Supreme Court Takes Case With Major Implications For Trump, Jan. 6 Defendants

By The Daily Caller

The Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to hear a case with major implications for hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants, as well as former President Donald Trump’s indictment on charges stemming from alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

In a brief order, the justices agreed to hear a case stemming from Jan. 6 defendant Joseph Fischer’s request to dismiss a charge against him for obstructing an official proceeding. His case provides the Supreme Court an opportunity to rule on the scope of a statute, Section 1512(c)(2), which he argues has been used to charge hundreds of other defendants in an “unprecedented extension of the statute’s reach.”

“Hundreds of cases have been and will be affected by the scope of Section 1512(c)(2), including a case against the former President,” Fischer’s petition notes. “In addition, the use of Section 1512(c)(2) outside evidence impairment crimes is an extraordinary and unprecedented extension of the statute’s reach.”

The statute threatens to levy fines or up to 20 years in prison for anyone who “obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding.” Jan. 6 defendants, including Fischer, have been charged under Section 1512(c)(2) for obstructing Congress’s certification of President Joe Biden’s victory.

Trump also faces the obstruction charge in his indictment for alleged efforts to interfere with the 2020 election.

— Kyle Cheney (@kyledcheney) December 13, 2023

Fischer argues that the government seeks to sever the statute “from its legislative, historical, and textual moorings.”

“The D.C. Circuit’s expansion of Section 1512(c)(2) beyond evidence impairment to protests at the seat of government thus conflicts with the interpretations of other courts of appeal limiting the scope of the same statute,” Fischer’s attorneys wrote in a court filing.

Two other defendants, Edward Lang and Garrett Miller, also earlier asked the Supreme Court to dismiss obstruction charges against them.

Biden DOJ Taps Group Funded By Deep-Pocketed Left-Wing Orgs To Guide Gun Violence Reduction Efforts thumbnail

Biden DOJ Taps Group Funded By Deep-Pocketed Left-Wing Orgs To Guide Gun Violence Reduction Efforts

By The Daily Caller

  • President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice released a roadmap for addressing violent crime Monday based on priorities identified by the Council on Criminal Justice (CCJ), a think tank with ties to liberal nonprofits.
  • CCJ is funded by left-of-center charitable ventures like the Ford Foundation and Pew Charitable Trusts, groups that have supported embedding racial justice initiatives in the criminal justice system.

  • “Our policy task forces are established by our team, and funders have no opportunity to influence their findings or recommendations,” CCJ President Adam Gelb told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The Biden administration is utilizing a think tank funded by left-wing charitable foundations to guide its national gun violence reduction strategy.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) released its Violent Crime Reduction Roadmap Monday, a collection of resources meant to “assist local jurisdictions in developing, implementing, and evaluating the right set of strategies to prevent, intervene in, and respond to acts of community gun violence.” The DOJ said the strategies presented in the roadmap are based on a report produced by the “nonpartisan” Council on Criminal Justice (CCJ), a think tank that received around $3 million from left-of-center organizations like the Ford FoundationArnold VenturesThe Pew Charitable Trusts, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the Just Trust and the David Rockefeller Fund between 2020 and 2022, according to tax filings.

The DOJ produced the roadmap in response to what it called “substantial increases in community gun violence” occurring across the country.

While violent crime has declined modestly since the initial spike that followed the George Floyd-inspired racial justice movement, rates remain above pre-pandemic levels in many Democrat-run cities, according to a CCJ study.

Homicide rates remained 24% higher in 2023 than they were in 2019 across the 30 cities that reported data to CCJ. Some crimes, like motor vehicle theft and drug use, increased further in 2023 according to the study.

The DOJ roadmap is based on actions recommended by the CCJ such as heightened community engagementtargeted investments to reduce crime and implementing diversity initiatives in police forces to improve retention, among other things.

“As murder and other violent crimes spiked in 2021, we assembled a nonpartisan group of police leaders and community violence experts to examine what was driving the trend and how best to address it,” CCJ President Adam Gelb told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “They produced a comprehensive 10-point strategy for enforcement and prevention that can help reduce bloodshed in American communities.”

Some of the organizations that fund the CCJ promote initiatives to embed racial justice in the criminal justice system, shorten the amount of time criminals spend in jail and reduce the number of people put in jails after committing crimes.

“We are grateful for the support we have received from organizations and individuals across the ideological spectrum who are committed to evidence-based approaches to improving safety and justice,” Gelb told the DCNF. “Our policy task forces are established by our team, and funders have no opportunity to influence their findings or recommendations.”

A spokesperson for the MacArthur Foundation echoed the CCJ, telling the DCNF that it is “not involved in decisions or recommendations its experts make.”

Not all of the organizations that fund CCJ are liberal. CCJ received $185,000 in support from The Charles Koch Institute in 2021, which is generally seen as libertarian-leaning.

CCJ got at least $1.3 million from left-of-center sources in 2021, making up 20.3% of all grants received by the organization that year, according to its 2021 tax forms.

Some of the recommendations and resources offered in the DOJ’s report reflect the priorities of CCJ’s left-wing foundation donors.

One such resource provided by the DOJ was a 2023 report on improving retention for law enforcement agencies. The report recommends that law enforcement “recruit for diversity” and to “address diversity, equity and inclusion” to improve performance.

Specifically, the report advises agencies to commit to having 30% of their recruits be female by 2030, to “ensure the skill sets possessed by officers from diverse backgrounds are considered as part of the promotional process” and address policies “that may erect barriers to establishing a culture of equity and inclusion.”

The DOJ also recommends law enforcement “emphasize healing with trauma-informed approaches” to address violent crime, directing law enforcement agencies to the Health Alliance for Violence Intervention, a “network builds and connects violence intervention programs and promotes equity for victims of violence,” to help them achieve this action.

Health Alliance for Violence says “racism is a public health crisis and a root cause of community violence” and promises to work toward “enacting policies and practices that advance equity, eliminate structural racism, and return power and resources to people of color.”

The DOJ also touted the recent availability of grant funding to improve racial equity through prosecutorial reform. Some grants highlighted by the DOJ intended to help prosecutors “reduce crime and increase public safety” by developing tools to increase racial equity in the criminal justice process.

Not every recommendation issued by the DOJ had to do with racial justice or diversity.

The DOJ also recommended that law enforcement agencies “invest in anti-violence workforce development,” “engage key people with empathy and accountability” and “set aside funding for new stakeholders and strategies,” among other things.

CCJ’s funders have supported racial justice initiatives similar to those found in the DOJs roadmap.

Arnold Ventures, a for-profit philanthropy outfit and one of the largest funders of the CCJ, donated $175,075 to the Bail Project between 2018 and 2019, according to its grant database. It also  gave more than $2.3 million to CCJ between 2020 and 2024.

The Bail Project is a group that bonds people out of jail. The organization’s Indianapolis chapter bailed out a man with an extensive criminal history who went on to commit a homicide in 2021, Fox 59 reported.

Bail funds across the country have released individuals who later went on to commit violent crimes.

