After several reprieves the Biden Administration finally ended Title 42 on My 11, 2023.
Just about a year ago as the end of Title 42 appeared imminent I wrote an article worth revisiting: Title 42 and Chaos on the Border
In that article, among other issues I provided information that appeared in a Judicial Watch report about how NGO (Non Government Organizations) were reaping huge government contracts to provide services of unknown millions of illegal aliens, calling into question the notion of referring to NGOs as “Nonprofits.”
The actions and policies of the Biden administration that pertain to immigration are utterly impossible to comprehend.
Our immigration laws, contrary to the lies of the globalists and Radical Leftists, have nothing to do with race, religion, ethnicity or bigotry and xenophobia but about protecting public health, national security, public safety and the jobs and wages of American and lawful alien workers.
A review of 8 U.S. Code § 1182 (Inadmissible aliens).will make the purpose, importance and reasonableness of our nation’s immigration laws crystal clear.
The enforcement and administration of our nation’s immigration laws profoundly impacts nearly every challenge and threat America and Americans face in this especially dangerous era beginning with national security and public safety.
My recent article addressed my concerns about how the Biden administration’s immigration policies are great exacerbating the threats America faces from foreign terrorist organizations, particularly since the disastrous U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. The primary shared mission of the military services of the united States is to keep America’s enemies as far from our shores as possible. Up close and in persons, that vital mission falls to the Coastguard, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony, was convened in the wake of the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 to identify the vulnerabilities that the 19 hijacker/terrorist exploited in order to enter the united States to carry out their deadly attacks to make certain that those vulnerabilities were addressed to prevent future such attacks.
The 9/11 Commission looked back to the decade leading up to the 9/11 terror attacks to try to leave no stone unturned.
The Commission determined that in each case multiple failures of the immigration system enabled international terrorist to easily enter the united States on multiple occasions utilizing a number of ploys and were subsequently able to “hide in plain sight” by acquiring false or altered identity documents such s driver’s licenses and committing immigration fraud as they went about their deadly preparations.
There were opportunities for intelligence and law enforcement to exploit al Qaeda’s travel vulnerabilities. Considered collectively, the 9/11 hijackers
• included known al Qaeda operatives who could have been watchlisted;
• presented passports manipulated in a fraudulent manner;
• presented passports with suspicious indicators of extremism;
• made detectable false statements on visa applications;
• made false statements to border officials to gain entry into the United States; and
• violated immigration laws while in the United States.
Neither the State Department’s consular officers nor the Immigration and Naturalization Service’s inspectors and agents were ever considered full partners in a national counterterrorism effort. Protecting borders was not a national security issue before 9/11.
The attorneys and federal agents who were assigned to the 9/11 Commission staff produced an official report, 9/11 and Terrorist Travel – Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States.
This report focused specifically on the ability of the terrorists to travel around the world, enter the United States and ultimately embed themselves in the United States as they went about their deadly preparations and carry out an attack. The preface of this report begins with the following paragraph:
It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.
Page 61 contained this passage:
Exploring the Link between Human Smugglers and Terrorists
In July 2001, the CIA warned of a possible link between human smugglers and terrorist groups, including Hamas, Hezbollah, and Egyptian Islamic Jihad.149 Indeed, there is evidence to suggest that since 1999 human smugglers have facilitated the travel of terrorists associated with more than a dozen extremist groups.150 With their global reach and connections to fraudulent document vendors and corrupt government officials, human smugglers clearly have the “credentials” necessary to aid terrorist travel.
This paragraph is found on page 98 under the title “Immigration Benefits:”
Terrorists in the 1990s, as well as the September 11 hijackers, needed to find a way to stay in or embed themselves in the United States if their operational plans were to come to fruition. As already discussed, this could be accomplished legally by marrying an American citizen, achieving temporary worker status, or applying for asylum after entering. In many cases, the act of filing for an immigration benefit sufficed to permit the alien to remain in the country until the petition was adjudicated. Terrorists were free to conduct surveillance, coordinate operations, obtain and receive funding, go to school and learn English, make contacts in the United States, acquire necessary materials, and execute an attack.
Alejandro Mayorkas is the chief architect of the Biden Administration’s immigration policies and played a similarly major role when he served the Obama administration including the creation of DACA (Deferred Action, Childhood Arrivals).
Putting Mayorkas in charge of DHS is the equivalent of putting an arsonist in charge of the fire department!
Therefore it could be said that the termination of title 42 by the Biden administration is the metaphorical equivalent of pouring an accelerant onto a raging fire!
Aliens whose identities cannot be determined or verified are being released into the United States with no regard as their actual backgrounds or potential links to criminal or terrorist organizations.
Many of these aliens have not even been given any paperwork by DHS and those aliens who have hearing dates will not be required to show up in immigration court form many years. At present, such aliens in New York City are getting hearing dates that are more than ten years from now.
As the human tsunami of aliens growing by the day, it is likely that it won’t be long before hearing dates will stretch even further into the future.
Now I as you to consider the quote I provided previously from the 9/11 Commission Staff Report on Terrorist Travel:
In many cases, the act of filing for an immigration benefit sufficed to permit the alien to remain in the country until the petition was adjudicated. Terrorists were free to conduct surveillance, coordinate operations, obtain and receive funding, go to school and learn English, make contacts in the United States, acquire necessary materials, and execute an attack.
Terrorists will have a decade or longer to hide in plain sight as they prepare deadly terror attacks.
In this deadly game of “Hide and Seek” those who seek our demise won’t have to make much of an effort to hide because without meaningful interior enforcement, exacerbated by insane “sanctuary” policies of Radical Leftist mayors and governors there are no resources to enforce our immigration laws. (Not that Biden or Mayorkas would actually enforce our immigration laws.).
Furthermore, I have yet to hear leaders in the Republican Party call for ramping up interior enforcement- all they want to focus on is the Borer Patrol, whose mission ends when alien move from the borders of the United States to the interior of the United States.
Additionally, while the media focuses on the Southern Border, in reality, liens and contraband flow into the United States along our northern border, and along our nation’s 95,000 miles of coastline. Aliens, including criminals and terrorists also enter through America’s international airports. This was, in fact, one of the major findings of the 9/11 Commission.
Here is something for you to contemplate. Law enforcement officers who are involved in a shooting, doctors who are accused of making serious or deadly mistakes, motorists who are involved in serious accidents, airline pilots who are involved in a crash or serious mishaps all face thorough investigations and the potential for serious- perhaps life-altering consequences. They may lose their jobs, and or their licenses, they may be sued and they may even face criminal prosecutions and lengthy jail sentences.
Politicians, however are almost never held accountable for their decisions even when people, frequently, many people, lose their lives as a direct result of the decisions blithely made by our political elite with impunity and utter contempt for We the People.
This is hardly consistent with President Lincoln’s aspirational view of the government of the United States as being purportedly, “Of the People, by the People and for the People.”

The Dappermarkt is a famous market, with a long history, where all sorts of products are being exchanged from hand to hand. There is delicious food, there are clothes, there are flowers. And more. Of course, you have to be smart and inspect the quality, for not everything meets the highest standards..
The market is cheered by the Left. They see it as the beauty of multiculturalism. But this is not Utopia! There are indeed merchants and visitors from many different backgrounds mingling in the busy street, but beneath the surface there is friction. There is hatred.
Multiculturalism is rooted in the belief that all cultures are equal. But this isn’t true. Western culture can be far superior to African or Middle-Eastern culture.
Through the years, I have seen the Dappermarkt change. More and more Muslim merchants take over the market places of the native Dutch. This doesn’t make me happy.
I want to warn my readers in the United States, that if there are no politicians standing up for Western culture, then the Nazis will fill the void. The Nazis push the Replacement Theory, in which White people are being replaced by other races on purpose. The Nazis blame the Jews for this process.
We do not want Nazis to offer the solution to the problem of multiculturalism.
The GOP has been very good at diagnosing the problems we will face from the illegal migrant invasion following the end of Title 42. Americans will pay more taxes while seeing cartel activity, gang violence, and other crime skyrocket. Housing andhealthcare will become scarcer and more expensive, and the labor market will worsen as a larger labor supply suppresses American wages.
Republicans have mostly attacked the Democrats’ plan to create a “permanent majority” or accused them of enabling crime. Ultimately, this short-sighted approach focuses on the short-term electoral game. As usual, the Democrats and their handlers hide their true intentions, and the GOP is none the wiser.
The final Democrat goal is to turn America into a communist state in which Washington and its mega-corporate partners control every aspect of life. But Americans increasingly realize they are better off controlling their own affairs. So what is Uncle Sam to do?
Enter a pair of 60s radicals from Columbia University.Professors Richard Cloward and Frances Piventaught at the Ivy League university during Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty and Great Society. In 1966, they argued that Johnson’s welfare program was not going far enough because most welfare was the purview of state and local authorities. In order to get everyone on the federal teat, a crisis had to be created to give the feds the excuse to step in. Their proposal was to have massive numbers of poor people overwhelm local and state governments that they would beg Uncle Sam for help.
This general idea is the long-term strategy behind mass immigration.
If the Democrats cannot get Americans to accept a neo-communist, technocratic, oligarchic state run by billionaires and their political marionettes, they will import those who will. And the masses of impoverished foreigners, who are alreadyaccustomed to socialismand heavy-handed government, are the perfect trojan horse.
AOC may be dumb, but the people behind her aren’t. They want to overwhelm their own cities – and then everywhere else. They know that if NYC and Chicago can’t handle migrants, then the rural counties these cities areshipping migrants to definitely won’t – let alone the750 million peoplewhowantto come here. The only entity left to pick up the tab is the federal government (in practice, this means you), which will use demographic chaos, poverty, and declining standards of living as a pretextto “save” the day. Coincidentally, Eric Adams hascalledfor just that.
So what do you do when people can’t afford to live as a result of both low wages and high taxes to pay for all these illegals (among other things)? Enact universal basic income, preferably with a trackable CBDC that will control what you can buy, and when and whether you can buy it at all. Can’t afford healthcare because the system is strained and clogged up? Roll out medicare for all, which of course gets to prioritize certain patients over others according to federal whims. No doubt diversity and inclusion will be criteria. Local and state police can’t handle the out of control crime anymore as a result of illegal immigration and soft-on-crime DAs? Create anational police force.
COVID-19 was a good try from the feds. They got tons of people to wear masks, take experimental shots, and hate their neighbors, but it didn’t result in the economic collapse and massive run to the welfare rolls that they had hoped for. So now, they’ve hit upon an all-too-commonly seen plan in history: when your own people hate you, bring in dependent outsiders.
Oh, and one more thing. When the millions of military-aged male migrants don’t get what they want from the Dems (who basicallypromisedthem the world), the Dems will blame you (Americans) and turn their newly imported constituency against you to save themselves.
And you won’t be able to defend yourself. All that violence that is happening thanks to cartels, sex/drug trafficking, and gang violence – all the product of letting in massive numbers of military-aged males? That’s your fault too, which means: get ready to surrender your guns. Uncle Sam doesn’t like competition.

