What You Need to Know About Vax Passports, Digital IDs, CBDCs

By MERCOLA Take Control of Your Health

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • A key concern that vaccine passports bring to the fore is related to privacy. If implemented, they will strip us of most of the privacy we’re used to, as they are a precursor to digital identity and a far more invasive digital surveillance apparatus
  • Another key concern is that vaccine passports and digital IDs can force compliance in any area of life
  • The vaccine passport is a platform to which they can add a digital ID and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). This would give them near-total control over your life, as they can “cancel” your existence and ability to live if you dissent
  • If we accept vaccine passports, we’re basically giving our consent to everything that comes after
  • Another global economic crisis is a mathematical inevitability, so work on improving your resiliency, food security and self-reliance through community

In this interview, we take a deep dive into vaccine passports with Nick Corbishley, author of “Scanned: Why Vaccine Passports and Digital IDs Will Mean the End of Privacy and Personal Freedom.”

In my mind, there’s little doubt that the primary reason for the rollout of the COVID jabs was not for public health but to justify the rollout of vaccine passports, which in turn are just the first iteration of a much broader mechanism to surveil, track, manipulate and control the population of the world.

Corbishley has been a journalist, writing about politics, finance and privacy issues for the past decade. While based in Barcelona, Spain, he’s been contributing to two U.S. blogs since 2013.

“Israel was the first democratic country to launch digital IDs, in February, 2021, and when I started to see what was going on there, I began to get very concerned,” Corbishley says. “I wrote an article in April 2021, raising my concerns about the risks these vaccine passports posed.

Then, little by little, I began to see what’s happening in Europe. I began to see what was happening in Italy, in France, when the so called Green Pass was launched in June. This was a document that was supposed to be created to enable travel between countries in Europe.

Very quickly, it began to be used to control access to public services, access to public places within one’s own country. We were beginning to see restrictions that we’d never seen in our lifetime.

So, I began to write more and more and this brought me to the attention of the Vermont-based publisher, Chelsea Green. We had some conversations and we decided that there was an opportunity to write about something that everybody should know about. Even at this stage. It’s not being talked about anywhere near as much as it should be.”

Two Key Concerns

One of the primary concerns vaccine passports bring to the fore is related to privacy. If implemented, they will strip us of most of the privacy we’re used to. It’s quite clear that they are a precursor to digital identity and a far more invasive type of digital surveillance apparatus.

“The passports essentially function as a gateway to allow government to herd us into a totally new reality where our actions, our movements, our thoughts, our behavior are tracked and surveilled,” Corbishley says.

But it’s not just about surveillance. It’s also about forcing compliance, and that’s the second key concern.

“If we’ve learned one thing about the vaccine passport, this is about changing the way we relate to government, and it’s about changing the way government relates to us, the governed.

If you do not do exactly what the government says going forward, whether that is putting one jab inside your arm, whether is putting two jabs inside your arm, or however many jabs inside your arm, you will be deactivated. You will not be able to access the most basic services and the sort of places that we need to be able to participate in society and economy.”

Surveillance on Steroids

Of course, we’ve been under surveillance for many years already. All Google-related technologies are tracking and surveillance technologies. Our cell phones track and surveil us. Ditto for Facebook and other social media platforms. They’re all harvesting personal information and keeping tabs on everyone’s whereabouts.

We also know these technologies have been used to influence and manipulate people’s thoughts, beliefs and behavior. Up until now, however, all of that manipulation has been covert. The system that’s being erected now is unique and new in that the forced compliance will be, in many cases, overt — blatant and indisputable, as punishment will be tied to things like your personal finances and travel privileges.

Clearly, the vaccine passport is a platform to which they can add central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). So, as an example, the government could put out a political narrative, and if you vocalize disagreement, there goes access to your bank account. Or your travel privileges. Or your loan application.

With Google-based smart homes, it’s not even impossible to foresee a future in which you could simply be locked inside your home if you were to be labeled a dissenter. Or locked out of your home. Or they could shut off your utilities.

The possibilities to punish dissenters are endless when everyone and every THING is digitally identifiable, trackable and wirelessly connected. With a single keystroke, someone you don’t know can shut down your life, rendering you homeless and helpless.

Chances are, there won’t even be a live person anywhere for you to contact with your grievances. Much of the system will be run by artificial intelligence and various algorithms. It’s important to realize that if we accept vaccine passports, we’re basically giving our consent to everything that comes after, Corbishley warns. We’re accepting that this is our future.

Why We Must Reject Digital IDs and CBDCs

We must also remain alert to the rollout of other control mechanisms that are just as problematic as the vaccine passports, especially digital IDs and CBDCs, but also any number of other digital and biometric controls. As explained by Corbishley:

“Right now, in Canada, we’ve got the premier of Ontario saying that they are going to withdraw the vaccine passports. We’ve got Alberta saying it’s going to withdraw the vaccine passports.

This is the message we’re getting from all over the Western world. It’s like, ‘It’s time to take a step back. We are now going to let you live your life. We’re going to let some kind of normality return.’

You’re seeing Scandinavia talking about doing away with vaccine passports altogether. So, it’s interesting to see some countries using that language. But I think you have to be very careful because as they’re talking about doing this, they’re ushering in digital identity systems, which are going to be on a much grander scale than the vaccine passports …

They are instituting digital identity that is going to allow not just this kind of control of your vaccine status, but control of your tax records, control of your employment records … And they will include … your vaccine status. So, it’s extremely disingenuous. I think they are misleading their populations in a very dark way …

All of these things are happening, but the ultimate step is probably the central bank digital currencies, which are likely to come on board in the next three to five years.

The chairman of the Bank of International Settlements, Agustín Carstens, who used to be the chairman of the Bank of Mexico, openly said that the wonderful thing about central bank digital currencies is that it allows them to track everything you do.

What he didn’t say is that it allows them to deactivate an account. It allows them to stop people from being able to transact. They didn’t go that far. But he said that this is so different from cash. So yeah, people are not realizing just how this control grid is being built, little by little, piece by piece, but they need to start paying attention before it’s too late.”

They’re Building a Social Credit System

By now, many are familiar with the social credit system in China, or have at least heard of it. How does this system compare or relate to vaccine passports and digital IDs?

“I think that the social credit system in China is, to a certain extent, a template. It’s where governments probably want to go. They would like to be able to use the new technologies we have to nudge people into the right sorts of behaviors without having to use more overt punishment.

You can either reward people for doing the right sort of things, or you can give them a little digital spank every now and then when they’re doing the wrong sort of things. I think that that is where China is leading the way.

Ironically, in the research I did for my book, I found that while China’s ambitions with the credit social credit system are essentially unfettered — they want total control — they’re not there yet.

They’re still running quite a few pilot schemes. So, it depends where you are in China, the extent to which you are exposed to this kind of system, where you’re getting points for good behavior and where you’re getting points deducted for bad behavior.

But the template is there. You’ve also got companies like Ant Financial and Tencent. These are the equivalents of Google, Facebook, whatever, that are running their own social credits schemes within their own little universe. So, it’s a very complex situation in China. It’s not as complete as some might believe, but the intention, the ambition, is huge.

I would say that we are definitely seeing examples of this beginning to feed through into the West. We’re seeing banks talk about using our social media behavior to determine our credit score, which is very similar to what they’re doing in China. There’s clearly the means, and there’s clearly a desire to push in that direction.”

Unity Is the Challenge of Our Lifetime

The challenge we now face is that, to have any chance of preventing this control grid, we need to be unified. The problem is, many simply aren’t able to see the dangers. Most people under the age of 30 are used to doing just about everything on their phones, and the convenience of digital IDs and digital banking is alluring.

Organizations such as the World Economic Forum and many of the central banks that are pushing the rollout of this control grid can also make it impossible or near-impossible to live without a digital ID and CBDCs. Already, we’ve seen leaders saying, out loud, that their goal is to make life as difficult and inconvenient as possible for anyone without a vaccine passport. They’ll do the same for digital IDs and CBDCs.

“One of the best examples is Italy,” Corbishley says. “If you want to see a country that has really gone into sixth gear with the vaccine passports, it’s Italy. They’ve said, ‘Look, if you don’t have this document, you cannot work. You cannot get on a bus and go across town. You cannot get on the metro. You cannot access retail premises apart from supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations and pet stores.’

