Why I’m a Conservationist and NOT an Environmentalist

I deeply care about the planet earth and about all of the creatures living on the land and in our seas, rivers and oceans. However, I am not a environmentalist. Rather I am a conservationist.

According to Merriam-Webster, a conservationist is “a person who advocates conservation especially of natural resources.”

In contrast, an environmentalist is defined as one “concerned about environmental quality especially of the human environment with respect to the control of pollution.”

Do you see the difference?

Conservationism

A conservationist uses what has been given to us to use. He or she does not want to control people but give people access to all natural resources but task people to use these natural resources for the good of all of mankind. Not to do so is blasphemy.

The U.S. Department of the Interior says this about the conservationism:

President Theodore Roosevelt was one of the most powerful voices in the history of American conservation. Enthralled by nature from a young age, Roosevelt cherished and promoted our nation’s landscapes and wildlife. After becoming president in 1901, Roosevelt used his authority to establish 150 national forests, 51 federal bird reserves, four national game preserves, five national parks and 18 national monuments on over 230 million acres of public land.

Today, the legacy of Theodore Roosevelt is found across the country. There are six national park sites dedicated, in part or whole, to our conservationist president. Along with others like John Muir and Rachel Carson, Roosevelt’s words and actions continue to affect how we approach and appreciate the natural world. In honor of his birthday, check out some great Roosevelt stories and quotes below.

I believe that it is mankind’s duty to use our God given natural resources. I also believe that God tasks us to use them wisely. I believe in waste not, want not.

Aldo Leopold wrote,

“Conservation is a state of harmony between men and land. By land is meant all of the things on, over, or in the earth. Harmony with land is like harmony with a friend; you cannot cherish his right hand and chop off his left. That is to say, you cannot love game and hate predators; you cannot conserve the waters and waste the ranges; you cannot build the forest and mine the farm. The land is one organism. Its parts, like our own parts, compete with each other and co-operate with each other. The competitions are as much a part of the inner workings as the co-operations. You can regulate them—cautiously—but not abolish them.”

Love the land and its creatures but partake of earth’s bounty.

As John James Audubon wrote,

“A true conservationist is a man who knows that the world is not given by his fathers, but borrowed from his children.”

Environmentalism

An environmentalist is focused not on nature or science. An environmentalist is focused on controlling pollution by controlling people. Environmentalists have killed millions of people.

In order to control the people environmentalists have over time pushed three myths (big lies):

Myth #1: Human Extinction Due To Climate Change Is Imminent
Myth #2: The Climate Is Getting Substantially More Dangerous for Humans
Myth #3: Natural Disasters Are Getting Substantially More Frequent And Severe

Biden’s Build Back Better agenda has a climate basket.

Biden’s Climate Basket:

This basket is filled with green energy goodies. It’s the Green New Deal on steroids. Unfortunately, if you heat your home using natural gas or electricity you are being tricked because you energy bill will go up, not down. If you drive a car, SUV, truck or van that uses fossil fuels you have already see gasoline and diesel prices go up over 323%. There’s no treats in this basket for us consumers too. For you see went the cost of energy goes up so does the prices of consumer goods. This basket is filled with tricks and no treats.

Here are three absolutes that John Casey, a good friend of mine, taught me about the climate:

The climate changes.
These changes of the climate follow natural cycles (e.g. summer, fall, winter, spring).
There is nothing mankind can do to change these natural cycles.

Conclusion

I believe Theodore Roosevelt said it best, “To waste, to destroy our natural resources, to skin and exhaust the land instead of using it so as to increase its usefulness, will result in undermining in the days of our children the very prosperity which we ought by right to hand down to them amplified and developed.”

It’s not about pollution at all.

Environmentalists want to reduce the amount of CO2 in our atmosphere. They forget that it’s CO2 that feeds the plants and makes them green and grow faster thereby producing more for mankind to consume. Remember learning about osmosis in high school?

Genesis 1: 27-30 reads:

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.’ Then God said, ‘I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground–everything that has the breath of life in it–I give every green plant for food.’ And it was so.

Don’t fall for the environmentalist’s big lies. Believe in the truth. God’s truth.

We have been given great bounty and we are tasked to give thanks for it.

Remember what Edmund Burke wrote,

“There is but one law for all, namely that law which governs all law, the law of our Creator, the law of humanity, justice, equity – the law of nature and of nations.”

As we approach Thanksgiving Day 2021 perhaps we should bow our heads in prayer and be most thankful for our conservationists who give us food, drink and with this bounty, health and prosperity.

BLM and MAGA form Extraordinary Backlash against Democrats

On a recent weekend in New York City, thousands of protesters gathered in Times Square. But the number of protesters wasn’t the headline. Rather it was the diversity of the crowd that was surprising. One sign indicative of the mood read, “Dear Democratic Party, you lost me at mandate. Sincerely, a lifelong liberal.”

It appears that the American people may have, finally, had enough. Indeed, we may be witnessing the beginning of the end of the Democrat Party. All without one Conservative even firing a single shot.

Mixed into the masses were MAGA folks like John Tabacco, New York City Conservative Activist and host of the Newsmax show “Wiseguys”. He’s convinced that “New Yorkers are finally coming together on this issue. Biden and the government overplayed their hand with these draconian vaccine mandates and as a result people are uniting on the right and left. This is the government’s worst nightmare.” Could it be true?

Marching alongside residents like Tabacco were equally incensed New Yorkers like Reverend Kevin McCall, a Black Lives Matter activist. Where MAGA rally-goers generally remain lawful and peaceful, unlike what mainstream media likes to portray, BLM protesters have no such parameters.

McCall “made it clear to the crowd that sometimes civil disobedience is the only way to get the government to listen.” Consistent with the group’s historic ideologies, the Reverend said “[t]he revolution will not be televised. The revolution is going to be in the streets. Yeah we can rally, yeah we can say ‘no justice no peace’, yeah we can scream ‘my body, my choice’ but the only thing that they respect is when we shut stuff down!”

Now we’re talking!

I’ve preached for years the necessity of using Saul Alinsky tactics in order to win the war against the left’s march towards communism. One of his most successful early strategies was to threaten boycotts of big corporations like Macy’s in New York City to force compliance with his bullying tactics in order to change policy. He never needed to actually shut down most of the companies. He merely used his Tactic #9: The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself. If shareholders caught wind of Alinsky’s plans, it was enough to give protesters what they wanted. Conservatives have been cowering by the left’s threats alone ever since. Such wimps we are.

Now it appears Conservatives won’t have to do the heavy lifting, shameful as that may be. When all is said and done, it could all boil down to the age-old mantra, “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.”