President Donald J. Trump’s campaign released a new anti-Biden/pro-American ad titled “Mourning in America,” which pays homage to the iconic “Morning in America“ ad by President Ronald Reagan. The ad depicts the suffering felt by average Americans under President Joe Biden, including the withdrawal from Afghanistan, ongoing inflation, an illegal alien surge at the southern border, transgender athletes competing in female sports and much more.
The new ad begins with these prophetic words, “It’s mourning again in America. And thanks to Joe Biden, our borders are now wide open for all to come. Why would we ever accept the incompetence and weakness of Biden when we could have the freedom, security, and economic prosperity we enjoyed just three years ago?”
Mark Twain wrote, “It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress.”
Today we have seen the native American criminal class expanded to include: the White House, first family, FBI, CIA, DOJ, DOD, DHS, and every other federal, state and local agency. From the school house to the White House we are witnessing an America where we the people have been, via public policy, put into the survival mode by the Nuevo Elected Criminal Class (NECC).
Today Americans can’t afford food, clothing, gasoline or a new car. Many can’t afford to buy a home in places like California and in the big metropolitan areas like Chicago, Los Angeles, Portland, New York City and Detroit. Many newly graduated students find it difficult to rent an apartment to just live freely and pursue their chosen career and happiness. Today Americans are pursuing ways to survive until, hopefully, the NECC is drained from the swamp.
What is the swamp? It is a system of governance that wants power, absolute power.
In his dystopian novel 1984 George wrote,“If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face—forever.”
People are living in fear. Fear of losing their job because they used the wrong personal pronoun. Fear of speaking out on social media. Fear of being labeled a domestic terrorist for telling the truth. Fear of being white, straight, Christian, Jew and because they stand up for the American flag with their hand over their heart and pledge allegiance to it. Patriots are now the enemy of the state.
Patriotic citizens fear their governments at every level from the local school boards to the halls of Congress, to the U.S. Supreme Court and finally to the White House.
We now live in a time when our government is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market. We now are ruled by a government that is afraid of its own people.
Americans are now not just barely surviving, and not thriving. Americans are now living in fear.
This is why there is “mourning” in America.
Make America Thrive Again
President John F. Kennedy said, “The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie, deliberate, contrived and dishonest, but the myth, persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.”
Since the inauguration of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. there have been numerous persistent, persuasive and unrealistic myths that have led to and caused the decline in America’s prosperity and with it the ability of Americans to thrive.
These persistent, persuasive and unrealistic policies include:
Mankind must control the climate in order to save the planet. This myth has lead to the Green New Deal and efforts to reduce the carbon, CO2, levels. This myth has lead to mandating the use of all electric vehicles, stopping efforts to drill for fossil fuels in America, importation of oil from foreign nations and even an attack on appliances such as stoves which use natural gas, a very clean form of energy. This myth has been totally debunked by a recent study titled World Atmospheric CO2, Its 14C Specific Activity, Non-Fossil component, Anthropogenic Fossil Component, and Emissions (1750–2018) which stated, “Our results show that the percentage of the total CO2 due to the use of fossil fuels from 1750 to 2018 increased from 0% in 1750 to 12% in 2018, much too low to be the cause of global warming.” This lead to our asking: How many U.S. Soldiers lives will be needlessly lost after our military converts to an all Electric Military Fleet of Land Vehicles (EVMLVs)?
People can choose their gender. This myth was created by the LGBTQIE+ community to educate, encourage, promote and recruit underaged children to become partners for adult sodomites. This agenda has gone on warp speed since the inauguration of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., who prides himself, no pun intended, on furthering the queering of every aspect of American life. Today using the wrong pronoun can get you fired, harassed, assaulted and even killed. Gender-Queer is becoming the new norm. Recently a ‘Gender Queer’ school counselor was arrested for grooming and assaulting a child. Zobella Brazil Vinik, a 29-year-old woman who identifies as trans reportedly groomed and molested a 15-year-old female student. Companies like Anheuser-Bush, Google, Disney Corporation have embraced sodomy, promoted sodomites and have lost billions of dollars doing so.
All whites, and blacks who love white people, are racists. This myth began with the Black Panthers, Nation of Islam and now the Black Lives Matter movements. The Critical Race Theory (CRT) myth is promoted in our schools from Kindergarten to our colleges and universities. It, along with the New York Times’ 1619 Project, have lead to the myth that we should judge people by the color of their skins, not by the content of their characters. This has lead to convicted felons like George Floyd being idolized and statues of American leaders torn down, like Abraham Lincoln. Even the Department of Defense has fully embraced CRT and put into practice at every military academy, it is taught to new recruits and in various officers courses. Even military bases are being renamed to embrace the myths in CRT.
Communism lead to Utopia Myth. This myth is the ongoing war against capitalism. It has not stopped despite the fall of the former Soviet Union. It is being embraced as a panacea when in fact it is a pariah. Communism kills. It kills families, cultures and eventually individuals by the tens of millions.
Bigger government, more spending and taxation lead to equal outcomes myth. We now have Americans paying more taxes and the federal government spending more not to help we the people but rather to help other nation states and causes that are disturbingly anti-American. This has led to the largest national debt in U.S. history. It seems that neither pollical party has the will to stop the spending and reduce the debt on this and future generations.
Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DIE) myths. The policies driven by DIE are harming American workers and forcing companies to turn their attention away from serving their customers to complying with government ESG scores. DIE is now more important than equal protection under the law. DIE is a law unto itself that destroys the prosperity and ideal of America being a melting pot made up of all races, colors and creeds working toward making America a great and prosperous nation.
The above list is just the tip of the iceberg. We have not listed how non-profits, corporations, churches, synagogues, Mosques and many of the 20 political parties in the U.S. are harming our ability to thrive.
The 2024 presidential election takes on greater importance that any previous election. We as a nation will either continue down the narrow street to survival, or we get on the pathway back to prosperity and a thriving United States of America.
As JFK asked, “If not us, who? If not now, when?”

