As we enter the last month of the year, the geopolitical tectonic plates continue to shift and roll, transforming the world as we once know it. The struggle for freedom to express its voice amid the din of propaganda or share its ideas under blanket censorship becomes increasingly difficult. Now, with the U.S. Presidential Election corrupted and thrown into doubt, who can the people trust? What institutions can they believe in?
In 2020, the Architects of the Plandemic plunged societies from one crisis to another, with the COVID-19 outbreak enabling them to launch Phase One of their plan: The demolition of global economies—the gateway to one world governance. The lockdowns wiped out the middle class with razor efficiency, shuttering businesses, and, more strategically, eliminating competitors on behalf of the big corporate gatekeepers.
The campaign carried out under the cover of “saving lives,” the temporary shelter-in-place orders, at first, launched the global coup on freedom followed by the rollout of the Great Reset agenda from its conspiracy shadow.
If the globalists’ plan for the 9/11 attacks were to unite people, then they created COVID-19 as a wedge to divide the masses.

The World Economic Forum’s founder Klaus Schwab, co-creator of the Great Reset plan—renamed the United Nations’ stigmatized Agenda 21/2030 programs—has taken the lead of the alliance of the UN, International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and other key partners. They include nations in Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, among others.
In 2015, the alliance countries pledged their support of and sovereignty to the UN’s one world governance, behind the mask of the climate change agenda. By doing so, they discarded the safeguards of their citizens and oaths to their charters and constitutions.
Last May, 191 member nations pledged billions of dollars to support the global fight against COVID-19. While diverting billions of dollars in taxpayers’ money to the new order, they imposed curfews and lockdowns, while financing surveillance of people’s behavior, state of mind, and online anti-vaccine rhetoric. All of the national leaders pledged on camera reading from the same script.
All except the United States, which under President Trump promised the sovereignty of the United States, with firm borders, clear paths to citizenship, and no room for socialism. His tact to launch Operation Warp Speed, in order to procure COVID vaccines in record time for a coronavirus vaccine that had failed four times in the past, never reaching human trials, confounded many of his supporters.
The counterintuitive strategy, however, put vaccine safety and development on center stage. The clarion call aroused scores of scientists and medical doctors to question the data and validity of the vaccine trials, and whether immunizations are needed today amid a crumbling COVID second wave narrative. Under close scrutiny, “cases” from the misleading PCR tests and less “excess” deaths compared to 2019 are puncturing all pretenses of a raging pandemic.
As a result of Operation Warp Speed, public sentiment in obediently taking vaccines has cratered. In the 60 Minutes episode on the vaccine ‘Manhattan Project,’ in which registered nurse, Judith Persichilli, the Commissioner of New Jersey Department of Health, admitted a statewide survey that produced 40 percent of the doctors and 60 percent of the nurses and medical staff won’t take the COVID-19 vaccine when made available. The damage of vaccines as a cure-all has been done.