Since last summer when I helped organize marches in my own downtown city, I’ve known that we somehow must unite people with varying goals if we want to slay the real dragon — the left. I held rallies with titles like “Black and White Unite for Blue” against defunding the police, for example. Only together, I preached, could Americans beat back the tyrannical stranglehold of the Marxists’ transformation of our country. But few listened back then.

That MAGA and BLM would later unite in a desperate sign of unity to save our country from the encroaching enslavement now becoming more visible to all is a dream come true. Timing is everything.

If ever there was a poster “boy” responsible for the chaos the COVID mandates have wrought, it’s Rachel Levine. He has just been promoted as the first female four-star officer ever in the armed forces of the United States of America. Who knew breaking the glass ceiling was as simple as a sex-change?

The openly transgender health official may best be remembered as Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Health who, at the height of the CCP-virus pandemic across America, forced infected patients to return to nursing homes after moving his own 95-year-old mother to safety. That hypocrisy is the root of the anger coming back to haunt the Dems.

According to The Gateway Pundit (TGP), at the swearing-in ceremony in an unabashedly candid display of hubris, Levine stated, “I stand on the shoulders of those LGBTQ plus individuals who came before me, both those known and unknown. May this appointment today be the first of many more to come as we create a diverse and more inclusive future.” Ugh.

It’s that kind of gross government blasphemy that has awakened otherwise complacent MAGA folks and the still-rational Democrats, including the less radical members of BLM. People are saying, enough is enough.

The even greater news is that this symbiotic unification isn’t only happening here in America. Uprisings are taking place worldwide.

Local organizers responsible for the NYC march have been coordinating with the World Wide Rally For Freedom. These are “ongoing bimonthly events planned all over the USA as well as in over 400 locations including Argentina, Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Israel, Lebanon, New Zealand, Scotland, Switzerland, Uruguay”, according to TGP.

The World Wide Demonstration (also known as the World Wide Rally For Freedom) website, “is an internationally syndicated community demonstration dedicated to emboldening citizens to push back against Coronavirus related restrictions in their countries. The event is deployed by member organizations in each city, with full local autonomy at the grass roots level.”

As whole city populations around the globe are rising up as one against the tyrannical mandates, so too are segmented groups of workers in varied occupations.

In Chicago, a third of the police force refused to comply with vaccine reporting requirements. While Mayor Lori Lightfoot is infamous for her “defund the police” policies, she is now accusing the officers of “fomenting an ‘insurrection’”. Dare she risk losing 30 percent of her city’s protective force? We know Democrats are insane of late. But, are they that suicidal? Apparently so.

Now police officers who’ve opted to retire rather than be vaccinated are at risk of losing their pensions under even more draconian measures. While the Fraternal Order of Police are telling their members to “hold the line,” nothing could unify Americans from all sides against Dems better than injustices like this.

Democrat Governor Terry McAuliffe’s race in Virginia also encapsulates the division created by the Party’s rapidly degrading overreach. Exposing the entrenched tyrannical attitude so many Dems have adopted over the last decade, the once popular Governor may have just lost the gubernatorial race with one simple gaffe.

Proving his insensitivity towards a parents’ rights to their own kids’ education given the explosive Critical Race Theory topic prevalent today, McAuliffe said he didn’t “think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.” The backlash has been immediate and diverse.

Could it be that Americans are finally waking up to our alarming loss of rights? Only time will tell. But, one thing is for certain: none of us can sit this one out, no matter what side of the fence we sit.

Is there risk in getting involved? You betchya. We are fighting pure evil. Recently a Patriot who joined a rally I organized was contacted by the FBI, most likely for their participation. Scary as it sounds, we must understand this is a long battle for the very survival of our country. To the left, this is war and they aim to win by any means necessary. We must be equally determined.

For far too long we’ve focused on fighting each other. That’s been by the left’s design. If we’re lucky, those days are numbered. In uniting we can at least have hope for freedom and justice for all once again.

UPDATE FROM A POLITICAL PRISONER: January 6th Prisoners Abused!

This blog follows well onto my blog from a few days ago about Americans growing a set! If this subject matter does not infuriate you and make you want to stand up and do something, nothing will. Please read every word of this one which is a little longer than normal.

The so called “insurrection” that took place after the peaceful January 06 Trump rally in DC by supposed “domestic terrorists” still have participants in prison, without bail or the chance of getting out before their trial dates. We know those trial dates are not a priority to the federal prosecutorial office or the equally corrupt and biased Capitol Police Force as they pressure these innocent political prisoners to take guilty pleas rather than face what will likely be a unjust trial, pre- determined guilt, judged by a leftist political activist judge probably appointed by Clinton or Obama.

Today I want to highlight the dire plight and horrific conditions these political prisoners are having to endure. You would think this was a third world country like some dictatorial run African country. Read on and I hope you are incensed. I certainly am. After all, the rioters and the real domestic terrorists and enemies of the state, BLM and ANTIFA, were not even mostly charged let alone held in jail without bail. They actually committed major crimes from arson to murder.

This is about Nathaniel DeGrave, a non violent prisoner who walked into the open doors of the Capitol to document the event for a podcast, and he has composed a letter to the American public pleading for help. I am going to give you a copy of his letter below. DeGrave has not been convicted of any crime, yet is being held in pretrial detention with no bail at the DC Jail with no court trial date in sight.

This article is a first hand description of the abuses, brutality and inhuman treatment American citizens are experiencing at the hands of the Justice Department and DC jail. Many of the January 6th detainees merely walked into the Capitol. They committed no violent act. Most were just using their rights to protest and to display their opposition to the proven fraudulent election results of the 2020 election.

Dear Fellow Americans –I never thought I’d write a letter like this, but we’re living in very different times. This is my cry for help. My name is Nathan DeGrave, and as a non violent participant at the Jan 6th rally, I’ve spent the last 9 months detained as a political prisoner in pod C2B at the DC DOC…otherwise known as DC’s Gitmo.

The conditions here for Jan 6ers have been inhumane. In fact, some inmates are even begging to be transferred to GUANTANAMO BAY, where even THEY have more acceptable standards.

Class action LAWSUITS are being filed against this prison; and even the ACLU has gotten involved. Senators Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene have since attempted to gain access to this facility and inspect the conditions of the jail, only to be denied.The vile filth of what has become our daily life is being illegally HIDDEN from the members of OUR OWN CONGRESS.

So…let me tell you about what me and many of the other Jan 6ers have been experiencing in DC’s Gitmo. It is my hope that with MEDIA EXPOSURE and the awareness of the American public, that SOMETHING may be done and this never happens to anyone ever again.