In this video, I interview investigative journalist James Corbett about false narratives, the global takeover by technocracy, controlled opposition and the dangers of artificial intelligence, as well as the solutions to these and other challenges.
Corbett’s journalism career began in the aftermath of 9/11, when he became “overwhelmed to discover that we are constantly lied to through the mainstream media.” 9/11 was his “red pill” moment, and he hasn’t stopped digging for the truth since.
“The discrepancy between the things that I was finding online versus what was being reported on the evening news just started getting wider and wider,” he says, “to the point where I felt that … I had to insert myself in that conversation. So that’s the reason we’re talking today.”
In 2007, Corbett launched his website, CorbettReport.com. One of his hallmarks, both in his documentaries and regular reports, is impeccable citations of sources.
“I always put up the transcript with the hyperlinks to the source documents for every single quotation, every video clip, everything that I’m playing,” he says. “I want to direct people back to the source material so that they can research it for themselves.
I know, as a researcher myself who does this for a living, that’s incredibly valuable. I very much appreciate it when other people do it, so I’m trying to set that example in the alternative media.”
Can the Global Takeover Be Derailed?
Corbett is also featured on “Good Morning CHD” with Dr. Meryl Nass once a month, an online news show by Children’s Health Defense.
“It’s a valuable way, for both of us, to continue keeping our eye on the ball of the World Health Organization and its latest machinations … of the global pandemic treaty and the international health regulations (IHR) amendments that they’re working on right now, which really could be the hardwiring of the biosurveillance infrastructure,” Corbett says.
When asked whether he believes the pandemic treaty and/or the IHR amendments can be stopped, Corbett replies:
“Well, they are planning on unleashing the global pandemic treaty on the world at the World Health Assembly (WHA) next year, May of 2024. And preparatory to that, they’re going to be holding a World Health Assembly this month, at which they’ll be talking about the draft of the treaty and the draft of the IHR amendments and other such developments.
So, we’re looking at about a one-year timeline before whatever it is they’re cooking up will be foisted upon the world, unless there is some dramatic movement to stop that.
In the short run, it seems unlikely that the incredible institutional momentum is going to be derailed, but having said that, we could look at things that have happened in the past that have completely derailed agendas that seemed inevitable, including the 2009 edition of the UNFCCC, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
In 2009, the UNFCCC was being promoted and hyped — even by the then-president of the EU — as the potential for world government through a new climate accord that would completely rewrite the international rule books.
That was completely derailed by a couple of interesting incidents, one of which was Climategate … Squabbles between some of the developing nations versus the developed world … [also] helped to derail that 2009 conference.
There’s potentially a similar thing happening [now] with the WHO trying to foist regulations and restrictions on developing countries that can’t afford them. As we saw over the course of the past few years, it was the African countries that held out against the biosecurity state agenda, to a large degree.
And I think people who are interested in invoking a global biosecurity surveillance net probably are most concerned about how developing countries will or will not participate in this. So, there may be a similar sort of geo-economic squabbling or something else that might derail this, so I don’t think we should simply consign ourselves to the inevitability of it before it happens.”
Is Elon Musk Controlled Opposition?
Determining the trustworthiness of people within the alternative news space is a challenge everyone is faced with these days. Accusations of people being controlled opposition are common. The same goes for high-profile individuals in general. For example, some people, including Corbett and investigative journalist Whitney Webb, believe Elon Musk is likely controlled opposition. What led them to that conclusion?
“It’s a question that a lot of people have, so let’s dig into it,” Corbett says. On the one side you have people who believe Musk is exposing and undermining the military industrial intelligence complex. On the other are those who think he’s just playing a “good guy” role while surreptitiously furthering Deep State goals. As noted by Corbett, it’s hard to overlook the massive support Musk has received from the military industrial intelligence complex over the course of his career.
“We don’t have to speculate about that,” Corbett says. “That is a matter of public record. We can point to the half a billion dollars or so that the Department of Defense has awarded SpaceX in a series of contracts over the past few years to send satellites up into orbit of classified nature on unregistered, unreported missions that presumably have something to do with the DOD’s declared intention to make space into a war-fighting domain.
There’s the $3 billion in NASA contracts that SpaceX was awarded in 2021 to develop the human lander for the Artemis Mission, and the never-going-to-happen constantly delayed moon trip that the public is being promised. There’s the $750 million that was awarded to Solar City in 2016 by the state of New York to build a solar cell production facility.
This, again, is another aspect of the business opportunities that Musk is involved in that I think shrieks of grift — a boondoggle at the very least, constantly promising a technology that not only doesn’t deliver but actually is actively harmful to the environment. I think that’s something that needs to be stressed.
Then, there’s the $1.3 billion that Tesla got from the State of Nevada in 2014 to build the Gigafactory, etc., etc., etc. We could go through the list of such help, but perhaps more to the point was the fact that before Elon Musk got to launch SpaceX, he was part of a trip to Russia … to purchase old Soviet ICBMs [intercontinental ballistic missiles]. That trip ultimately resulted in the starting of SpaceX.
Who was accompanying Elon Musk on that trip? Someone named Mike Griffin, who just happened to be the chief operating officer of In-Q-Tel, which is the CIA’s investment capital arm …
Griffin went on to become the administrator of NASA, who then chose SpaceX as the one company out of the 20 that was applying for it at the time, for this $400 million contract to start development of the new ISS resupply rocket in 2005, which basically launched SpaceX … and again awarded SpaceX $3.5 Billion in 2008 with a contract that Musk himself credits with saving the company.
So, there you go, the literal deep state connections couldn’t get much clearer. At every stage of Musk’s business career, he has been saved as need be with the deus ex machina of deep state agents like Mike Griffin swooping in with billions of dollars of contracts at just the right time.”
That’s why Elon Musk’s Twitter takeover and the release of the Twitter Files may seem to be a move against the military-industrial complex, but given Musk’s documentable ties to that very same military-industrial complex, we must be wary of placing faith in these developments.
After all, Twitter is a centralized platform that lends itself to censorship, algorithmic manipulation and information suppression, and Musk has openly stated that he wants to create a “WeChat”-like app capable of handling every aspect of its users’ digital life.
Why Did Musk Release the Twitter Files?
Corbett suggests that the best way to evaluate Musk’s ideas and contributions is to assess their outcomes.
“Is what Elon Musk advocating good or bad? Do we agree with it or do we disagree with it? Is it right or wrong? And why do we think so? That has to be the heart that we keep coming back to. So, we have to evaluate Musk’s ideas on that basis,” he says.
“For example, there are ideas that Musk promotes that I am 100% onboard with. He has talked about the overpopulation myth and the under-population crisis that humanity is facing. I very much agree with him on that assessment. When he talks about the ill effects of lockdowns … absolutely, I think he’s right about that.
However, when he talks about the imposition of a carbon tax in line with Bill Gates and Mark Carney and the like, I think he’s pushing a bad idea that is part of a plan for centralization of control in globalist hands.
When he gets on the stage of the World Government Summit and argues for universal basic income, again in line with any number of globalist operatives, I think he is promoting an idea that will be used for centralization of economic control in fewer hands.
When he talks about the … Neuralink brain chip … [he’s] exactly in line with what [World Economic Forum founder] Klaus Schwab has been arguing … I think that is a bad idea that is going to be used for control of the masses by a technocratic elite.”
As for Musk’s acquisition of Twitter and subsequent release of the Twitter Files, Corbett doesn’t think it’s a great surprise to find that the military industrial intelligence complex has been using it to monitor and manipulate people. He believes Musk’s job may well be to make the platform trustworthy again so that government agencies can continue using it for surveillance and control.
There’s other evidence pointing in this direction as well. Musk has said he wants Twitter to become the WeChat app of America. And what is WeChat? It’s a Chinese government-controlled app that monitors every aspect citizens’ lives, including their financial transactions, social transactions, communications, whereabouts and more.
It’s basically the foundation for the communist social credit system. So, while Musk claims to be a defender of free speech, he’s also talking about turning Twitter into THE central hub for the technocratic surveillance and control network.
Stop Looking for a Savior
As noted by Corbett, what we need to do is “take responsibility for our own lives rather than looking for saviors like Elon Musk to swoop in and save the day.” We can’t lay that burden on any given individual or group of individuals. We must all do our part.
“I think the conversation can get stuck on stupid because even though I tend to believe that Musk is some form of collaborator with the deep state that he pretends to oppose, I don’t have proof of that and I do not know that for a fact, in the same way that his defenders do not know for a fact that he is not part of that controlled opposition,” Corbett says.
“We can spend all our time and energy talking about this person and what we think their part is in all of this, or we could spend that time productively engaged in research, actually verifying, triangulating information, discerning what is true and what is not true.