Arnold Ventures has also poured millions into other efforts promoting racial equity in the criminal justice system, according to its grant database.

The organization, for example, gave $512,500 to the University of Pittsburgh in 2022 to “support the advancement of racially equitable policies and practicies [sic] in prosecutors’ offices.” One of the grants Arnold Ventures gave to the CCJ was to aid it in “identifying reforms that can safely reduce incarceration and racial disparities.”

The Ford Foundation, another major supporter of the CCJ, has been working to reduce the number of people sent to prison in light of “the disproportionate and brutal impact of the criminal justice system on poor, Black and Latinx communities.” The foundation doesn’t focus on reducing the number of crimes committed but rather on reducing the number of convicts sentenced to prison, according to its website.

The Ford Foundation gave the CCJ $200,000 in 2021 “for research and communications … to simultaneously reduce racial and ethnic disparities and correctional populations,” according to the organization’s tax filing.

Pew Charitable Trusts, another of the CCJ’s backers, boasts about working on “reducing admissions to and the length of time people spend in jail” and “identifying and reforming policies and practices that contribute to disparities based on gender, race, class, ability, and ethnicity.”

The MacArthur Foundation, similarly, funded a program dedicated to reducing jail populations across the country by 50% by 2025. Cities that received funding to reduce their incarcerated populations saw significant increases in violent crime.

The DOJ, Pew Charitable Trusts, the David Rockefeller Fund, the Ford Foundation, Just Trust and Arnold Ventures did not respond to the DCNF’s requests for comment.

Biden Tells Donors Israel Must Change Its Government To Continue Receiving Global Support thumbnail

Biden Tells Donors Israel Must Change Its Government To Continue Receiving Global Support

By The Daily Caller

President Joe Biden warned during a Tuesday campaign reception Israel’s global support was waning, adding Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu must change his government, according to The Associated Press (AP).

After arguing Israel was losing support across the world because of its “indiscriminate bombing” of Gaza, Biden went on to criticize Israel’s war cabinet, according to The AP. Biden said Netanyahu seemed to understand the president’s warnings but not his war cabinet.

“Israel’s security can rest on the United States, but right now it has more than the United States. It has the European Union. It has Europe. It has most of the world supporting them,” Biden said at the campaign reception.

“They’re starting to lose that support by indiscriminate bombing that takes place,” the president added.

The president has been facing growing calls from within his own party and administration to call for a ceasefire. White House national security spokesperson John Kirby has continued to emphasize they believe calling for a ceasefire would only benefit the terrorist organization Hamas.

Since Hamas attacked Israel on Oct.7, Biden has remained committed to backing the country throughout their war. The president previously called for Hamas to be eliminated.

Allies of the president have previously warned Biden’s pro-Israel stance could cost him votes from young Democrats. A coalition of State Department staffers previously criticized the president for his stance while asking the White House to air it’s criticism of the Israeli government’s treatment of Palestinians that it normally would not share. White House interns wrote a letter to the president and Vice President Kamala Harris, urging the officials to call for a ceasefire in the conflict.

Following Biden’s criticism of the Israeli government and how they are carrying out their war with Hamas, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) shot back, The AP reported.

“We know to explain exactly how we operate with precision, based on intelligence, even when we are operating on the ground,” IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari said, per the outlet. “We know how to operate against the Hamas strongholds in such a way that best separates the uninvolved civilians from terrorism targets.”

Biden Admin Touted EV Charging Company To Support Climate Agenda. Now, Its Stock Is Tanking thumbnail

Biden Admin Touted EV Charging Company To Support Climate Agenda. Now, Its Stock Is Tanking

By The Daily Caller

The Biden administration held up the electric vehicle (EV) charging company ChargePoint to support the president’s climate agenda on several occasions. Now, the company is facing considerable economic and legal headwinds.

In February, the White House highlighted ChargePoint’s deals with other companies as proof that the administration’s “actions on EVs have spurred network operators to accelerate the buildout of coast-to-coast EV charging networks.” However, in the nearly ten months since, the company’s stock price has lost significant value, ChargePoint CEO Pasquale Romano has stepped down from his post and the company now faces a class action lawsuit.

The White House promoted ChargePoint’s partnership with Mercedes-Benz and MN8 Energy “to deploy over 400 charging hubs with more than 2,500 publicly accessible (direct current) fast charging ports across the U.S. and Canada,” as well as the company’s partnership with Volvo and Starbucks “to deploy 60 (direct current) fast chargers at up to 15 locations along the 1,350-mile pilot route between Seattle and Denver to be completed by summer 2023.” Additionally, the White House touted ChargePoint’s agreement with SMTC Corporation to expand charger manufacturing capacity in California.

Sen. Stabenow (D-MI): “I drove my electric vehicle from Michigan to here last weekend and went by every gas station and it didn’t matter how high it was.”

— Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) June 7, 2022

The White House also commended ChargePoint for “[investing] in equitable workforce development and [training] a diverse pipeline of  skilled workers to build our nation’s infrastructure” in a November 2022 press release focusing on examples of “major progress” made by President Joe Biden’s climate agenda. The administration also mentioned the company in several other press releases recapping positive developments in the EV charging industry, including the one from February.

ChargePoint operates the largest public network of EV charging stations in the U.S. as of August, according to Edmunds.

In August 2022, several months before the White House issued the February press release, Biden appointed Romano to the National Infrastructure Advisory Council, a group of private sector and state or local government officials tasked with advising Biden on how to best reduce risks to the nation’s critical infrastructure. Despite the appointment, Romano stepped down as CEO on Nov. 16, as did CFO Rex Jackson, according to Bloomberg News. Between the day before the announcement that Romano was leaving and the day after, the company’s stock lost nearly 40% of its value, according to data from Google Finance.

The company’s stock price peaked at $46.10 per share on Dec. 24, 2020, and it stood at $13.38 per share on Feb. 15, 2023, the most recent that the White House mentioned the company in writing. As of Tuesday, it is trading at around $2.24 per share, according to data from Google Finance. The share price is down by nearly 75% year-to-date.

The company’s third quarter financial filings also show the company’s revenue was 12% lower than it was in last year’s third quarter. ChargePoint posted a net loss of $158.2 million for the quarter, up from the $84.5 million the company lost during last year’s third quarter.

There is also a class action lawsuit against the firm, which alleges that the company and some of its top executives violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Specifically, the suit, which covers the time between June 1 and Nov. 16, alleges that the company’s share price became artificially inflated because of false and misleading statements made by company executives. The lawsuit alleges that the company was experiencing elevated component costs and supply overruns, factors that were likely to decrease the company’s profitability by forcing costly impairments.

The company’s supply chain issues ultimately forced it to announce a $42 million impairment, or reduction, to the value of its inventory in November, according to its third quarter filings.

“Based on recent investor interactions and multiple negative datapoints across the EV value chain, sentiment in the EV charging space has been muted and we are not surprised that ChargePoint F3Q (third-quarter) revenues would track below expectations,” JPMorgan analysts, led by Bill Peterson, wrote in a November investor note, according to Reuters. “However, the magnitude of the miss and the deceleration late in the quarter doesn’t bode well for near-term fundamentals for ChargePoint or the broader EV value chain in general, and EV charging specifically.”