OUR CONDITIONS

For the first 120 days in DC’s Gitmo, Jan 6ers experienced DAILY LOCKDOWNS for 23-24 HOURS before being allowed to leave our small 120 sq. ft cell. The PHYSICAL and MENTAL ANGUISH that results from this kind of SEVERE ISOLATION has caused many people to go on a RAPID mental decline. As a result, a large percentage of us are HEAVILY MEDICATED with anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs, which helps to cope with the psychological and mental ABUSE we endure. Many times, the little recreation we do receive is STRIPPED AWAY if our cell isn’t up to the standards of the guard on duty. This changes from day to day. Jan 6ers have lost rec time and out of cell activity ANY TIME news interviews about the jail are aired on TV, people speak up about our conditions, or rallies are held in our name.

We’ll probably have a lockdown upon the publishing of this letter. So I have already warned those I know in advance..Masks are WEAPONIZED and used against us, even though we NEVER leave the facility. Officers have walked in with the SOLE INTENTION of needing to write 20-30 disciplinary reports against Jan 6ers, which adversely effects our chances of release and causes loss of privileges, phone time and commissary. Masks need to be covering both the nose and mouth AT ALL TIMES or we are threatened and locked down in our cells. Jan 6ers are always respectful to the employees around us, but C.Os maintain the need to invent reasons for discipline.

PRIVILEGED LEGAL DOCUMENTS have been CONFISCATED and gone missing from various cells, and HIGHLY SENSITIVE discovery (video evidence under attorney/client privilege) is watched by employees during our legal calls.

Jordan Mink, for example, had all discovery TAKEN by ERT officers on August 23rd despite the objection of his attorney. They handcuffed him, searched his room, and then proceeded to take all video evidence in his possession. Additionally, legal visits take 2-3 WEEKS or more to be scheduled, leaving little time to discuss our defense and prepare for trial.The EXTREME medical neglect in this facility has caused a variety of adverse illnesses and disease. Some show signs of scurvy. And some even have Covid like symptoms, but medical personnel have refused to treat it.

Christopher Worrell, for example, is an inmate with Cancer, who also broke his hand in prison and requires surgery. Both have been completely ignored. Federal judge Royce Lamberth got to the point where on October 12th, he filed contempt of court charges against the warden of the DC DOC, claiming that Worrell’s civil rights have been violated, and demanding the U.S attorney general inquire further about his and other possible violations.

Another inmate, Peter Stager, WAITED FOUR MONTHS to receive his CPAP breathing machine, and has needed an MRI since spring, which has also been ignored by staff. The harsh, unlivable conditions of our unit has caused health hazards that defy Department of Health regulations. And on at least five occasions, RAW SEWAGE has overflowed our unit, causing human fecal matter to flood the floors and rooms. That’s also in addition to the MOLD on cell walls, as well as the rusty pipes, and DIRTY WATER that flows from these sinks. White rags TURN BROWN when exposed to the water from our faucets.

We are undergoing SEVERE NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES and STARVATION. For breakfast this morning, I received a tray of flavorless paste, two slices of bread, and a slice of bologna. Lunches usually consist of rice and beans, but we’ll get cold chicken/beef patties if we are lucky. For dinner, we are sometimes fed a diet of cheese sandwiches, and bologna and cheese 4 to 5 times per week.Without commissary, people like myself are FORCED TO STARVE. I suffer from HEADACHES and NAUSEA on an almost REGULAR BASIS from the malnutrition and constant hunger I am subjected to. I have lost ALMOST 15 POUNDS since I’ve been detained.

Our rights to personal hygiene are also totally neglected. Razors are PROHIBITED, and inmates are forced to either go unshaved, and grow long beards, or use a razor free cream that BURNS and IRRITATES the skin. But many other jails have allowed the use of razors without incident. Haircuts are also PROHIBITED from unvaccinated inmates. For me, it’s been nearly 9 months. I look VIRTUALLY UNRECOGNIZABLE in the condition I’m in. I fear even my family would not recognize me.

Contact with the outside world, from legal visits to seeing loved ones is HIGHLY RESTRICTED. After in-person visits, legal or otherwise, we are forced to undergo humiliating STRIP SEARCHES, despite ALL visitors being thoroughly checked for contraband. If it’s a legal visit, we are placed in a 14 day quarantine, with no out of cell time; EVEN IF your attorney is VACCINATED and tests NEGATIVE for Covid. Visits with friends or family members, for unvaccinated inmates, are NEVER ALLOWED. As a result, many people have skipped critical meetings with their council, and NEVER get an opportunity to see friends or family.

VIDEO VISITATION, while available to the rest of the jail, is RESTRICTED in the Jan 6 pod. Mail is delayed for MONTHS, and phone calls are limited to a MAXIMUM of a pre approved 12 numbers. If there’s anyone else in our extended family or otherwise we’d like to call, we’re pretty much out of luck.

RELIGIOUS SERVICES, protected by the 1st amendment, are NOT provided to Jan 6ers. Neither are in person classes or other activities available to the rest of the jail. An inmate named Ryan Samsel, instead attempted to organize his own bible study inside the pod, until he was viciously BEATEN and LEFT FOR DEAD by correctional officers. He suffered a broken eye socket and brain damage as a result of the vicious attack. He’s now permanently blind in one eye. On another occasion, Scott Fairlamb was confronted by an officer in the middle of the night, and his life was threatened, once the officer’s body cam was disabled.

Many, like myself, are afraid they could be the next victim.

And last but not least, we experience racism from many guards on a daily basis, being the ONLY WHITE REPUBLICANS in the entire jail. The false narrative has been passed around the jail and to corrections officers that we are “white supremacists” (we are NOT). The inmate population is predominantly black, so we are at risk being here because of this false narrative. The guards are mostly liberal migrants from Africa who have been conditioned to hate us, and hate America. Jan 6ers have been mocked, beaten and ridiculed by guards for singing the National Anthem. The Corrections Officers despise our politics and the love we have for this country. At one point, an officer even yelled “FUCK AMERICA!”, and threatened to lock us down FOR A WEEK if we attempted to sing the National Anthem again.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MY STORY:-

Finally, I feel like I should touch briefly on the government and prosecutor’s portrayal of who I am as a person. No, I am not a terrorist, extremist or any of the other names I’ve been called by the government. More than anything, I am a red blooded patriot and I love this country more than anything. I am being unfairly prosecuted and definitely overcharged. I never assaulted anyone, destroyed property, or stole anything. I walked through wide open doors to enter the Capitol, along with my camera crew hoping to get the rally on video. I was never even armed at any point inside the Capitol.