When we take information down to that level, then it does not matter who is the person out there conveying that information to us. The important part is the information.”
It’s also important to understand that “divide and conquer” is the primary way the control network maintains control, and all that’s needed to divide a previously unified front is insinuation and the seeding of doubt. In the short-term, the globalist takeover seems to have an unstoppable momentum behind it, but seemingly inevitable moves toward tyranny have been derailed at the last minute in the past and we must not give up hope or stop resisting. As explained by Corbett:
“The term cognitive infiltration goes back to Cass Sunstein, the person who became Obama’s information czar … He co-wrote a paper about cognitive infiltration in which he openly stated:
‘The government maybe should send people into conspiracy spaces, conspiracy groups, with cognitive infiltrators who will go in there and conceal their identity as being affiliated with the government, but will try to insert facts that will break the narrative of the conspiracy theorists.’
And what was the result of that paper? Rather than anyone having been exposed as being that cognitive infiltrator on the payroll of the U.S. government, what it effectively did was give people ammunition to speculate endlessly.
‘This person is a cognitive infiltrator, that person is a cognitive infiltrator,’ to the point where, ultimately, I think Sunstein wins without even necessarily having to implement that system at all, because … the group fractures once the idea of pointing fingers at everyone becomes the norm …
That is, in fact, precisely how the FBI’s COINTELPRO program worked back in the 1950s and ’60s … One of the tactics they used was to put people into meetings in various spaces, the Black Panthers and others, in order to start spreading rumors and calling other people government agents.
The government agents were generally the ones that we’re calling other people government agents in order to disrupt the groups, so I think we have to keep that in mind and keep our eye on the real prize here, which is discerning fact from fiction, truth from falsity, productive ways forward from unproductive ways forward.”
ChatGPT and the Future of Propaganda
I’ve often marveled at the effectiveness of modern propaganda. Part of what makes it so effective is the availability of technology, from social media and search engines to large language model artificial intelligence. OpenAI’s ChatGPT has taken the world by storm and companies across a range of industries are already talking about replacing large numbers of white collar workers with AI.
This, even though there are serious problems with this technology. For example, we’re finding chatbots have a tendency to lie and fantasize. Researchers are calling these instances “hallucinations.” Basically, the AI is concocting a fantasy based on the information available and reciting it as fact. And that’s in addition to the bias that can be built in by programmers. So, while it’s an incredibly exciting technology, we cannot be naïve about its risks.
One obvious risk is that state-endorsed propaganda can become the only information available to people, as this technology starts monopolizing online searches and virtual assistants.
There won’t be a multitude of answers anymore. There will only be one, and he who controls the AI will have the power to control the beliefs of the entire world. Of course, yet another risk is that no one will be able to control it and the AI will control itself. I don’t know which might be worse. Corbett comments:
“You introduced this topic with the concept of propaganda and potential uses of large language models for propagandistic purposes. We should go back to the man who wrote the book on propaganda called ‘Propaganda,’ Edward Bernays, who [said]:
‘The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government, which is the true ruling power of our country.’
That was Edward Bernays in 1928. His words are as true today as they were then, perhaps even more so. And the true ruling power of the country, of the world at this point perhaps, are those who can most effectively, consciously and intelligently manipulate the organized habits and opinions of the masses.
And I don’t think enough people have really stopped to cogitate on the fact that these large language models already starting to produce material that really cannot be distinguished from human-written material…
You don’t have to be a crystal ball prognosticator to see how this will extend out in the foreseeable future … [to] the point where you can have entire conversations, entire fields of interest and study that will be completely populated by artificial-created conversation
[ … ]
A large language model that is able to accurately and without much prompting be able to populate botnets to flood social media and other places will essentially be able to dominate that conversation, [and] will consciously and intelligently manipulate the habits and opinions of the masses. At that point, you are talking about the ultimate weapon.
The ultimate weapon is narrative, because with a convincing-enough narrative, you can get entire populations motivated to war or to anything else that you seek to get them to do, like say lock down the entire productive global economy on the back of a scare that was absolutely not warranted.
So, I think once we start getting these completely synthetically-generated narratives, that will start creating these entire events that are not happening in the real world. [These events] will be deep-faked through video and audio and everything else, to convince you of an entire reality that doesn’t exist.
We are really moving into some truly world historical changing times and I don’t know if enough people are really cognizant of … how this technology could be used for good or for ill …
I think there is a real threat, and it is probably underappreciated by a large section of the public that are not keeping abreast of the daily torrent of information on this subject … Some of the testing notes for ChatGPT-4 that were released showed there was a team that was tasking the chatbot with a certain task that would require it to do things that it was not programmed to do, or even authorized to do, including solving a CAPTCHA …
[The chatbot] actually went on Fiverr or one of those types of platforms and recruited a human being to do it for it, to the point where the human said, ‘Why are you recruiting me to do a CAPTCHA? How do I know you’re not a bot? Ha-ha-ha.’ To which it responded, ‘I’m blind, I’m visually impaired, I can’t do it myself.’ Ultimately, it ended up getting that CAPTCHA solved.
It does not take a great degree of imagination to see where that can go. I don’t know what kind of safeguards you can program into a technology like that, other than to completely keep it firewalled off from the internet and from any other computer system that it may be able to commandeer.”
Solutions Watch
On his website, Corbett has a section called The Solutions Watch, where he proposes action steps that you can take to address a given problem, both big and small. For example, on the smaller scale, he’s discussed the importance of filtering your water, and testing your water to ensure it’s being filtered properly.
“One thing that I think is sort of the foundation upon which we will have to build any thoroughgoing answer to the problems we’re facing is creating conscious community with others,” Corbett says.
“Of course, that can take the form of online and virtual community. I’m not going to pooh-pooh or disdain that. I think it is important to know like-minded people online. But increasingly, how can we trust what we are reading, seeing or interacting with online?
I think the real point is to try to build real community with real people in the real world. That could take the form of intentional communities that are created from the ground up as a physical location that people will relocate to … but I think it is extremely difficult to do that.
But at the very least, people can and should be finding like-minded people within their geographical proximity that they can meet up with, who will be there in emergencies, hopefully. But also that they can start forming small groups, that they can start teaching each other about various things that they may know and bringing solutions to the table.
I think that can be the core basis upon which we start erecting other things, because one thing that I’ve looked at over the years are some of these big, huge issues that seem utterly overwhelming and completely impenetrable to the average person, like the fundamental fraud that underlies the economy itself is the monetary system, which for people who haven’t looked into it, the money supply itself is very much controlled, and the creation of money is a tool that is used for enslavement.
It could be used for human flourishing, but is not in our current economy. How do we possibly combat a problem as thoroughgoing as that? [Many people] I encounter online have ideas about the perfect alternative currency … but [they] haven’t convinced anyone to use it. To me, that speaks to the fundamental problem.”
Build Community and Get Out of Metropolitan Areas
At the top of Corbett’s solutions list is building parallel communities. That’s really a foundational strategy because without it, many other solutions can’t work. To that, I would add the recommendation to move out of crime-ridden urban and metropolitan areas and into areas where this kind of community-building is more likely to succeed. As noted by Corbett:
“Until you have a community of people who are going to be working together on projects like an alternative or supplemental currency system, how are you going to launch something like that in a thoroughgoing manner?
I think the core of the solutions that we’re looking for lies with community, meeting like-minded people … I’m not into this Pollyanna thinking that it’s all going to be easy. It’s an incredibly, incredibly difficult task to start creating an alternate currency, an alternate power grid and the alternate society that we need to protect ourselves, to buffer ourselves from this encroaching biosecurity, technocratic enslavement grid.
That’s a pretty tall order, and I can’t offer any assurances that it’s going to turn out all right. But I do know that if we just lay down and continue on the course that we’re on, we are hurtling towards a brick wall of extinction, essentially. I really see this as a fundamental existential question that we are facing not just on the artificial intelligence front, but also on the genomic manipulation front, on the manipulation of the food supply.
If you are what you eat, then what does it mean that they’re going to start feeding us insects and other such unpalatable items?
It is absolutely a war that is taking place on every front, all at once, and we’re not going to get through this by ourselves. Unless you are the type of person that can go out in the woods and live by yourself for decades … I don’t think you’re going to escape this all by yourself, so I think creating community is sort of the core of all solutions.”