ChargePoint’s story shares some characteristics with that of Li-Cycle, a battery recycling company with which the administration reached a conditional commitment for a $375 million loan package in February. Li-Cycle had cleared the Department of Energy’s (DOE) due diligence process while it was accused of defrauding its investors, and the company’s stock price has since tanked.

Charging infrastructure remains a key obstacle to the Biden administration’s wider EV agenda, which aims to have 50% of all new car sales be EVs by 2030. Most charging stations are densely concentrated in more densely-populated, coastal regions of the U.S., according to the DOE.

The Biden administration has set billions of dollars aside to help the EV industry build out a nationwide charging network. The administration has committed billions to subsidize EV manufacturing infrastructure, and also to provide consumer tax credits to increase the appeal of the pricier vehicles.

However, auto manufacturers are mostly losing considerable amounts of money on their EV product lines, consumer demand is not reaching projected levels and auto executives are backing off some of their short-term production targets.

The White House, ChargePoint and the DOE all did not respond immediately to requests for comment.

COP 28: Climate Campaigners Freaking Out thumbnail

COP 28: Climate Campaigners Freaking Out

By Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow

Climate campaigners from Al Gore and John Kerry, down to the oddest imported student radical, are freaking out over the draft final text as the climate talks in Dubai near their conclusion.

At issue is whether the “outcome” will call for the “phase out” of fossil fuels, or merely call for fossil fuel “reduction” and similar “weasel words.”

Either term will leave nations with tons of wiggle room to avoid, or delay, destroying their economies through energy starvation.

As veterans of the UN climate process since the whole shebang began, CFACT has seen this drama play out before.

The UN conference nears its end with no agreement in sight and goes into late night extra innings.

No matter what happens, the conference officials emerge bleary-eyed and proclaim a major victory, leaving it up to the rest of us to sort through what happened and figure it out.  Often, as is likely this time, the conference ends in de facto collapse.

“COP28 is now on the verge of complete failure,” Al Gore said Monday.    “This obsequious draft reads as if OPEC dictated it word for word. It is even worse than many had feared. It is ‘Of the Petrostates, By the Petrostates.”  Gore concluded.

OPEC, along with Russia and China, did in fact write the text.

“The fact that the  U.N. chose a petro-state, the United Arab Emirates, to host COP28 was  an ominous sign to begin with.” Wrote Michael Mann of debunked temperature hockey stick fame.  “The UAE’s appointment of a fossil  fuel executive, Sultan Al Jaber, to preside as COP28 president made  matters worse.”

CNN reports that, “The secretary-general of the oil-producing group OPEC, Haitham Al Ghais, called on members and allies last week to ‘proactively reject’ any language that targeted fossil fuels rather than emissions.  The letter, written before the latest draft was posted, noted the  previous option for a “fossil fuels phase out” and said it would be ‘unacceptable that politically motivated campaigns put our people’s  prosperity and future at risk.’”

The announcement at COP 28 that next year’s climate summit will be held in Azerbaijan, another oil producing state, has team climate up in arms.  Next year is Europe’s turn, but Russia vowed to veto any E.U. member nation as host in protest of E.U. support for Ukraine.  Azerbaijan is a former member of the Soviet bloc, but not a member of the E.U. or NATO and was acceptable to Moscow.

Soon we will find out how far climate campaigners will be able to reshape the COP 28 outcome in the waning minutes of the summit.

The actual choice will be between a text which gives Russia, China and OPEC clear language enabling them to keep their fossil fuels, or whether they will agree to simply lie about “phasing them out.”

It’s Time to Right the Unrightable Wrong thumbnail

It’s Time to Right the Unrightable Wrong

By Dr. Rich Swier

“Now I will tell you the answer to my question. It is this. The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power.” — George Orwell, 1984.

“The day the power of love overrules the love of power, the world will know peace.” ― Mahatma Gandhi

“The measure of a man is what he does with power.” ― Plato

“Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” — Lord John Emerich Edward Dalberg-Acton, 19th-century British historian.

As we the people approach the end of 2023 and look forward to 2024 it is time to right the unrightable wrongs done to us by those in power, from the school house to the White House.

The biggest and most pressing question of 2024 is who will have the power! We the people or our government.

This is the question that must be answered at the ballot box by we the people.

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024 we must answer with our vote the following questions:

  • Do we want a bigger and bigger government or not?
  • Do we want parents to have control of what their children learn in public schools?
  • Do we want control over the type of automobile we own?
  • Do we want to make more money in order to pay our mortgage, feed and cloth our family or not?
  • Do we want to have available the cheapest and most reliable sources or energy or not?
  • Do we want the right to speak freely or not?
  • Do we want a Constutional Republican form of government or not?
  • Do we want to choose our sex or believe in the science that there are only 2 genders, male and female?
  • Do want America to be great or do we want the swamp to control America?
  • Finally, do we want a president who loves America or that hates America?

If you want less government, control over your children’s education, the ability to choose your car, pay your mortgage, feed and cloth your family, use cheap reliable power, speak freely, restore our Constitutional Republican form or government, be a man and a woman, drain the swamp and have a president who truly loves American then your know what to do.

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024 use your vote to take back America and return power to the people.

We wish all of our readers a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

RED ALERT: Dangerous Legislation to Expand Surveillance on American Citizens

By Lyle J. Rapacki, Ph.D.

he march towards government control over the lives of every citizen in America continues with the proposed legislation mentioned below. Similar to the days of the colonists who brought the United States into reality in 1775, present-day citizens (colonists) better push back against every level politician; regardless if they are local, county or state and clearly national who does not measurably demonstrate their commitment to defending the Constitution, the Rule of Law, and the freedoms granted to the citizens of this exceptional nation. Push back against every politician who seeks office for their own agenda, rather than to serve and represent We The People. Do not regard the mere words of those already in public office or seeking such, but demand examples of their dedication to serve others first by demonstrating what they have already accomplished in their present sphere of influence.

Buried in the U.S. House Intelligence Committee’s Section 702 “reform” bill, which is scheduled for a floor vote today or tomorrow, is the biggest expansion of surveillance inside the United States and against citizens since the Patriot Act. The below link will provide a brief but clear example of this most intrusive act working its’ way into our lives unless killed!

The Global Elites and Uniparty club members are determined to bring down the sovereignty of the United States, and to push our nation into the global community, the New-World Order where national sovereignty is a thing of the past, as well as the freedoms Americans have enjoyed. Don’t read this and think you can do nothing. Pray…seek true wisdom and guidance as to what role YOU can take in keeping America “the shining city upon a hill” as President Reagan said in his farewell address in 1989.

Congress Stops NewsGuard thumbnail

Congress Stops NewsGuard

By The Geller Report

Radical, anti-American subversives have overtaken our most critical government agencies. It should chill every bone in the American body politic. In this instance, leftist destroyers blocked military recruitment ads on many conservative media outlets. Think about that.