Our goal was to make a documentary, and get likes and shares on social media. Yes I wore a costume (that the prosecutor refers to as paramilitary gear and body armor) but it was for the movie and was nothing of the sort. And yet, 9 months later here I sit, with 10 years worth of charges and no hope for a future. The surveillance footage shows absolutely no signs of assault, and despite attempts by media companies to get it released to the public, the government has denied it. I think that’s because they are fully aware that this footage is questionable at worst, and exonerates me at best. Please don’t be fooled by the media. I am a loving and peaceful person with no history of violence.This weaponized DOJ and their blatant resentment of my respect for President Donald Trump is putting me in a situation that makes me feel helpless in my current situation.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Despite me and other Jan 6ers experiencing these unthinkable conditions, all of us remain POSITIVE and HOPEFUL that, in the end, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL. We maintain a LOVE for this country and the Constitution like no other. The only thing keeping us going is our undying patriotism, the camaraderie between one another and our faith in God. Please…SHARE THIS LETTER with EVERYONE you know: friends and family, senators, representatives, political organizers, civil rights groups and media outlets.The truth HAS to get out. And the jail MUST PAY for what they are doing to this country’s citizens. As a result of this unlawful detainment the last 9 months, I have lost everything. The successful business I spent 13 years of my life working on, my apartment in Las Vegas, social media accounts with a lifetime of memories…you name it.

The government has essentially CANCELLED ME.

Not only that, but following the arrest, my best friend of 12 years robbed my apartment, stole my cat, and hacked my personal Instagram with 100,000+ followers. Since then, I often go between feelings of hopefulness and moments of depression. I wonder if I can ever recover from this, but I have to remind myself to never give up. There are major medical complications I now struggle with as a result of the jail’s neglect of my health since being here. If there is any way I hope to recover, my only hope are the ones who are reading this. I was on top of the world once upon a time, and that life seems now only like a distant memory. If there’s anything you can do to help, I would appreciate anything at all. Inmates here are being extorted with lack of nutrition, forcing me to spend most of what’s left on commissary which I can no longer afford.

The following are the findings of the insanity of the charges this patriot faces after investigation by Sidney Powell’s “Defending The Republic”. Read on ….

After careful review of DeGrave’s Indictment, Statement of Facts and other court documents, defense attorneys familiar with the case say that the Department of Justice has not yet shown credible proof to substantiate any violence whatsoever on the part of DeGrave.

Yet the Indictment shows a drawn out list of charges (12 Counts total) from “Conspiracy” to “Aiding and Abetting” to “Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers”. This Indictment does not include a single incriminating photo, testimony of an officer victim, or witness of any “assault”.

According to sources, no discovery video has been released to the defendant after over ten months as a prisoner showing any other action besides DeGraves simply standing inside the Capitol. There is no proof of any of the other charges.”That is because none of them happened,” said DeGrave. “I walked in The Capitol to videotape and that was it. They will never be able to prove anything other than that because that is the God’s honest truth. They won’t release the videos to me or the public because the videos will only exonerate me and many others. In the meantime I sit in here, almost a year of my life stolen away from me. Sometimes I am afraid I will ever get out and and a big chunk of my life will pass me by. I have lost everything, except I am closer to God now.”

According to criminal defense attorneys, the Department of Justice has overcharged many of the January 6th defendants, and as a result have attempted to justify holding them indefinitely in prison.” In a case where things are politically charged like this one, prosecutors inflate and manufacture the number of charges by playing games with the facts,” said John Burns of Burns Law Firm in St. Louis, Missouri. “The prosecutors are “stacking charges” and the only limitation they have is what they can get away with the judges. In cases like these the judges almost view themselves as extensions of the prosecution. The whole fallacy of Federal Justices as upholders of justice is a fantasy. It is totally corrupt. At the end of the day they are full of sh*t.”

According to defense attorneys, the charge of “Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers” is misleading.”Assaulting and Impeding a police officer are two very different things,” said Burns. “Yet they are clumped together because the prosecutor’s goal is to make these people look like monsters and lead the public to believe these guys are domestic terrorists to accomplish the political goal of demonizing Trump supporters. “Impeding an officer” could theoretically mean standing in the way temporarily of an officer. Furthermore, a single person could engage in an act of non-violent protest simply in the vicinity of six cops and will be charged six times for ‘impeding’ each of them”. In the case of DeGrave, it may be unlikely that he sees the outside of DC Jail anytime soon. Defense attorney working with January 6th defendants have cited major violations of the Sixth Amendment, which guarantees a a speedy trial for all American Citizens. In the cases of many January 6thdefendants there are clear violations of the “speedy trail rule”. The Speedy Trial Act establishes maximum time periods for different stages of a federal criminal prosecution. The time period between an arrest and indictment cannot exceed 30 days and the time period between arraignment and trial cannot exceed 70 days. Many of the detained defendants do not have a trail date in sight until late 2022 or 2023. In the meantime they must remain in prison.

According to DeGrave, the experience has been incredibly difficult but has made him mentally stronger.”I came in here with claustrophobic tendencies. After being locked away in solitary confinement you will see you a side of yourself you never knew existed, one that can handle anything. I overcame so much. For that I am grateful.”De Graves is currently crowdsourcing for his legal expenses, which he says have crippled him.”I don’t have anyone on the outside besides my grandparents,” said DeGraves. “My grandmother loves me but there is nothing she can do to help me defend myself against this persecution. The only way is me reaching out to the public for help and support. When I get out I want to help other people who are suffering from political persecution.”

FDR’s Economic Policies Were Closer to the Fascists’ Than His Defenders Will Admit

Fascism leaves business ownership in private hands, but at state direction.

If there is one thing the American political right and left agree on, it’s that the other side is fascist. The left thinks Trump is Mussolini; the right points to Big Tech suppressing political dissent. We even have an organization that styles itself, “AntiFa,” its chief means for fighting fascism being to dress all in black and beat its political opponents with clubs.

We live in interesting times.

But for all the accusations of fascism, justified or not, no one ever makes mention of the overtly fascist institution that dominates a large part of our lives: the New Deal.

No, I don’t mean the Green one, proposed by democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others. I mean the now hoary, 88-year-old New Deal inspired directly by Mussolini’s fascism and praised both by Adolph Hitler and Il Duce himself.

This isn’t to equate the whole of Roosevelt’s governance to Hitler’s or Mussolini’s. But in economic terms, Roosevelt was in lockstep with the fascists.

Fascism rejected socialism’s government ownership of the means of production. For this reason, the left imagines fascism to be an extreme form of capitalism. It isn’t. Fascism was more anti-capitalist than it was anti-socialist, according to Mussolini himself.

As Mussolini wrote, “Fascism is definitely and absolutely opposed to the doctrines of liberalism, both in the political and the economic sphere…The Fascist State lays claim to rule in the economic field no less than in others.”

Fascism left business ownership in private hands, but at state direction. Business owners may have retained title ownership, but they largely produced what the state told them to produce, sold at prices dictated by the state, and made future plans based upon the needs and dictates of the state, rather than their individual interpretation of market signals.