Typical of the deluge of the Orwellian gobbledygook opposing the proposed judicial reform is a recent video by virulent anti-Netanyahu activist, Mika Almog, granddaughter of the late Shimon Peres .
The greatest danger to Israeli democracy emanates from those masquerading as its champions—Distorting Democracy, July 28, 2011.

For months, Israeli society has been wracked by large-scale demonstrations, with frenzied participants, purportedly protesting the incumbent coalition’s intention to implement a sorely needed reform of Israel’s judicial system.
Deluge of Orwellian gobbledygook
Allegedly, what has aroused the passions of the protestors is the patently ludicrous—indeed, self-contradictory—belief that Israeli democracy will somehow be imperiled by the government’s initiative.
However, as the proposed initiative entails moving crucial decisions from the auspices of a restricted group of unelected officials, unaccountable to the public, to the auspices of a broader assembly of elected representatives, directly accountable to the public, the claim that this would be detrimental to democracy is—at best—implausible.
Given the disingenuous foundation, on which the demonstrations are based, it is hardly surprising that virtually all the criticism hurled by opponents of the judicial reform is ill-founded or unfounded. Indeed, virtually every reproach launched at the proposed changes to the legal system is either a blatant untruth, a brazen half-truth, or a bare-faced distortion of the truth.
The video, admittedly polished and professionally produced, was in large measure, a rehash of Almog’s invective in earlier tirades against previous Netanyahu governments (see for example here & here)—updated to castigate the judicial reform, the grievance du jour of the Bibi-phobic protestors.
Almog’s video starts off with an anguished appeal to overseas Jewry to rally round an effort to protect Israeli democracy…against Israel’s democratically elected government. Indeed, any which way you slice it, what Almog is urging is for the Jewish diaspora to pit itself against the Israeli electorate. Sort of a call to defend democracy against the demos? Go figure!
She then goes on—with her voice trembling with emotion—to inform her viewers that Israel’s proposed judicial reform represents an “unprecedented” threat, almost impossible to imagine—not only to Israel as a country, but to Israel as a haven for the Jewish people as a whole—that will “gut Israeli democracy by attacking its gatekeepers“. But anyone who bothers to delve into previous diatribes by Almog will discover that she has warned of precisely the same dangers—years before the judicial reform was conceived.
Indeed, almost half a decade ago, she warned: “We have a prime minister [Netanyahu] who, over the last decade, has been systematically gutting Israeli democracy and repeatedly attacking its gatekeepers“—almost a verbatim rendition of the text in her latest video. Elsewhere, she regurgitated the self-same allegations, accusing Netanyahu of being a “would-be tyrant who attacks [Israel’s] gatekeepers” and of “gutting our democracy.”
So much for the threat being “unprecedented” and “unimaginable”! Indeed, Almog seems to have identified what, in her eyes, was precisely a similar peril well before the “heinous” judicial reform appeared on the political horizon—only now the “villains” are “extreme religious nationalists” rather than the “odious” Bibi. Of course, the bearded Jew is always a convenient bogeyman to instill fear and hatred.
A fiendish scheme?
Using her “extensive legal background”—acquired during her career in acting and satire, Almog easily sees through the claim that the judicial reform, composed by numerous legal experts, is not designed to improve Israel’s defective legal system. Rather, she insists it is a fiendish scheme (how not?) to “gut Israeli democracy“.
She attempts to dismiss the claims that the changes proposed would instate processes that are common in other democracies, including the US. According to Almog, judges are appointed by politicians in the US without impairing its democratic status—since as she “sagely” points out, “in the US the president is elected separately from Congress; the legislative is bicameral; there is a constitution and a Bill of Rights and it’s a federal system so that citizens basic rights are protected by law regardless of the composition of the Court“.
This is a statement that is so misleading, it is difficult to know where to start to contend with the distortions and the deception it entails.
Take for example Almog’s claim that in the US, citizen’s rights are not impacted by the composition of the Courts. Gee, I wonder how she would go about explaining how female reproduction rights were unaffected by the composition of the courts when in 2022, the US Supreme Court struck down the 1973 landmark Roe v. Wade verdict, which granted women a constitutional right to an abortion.
Pakistan as a political paragon?
Just how rights in the US, can be affected by the composition of the court was reflected when Justice Samuel Alito, writing for the majority, pronounced that the 1973 Roe ruling –and repeated subsequent high court decisions reaffirming it—“must be overruled“. According to Alito, they were “egregiously wrong,” the arguments “exceptionally weak” and so “damaging” that they amounted to “an abuse of judicial authority.” Indeed, underscoring just how silly Almog’s claim, that citizens’ rights in the US do not depend on the composition of the courts, is the fact that all the justices who supported overturning Roe v. Wade were Republican appointees, while those opposing it were Democratic appointments.
So perhaps Almog would be well advised to go “back to the drawing board”.
As for how the political structure of the US allegedly preserves civil liberties—despite political appointments of the judiciary, Almog might be surprised to learn that Pakistan, just like the US, also has a president elected separately from parliament, has a bicameral legislature, a federal system of government, and a constitution, which purports to ensure civil rights. Yet Pakistan is only in the 102nd place in the 2023 Democratic Index Rankings (out of a total of 164 counties). Significantly—and inconveniently for Almog—the US ranks 26th, below Israel in the 23rd place! (This finding is not a quirk of this particular ranking system. Indeed, very similar results emerge from an alternative 2023 assessment, with Israel surpassing the US democracy score, and Pakistan—despite its president, bicameral legislature, federal system, and constitution—ranking far lower than both.)
A constitution: Can only reflect societal values—not create them
This raises another point that seems to have escaped Almog. The existence of a constitution is no guarantee of individual rights or civil liberties. A short meander through Google would have informed her that countries such as the USSR (and later, Russia), North Korea, and Upper Volta (later Burkina Faso) all boast constitutions that include(d) an array of human rights. Yet one can hardly suppress the suspicion that Almog is unlikely to brandish any of these states as a model democracy for Israel to emulate. Indeed, it should be clear to any serious student of political science that an authentically substantive constitution cannot create societal values. To the contrary, it can only reflect them. For if it does not, it will remain nothing more than a worthless piece of paper, bearing meaningless words and empty promises.
Just how irrelevant the text of a constitution can be, when it does not rest on values a society embodies, is vividly portrayed by the words of the 1991 Rwandan Constitution, formulated just three years prior to the brutal genocide that ripped through that luckless country. It read: “The National Council for Development, meeting as Constituent Assembly …Faithful to democratic principles and concerned about ensuring the protection of human rights and promoting respect for fundamental freedoms, in accordance with the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’… Does establish and adopt this Constitution for the Republic of Rwanda…”
Of course, the terrible carnage that followed soon after the instatement of the constitution served to underscore the distance that can separate noble words and benign intentions from the gory realities in several “constitutional democracies.”
Ignorance vs deceit
While some of Almog’s grave misrepresentations may be ascribed to her ignorance, others are nothing but bare-faced …well, lies, clearly aimed at exploiting the lack of knowledge of much of her foreign audience.
For example, in an unabashed attempt to besmirch the current coalition, she falsely claimed that “Netanyahu fired Minister of Defense Gallant for doing his job and warning that the judicial coup would significantly hurt Israel’s ability to defend itself.” That, of course, is entirely fallacious. Netanyahu decided to fire Gallant not because of what he said but when he said it—while Netanyahu was abroad, despite an earlier agreement to wait for his return—see here and here. Indeed, it was the fact that Gallant took advantage of Netanyahu’s absence to speak out against government policy—together with his less than resolute response to the threat of desertion by IDF reservists, which undermined faith in him and prompted the initial decision to dismiss him.
Another blatant lie that Almog chose to propagate, was her version surrounding the decision to set up a National Guard. According to her “… the Israeli government just approved the creation of armed militias under the command of Itamar Ben-Gvir [the new Minister of National Security]“.
Facts vs falsehoods
In reality, it was the previous government that approved the establishment of such an entity—in the wake of grave shortcomings in law-and-order enforcement during the May 2021 rioting by Israeli Arabs across the country. Indeed, former PM Naftali Bennett and former Internal Security Minister Omer Bar-Lev (who failed to be reelected as an MK for his drastically reduced Labor Party) initiated the formation of a national guard as a new law enforcement body—see here, here, here, here, and here.
Ignoring the widely accepted assessment of inadequate police performance in the May 2021 riots and its dire need for additional resources to meet similar challenges in the future, Almog brusquely rejects any such change. Haughtily, she declares: “This has nothing to do with protecting us. The IDF, the police, Shin Bet, the Mossad, have all had us covered for 75 years.” This leaves us to wonder just how she envisages employing the IDF, with its armored corps, heavy artillery, and supersonic fighter jets to quell civil unrest by Israeli Arabs, and what role she sees the Mossad, Israel’s external intelligence service, having in regaining/retaining law and order.”
Ominously she warns: “These are Revolutionary Guards, and their sole purpose is to intimidate us.” Clearly, Almog has no clue what she is on about.
After all, the envisaged Guard is planned to be composed largely of reservists and volunteers to be deployed against large outbursts of civil unrest (as in May 2022) and to reign in the rampant agricultural crime and protection rackets that the police seem incapable of confronting and curtailing. This is of course, a far cry from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards to which she surreptitiously alludes—with its own regular army, air force, navy, clandestine units operating at home and abroad, and its tentacles pervading all sectors of society.
Indeed an unprecedented and unimaginable danger
Of course, I could go on and on–refuting every malicious claim, rebutting every mendacious accusation, and rectifying every misleading distortion, which riddle her shrill rant—but we have to draw the line somewhere…
However, on one issue I find I am compelled to agree with Almog.
Israel and its democracy are indeed facing an unprecedented and unimaginable threat.
However, it comes not from the judicial reform and the current coalition, but precisely from those of the same political ilk as Almog who refuse to accept the results of democratic elections and the consequences of those elections. It comes from people, like Almog, who challenge the legitimacy of a duly elected government and its right to implement policy. It originates from those who, like Almog, rather than resign themselves to the loss of power, chose to denounce, degrade and disparage their own country, and paint it in the most deplorable and derogatory hues.
Indeed, one can almost hear Israel’s most vehement enemies joyfully rubbing their hands with glee, as she and her quasi-patriotic co-ideologues make their case for them, presenting the Jewish state as a racist, retrograde country, worthy not of support, defense, nor allegiance.
That is the real source of the terrible threat to Israel as the homeland of Jewish people, a threat, until recently, both unprecedented and unimaginable.
It isn’t just Texas A&M. Georgetown and Harvard, among many others, are bought and paid for as well. This is why our nation’s universities never speak the truth about jihad, Sharia, Islam’s origins, or other key issues, and instead pay lavish attention to the spurious phenomenon of “Islamophobia.”
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it received records from Texas A&M indicating that it received $485,811,921.33 in grants and contracts from the Qatar Foundation.
There appear to be discrepancies between what is listed in the gift reporting received from Texas A&M and what was reported by the school to the federal foreign gift reporting system. For instance, Texas A&M’s gift record for January 1, 2013 – May 22, 2018, only lists a total of $69,844.41 from the Qatar Foundation, whereas the Department of Education’s database shows a total of over $47 million for the same period.

Drone footage taken along Rio Grande, the river that serves as the natural border between most of Mexico and the United States, shows sprawling tent encampments stretching out all over the border.
The drone footage also shows an “enormous line” of illegal immigrants who recently crossed into Brownsville. Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, who shared the footage, noted that a large majority of the illegals are single adults.
“Nonstop flow of illegal crossings here in Brownsville. Working on scripts in my car and look at the window and see another large group gathering for processing after crossing over,” wrote Melugin on his Twitter account. “Border Patrol buses have been coming and going constantly. It’s going to be a very busy week.”
Brownsville is one of the key spots along the border where officials have noted that the illegal immigrants are congregating in the thousands in order to cross, with the other notable crossing points being El Paso, Texas and Yuma, Arizona. GRETNA, La. (WVUE) — Kenner police on Tuesday (May 9) revealed new details and a possible racial component in last month’s fatal shooting of Metairie handyman Lawrence Herr, who was killed while working outside a Kenner house.
Police said one of the two suspects has admitted to his role in the crime, explaining they just wanted to go out and “kill a white guy.”
Tahj Matthews, 23, and Maurice Holmes, 25, have been booked with first-degree murder in connection with the slaying of Herr. The 66-year-old handyman also known as “Peanut” was gunned down April 10, seemingly without warning, while repairing a mailbox on Kenner’s Georgetown Place.
“We have not found any relation between the victim and the suspects,” Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley said Tuesday (May 9). “In fact, the victim’s back was to the suspects when the shots were fired.”
At a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Jefferson Parish’s magistrate court, Kenner Police detective Nicolas Engler testified that Matthews and Holmes were captured on surveillance video taken at a Clemson Drive apartment complex just two hours before the killing.
In the video, the detective testified, Holmes can be seen passing a weapon to Matthews. The detective also testified that a box of 9mm bullets were found on the floor of the car used in the deadly drive-by shooting.
The detective also testified that Matthews confessed to hiding a 9mm pistol in his attic. Meanwhile, Holmes—who served six years in a Texas prison for domestic violence—has denied wrongdoing.
Both defendants worked at a nearby IHOP restaurant. The detective said Matthews went to work that morning to present a doctor’s note, saying he was sick. He was allowed to leave, two hours before Herr was killed.
His name is Lawrence Herr, a white male in the wrong place at the wrong time, all because two black people went out “kill a white guy.”

Elon Musk steps down as CEO, announces new leader.
SAN FRANCISCO (ChurchMilitant.com) – Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, has handed over his duties to Linda Yaccarino, a top World Economic Forum official and recently-resigned Comcast NBCUniversal executive.
After about six months leading Twitter, Musk announced that he’d be relinquishing his current role and will transition to executive chair and chief technology officer, wherein he’ll oversee product, software and system operations.
Musk broke the news today, tweeting, “I am excited to welcome Linda Yaccarino as the new CEO of Twitter!”
Yaccarino currently chairs the World Economic Forum’s Taskforce on Future of Work, and recently stepped down as chairman of Comcast NBCUniversal’s Global Advertising and Partnerships team.
Comcast NBCUniversal announced today that Yaccarino is leaving her post as the long-tenured executive. Yaccarino stated in a press release today, “It has been an absolute honor to be part of Comcast NBCUniversal and lead the most incredible team.”
Back in 2020, Yaccarino praised her bosses at Comcast NBCUniversal for spending $100 million to “fight social justice and equality,” and she also gloated about her company hiring “50% of women and 50% people of color.”