You have basically closed down, narrowed down the existence to such a limited one that most people end up just saying, ‘OK, let’s do it. I don’t have an alternative. I’m not going to survive this way.’

If you have a mortgage and your finances are already tight, and your government is telling you, you’re not going to be able to work, most people crumble, and so they’re able to do it …

A journalist in Canada was talking about the truckers, the Freedom Convoy. He was saying, ‘These guys don’t represent Canadians; 90% of Canadians have taken the vaccine and they’re all perfectly happy with the restrictions, the mandates.’ It’s like, how do you know how many of those 90% actually took the vaccine because they had no choice? It was a very disingenuous argument.”

How to Prepare for the Inevitable

While the situation is bleak and dire, Corbishley doesn’t believe vaccine passports, digital IDs and CBDCs are inevitable. “I think we’re in the midst of a major battle,” he says.

The question is, how can we win when all the cards seem stacked against us?

“I think that we have to, No. 1, inform as many people as possible. That’s why I wrote the book. I wrote the book hoping to reach people who maybe had been vaccinated, but were beginning to have certain doubts, people who were on the fence.

I mean, I know plenty of people who have had two shots, who are wary about having a third one. I know plenty of people who have had two shots, have had Omicron, and they’re now thinking, ‘Why the heck am I having to take a third shot?’ People are beginning to question this.

I think that we are in the midst of what can only be described as an existential battle. If we lose this battle, it can be very difficult, as individuals, to protect ourselves because the degree of control they will have over us is going to be huge.

I think there will be this creation of a parallel community, a parallel society, where people are able to function. We’re seeing signs of bartering beginning to take place within a community like that in Italy. They are surviving as best they can — and we’re talking about millions of people who haven’t crumbled. They’ve not given way yet.

That gives me a certain amount of hope. I think the fact that people have grown tired of the restrictions means that government is having to, to a certain extent, reconsider, but at the same time, they are pushing through digital IDs.

I think this is what is really important for people to understand. While they’re saying, ‘We are going to abandon the vaccine passports,’ in most countries where they’re saying this, that is not the case. In the U.K., they’ve not done that. They have simply shifted from a mandatory vaccine passport to a voluntary vaccine passport.

You’ve got vaccine passports very much in use for international travel. So, if you’re British, you want to travel to mainland Europe, if you’ve not got your vaccine passport, you’re not going to be able to go mainland. It’s the same if you’re European and want to go to the U.S.

So, there is so much happening it’s hard to keep track. That is coming from somebody who spends most of his day trying to keep track of these things. If you are just someone who is working a 9-to-5 job and you get home and you’ve got three kids to look after, it’s going to be much harder to keep abreast of these developments.

I have a certain amount of hope that they haven’t won yet. But it’s an immense amount of power they have. We are talking about organizations like the World Economic Forum, which represents hundreds of the most powerful companies on the planet. We’re talking about the most powerful governments on the planet.

So, it’s going to be a huge battle, and they’ve got most of the advantages in this battle. But I do think that what’s happening in Canada suggests a resistance can be formed. I think that resistance is growing in Germany. It’s certainly growing in Austria. The government is beginning to have second thoughts about the vaccine mandate.”

Expect Economic Collapse

There are also the growing economic risks, globally, to consider. The central banks around the world have painted themselves into a corner and they can’t get out. We are almost certain to see another financial crisis. It’s only a matter of when.

There is already clear evidence we are in the early stages of economic collapse, and that’s a parallel issue that needs to be taken into consideration when trying to predict what might happen with digital IDs and CBDCs, as they’re all connected. To prepare for an inevitable economic collapse, I would suggest focusing on improving your resiliency on a local level.

For example, make sure you have access to water supplies other than your tap, grow your own food and develop relationships with other local growers and farmers to build your food security.

These are very basic things that can save your life when everything collapses and your dollar, drachma or euro becomes fit for use as toilet paper. Having food, water, shelter and community makes you far more resistant to tyranny because if you don’t have these things, you need the government to provide them for you.

“I think the community is essential,” Corbishley says. “Having people who are of a similar mindset, of a similar worldview, people you can definitely count upon …

Resilience is going to be very tough. As a result of the lockdowns, small businesses are in serious straits. They’ve had to take on huge amounts of debt just to weather the lockdowns … There’s no doubt that large companies have much easier access to cheap debt than small companies …

This is tragic because small businesses are a fundamental cornerstone of the community. They’re a fundamental part of the global economy and, even more important than that, small businesses are run by independent people. If we begin to see a massive culling of small businesses, then we are going to see less independence and more dependence. So, that is one area which deeply concerns me …

I think the most important thing, and the hardest thing, is to maintain your humanity. I think that is fundamental and that is why having a community around you that you love and that loves you is absolutely essential to surviving this. I don’t think you can be an island and get through what’s coming.

Another thing I would suggest, if you do have money, if you have investments, is to diversify as much as possible — probably not best to have all your money in a bank, and especially not one bank …

If you look at countries like Mexico, going through the Tequila Crisis in the 1990s, or Brazil, going through the huge hyperinflation it had, how do you survive that relatively intact? When you own real assets, you own property. Maybe you own precious metals … In Turkey, inflation is absolutely surging and people are using gold, they are looking at cryptocurrencies. They are doing anything except keeping their money in Turkish lira.”

More Information

So, in closing, the best you can do right now is to educate yourself about the impending digital control grid, share information, resist and oppose any and all attempts to implement vaccine passports or digital IDs, take a stand for freedom, build community and prepare for deteriorating economic conditions by diversifying your monies and investments.

PODCAST: Christian Student’s Private Text Message Gets Him Suspended

By Martin Mawyer

Watch as David and his attorney expose all the school’s hypocrisy in this episode of Shout Out Patriots.

The only thing more upsetting than the suspension of David Stout Jr. at Plainwell High School for expressing his biblical views on homosexuality is how little attention this story has received!

Personally, I admire the courage of David and his legal team for fighting back against the Michigan school located just 30-minutes outside Grand Rapids. But I have so say, even the Christian community seems to be ignoring this important story.

David Stout Jr. was given a 3-day suspension after responding to a fellow student’s text message inquiring about his biblical views on homosexuality.

David wrote that the Bible teaches homosexual conduct is a sin.

That private text message (which was sent off school property) somehow ended up in the hands of school officials.

David was later cited with violating the school’s “Bullying/Cyberbullying/Harassment” policy.

David was also accused of “stealing other’s happiness” due to his Christian views.

With so little media attention given to this unquestionable violation of David’s free speech and religious freedom rights, I invited David and his lawyer to tell this story to our Shout Out Patriots’ audience.

I hope and pray you find the time to watch or listen.

You’ll probably learn about a few surprising school policies, such as “self-reporting.”

At one point, David heard a classmate tell an offensive homosexual joke. When he didn’t try to stop or prevent it, he should have “self-reported” himself to school officials. Not doing so, meant more trouble for him!

Apparently, students must now become Speech Monitors. If they hear something that would offend the LGBTQ community, for example, they should be proactive and stop it or else have that inaction be considered as an anti-gay.

David Jr. was reprimanded by the school’s vice-principal, Deb Beals, for failing to self-report and he was told “whatever you allow, is what your support.”

The school policy is meant to force students into becoming advocates for the LGBT movement and other progressive, woke ideologies…under the pain of suspension and being called a bully on your school record.

The Surveillance State of the Olympics thumbnail

The Surveillance State of the Olympics

By MercatorNet – Navigating Modern Complexities

Everyone at the Beijing Winter Olympics is expected to download an app to track their health. What else is it tracking?

On this date, Feb. 6 of 1936, the Winter Olympics opened in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria — the last time both the Winter and Summer Olympics were held in the same country in the same year.

The Olympics that year attracted some controversy in the US because of the nature of the German political regime under Chancellor Adolf Hitler, who had by then been in power only three years.  But the argument that sports should be independent of politics won out, and so the US went on to participate in both sets of Olympic games.

Diplomatic boycott

Last Wednesday, the 2022 Winter Olympics kicked off in the Peoples’ Republic of China. The US is once again participating, although the Biden administration has enforced a diplomatic boycott of the event in protest of  “the PRC’s ongoing genocide and crimes against humanity in Xinjiang and other human rights abuses.”

