PODCAST: The After Effect of the 2020 Election

The gymnastics involving the recent counting of the election ballots have been disconcerting to say the least. It has caused high anxiety among Republicans, to the point of making many physically sick. Ordinarily, an American presidential election should be simple, transparent and easy to implement. Despite our technology though it has only become more complicated and prone to error and corruption. This is particularly disturbing in the age of the Internet and pocket computing. I have personally been voting since 1972 and in that short period of time, I have seen it only get worse, not better. As an old systems man, this is another area where I fail to see how computers have improved productivity.
Nonetheless, America has become the laughing stock of the free world simply by its inability to conduct a fair and transparent election. We are now faced with a scandal the likes of which we have never seen. It is bigger than the 1960 election, and bigger than the Kennedy assassination as it represents the attempted murder of a country, not just an individual, which will haunt us for years to come. Now we are embroiled in a justified legal battle which should not be taken lightly and may very well lead to a surprise ending, something we haven’t experienced in a very long time. More on this shortly.
Interestingly, I believe there are three areas affected by this nightmare of ballot counting:

1. REPUBLICANS – the outrage over the counting has united the party like I have never seen before. True, millions love their President, but the chaos ensuing from the balloting has incensed Republican voters by insulting their sense of fair play. Republicans always suspected Democrats of voting improprieties, but this latest round will not be left unchecked. This has opened the eyes of Republicans to the next two items…

2. DEMOCRATS – in the eyes of the GOP, the Democrats have gone way beyond the label of the “loyal opposition,” to the party of immoral/illegal behavior. Republicans now understand the Democrats mantra that “all is fair in love and politics,” that they will do anything, be it lie, cheat or defraud in order to win at all costs. They have seen it in the Congress, mayhem in the streets, and on the campaign trail. In the minds of Republicans, the Democrats can no longer be trusted to do anything honorable; that they represent nothing less than evil.

Even former VP Joe Biden who claims he wants to be a “unifier,” is already drawing up plans should he become president to rescind President Trump’s executive orders, such as overturning the removal of business regulations, halting the construction of the southern wall and opening the borders, rejoining the Paris Climate Treaty and World Health Organization, killing the Trump tax cuts, re-establishing Iran recognition, and appointing a commission to expand the Supreme Court. So much for “unification.”
The only agenda the former VP is interested in is the Democrats’, not America’s.

3. NEWS MEDIA – Only now are Republicans starting to understand the real power of the press. Prior to this, they thought it was only conservative extremists claiming “the sky is falling, the sky is falling.” Now they know the truth of how untrustworthy the media is, that it is all about money and serving the Democrats.

The news media calls President Trump’s charges of fraud “baseless,” even in spite of the many sworn affidavits the president’s team has produced. These media people are the same ones who fought for Al Gore’s voting rights in the 2000 election, yet balk at supporting the president’s rights. Remarkably, they see no inconsistencies in this and continue to push for Biden’s election and attack the president’s attempts to seek the truth, claiming it is nothing more than “sour grapes.”
Even Fox News has fallen from grace with Republicans who feel betrayed when the network referred to Mr. Biden as “President-Elect.” It is not up to the media to “call” the election, that is what the Electoral College is designed to do. In other words, they exceeded their authority. There is now a massive migration underway to Newsmax and OAN (One American News Network). This is significant and will hurt Fox, who is now viewed in the same vein as CNN and MSNBC. Don’t be surprised when you hear Republicans chant, “Fox sucks, Fox sucks, …” The decision by Fox to rush to “call” the election for Biden, is one of the biggest bonehead moves made by someone in the media and will cost them dearly.
Republicans are also outraged by the behavior of social-media giants Facebook and Twitter who have regularly censored Republican postings, claiming it violates fact-checkers. This is also causing an exodus from these services with people gravitating to MeWe, Parler, LinkedIn, and CODIAS (specifically intended for conservatives).

The stumbling by Fox, Facebook, and Twitter represents a golden opportunity for others who must be careful not to replicate the mistakes of their predecessors. For example, Fox let liberal commentators slip in the back door, and Facebook and Twitter censored postings. These big guns may laugh at the new guys as inconsequential, but over 70 million people voted for President Trump, are mad as hell, and are ready to move elsewhere. Such an exodus could possibly have a crippling effect on these media giants. Should the new kids on the block not learn from these mistakes, they will likely suffer the same consequences.

So, where is all this heading?
Professor Shane Vaughn, a teacher at the First Harvest Church & Biblical Foundations Institute of Waveland, Mississippi, produced a video recently which asks, “What Happens If President Trump Does NOT Concede?” In it, he reminds us of an important civics lesson involving some history and Amendment 12 of the Constitution detailing what would happen if none of the candidates garner enough votes to win the Electoral College. I have researched this and could find no flaw in his argument.
Until such time as the states can certify their voting, the Electoral College cannot declare a victor. This is why the president’s team is pushing for recounts, particularly from the swing states. The lawsuits may very well reveal voter fraud which could change the outcome in the states. Nonetheless, the investigations can take considerable time, going beyond the date Congress assigns to collect votes from the Electoral College (normally the Monday after the second Wednesday in December – December 14th). If neither candidate has sufficient electoral votes, the vote is turned over to the House of Representatives to decide.
True, the House is currently in the hands of the Democrats, but this is a STATE vote only (50 plus DC). The President would likely win under such a scenario.
This is not without precedence as it happened in 1800 (John Adams vs. Thomas Jefferson), 1824 (John Q. Adams vs. Andrew Jackson), and 1876 (Rutherford B. Hayes vs. Samuel Tilden).
Conceding defeat represents a surrender in the eyes of the Electoral College and any hopes of a recount or checking voter fraud is negated. This explains why Hillary Clinton adamantly warned former VP Biden NOT to concede defeat under any circumstance, as she was well aware of this scenario. It also explains why President Trump will not concede defeat, in spite of the urging of the news media (who is also well aware of it, and not the general public).
This election is far from over, but to make it to a House vote, the President’s team has to effectively demonstrate voter fraud occurred and articulate why recounts are necessary. Trump supporters can help in this regard by organizing demonstrations demanding a clean and transparent election.
This election is also a recognition of the ruthlessness of a determined enemy, the Swamp (Democrats, the News Media, Lobbyists, Bureaucrats, and RINOs). As an outsider, President Trump has disrupted their plans and fortunes. Bottom-line, this is the reason they want to eliminate him.
All of this means the Democrats are trapped. They can either acknowledge voter fraud, and suffer electoral losses, or take their chances in the House which they will likely lose. Either way, President Trump wins. When this happens, the Democrats will unleash hell in protest, claiming this is an unfair process (even though it is in the constitution and has been tested).

Fortunately, President Trump has no intention of going gently into that good night. He will certainly not concede the election and see it to the legal end. Thank God for having a president who is not intimidated by the Swamp.

Gov. Whitmer Announces New Restrictions as Coronavirus Cases Surge

Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced new restrictions Sunday evening meant to combat the worsening coronavirus pandemic.
The restrictions, which begin Wednesday and extend through the end of November, include the closing of high schools, colleges, indoor dining, casinos, and movie theaters, Whitmer said in a press conference Sunday.
 
Michigan has recorded record amounts of virus cases in the past week, raising the state’s seven-day average of daily new cases to 6,200, resulting in spikes in hospitalizations and deaths across the state as well, the Detroit Free Press reported.
Whitmer said the state had “smashed the curve” through measures early in the pandemic, but the winter months could be more difficult.
“As hard as those first months were for our state, these next few are going to be even harder,” Whitmer said at the press conference.
Whitmer said that coronavirus models show “that if we don’t take aggressive action right now, we could soon see 1,000 deaths per week here in Michigan.”