On top of Yaccarino’s push for more diversity, equity and inclusion, she also played a major role in promoting the COVID-19 so-called vaccine, stating in 2020, “Know the facts! The @AdCouncil is working to inform Americans on why we MUST embrace an FDA-approved #Covid vaccine and how to go about it.”
The claim that the COVID jab would prevent one from getting the virus turned out to be false.
Yesterday, when word was going around that Yaccarino might be the one filling Musk’s role, many users expressed their concern. For example, two social media influencers, Jackson Hinkle and Luke Rudcowski, complained that Yaccarino would likely ban them for their opinions, but Musk assured them on Thursday, “That will not be the case.”
As of last month, Musk has fired over 80% of Twitter employees since he took over as the CEO in November of 2022. The number of staff has gone from around 8,000 to 1,500.

Before Musk took over, Twitter suspended many influential accounts — accounts that opposed Twitter executives’ political agenda. For example, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Babylon Bee, Jordan Peterson, Andrew Tate and Project Veritas were all banned from Twitter. But when Musk took over, he reinstated those accounts.
On top of allowing people, for the most part, to say what they want, Twitter has recently updated many aspects of its platform to make it more attractive to content makers and influencers. For instance, Musk just announced that users can now post over an hour of video on Twitter.
Because of Musk’s leadership over the past six months, many big names are recognizing Twitter as the main free speech platform in the world.

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas refused to say Friday whether the crisis on the border could have been prevented.
“We cannot control the movement of people before they reach our border,” Mayorkas told “Good Morning America” host George Stephanopoulos. “Our responsibility attaches once they are in our custody.”
Mayorkas predicted during testimony before the Senate Homeland Security Committee at an April 18 hearing that there would be a surge of migrants after Title 42 expired. The Trump-era border policy expired Thursday at 11:59 p.m.
Mayorkas has claimed that the border is not open on multiple occasions, including during a Wednesday press conference where he ignored questions from Daily Caller News Foundation investigative reporter Jennie Taer.

Over 1.2 million illegal immigrants have been encountered at the U.S.-Mexico border during fiscal year 2023, according to data released by United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), following 2,378,944 encounters in fiscal year 2022 and 1,734,686 in fiscal year 2021, while Fox News reported that 600,000 migrants evaded CBP in fiscal year 2022.
The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained documents detailing the Biden administration’s plans to allow illegal immigrants to be released on “parole with conditions” without any means to track them or giving them court dates. U.S. District Judge Kent Wetherell halted the Biden administration’s proposed “quick release” program Thursday, following a lawsuit by Republican officials in Florida.
Taer said during a Thursday appearance on Newsmax that word of mouth from migrants entering the United States was encouraging other illegal immigrants to come, despite Mayorkas’ statements to the public.
“Migrants are coming across, they’re getting released and they’re telling their families that are south of the border that that’s happening and that’s really the message, I think, that’s resonating with migrants,” Taer said.

I have to admit: when I was first asked to research Spotify as a potential Dirty Dozen List target, I may have rolled my eyes a little bit. Spotify is just for streaming music and podcasts, right? How bad could it be?
. . . As it turns out, pretty bad.
Pornography on Spotify
To my shock, a single quick search on Spotify revealed that music and educational podcasts aren’t the only thing on the streaming app. There’s also an abundance of pornography.
This can be in the form of sexually explicit images (e.g. profile images, playlist thumbnails), audio pornography (e.g. recordings of sex sounds or sexually explicit stories read aloud), or written pornography (e.g. in the descriptions for pornography podcasts).
What really outraged me was that, for the most part, this pornography was not blocked by Spotify’s explicit content filter—even though the company assures parents that this filter will block any content which “may not be appropriate for kids.” The audio pornography is rarely caught by the filter, and the visual and written pornography is never caught by the filter, because it is not designed to block images or description. Opting to block explicit content will only stop kids from playing the content, but everything remains visible.
Spotify’s reviews on Common Sense Media are overwhelmingly of parents expressing shock and dismay after discovering pornography on the app. Many of these parents even paid for premium subscriptions in order to be able to control the explicit content filter on their child’s account—only to discover that, contrary to Spotify’s deceptive advertising, this filter does next to nothing to protect their children from pornography.
“Totally shocked and appalled by discovering porn podcasts are not sensored by the explicit content function. . . What on earth are Spotify thinking???”
“BEWARE! This app has PORN, not just PORN MUSIC, but sexually explicit podcasts and graphic images.”
“Parents need to be aware that the spotify “family plan” DOES NOT block explicit content as it claims. Innocent children just trying to listen to music can very easily and accidentally come across the audio porn and “podcasts” that spotify has on their site.”
Further, much of this content should not even be on Spotify to begin with, as the company claims to prohibit “pornography or visual depictions of genitalia or nudity presented for the purpose of sexual gratification.” However, it is clear that the company is doing little, if anything at all, to proactively enforce this prohibition. The sheer ease with which pornographic content can be found would suggest Spotify is not actively looking for it to remove. I also spoke to a podcaster who shared that Spotify always flagged any of her episodes which mentioned the COVID vaccine (regardless of what was said), but that episodes which had the word “pornography” in the title were not flagged. What this shows is that Spotify can and does rigorously monitor potentially problematic content in some cases but is not interested in doing so when it comes to their prohibition on pornography.
Child Sexual Exploitation on Spotify
As if the existence of pornography on Spotify isn’t shocking enough, the platform has also been used for the purpose of child sexual exploitation.
In January 2020, a high-profile case of an 11-year-old girl being groomed and sexually exploited on Spotify madenewsheadlines. Sexual predators communicated with the young girl via playlist titles and encouraged her to upload numerous sexually explicit photos of herself as the cover image of playlists she made. They also exchanged emails via this method of communication.
When I looked for myself, I easily found multiple profiles on Spotify that seemed to be or have been dedicated to soliciting or sharing “nudes.” One of these profiles shared an email address and tagged other users in playlists, asking them to send nudes.

Further, when I was gathering evidence of pornography on Spotify, one of the first results was a pornography podcast for which the thumbnail appeared to be child sexual abuse material (CSAM, the more apt term for “child pornography”).
After reporting this content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), I attempted to report it to Spotify. What ensued was an appalling goose chase which, in sum, revealed that Spotify has no clear reporting procedure for child sexual exploitation. I was forced to make a general report for “dangerous content” and did not even have an option to add more details in the report explaining that it was for child sexual abuse material (The full, confusing process of me struggling to determine how to report child sexual exploitation on Spotify is documented in this downloadable PDF, under the section “child sexual exploitation”).
The report was made three weeks ago. Currently, the content is still active.
Further, NCMEC’s 2022 annual report found that, more than 90% of the time Spotify reported content to them, the report “lacked adequate, actionable information.” In other words, the reports “contained such little information that it was not possible for NCMEC to determine where the offense occurred or the appropriate law enforcement agency to receive the report.”
This is incredibly egregious, especially considering the recent media attention over the sexual exploitation of the 11 year-old girl, to which Spotify responded that they take the problem of child sexual abuse material “extremely seriously” and “have processes and technology in place” to address it.
Earth to Spotify: Streamlined reporting procedures for child sexual exploitation is the most basic, bare minimum safety measure!
Content that Normalizes Sexual Violence, Abuse, and Incest
I and my colleagues were deeply disturbed by the horrific content we found on Spotify which normalized, trivialized, and even encouraged sexual violence, abuse, and incest. This content was appallingly easy to find, and even surfaced when we weren’t looking for it.
For example, one NCOSE researcher was attempting to search for rap music—but the term “rap” instead led her to content joking about “raping a pregnant b—ch.” In another case, she tried to search for the song “Boy’s a liar,” which is popular with teens. Simply typing the single word “boy” led her to results normalizing “step” incest. These results were on a newly made account for a 13-year-old, so search history was not affecting the results.
Other content we found included a podcast which walked people through the steps to commit rape and not get caught by the authorities, animated imagery of what appeared to be rape, audio pornography depicting child sexual abuse, content encouraging adults to roleplay child sexual abuse as a fetish, content normalizing cousins having sexual relations, and much more.