The coup to remove President Trump from office began on January 15, 2020. That fateful Wednesday, three events emerged to deprive the president of victory and saddle him in a legal battle, diverting his administration’s focus on the impending pandemic coming to America.
On the 15th, President Trump signed Phase One of the China trade deal. In no coincidence, the first case of COVID in the United States flew from Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the outbreak, and landed in Seattle. That same day, House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi, along with other Democrats, walked the Impeachment papers over to the White House to serve President Trump and gum up his time and energy defending himself and not the country from the novel virus. That cruel act neutered the opportunity to celebrate the economic victory of the China trade deal with the American people.
In the military, they call such a three-prong attack a SIOP: Single Integrated Operational Plan. This type of foreign and domestic coordinated attack would be relaunched with the color revolution riots over the summer, and again in October leading up to the U.S. Presidential Election.
With the full onslaught of mainstream media pushing a Biden victory and Big Tech “fact checkers” labeling any claims to the contrary as “false,” the SIOP planners came to believe that U.S. presidential candidate Joe Biden won the election, by any means necessary. In doing so, they emboldened the World Economic Forum and its allies to promote the Great Reset as a forgone conclusion that will transform societies and lead to transhumanism via the DNA-altering vaccines and synthetic foods to come in 2021.
Confident of the SIOP victory, the World Health Organization has begun to speak more openly and authoritatively, unconcerned by any backlash about its global plans.
Dr. Michael Ryan, Director of Global Alert and Response at the WHO, urged all nations to probe and surveil “all forms of gatherings that lead to people congregating are moving en masse and how they are going to de-risk those processes.”
In other words, the WHO has signaled to its member nations and blue cities and states in America to crack down hard in December through the start of a dark winter, the Christmas holiday, and deep into the New Year. The second round of lockdowns in Europe, however, have started to backfire. Recently, Protesters in Paris set fire to the central bank of France. In London, mass crowds clashed with police leading to 150 arrests while dividing political parties in Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s post-lockdown tier system of government. In Germany, the protests have grown more vocal and radicalized as more restrictions were placed on people and businesses.
The second hard lockdown in Canada have produced two trends that will likely spread to other Western nations. The first, a depressed 90-year-old woman, trapped in her apartment alone, asked to be euthanized and Canadian authorities obliged by doing the deed. Even more insidious, knowing the lockdowns will ruin businesses, the Canadian government ruled that for “bridge” loans to keep companies afloat, they demand equity stakes in the entities. Not a loan and investment. And not an investment a theft knowing that future waves of lockdowns would kill those businesses. The transfer of asset would go to the IMF, in a new dark model of financial engineering.
In Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and United Kingdom the Great Reset plan all along was to strip people and businesses of their assets, relieve them of their debt, and empower the IMF to reclaim the homes and properties. The final phase of the plan would be to move the downtrodden people into empty office and apartment buildings in cities across the country, with many of those gleaming structures being built in the last decade.
Beyond launching the Great Reset, the unleashing of COVID-19 Plandemic in 2020 served another purpose: To cover up the financial crimes of the IMF, World Bank, and central bank systems, while insulating the criminals of the parasitic, global, fiat banking system that have burden people, businesses, and nations with unsurmountable debt.
Exceptional at detonating markets every five to ten years, the global banking system has stolen trillions of dollars from people through inflation, decades-old short-selling scheme, and other mass wealth transfers offshore, with intellectual property theft given rise to Communist China.
Today, the one world alliance is on the cusp of a global coup. A coup that will come down the outcome of the United States Election.
Seeing through the COVID lies and masking of the financial crimes, bankrupting heavily in debt nations, more scientists, doctors, and professionals have had enough and began to risk their livelihoods and reputations by speaking out against the false narratives. In the year-long awakening of the general public, they understood COVID cases are a sham. The misused PCR tests are neither clinical nor diagnostic. In a Portuguese court, a judge ruled the PCR tests are “unreliable” and “unlawful.”
Former Pfizer Vice President and Chief Scientist Dr. Michael Yeadon took it a step further, stating, “The pandemic ended back in April. There’s no need for a vaccine.”
Today, the world is suffering from is a “testing epidemic.” Other long-planned cons by the Architects included the people’s submission to masks, mandatory social distancing, while using the COVID “umbrella” term to inflate the number of infections and spread of the virus, as well as deploy the press and social media platforms to pump fear daily.
You see, the sleight of hand testing is an illusion. The PCR tests don’t identify the specific virus: SARS-CoV-2. No, the tests cloud the results of all nanoscopic RNA fragments that come from seasonal flu, SARS-CoV-2, if present, other coronaviruses, 5G/EMF cell breakage, cancer and chemo therapy cell excretion, and more. They don’t tell viral loads or whether anyone is sick from the virus. By increasing the amplification cycles of the PCR tests, they can guarantee 100 percent false positives, allowing them to toggle the “case” numbers up or down against public sentiment
The outbreak has been a con—a charade to usher in the Great Reset, with all its population reductionist goals, while cover up their century-old financial crimes and ignition of wars and regime change.
Like the COVID-19 narrative that is collapsing, the “no fraud” U.S. Election narrative is imploding as well. It is being exposed everyday under the avalanche of evidence spilling forth, from foreign servers flipping votes and the “dead” voting, to truckloads of Biden ballots being shipped across state lines after the election ended and the Dominion Voting Systems company being sold to China one month before the election.
With the COVID and election narratives collapsing, the false ideals and dark models of the Great Reset will collapse next.

Why are we seeking background checks? We want to stop murder.
The nation’s Democrats are fundamentally mistaken about background checks in their most recent bill proposals. The plan sounds good at first blush, people buy into it, but it’s flawed at its core.
Background checks control everyone who can legally have guns and where they all are (at least in theory). The Democrats keep trying to improve the system. Track every sale, every time, every transfer, no exceptions. Three hundred million guns, 100 million people, or more.
That’s not the problem.
Democrats are trying to solve the wrong thing.
We need to control crime, not track the locations of everyone’s firearms.
If you’re terrified of guns, or if you want all power to collect and reside in the hands of “the authorities,” then background checks are not the wrong thing. Background checks are a tool for control over the population. But they don’t control crime. They don’t even address crime. Democrats know this, or they should.
These checks are something the Founders of this free country could not even imagine, much less sanction. Your acquisition of power (firearms) is supposed to stand totally apart from government reach. It’s for balance. Balance of power, you’ve heard of that.
But that’s philosophical, too deep for many modern citizens. It’s hopelessly arcane for typical public school or even recent college grads.
What our nation wants and needs is to find the countless armed criminals out there, disarm them and put them in prison. That’s not what background checks do. Background checks have zero to do with that – in fact checks detract from that goal.
Finding and arresting the armed criminals, that’s what makes you safer. That’s what we all seek, or should. Keep the dangerous, the repeat offenders, the people who have guns by the millions who should not have them – isn’t that what you want?
Spending all this money and police effort and computer power to find and write down the name of every innocent citizen who goes out and buys or transfers a gun – what does that do but make people who don’t understand feel good?
Americans buy and transfer tens of millions of guns all the time, all of it legal, none of it connected with crime. Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, Bernie, Hillary, the solid block of knowing (and unwitting) Democrats in both houses of Congress want to control THAT. That’s what their background check and similar bills are aimed at. Checks have nothing to do with making us safe and controlling crime and danger. Their leadership is 100% aware of this. Criminals already can’t even touch the guns Democrats’ bills seek to check.
If you want to reduce crime and danger and make us all safer, you should be going after the gangs and criminals who shoot people and the guns they already have. The supply chain to the bad actors, ask any cop, doesn’t go through sporting-goods stores. The criminals are armed in a dozen ways, all well known to authorities. Because the murderous gangs are disproportionately people of color, you can expect a lack of diversity in the results of sorely needed law enforcement efforts. You can expect identity-politics complaints as you pursue crime control (completely different from so-called “gun control”).
By convincing you that more paperwork will make you safer, the Democrats and their hocus-pocus phony background check spending schemes will only rob your liberty. Presently you have glorious freedom over your firearms, as you have always had, with zero harm done. Think about your own situation, not the “news” blather – any harm done by your possession?
It is part of why America is a shining beacon of freedom to the entire planet. It is why people flock here (as opposed to say, communist China, where possession of a gun is a death sentence). Can you imagine if possession of the wrong gun here meant summary arrest and conviction, as Democrats seek?
No, registration and background checks are wrong for America no matter how you look at it. If the often-disgraced BATFE and FBI were doing their jobs right, they would electronically circulate the NICS Index – those people legitimately prohibited from gun ownership — like modern-day Wanted Posters, to the licensed dealers. We trust dealers to sell firearms for Pete’s sake but we can’t send them and trust them with wanted posters?
Dems don’t want that, even though it’s easy, far cheaper and wouldn’t need a thousand employees — because it doesn’t collect all the names. It would reduce BATFE to the clerical function it used to and is supposed to have, not the armed leviathan it has morphed itself into.
Background checks are bad even as federally envisioned, for a dozen reasons, aside from aiming the wrong way. Did you know that when a criminal is found trying to buy a gun under the current system, the felon, fugitive, rapist (or whatever) is just sent away with cash in hand? The dealer hangs up on the FBI and that’s the end of it. Hard to imagine – and that’s not the worst of it.
Abandon the calls for more expensive and intrusive background checks, they’re misguided and wrong. Increase funding for gang and crime control and expect results. America needs to apprehend murderers and control crime, not track the locations of everyone’s firearms.