Defense Bill Pushes Back Against NewsGuard, Woke Media Monitors

Pentagon dollars will not be allowed to be spent with ad agencies that use “misinformation” media monitors.

By Mark Swanson • NewsMax

House and Senate Armed Services committees last week concluded their negotiations on the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and House Republicans have won a significant victory opposing woke censorship programs that impact Pentagon recruiting.

The Democrat-led Senate has agreed with Johnson’s demand the annual defense spending bill not allow Pentagon dollars to be spent with ad agencies that use “misinformation” media monitors.

Left-wing groups such as NewsGuard and the Global Disinformation Index (GDI) have been used by major advertising agencies to block military recruitment ads on many conservative media outlets.

The new NDAA provision expressly prohibits any advertising agency the Defense Department contracts with from using services that engage in “determinations of misinformation.”

The new law would also require the Pentagon to inform the House and Senate Armed Services committees any time the recruitment division directly contracts with NewsGuard, GDI or a similar entity.

The provision had been first been offered as a House amendment to the defense bill by Rep. Rich McCormick, R-Ga., and Rep. Doug Lamborn, R-Colo.

“We are grateful to Speaker Johnson for his hard work to keep this amendment in the final language of the NDAA,” McCormick told Newsmax in a statement.

American Muslims for Palestine Director: A ‘Jewish Person or Christian Zionist’ is ‘Enemy Number One’

By Jihad Watch

AMP’s co-founder also created Students for Justice in Palestine.

The Biden administration was forced to condemn CAIR after its boss, Nihad Awad, who had a history of supporting Hamas, attended the American Muslims for Palestine conference and bragged about how happy he was about the Oct 7 attacks.

Awad claims that his remarks were taken “out of context.”

Now here’s Taher Herzallah, Outreach and Grassroots Organizing Director for AMP, talking about how Jewish people are the enemy. “Anybody who has any relationship or any support or identifies himself as a Jewish person or as a Christian Zionist then we shall not be their friend, I will tell you they are enemy number one and our community needs to recognize that.”

Meet @TaherHerzallah, Associate Director at @AMPalestine – an org dedicated to the destruction of Israel. He said this!

“Anybody who… identifies themself as a Jewish person or as a Christian Zionist… are enemy number one.”https://t.co/9PvIk3xqaS pic.twitter.com/aFiJpgx7EI

— Canary Mission (@canarymission) December 9, 2023

I’m guessing this one will also be described as “taken out of context.”

The AMP conference included Awad, Herzallah, and Hatem Bazian, the co-founder of Students for Justice in Palestine, as well as AMP, who pretty much single-handedly made antisemitism the norm on college campuses.

Also present were Lena Masri, CAIR’s Civil Rights Director, and Fatima Mohammed: whose deranged CUNY Law grad speech went viral.

See if you can spot the pattern here.

Taher Herzallah is just quoting the Koran.

“O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends with one another. He among you who taketh them for friends is one of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.” (Koran 5:51)

So this hatred of Jews or Christians didn’t emerge on Oct 7 or 1967, 1948 or during any recent period. It was always there. It’s just more out in the open now.

Argentina Returning to Free Market Capitalism! thumbnail

Argentina Returning to Free Market Capitalism!

By Geoff Ross

The nation of Argentina here in beautiful South America is just about bankrupt. After years of insane out of control socialist deficit spending the people of Argentina finally had enough of this tax payer fleecing.

So they elected a conservative libertarian capitalist entrepreneur as their president. His name President , considered as South Americas Donald Trump.

His first action was to announce massive spending cuts to get the out of control inflation under control.

The new Economy Minister Luis Caputo stated “there is no more money.”  Thus when president Zelensky of Ukraine recently visited Argentina, he was told to put his hands back in his pockets and look for handouts elsewhere.

The Argentinian government has now commenced spending cuts equivalent to 2.9% of its gross domestic product.

The socialists and the communists In Argentina will soon be cut off from their former government handouts and instead will now have to work for a living.

Also, massive cuts to Argentinian energy companies (who are also used to getting free tax payer money) they too will be cut from the handout loop saving another 0.5% of GDP.

Plus, massive tax payer reductions to the government transportation system will be implemented saving another 0.2%, according to the government’s estimates.

Much like Amtrak in the USA that fleece millions of dollars from us tax payers in the USA while providing a crappy service. Time to privatize.

President Milei’s economic advisers also stated they will eliminate half of the government ministries, like the do nothing ministry of education and commerce and labor, cutting tax payer cash transfers to provinces and totally suspending public works.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is praising this swift and decisive leadership thus ending the socialist sucking machine draining tax payer money from the citizens wallets of Argentina.

The IMF said – “Their decisive implementation will help stabilize the economy and set the basis for more sustainable and private-sector led growth,”

Inflation is climbing at more than 140% so it’s time to cut off the socialists from their free tax payer spending spree and block the out of control spending insanity for the sake of future generations.

In my opinion and don’t be surprised If President Milei totally scraps Argentines currency altogether, and replaces it with the U.S. dollar.

The Venezuelan Bolivar is also totally worthless after the Chavez/Maduro Communist dictatorship their decimated its economy and they too now only use U.S. dollars.

The United States is following the same inflationary out of control spending path as Venezuela. The President of Argentina saw the same thing happening to his country and has stepped in to make Argentina great again.

In November 2024 Trump will be re-elected and will block the Communist Socialist UniParty from destroying our free market capitalist republic here in North America. No doubt Trump will be making friends very quickly with President Milei.

Iran’s Implausible Deniability thumbnail

Iran’s Implausible Deniability

By Jay Mens

The terror state and its various proxy militias—including Hamas—are obviously acting in concert. Why won’t the U.S. admit it?

The Biden administration came into office with the pledge to take the U.S. off a “war footing” with Iran, which the incoming team said had characterized the term of its predecessor. “De-escalation,” as the administration called it, is the way we would achieve peace in the region. Tehran would not be held to account for its malign activities, whether they were conducted directly or through its extensive regional network of proxies. If anything, the Biden team telegraphed, Iran would be rewarded.

As recently as September, the administration was congratulating itself on its approach: “The Middle East region is quieter today than it has been in two decades,” National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan famously declared. The slaughter of at least 1,200 Israelis, and more than 30 Americans, at the hands of Iranian proxies has not made a dent in the administration’s worldview. On the contrary, the White House’s overriding concern over the last month has been to artificially distance Iran from the Oct. 7 massacre and the subsequent attacks on U.S. bases and personnel in the region.

The separation is absurd on its face. This year alone, before and after Oct. 7, there have been dozens of meetings, in Lebanon and Iran, between Hamas, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), and the Iranian command. These groups, in addition to the Houthis in Yemen, and a host of Iraqi Shiite militias all belong to what they call the “axis of resistance.” The axis is an Iranian creation: ideologically, financially, operationally, and strategically. Iran is the state power that undergirds this network of armed groups, providing them with funds, weapons, and guidance in the service of Iranian geopolitical interests. Tehran does not merely back these militias. To a huge degree, it controls them.