Britain, Australia, and Canada joined the US in the diplomatic boycott, which does not prevent athletes of those countries from participating in the games.  Chinese government representatives fired back that the US was taking actions that “politicise sports, create divisions and provoke confrontation,” according to the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Data insecurity

If you are an athlete or anyone else attending the games, the Chinese government is requiring you to download an app to your smartphone called “My 2022”, two weeks before your arrival, and make daily reports of the state of your health.

Ostensibly, the app is supposed to help the government achieve a 100% COVID-free event.  But when computer scientists examined the app, they found serious security flaws in it that can allow not only the Beijing government but random hackers to gain entry to your phone.

It’s no surprise to Chinese citizens that the My 2022 app is full of holes.  The Chinese government explicitly reserves the right to access any information stored on an electronic device.  My 2022 just makes it easier for them to do so.

According to the University of Toronto’s cybersecurity group Citizen Lab, the app can transmit confidential information such as passport and travel data with encryption that can be “trivially sidestepped.”  So even before leaving the US, Olympic athletes and anyone else attending will be subject to the Chinese national security apparatus.

Unavoidable issue

Some people may not be bothered by this.  After all, there is some weight to the argument that sporting events shouldn’t be politicised.  But it seems to me that the only way to completely divorce politics from sports is to have all competitors hail from the same political entity.

Victor Cha, writing on the Center for Strategic and International Studies website about the U. S. diplomatic boycott, quotes famed anti-totalitarian author George Orwell as saying, “sport is war minus the shooting.”  Any time you have competition, you’re going to have partisan cheering, even at the most humble level of small-town sporting events like the Ponca City Wildcats playing against the Enid Plainsmen in the wilds of northern Oklahoma.

So at the basic level of identification, all sporting events are politicised.  What Beijing objects to is not mere identification with the participants, however, but any action that singles China out as being a less worthy player on the international political stage.

Are they?  Consider the fact that for the last decade or more, China has been busily constructing a surveillance state that goes beyond the wildest dreams of Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four.

Big Brother is watching

One of the most chilling aspects of that book, which came out in 1949, was the omnipresence of “telescreens” which simultaneously broadcast state propaganda from “Big Brother” and spied on people.  Back then, readers reassured themselves that this was rank science fiction, because no regime could possibly afford to hire half the population to spy on the other half, and so most of the time, nobody was watching on the other end.

That was before the Internet and the advent of artificial-intelligence (AI) systems that can recognise faces, voices, and certain words, such as the 2,422 terms in the “illegalwords.txt” file bundled with the My 2022 app.  In it are phrases such as “Tiananmen Riot” and “Dalai Lama.” Woe unto anyone who uses those words at the Olympics this winter.

Scorecards

China‘s goal is to use any information it can get to establish social-credit scores that determine the degree of freedom allotted to each citizen.  People who behave well, according to standards set by the government, can travel, hold jobs, visit certain places, and behave almost like free citizens.

Those lacking a high social-credit score find that their privileges are suddenly withdrawn, and may feel some sympathy with the Uighur people of Xinjiang Province, many of whom have disappeared into “reeducation camps” for no other reason than their identity.

If anyone happens to download this blog onto their My-2022-equipped phone, I will not be held responsible for the consequences.  But it doesn’t matter, because the truth about the Beijing regime isn’t affected by what I say about it, or by what anybody else says or doesn’t say about it.

The Chinese surveillance state has to be one of the grandest violations of human rights, extended over time and space, that the world has ever seen.  Because it has been put in place gradually and folded into the other routine malfeasances and wrongdoings of the regime, it hasn’t attracted that many headlines, and billions of people in China manage to go about their business without being seriously inconvenienced by it.

But it’s like living in a house with four-foot ceilings.  Nobody would want to live there if the ceilings were dropped all in a day, but if they were moved down three inches a year, you might be able to get used to it.  But it still wouldn’t be a good thing.

I can’t help but wonder what the endgame will be in China.  Germany overreached its hand, and in 1936 the thousand-year reich actually had less than a decade of future left.  China clearly covets world domination, and in some measures it is well on the way to achieving it.

But a world in which true freedom is vanquished by an AI-enhanced surveillance regime and every action is monitored and evaluated, is not a world I would care to live in, given a choice.  So far, we still have a choice.  Let’s learn from our experience with things like My 2022 that the choice is worth preserving.

Tech Mate: How Silicon Valley’s China Pals Compromise America thumbnail

Tech Mate: How Silicon Valley’s China Pals Compromise America

By Family Research Council

He calls it “the scariest investigation I’ve ever conducted.” And anyone reading through the bombshell revelations of Peter Schweizer’s new book are bound to agree. Most Americans knew the Chinese Communist Party was quietly trying to infiltrate our colleges, financial institutions, tech companies — even our military. What they didn’t know is who’s helping them: Big Tech. Turns out, Silicon Valley isn’t just sympathetic to the evil regime — they’re accessories to it.

There are a lot of jarring moments in Schweizer’s Red Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win, but the overall picture is deeply disturbing — young, Silicon Valley billionaires eager to indulge their friends at the highest levels of China’s government. Of course, that’s just fine with the regime, who would like nothing more than access to our technology so they can compete with and overtake us. “Science and technology is a national weapon,” Chinese President Xi Jinping has insisted. “We should seize the commanding heights of technological competition and future development.”

CEOs like Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg have been all too anxious to help — forging close relationships with the regime’s bad actors that could spell disaster for America. Zuckerberg is so infatuated with the communist leader that when he finally met the dictator face to face, he asked him to name their unborn baby. Taken aback, Xi said it was “too great a responsibility.” Over the years, the young mogul’s affection for the communist system has only deepened. He learned Mandarin, agreed to controversial projects with Beijing, and allowed himself to be seduced by men desperate to understand and surpass U.S. technology.

“They’re quite explicit about [their agenda],” Schweizer explained on “Washington Watch.” “They have a strategy called elite capture. And basically… their goal — and they’ve stated this openly — is to surpass the United States and to become the supreme power on the planet. And rather than going toe to toe with the United States and our powerful economic system, they simply want to co-opt elites. So they call it ‘elite capture.’ And their theory is if they can neuter our elites, they can effectively win this competition without having to go head-to-head with the United States.”

Thanks to pliant targets like Zuckerberg, China’s gameplan — wooing the Valley’s biggest players — seems to be working. Zuckerberg is so enamored with the regime that when a Chinese official named Lu Wei visited Facebook headquarters, Schweizer writes that he was surprised to see a copy of The Governance of China, a compilation of Xi’s speeches, sitting on the CEO’s desk. Why was it there, Wei asked? Zuckerberg replied that he wanted to educate his staff. “I want to make them understand socialism with Chinese characteristics,” he insisted.

And he’s not alone. Almost every Silicon Valley titan seems desperate to “suck up to Xi,” Schweizer says. “We know that Microsoft [and] Google are doing joint research projects where they are putting… intellectual capital into China — and those research projects are with institutions linked to the Chinese military.” In other words, top U.S. companies are helping to arm and inform America’s biggest rival. Along with research on artificial intelligence, “Bill Gates, for example, [has] personally invested in Chinese companies [like] BYD, which is involved in developing missile technology for China.” In the old days, that would be called treason. Today, it’s a flashing red sign that these tech executives don’t have an allegiance to the United States.

“They don’t seem to be particularly concerned that they are subsidizing and helping the Chinese military… In fact,” Schweizer pointed out, “Microsoft is a company that actually takes interns from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. I mean, it’s that blatant.”

And while some of the motivation is money — China is a major revenue stream for companies like the NBA, Disney, Apple, Hollywood, and others — there’s something much more dangerous at work. “… A lot of these executives in Silicon Valley and on Wall Street have an admiration for the dictatorial regime in China. They’ll use phrases like, ‘The Chinese government is so much more efficient than the United States. They make decisions so much more quickly.’ Well, of course, autocratic governments have that advantage, so it’s about more than just money. I think there is actually an attraction — not so much to the ideology, but to the efficiencies of an autocratic government. Plus, the fact that, of course, the Chinese government gives all kinds of awards and accolades to these business executives.”

The obvious problem — one that could haunt America for decades to come — is that these naïve tycoons are jeopardizing U.S. national security. America’s top brass has been sounding the alarm for years that these partnerships could be deadly. In 2017, Marine General James Dunford, then the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of staff, bluntly told a U.S. Senate committee that “the work Google is doing in China is indirectly benefitting the Chinese military.” Then, thinking twice, he corrected himself. “Frankly, ‘indirect’ may not be a full characterization of the way it really is. It’s more of a direct benefit to the Chinese military.”