Reasonable people and courts are asking for evidence of election fraud. Many elements of compelling evidence has been presented. But much of the evidence has still not been handed over by corrupt county and state election officials. The President should invoke the September 2018 Executive Order and seize this evidence from the Counties and the States to present to the courts.
Should we re-run the election in the six states with military overview? I don’t think that’s unreasonable and absolutely should be on the table. Simply put – at this time, no President can assume the Presidency in January with this level of fraud – it must be dealt with before anyone assumes the Presidency.
And re-running the election in the six contested states should be an immediate action. If we delay the inauguration, so be it. And that doesn’t mean Nancy temporarily gets the seat. Presidential candidates in the United States win elections by winning the most electoral votes.

The Electoral College system apportions a certain number of votes to each state. When voters in a state vote for a party’s candidate, they’re actually casting a vote for that party’s slate of electors, or people chosen to cast electoral votes.
Those electoral votes are counted by Congress. If a candidate gets 270 or more, they win the presidency.Dueling Electors
In seven states on Dec. 14, a slate of Democratic electors chose Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Republican electors, even though Biden was certified as the winner in the states, also cast votes for President Donald Trump.
The phenomenon created seven sets of so-called dueling electors, or alternate slates. Both groups are sending certificates of ascertainment to Congress, which is slated to convene in a joint session on Jan. 6, 2021, to count electoral votes.
Dueling electors are highly unusual, but they have happened in U.S. history. The last time was in the 1960 election, when the governor of Hawaii certified electors for Republican Richard Nixon. Democratic electors cast their votes for Democrat John F. Kennedy.
A subsequent recount determined Kennedy actually won the state, and he was declared the winner in the joint session in 1961.
John Eastman, professor of law at the Chapman University School of Law, pointed to the Kennedy-Nixon scenario when talking about the seven dueling electors this time around.
“We have historical precedent here, and in each of these states, there is pending litigation challenging the results of the election. If that litigation proved successful, then the Trump electors, having met and voted, would be able to have those votes certified and be the ones properly counted in the joint session of Congress on January 6,” he told NTD.
Gary Gregg II, director of the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville, told The Epoch Times that short of “actual evidence of fraud” that would move Congress to certify the alternate set of electors, the ones certified by the state’s governors—all for Biden, in this case—will be the ones counted.
The electoral votes have been “officially counted” and the votes have been sent on, he said. “There’s nothing to be done, until it gets to Congress,” he said.
“It’s obviously a very, very long shot,” added Robert Hardaway, professor at the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver, because “all the challenges have not been successful by both Trump and his supporters.”
“But that’s the reason for it,” he told The Epoch Times. “If later it’s determined the Republican slate should have been elected, they’ll have the vote already in place.”
In three of the seven states in question—Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—Republicans currently control the state legislatures while Democrats hold the governor’s mansions. In New Mexico and Nevada, Democrats control both. In Georgia and Arizona, Republicans control both.
Republicans have not been able to gain enough support to get the dueling electors certified by the top election official—usually the secretary of state—nor did the state legislatures exercise their constitutional right to take back the power to choose which candidate to give the electoral votes to.
According to the Congressional Research Service, when dueling slates are received, members of Congress in the joint session consider the list when its from a different state authority than the certified list, and conduct a vote. Acceptance of either slate would then require a concurrent agreement in both the House and the Senate.
If there isn’t a conflict in terms of state authority, the one determined to be appointed pursuant to the state’s election laws is counted. If there is no determination by a state authority of which slate was lawfully appointed, the two chambers agree concurrently to accept the votes of one set, or decide not to accept either set. If the two chambers don’t agree, the electors certified by the governor shall be counted.Joint Session
After electors cast their votes this week, attention turned to the upcoming joint session, which takes place just three days after newly elected members of Congress are sworn in.
At least four people who will be in the House—Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) and Rep.-elects Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), Barry Moore (R-Ala.), and Bob Good (R-Va.)—have committed to filing objections during the session.
Objections must be made in writing by at least one representative and one senator. No senators have committed to objecting.
Challenges were made by Democrats in 2016 but failed because no senators supported them. In 2004, Rep. Stephanie Tubb Jones (D-Ohio) and Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) objected to votes from Ohio, but both chambers voted the objection down.
The basis for an objection appears to be that the electoral vote or votes were not “regularly given” by an electors, and/or that the elector was not “lawfully certified,” based on state election laws, according to the Congressional Research Service.
If an objection meets the requirements, the joint session is suspended, and each chamber withdraws to meet and debate the objection and choose whether to vote to uphold it. Unless both chambers vote in the majority for the objection, it fails. If it’s approved, it nullifies the state’s electoral votes, or could lead to the alternate slate being accepted.
Some experts see an objection succeeding as practically impossible.
“It’s so far out of the realm of possibility,” Gregg said. “The chance of getting a senator to agree, a Republican senator to agree, is a difficulty. Then to get the Senate and the House to agree? At this point … this is not going to happen.”
“Both chambers will not approve objections,” Alan Dershowitz, a constitutional law scholar, told NTD Television via email.
Others aren’t so sure.
“I think when you get to the joint session of Congress, there’s going to be a fight about which of the slates of electors need to be counted based on the evidence and the statutory violations that are presented at the time,” Eastman said.
As of the current certified vote count, Biden has 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232. The Epoch Times is not calling the race at this time.
In 1877, a joint session of Congress met to count electoral votes and faced dueling electors from multiple states where vote tallies were controversial. The Democrat-controlled House and the Republican-controlled Senate eventually came to a compromise, creating a commission that included House members, senators, and Supreme Court justices.