FDR did precisely the same things under the pretense of fighting the Depression. The Supreme Court struck down a few of his worst abuses, but the fascist regulatory structure he built not only remains in place to this day; it has continued to metastasize.

Fascism was also anti-democratic. It was “opposed to that form of democracy which equates a nation to the majority,” wrote Mussolini. Thus, the rules governing society, including economic activity, were made by an unelected bureaucracy taking its direction from a supreme leader who embodied the state and therefore the spirit of the nation.

The New Deal is similarly anti-democratic. Not only does it transfer myriad decisions previously made by private business owners to the government, it allows those decisions to be made by unelected bureaucrats in the executive branch.

This unconstitutional transfer of legislative power from Congress to the executive was rationalized away by New Dealers and their SCOTUS enablers by drawing an arbitrary distinction between legislation and “regulation.” This is dishonest. Whenever government officials write enforceable directives that either require or prohibit human action, they are legislating, no matter what those written directives are called.

These regulations are presented to the public with benign motivations like safety and fairness, just as Mussolini posited his fascist state, “concentrates, controls, harmonizes and tempers the interests of all social classes, which are thereby protected in equal measure.”

In effect, they amount to the government dictating the minute details of business operations to the owners.

This has several deleterious effects. First, it stifles creativity. Enforcing compliance with hundreds of thousands of regulations naturally tends towards all businesses being run the same way. Revolutionary improvements like the assembly line and mass production could never have occurred under the New Deal.

Who knows what innovation has been stifled since?

Second, all this compliance has a cost, which is much more easily borne by large firms than small ones. As time goes by and the regulatory burden gets heavier, the advantage of large firms over small widens. This has the effect of promoting consolidation and elimination of marginal producers.

In a laissez faire market, there is always a natural tension between large firms with economies of scale and smaller ones that can adapt more quickly to changing market conditions. Both the cost burden of regulation and its stifling of innovation neutralize the strengths of smaller firms and tilt the playing field dramatically towards large ones.

Yet, ironically, the New Deal is most staunchly defended by progressives who claim to oppose big business and support “the little guy.”

Third, the New Deal inevitably leads to what we now call “regulatory capture,” meaning the large corporations themselves writing the regulations that govern them. When the government’s job is merely to prosecute crimes and referee civil actions, it can be accomplished by competent attorneys. But when the government aspires to regulate the minute details of business operations, it requires in-depth knowledge of the regulated industries, including understanding of sophisticated machinery and other technologies, supply chains, specific market conditions, etc.

Only an industry insider can provide that level of expertise. And so, the government must go to these insiders for recommendations on how to make their own industries “safer,” “fairer,” etc. Naturally, the government will turn to the largest firms, understood to be the most efficient, and who also have the money to lobby.

Anyone truly committed to ridding America of fascism should concern themselves less with what politicians they don’t like say or post on social media and instead support repealing the New Deal root and branch.

The Longest War? Afghanistan?

It’s not a coincidence that the full force of cruel Sharia law bears down on the people of Afghanistan, while the democratic trial of the 13 November 2015 massacre unfolds in a French courtroom. But this concordance is drowned out by the discourse that envelops the Afghanistan withdrawal –the joyful condemnation of Joe Biden and the deafening repetition of unexamined clichés–

“The Americans have ended the longest war in their history.”

What does it mean “to end” a war? It sounds like the cancelation of the second season of a TV series ditched because of bad ratings. “The longest war?” More like a drôle de guerre … this so-called “asymmetrical” conflict. “Twenty years of wasted blood and treasure … for nothing.” “The Americans should finally learn that you can’t bring democracy in the knapsacks of flatfooted soldiers.” Who do they think they are, trying to liberate a country that is benighted to the core? It’s better to turn our backs on the masses and save our humanitarian uplift for the refugees that will swell own raw immigrant population.

The Americans had to leave. They should have left a long time ago, because it was useless. But they mustn’t abandon those freedom-loving Afghans … in love with freedom that came out of nowhere during the two decades of useless American presence. Women with their heads uncovered that never experienced Taliban style sharia–sequestration, lapidation, mutilation, rape, execution? The Americans, that deserve no credit for their liberation, are honor bound to get them out, down to the last doe-eyed damsel.

I ask you how it is possible to capitulate and still maintain the power to pack up your arms, matériel, nationals and loyal locals, and fly out with your head high? What’s this idea of a mutually respected withdrawal, like handing over the keys to the new administration in a Western style democracy? This illusion that a competent president, instead of the unanimously derided Biden, would have known how to dictate his conditions to the Taliban? Maybe that’s what’s meant by “ending “a war: you write the last chapter, the actors walk on to the set, the camera rolls, the reels are packed up and sent for editing where it’s all smoothed out and tightened up. With a good director, America and, by extension, the West would not have been humiliated. Surrender would have played out like victory. Tough luck. It was chaos. An unforgiveable mess.

“Of course, they had to leave. But not that way.”

There’s the reality of power acquired by action– the rescue operations. The surprising discovery, in the heart of the debacle, of strong bonds of friendship between Americans that served in Afghanistan and their local comrades. Individually, in groups and associations, with or without US government help, they scramble heroically to save their buddies. Coalition troops with their backs to the wall, disarmed by capitulation, risked their lives, and 13 lost theirs, to help more than 120,000 people flee an Islamic dictatorship.

Then there’s the reality of surrender in black & white: the February 2020 Doha Agreement , the formal handover of power to the Taliban, far more serious than the August debacle followed in real time by the medias It’s easy to criticize a hasty airlift of unprecedented scope … what about the style and the essence of an agreement drafted in cold blood that reads like a note scribbled by a loser with Mafia racketeers breathing down his neck? “Agreement for Bringing Peace in Afghanistan / Between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States of America as a state and is known as the Taliban and the United States of America” This is not a garbled transcription, it’s the title of the agreement. And the whole bit about the unrecognized Islamic Emirate is endlessly repeated in the 3 ¼- page document signed on “February 20, 2020/ which corresponds to Rajab 5, 1441 on the Hijri Lunar calendar and to Hoot 10, 1398 on the Hijri Solar calendar.”

The United States is committed, for itself and its allies, to cease combat, withdraw troops, evacuate bases, liberate prisoners, and lift sanctions … at dates specified according to the two Hjri calendars. The Agreement ends on a vision of harmony (Part 3, paragraph 2): “The United States and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States of America as a state and is known as the Taliban seek positive relations with each other and expect that the relations [with] the new post-settlement Afghan Islamic government…will be positive. “

Two-state solution: the caliphate / dar al harb

In fact, it’s not the sloppy withdrawal that hurts; it’s the defeat of Western powers, with America in the lead, at the hands of the jihadists. That’s what is at stake. That’s ”the longest war.” Jihad. And it doesn’t end with the retreat from Afghanistan.