By obfuscating Iran’s role, the Biden administration is validating Tehran’s regional strategy, thereby shielding it against retaliation.

And yet, the administration has been at pains to deny Iran’s involvement in the Oct. 7 massacre, pushing back against a series of media reports that highlighted Iran’s role in the planning, training, and timing of the attack. The reports make clear that coordination between Iran and its so-called “joint operations room” in Lebanon (which includes Hamas, Hezbollah and PIJ) was constant, a fact made evident by the frequent visits to Beirut by top Iranian officials, especially Esmail Qaani, commander of the Revolutionary Guard’s (IRGC) Quds Force, in the months and weeks before Oct. 7. Hamas and PIJ leaders like Saleh al-Arouri and Ziad Nakhaleh, both of whom are based in Lebanon under Hezbollah’s protection, held regular meetings in Beirut and in Tehran with Hezbollah’s Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah and the Iranian leadership.

Since then, Tehran’s direct involvement has been even more visible. Qaani has been in Lebanon almost continuously since Oct. 8, overseeing the joint operations room. But none of that matters to the Biden administration. When asked about Iranian communication with Hezbollah during the ongoing attacks on Israel from south Lebanon, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said he wasn’t “aware of anything overt.” Apparently, the commander of the Quds Force camping out in Lebanon for the past month doesn’t count.

To justify this posture toward Iran, administration officials insist they are preventing a “broader regional escalation” which would encompass Iran and Hezbollah, and thereby draw in the U.S., endangering American personnel in the region. The problem is that, since Oct. 17, Iranian-controlled militias have conducted more than 60 attacks against U.S. bases in Iraq and Syria. At least 62 American soldiers have been injured in these attacks.

It should come as no surprise that the Iranians have primarily targeted American forces. Iran views Israel as an American proxy: Take away American backing and Israel collapses. Hence, while most observers have been focused on the possibility of Iranian action against Israel, Iran’s strategy has been to turn up the heat on the United States, in order achieve the objective of forcing a permanent cease-fire in Gaza. That would entail Hamas’ survival, and, consequently, a humiliating defeat for Israel. Iran also wants Washington to restrain Israeli action against Hezbollah, which is Tehran’s main point of leverage over Jerusalem.

It’s a risky proposition for Iran to target the U.S. itself. Regional proxies offer Iran a degree of separation. This façade—known as “plausible deniability”—allows Iran to wage cost-free proxy warfare. But for it to work, the U.S. must play along and subscribe to the fiction that Iran and the militias it arms, funds, and trains are totally distinct.

By obfuscating Iran’s role, the Biden administration is validating Tehran’s regional strategy, thereby shielding it and its key assets against retaliation. Hence, Washington has publicized its opposition to any Israeli “preemptive strike” against Hezbollah in Lebanon. President Biden has sent his special envoy, Amos Hochstein, to Israel and Lebanon to confirm that Beirut enjoyed an American protective umbrella. The administration also signaled that it would hold Israel responsible for any conflagration in the north, leaking that Israel was “trying to provoke” Hezbollah. Should that happen, the administration was hinting, Israel would be blamed for any subsequent attacks on U.S. assets…..

Newly Proposed Bill Plots A Novel Attack On Americans’ Gun Rights thumbnail

Newly Proposed Bill Plots A Novel Attack On Americans’ Gun Rights

By Katelynn Richardson

Independent Sen. Angus King of Maine and Democratic Sen. Martin Heinrich of New Mexico are taking a new approach to gun regulation with a recently introduced bill.

The senators positioned their Gas-Operated Semi-Automatic Firearms Exclusion (GOSAFE) Act, which was introduced in late November and would “regulate the sale, transfer, and manufacture of gas-operated semi-automatic weapons,” as regulations on “especially dangerous” mechanical features, according to the press release. The distinction allows them to pitch the legislation as a way to promote safety while also protecting constitutional rights to own a firearm for “self-defense, hunting, and sporting purposes,” but opponents of the bill say that it still infringes on the Second Amendment.

“Even if they were to pass the law, it’ll never pass constitutional muster, and it will be struck down,” Aidan Johnston, director of federal affairs for Gun Owners of America, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “These senators just need to leave our rights alone and let Americans defend themselves with modern self defense technologies.”

Under the GOSAFE Act, rifles and shotguns would be required to operate with 10 rounds or less and handguns with 15 or less, according to the bill. Magazines must be “permanently fixed,” restricting detachable magazines that cut down on loading time. (RELATED: Appeals Court Delivers Blow To New York Concealed Carry Law)

Senate Republicans blocked Democrats’ bid Wednesday to reintroduce the assault weapons ban passed in 1994, which expired after 10 years, and to pass universal background checks legislation. Heinrich, who voted against renewing late Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California’s assault weapons ban in 2013, said in an interview with the Associated Press this week that his intent with the latest legislation was to figure out how to create “a regulatory structure that is not focused on the individual firearm model, but the mechanical properties that make these things dangerous.”

“I focused on those mechanics rather than on cosmetic features that individuals or even manufacturers can quickly modify,” Heinrich explained during a press conference on his legislation Tuesday. “These mechanisms are what allow civilian mass shooters to walk into public spaces, destroy human life at an incredible pace, and sometimes even outgun law enforcement.”

Randy Kozuch, executive director of the National Rifle Association’s Institute for Legislative Action, said in a statement that the act bans “the very types of firearms and magazines most often utilized by Americans for defending themselves and their families.” (RELATED: The Supreme Court Is Taking Up Another Major Second Amendment Case. Here’s What You Need To Know)

“This bill unjustly and improperly places the full burden of the law on law-abiding residents, while doing nothing to take guns out of the hands of dangerous criminals,” Kozuch said.

“There is no path forward for legislation of this nature that would deprive law-abiding citizens the ability to lawfully possess the firearm of their choosing and the full spectrum of their Second Amendment rights,” Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Firearm Industry Trade Association (NSSF) Lawrence G. Keane said in a statement.

Democratic Sens. Mark Kelly of Arizona and Michael Bennet of Colorado are also co-sponsors of the bill.

Arizona Chamber Writes Biden Admin Warning About EPA Proposal thumbnail

Arizona Chamber Writes Biden Admin Warning About EPA Proposal

By Cameron Arcand

The Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry is one of the many organizations that signed a letter to the Biden administration asking them not to raise the standards for particulate matter.

The letter includes signatures from leaders all over the country, including many manufacturing, mining, and oil and gas associations, asking them not to implement the proposal that’s being looked into by the White House. The opponents say it could make certain projects harder to abide by environmental standards and have the potential to harm economic development.

“The undersigned state and regional associations representing sectors and industries across the U.S. economy urge you to maintain the existing National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate matter (PM2.5),” the letter states.

“This proposal could put nearly 40% of the U.S. population in areas of nonattainment, risking jobs and livelihoods across the nation and making it significantly more difficult to obtain permits to build new factories, bridges, and roads that will power our economic growth,” the letter continues. “Implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the CHIPS and Science Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act have the potential to infuse substantial investments into our states and communities, but all of that is now threatened by the permitting restrictions that would flow from this proposal.”