An exodus sparked by high taxes, coronavirus lockdowns, and regulations has driven California’s population growth rate to a record low, which is projected to cost the state a seat in Congress and an electoral vote.
“This is a real sea change in California, which used to be this state of pretty robust population growth,” said Hans Johnson, a demographer at the Public Policy Institute of California, regarding the net migration loss, which has now occurred three years in a row. “It hasn’t been for some time now. But it’s now gotten to the point where the state is essentially not growing population-wise at all.”
According to a population estimate this week, 135,600 more people fled the Golden State than moved there, which marks only the 12th time since 1900 that the state saw a net migration loss. It is the third-largest drop recorded.
Johnson added that the population decrease could cause the state to lose a seat in Congress as well as an Electoral College vote for the first time. The state did not gain any seats following the 2010 census, which was also a first.
Residents have cited high taxes as a main driver of the decision to leave.]
“I never wanted to leave California,” San Francisco real estate broker Scott Fuller said about his departure from the state after living there since 1983. “It’s the most beautiful state with the best climate. I think the tipping point was continued tax increases and even more proposed tax increases. … I have absolutely no regrets.”
Businesses have been fleeing California as well, and just recently, it was learned that tech giants Elon Musk and Larry Ellison were moving their companies, Tesla and Oracle, to more business-friendly states and taking tens of thousands of jobs with them.
Californians have also expressed increased frustration with state and local governments over strict coronavirus lockdowns, evidenced by large protests across the state and a recall effort aimed at removing Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom from office that has gained enough steam to cause his team concern.
The coronavirus pandemic has also forced many in California to work from home, which makes living close to work less important and a potential move easier to commit to, especially when the same salary can be earned in a less expensive state.
“It’s really sped up the out-migration quite a bit,” Fuller said about the shift to remote employment. “People have options now, and you pair that with people’s frustration on several different levels — I don’t see it changing.

Late Friday, Powell and her team filed a request with the U.S. Supreme Court, asking it to take up a case previously filed in a Detroit federal court, in the hopes the U.S. Supreme Court will take up their case before the Electoral College votes.
Sidney Powell’s team acknowledges in its filing it would be a rare move, they argue the court must act to prevent Biden from winning the Electoral College vote on Monday.
“The issues raised are weighty as they call into question who is the legitimate winner of the 2020 presidential election. These exceptional circumstances warrant the exercise of the Court’s discretionary powers,” the filing states in part.
Later, Powell and her team note, “once the electoral votes are cast, subsequent relief would be pointless.”
Team Trump must be allowed to have a fair hearing at the SCOTUS.

A week before Christmas, many Trump supporters have resigned themselves to the notion that this is their last holiday with a duly elected president in the Oval Office. Former Vice President Joe Biden is going to win, they think, because everyone from mainstream media to Big Tech has said it will be so. Even many in conservative media have thrown in the towel.
What the left and some on the right don’t want you to know is there’s still time to make things right. The Supreme Court verified that today by docketing attorney Sidney Powell’s case on voter fraud in Michigan. They do not take cases that have no potential of making a difference.

The answer lies in what Powell, many pundits, and I have said is the most important information the Supreme Court needs to hear. As “CulturalHusbandry” noted on Twitter, the lawsuit has the forensic audit.
It contains the forensic audit done in Michigan that proves systemic voter fraud occurred through the Dominion Voting System tabulation. It also has proof of at least 200,000 FRAUDULANT VOTES casted in the election.