What is the difference between the Doha Agreement, the JCPOA, the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, indirect negotiations with Hamas, the problem of quartiers sensibles [touchy neighborhoods]? Betray our Kurdish allies in Syria, withdraw from Gaza, implicitly recognize the jihadis, make concessions, swap prisoners, close our eyes, take the blows, count on Qatar and Pakistan to intercede between us and the Taliban and count on the Taliban to fight the local Daech chapter… isn’t that the forever war? And where do we go to refuse it?

President Biden outlined his strategy against “terrorism.” The retreat from Afghanistan marks the end of large-scale military operations. The threat, he said, has metastasized. We cannot concentrate our forces in a single country, a single region. From here on in, we will make pinpoint “over the horizon” operations. It’s true. The kind of war that pits army against army on the battlefield is old fashioned. Citizens of democracies don’t want it anymore and the enemy prefers to conquer territory with “terrorist” attacks against civilians and civilianized soldiers.

Israel, the exception

Except that there’s one democracy that doesn’t have the luxury of ending the longest war, a war as long as its existence as an independent nation and long before that. What Israeli family, people like you and me, has not been tragically touched by war and how many sleepless nights, days of endless anxiety, terrifying telephone rings do they endure? How many parents, relieved when their last soldier child is discharged, turn around and find themselves praying for the safety of their grandchildren, in this citizen’s army of a country whose survival depends on the willingness to serve? Israel, threatened on all sides, obliged to defend itself militarily and then accused of using excessive force. Israel, on the front lines of the longest war in the history of the civilized world: jihad.

The botched, misfired, humiliating withdrawal from Afghanistan, (what would they say about D-Day?), is one in a long series of humbling retreats on all levels, domestic and international, of our democracies. For lack of a strategy to combat 21^st century jihad, we sludge through muddy rhetoric. We miss the target. Our power spins in the void. And it’s not because we’re spineless dummies. We are faced with a monumental, immense, extraordinary, existential challenge.

This is why, and not to show that they love Jews and are sorry for the Shoah, the free world would do well to reconsider the place attributed to the State of Israel in the configuration of its values and its strength.

[It is impossible to judge the chaotic August 2021 retreat from Afghanistan without taking into account the strategy that led up to it. John Bolton covers this in precise detail in Chapter 13 of The Room Where it Happened. “From the Afghanistan Counterterrorism Mission to the Camp David Near Miss” / pp. 381-399, summarized below:]

Early 2019: Bolton and his colleagues agree on the mission in Afghanistan: prevent the resurgence of ISIS and Al Qaida, keep a sharp eye on the Iranian and Pakistani nuclear programs, and try to get the president to make decisions and stick to them. Trump wants to pull out the troops and leave Afghanistan to its demons. He likes to say that the war in Afghanistan cost more than rebuilding the twin towers … the 3,000 dead on 9/11 count for nothing. Then Bolton learns from his longtime friend Zalmay Khalizad that Pompeo doesn’t want them talking to each other because it interferes with his management of the Afghan dossier. Khalizad starts negotiating with the Taliban in July. Bolton and his colleagues in the Defense Department object. Pompeo, furious, tells them to butt out. Khalizad, he says, has a free hand.

Trump keeps mixing up President Ghani with his predecessor Kharzai. CNN airs leaked information on the talks, Trump says they’re scumbags and should be put before the firing squad. He keeps coming back to his idea that the DOJ should arrest journalists, throw them in jail, and force them to reveal their sources.

Trump, distracted as usual during consultations, suddenly blurts out: “I want to pull out … pull out of everywhere.” And he slides into the riff about how it all too costs too much, we have to pull out of NATO, what are we doing in Africa, why are we throwing away money on Ukraine, we have to stop the war games in South Korea. Here’s how he wants to handle the Afghan problem: “We’ll pull out and we’ll announce that if they do anything bad, we’ll blow their fucking country into a million pieces.” Pompeo keeps his hand close to his chest. And lets the Taliban dictate their conditions.

Trump and his advisers confer via videoconference. Trump says he understands what the Taliban want. They just want to get their land back. He keeps confusing Ghani and Kharzai and their respective personal fortunes. One after the other, the advisers give in to pressure. Even Esper, because the deal is “condition based.” Bolton knows the Taliban won’t respect any conditions.

Then Trump decides to invite the Taliban to Washington! Dazzled by the good press he expects from the “show,” he can’t wait to inform the media. It’s fantastic. The Taliban can’t wait to talk to him, they really want to make peace, it’s going to be another one of his fantastic deals. Bolton says to himself: only Trump can think an American president should meet with those thugs.

The staff tries its best to organize the encounter. But how? Trump tells them to go easy on the security because he doesn’t want to insult the Taliban’s dignity. The meeting is scheduled for the 8th of September, 3 days before the anniversary of the worst attack ever perpetrated on American soil… carried out with the help of the Taliban. Then the news hits the wires: Another attack in Kabul, ten dead including one American. Once again, a big operation ends in tweets. The president scolds the Taliban for spoiling it all. And, in the process, he reveals his disgraceful plan to invite them to Camp David.

Trump’s goal was to bring the troop level down to zero by October (before the elections). He ignored recommendations from his advisers that wanted to maintain a sturdy counter-terrorism presence even if the troops pulled out. Bolton’s idea was to draw down to 8,600 American troops, plus the allied forces, and wait it out, without a deal with the Taliban. They could repeat “conditions based” all they wanted. The truth was that America was pulling out. When the deal was announced [after he had left the administration], Bolton tweeted: “This is an Obama style deal. Legitimizing the Taliban sends the wrong signals to Isis and Al Qaida terrorists, and all of America’s enemies.”

Bolton writes: after I resigned, the administration resumed talks with the Taliban, compounding the mistake of the retreat from Syria, and concluding with an agreement almost identical to the one drafted before the attack in Kabul. It didn’t keep Trump from declaring to the media, a few hours after my resignation (that he claimed was a dismissal): “He had his chance, he didn’t do it.” Trump will be responsible for the consequences of the retreat from Afghanistan. They might not be fully apparent until after he leaves office, but he alone is responsible, politically and militarily, for this strategy and what follows.

ISIS Threat in Northern Virginia: Afghan Refugees?

Police Chief Kevin Davis of Fairfax County, Virginia, announced Friday that “we have increased our police presence throughout the county to include major thoroughfares, transit hubs, shopping plazas, and shopping malls.” This was reportedly in response to a terrorism threat; police sources said that their increased presence would last through Halloween weekend and possibly through election day on Tuesday.