Though Whitmer had relied on the Michigan’s Emergency Powers of the Governor Act of 1945 to enforce earlier coronavirus restrictions, the state’s Supreme Court ruled her actions unconstitutional in October. Whitmer had relied on the law to enforce her restrictions since the Republican-led state Legislature had refused to extend Michigan’s state of emergency in April, according to the Free Press.
Despite the 4-3 ruling, Whitmer has still been able to enforce a statewide mask mandate in crowded and indoor settings and capacities for bars and restaurants, relying on a Michigan Public Health Code, the Free Press reported.


Whitmer’s restrictions are only the latest from local and state officials across the country in an effort to curb the virus’ spread. Governors in New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and more have adopted some type of restrictions in recent days, and Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot recently announced a citywide stay-at-home order.


The U.S. has recorded over 100,000 daily coronavirus cases every day since Election Day, with a record high 180,000 reported Saturday. The U.S. also surpassed 11 million cases over the weekend, and is approaching 250,000 virus deaths, according to a Johns Hopkins University database.

Effort to Win Georgia Senate Races by Bringing in Out-of-Staters to Vote Is Illegal

Celebrities and politicians urging people to visit Georgia and falsely claim residency for the sole purpose of voting in two critical U.S. Senate runoff elections Jan. 5 are advocating criminal actions and should be ashamed of themselves. This call for voter fraud should be rejected.
The Georgia runoff elections are extraordinarily important because they will determine which political party controls the U.S. Senate.
Results of the Nov. 3 election gave Republicans 50 seats in the 100-member Senate and gave Democrats 48. If Republicans win one of the Georgia seats Jan. 5, they will hold a 51-49 majority in the Senate; if the GOP wins both seats, it will hold a 52-48 majority.
But if Democrats win both Georgia races, the Senate will be split 50-50 between the two parties. Assuming that President Donald Trump’s lawsuits fail and he is replaced by Joe Biden as president Jan. 20, Kamala Harris will be vice president and can break the 50-50 tie in the Senate to give Democrats majority control of the chamber by the slimmest possible margin.

Multiple candidates ran for the two Senate seats representing Georgia, preventing any candidate from gaining a majority. As a result, Georgia law requires the top two candidates for each seat to face each other in runoff elections to be held Jan. 5.
It is a felony for people to visit Georgia and falsely claim to be residents just so they can vote. Millions of us have visited states on vacation or business, but that doesn’t make us residents entitled to vote there.
Georgia Code §21-2-561 states that providing false information when you are registering to vote is a felony. So is voting by an “unqualified elector” under §21-2-571. So if you register to vote when you know that your assertion of residency is false, and then you vote or even just attempt to vote Jan. 5 knowing you are not a qualified voter of the state, you have violated both of these state criminal statutes.
The punishment for this illegal activity under Georgia law is a minimum of one year and a maximum of up to 10 years in prison and as much as a $100,000 fine. Georgia obviously takes this crime very seriously.
No matter how interested nonresidents of Georgia are in that state’s crucial election, they should not listen to the ill-informed, manipulative, and reckless tweets and calls for them to break the law and pretend to be Georgia residents just so they can vote in the two Senate races.
This call for illegal voting—coming primarily from Democrats—is a basic betrayal of the democratic process. Everyone who urges or participates in this criminal activity should be ashamed of themselves and deserves to be criticized, no matter who they are and which party they favor.
Fox News reports, for example, that in a now-deleted tweet, New Yorker journalist Eric Levitz wrote: “These run-offs will decide which party controls the Senate and thus, whether we’ll have any hope for a large stimulus/climate bill. If you have the means and fervor to make a temporary move to GA, believe anyone who registers by Dec 7 can vote in these elections.”
Former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang also tweeted that he and his wife are moving to Georgia to help the two Democratic contenders.
In the Nov. 3 election in Georgia, Republican Sen. David Perdue received 49.71% of the vote and Democratic challenger Jon Ossoff received 47.96%, forcing them into a runoff.
The other Senate race on the ballot Nov. 3 was a special election. Republican Sen. Johnny Isakson retired in 2018, before the end of his term. Republican Kelly Loeffler was appointed by Gov. Brian Kemp to fill the seat until the special election.
She and Rep. Doug Collins split the Republican vote Nov. 3; Loeffler received 25.9% and Collins got 19.95%. Democrat Raphael Warnock got the highest vote total, with 32.91%. Therefore, the two top vote-getters, Loeffler and Warnock, will be in the Jan. 5 runoff election.
Dec. 7 is the deadline to register to vote in Georgia for the Jan. 5 election for any residents of the state who have not already registered, including voters who have just moved to Georgia. But under the Georgia Election Code, §21-2-217, you have to be an actual resident of the state to vote, not just a visitor.
Georgia law says that a voter cannot be in the state “for temporary purposes only without the intention of making [Georgia] such person’s permanent place of abode.” In other words, if you head to Georgia for the primary purpose of helping the candidates in the special election with no intention of actually staying in the state and living there, you are not eligible to register or vote.
Those who think they can get around this requirement by simply lying and asserting their intention to make Georgia their permanent abode should beware. Under the law, county registrars are given the authority to consider a long list of other factors that may contradict the “applicant’s expressed intent.”
These factors include an individual’s “business pursuits, employment, income sources, residence for income tax purposes … leaseholds, sites of personal and real property owned by the applicant, motor vehicle and other personal property registration, and other such factors that registrars may reasonably deem necessary to determine” the applicant’s legal residence for voting purposes.
And it is not just registrars. Under Georgia law, §21-2-230, any registered voter can challenge the eligibility of any other registrant in his or her county or municipality. So there is an entire army of grassroots Georgia voters out there who can be, and should be, on the lookout for out-of-staters registering to vote who falsely claim to live in their neighborhoods and their communities.
The Jan. 5 Senate races in Georgia are understandably capturing national attention, and both Republicans and Democrats are mounting major efforts to win the seats. That’s how democracy is supposed to work. But having out-of-state voters visit a state for a few weeks to masquerade as Georgia residents is not a democratic exercise—it’s a crime.
Anyone who visits Georgia temporarily and falsely claims to be a resident cheats the real residents of the state—no matter which side of the political aisle they favor—by interfering in their choice of who should represent them in Congress. There’s no justification for that, no matter how passionate you are about the outcome of an election.
Vote in your own home state when elections are held—not in the home state of others.

United States European Command Conducted The Operation To Take Control of Computer Servers in Germany