This is what Powell has affectionately referred to as “The Kraken.” The information found on the Dominion Voting Systems servers details clear evidence of massive voter fraud, the type that is capable of flipping an election if allowed to proceed unimpeded. This audit shines a bright spotlight on what every contested state in the nation (and technically every state, period) should be addressing in a hurry, namely the technological side of 2020 election fraud.
With this information before the Supreme Court, we have an opportunity to see how they will treat complex vote-count manipulation issues. Unlike other cases, this one does not dwell on suspicious changes to election protocols or constitutional challenges to COVID-19 lockdown prompts. It deals with hard evidence, and the Supreme Court is much more likely to address an issue of blatant voter-count tampering than whether or not mail-in ballots are fair.
Many have lost faith in the Supreme Court because they declined to hear the last two cases, but those cases had challenges from the start. As I detailed in episodes of the NOQ Report before those ruling came down, I had zero confidence in either of them yielding fruit. The Kraken, on the other hand, will challenge the Supreme Court to make a decision on merits. Sidney Powell’s case has unambiguous merits, particularly as it pertains to Dominion Voting Systems.

The Chinese regime exploited vulnerabilities in the global mobile telecommunications network to conduct “mass surveillance” on Americans, according to a recent report by a cyber research firm.

By analyzing signals data, the report by Washington-based Exigent Media found that Beijing, working through state-owned telecom operator China Unicom, was the leading source of attacks against U.S. mobile users over 3G and 4G networks in 2018.
The regime exploited well-known network vulnerabilities, which allowed it to track, monitor, disrupt, and intercept communications of U.S. phone subscribers while they traveled abroad. The vulnerabilities are centered around the legacy mobile SS7 signaling system, described in the report as “a patchwork system enabling network operators around the world to communicate with each other for international roaming services.”
The Chinese cyberattacks targeted tens of thousands of U.S. mobile users from 2018 to 2020, Gary Miller, the report’s author and a former mobile network security executive, told The Guardian.
“Once you get into the tens of thousands, the attacks qualify as mass surveillance, which is primarily for intelligence collection and not necessarily targeting high-profile targets,” Miller said. “It might be that there are locations of interest, and these occur primarily while people are abroad.”
That the attacks were routed through a state-controlled operator indicates a state-sanctioned espionage campaign, Miller told the outlet.
The analyst also found that in 2018, two Caribbean operators were also involved in a series of attacks on U.S. phone users targeted by China Unicom, suggesting coordination between these networks. The two operators were Cable & Wireless Communications (Flow) in Barbados and the Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC).
The report found that from 2019, attacks from China decreased, while those originating from the Caribbean networks shot up—suggesting that Beijing was attempting to mask its activities through foreign operators.
“China reduced its attack volumes, favoring more targeted espionage, likely using proxy networks in the Caribbean and Africa to conduct its attacks, having close ties in both trade and technology investment,” the report stated.
Citing Beijing’s expanded investment in the Caribbean, such as Chinese telecom giant Huawei’s partnership with BTC on the Bahamas’ 4G rollout, the report questioned whether this indicated a “strategic signals intelligence alliance between China and the Caribbean.”
The report added it was likely that Caribbean operators have sold or leased network addresses to Chinese entities, allowing them to conduct espionage, potentially without the operators’ knowledge.
Cable & Wireless, the company that owns Flow and BTC, said in an emailed statement to The Epoch Times that it was “carefully reviewing the information in the media reports.”
The company added that it continuously monitors its networks across all its markets including Barbados and Bahamas and has “robust security policies and protocols in place to protect the data of our customers.”
China Unicom in a statement to The Epoch Times said it “strongly refutes the allegations that China Unicom has engaged in active surveillance attacks against U.S. mobile phone subscribers using access to international telecommunications networks.”
In April, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) warned that the U.S. operations of China Unicom and two other state-controlled telecoms could be shut down, citing national security risks.
FCC Chairman Ajit Pai said federal agencies were “deeply concerned” about the companies’ vulnerability to the “exploitation, influence, and control of the Chinese Communist Party.”
Report author Miller found that attacks on U.S. mobile users continued in 2020, originating from Chinese and Hong Kong sources, as well as other countries.
“Unfortunately, these attacks will continue globally between mobile operators until full accountability, reporting of the attacks, penalties, and control of external ‘partners and customers’ who are provided with access to networks are exercised,” Miller told The Epoch Times in an email.
“This needs to happen immediately.”

Once again, anger and fear resurface among Christians living in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, who also are preparing to celebrate Christmas amidst the restrictions due to the Covid19 pandemic.
However, their concerns are not because of the spread of coronavirus, but rather because of a letter (which was made public on social media and other Palestinian websites) that was sent to the government of Hamas in Gaza regarding the upcoming celebrations of Christmas.
The letter, entitled “Activities to reduce interaction with Christmas during the next two weeks,” was sent by the Director-General of the General Administration of Preaching and Counseling of the Palestinian Endowment Ministry in Gaza.
In what appeared to be an official correspondence between Palestinian officials, the letter discussed the steps taken during “an emergency meeting” that was held in Gaza on December 15. It included the issuance of “awareness and guidance” that needed to be implemented by 10 departments within the Islamic Waqf ministry.
The main goal behind this campaign would include “issuing fatwas [to prohibit Muslims from participating in Christmas], releasing videos, and requesting some preachers” to talk about the great sins of celebrating their holidays with the Christians.
It is worth noting that the number of Christians still living in Gaza may not reach 1000, while the Orthodox and Catholic churches continue to provide parish services to the remaining families, in addition to two schools whose students are mostly Muslims.
After Hamas gained full control of the Strip, the Baptist Church in Gaza, which had operated since 1950, was soon almost shattered. In October 2007, Rami Ayyad, one of its active members in Gaza, who managed its Christian bookstore there, was kidnapped, tortured, and then killed.
After Ayyad’s assassination, seven church leaders left for the West Bank, while Hanna Massad, the church’s pastor, moved to Jordan with his family.
Since Hamas installed Shari’ah law in Gaza, which fomented further threats against the remaining Christians from Islamic extremists, Christians in general feared gathering in groups. They no longer wear crosses, while women dare not move around freely by themselves or be unveiled.
Hamas has always prohibited the Christians from holding public celebrations during Christmas and New Year, ever since its usurpation of power in 2007. This time, it intends to socially isolate them as well.
In the West Bank, the situation of the Christians may seem relatively better, but the fear of Islamic jihad remains a ghost haunting them.
The number of Christians in Bethlehem, which is under the control of the Palestinian Authority of Mahmoud Abbas, is rapidly dwindling. Christians today make up merely 15% of what was once known as a Christian-majority town. The violent military actions taken by Fatah militants wreaked havoc on the traditional birthplace of Jesus Christ after the outbreak of the so-called Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000.