The odd aspect of this announcement, coming as it does from deep-blue and electorally vulnerable Virginia authorities, is that the threat doesn’t come from those “white supremacists” we keep hearing so much about but who only ever seem to appear as deep fakes by the Left. Instead, it comes from that so-very-2015 threat that we all know is over and done with since the adults are back in charge: the Islamic State (ISIS).

ISIS, said CBS News, “has been more active since the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in August. Officials say threats from the international terrorist group and al Qaeda are accelerating.” And according to the Department of Homeland Security’s intelligence chief, John Cohen, “Right now we’re seeing a dramatic increase — or an increase — in online activity by media operations associated with different al Qaeda elements and Islamic State.”

Meanwhile, Jack Posobiec of Human Events tweeted late Friday evening: “Two US officials tell @HumanEvents that the ISIS threat alert in Northern VA / DC region is related to Afghan refugees.” He added that some Secret Service agents “are concerned DC-area ISIS threat may be related to a report of 3 Afghan refugees who forced their way off a bus earlier this month.”

There is nothing incredible about this. Defense One reported in late August that “security screeners at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar have detected that at least one of the Afghans who was evacuated from Kabul Airport has potential ties to ISIS, a U.S. official confirmed to Defense One.” How likely is it that he was the only one?

Business Insider reported on August 15 that “thousands of inmates, including former Islamic State and al-Qaeda fighters, were released from a prison on the outskirts of Kabul… Footage published by an independent Afghan news agency, which supports the Taliban, appears to show militants letting the inmates out.” What possible safeguards have been in place in Kabul to prevent some of those jihadis from coming to the United States as “refugees”? How likely is it that the strongest, most violent, and most ruthless among the Afghans were able to muscle their way onto the planes to America?

Simona Pipko was born in Moscow, U.S.S.R. A graduate of the Leningrad Law School, she practiced law as a defense attorney for 25 years in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Leaving behind her communist husband, she immigrated to the United States with her two children in 1981. Is Biden Creating a ‘Fourth Reich’ in America?

QUESTION: Are there similarities between Hitler’s Third Reich and the Biden Administration?

Since Biden’s election we have seen a dramatic increase in government control. Some are comparing what Biden is doing today as similar to what Hitler did in 1933 after he took power in Germany on January 30, 1933. Hitler’s regime was called the Third Reich. Hitler fundamentally transformed Germany into a dictatorship.

Has Biden, his administration, Democrats in Congress, at the local, county and state levels working in concert to fundamentally transform America into a dictatorship?

The following is a brief history of what Hitler did when he took power and compares it to what Biden has done to date.

The Third Reich

The Holocaust Museum makes these key points about what Hitler die to create the Third Reich:

The Nazi rise to power brought an end to the Weimar Republic, a parliamentary democracy established in Germany after World War I.
Following the appointment of Adolf Hitler as chancellor on January 30, 1933, the Nazi state (also referred to as the Third Reich) quickly became a regime in which Germans enjoyed no guaranteed basic rights.
After a suspicious fire in the Reichstag (the German Parliament), on February 28, 1933, the government issued a decree which suspended constitutional civil rights and created a state of emergency in which official decrees could be enacted without parliamentary confirmation.
In the first months of Hitler’s chancellorship, the Nazis instituted a policy of “coordination”—the alignment of individuals and institutions with Nazi goals.
Culture, the economy, education, and law all came under Nazi control.
The Nazi regime also attempted to “coordinate” the German churches and, although not entirely successful, won support from a majority of Catholic and Protestant clergymen.
Extensive propaganda was used to spread the regime’s goals and ideals.
Hitler had the final say in both domestic legislation and German foreign policy.
Open criticism of the regime was suppressed by the Gestapo (secret state police) and the Security Service (SD) of the Nazi party, but Hitler’s government was popular with most Germans.

The Fourth Reich

QUESTION: Like Hitler fundamentally transformed Germany into the Third Reich, is Biden also doing fundamentally the same things to transform America into a dictatorship/Fourth Reich?

Let’s compare what Hitler did to what has happened since Biden was elected president on January 20th, 2021.

Biden, like Hitler, is ending America’s Constitutional Republican form of government with a radical expansion of powers under the executive branch of government. OSHA and the CDC are using Covid to reshape our freedoms to choose our job, healthcare and economic futures.
Americans, like under Hitler, are seeing their guarantied basic rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness stripped away. Government mandates are replacing our basic rights. If you don’t obey and get vaxxed you lose your job. As more and more people vote for a living rather than work for a living we can understand how Democrats, like Hitler, gain more and more power over the individual.
The January 6th, 2021 protest in Washington, D.C is being used by Biden and Democrats just like Hitler did using the Reichstag fire as an excuse, to oppress all political opponents. Those who participated in the Save America peaceful protest have had their constitutional rights taken away. They have been imprisoned, abused and even tortured. The Biden administration, and the Democrats in Congress are demonizing those who peacefully protested.
Under Biden’s “Build Back Better Agenda” we are seeing the coordination —the alignment of individuals and institutions— with Democrat Party goals. The Green New Deal impacts all major institutions. The vaccination mandates have clearly hit all companies with 100 or more employees. From manufacturing, to the healthcare, to law enforcement, to first responders, to our public schools, all are impacted.
Since Biden’s inauguration we are witness a “cultural war” against those who do not agree with the policies and politics of the Democrat Party. If you are a parent and speak out against Biden’s plan to put Critical Race Theory in every classroom, then your are labeled a domestic terrorist by the FBI
Propaganda is a keynote of the Biden administration. The legacy media, social media, the White House press secretary are in full agreement. Anything negative about Biden is suppressed. Lies are being told by members of the Executive Branch daily. The “big lie” is now the standard operating procedure of Biden and his handlers.
Biden has coopted many Jewish, Catholic and Protestant clergymen. Churches fear losing their tax exempt status as Biden weaponizes the IRS.
Biden’s handlers have the final say on all domestic legislation and U.S. foreign policy.
Biden is using the FBI to go after parents who disagree with what is being taught in our public schools. The FBI is complicit in suppressing opposition to Biden and Democrats. Some have suggest that the FBI is the new Stasi, the Ministry for State Security, or State Security Service, the official state security service of the German Democratic Republic. It has been described as one of the most effective and repressive intelligence and secret police agencies to have ever existed.

Conclusion

Is Biden using a cultural war to create a Fourth Reich?

Daily we are seeing the negative impacts of Biden’s policies on our culture, economy, religious institutions, law enforcement, courts, industries and families.

The Third Reich ended violently. Will Biden’s Fourth Reich end peacefully or will there be a second American Revolution? #Let’sGoBrandon is becoming the rallying cry of free Americans.