Unraveling the Latest Deep State Coup

When I saw this it did not make sense. Let me explain. I spent four years working at State Department’s Office of Counter Terrorism (now it is the Bureau of Counter Terrorism). I was one of two officers who dealt directly with the FBI in the investigation of the terrorist bombing of Pan Am 103. I learned through this experience that US law enforcement cannot operate in other countries without the permission of those countries.
I also spent 22 years scripting terrorism exercises for U.S. military special operations. My job was to replicate State Department and Embassy communications that would occur during a terrorist crisis. So, I have a lot of experience in working real world with US law enforcement, US military and our Embassies in sorting out the issues that arise when the United States wants to pursue a law enforcement or military operation in a foreign country.
The U.S. Army did not conduct a raid in Germany on either Sctyl or Dominion offices or servers. They are foreign nationals and we must operate in accordance with German law. Moreover, the U.S. Army does not have law enforcement powers with respect to such entities.
So what happened? I am reliably informed that a unit under the command of USEUCOM (i.e., United States European Command) did in fact conduct an operation to take control of computer servers. But these servers belong to the CIA, not Dominion or Sctyl. The U.S. military has full authority to do this because any CIA activity in the European theater is being conducted using military cover. In other words, CIA officers would be identified to the German government (and anyone else asking) as military employees or consultants.
Such an operation would have been carried out with U.S. law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence. That means that the evidence will be under the control of the Department of Justice through US Attorneys and can be used in court or other judicial proceedings.
This is not the first time that a military unit attached to EUCOM has compelled a CIA computer facility to hand over evidence. A dear friend of mine (a retired DEA officer) told me about an incident where he entered a CIA facility in Frankfurt backed up by the US Army to get info the CIA was withholding (this took place in the 1980s).
I also have confirmed what Jim Hoft reported the other night–the CIA’s Gina Haspel was not informed in advance of this operation. Based on this fact, I think it is correct that action was taken in Germany on territory under U.S. control and that a CIA facility was targeted.
I also have learned that FBI Director Christopher Wray was excluded from this operation. Wray, more than Haspel, has been working aggressively to undermine and sabotage Donald Trump. This means that some other U.S. law enforcement agency (e.g., US Marshals, DEA, Secret Service, etc) had the lead in collecting the evidence.
Sidney Powell is a serious lawyer. She is not going to make a false claim. Period. She embodies honesty and integrity. Given her recent statements on Maria Bartoromo and Lou Dobbs and Eric Bolling, she clearly knows that evidence is being collected that will prove beyond reasonable doubt (i.e., the type of evidence required to obtain a criminal conviction) that the CIA had some sort of nefarious relationship with Dominion Software and that Dominion Software was being used abroad and in the United States to conduct voter fraud.
I fully expect CIA officials to argue they had no idea that Dominion was engaged in such nefarious activity. Their denial carries as much weight as the claim by Captain Louis Renault in the iconic scene in Casablanca:
Capt. Louis Renault: I am shocked, shocked that there is gambling going on in here.
Waiter: Sir here are your winnings

The fraud is so systemic, so institutionalized, it must have been going on since Joe Kennedy and Sam Giancana stole the election for JFK. They’ve perfected it. Well almost.

Carone was sent to Detroit, Michigan, to provide technical support for the ballot counting process. While she was there she noted poll workers repeatedly double scanning ballots to generate multiple votes from the same batch of ballot sheets. Ms. Carone also witnessed election workers filling out ballots, fraudulently signing ballots, as well as the unloading of vans in an area of the Detroit election tabulation facility she was not permitted to inspect.

In video testimony, Detroit IT worker Melissa Carone, who was employed by Dominion Voting Systems as a contractor to keep an eye on ballot-counting machines, says she witnessed poll workers at the TCF Center repeatedly run the same batches of 50 ballots through counters sometimes up to eight, nine, 10 times.
What’s more, she said that while she was not allowed to touch ballots or stand directly over machines, she said only saw ballots marked for Biden during her entire 24-hour shift – not a single ballot for President Trump.
She also testified that there was no legitimate, legal oversight of the balloting process – that Democrats were essentially ‘watching’ Democrats. She also says she saw poll workers duplicating ballots while changing the votes on others, stealing results in the open.
Carone also said she reported her findings to the FBI, but at this point, there is no indication that the bureau – or the Justice Department – has done a thing to investigate.
Her revelations come amid others by Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell, who says she and other legal eagles working on behalf of the president have discovered substantial evidence of alleged payoffs, vote alterations, and other shenanigans related to Dominion and certain state elected officials whom she did not name.

And here’s some food for thought: If – if – widespread, open vote fraud against this president were going to take place, it makes perfect sense that it would be carried out in Democratic strongholds like Detroit, where there is a corrupt machine already in place.

Biden Transition Official Believes the First Amendment Has a ‘Design Flaw’ — His Remedy Is to Curb Free Speech

Richard Stengel, according to the New York Post, “is the Biden transition ‘Team Lead’ for the US Agency for Global Media, the U.S. government media empire that includes Voice of America, the Middle East Broadcasting Networks and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.” He is also a menace to our constitutional protections and to free society in general. If he is any indication of what is coming, we’re in for a rough four years, or longer.
Stengel wrote last year in a Washington Post op-ed that the freedom of speech must be restricted, for “all speech is not equal. And where truth cannot drive out lies, we must add new guardrails. I’m all for protecting ‘thought that we hate,’ but not speech that incites hate.”
What kind of speech “incites hate”? As far as Stengel is concerned, the answer is any speech that Muslims find offensive. He wrote: “Even the most sophisticated Arab diplomats that I dealt with did not understand why the First Amendment allows someone to burn a Koran. Why, they asked me, would you ever want to protect that?”
Well, maybe because a law forbidding criticism (including mockery) of any group establishes that group as a protected class that cannot be questioned, and that in turn would allow this group to do whatever it wanted without fear of any opposition even being allowed to articulate its case. The freedom of speech is, in sum, our foremost protection against tyranny. Without it, a tyrant can work his will without any fear of his opponents uttering even one cross word.
But instead of explaining and defending the freedom of speech, Stengel agreed with his “sophisticated Arab diplomats,” answering their query about Qur’an-burning with this: “It’s a fair question. Many other nations are fixing that “design flaw,” according to Stengel, and so the U.S. should also: “Since World War II, many nations have passed laws to curb the incitement of racial and religious hatred. These laws started out as protections against the kinds of anti-Semitic bigotry that gave rise to the Holocaust. We call them hate speech laws, but there’s no agreed-upon definition of what hate speech actually is. In general, hate speech is speech that attacks and insults people on the basis of race, religion, ethnic origin and sexual orientation.”
The destruction of the freedom of speech is an idea whose time has come, says Stengel. “I think it’s time to consider these statutes. The modern standard of dangerous speech comes from Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969) and holds that speech that directly incites ‘imminent lawless action’ or is likely to do so can be restricted. Domestic terrorists such as Dylann Roof and Omar Mateen and the El Paso shooter were consumers of hate speech. Speech doesn’t pull the trigger, but does anyone seriously doubt that such hateful speech creates a climate where such acts are more likely?”
Yes. I’m not in favor of the burning of any book, and I believe that people ought to read and understand the Qur’an rather than burn it. However, note that Stengel is calling for legal “guardrails” against “speech that incites hate.” If someone burns a Bible, no one cares. If someone burns a Qur’an, there are riots and death threats. So for Stengel, burning a Bible would not be “speech that incites hate,” but burning a Qur’an would be. Saying that “speech that incites hate” must be criminalized is tantamount to calling for the heckler’s veto to be enshrined in law.
Stengel’s statement that “the First Amendment protects the ‘thought that we hate,’ but it should not protect hateful speech that can cause violence by one group against another” means that if Muslims riot over burned Qur’ans, we must outlaw burning Qur’ans. That would only signal to Muslims that they can get us to bend to their will by threatening violence, and ensure that we will see many more such threats.
In Richard Stengel’s ideal world, non-Muslims are cowed into silence by Muslims who threaten to kill them if they get out of line, and by non-Muslim officials who react to the threats by giving the Muslims what they want.
Note also that Leftist and Islamic groups in the U.S. have for years insisted, with no pushback from any mainstream politician or media figure, that essentially any and all criticism of Islam, including analysis of how Islamic jihadis use the texts and teachings of Islam to justify violence and make recruits among peaceful Muslims, is “hate speech” and “speech that incites hate.” Thus Richard Stengel will silence that as well, and the global jihad will be able to advance unopposed and unimpeded.
In a year or two I might tell you “I warned you this was coming,” but by then I probably won’t be able to.