A few years ago, a visa clerk at the US consulate disclosed to this writer that Palestinian Christians who met the US tourist visa requirements often decided to overstay their visit to the United States, and eventually applied for political asylum because of fear of growing Islamic jihad activity within the Palestinian society. Those applicants share with the USCIS in secrecy their valid stories of persecution at the hands of “their Muslim brethren.”
On the other side of the country, Christians inside Israel tell a completely different story. They increasingly are incorporated in all walks of life, and their numbers are growing. It is worth noting that their academic achievements rival those of the majority Jewish population.
The head of the Israeli Christian Aramaic Association recently posted on his Facebook page an appeal to the Likud, the main party of the current Israeli government. “We call upon the Likud party which is the [ Israeli] government to open up for appointing Christians and to work on integrating our Christian community and our youth into the state of Israel. This is the responsibility of the members of the Likud party today.”

In Jordan, where Christians have lived so far in peace and safety and enjoyed opportunities that secured them access to both the public and the private sectors, the picture has begun to change.
Yesterday, The Students’ Union of the College of Sharia at the University of Jordan issued a statement expressing its refusal to erect a Christmas tree and light inside the university courtyard. It added that what the university did is a matter that does not appease God in a country whose religion is Islam.
“Muslims, in general, are living in a crisis because the image of Islam has worldwide been shaken. I am not surprised that they seek to defuse their anger in the remaining Christian minorities.” George Abu Kova, a Palestinian Christian who lives in the United States commented on Facebook in reply to Hamas’s letter against Christmas.
Samir Qumsiyeh, a former advisor to the Orthodox and Catholic Patriarchs in Jerusalem, expressed his dismay and anger to the letter in a post on Facebook, saying, “Hamas’s positions are well known. Have you forgotten that Ismail Haniyeh [Hamas Prime Minister] congratulated Erdogan for turning the Hagia Sophia Church into a mosque and thus ignored the feelings of Christians in general and the Christian Palestinians in particular? Then you hear from them that we are one people within all its components.” Unfortunately, our reality is painful and we have no future.“

Senator Patrick Moynihan, a former professor and Presidential aid to Presidents of both parties, is generally credited with the phrase “defining deviancy down”. He was referring to behaviors that were becoming increasingly acceptable that he felt were leading to the breakdown of family structure. The result of the destruction of the family structure has been social chaos. Sadly, Moynihan has been proven correct.
In a similar context, we are referring to electoral cheating, as it breaks down the “political family”. Cheating is not a minor thing. It fractures the structure and practices that maintain confidence in the political system and by extension the legitimacy of those in power.
In a system where governing legitimacy is supposed to be by the consent of those governed, cheating can be a fatal disease. If people cannot be confident their votes are honestly counted and only qualified voters are participating, then the ability to seek change peacefully via the ballot box is destroyed.
Why participate in politics if the game is rigged? If a dead person votes or if votes are miscounted, your vote is being canceled out. Having no other means of getting the attention of rulers, the populace historically reverts to violence.
So, in the immortal words of Vice President Biden, cheating is a “big f**k*** deal.” It certainly is much more important than whether the Houston Astros were stealing signs.
In our view at the present moment, it is an even bigger deal, because the nation is already raw from unprecedented and recurrent attempts during President Trump’s term to engineer a soft coup. Political operatives and elected official such as President Obama, Hillary Clinton, the late Senator John McCain, leaders of the intelligence and law enforcement agencies and elected officials at Congressional intelligence committees such as Adam Schiff attempted to impeach the President by using bogus foreign intelligence paid for by Democrats.
We all stood by and watched this process with the mainstream media acting not as an umpire in the game, but as an active player for the Democrats.
So, given the current political context, it is understandable why people are outraged at the recent election. We are witnessing the operations of the deep state on a grand scale and now we are supposed to believe there was no cheating taking place? We are supposed to believe without question the uttering and denials by the same people?
As we mentioned before, there are three positions on electoral cheating. No cheating took place, some cheating took place or the election was fraudulent.
Except for mainstream media and most but not all Democrats, no reasonable person can now take position number one.
What does some cheating mean? Where is the threshold where “some cheating” turns into fraudulent result?
We now have affidavits of around one thousand people who swear under oath they witnessed or participated in electoral fraud. Poll workers were either sent home or denied entry while votes were being counted. Electoral procedures and ballot statutes were changed by bureaucrats in violation of state constitutions. Videos exist of mysterious boxes of questionable ballots suddenly arriving and then being counted. Counting machines were altered in their settings or connected to the internet, making them vulnerable to hacking. If hackers can get into the Treasury Department and even the nuclear stockpile, do you think they might mess with our voting machines?
Signatures were not verified on a massive scale.
There is considerable prima facia evidence from statisticians that the election results have so many unlikely anomalies, that fraud likely took place.
Particularly loathsome are officials that dismiss claims of fraud with a Cheshire Cat grin but don’t look into them. They block investigations either administratively or in the courts. They demand evidence but block procedures for getting said evidence and then claim that those who have produced evidence have done so too late in the process.
We the People of the United States, get what you are doing.
Also disturbing are judges. We know you don’t want to get involved in the electoral process. But you are there to protect our rights. Our voting rights are destroyed when there is cheating.
At the least, some of these claims deserve a fair hearing.
For many it would seem, the denial of fraud is as illegitimate as the election now being contested.
Truly amazing are conservative publications such as National Review denying all evidence of fraud and instead believe it is all a case of sour grapes by the President they dislike. It is a very troubling revelation to see who does or does not really believe in electoral integrity.
Likewise, we see some Republican leaders who take a strangely blasé attitude towards signs of obvious fraud. We expect them at any moment to don T-shirts with the inscriptions “fraud happens.”
Election fraud is unacceptable. Even those who doubt the occurrence of fraud should not stand in the way of investigations or court hearings.
To them we state, “if your position is so strong, then an impartial and rigorous examination of the last election will only prove your case”.
What will truly benefit from an impartial and rigorous examination is the protection of the electoral process.
We understand there are constitutional timetables. However, investigations should continue and we have two years before the next election cycle to see that this process is done correctly.
Republican leaders especially should keep insisting we have safeguards in the system so that something like this never happens again. This should not be an effort by a few brave, but lonely attorneys.
For Democrats, if you believe in democracy, you have just as great a stake in the integrity of the process as Republicans. The same can be said for Libertarians.
Without fair elections, we can’t have a democratic government. Without a democratic government, we can’t have social peace and stability. The alternative is chaos and tyranny.
Election integrity is more important than any piece of legislation that might be considered. Let our representatives know that election integrity is a top priority. Let them know, loud and clear.