In one instance, Google and Facebook teamed up on an underwater cable that would run from San Francisco to Hong Kong. The two tech giants partnered with a Chinese company called Dr. Peng Telecom & Media Group that was financially backed by the Chinese government and reportedly worked closely with Huawei and military defense contractors in China. It was such a radical idea that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, in a very rare move, blocked it after the FBI and Justice Department decided that it would be a gateway to Chinese espionage. The scary part, Schweizer points out, is that the people at Facebook and Google probably know “a lot more about technology than the DOJ. So if the Department of Justice knows that this has created an unprecedented opportunity for espionage, you can bet that Google and Facebook knew that from the beginning. But I think honestly, they just didn’t care because they’re blinded by their ambitions as it relates to China.”

Add that to the leverage the regime has over Joe Biden and family, and America has never felt more vulnerable. The villains who unleashed COVID on the world, who built a network of Uyghur torture chambers, who makes outspoken tennis stars vanish is on the verge of global dominance. And we have no one but ourselves to blame. It’s time to stop Big Tech’s anti-American elitists from undermining their own country. Our future security depends on it.

Chicago: Man converts to Islam, writes computer code for ISIS, his lawyer says ‘liking ISIS is not illegal’

By Robert Spencer

From whom did Thomas Osadzinski learn about Islam? Where did he go to mosque? Is that mosque being investigated? Why not?

US Student Faces Prison for Helping Islamic State

Associated Press, October 19, 2021:

CHICAGO — A former Chicago college student was convicted Monday of attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State group.

Thomas Osadzinski, 22, wrote a computer code to help IS bypass programs designed to block the group’s propaganda, prosecutors said. The former DePaul University student, who was born in a Chicago suburb, was living in the city when he was arrested in 2019 during an FBI sting. He faces up to 20 years in prison.

His attorney, Joshua Herman, said during closing arguments that the case centered on the right to free speech and that Osadzinski had the right to watch and share the videos.

“Liking ISIS is not illegal,” Herman said in court.

But prosecutors alleged Osadzinski worked in coordination or at the direction of IS. Authorities said Osadzinski boasted in communications about his computer skills and ability to speak Arabic, and he bragged that he would use a gun and explosives to elude authorities if need be….

Muslims hack Trump’s website, leave message ‘Do not be like those who forget Allah’

Not exactly a winning appeal, but the hacking is intended to convey the impression that the hackers and the cause they represent are the strong horse. As Osama bin Laden famously said, people prefer the strong horse.

Hackers Deface Trump’s Presidential Website, Urge Readers to ‘Not Forget Allah

by Solange Reyner, Newsmax, October 18, 2021:

Hackers defaced former President Donald Trump’s presidential website Monday and redirected visitors to a page by Turkish hacktivist group RootAyyildiz who urged readers to “not forget Allah.”

“Do not be like those who forgot Allah, so Allah made them forget themselves. Here they really went astray,” the site read.

The message was in Turkish. The suspected hacker has been blamed for briefly defacing President Joe Biden’s official campaign website in November 2020.

Biden’s website displayed a message in Turkish with the country’s flag placed at the top with aliases and usernames such as “MarbeyliWerom,” “b4rbarøsas,” and “oneshot.”

A photo of the 34th Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Abdul Hamid II, was also on the site with a footer note saying: “We are the ones who stopped the tanks with their bare hands on the night of July 15.

“We are those who killed death that night. We have been waiting for Archers Hill for 15 centuries! We are the keepers of that golden banner that will never miss its shadow on us.”…

Iran Successfully Hacked Over 250 Microsoft Accounts Linked to U.S. and Israeli Defense Technology Companies

By Robert Spencer

In plain language: the jihadist regime of Iran has hacked into the private accounts of US, EU and Israeli defense tech companies, and however Iran chooses to use this information, no one is announcing what the fallout might potentially be. Microsoft only admitted that the breach “supports Iranian government tracking of adversary security services and maritime shipping in the Middle East.”

On a larger scale than this latest breach, much is falling into place in the “national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran.” Not long ago, Iran was in a losing battle with the former US administration, but it is now enjoying a lucky break and the potential to expand its operations unimpeded. Furthermore, Biden is all too eager to continue stuffing Iran’s coffers with billions of dollars under the guise of a revived Iran deal, despite the fact that Iran is enriching uranium at rates only seen in countries making bombs. And in a gesture of humiliating disrespect, Iran recently “rebuked” Biden, and made further demands for “far more sanctions relief than it received under the 2015 nuclear deal,” a deal it has admitted to breaking.

Iran hacked US and Israeli defense tech companies – Microsoft

Jerusalem Post, October 12, 2021:

The Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC) announced on Monday that Iranian hackers successfully targeted US and Israeli defense technology companies.

More than 250 Microsft [sic] Office 365 accounts linked to the US, EU and the Israeli government were hacked into through extensive password spraying.

In addition, Persian Gulf ports of entry and global maritime transportation companies with business presence in the Middle East were also targeted.

The hacking “likely supports the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Microsoft said.

The companies hacked included defense companies that support US, EU, and Israeli government partners producing military-grade radars, drone technology, satellite systems, and emergency response communication systems…..

Panorama: Hawaii DoE Paying Zuckerberg Company to Collect Data on Students thumbnail

Panorama: Hawaii DoE Paying Zuckerberg Company to Collect Data on Students

By Hawaii Free Press

The Hawaii Department of Education is funneling student data to a company financed by Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg.

Under a $478K annual contract with Hawaii Department of Education, Panorama Education, is building a permanent database of socio-political opinions, attendance, academic performance, and disciplinary infractions committed by Hawaii K-12 students.  Panorama’s ‘ Social Emotional Learning Survey’ is a veritable roadmap to manipulate their minds via social media.

Panorama’s CEO states the firm contracts with school districts nationwide comprising about 25% of US K-12 students.

According to Hawaii DoE, the Panorama survey is completed during Grade 3-12 homerooms and imported onto Panorama’s servers. For younger K-2 students, teachers are surveyed about their impressions of each student so your child will have a data profile in Silicon Valley even before he knows how to log on.

Nobody at DoE is mentioning Zuckerberg’s funding of the scheme.  His involvement is of course empirical proof that the data is being misused. And, yes, the DoE is actually paying Panorama to take the data.

Juvenile criminal transcripts are automatically sealed on the perpetrator’s 18th birthday — but what Hawaii DoE refers to as ‘Panorama’s National Dataset’ will continue into adulthood where it could be used to identify political supporters for a future Donald Trump-style campaign, just as Facebook data was used to help Trump in 2016.

Fairfax County Virginia schools, one of the largest districts served by Panorama, explains Panorama measures “how children and adults learn to understand and manage emotions, set goals, show empathy for others, establish positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.”

A Hawaii DoE handout titled: “ Social Emotional Learning Survey: Fall 2020” cites Panorama program goals including, “Leverage social and emotional data to deepen the focus on key outcomes….”

Sold to school districts as a convenient way to collate student input, Panorama’s on-line survey system was well-positioned to see  expanded use during COVID-mandated ‘distance learning’ semesters.

The data from a  June, 2020 Panorama survey was then used to bolster arguments against continuing distance learning, much to the chagrin of HSTA leadership.

Panorama CEO Aaron Feuer, quoted on  TechCrunch, September 2, 2021, explains: “Since March 2020, Panorama has added 700 school districts to its customer base, nearly doubling the 800 it served just 18 months prior.”  Feuer told Tech Crunch Panorama now serves 13 million students in 23,000 schools across the United States–25% of American students.

The  Washington Examiner reports. Alexander “Xan” Tanner,  co-founder  and president of Panorama Education, is married to the daughter of Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland.

To paraphrase Ben Franklin, “Those who would give up Privacy, to purchase a little temporary Convenience, deserve neither Privacy nor Convenience.”

Zuckerberg’s financial backing begins with Panorama’s ‘Round A’ in 2013 which garnered $4M from investors including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.  Zuckerberg was back in  2017 for ‘Round B’  which deposited $16M into Panorama’s coffers.  Buoyed by its COVID success, Panorama came back for  ‘Round C’ raising $60M from yet another Zuckerberg-led consortium in September, 2021.

