace agreements in the Middle East. No wonder he’s recently received his third nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize!

Two Top Generals Weigh In

But now the game is urgent, the conflict escalating, and the enemy—firmly entrenched within the gates as well engaging from abroad—must be confronted. I believe that’s why two decorated generals—General Michael Flynn and retired General Thomas McInerney—are advising Trump to use his full presidential powers to initiate some form of martial law regarding the stolen election. We needn’t rehearse the myriad ways the Left cheated, but let’s look briefly at two of them: in the wee hours, in the swing states, there were inexplicable huge bumps for Biden. When you see them in a graph, they look like hockey sticks – a sure sign of in-your-face fraud. Does that ring a bell? Ah yes…Al Gore’s infamous hockey stick graph to prove catastrophic global warming—another hoax, long since debunked. But I digress.
We now also know that vote-flipping software—probably the Hammer/Scorecard system—was accessed in real-time by hostile foreign powers including Iran and China. I repeat: we’re at war! So let’s take a look at what each of these Generals proposes.

Lincoln vs. Trump: Secession vs. Coup d’état

General Flynn compares President Trump’s situation to that of Abraham Lincoln during the run-up to the Civil War, and during the course of it as well.
He lists extra-Constitutional actions Lincoln took, as follows:

  • Ordering “hundreds of Northern newspapers that spoke against him to be shut down and their owners and editors arrested.”
  • Ordering the arrest of an Ohio congressman “for the crime of speaking out against him.”
  • Signing an arrest warrant for the then-Chief Justice of the Supreme Court who ruled that Lincoln had illegally suspended the Writ of Habeas Corpus.
  • Ordering the arrest of thousands of Maryland citizens “for the crime of ‘suspected Southern sympathies,”‘ some of whom were held in military prisons without trial for years.

Speaking of Lincoln, in his book The Real Lincoln, Thomas DiLorenzo makes a very compelling case that the South had the right to secede. Think about it—if they didn’t have that right, then neither did those pesky thirteen colonies that seceded from Great Britain! In both cases, the injured party was saddled with a growing economic burden, while being deprived of adequate representation. And while slavery, a moral dilemma from the start, became a pressing issue during the Civil War, the war was not fought over it, nor did the South secede over slavery. As the famous British novelist Charles Dickens remarked, the falling out between North and South was over “a fiscal quarrel.” That means a successful negotiation on tariffs, the primary issue that was strangling the South, could have prevented the war altogether. Alternatively, Lincoln and his party could have allowed the South to peacefully secede. This should be considered when we look at the draconian measures Lincoln took, and DiLorenzo doesn’t mince words in his critique of the revered President whom we’ve been told “saved the Union”.
Jefferson himself noted in the Declaration of Independence, “…Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,–That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” The Southerners chose to institute a new government to promote their safety and happiness. They did not plan an assault on Washington D.C., or a coup d’état to overthrow the United States government. They merely wanted to go their own way in peace. Had King George permitted the colonists to do just that, there would have been no need for the Revolutionary War. Similarly, had President Lincoln simply wished his Southern compatriots well, there would have been no Civil War.
And this is why I’ve come to believe Lincoln’s autocratic actions had little or no legitimate basis, whereas, conversely, President Trump has every reason, right and duty to use the full powers of his office, including martial law and military tribunals if necessary, to combat the potent and dangerous ongoing coup d’état /Color Revolution before it extinguishes our Republic completely. And once lost, forever lost.

General Flynn’s Strategy

General Flynn’s petition calls for martial law, which I believe may be necessary for a short period; it also seeks a new election. While patriots would love to see a real election with Trump’s Electoral College numbers upwards of 400, I question the wisdom of redoing the election. Why? First, because Trump already won! All we need to do is to discount all suspect ballots—which all happen to be Biden ballots—and apply the vote-flipping algorithm in the other direction; that is, we just crunch the numbers adding Trump’s stolen percentages back and subtracting Sleepy Joe’s faux, extra-weighted votes. Of course we wouldn’t get to see the full glory of Trump’s win, since there’s no way to add in all the hundreds of thousands of Trump ballots they tore up, but it would certainly put POTUS well over the 270 needed to win the election.
My second reason is this: What might the globalist, NWO elites and their pals the Democrats, be doing in the run-up to this new election that they’d be sure to lose? Twiddling their thumbs? Or creating a massive false flag attack to further cripple the country and throw this second election into chaos?

General McInerney’s Strategy

This is why I prefer General McInerney’s plan. Here are some quotes from the General, “He [Trump] has got to declare a national emergency …He should also use the Insurrection Act because we have an insurrection right now in this country when you look at Antifa and BLM, plus other groups. He must suspend habeas corpus as President Lincoln did in 1861 and Franklin Roosevelt did in 1942 when World War II started.” He goes on to say, “The Democratic perpetrators of this, plus the Russians, Chinese and Iran, have not disguised this cyber warfare on America… And yet we have judges…saying that’s not enough. And so that’s why it’s so important that this national emergency be declared and the president start arresting these people right away; this is a national emergency. I would declare martial law.”
Remember the FBI’s predawn SWAT team raids of Paul Manafort and Roger Stone – two patriots whose crime was essentially helping Trump? Well how about predawn SWAT team raids on the key players in this insurrection? That would likely include the CEOs of Big Tech, Big Media, and many big players, all the way up to Obama and Soros – not forgetting Hillary, Brennan, et al., or Norm Eisen, the brains behind the Ukraine phone call hoax, and the “Transition Integrity Project” that actually war-gamed a coup against Trump should he win the election! And let’s be clear: the election fiasco is not just about vote cheating—it’s a brazen attempt to overthrow America’s government. Don’t think for a moment that we could endure four years of Kamala—I mean Biden—OK, I mean Kamala, plus her new VP (Michelle?), and then make America great again. There would be no America left. In fact, we’d find ourselves in an impoverished country stripped of our sovereignty, a mere cog in the New World Order machine. There’s no turning back from a worldwide dystopia under One World Government. Reread Orwell’s 1984—just mentally change the date to 2024.
This is why Donald Trump must be our War President—he must take on the enemies arrayed against us, and We the Patriots must support him. What makes most sense to me, would be his immediately replacing William Barr with a formidable attorney general—Sidney Powerhouse Powell, anyone? – who’d move forward with arrests, and perhaps even call for military tribunals for those who’ve clearly committed treason. President Trump must honor his oath, as I wholeheartedly believe he will, and we must honor our pledge of allegiance to our flag and the Republic for which it stands.
If not now, when?