Media Confused By Completely Peaceful Protest

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The media is scratching their heads today after thousands of angry Trump supporters descended on the capital and were completely peaceful throughout the entire demonstration.
“I don’t even know what this is. This is really confusing,” said D.C. correspondent Cork Dorgen. “We’ve seen violent protests and mostly-peaceful protests, but this protest seems all-the-way peaceful and we didn’t even know that was a thing.”
According to witnesses, a crowd of hundreds of thousands of people peacefully marched while waving flags, singing the National Anthem, and proclaiming their love for the country and the president.
Media outlets in turn have condemned the march as “physically peaceful, but morally violent.” According to several reports, demonstrators were seen wearing shirts with violent and triggering patriotic messages. One reporter witnessed a high-schooler in a MAGA hat smirking very violently at him.
“While we didn’t see physical violence here today, we heard violent speech, violent ideas, and violent singing. These people are basically violent,” said CNN reporter Jim Acosta. “If they are not stopped, they may violently stop watching news from trusted sources like CNN or violently expose corruption in Joe Biden’s administration.”
Reporters were even more horrified when it was revealed that 92% of the crowd was planning to violently attend church services and violently sing hymns the next day in spite of the pandemic.

Alternative News Sources – The New Honest Mainstream

Winston84 features a directory where every single profile we’ve included has something valuable to offer. Even those we find controversial are included for a reason – within the content they produce are ideas and facts you cannot find anywhere in the establishment media. And they have a right to be heard.
According to conservative columnist David Goldman, writing for PJ Media, Google is on the verge of completely eliminating content they find “offensive.” What may give offense? As we know, anything considered “hate speech,” as well as anything deemed “misinformation.” Expect that to include not just reasons why police are not systemically racist, or examples of alternative COVID-19 therapies, or corruption in the Biden family, or video and testimonial evidence of election fraud. No, expect far broader classifications of “offensive” material.
Imminent, for example, is complete suppression of anything that questions the “climate crisis.” The only reason that hasn’t happened already is because, at least during 2020, it wasn’t useful. The race riots supposedly triggered by the death of George Floyd, plus the COVID-19 pandemic, provided ample crises with which to remake and reset society (including elections). But the “climate crisis” will take banishment of “misinformation” to the next level.
Censorship over the past four years has been expanding logarithmically. In the last few weeks prior to the election it became blatant and brazen; its practitioners became indifferent to exposure. And everyone is in on it – the press, the establishment media, big tech, and powerful factions within the federal government and the intelligence community. The First Amendment hangs by a thread.

Fraudulent Claims of Fraud Doesn’t Mean There’s No Fraud

By now anyone trying to find evidence of election fraud has uncovered cases where the allegations were false. But sort of like the Clinton Body Count, while it may all just be a bunch of hooey, there is too much evidence for anyone to dismiss it all as unfounded without thought or examination. The sources of election irregularities summarized here are listed in approximate order of how far down the rabbit hole they reside, and hence, how much they are either suppressed or outright banned on the major online platforms.
All of these sources put forward interesting claims. It is our right to see them, and decide for ourselves what to believe.
We’ll start with our own partners, the editors at American Greatness. Their lineup of articles currently dealing with post-election irregularities are too numerous to list, and all of them are good. Find them on the AG home page, and in particular, read “Let’s Take Stock of Where We Are,” by the incomparable Michael Anton.
Joining American Greatness as one of those “mainstream adjacent” sources that are too credible to be banned, but nonetheless putting forward material you can’t find anywhere in the sanitized, properly housebroken media, would be The American Mind. Much of their recent material also covers election irregularities, and again our top recommendation is another very recent article by Michael Anton entitled “Game on for the Coup.” Anton, who has been predicting a coup for several months, achieved fame in 2016 with his essay “The Flight 93 Election,” where he compared the American people to passengers on the ill fated Flight 93 back on 9/11/2001, where they faced a terrible choice: either try to gain control of the cockpit (elect Trump) and possibly survive, or do nothing (elect Clinton) and face certain death. Anton, at the time, had to write that essay anonymously. We have come a long way.
To start down the rabbit hole, read everything on the new website Revolver, a news aggregator that is better than Drudge was when Drudge was at its best. In particular, read “The Steal Is On. What Republicans Must Do Next To Guarantee Victory.” Written on November 4, details in this article have been overtaken by events, but the agenda laid out by the editors bears close review.
To dive well into the rabbit hole, an article appearing on the infamous media empire known as Infowars asks a rather pertinent question “Why Does Biden Have So Many More Votes Than Democrat Senators in Swing States?” And, we might add, not in states unless they’re swing states. Infowars can be hyperbolic at times, but they offer rare nuggets of valuable truth between the lines of hogwash, and in this article the author has their facts straight.
At the bottom of the rabbit hole – not that this list is even remotely complete – find the enigmatic BitChute channel “TruthVideos1984.” We recommend watching three videos on this channel which is a video aggregator. One particularly intriguing video claims that Trump supporters in the government “watermarked every ballot with a QFS blockchain encryption code,” which will allow them to expose any counterfeit ballots. Another is a live interview with a poll watcher who claims ballots have been turned in with no names on them. Finally, on a video originally posted by Veritas, a U.S. postal worker admits they were instructed to collect ballots after the election cutoff so they could be backdated.
President Trump may or may not prevail in his bid for reelection. And if he is not reelected, we will never know to what extent his loss was due to fraud. There is no question America’s system of voting is rife with opportunities to commit fraud. It is ludicrous to believe fraud is not taking place, and shameful for the media and online communications gatekeepers to suppress any discussion of possible fraud. This problem, as the president has said repeatedly, is much bigger than this election.

Language greatly matters in politics, and in the case of the Radical Left, its real name—Socialist Charlatans. No. 1 Enemy of America: The Democrat Party

The name of the Democrat party is itself a total fraud, the Party has nothing to do with democracy, its modus operandi: lies, cheating, and fraud. Rudy Giuliani alleged on Nov. 11, 2020 that roughly 650,000 unlawful ballots were cast in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was writing about fraud in Pennsylvania for years, giving the cases of fraud. The example is the presidential election 2012, a fraud committed by then Governor of Pennsylvania Ed Rendell and the KGB agent Rahm Emanuel, revealed in several of my columns. Massive mail-in ballot harvesting allows dead people to vote, people without ID to vote and vote-counting software fraud, rigging the system. I know the KGB ability to hack and defraud. The army of Socialist Charlatans in concert with the KGB is “working” hard and fast to bring Biden to the presidency in 2020…
In the same fraudulent manner, the Soviet style, Biden declares himself victor despite promise to wait for ‘independently certified’ results. He is abetted by an eager, arrogant media that thinks they crown winners and losers. He is in a hurry, stealing the election from President Trump, knowing that at any minute his crime can be exposed. It is hard to list all the crimes committed by this tandem—they honor neither transparency nor truth, they matched the Soviet apparatchiks, and killed their own Senator, because he was losing the election. Socialist Charlatans brought Chinese COVID-19 as a referendum against Trump. What a shame! When I see his face, I turn off the TV. A Democrat, he demonstrated his ego and arrogance, turning the first presidential debate into chaos. I have warned Fox News of their ignorance, and if they won’t educate their staff, I will call for boycotting the channel. President-elect Joe Biden’s transition team leader for US-owned media outlets wants to redefine freedom of speech and make “hate speech” a crime.

“Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made f*cking sure of that!” – Eric Coomer, Director Product Strategy & Security, Dominion Voting Systems

Let’s look at what we now know about electronic voting machines and the 2020 election and how these impacted the voter count. As new information is uncovered we learn that the Art of the Steal is heavily driven by Dominion Voting Systems machines.