Google (1.00) and its parent company Alphabet, Inc has long promised to provide a “free and open web” in their Mission Statement. One would be justified in wondering if this is how they really feel given that the company and its employees provided lopsided donations to massively partisan causes such as President-Elect Joe Biden’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Billions of cross-partisan consumers entrust their sensitive data to Google every day — via Google Search, YouTube, and many other services — but Google clearly doesn’t care to treat consumers equally.
The lopsided donations – many from Google employees – match Google’s online censorship. While certainly some liberal concepts and projects are canceled on Alphabet’s platforms, there is some compelling evidence that the search engine contains a “conservative blacklist”. More obviously, Google subsidiary YouTube (1.00) has started placing “fact-checking banners” under an overwhelming amount of videos, particularly those of conservatives contesting the 2020 election. In other cases, they’ve taken down videos and banned creators for “unspecified violations of Community Guidelines” or supposed “hate speech” when someone dares to question the liberal narrative.
If Google and other companies want us to trust them, they must stop funding partisan politics and start putting money into the things that improve their services. They should put their millions of dollars into a better user experience through hiring and training competent employees, or through developing new, useful products. Companies have control over an economic sphere that sorely needs improving, and that should be their focus — not controlling free speech in the way the left sees fit.

Yesterday I wrote about Elizabeth Neumann, a former Republican big wig at the Department of Homeland Security who claimed she supported the President initially because she is pro-life, but decided to work against him because he cut back on immigration and talked mean “racist” talk. Talk, she says, that makes America less safe.

It’s almost as though Hillary Clinton couldn’t abide Joe Biden getting all the corruption attention. Her people just had to stick their fingers in the Ukraine cookie jar. It’s all coming out now because of our lawsuit.
We received 38 pages of records from the State Department revealing that Ukraine Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko was offered “high-level” access to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign by the same lobbying firm that represented Burisma Holdings.
This came to light in an email from George Kent, then-U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission to Ukraine and current Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs. The email was to then-Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch.
The offer was made by Karen Tramontano, who was an assistant to President Clinton and deputy White House Chief of Staff. She is the CEO of Blue Star Strategies, a Democrat lobbying firm that was hired by Burisma Holdings to combat corruption allegations.
In the same 2016 email, Kent stated that he responded to Lutsenko by recommending that he not take the offer due to corruption concerns with Burisma and the Clinton Foundation.

President Donald Trump on Thursday urged senators to object to electoral votes during next month’s joint session of Congress.
Trump made the call as he praised Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville, who suggested this week that he may do so.
Sharing an article about Tuberville’s comments, Trump wrote on Twitter: “That’s because he is a great champion and man of courage.”
“More Republican Senators should follow his lead. We had a landslide victory, and then it was swindled away from the Republican Party—but we caught them. Do something!” Trump added.
In another post, he wrote that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and GOP senators “have to get tougher, or you won’t have a Republican Party anymore.”
“We won the Presidential Election, by a lot. FIGHT FOR IT. Don’t let them take it away!” said Trump, who is contesting the election results.
McConnell’s office didn’t respond to an inquiry. The GOP leader began calling Joe Biden president-elect on Tuesday, sparking threats that the “Stop the Steal” movement will launch primaries against Republican senators who don’t support Trump.
Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, has declared victory in the election. The Epoch Times is not calling the race at this time.
Tuberville suggested this week that he would back representatives who have committed to challenging electoral votes on Jan. 6, 2021, when both chambers of Congress meet the count the votes.
“You see what’s coming. You’ve been reading about it in the House. We’re going to have to do it in the Senate,” Tuberville said.
Tuberville’s campaign didn’t respond to requests for comment. Tuberville told an Alabama outlet on Thursday after the video emerged that he’s “doing my due diligence” through the Christmas holiday, comparing it to how he prepared for football games when he was a college coach.
“You just don’t jump out there and decide you’re going to throw a ‘Hail Mary’ pass—or a halfback pass. You’ve got to have a reason why you’re doing it. There’s no doubt I’m a huge Donald Trump guy, as most people in the state of Alabama are,” he said, adding that he plans on meeting with Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.).