On paper, Spotify prohibits “advocating or glorifying sexual themes related to rape, incest, or beastiality”—but again, these policies are clearly poorly enforced.
Why Spotify is on the Dirty Dozen List

Elon Musk has reportedly hired Linda Yaccarino as the CEO of Twitter. Unfortunately, this decision is the exact opposite of what everyone hoped about Musk’s intentions with the platform.
Ms. Yaccarino is the head of NBCUniversal Advertising and Partnerships [Example Here], and she is the tip of the spear in the creation of DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) indexing and corporate scoring. You might be familiar with ‘DEI’ as a result of the Bud Light woke advertising campaign to promote beer for transgenders. Well, that’s DEI in action, and Ms. Yaccarino is one of the pioneers in the advertising industry.
Additionally, Linda Yaccarino is the Chairwoman of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Taskforce on Future of Work. As she noted in her position, “every CEO and executive needs to look inward, and build workplaces that ensure our employees, current and future, can always succeed amid rapid transformation.” Overlaying the Diversity Equity and Inclusion mindset, you will note Yaccarino says, “long-term benefits for the unemployed, women, and communities of color.”
Why would Elon Musk bring the most woke NBC advertising executive to become the CEO of Twitter? Obviously, he is focused on generating revenue, and Yaccarino can bring woke credentials to the platform luring corporate advertisers. Unfortunately, in order to achieve that objective, the platform content will have to be modified.
That means the public square of Twitter needs to become a platform of non-controversial NPCs (Non Player Characters) which generally are identified in memes [SEE HERE]. The content on Twitter must fit an approved standard for advertising. Leading this effort to control platform content through the control of the monetization, is literally what Yaccarino has done in her work at NBCUniversal. Thus, her efforts to promote DEI take on a new level of importance.
Ms. Yaccarino also supports Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and follows him and his fellow influencers through her Twitter account. Politically this puts her in alignment with Elon Musk and the acceptable Republican group that promotes the Florida Governor.
Keep in mind, for DeSantis, the “woke issues” are political tools to achieve an objective; nothing more. Ms. Yaccarino supporting Ron DeSantis is not a misnomer, it’s just politics.
Similarly, for Elon Musk, it appears Ms. Yaccarino brings a greater financial value to the table offsetting any contradictions in his belief system about wokeism as a danger to speech and culture. Obviously, this hire says Musk is more concerned about revenue generation than actual free speech.
Regarding opposition or alignment with what is colloquially called “wokeism”, Ms. Yaccarino is somewhat of a touchstone. Her bona fides on DEI make her a subject matter expert on the weaponization of advertising to advance a cultural objective.
Just accept things as they are and not as you might wish them to be. That way you are not disappointed later.
Accept the Musk selection of Ms. Yaccarino as exactly what it says for the Twitter platform. First, money is the most important issue right now; revenue generation for Musk is the #1 priority. Second, the content of the platform will modify accordingly.

The Hong Kong corporation that allegedly wired funds to Hunter Biden’s business in 2017 was controlled by a Shanghai firm run by members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), some of whom had previously served in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), according to business documents and congressional reports reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
On June 30, 2017, Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong) Ltd. wired $10 million to the Delaware-based company CEFC Infrastructure, which then wired $100,000 to Hunter Biden’s “professional corporation,” Owasco P.C., on August 4, 2017, a House Oversight Committee memo revealed Wednesday, alleging the transfers were part of an influence peddling scheme.
However, at the time of the 2017 wire transfer, 100% of Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong) Ltd.’s shares were held by a company called CEFC Shanghai International Group Ltd., which was run by multiple members of the CCP, according to a 2017 Shanghai stock exchange filing.
CEFC Shanghai International Group Ltd. is also identified as the owner of Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong) in a 2020 Senate Homeland Security Committee report, which further characterized Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong) as a Chinese “state-owned enterprise.” The report also noted that CEFC Shanghai International Group Ltd. was “controlled” by Shanghai Guosheng Group, “another state-owned enterprise.”
Furthermore, CEFC Shanghai International Group’s “director,” Su Weizhong, whom the 2017 Shanghai stock exchange filing lists as one of its two “actual controllers,” is a CCP member, according to the filings.
A 2017 Chinese government article also identified Su Weizhong as a member of the “discipline inspection commission” at China Energy Fund Committee, which was controlled by the CCP’s Discipline Inspection Commission, according to an archived version of China Energy Fund Committee’s website.
The CCP tasks the Discipline Inspection Commission with “rooting out wrongdoing among public servants” and “enforcing loyalty” to the Party Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping, according to a 2021 Congressional Research Service report concerning China’s political system.
CEFC Shanghai International Group’s other “actual controller,” Zheng Xiongbin, is not listed as a CCP member by the 2017 filings.
However, CEFC Shanghai International Group’s “general manager” and “legal representative,” Li Yong, is also listed as a CCP member in the filings with the Shanghai stock exchange.
Several other “directors” and “supervisors” of CEFC Shanghai International Group are also CCP members, according to the 2017 stock filing, including “director” Chen Qiang, as well as “chief supervisor” Dong Jinqiang and “supervisor” Xiong Fengsheng.
Additionally, Chen Qiang, Dong Jinqiang and Xiong Fengsheng are all listed as having previously served in the PLA, according to the filing.
While Dong Jinqiang formerly served as the CCP party secretary at several PLA posts, and Xiong Fengsheng previously served as president of a PLA hospital, Chen Qiang served as a PLA commander in Nanjing before joining CEFC Shanghai International Group, the stock filing states.
The House Oversight Committee’s Wednesday memorandum alleged that Hunter Biden’s business partner, Gongwen “Kevin” Dong, orchestrated a complex plot involving multiple intermediary companies to conceal Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong) Ltd. as the original source of millions of dollars of outbound cash — at least some of which ultimately made it to Hunter Biden’s firm, according to the memo.
“Chinese nationals and companies with significant ties to Chinese intelligence and the Chinese Communist Party hid the source of the funds by layering domestic limited liability companies,” the memo stated.
The memo characterized Dong as the “emissary in the United States” for Ye Jianming, the “chairman” of China Energy Fund Committee.
In addition to heading China Energy Fund Committee, Ye also served as the “deputy secretary-general” of the China Association of International Friendly Contact (CAIFC), according to the memo.
CAIFC is “an international outreach arm” for the People’s Liberation Army as well as a “platform for deploying undercover intelligence gatherers,” the memo stated.
In 2018, the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission described CAIFC as performing “intelligence collection,” “propaganda” and “perception management campaigns.”
Ye Jianming, who was arrested on bribery charges by Chinese authorities in 2018, allegedly used the China Energy Fund Committee to “bribe and corruptly influence foreign officials,” according to the memo, which also cited the 2019 international bribery and money laundering conviction of China Energy Fund Committee employee Patrick Ho.
Ho was sentenced to three years in prison for two bribery schemes he conducted against African government officials in New York, according to the Department of Justice.
The House Oversight Committee report alleges that bank records for the 2017 wire transfers from Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong), CEFC Infrastructure and Owasco P.C. “disproves President Biden’s claim that his family received no money from China.”
The White House and Gongwen Dong did not respond immediately to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.
Hunter Biden and representatives from Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong) Ltd. and CEFC Shanghai International Group Ltd. could not be reached for comment.

James Matthew Wilson:The form Christ fulfills the “form” of time, space, and our interior yearnings for wholeness. It’s as if there were a pattern with a part missing.
One of the most frequently quoted passages from Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger’s many writings is his famous assertion that the “only really effective apologia for Christianity comes down to two arguments, namely the saints the Church has produced and the art which has grown in her womb.” The beauty of holiness and the beauty of art are not mere ornaments but the strongest argument for what the Church teaches.
So, for all of the Church’s formidable intellectual achievements, including its great synthesis of classical philosophy and divine revelation in her theology, could it really be that the saints and works of art alone are truly “effective”? Does beauty move human beings in a way that truth alone cannot?
Ratzinger answered this question in his 2002 address to the members of Communion and Liberation, stating, “All too often arguments fall on deaf ears because in our world too many contradictory arguments compete with one another, so much so that we are spontaneously reminded of the medieval theologians’ description of reason, that it ‘has a wax nose’: in other words, it can be pointed in any direction, if one is clever enough.” In contrast with the arguments of reason, Ratzinger continues, “the encounter with the beautiful can become the wound of the arrow that strikes the heart.”
Perhaps, however, the distinction between art and argument, between beauty and truth, is not so categorical as these passages, quoted out of context, suggest. From the very beginning, the Apostles indicated as much. In the Acts of the Apostles, we find examples of how the first Christians learned to speak about what had been revealed to them in Christ – and their several ways are striking.
Early in Acts, indeed on the day of Pentecost, Peter steps out to address Jews “from every nation” who have come to the city of Jerusalem. Peter quotes to them the prophet Joel, who proclaimed that God would pour out his Spirit so that “your sons and daughters shall see visions, / and your old men shall dream dreams.” He cites David on the promise of the Holy One who will not “see corruption.” This “Jesus. . .you crucified and killed” is the Holy One who has been “raised up,” and the Apostles have now received the Holy Spirit.
Peter shows, in other words, that Christ and the Church are the fulfillment of the prophets’ words. In a subsequent address, he argues for Jesus as the “Holy and Righteous one” promised by “the God of our fathers,” of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Peter’s addresses are but a foretaste of how Stephen, when arrested, will speak to the high priest. Stephen retells the whole history of the Jews, from Abraham to Moses, from the flight out of Egypt and the journey to the Promised Land. He shows that the Jews have always persecuted their prophets, Moses included, and that, by implication, Jesus is the new Moses and his fulfillment, who has now been “betrayed and murdered.”
After his conversion, Paul preaches in the synagogue and offers a similar history. He recalls the priest and prophet, Samuel, and the kings, Saul and David, before he shows that Jesus is the Holy One whom God has promised and resurrected, and who fulfills at once the roles of priest, prophet, and king.
In all these cases, the apostles appeal to their Jewish audience’s knowledge of salvation history to argue for Christ as the promised Son of God.
Something very different happens, though, when Paul addresses the loquacious, curious, and “very religious” men of Athens. He tells them Christ is the “unknown god” whom their philosophical desires seek. He quotes a Greek poet to show that the God of Jesus Christ is the one in whom “we live and move and have our being.” He appeals not to Christ as the fulfillment of history, but as the cause and logos of the cosmos, the whole world order.
Paul never repeats this argument to the Athenians, however, the way he and Stephen repeat Peter’s historical appeal to the prophets. When we next hear Paul preach, it is as a “witness.” He bears witness to the power of Christ to transform a life – his life. For, he was one who “persecuted the Way,” as he calls Christianity. Christ threw him to the ground and blinded him, and through his baptism at the hands of Ananias, he regained his sight, received forgiveness of sins, and now gives his life to Christ.
Paul bears “witness” a second time when he is brought before Agrippa and Bernice. Once again, he speaks of his devotion as a Pharisee, which led him to oppose Jesus, and repeats the story of his conversion on the road to Damascus.
In some respects, these three kinds of preaching could not be more different. One appeals to the Jews’ knowledge of their scriptures and sacred history and holds Jesus as their fulfillment. The speech to the Athenians appeals to the laws of the cosmos, the order of reality, gleaned through wisdom and metaphysics. Both of these argue from general truths, as it were, the truths of history and the truths of being. Paul’s bearing witness at his conversion may seem, by comparison, no argument at all. He merely confesses the great transformation that has been wrought in him by Christ’s word, power, and spirit.
All three, however, are arguments from beauty, at least as the classical and Christian world understood that word. For the beautiful was the term used for the wonder and delight born in us, when we see how parts fit together to make a whole when we see the orderliness, coherence, and inner meaning of things in a unified vision.
The Jews hear of the beauty of history, where the present makes sense of and fulfills the past. The Athenians hear of Christ as the logos, the principle of order that causes all things to be and to seek their highest good. Paul’s argument is an appeal to moral or ethical beauty, which was the most celebrated kind in the Hellenistic world in which he lived, for even the most skeptical ancient people still desired their lives to be full, that is to say, to become things of beauty or “glory.”
When we take them together, we see that the form of Christ fulfills the “form” of time, space, and our interior yearnings for wholeness. It’s as if there were a pattern with a part missing, whose shape we could discern, but now we see it fitted into place. They are all arguments for the truth. But they do not seek to convince their audience of the truth by proving a mere fact of is or is not, however. Rather, they show to the eye of the mind a more comprehensive order, an order we may eventually understand as truth, but which we at first see, and finally come to adore, as a revelation of beauty.