Dominion Voting Systems

We have recently focused on Dominion Voting Systems a company that provides voting machines to 22 states. According to Dun & Bradstreet:

Dominion Voting Systems isn’t a senator or a president, but it does want your vote. A manufacturer of voting systems, Dominion Voting makes specialized hardware and software used by some 600 US jurisdictions in 22 states, as well as by jurisdictions in Canada and other countries. Its flagship product line, Democracy Suite, comprises various systems used by election officials, including optical ballot scanners and vote tabulators, voter list generators, election management software, and electronic ballot systems for absentee voting. In addition to its Colorado office, the company also operates offices in Toronto, Canada, New York, and California. Dominion Voting was founded by CEO John Poulos and James Hoover. [Emphasis added]

These Dominion Voting Systems machines which use a touch screen rather than a paper ballot to cast a vote. Once a vote is cast the machine prints out a ballot that has minimal information on it and a bar code. This ballot is then run through another Dominion machine and the vote is “recorded.” As we previously reported the Dominion Voting System was found to transfer Trump votes to Biden in Michigan. We also reported on a On October 26, 2020 PBS News Hour analysis of the Dominion Voting system in Georgia, a state where the 2020 election recount is being currently disputed. The PBS analysis found the Dominion Voting system seriously flawed when compared to using a traditional paper ballot.

Who is Eric Coomer and why is he so important?

Eric Coomer is important because he is the Director Product Strategy & Security, Dominion Voting Systems. His biography states:

Coomer entered the elections industry in 2005 as Chief Software Architect at Sequoia Voting Systems.  He joined Dominion in 2010 as Vice President of U.S. Engineering, overseeing development and later named Director of Product Strategy and Security to drive the creation of next generation products, while focused on the changing landscape of cybersecurity threats and responses. Eric graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics.
Eric has been an active participant in the development of the IEEE common data format for election systems, as well as the working group for developing standards for Risk-Limiting Audits for election results. When not designing new products, Eric supports large and small-scale customers during Election season. [Emphasis added]

According his social media posts, which have now been scrubbed, Coomer literally hates President Donald J. Trump. Coomer has been on conference calls with members of Antifa. Conner has published hateful remarks on his social media sites about those who disagree with him.

Finally, during the past two days anything and everything about Eric Coomer has been scrubbed from Twitter, Facebook and Google.
Michele Malkin interviewed Joe Oltmann from FECUnited.com. During the interview Oltmann exposes who Eric Coomer is in great detail. Joe Oltmann is the CEO PIN Business Network, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Dominion Voting Systems is also headquartered in Denver.

Oltmann explained that “Eric” was telling the Antifa members they needed to “keep up the pressure.” When Oltmann asked, “Who’s Eric?” someone answered, “Eric, he’s the Dominion guy.” Oltmann said that as the conversation continued, someone asked, “What are we gonna do if F*cking Trump wins?” Oltmann paraphrased how Eric (the Dominion guy) responded, “Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made f*cking sure of that!””

“Oltmann began digging into Eric Coomer, trying to find anything he could about him. Oltmann finally hit gold when he was able to (legally) access what he claims is Dominion VP, Eric Coomer’s Facebook page. What he found was stunning. Joe Oltmann said he never saw such hate and vitriol coming from someone who has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics. Oltmann explained to Malkin that Coomer actually re-posted the Antifa manifesto to President Trump on his Facebook page.”

We now know that:

  1. Dominion Voting Systems played a major role in counting the votes across America.
  2. There have been proven cases where Dominion Voting Systems machines have switched votes intended for President Trump to Biden.
  3. One of the key leaders of Dominion Voting Systems Eric Coomer hates President Trump, based upon his public statements on social media.
  4. We know that Eric Coomer is connected to Antifa.
  5. Social media is doing everything it can to scrub anything about Eric Coomer from its platforms.
  6. Eric Coomer was the Chief Software Architect at Chief Software Architect at Sequoia Voting Systems.
  7. Coomer is listed as an Inventor on 12 patents registered to Dominion.
  8. Data on millions of American voters from Dominion Voting Systems is on Scytl servers located in Frankfurt, Germany.

It gets worse. Our votes are on a server in Germany!

QUESTION: Why is all the personal data on millions of American voters on a server in Frankfurt, Germany?
According to The Gateway Pundit:

The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server. The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.
By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

Andrea Widburg in an American Thinker article titled It’s possible that 2020’s election fraud is way bigger than we thought reported:

Scytl is a Barcelona-based company that provides electronic voting systems worldwide, many of which have proven vulnerable to electronic manipulation.  Scytl has (or had) Soros and Democrat party connections.  Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s Vulcan Capital has invested $40 million in Scytl.
In 2012, Scytl acquired all the assets of SOE Software, which was then America’s largest voting machine and software vendor.  Scytl also acquired the trade name “Clarity Elections” and rebranded its American operations as “Clarity,” with a data process domain at clarityelections.com.
Everything on the Clarity site is unsecured on Amazon Web Services.  By 2018, Scytl, using the Clarity network, supported elections in more than 12 states and 900+ jurisdictions, covering 70 million voters.

Conclusion:

According 234 pages of sworn affidavits alleging election irregularities from just ONE county in Michigan:

  • EYEWITNESS saw a batch of ballots where 60% of them had the SAME signature
  • EYEWITNESS saw a batch of ballots scanned 5 times
  • EYEWITNESS saw 35 ballots counted that were NOT connected to a voter record
  • EYEWITNESS saw poll workers marking ballots with NO mark for candidates
  • VOTER said deceased son was recorded as voting TWICE
  • EYEWITNESS said provisional ballots were placed in the tabulation box
  • FAILED software that caused an error in Antrim County used in Wayne County
  • Republican challengers not readmitted but Democrats admitted
  • Republican challengers physically pushed from counting tables by officials
  • Democrats gave out packet: “Tactics to Distract Republican Challengers”
  • Republican challenges to suspect ballots ignored

The 2020 election isn’t over by a long shot. Efforts by the media, tech giants on social media and Democrats cannot stop the truth from coming out.
What impact this will have in the final outcome of the election is still unknown.
One thing is for sure. It ain’t over yet!

Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company that contracts with a bankrupt Spanish company, Scytl to store election data (votes) as it is reported. Scytl’s servers are located in Germany.
The US seized Scytl’s servers which may prove massive election fraud.
The Paragon Group purchased Scytl last October. Many important Democrats invested in Paragon.

When Democrats Tell You They’re Going to Establish Truth and Reconciliation Commissions, Believe Them!

Leftists are saying they want you brainwashed or destroyed, and you should pay attention. They are impossibly mired in lies and hatred, but they have at times been oddly forthright about their plans, such as when Nancy Pelosi declared that Trump would lead at the end of election night but would not win, and when the New York Times claimed that the media would declare the winner of the presidential election, just as it is doing now. So when so many prominent Leftists are calling for the reeducation of Trump supporters or else their total ostracism from society, no one would be wise to dismiss these calls as empty threats.
As PJ Media noted on October 21, Bill Clinton’s Labor Secretary Robert B. “Third” Reich got the ball rolling when he tweeted:

“When this nightmare is over, we need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. It would erase Trump’s lies, comfort those who have been harmed by his hatefulness, and name every official, politician, executive, and media mogul whose greed and cowardice enabled this catastrophe.”

It quickly became clear that this wasn’t just Reich’s individual lust for Maoism, as numerous others quickly echoed him. Recalling Stalin’s practice of putting his political opponents in mental hospitals, MSNBC’s Chris Hayes couched his call in humanitarian terms:

“The most humane and reasonable way to deal with all these people, if we survive this, is some kind of truth and reconciliation commission.”

Neocon Never-Trumper William Kristol, out for blood, then exposed the vengeful core of all this when he responded to Hayes with,

“How about truth and no reconciliation?”

Sarah Taylor, a professor at Cal East Bay, was likewise in no mood for forgiveness:

“What we need is more along the lines of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Empathy at this point would be completely counterproductive – it would exacerbate the harms that have already been done.”