The Center Square reported in May that Phoenix could be one of the cities likely impacted by the proposed standard increase, as the city is already considered to be a “nonattainment” area for both PM10 and ozone, according to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality website.

“The best example: despite hosting some of the nation’s fastest population and economic growth over the past three decades, Arizona’s overall air quality has actually improved. We fear the EPA’s proposal to more stringently regulate fine particulates known as PM2.5 will create dubious public health and environmental benefits, but will cost jobs and hurt employers at a time they can least afford it. This EPA plan needs to return to the drawing board,” Danny Seiden, president and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, told The Center Square in a statement at the time.

Even though they oppose the possible increase, the signers of the letter told Jeff Zients, who is the White House Chief of Staff, that they want to keep the current standards.

“We strongly encourage your administration to maintain the existing standards, which will ensure that we remain among the countries with the cleanest air in the world while also supporting much-needed economic growth,” the letter states.

By Dr. Rich Swier

Ruby Chen, whose son Itay is a reservist missing since the militant group’s October 7 attacks on Israel, said a number of the families of American hostages were in Washington, D.C., this week, and had reached out to the White House asking to attend the reception

The Biden White House declined to invited these families.

There are still seven American men and one woman unaccounted for since the Israel-Hamas war began, according to the White House. Four Americans – a 4-year-old girl and three women – have been released.

Democrats don’t care.

They steal.

Stolen elections are now common practice (with no recourse for the American people) but it will be fun watching Democrat criminals cheat out in the open, scrambling  to cover Trump’s overwhelming numbers on election night 2024.

Trump has expanded his lead to 51% first-choice support among likely Iowa caucusgoers, per an NBC News/Des Moines Register/Mediacom poll.

It’s the biggest recorded lead this close to a competitive GOP caucus in the poll’s history.

When a Sportswoman Dies at the Hands of a Male-Born Trans Athlete, Will Congress STILL Call Me a “Transphobe”? thumbnail

When a Sportswoman Dies at the Hands of a Male-Born Trans Athlete, Will Congress STILL Call Me a “Transphobe”?

By Riley Gaines

When someone resorts to name-calling, it’s usually because they know they’re fighting a losing battle.

They childishly attack their opponent, rather than trying to argue with clear facts.

But to witness – and be the target of – such low-level mudslinging in Congress, the beating heart of American democracy, was especially shocking.

At a committee hearing on the impact of male inclusion in women’s sports earlier this week, Democratic ‘Squad’ member Summer Lee launched an extraordinary preemptive attack in her opening remarks.

‘We’re likely to be forced to listen to transphobic bigotry,’ she warned nonchalantly as if her one-sided opinion was indisputable truth.

I was appalled.

How dare a sitting member of Congress trash as hateful bigots those who had come to speak about their own experiences and stand up for women’s rights – despite the grave risk of death threats and physical violence.

And so, when I was eventually allowed to talk, I responded.

If I was ‘transphobic’, then Lee’s opening monologue – defending the right of male-born individuals to compete in and take women’s sporting titles –made her a ‘misogynist’.

It was a quick quip in self-defense, but it is also painfully true.

Lee and the rest of the Democrats in the room went into a tailspin.

She dramatically stopped the hearing and demanded my response be struck from the record – typical of the one-way censorship demanded by trans extremists.

As well as excluding us from our own sports, must women now also be erased from the debate entirely?

Thankfully, Lee’s request was unsuccessful. Congressional records still show she is a misogynist.

How has it come to this?

Why is it more politically expedient for those on the Left to prioritize the whims of the trans lobby – a tiny but vocal minority – over the rights of millions of women and girls in every arena from sports to safety in prisons, domestic violence shelters, changing rooms and health settings.

Far too few are willing to take a public stance. I don’t blame people. The daily harassment I have received since I first started speaking out against trans swimmer Lia Thomas in earlier 2022 has been tough to weather.

But I refuse to stay silent. I’ve shelved plans to become a dentist and have instead committed myself to defending women for as long as it requires.

Though why, you might fairly ask, should it take a 23-year-old woman to hold our leaders to account when so much is at stake?

Why, for instance, isn’t the world joining in round condemnation of that shocking cycling podium this week?

Two males – Tessa Johnson and Evelyn Williamson – unashamedly masculine and standing proudly in first and second place of the women’s Single Speed category at the Illinois State Cyclocross Championships on Sunday.

The only female on the podium won bronze.

Is this what the feminist movement fought for?

Because two males atop a women’s podium seem to me like the perfect embodiment of the oppressive patriarchy that leftists love to scream about.

What hope is there for young sportswomen – like I once was – who have spent their whole lives training tirelessly, missing social events, eating carefully, paining for success within a tiny window of opportunity?

How can their mothers and grandmothers look them in the eye and tell them truthfully that hard work pays off?

Many people will know my story by now, tying at the NCAA Championships last year with 6’4′ Thomas, who had swum three years prior on a men’s team.

I was denied the trophy and told it was crucial that Thomas be seen holding it in front of the cameras. Despite achieving the exact same time, I had to go home empty handed.

Would I have sacrificed so much had I known that my success would be so cruelly snatched from me? Absolutely not.

But this isn’t just about unfairness, it’s about a grave danger to women’s safety.

In non-contact sports like swimming – as with much of cycling – competitors remain in their own lanes, posing little risk to each other. Perhaps that’s what makes it so easy for hardliners like Rep. Lee to sneer at my Congressional testimony.

But what about contact sports?

Already, the troubling headlines are trickling in.

In 2021, footage of trans MMA fighter Alana McLaughlin holding Celine Provost in a chokehold, Provost’s blood smeared on the floor, shocked the world.

In 2022, 18-year-old Payton McNabb suffered debilitating head and neck injuries after a trans student hit her in the face during a volleyball game in North Carolina.

More than a year later, McNabb is still recovering – suffering impaired vision and partial paralysis.

When will it be enough?

How many female athletes must suffer at the hands of biological males? If injuries like McNabb’s won’t stop this forward march of insanity in its tracks, must we – God forbid – suffer a death for our cause to be heard?

In less than a month we will once again be in an Olympics year. And as we look to Paris in July, I am in no doubt that we will bear witness to many more trans athletes like Laurel Hubbard – the New Zealand weightlifter who competed in a women’s category at the delayed Tokyo 2020 games – taking the places and podiums of real women.

All polling shows an overwhelming silent majority understands and sees this madness for what it is.

My appeal to women everywhere is that silence now means complicity. It is time we all called out the misogynists.

Meta Will Censor Adult Detransitioners but Not Pornographic Content for Minors thumbnail

Meta Will Censor Adult Detransitioners but Not Pornographic Content for Minors

By Family Research Council

In September, detransitioner Chloe Cole, widely known for her testimony about the dangers of transgender operations, was censored on Instagram so that her content would not appear to non-followers in any capacity. As the warning she received stated, “Your account and content won’t appear in places like Explore, Search, Suggested Users, Reels, and Feed Recommendations.”