Linking Panorama to Google, Apple, and beyond, other investors include:  Owl Ventures Emerson Collective (Steve Jobs widow),  Uncork Capital Spark Capital , and  Tao Capital Partners.

TechCrunch reports: “Notably, Panorama had not raised capital in a couple of years simply because, according to Feuer, it did not need the money.”

That’s what happens when school districts pay Big Data to take big data.

How Politics Got in the Way of U.S. Cybersecurity

“Continuous effort – not strength or intelligence – is the key to unlocking our potential.” – Winston Churchill.

Today’s blog comes from a report from August 6th this year. It is a little old but not many people have picked up on it but it is very relevant. It is typical of this Biden Administration and the extremists in it. They talk a good talk but have very little interest in actually fixing anything as the chaos being caused is all part of their sick agenda to bring America to its knees and weaken us in the eyes of the world! By the way they are doing a pretty amazing job of it.

As always I have posted the original story link below for those that need it. Please though share this story using this blog. As you read it I hope you get angry that the lefts pathetic and irrational fear and hatred of President Trump got in the way of our national security – again.

How Politics Got in the Way of U.S. Cybersecurity

In the past two months, our Nation’s vulnerability to crippling cyber-attacks has been on display for the world to see. In May it was the Colonial Pipeline hacking that successfully disrupted gasoline services across the East Coast. Before that SolarWinds, another energy provider, was hacked which also infected hundreds of its integrated customers and partners, and now we are facing another attack on our food distribution networks with the targeting of JBS, one of the largest meat processing companies in the country. In all three instances of cyberwarfare, the reaction among politicians in Washington was surprise at how vulnerable our country is to these attacks on our Homeland.

That we were unprepared to defend against foreign cyber-attacks should not have come as a surprise to any of these elected officials. Congress was in a position to assess and dramatically improve our cyber security infrastructure during the Obama administration. Rather than seize that opportunity, they chose to prioritize political games, fundraising and their own celebrity, and left our country open to cyberwarfare.

President Trump was aware of the nations’ vulnerabilities to critical infrastructure and took action by reviving the formerly defunct National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) to focus on badly needed cybersecurity solutions. The plan was to bring together the best cybersecurity and technology infrastructure minds in the country to formulate solutions to protect our nation’s defense, financial, transportation, and critically our energy networks, including natural gas and oil pipelines, nuclear power plants and electrical grids. The experts that would serve on the council would all be unpaid patriot volunteers with one thing in mind – to protect the infrastructure of our nation.

I was among the experts that volunteered to serve on the NIAC to lend my decades of experience in cybersecurity and defense solutions, and enterprise engineering in evaluating and repairing our cyber infrastructure, as I have previously done for the Department of State, Defense, Homeland Security and foreign allies around the world. Awaiting confirmation to the NIAC alongside me were some of the most experienced and brilliant experts in cybersecurity on the planet, all of us eager to step forward to help defend our country. Among them was Dr. Tobias Vogt who is a leading authority on nuclear security who served on a joint Special Operations-CIA command and taught nuclear security at Georgetown University. While some candidates were confirmed before the Trump impeachment gained momentum, most were never considered or presented to the Congressional Committee on Homeland Security to be put to good use.

The protracted impeachment of President Trump by the Democrats forced confirmation to the NIAC to abruptly end.  This stopped the delivery of ground-breaking cyber solutions that would have protected critical infrastructure including utilities companies such as Colonial. In fact, candidates that were not confirmed had in their possession critical cybersecurity solutions that would have prevented the Colonial Pipeline hack.  In pursuing the impeachment, Democrats risked the safety and security of an entire nation, that rely on finance, transportation and energy infrastructure to survive.  And now, we are at least two-years behind where we need to be to protect our infrastructure against a now emboldened hacker community.

Had my colleagues and I been confirmed, my first step would have been to introduce and demonstrate to the NAIC a cybersecurity solution designed specifically to prevent cyber-attacks against critical US infrastructure. The cybersecurity solution, STTarx, was tested by Troy State University, the Alabama Computer Forensics Institute, the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the US Air Force, the Department of Homeland Security, and other elite agencies. The creators of this solution had one thing in mind – to donate this solution for the protection of our nation despite the high interest by foreign governments. It is the only cybersecurity system known to have withstood a 2 terabyte (2 trillion cyber-attacks per second) Denial of Service attack, with no interruption of service. No other cybersecurity system has come close to this level of system and network protection and denial of attacks. Further, STTarx networks are immune to hacking or cracking, penetration, malicious code or cloning, are quantum-proof and its IP communications remain unbroken to this day. These networks are stealthy and are almost impossible to even detect. STTarx networks simply ignore probes and attacks, creating a private network, essentially a global intranet; using the internet as a transport medium but remaining separate from the actual internet.

The partisan impeachment hearings that never had a chance of succeeding prevented the confirmation of me and my colleagues, and the introduction of this technology. Had it been adopted and utilized by Colonial Pipeline, there would have been no outage and the attackers would never have been sure of the target. However, the shielded Colonial Pipeline network would have detected the attempted attack and traced the hackers’ identity and location almost immediately.

Our political leaders failed us in addressing our cybersecurity weaknesses, choosing to play politics instead of investing in the infrastructure we need to defend ourselves from hostile cyber threats. As we remember the impact of the attacks on Colonial Pipeline, SolarWinds and JBS we cannot afford to idle and continue playing political games while our adversaries escalate their attacks on our country. And our political leaders can no longer pretend to be surprised should another preventable attack happen on their watch.

As part of his $6 trillion budget, Biden is asking for $750 million to “study” how to prevent cyber-attacks while the former NIAC candidates already have the US government tested and proven STTarx cybersecurity solution which would have been handed over to our nation in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security.

Secret Iran Plans to Hack Infrastructure in Western Countries Revealed

Ever since Joe Biden began dropping Trump’s sanctions against Iran, disturbing news has been emerging about Iran’s emboldening in numerous areas. Now comes news that “five secret documents allegedly showing Iranian plans to hack infrastructure in Western countries, including in Europe.” Leaked documents that were obtained by Sky News were “actual internal planning documents for Unit 13, the cyber unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.” Iran has been developing a cyber army  of highly trained specialists and hackers since 2010.

If successful, Iran’s ability to hack into Western infrastructure is worrying, especially given the billions now freed up for the Iranian regime’s expansion.

Secret Iran hacking plans against West revealed

by Yonah Jeremy Bob, Jerusalem Post, July 27, 2021:

Five secret documents allegedly showing Iranian plans to hack infrastructure in Western countries, including in Europe, were publicized by Sky News late Monday night.

Although there have been reports of such hacks by Iran and others in the past, it is unusual for a media organization to obtain actual internal planning documents for Unit 13, the cyber unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Some of the potential hacks the IRGC cyber group might be planning would target a cargo ship’s ballast water system, which could cause irreparable damage, according to the report.

The ballast water system helps balance a ship in certain circumstances by pumping water into special tanks. Tampering with the system could harm this crucial process.

Another Iranian plot might be to hack the automatic tank gage of certain gas stations, which could stop the flow of gas or, in a worst-case scenario, cause an explosion, the report said.

The 57 pages of documents also described attempts to hack maritime communications devices.

Sky News interviewed UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace, who talked more generally about the kind of threats described in the documents. He said the allegations were serious and did not deny them.

The documents described early stages of planning for a cyberattack, but they did not clarify how far along the plans were, an anonymous source said in the report.

It was unclear who leaked the documents, but the leak appeared to be designed to embarrass Tehran before European countries to potentially influence their views on a range of issues regarding Iran…..

Defeating Big Brother today!

“If you don’t like the road you’re walking, start paving another one.” – Dolly Parton

We all know that every digit we press on our smart phone, every letter we hit, every person we call, every word we or they speak is recorded, stored, listened to and could well be used against us one day by a tyrannical government, kinda like the one we have now. Believe me, this current usurper administration would not think twice to use anything they have to silence conservative voices.

I don’t know about you all but I do not like it. I want my conversations private. I want my web surfing private. I want my apps clean and not spied upon.

So how do we do it? A friend of mine and huge, proven patriot, Cliff G, owner of a Trump based coffee shop I will be featuring next week, is involved in a company called GOOST. They produce and sell what is known to you and I as a Ghost Phone, one that guarantees privacy, security complete with pre installed apps that are not and cannot be tracked. This is a phone every bit as good as any other smart phone on the market. It has good sized storage which can be expanded.