As is typical of the Left, these hate-filled ideologues projected their hatred onto their prospective victims. Wajahat Ali, an op-ed writer for the New York Times, offered the media-anointed president-elect some unsolicited advice:

“Biden/Harris needs to establish a war room just for media and messaging. You have treat [sic] the Republican Party and right wing media as the increasingly extremist group that they are. Biden has to heal the nation, court the voters, but the right wing movement is hostile.”

Yes, as Antifa and Black Lives Matter burn down cities, it’s the “right wing movement” that is “hostile.”
Meanwhile, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Lubyanka Prison) predicted what would be the fate of the “hostile” — professional and personal ruin:

“Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future.”

Michael Simon, a former Obama administration staffer, was ready to help. He tweeted in response (and later deleted the tweet):

“Yes, we are. Every administration staffer, campaign staffer, bundler, lawyer who represented them – everyone.”

He linked to “The Trump Accountability Project,” a website that proclaims ominously: “Remember what they did.” Remember it, apparently, in order to hound these people out of public life and into poverty or worse.
Emily Abrams, a Pete Buttigieg campaign worker, tweeted (and then made her account private):

“We’re launching the Trump Accountability Project to make sure anyone who took a paycheck to help Trump undermine America is held responsible for what they did.”

Chief among those who must be held accountable is, of course, Trump himself. Philip Michaels, senior group editor for the tech publication Tom’s Guide, tweeted:

“Well. Announce the truth and reconciliation commissions and impeach him once more, for old time’s sake.”

But it would be by no means limited to Trump, as the Washington Post’s allegedly conservative Jennifer Rubin made clear:

“Any R now promoting rejection of an election or calling to not to follow the will of voters or making baseless allegations of fraud should never serve in office, join a corporate board, find a faculty position or be accepted into ‘polite’ society. We have a list.”

Elizabeth Warren supporter Max Berger of the Justice Democrats added:

“The only unity we should seek with Trump Republicans is a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Trump should be prosecuted for his crimes to the full extent of the law. Congress should investigate the vast corruption and carelessness of his administration that led to 10000s of needless deaths. Collaborators shouldn’t be able to re-enter society without a mea culpa.”

Beyond the people responsible for the scourge of Trump, Trumpist ideas (presumably including the idea that an American president should put America first and stand for the First and Second Amendments) must be rooted out. The godfather of fake news himself, Dan Rather, chimed in:

“There is no healing without a reckoning on injustice.”

Joe Lockhart of CNN tweeted:

“Truth and reconciliation requires both things. We need to examine what went so wrong in America over the last four years so we don’t ever repeat this dark time. Truth and reconciliation requires both things.”

Sherrilyn Ifill of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund agreed:

“With respect, this not the time for healing. We have not properly diagnosed the sickness or cleaned the wound. We have not begun to investigate why the illness was allowed to fester so long or identified those who withheld early treatment.”

And these were being pushed by Leftist “entertainers” as well. Actress Lesley-Ann Brandt stated: “America needs a truth and reconciliation commission.” Her fellow thespian Quinn Cummings brought in “racism” and “Russia,” neither of which is far from any Leftist’s political discussion:

“Again, a Truth and Reconciliation Commission would be highly useful. Russia is at war with us and cohort of Americans thinks that isn’t true because their skin is white.”

Writer Shay Stewart Bouley thought that writing Trump’s wrongs would involve some remuneration of his supposed victims:

“By the way, we can’t heal from Trump, when we haven’t healed from, or made amends for this country’s history. Reparations? Truth and reconciliation across the board? That’s how healing starts.”

Amid all this, the winner of the prize for the most hysterical tweet about rounding up conservatives was novelist D. C. Petterson:

“Oh, the crimes of the Trump Reich must be punished. We need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission, or a series of Nuremberg Trials, or an extradition treaty with The Hague. That’s a necessary first step.”

Quixotic 2016 presidential candidate Evan McMullin agreed:

“As I’ve done for years, I’m proud to stand with anyone who repudiates Trumpism including his supporters or even most who worked in his administration. But his core cronies in Congress, the White House and elsewhere who enable his attacks on the republic must be held accountable.”

All this makes it clear: the support for personal and professional retribution against Trump supporters is broad and deep on the Left today. If Biden does indeed become president , expect these little Stalinists to be emboldened, and to go as far as they possibly can to achieve their goals.
The showdown for the defense of free society is coming.

The Four Pillars of Election Fraud in 2020

The four pillars of Election Fraud in 2020 are:

  1. Voting machines (specifically Dominion Voting).
  2. Mail-in-ballots (people like West Virginian Jeff Harshman who posted on his Facebook page, “I voted 29 times by mail in 29 different districts in battleground states. Vote Joe no matter what!!!”)
  3. Faulty voter rolls (a.k.a. dirty voter rolls) dead people voting, people voting who do not live in the state in which the ballot is counted and “ghost voters”.
  4. Failures by the USPS to either deliver ballots, failure to properly post mark ballots (in swing states) or caught intentionally destroying ballots which have been found in dumpsters.

Let’s take a serious look at each one of these four pillars that have led to massive election fraud in 2020.

ELECTION FRAUD PILLAR 1: Voting Machines.

On October 26, 2020 PBS News Hour did an analysis of the Dominion Voting system in Georgia, a state where the 2020 election recount is being currently disputed. The PBS analysis found the Dominion Voting system seriously flawed when compared to using a traditional paper ballot.

We first learned about what was called a “computer glitch” that flipped Trump votes into Biden votes in the state of Michigan.

But it’s much, much worse!

In one county in Michigan Joe Biden was well ahead, but the tally didn’t match with the past voting patterns. In the last 135 years the voters of Antrim County voted Republican in 32 of 34 elections. It turned out the software used in the voting machines had flipped as many as 6,000 votes. After the error was fixed, Donald Trump was 2,000 votes ahead of Biden.
Another computer glitch in Oakland County Michigan caused a similar flip. What are the odds? Strangely, it didn’t flip votes up for Trump, only down. Not so much a bug perhaps as a design feature?
The philanthropy group that worked with Dominion from 2014 – 2017  to provide “access to Voting Technology” for “emerging democracies”? The Clinton Foundation.
This voting technology may now be the largest automated system to steal an election in U.S. history.
Because of this the Republicans have asked for another 47 Michigan counties (of 83 counties) to recount their votes, but it’s worse than that.  Dominion Software is used in 30 other states across the USA, including every single “key” swinging state. Some of their machines were also reportedly faulty on the day of the election and voting hours were extended for those counties to try to help those who couldn’t vote due to the breakdown.

ELECTION FRAUD PILLAR 2: Mail-in-Ballots

The First Great Election Conspiracy

They say that history has a strange habit of repeating itself. So do politicians.
The Democrats have pushed the idea that mail-in ballots are the best solution for voters. This is not a new idea, but rather just another attempt to steal an election. The first attempt to use mail-in ballots occurred during the 1864 election.
In a eye opening column in The Washington Post titled Mail-in ballots were part of a plot to deny Lincoln reelection in 1864 Dustin Waters wrote:

Traveling to Baltimore in the fall of 1864, Orville Wood had no way of knowing he would soon uncover the most elaborate election conspiracy in America’s brief history.

Wood was a merchant from Clinton County in the most northeastern corner of New York. As a supporter of President Abraham Lincoln, he was tasked with visiting troops from his hometown to “look after the local ticket.”

New York legislators had only established the state’s mail-in voting system in April with the intent of ensuring the suffrage of White troops battling the Confederate Army.