Jonathan Greenblatt is discovering that any dissent, no matter how small and qualified, from the far-Left agenda — which is increasingly open in its hostility to Israel — will get you defamed as an “Islamophobe,” no matter how much you pander, no matter how much you desperately try to stay in the good graces of those who set the tune to which the rest of us must dance. The sinister Salam al-Marayati of MPAC has smeared ADL as “anti-Muslim” for supporting Israel, and Greenblatt is dismayed, saying that “the allegation that ADL falls along the same side of Islamophobes is patently false.”
Of course it is. The ADL has repeatedly done to foes of jihad violence against Israel and other states, and foes of Sharia oppression of women and others, exactly what Salam al-Marayati is doing to him now. Greenblatt could have used this as an occasion to wake up and realize how he is being played, and how the entire “Islamophobia” enterprise is a scam designed to intimidate people into fearing to oppose jihad terror, for fear of falling prey to what al-Marayati is doing to him now. But instead of having an original thought for the first time in his life, Greenblatt is doubling down, pleading with al-Marayati to accept him. Will it work? Almost certainly not, but it will likely lead the ADL to become even more anti-Israel than it is now.

As one of the oldest civil-rights organizations in the Jewish community, we’re not unaccustomed to criticism, even in the pages of one of America’s oldest Jewish news outlets. But the OpEd by Salam Al-Marayati, president of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, which the Forward published on Tuesday morning, was illuminating about how certain quarters in our society desperately try to employ cancel culture to silence others. In this case, the author is trying to marginalize ADL and make support for the State of Israel disqualifying in pursuing civil rights for all Americans, including the Muslim-American community.
Al-Marayati argues that ADL is a source of “anti-Muslim” rhetoric and cannot be fully trusted as an ally in the fight for civil rights because of our support of the Jewish state. It is an argument taken from the playbook of a fringe smear campaign being run against ADL that, to its credit, MPAC has not signed his name to, but which he still chose to directly quote in his piece. Still, their campaign is wrong and without merit on a number of levels. It is also dangerous, creating a space where we as a Jewish organization are judged more for what we do or do not say about Israel than for all of the advocacy work we do here in the U.S. and abroad fighting for marginalized communities.
This is a common tactic in a smear campaign – narrow down a broader argument (in this case, about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict) into a singular, unfounded allegation (in this case, that ADL is Islamophobic because of our support for the Jewish State). But the allegation that ADL falls along the same side of Islamophobes is patently false….

John Stott in his book Basic Christianity wrote:
“Much that we take for granted in a civilized society is based upon the assumption of human sin. Nearly all legislation has grown up because human beings cannot be trusted to settle their own disputes with justice and without self-interest. A promise is not enough; we need a contract. Doors are not enough; we have to lock and bolt them. The payment of fares is not enough; tickets have to be issued, inspected and collected. Law and order are not enough; we need the police to enforce them. All this is due to man’s sin. We cannot trust each other. We need protection from one another. It is a terrible indictment of human nature.”
Human sin is the source of public policy. The more perceived sin the more public policy. But what about the sins of our policy makers?
Is it not a sin, real or perceived, that denies citizens their rights under the U.S. Constitution? Is it not a sin, real or perceived, that denies citizens their rights under each independent state’s Constitution?
Question: Who sins the most, citizens or their elected leaders?
Primarily the Democrats covet what their constituents have and hold near and dear.
Coveting leads to all the other sins.
By coveting one must deny God and place government ahead of Him. Take the examples of New York and California who denied the rights of religious peoples to worship using their weapon of choice the Covid Hoax.
Let’s look at how the Democrat Party covets:
We are seeing this scenario play out in cities and states controlled by Democrats across America. Whether it is Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Los Angeles or San Francisco. Or in states like Oregon, Michigan, Illinois, Georgia, California and New York. The Ten Commandments are violated daily with new laws. Laws that covet everything and anything.
Satan covets your very soul. So do Democrats. For your soul is your being. If your soul is theirs then you are forever lost.
If you disagree you will be sent to a gulag or re-education camp. Or worse you will be unjustly murdered by the state as happened in the former Soviet Union by the tens of millions. This is a clear and present danger to the Sixth Commandment.
Democrats, or any other elected official, who believes he is God is really Satan’s helper.
2020 has been the year when we have seen many violations of the Ten Commandments. One is bearing false witness against a sitting president.
Let’s see what 2021 has in store for us if Democrats take control. God forbid!
How do we stop this spiral down the rat hole? Dr. Paul David Trip wrote:
[E]very act of human wickedness committed against another human being starts with the breaking of intimate, vertical relationship with God.
When we forget God we embrace a horizontal relationship with the world and embrace worldly sin. We can only be saved by looking up, not to the left, or the right.
We must each seek what Dr. Trip calls a “Heavenly relationship.” Without it we are lost.