This will regain your God given and Constitutionally guaranteed right to privacy and help you live free. Free of Big Brother watching over you, listening to you, tracking your every thought and word, let alone your constant position. It will give you peace of mind.

After all, as they say so well, “ If our speech, movement, affiliations, and interests are spied on – then there will be an opportunity to coerse, threaten, and punish people of differing beliefs and viewpoints.”

You can talk and text with friends using their app called ‘conversations’. It is completely private and fully encrypted. GOOST themselves don’t even know who you are!!

The phone uses its own operating system designed for privacy. Only you choose what, if any, data you share. It will never be shared by GOOST. You can navigate the world wide Webb without fear of being tracked. You are anonymous to all. Even GOOST only sees gibberish on their network as every digit or letter is encrypted via their military grade encryption program.

Every phone is supplied with this military grade encryption and security. Only GOOST users can access the network. As long as you keep your phone connected to GOOST VPN, which comes standard out-of-the-box, you are sitting behind a network infrastructure that protects against known cyber attackers. Even your own personal files are encrypted.

Every phone comes with the following preinstalled apps:- Calculator, navigation, camera, SMS/normal calling, maps and an App Store where you will find 90+% of the apps you like. These apps have been adjusted for security and they have a different look so they cannot do what they do now, which is track and share your info and data to all and sundry.

You have a private web browser that gives you free speech alternatives to FB, Twitter etc. Sites such as Locals, Gab, Odysee and Newpipe ( alternatives to You Tube ) Private e-mail comes to you through Protonmail.

If you are interested check out the link below and you can contact them direct with questions and queries. By the way the price is under most smart phones on the market today. It’s a win win!

Is JBS Hack a Russian Ransomeware Attack or Something More?

When the news broke yesterday that the meat giant JBS (sometimes known by its previous name Swift) had been hit with a ransomeware attack that shut down meat processing in one of the largest meat processors in the world, my first thought was that if they have financial trouble I don’t care.

For over a decade I have reported, at my other blog Refugee Resettlement Watch, how Big Meat and Big Poultry are changing America’s heartland by being one of the largest drivers of the US Refugee Resettlement Program.

The work is dirty, wages low and turnover high so they need a never-ending supply of migrant laborers of all stripes including large numbers of Somali ‘refugees.’

Think about it!  A Brazilian-owned company is changing the demographic make-up of the United States!  And, when you buy their meat, you support changing America by changing the people.

And if that isn’t bad enough, since wages are so low, you also fund the social safety net that refugee workers are permitted to tap into.

Did you know that Smithfield Foods is owned by the Chinese?

Is that meat you enjoy worth it?  If you can’t live without beef, pork and chicken, I recommend finding a local source!

Here is the superficial story about what is going on, from Yahoo News:

JBS: Cyber-attack hits world’s largest meat supplier

The world’s largest meat processing company has been targeted by a sophisticated cyber-attack.

Computer networks at JBS were hacked, temporarily shutting down some operations in Australia, Canada and the US, with thousands of workers affected.

The company believes the ransomware attack originated from a criminal group likely based in Russia, the White House said.

The attack could lead to shortages of meat or raise prices for consumers.

[….]

  • JBS is the world’s largest meat supplier with more than 150 plants in 15 countries
  • It was founded in Brazil in 1953 as a slaughtering business by rancher José Batista Sobrinho
  • The company now has more than 150,000 employees worldwide
  • Its customers include supermarkets and fast food outlet McDonald’s
  • In the US, JBS processes nearly one quarter of the country’s beef and one-fifth of its pork

[….]

JBS’s five biggest beef plants are in the US, and the shutdowns have halted a fifth of meat production there, according to Bloomberg.

[….]

Last month, fuel delivery in the south east of the US was crippled for several days after a ransomware attack targeted the Colonial Pipeline. Investigators say that attack was also linked to a group with ties to Russia.

Colonial Pipeline has confirmed it paid a $4.4m (£3.1m) ransom to the cyber-criminal gang responsible.

So that is the story for mainstream media consumption—Russian bad boys, just being bad boys—but is something else happening?

Knowing of my interest in meatpacking and  my interest in being prepared (or attempting to being better prepared!), Leo Hohmann directed me to this discussion yesterday at Ice Age Farmer.

It was just posted yesterday and is up to 37,000 views already:

Cyberpandemic Meets Food Supply

Watch it and consider the possibilities presented.  You shouldn’t be surprised as we have just experienced the Chinese Virus ‘crisis’ and how globalists have used it to disrupt the entire globe.

Is the food supply next?

CYBERWARFARE: Chinese Hack Microsoft Exchange E-Mail Servers

WEST CHESTER, Pa. /PRNewswire/ — The announcement by Microsoft that tens of thousands of email servers had been hacked in a campaign attributed to a group of Chinese State sponsored hackers called Hafnium, drew a response from Pennsylvania Republican Senate Candidate, Everett Stern; “In multiple cases, my company has uncovered intelligence detailing Chinese government involvement in cyber hacking, potential espionage against the U.S. government and the theft and illegal acquisition of the trademarked and copyright protected intellectual property of legitimate U.S. companies,” stated Stern.

Stern is the CEO and Intelligence Director of a Private Intelligence Agency, Tactical Rabbit that works with companies victimized by theft of data and intellectual property.

The reported breach comes on the back of another major cyber espionage campaign uncovered in December 2020, and believed by US cyber security experts to be backed by Russia called “Solar Winds”. That hack that went unnoticed for at least a year, targeted US Government Agencies and businesses.

“Technology companies need to step up to the plate and start taking responsibility for the implementation of security measures, that prevent hackers and bad actors from reaping havoc on unsuspecting business and government agencies. It is a matter of National Security,” said Stern.

Gov. Ron DeSantis vows to crack down on Communist China stealing intellectual property from Florida

Awesome governor. Expect a landslide re-election in Florida for Governor DeSantis in 2022. Any Floridian who votes against DeSantis is nuts.

Ron DeSantis vows to crack down on China stealing intellectual property from Florida

By Washington Examiner, March 3, 2021

Gov. Ron DeSantis proposed new safeguards to crack down on China’s attempts to steal intellectual property from Florida.

“For far too long, the Communist Party of China and other foreign adversaries have been deliberate in their economic infiltration of other nations, the United States in particular,” DeSantis said Monday. “China has made it a mission to steal intellectual property from our businesses, our government, and our academic institutions — all to further fuel their global objectives.”

“We will place strategic safeguards against foreign influence by closing loopholes, strengthening institutional vetting, and applying common-sense protections for Florida schools, government entities, and more,” he added.

Florida Speaker of the House Chris Sprowls said he found evidence of China stealing intellectual property from universities, such as the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida.

“We found that there are no limits to the depths to which other countries, especially China, will go to steal our science and technology,” Sprowls said. “Foreign adversaries use our university systems, local governments, research institutions, and companies to intimidate, influence, and steal their way to strategic advantage. Today, we are introducing legislation to combat foreign influence in our public institutions and prevent corporate espionage in Florida.”

Disclosing donations of $50,000 or more from seven “countries of concern” is among the proposals. The countries include China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and Venezuela.

DeSantis added that anyone seeking a contract with Florida worth $100,000 or more must disclose ties to the seven countries listed.

The announcement on Monday came after the Republican governor delivered remarks at the Conservative Political Action Conference. A straw poll conducted during the conference found DeSantis as the clear choice of attendees for the 2024 presidential election if former President Donald Trump doesn’t run.

Twitter Bans Three More Dissenters

The social media platform has no problem boasting about interfering in elections for the Left—but a big problem with people objecting that it was done.

They’re going to silence us all, eventually, if they can. On Saturday, the sanctimonious and hypocritical censors of Twitter came for Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft, radio host Wayne Allyn Root, and freedom activist Pamela Geller. Their crime? It appears to have been the heinous act of skepticism toward the official line, specifically, their refusal to accept at face value the official line about the 2020 election.

Root said:

“I am in shock. It appears to be a permanent ban. Although I don’t know. Twitter never warned me. . . . And never sent any communication saying I’ve been suspended or banned. I simply tried to tweet yesterday afternoon and could not. But unlike a previous suspension . . . My followers suddenly said 0.”

What Twitter wrote to Geller made clear what was going on:

Your account, PamelaGeller has been suspended for violating the Twitter rules.