For several years, conservatives have been skeptical of censorship from social media platforms, of which Cole is the most recent victim. In a 2020 Pew Research poll, results showed most Americans share this concern. Out of 4,708 U.S. adults, the survey stated “roughly three-quarters of U.S. adults say it is very (37%) or somewhat (36%) likely that social media sites intentionally censor political viewpoints that they find objectionable. Just 25% believe this is not likely the case.”

While Republicans remain the most skeptical about social media censorship, other concerns are making their way to court. Investigators in New Mexico filed a lawsuit after they created minor profiles on Facebook and Instagram that were, as the suit stated, “exposed to nudity, pornographic videos, and sexually suggestive images of young girls.” Additionally, as The Epoch Times reported, when the investigators used the fake profiles to report pornographic videos sent to it, Meta “said it investigated and found no violation of its community standards.”

Additionally, “Meta also offered the profile a professional account, which would enable her to make money. Meta would provide information on her audience, which was largely male and adult.” Although, its not just the New Mexico investigators that are showing concern.

A bipartisan letter addressed to Mark Zuckerburg, CEO of Meta, from the United States Senate disclosed “deep concerns about Meta’s apparent failure to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), as alleged in a recently unsealed complaint filed by 33 states against [the] company.” The letter detailed the ways in which “Meta has not even tried to obtain informed parental consent to continue collecting data on those kids — in direct violation of COPPA.”

COPPA is the only online federal privacy law for children, and the states’ complaints emphasized in the letter are based on substantial evidence that Meta has and continues to violate it. The letter concluded, “Meta’s goal here is clear: To do everything in its power to avoid gaining actual knowledge — or, at least, create the perception that it never gained actual knowledge — that a user is a child. In so doing, Meta sought both to continue monetizing that child’s account and establish a lucrative, long-term relationship with them.”

Chris Gacek, senior fellow for Regulatory Affairs at Family Research Council, commented to The Washington Stand, “It’s almost beyond imagining that” Meta is not aware of the exploitation of minors occurring on its platforms. He explained how, in the last couple years, Elon Musk has managed to take control of Twitter (now X) and clean up a fair amount of the obscenity that was on the app. As far as Gacek is concerned, if Musk is accomplishing this, Meta could do the same. “They can clean this up if they want to,” he said. “So if it’s there, they want it to be there.”

Gacek noted that part of Meta’s indifference about these accounts and the explicit content is because it’s a “mechanism by which they’re making money.” But there is also “this sort of an ideological contour map,” he added, that can contribute even more to the equation. As Gacek put it, what this investigation seems to navigate is that “Chloe Cole can’t be seen, but the pervs can.”

He concluded, “There [could be] hundreds of millions of people watching” or coming across “this stuff, right? I can’t believe there aren’t more people reporting these things.”

‘It’s “Me Too” Unless You Are a Jew’: Why Won’t Women’s Groups Condemn Hamas’s Rapes? thumbnail

‘It’s “Me Too” Unless You Are a Jew’: Why Won’t Women’s Groups Condemn Hamas’s Rapes?

By Family Research Council

Why won’t so-called “women’s groups” condemn Hamas terrorists for raping Israeli women on October 7? This is what a growing number of people are asking, including Former Miss World and Miss Israel 1998, Linor Abargil, who gave a very moving and emotional speech before the United Nations on December 4.

Abargil appeared on Fox News’s “America’s Newsroom” on Thursday. She said, “It’s ‘Me Too’ unless you are a Jew.” She observed, “It’s not about political, it’s not about ‘Free Palestine, it’s not about which side you’re on on the map: to use rape as an act of war is unbearable. I mean, what happened to humanity?” She then became very emotional and had to take a moment to compose herself before she shared:

“One of my friends… told me a story about this young woman — that he saw a video of her — she was raped by three Hamas people, one after another raped her. . .Screaming they beat her, spit at her, they then butchered her, and one of them took her cell phone and just send everything to her mother. Her scream just haunts my friend every night he’s tried to sleep. And her screaming should be out there for all the world to shout out for this girl that is not here to shout herself. But instead, all of the organizations are just silent. …I mean, I’m telling you, I’m just speechless.”

In the second hour of Thursday’s program, Dana Perino interviewed Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) who also called out the women’s groups that are usually her political allies. They include Emily’s List, Democratic Women’s Caucus, Women’s March, I Stand With Her, and American Association of University Women.

Gillibrand said, “When I saw the list at the U.N., I couldn’t believe it. I was so aghast, I was so furious. I don’t understand how we cannot have solidarity amongst all women in the United States and globally — that using rape as a weapon of war is unacceptable. It has to be condemned. The fact that the U.N. has not called Hamas a terrorist organization and condemn[ed] the horrific violence on October 7 is unacceptable. And they’re not even enforcing international law.”

She went on to say, “I think women’s rights groups in the United States should care deeply about women around the globe and should not turn a blind eye. They should not keep their head in the sand. They have a moral responsibility to have moral clarity…”

Perino asked Gillibrand if she watched the video of the October 7 massacre that the Israeli government provided for Congress to watch. She responded, “I did. It’s unspeakable. The horrific acts that were committed in the most heinous and evil ways you can imagine: beheadings, dismemberments, mass rapes, shooting of babies and children. It’s something that should never, ever happen. And it has to be called out not only by the U.N. but by the world community. … They did not show us the victims of rape, and they did not show us the videos of rapes happening because they thought it was too horrific for Congress to see, but we should see it. And these films and these photographs should be made public because the world has to condemn this…”

Abargil’s and Gillibrand’s emotional pleas stand in stark contrast to the cold words of Congressional Progressive Caucus Chairwoman Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday, December 3. When CNN host, Dana Bash, asked her why women’s groups are “downright silent” about Hamas raping and mutilating Jewish women on October 7, Jayapal shockingly downplayed Hamas’s evil acts, continually trying to compare those acts to Israel’s justifiable right to defend itself.

Bash said, “With respect, I was just trying to talk about the women, and you turned it back to Israel. I’m asking you about Hamas…”

Jayapal interrupted, “I already answered your question, Dana, I said it’s horrific. I think that rape is horrific — sexual assault is horrific. I think it’s horrific. I think that it happens in war situations. Terrorist organizations like Hamas obviously are using these as tools. However, I think we have to be balanced about bringing in the outrages against Palestinians…”

Bash pointed out, “And it’s horrible, but you don’t see Israeli soldiers raping Palestinian women.” To which Jayapal responded, “Well, Dana, I don’t want this to be the hierarchy of oppressions…”

Although U.N. Women finally condemned Hamas on December 1 (almost two months after the October 7 attack), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is still pleading with groups such as the United Nation’s own World Health Organization and women’s groups around the world to be vocal advocates for the many Israeli women and girls that were raped on October 7 (and for the hostages that likely continue to be abused). He said, “I heard heartbreaking stories of abuse. I heard, as you have heard, about sexual abuse and unprecedented cases of cruel rape.”