Hunter Biden is not the first person to accept bribes of foreign money designed to influence U.S. government policy. History records the misadventures of Citizen Edmond-Charles Genêt (1763-1824). In 1793, Genêt was appointed as the Gerondist’s French Ambassador to the fledgling United States. But Genêt did not go directly to President Washington to present his credentials. Instead, Genêt went first to South Carolina where Genêt spent time bribing American sailors and soldiers to help France fight against Britain and Spain. A total violation of U.S. neutrality policy.
When Genêt’s interference was uncovered, President Washington, even without the benefit of today’s Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), declared Genêt persona non grata, ordering Genêt back to France. But, by then, the Gerondins had been replaced by the Montagnards who would have beheaded the disgraced Genêt on arrival in France. So, even though D.C. had yet to become a sanctuary district, President Washington granted asylum to Citizen Genêt. **
Fast forward to today, where the House Oversight Committee is finding evidence that Hunter Biden arranged for the Biden family to receive and hide over $10 million in payments from Romanian and Chinese interests. Hunter Biden and his associates created 20 complicated LLCs that accepted payments from $5,000 to $3 million dollars, then distributed the money to nine Biden family members. The distributions are substantiated by actual bank records dated while Joe Biden* was U.S. Vice President. As yet, no one knows what kind of businesses the Biden family was in, if any.
In addition to multiple violations of the FARA, the Biden family may be in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Meanwhile, U.S. Attorney General Garland is having Hunter Biden investigated for crimes less serious than RICO and FARA, crimes that could be pled down to fines and no jail time. Moreover, the FBI is withholding documents that a whistleblower says would tie Joe Biden* even more closely to Hunter Biden’s money-laundering schemes.
Satire: Whatever the House Oversight Committee uncovers, it is without question that the Biden family is one of America’s most interesting families and it might be said that the head of the Biden Clan is the World’s Most Interesting President.
One might imagine Joe Biden* sitting with some beautiful, sniff-haired young women regaling them with stories like the actor who sold beer on TV as the World’s Most Interesting Man. Tales such as I don’t always play a Tranny on TV. But, when I do, I always drink, well, … you know. I don’t always drain our Strategic Oil Reserve. But, when I do, I buy Arab oil to refill it. I don’t always rig elections. But, when I do, I prefer mail-in ballots. I don’t always cover up my son’s illegal acts. But, when I do, I count on the FBI. The end of Title 42 COVID restrictions today is expected to bring a flood of illegal aliens trying to cross the southern border. Illegal border crossings have been exceeding 10,000 a day in anticipation. How did we get to this point?
To hear the Biden administration tell it, the border is secure and a new rule will make people crossing illegally at other than approved entry points ineligible for asylum. This nod to border enforcement is just for show and completely meaningless, as I will demonstrate in a minute.
But to answer the question how we got to this point, the answer is the Biden administration’s open borders policies and unconstitutional refusal to enforce the nation’s immigration laws. In previous commentaries, I’ve documented more than three dozen policy changes the Biden administration has made to open the border. Today, I add a dozen more:
Joe Biden said he would veto the House Republican border security bill that would end catch-and-release and build the wall so, right off the bat, you know he isn’t serious about securing the border
a federal judge ruled Joe Biden’s ‘catch and release’ policy is unlawful and rebuked Biden for policies that have reduced the border into a “meaningless line in the sand”
White House domestic policy advisor Susan Rice was aware the administration was releasing thousands of unaccompanied migrant children into the country, but deliberately failed to act despite calls to do so
Biden’s policy has been one of accommodation, not enforcement. Biden’s DHS gave $332 million to left-wing nonprofits and Democrat-run cities to resettle illegal aliens

and last, but not least, Joe Biden announced plans to expand Obamacare to accommodate DACA recipient DREAMERs.
Now back to Joe Biden’s new asylum rules: Excuse me, if I view Biden’s new asylum policy with a jaundiced eye, given the dozen new open borders policies I just mentioned. First, illegal aliens have to be caught to lose their right to claim asylum, but everybody knows most illegal aliens get away and are never apprehended. Second, the new rule is “riddled with exceptions”, 22 Republican state attorneys general have said. One exception big enough to drive a truck through is the fact the rule does not apply to designated legal pathways for illegal aliens to enter the country. So the rule won’t apply to illegal aliens coming through one of the more than 100 processing centers the Biden administration is building in other countries throughout the Western hemisphere. So, many more will be flown in, asylum claims intact. Same goes for approved border crossing points. The rule also doesn’t apply to unaccompanied minors, claimed medical emergencies, illegal aliens scheduling an appointment through the mobile phone app, or those aliens arguing ‘other circumstances’ if they can talk fast enough. Overall, the new policy is a shell game and the Biden administration’s orientation remains one of accommodation, not enforcement.

The House of Representatives passed legislation along party lines Thursday that would restart construction of the border wall and reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) asylum policy.
All voting Republicans except for two supported the Secure the Border Act, with all 211 voting Democrats opposing the legislation. GOP leadership negotiated with rank-and-file members over provisions dealing with seasonal labor and drug cartels up until passage. The legislation is not expected to pass the Senate, but it could jump-start negotiations in the upper chamber for a broader deal.
The Secure the Border Act directs the Biden administration to resume building parts of the border wall that were previously scheduled for building by the Trump administration. The Trump administration built 452 miles of wall along the southern border, while the Biden administration has been slow on its promise to fill some gaps. Biden overturned the emergency declaration that Trump relied on for border wall construction on his first day in office.
1) House approves bill to bolster border security
The vote: 219-213 The House hoped to pass this bill over the winter but the GOP struggled to find consensus. But they were able to pass the bill today to coincide with the end of Title 42.
Biden also eliminated the MPP, which required asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while their legal proceedings were being adjudicated. MPP formally ended in 2022, after Republican-led states lost a legal challenge that would have forced the Biden administration to maintain it. The legislation reinstates the policy.
The Biden administration will allow Title 42 to expire Thursday night, making passage of the border bill more urgent, Republican representatives argued. Federal agents are being deployed at the southern border ahead of an expected migration surge, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers are being instructed to release migrants already in custody to increase bed space in shelters.
“It’s the obvious advertisement shown to everybody around the world that it’s time to invade the southern border and come on across,” Georgia Rep. Mike Collins told the Daily Caller. “You can tell that by the tens of thousands of people lined up there and ready to go. We had 11,000 yesterday.”
GOP leadership made last-minute revisions to provisions dealing with E-Verify. Members representing agriculture-heavy districts worried the bill could cause worker shortages if the eligibility system were immediately made mandatory and applied to seasonal workers. Leadership promised members they would work to address the issue during negotiations with the Senate.
“What they committed to is that nothing would go to the president’s desk to be signed into law that didn’t have both the E-Verify provisions and reforms to the ag labor program,” Washington Rep. Dan Newhouse, a key moderate, said.

After 1750 and the onset of the industrial revolution, the anthropogenic fossil component and the non-fossil component in the total atmospheric CO2 concentration, C(t), began to increase. Despite the lack of knowledge of these two components, claims that all or most of the increase in C(t) since 1800 has been due to the anthropogenic fossil component have continued since they began in 1960 with “Keeling Curve: Increase in CO2 from burning fossil fuel.” Data and plots of annual anthropogenic fossil CO2 emissions and concentrations, C(t), published by the Energy Information Administration, are expanded in this paper. Additions include annual mean values in 1750 through 2018 of the 14C specific activity, concentrations of the two components, and their changes from values in 1750. The specific activity of 14C in the atmosphere gets reduced by a dilution effect when fossil CO2, which is devoid of 14C, enters the atmosphere. We have used the results of this effect to quantify the two components. All results covering the period from 1750 through 2018 are listed in a table and plotted in figures. These results negate claims that the increase in C(t) since 1800 has been dominated by the increase of the anthropogenic fossil component. We determined that in 2018, atmospheric anthropogenic fossil CO2 represented 23% of the total emissions since 1750 with the remaining 77% in the exchange reservoirs. Our results show that the percentage of the total CO2 due to the use of fossil fuels from 1750 to 2018 increased from 0% in 1750 to 12% in 2018, much too low to be the cause of global warming.