Specifically, for:

Violating our rules about election integrity. You may not use Twitter’s services for the purpose of manipulating or interfering in elections. This includes posting or sharing content that may suppress voter turnout or mislead people about when, or how to vote.

Note that if you attempt to evade a permanent suspension by creating new accounts, we will suspend your new accounts. If you wish to appeal this suspension, please contact our support team.

Thanks,

Twitter

This is absurd from start to finish. Neither Pamela Geller nor Root nor Hoft did anything to “suppress voter turnout or mislead people about when, or how to vote.” Twitter apparently hasn’t even bothered to update its ban notice since before November 3. Nor did they do anything along the lines of “manipulating or interfering in elections.”

Still, there is no doubt that if Geller did take Twitter up on its magnanimous grant to her of a chance to appeal, the appeal would be denied. Twitter’s nameless, faceless wonks are judge, jury, and executioner, and no one can question their sagacity or righteousness of their decisions.

What Geller, Root, and Hoft did, of course, was simply report and highlight the many irregularities and unanswered questions surrounding the 2020 presidential election. Twitter, along with the other social media giants and the establishment media outlets, are labeling all questioning of the election as “lies” and are busy banning any suggestion that there was anything amiss about the election at all, without even bothering to explain all the issues. This is the way a guilty person who is trying to cover up his misdeeds acts, not the way a victor behaves when he knows he has won fair and square and is happy to set the record straight.

Meanwhile, these new bans came just two days after Time published an article titled, “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election.” In it, Time’s Molly Ball boasted of

a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it.

Not rigging the election, but fortifying it. Right. And how exactly does one “fortify” an election? From the looks of Ball’s article, by rigging it.

Ball presents abundant indications of manipulation and chicanery in a fulsome self-congratulatory tone that works assiduously to turn reality on its head. A photo of Detroit campaign workers covering the windows so that no one could see what they were doing as they counted the votes—not exactly a hallmark of a free and fair election—is spun with the caption: “Trump supporters seek to disrupt the vote count at Detroit’s TCF Center on Nov. 4.”

Ian Bassin, cofounder of Protect Democracy, is quoted boasting that “the system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing.” It has to be executed by someone else, and it looks as if Bassin and others like him were only too happy to serve as executioners.

Contrary to Bassin’s statement, our “democracy” (which, as you may know or should know, is—or was—actually a republic), is set up to be “self-executing,” that is, the process should not be more complicated than each candidate making his case before the voters, and the voters freely voting. Ball details how corporate interests silenced opposing views and manipulated laws to ensure their desired result, all while writing darkly about Trump and his “henchmen” attempting to steal the election and destroy our “democracy.”

Time and Molly Ball may not have intended it, but now the cat is out of the bag. So the next step of the political and media elites is to silence those who keep pointing out the abundant signs of voter fraud, claim that they’re “lying,” and that they have to be muzzled for the public good.

Hence the banning of Wayne Allyn Root, Jim Hoft, and Pamela Geller. But as of this writing, Molly Ball and Time still have their Twitter accounts. See, there is “manipulating or interfering in elections” and there is “manipulating or interfering in elections.” Twitter is fine with boasting about doing it for the Left. Twitter is not fine with people who oppose it pointing out that it was done.

It’s all reminiscent of an older charge that has been leveled against Pamela Geller: that of being an “Islamophobe.” When she would quote bloodthirsty Islamic jihadis justifying their actions by quoting the Koran, she—not the jihadis—was called an “Islamophobe.” Her words—not those of the Koran—were dismissed as “hate speech.”

It has all been a shell game from start to finish, and the game isn’t over. The Left has arrogated to itself the right to judge what can and cannot be said in the public square. The Hoft, Root, and Geller Twitter accounts are not the first casualties of their fascist suppression of dissent, and they won’t be the last. Freedom of speech? Pah! That is so 20th century. Don’t you want to join Molly Ball and Time in the brave new world, in which one saves democracy by destroying it? You may not ultimately have any choice, comrade.

Giuliani sued by Dominion Voting Systems for $1.3 billion

By Associated Press
Dominion Voting Systems filed a defamation lawsuit on Monday against Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who led the former president’s efforts to question the validity of the 2020 election.
The lawsuit seeks more than $1.3 billion in damages for the voting machine company, a target for conservatives who said it was part of a massive election fraud scheme, blaming it for Trump’s loss and alleging that its systems were easily manipulated.
Dominion’s lawsuit, filed in federal court in the District of Columbia, is among the first major signs of fallout for the former president’s allies and the ultimately unsuccessful effort to question the results of the 2020 election.
“For Dominion — whose business is producing and providing voting systems for elections — there are no accusations that could do more to damage Dominion’s business or to impugn Dominion’s integrity, ethics, honesty, and financial integrity,” the lawsuit says.

“Giuliani’s statements were calculated to — and did in fact — provoke outrage and cause Dominion enormous harm.”
The suit is based on statements Giuliani made on Twitter, in conservative media and during legislative hearings where the former mayor of New York claimed the voting machine company conspired to flip votes to President Joe Biden.
Dominion provided machines for the state of Georgia, the critical battleground that Biden won and which gave Democrats control of the U.S. Senate.
“Dominion brings this action to set the record straight, to vindicate the company’s rights under civil law, to recover compensatory and punitive damages, and to stand up for itself, its employees, and the electoral process,” the lawsuit read.
Giuliani did not respond to a reporter’s message seeking comment.
During an episode of Giuliani’s podcast, he charged that “Dominion had stolen the election ‘technologically,’” the lawsuit alleges, and warned listeners that cybercriminals could steal the titles to their homes online.
Dominion has also sued Powell, who claimed that the company was created in Venezuela to rig elections for the late leader Hugo Chavez and that it has the ability to switch votes.
The lawsuit also alleges Giuliani’s statements about Dominion and the election being stolen helped lead to the breach on Jan. 6 at the U.S. Capitol.
“Having been deceived by Giuliani and his allies into thinking that they were not criminals — but patriots ‘Defend(ing) the Republic’ from Dominion and its co-conspirators — they then bragged about their involvement in the crime on social media,” the lawsuit states.

So it begins! President Trump Banned from Twitter Permanently

The Leftist Tech Giants and their Democrat Socialist/Commie enablers may well find out what the founding fathers were getting at when they designed the First Amendment to the Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

They knew that when people are silenced and their views forced underground that violence would soon follow.
Free speech is how we blow off steam!
However, the fools now running wild in Big Tech are too young and too stupid to know what history has told us repeatedly.
From Breitbart:

Twitter Permanently Bans President Donald Trump

Twitter has permanently banned the account of the president of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
“After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence,” said Twitter in a statement.
Twitter previously removed a video from the president that called on his supporters to peacefully disperse and respect law an order, which the president posted less than an hour after reports that D.C.’s Capitol Hill was in the process of being stormed.
The president reiterated his condemnation of violence the next day.
This comes after Facebook and Instagram along with other big tech platforms indefinitely suspended the president’s access, cutting off a key line of communication between the president and the citizens of this country.
For more than four years, Breitbart News has reported on the rapidly increasing, undemocratic power of Silicon Valley companies, and their growing determination to interfere in the political affairs of the United States and other countries.

Most patriots still on Twitter like me (I am a small fry there) are losing followers by the hundreds (me, nearly 1,500 in the last few days) and thousands (James Woods, tens of thousands) literally overnight.
Surely Twitter is targeting us, but I suspect some of the loss has to do with the droves of people now leaving Twitter as Trump’s tweets were a magnet for them in the first place.
Driving Trump underground is sheer foolishness.

In one twenty-four period Twitter reduced my followers by 63,000.

The purge is on and unabashed in its ruthlessness.
Silencing voices is a sign of tyranny. The only sure truth about Twitter is that it is most decidedly not an unbiased “forum” for free speech.

Many patriots are moving to Parler, however news was bad there last night as the site was down entirely.  I don’t know if it is up today, but they may not last long:
From Engadget:

Apple and Google crack down on Parler after violent threats

Apple and Google have told the “free speech” social media app Parler that it must begin moderating its users content, following violence at the US Capitol this week. The app — a Twitter alternative popular among Donald Trump supporters and the far-right —  has faced renewed scrutiny for its role in the planning of the attacks. [What “planning?”  Where are the reports of “attack” planning?—ed].
On Friday, as pressure grew for Apple and Google to remove it from their stores, Google suspended Parler from the Play Store, citing “continued posting in the Parler app that seeks to incite ongoing violence in the U.S.”