He then asked, “Did you remain silent because it was Jewish women? … I say to the women’s rights organizations, to the human rights organizations, you’ve heard of the rape of Israeli women, horrible atrocities, sexual mutilation? Where the hell are you? I expect all civilized leaders, governments, nations to speak up against this atrocity.”

Family Research Council’s Senior Fellow for Education Studies, Meg Kilgannon, is not surprised by women’s groups’ lack of attention to this horrific issue. She told The Washington Stand, “National women’s groups have been part and parcel of the Democratic Party for years. For women who pay attention, we know that these groups will never represent our values or the real interests of women. The example of excusing depraved behaviors of terrorists is just another of many ways the leaders of women’s groups serve the interest of progressive and authoritarian men.”

FRC’s Director of the Center for Human Dignity, Mary Szoch, agreed and added, “The terroristic actions of Hamas are pure evil and should be denounced by everyone — especially those claiming to speak for women. Failure to speak out against members of Hamas raping Jewish women is inexcusable.”

Israel Targets Hamas Commanders as Terror Group’s Atrocities Are Exposed thumbnail

Israel Targets Hamas Commanders as Terror Group’s Atrocities Are Exposed

Israeli forces surrounded the house of Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar in southern Gaza on Wednesday, demonstrating just how quickly they have advanced southward. “Our forces can reach anywhere in the Gaza Strip,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said.

The war is still far from over, with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant predicting two more months of major fighting, followed by “mop up” operations to “tak[e] out pockets of terrorist resistance.” But Israeli leaders “definitely feel that they’re racing against that clock because that pressure is mounting from all around the world,” even as further evidence of Hamas’s atrocities emerge, veteran war correspondent Chuck Holton said Thursday on “Washington Watch.”

The Israeli military is scoring military victories both high and low. Israel has begun flooding Hamas’s tunnel network in northern Gaza with seawater, with the dual aim of destroying military equipment and forcing Hamas fighters to come to the surface, Holton explained. So far, it has proved “a fairly effective strategy,” and the Israel Defense Force (IDF) is “taking prisoner many Hamas fighters who are giving themselves up,” he said.

By late November, the IDF had killed five senior Hamas military leaders, about half of the 11 depicted in a photo taken from a tunnel in northern Gaza. The IDF also believes it has “significantly degraded” at least 10 out of an estimated 24 Hamas battalions (of 1,000 or more fighters each) “by taking out midlevel commanders,” The Wall Street Journal reported.

“When they say they’re going to take out Hamas, … what they are planning to do is just destroy any infrastructure that could be used for military purposes, and to kill the leadership of Hamas and replace them with something that’s a little bit friendlier,” Holton explained.

The problem is, the IDF is finding that “the whole of Gaza has been militarized in some way, shape, or form,” said Holton. “The whole of Gaza is not a bunch of civilians in cities, with some military things sprinkled around there. It’s actually a giant military base with 2.5 million civilians living in it.” This means that, “in order to destroy Hamas’s capability to make war, … they may have to just raze the whole thing and start over. And obviously that would take a much, much longer campaign to accomplish.”

But Israel needs to achieve victory as soon as possible, said Family Research Council President Tony Perkins, host of “Washington Watch.” He pointed out, “you have the international community and the United Nations repeatedly saying we need a humanitarian ceasefire, which is essentially another name for allowing Hamas to regroup.” The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres took the extraordinary step of forcing the Security Council to vote on an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. The U.S. vetoed the resolution on Friday afternoon, with 13 out of 15 members voting for the measure and the U.K. abstaining.

“Definitely, they feel that they’re racing against that clock because that pressure is mounting from all around the world,” Holton agreed.

“Also, the Biden administration is really starting to show its true face,” he added. “At the beginning, they were standing up and saying, ‘We stand with Israel, they have the right to defend themselves.’ And now they’re saying, ‘Israel, you cannot take longer than the first week of January to complete this.’ ‘We will not allow you to replace the government in Gaza with anything other than Palestinian people,’ etc., etc.”

On the other hand, “the Israeli leadership is saying, ‘Well, there’s one other group of people that has more power over us than you do. That’s our own electorate.’ And the voters here in Israel are saying, ‘Absolutely not. We are not going to put up with more Palestinian Authority in Gaza or anywhere else,’” said Holton. “Israel knows that the Israeli people are not going to let up the pressure on their own politicians until they accomplish this mission.”

“I would think, if I were in Israel, there is only one thing to do. That is, to eliminate this threat,” said Perkins. “As [the hostages] come back and discuss their treatment, and [as] more and more information comes out about what happened on October 7 — the atrocities, the brutality, just demonic activity.”

“They’re hoping to be able to free more of those hostages,” Holton offered. “They found out some absolutely terrible things from the hostages that were released during the ceasefire last week. And that is, that the vast majority of those women were raped, some of them many, many times, even while the bombs were falling around them, … and even some of the men.”

As Perkins met with members of Congress on Capitol Hill this week, he said he witnessed “many of them brought to tears by the reports that they got.” Members of Congress have screened a 43-minute video that features uncut footage of the events on October 7, taken either from surveillance cameras or by Hamas militants.

“Killing the leadership of Hamas as quickly as possible is [Israel’s] quickest route to some sort of victory that they can claim,” said Holton. “And the pressure that they’re putting on the civilian population is … actually helping the IDF, because now the civilian population is starting to understand that, if Hamas would just give themselves up and lay down their weapons, all of their suffering could end. And they’re starting to blame Hamas — rightly so — [rather] than to blame the Israelis.”

Hamas Vows ‘Worse and Greater’ Islamic Attacks, Threatens Hostages Will Be ‘Executed’ Unless Their Demands Are Met

By The Geller Report

They won’t kill the hostages. That would be a mercy.

They will keep them for years just as the jihadis kept Gilad Shalit.

And the female captives? You don’t want to know.

Hamas must be destroyed. End of story.

Hamas vows to carry out ‘worse and greater’ terror attacks on Israeli civilians in chilling new threat after warning hostages will be executed unless their demands are met

By: Daily Mail. December 11, 2023:

Hamas has vowed to conduct ‘additional terror attacks’ against Israeli civilians, with the terrorist group warning that ‘what is coming is worse and greater’ in a chilling new threat.

Abu Obeida, spokesman for Hamas’s armed wing, threatened to kill more civilians on Israeli soil – more than two months after the terrorists rampaged across southern Israel and killed 1,200 people as they fled a music festival or their homes.

Obeida, referencing a shooting attack conducted by two Hamas gunmen on a bus stop in Jerusalem on November 30, said ‘what is coming is worse and greater’.

Three Israeli civilians – a woman in her 20s, a woman in her 60s and a 74-year-old rabbi – were killed in the attack at the bus stop during rush hour.

Security camera footage showed a white car stopping beside the crowded bus stop, before two Hamas gunmen stepped out and charged at the commuters. Within minutes, off-duty soldiers and an armed civilian shot dead the two terrorists.

Obeida’s vow that ‘what is coming is worse and greater’ comes after he warned Israeli hostages will be executed unless Israel meets Hamas’s demands.