This great “election conspiracy was conducted by the Democratic Party, known as the Copperheads. The Copperheads were:

[T]he Northern wing of the Democratic Party, which opposed the Civil War. These Peace Democrats urged an immediate, peaceful settlement with the Confederacy. Many supported slavery and blamed the war on abolitionists. They argued that Southern states had the right to secede and that the federal government’s policies under President Abraham Lincoln violated the Constitution. Republican writers labeled these Democrats Copperheads to suggest that they were poisonous snakes, betraying and endangering the Union. The Democrats accepted the label, reframing it as a reference to the image of Liberty on a copper penny. In some cases, members of the group were arrested for treason, tried, and imprisoned or sent into the Confederate states.
The Copperhead Catechism refers to Fernando Wood who was New York City’s mayor, and later, a congressman. Wood was an avowed Copperhead who, in 1861, had urged the city to secede in order to maintain revenues from the cotton trade.

The results of the 1864 elections would heavily affect the outcome of the war. Lincoln and his supporters in the National Union Party sought to continue the war and defeat the Confederacy outright. Meanwhile antiwar Democrats, also referred to as Copperheads, looked for an immediate compromise with the Confederate leaders and the end of the abolition movement.

The Second Great Election Conspiracy

Fast forward to the 2020 Presidential Election. Like their predecessors The Copperheads the Democrats have rekindled the the old, and proven fraudulent, use of mail-in ballots. Their excuse? COVID-19. The Democrats have made this pandemic and the USPS an issue to blackmail states and force them to pass legislation allowing mail-in ballots.
In a Daily Signal column titled Potential for Fraud Is Why Mail-In Elections Should Be Dead Letter Hans von Spakovsky wrote:

Absentee ballots are the tools of choice of election fraudsters because they are voted outside the supervision of election officials, making it easier to steal, forge, or alter them, as well as to intimidate voters.
Going entirely to by-mail elections would unwisely endanger the security and integrity of the election process, particularly if officials automatically mail absentee ballots to all registered voters without a signed, authenticated request from each voter.
Voter registration rolls are notoriously inaccurate and out of date, containing the names of voters who are deceased, have moved, or otherwise have become ineligible.

ELECTION FRAUD PILLAR 4: Failures by the United States Postal Service

Project Veritas released a new video of another Brave USPS Insider who says that pro-Trump and pro-Republican mail is being ordered to be discarded while pro-Biden mail is “to be treated as first-class.”
Here are some of the highlights from today’s video:

  • Elkins Park, Pa., USPS whistleblower: “The only political mail that will be delivered from now on will be that of the ‘winner,’ in this case, Joe Biden. Other political mail from other sources and senders would be put into the undeliverable bulk business mail bin.”
  • Elkins Park, Pa., USPS whistleblower: “All political mail for Biden was to be continued to be treated as first-class and delivered the day it was received.”
  • Elkins Park, Pa., USPS whistleblower: “I think that we’re a delivery service and that [playing politics] is not really our place.”
  • Elkins Park, Pa., USPS whistleblower: “The only thing that’s going to prevent a fraudulent election is people having the courage to come forward. I wouldn’t want to say that I had the opportunity to do that and didn’t do it.”
  • Whistleblower says Elkins Park, Pa., USPS Supervisor of Customer Services Walter Lee gave the order to 30 postal workers

The biggest story in 2020 is about the massive election fraud taking places across America. The media (CNN, NBC, ABC, etc.), social media (Twitter, Facebook, Google), the Democrat Party and their supporters are doing anything and everything to make us believe that this is a hoax, a conspiracy theory, and just not true. Let’s look at the facts concerning election fraud in 2020.

The 2020 election has now focused, like a laser beam, on Dominion Voting machines, Sequoia Voting Systems and its parent company SmartMatic, as the primary system that has flipped votes from Trump to Biden. This flipping of votes from Trump to Biden was first discovered in Antrim County, Michigan.

Who is Dominion Systems and why are they suspect in 2020?

On August 14, 2018 in a column titled Louisiana doesn’t need any hacks in its election system Tim Morris wrote:

Election Systems and Software, one of the two losing bidders, complained that the [Louisiana] secretary of state’s office released add-on standards weeks later than allowed and that one set of standards was so specific that only Dominion Voting Systems would qualify, according to records obtained by The Associated Press. [Emphasis added]

In a May 27, 2019 Tech Crunch column titled Senators demand to know why election vendors still sell voting machines with ‘known vulnerabilities’ Zack Whittaker reported:

Four senior senators have called on the largest U.S. voting machine makers to explain why they continue to sell devices with “known vulnerabilities,” ahead of upcoming critical elections.

The letter, sent Wednesday, calls on election equipment makers ES&S, Dominion Voting and Hart InterCivic to explain why they continue to sell decades-old machines, which the senators say contain security flaws that could undermine the results of elections if exploited.
“The integrity of our elections is directly tied to the machines we vote on,” said the letter sent by Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Mark Warner (D-VA), Jack Reed (D-RI) and Gary Peters (D-MI), the most senior Democrats on the Rules, Intelligence, Armed Services and Homeland Security committees, respectively. “Despite shouldering such a massive responsibility, there has been a lack of meaningful innovation in the election vendor industry and our democracy is paying the price,” the letter adds.
Their primary concern is that the three companies have more than 90 percent of the U.S. election equipment market share but their voting machines lack paper ballots or auditability, making it impossible to know if a vote was accurately counted in the event of a bug. [Emphasis added]

On November 14th, 2020 in an article titled The Vote-Switching Ghost in the Machine  Tony Thomas from Quadrant Online reported:

It now looks like Deep State criminals have tweaked voting machine software to switch Trump votes – possibly millions of them —  to Biden to create the illusion of a Democrat victory. You don’t have to believe me on this. If you still retain a smidgen of high-school algebra, the data patterns in voting in the swing state of Michigan speak for themselves.
A team of three engineers and software analysts have demonstrated that a minimum of 69,000 votes there were switched from Trump to Biden. Biden is supposed to have won Michigan and its 16 Electoral College votes by about 146,000 votes in an electorate of 5.4 million.

The Michigan auditing team was Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, an MIT trained data scientist and Fulbright Scholar and now Republican Senate candidate; Bennie Smith, a Democrat and software engineer, data analyst and an election commissioner; and Phil Evans, engineer and data analyst. They analysed voting patterns in Michigan’s four biggest counties and concluded the patterns must have resulted from an inserted algorithm that switched salami-slices of votes from the Trump tally to the Biden column. The greater the voting support for Trump and Republicans, the bigger was the slicing-off for Biden.

Who is Right? Whos Claim Should be Disputed?

PBS News Hour did an analysis of the Dominion Voting system in Georgia, a state where the 2020 election recount is being currently disputed. Note that the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in the PBS News Hour report talks about the ability to “audit” the votes if there is a problem. Today this same Brad Raffensperger is refusing to do an audit.

In an Epoch Times column titled Election Data Team to Call 1.25 Million Voters Over Anomalies in 6 Contested States Charlotte Cuthbertson reports:

The former data and strategy director for President Donald Trump’s 2016 election campaign has canceled his vacation plans to comb through election data for voter fraud.
Matt Braynard and his wife had planned to be in the Dominican Republic, but “right now, this is where I’m needed,” he said on YouTube on Nov. 8.
Braynard has assembled a team to look for inconsistencies in the six contested states—Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada.
So far, they’ve identified 1.25 million voter issues that they’re following up on through phone calls and against other databases.

The only way to determine who is right and who is wrong is to do a complete audit of the votes recorded by Dominion. Then, and only then, can each disputed states’ votes be certified.

WATCH: BLM Attacks Pro-Trump Black Woman Pushing Stroller after D.C. Rally

Black Lives Matter protesters harassed a black woman wearing a Trump jacket and pushing a stroller through BLM Plaza. The attack led to a fight and left two little girls in tears.

A group of anti-Trump protesters began harassing a black woman wearing pro-Trump clothing while she pushed a baby stroller through Black Lives Matter Plaza near the White House on Saturday. The family had just left the Million MAGA March.