More here.
Next, citing the (embarrassing to the Democrats) invasion of the Capitol on Wednesday, they will take away our right to assemble….
Gee where in history have we learned about these fascist and communist tactics to drive political opposition underground—places where it never went well.

DOJ says 3% of its email accounts compromised in Russian hack

By Eric Tucker, January 6, 2020:
WASHINGTON – The Justice Department said Wednesday that about 3% of its email accounts could be compromised as part of a massive breach of federal government agencies that U.S. officials have linked to Russia.
No classified systems are believed to have been affected, according to a statement from Justice Department spokesman Marc Raimondi. It did not identify to whom who the potentially compromised email accounts may belong.

PROOF: Desperate Cover-Ups Prove Criminal Conspiracy to Overthrow Election

“Where’s the proof?” the MSM collectively chants, while pocketing their “mockingbird” blood money. Well, now we’ve got plenty. In addition to the bounty of evidence the media continues to ignore, we now have the most helpful evidence to ever inform any investigation: sloppy cover-ups by the criminals themselves.
In a word, the “proof” can be found in the many disparate “cover-ups” surrounding Dominion voting machines.
One by one, every warehouse, every repository of impounded equipment containing proof of Dominion’s widely documented, top-down role in awarding states to Joe Biden fraudulently — is attacked, raided, or destroyed, along with the proverbial “paper trail” leading inexorably to justice for these most seedy of crooks: the men willing to sell out America, for money. Judas would blush. Benedict Arnold would marvel at the audacity.
Dominion’s own IT chief is a documented member of ANTIFA who was observed saying he’d fixed the election to ensure a loss by Pres. Donald J. Trump. Dominion’s own manuals promote the ability to change vote tallies after the fact, as a desirable feature of their software. Dominion training videos show company employees instructing poll workers in the means of cheating and switching votes.
There’s more. Every state where Dominion equipment was used reported mathematically IMPOSSIBLE vote surges 100% for Joe Biden all between 10 pm and 3 am, and all supplying the exact number of votes needed to break Trump’s sizable leads in those states. Still not convinced?
Then, consider that when polls closed, Trump led in every one of those states. What happened? Dominion happened. The witching hour struck, and “presto,” Dominion machines logged voodoo Biden landslides (with higher support than even Obama received in 2012) in every one of the states in question.
Moreover, in excess of half (greater than 60%) of precincts were “reporting” (that means “all done counting”) in each of those states when polls closed, making the bumps for Biden wholly impossible without accepting voter fraud as the explanation.
CLICK HERE FOR AN INFOGRAPHIC OF THE ELECTION RESULTS IN 4 SWING STATES.
For example, Michigan’s 100k+ votes for Biden at 3 am all came from Detroit precincts showing 0% of registered voters. This is in spite of counties needed to win the state all going for Trump in 2016, and all going for Trump in 2020 — with even higher turnout this year. But 100k votes from 0% of registered voters and all mail-in, and all for Biden and none for Trump logged on Dominion machines — and we are supposed to believe the blue-collar counties which turn the state blue or red suddenly don’t matter? “Nothing to see here”? “Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain; the great and powerful Oz has spoken.” Funny, the “wizard” of Oz was an old geezer with borderline dementia and a penchant for lying his ass off, too.
Dominion knows it is in deep water. But the smart(matic) move would’ve been to stay quiet, not give critics any more ammo, and make the FBI obtain subpoenas for every additional piece of incriminating evidence sought by Trump. Like an episode of “Columbo,” however, Dominion just couldn’t handle the heat, couldn’t take the stress. Dominion leadership just couldn’t keep their nerve. They made a “run” for it, so to speak, and in more ways than one.
Some examples include: Blowing up warehouses in Nashville, wiping the machines in Georgia in time for the runoff, moving its corporate offices multiple times and changing its DBA — all since the US election was concluded. In short, Dominion is engaged in a huge number of overt, in-our-faces, blatant cover-ups. But far from “covering” anything “up,” these actions signal desperation, and above all, prove Dominion is guilty.
Dominion might as well have signed a confession, and turned states evidence. Dominion’s actions arguably prove that its corporate officers, and by extension, the entire Democratic party / Biden machine, perpetrated massive and historic vote fraud on the American people.
In the animal kingdom, there are species that cannot see their prey unless the prey moves. If there is no flight, there is no dinner for some of nature’s predators. But like the quail in the Disney classic “Bambi,” who nervously exclaims, “I can’t take it! I can’t take it!” before flying into a hunter’s line of fire, Dominion was unable to wait out the inquest, to gracefully accept the discomfort of “hiding in plain sight.” In its efforts to conceal criminal conspiracy, Dominion has unwittingly made itself an easy target for Trump’s metaphorical “buckshot.” And Trump is taking aim.
Thanks Dominion, for confirming what we already knew: your company perpetrated an unparalleled, unprecedented, and historically unmatched criminal conspiracy against the American people to destroy their voice and steal their vote.
Smoking guns this obvious used to belong in a Woodward and Bernstein blockbuster. Too bad, since those schmucks sold out. Pamela Geller has all the moral high ground these days. Let’s hope her next book thoroughly unravels the mess that is the 2020 US presidential election.

Sidney Powell’s Election Fraud Case Before SCOTUS is a Gamechanger

Late Friday, Powell and her team filed a request with the U.S. Supreme Court, asking it to take up a case previously filed in a Detroit federal court, in the hopes the U.S. Supreme Court will take up their case before the Electoral College votes.

Sidney Powell’s team acknowledges in its filing it would be a rare move, they argue the court must act to prevent Biden from winning the Electoral College vote on Monday.

“The issues raised are weighty as they call into question who is the legitimate winner of the 2020 presidential election. These exceptional circumstances warrant the exercise of the Court’s discretionary powers,” the filing states in part.

Later, Powell and her team note, “once the electoral votes are cast, subsequent relief would be pointless.”

Team Trump must be allowed to have a fair hearing at the SCOTUS.

Why Sidney Powell’s case before the SCOTUS is a gamechanger

Everything up until now has been like the pre-game warmups for the judiciary. Now, it’s game time as Sidney Powell’s case heads to the Supreme Court.

By Noqreport, December 17, 2020
A week before Christmas, many Trump supporters have resigned themselves to the notion that this is their last holiday with a duly elected president in the Oval Office. Former Vice President Joe Biden is going to win, they think, because everyone from mainstream media to Big Tech has said it will be so. Even many in conservative media have thrown in the towel.
What the left and some on the right don’t want you to know is there’s still time to make things right. The Supreme Court verified that today by docketing attorney Sidney Powell’s case on voter fraud in Michigan. They do not take cases that have no potential of making a difference.

https://twitter.com/WW_NEWS_/status/1339612856455720960?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1339612856455720960%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fgellerreport.com%2F2020%2F12%2Fsidney-powells-election-fraud-case-before-scotus-is-a-gamechanger.html%2F

The answer lies in what Powell, many pundits, and I have said is the most important information the Supreme Court needs to hear. As “CulturalHusbandry” noted on Twitter, the lawsuit has the forensic audit.

This is what Powell has affectionately referred to as “The Kraken.” The information found on the Dominion Voting Systems servers details clear evidence of massive voter fraud, the type that is capable of flipping an election if allowed to proceed unimpeded. This audit shines a bright spotlight on what every contested state in the nation (and technically every state, period) should be addressing in a hurry, namely the technological side of 2020 election fraud.
With this information before the Supreme Court, we have an opportunity to see how they will treat complex vote-count manipulation issues. Unlike other cases, this one does not dwell on suspicious changes to election protocols or constitutional challenges to COVID-19 lockdown prompts. It deals with hard evidence, and the Supreme Court is much more likely to address an issue of blatant voter-count tampering than whether or not mail-in ballots are fair.
Many have lost faith in the Supreme Court because they declined to hear the last two cases, but those cases had challenges from the start. As I detailed in episodes of the NOQ Report before those ruling came down, I had zero confidence in either of them yielding fruit. The Kraken, on the other hand, will challenge the Supreme Court to make a decision on merits. Sidney Powell’s case has unambiguous merits, particularly as it pertains to Dominion Voting Systems.