A video tweeted by Daily Caller journalist Shelby Talcott shows the woman and her young daughter walking down a street in Washington, DC, pushing a baby stroller. A woman to the right can be seen taking cell phone pictures of the family.
“Get the f**k away from my family,” the mother says as others begin to crowd around her. The mother continues yelling as a man and a woman approach her family from behind.
A man with a Don’t Tread on Me flag steps in and attempts to intervene in the conflict, the video shows. The woman attempts to steal the flag from the man and a fight breaks out.
Another Daily Caller video shows the danger the BLM protesters put the family in. During the fight, the man with the flag is pushed backward and falls on a young girl.

D.C. Metro police officers quickly moved in from where they had been observing the situation develop and attempted to separate the group.
As the fight develops, the mother moves her kids to a safe position and yells at police to arrest the woman involved. Police can be seen placing a man in handcuffs who started throwing punches at the man with the flag.
The videos end showing the pre-teen girls screaming in terror as they watched the scene unfold.
In a video showing the aftermath, a man wearing a “F**k Racism” shirt yells at the Black woman, “Why did you bring your kid here?”

VIDEO: 1,000,000 MAGA March on Washington, D.C to Defend the Integrity of the 2020 Election!

Washington, D.C. was filled with peaceful Trump supporters on Saturday, November 14th. Not a single business was burned down. Not a single window smashed. Not a single business looted. Not a single person was attacked, beaten or harmed by a Trump supporter.
The marchers were there for one reason to insure the integrity of the 2020 election. They were there to support President Trump’s efforts to insure a free and fair election and that only legal votes are counted. This is the American way.
The media did not cover this event. The social media blocked posts about this massive march for freedom and the U.S. Constitution. The people get it. The 2020 election was stolen using various methods that can only be exposed by a nation wide audit of the votes.
The bottom line: Until all the states that are being sued or are undergoing a recount report. Donald J. Trump is still the President. Joe Biden is just a candidate.

Equal Justice Under Law? Not if You’re Conservative

How far does the Left want to go to cancel opposing viewpoints? Far enough to deprive citizens of their constitutional right to legal representation, apparently. Recently, a $500,000 negative ad campaign has been launched against law firms that are representing President Trump in his claims of voting irregularities and possible fraud in the various swing states.
Dr. John Eastman, Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law and Senior Fellow and Director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence at Claremont Institute, joined “Washington Watch” to discuss the Left’s growing intolerance and marginalization of anyone who does not accept the latest, constantly evolving progressive worldview, particularly in the area of legal representation.
“This is not new,” Dr. Eastman said. “The Left has been trying to cancel legal representation for positions they disagree with for near[ly] 20 years.” He pointed to just a few examples of this disturbing trend: “I remember when I tried to file a brief in support of the Boy Scouts way back in 1999 at a fairly conservative-leaning law firm, I was told ‘we’re not allowed to do that.’ And yet there were hundreds of briefs coming in from major law firms on the other side. The same thing went on in the David Daleiden exposé of Planned Parenthood selling baby parts. No major law firm would allow their lawyers to work on his behalf, so he’s got a small little non-profit helping him with scores of lawyers on the other side with some of the most prominent law firms in the country. This is an attempt to deprive people of valid representation.”
What’s truly alarming about trend is that it strikes at the very heart of the rule of law in our free republic by denying people access to justice. “You cannot have a legal system that succumbs to that kind of extortionist tactic,” Dr. Eastman observed. “Because then one side in the fight is not going to get adequate representation, and the results of the litigation are not going to be in pursuit of justice and truth, as we expect the adversarial system to lead to. When you’ve got 100 lawyers at the top firms with all of their resources against two or three lawyers on the other side with little or no resources, it’s just not a fair fight, and yet that’s the playing field they’re trying to establish.”
So how do we push back against this cancel culture that now wants to deny people due process in court? Dr. Eastman suggested that one strategy is to be very selective about the products we buy and the companies we support, because corporations have a huge sway over the legal system due to their financial stake in the top law firms they hire. “If Coca-Cola is pushing this, then we need to go to Pepsi,” he said. “We need to use our power in the market if they are going to use their power in the market to counteract it.”

Radical ’Heroes Act’ Is a Leftist Wish-List

On November 12, Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) held a joint press conference calling for the passage of the Heroes Act. The Senate, House, and White House have been dealing with this far-left bill for months, but Schumer claims that the results from the 2020 election prove the necessity of passing the Heroes Act as a “starting point” on a new round of coronavirus relief legislation. Yesterday on “Washington Watch,” FRC President Tony Perkins spoke with House minority whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) to discuss the Heroes Act and the Democrats’ latest attempt to push it through Congress.
Though formally titled the “Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions Act,” the $2-$3 trillion Heroes Act is much more than a relief package. It bails out mismanaged Democrat-led cities and states on the taxpayer’s dime, making Americans pay for the incompetence and overreach of Democratic leadership.
Worse, the Heroes Act applies “nondiscrimination” provisions which redefine the term “sex” to include “sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions.” In service of the Left’s radical social agenda, this redefinition undermines both pro-life values and broader pro-family values. It also precludes the exemption of religious organizations and private schools from qualifying for the relief the bill provides.
This, as Whip Scalise pointed out, comes in the midst of a time when many public schools are refusing to even teach students in the classroom.
“If somebody is going to take your money but not educate your child safely in person when other school systems are willing to, then parents ought to be able to go to those places that will safely educate their child while taking the money,” Scalise said.
As he observed, the Heroes Act would also release “untold thousands” of criminals from prison. The number of criminals that would be released is truly unknown, because the bill does not explain exactly to whom it would apply.
Also woven into the Heroes Act is the full text of the Safe Banking Act, which grants the marijuana industry direct access to banking services. Under the Controlled Substances Act, this is currently prohibited.
One must wonder, as Tony asked Whip Scalise, what any of this has to do with the coronavirus.
“There are bills that would get huge bipartisan votes that would just renew paycheck protection program loans for small businesses,” Scalise said, adding that “There are millions of families that don’t want to be unemployed and their businesses are about to go under. You could save those jobs. That’s where our focus ought to be.”
Instead, Democrats are pushing partisan legislation under the guise that it’s what the American people want. Despite what Sen. Schumer and Speaker Pelosi may say, the still-disputed 2020 elections were not a “mandate” for the passage of the Heroes Act.
According to exit polls reported by the New York Times, 35 percent of American voters said their top political priority was the economy. Twenty percent of voters said it was racial inequality, followed by the coronavirus pandemic at 17 percent.
Seventeen percent is not a mandate. Americans want coronavirus legislation and relief, but it should not come at the expense of other important issues. And though the presidential race and certain Senate races are still lacking a clear winner, Republicans’ 10-seat gain in the House of Representatives proves that Americans are certainly not onboard with the Democrat’s radical agenda being pushed by Pelosi. Democrats spent enormous sums of money trying to flip House seats blue, but in states like Florida and Texas, the electorate came out in defense of common sense and traditional American values. Adding to this, Republicans will most likely hold on to the Senate, and even picked up gains in state legislatures around the country. When races are examined around the country, at all levels, the voters actually delivered a mandate for a conservative agenda — not the Heroes Act!
The 1,800-page long Heroes Act stands against just about every traditional American value imaginable. In addition to legislating bailouts, freed criminals, marijuana banking, and a complete redefinition of the family, the Heroes Act also includes Planned Parenthood loans, taxpayer-funded abortion, cash for illegal immigrants, and even election-altering provisions (the Heroes Act guts voter ID laws and other state measures which protect the integrity of elections). The bill also includes anti-free speech “hate crimes” provisions.
Indeed, after the 2020 elections, Sen. Schumer and Speaker Pelosi should know better than to force upon Americans something as radical as the Heroes Act.