Many are saying enough is enough! The political animosity against Biden is on the rise as his polling numbers sink.

Will Americans wait until the 2022 mid-term elections to make a statement or will they be forced to take up arms against Biden’s Fourth Reich?

Biden Admin Powers Up Magnet to Attract Even More Illegal Aliens

Before being sworn into office, Joe Biden sent a crystal clear message that his administration would undo many successful programs implemented by the Trump administration to secure the dangerous U.S.–Mexico border.

He quickly halted construction of the border wall and terminated the “Remain in Mexico” policy making aliens wait in Mexico while their applications for political asylum were adjudicated.

Even before Biden’s inauguration, caravans of illegal aliens from countries from around the world began forming in Mexico, impatiently waiting for his administration to take office.

On February 18, 2021, the Washington Post reported, “Biden memo for ICE officers points to fewer deportations and strict oversight.”

The bottom line for Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents was to avoid making any immigration arrests. You cannot get into trouble for what you don’t do!

Biden put Vice President Kamala Harris in charge of addressing the border crisis he refused to call a “crisis.”

Harris declined to visit the problematic southern border, finding various and sundry excuses to avoid it. You could say she was given a “no-show job” the way organized crime provides paychecks to mobsters who don’t really want to work.

Harris said she would meet with the leaders of Central American countries to address the “root causes” of mass migration to the United States.

There are two issues with this supposed strategy.

First of all, many illegal aliens lining up in massive caravans in Mexico are not from Central America but are citizens of other countries around the world, including nations that sponsor terrorism.

Second, while the prospect of working in the U.S. motivates many illegal aliens to come, there are many reasons for aliens to seek to enter illegally without inspection.

A review of the relevant section of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) 8 U.S. Code § 1182 (inadmissible aliens) provides the classes of aliens who cannot legally enter the United States — not because of superficial factors such as race, religion or ethnicity, but to safeguard national security, public safety, public health, and the jobs and wages of Americans.

Foreigners who seek to enter illegally do so because they know they belong to one or more classes of inadmissible aliens — including aliens infected with dangerous communicable diseases, or aliens who are criminals, spies, terrorists, fugitives from justice, human traffickers and/or drug smugglers.

Certainly one of the root causes of illegal immigration is the “push/pull” of poverty in the home countries of aliens who enter the U.S. illegally to seek employment under adverse conditions.

However, flooding the U.S. with an army of foreign workers displaces American and legal immigrant workers and drives down wages.

Additionally, aliens who work in the U.S. send billions of dollars in ill-gotten wages back to their families in their home countries. This means the money they earn will not circulate through the economy where the “multiplier effect” helps to generate growth, but instead is removed from the U.S. entirely. This has a huge adverse impact on our economy and increases the national debt significantly.

Furthermore, leaders of countries that receive remittances from their citizens working in the U.S. have no desire to interfere with those massive infusions of cash.

The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 was enacted during the Reagan administration. It called for many changes in our immigration laws and included a massive amnesty program.

In order to convince members of Congress to vote for the bill, a provision was included stipulating employers who knowingly hired illegal aliens could be fined and even prosecuted. In conjunction with that requirement, employers were made responsible for completing a form, the I-9, which would help verify new employees were legally entitled to work in the U.S.

The idea was to “turn of the magnet” that draws many illegal aliens to enter the U.S. in search of employment.

As an Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) agent back then, I was assigned to educate employers about their new responsibilities to properly complete the paperwork and screen their employees. My colleagues and I were happy about this provision designed to deter employment of illegal aliens and thwart the ability of unscrupulous employers to exploit illegal aliens.

However, the INS only had about 2,000 agents to cover many jobs across the entire country. This meant few employers would face scrutiny or consequences for employing illegal aliens, but it was better than nothing.

I preferred arresting criminal aliens, but there was also great satisfaction in arresting illegal aliens who were found working at a factory or other employment venue — then driving by that same factory a day later and seeing a long line of prospective employees lining up to be interviewed for jobs we had liberated.

On October 12, 2021, Fox News reported, “Mayorkas orders ICE to stop worksite raids, in latest limits on immigration enforcement.”

Mayorkas has powered up the magnet that entices aspiring illegal aliens from around the world to head for the U.S. by whatever means possible, confident they have friends in the Oval Office and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Secretary “Get to Yes” Mayorkas has truly turned the DHS into the Department of Homeland Surrender, just as I predicted he would.

In a recent press release about his plans to end the “Remain in Mexico” policy, Mayorkas referred to the flow of aliens entering the U.S. illegally as “irregular migration,” utilizing a term that should instead be used by the Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration and the Attorney General refer to concerned parents as “Domestic Terrorists” and salivate at the prospect of hiring thousands of IRS agents to conduct fishing expeditions into Americans’ bank accounts with more than $600.

The Biden administration has undermined national security, public safety, public health and the jobs and wages of Americans. However, profiteers of his open borders policies could not be happier.

Over Two Dozen FDNY Firehouses Shut Down Over Vax Mandate Staff Shortages

Over two dozen FDNY firehouses shut down over vax mandate staff shortage

The FDNY shuttered 26 fire companies citywide on Saturday due to staff shortages caused by the COVID-19 vaccination mandate, according to furious elected officials, who ripped the move as “unconscionable” — and warned it could have catastrophic consequences.

The shutdown came amid a pitched battle between City Hall, which on Monday will start enforcing a mandate that all city workers have at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and jab-resisting firefighters, many reportedly saying they were already sick with the coronavirus and therefore have “natural immunity.”

Nicole Malliotakis (R-SI, Brooklyn) said 26 companies shuttered — five in her district — and laid the blame on Mayor de Blasio.

“If someone dies due to a slower emergency response, it’s on Bill de Blasio and his overreaching mandates. I hope this fool fixes it ASAP!” she tweeted. Some residents rallied outside of the Ladder Company 149 in Dyker Heights to support the firefighters.

“Irresponsible bogus sick leave by some of our members is creating a danger for New Yorkers and their fellow Firefighters,” Nigro said. “They need to return to work or risk the consequences of their actions.”

No borough or neighborhood was spared, with the shuttered companies ranging from Engine Co. 55 in lower Manhattan, to Engine Co. 234 in Crown Heights, to Engine Co. 231 in Brownsville. Others included Ladder Co. 128 in Long Island City and Engine Co. 158 and Ladder Co. 78 on Staten Island, according to information provided by Malliotakis and Councilman Joe Borelli (R-SI), who cited the Uniformed Firefighters Association. Borelli said the list of 26 came from a FDNY alert dispatched to members.

FDNY spokesman Jim Long said the closings are not permanent, describing the companies as “temporarily out of service” and the situation as “fluid” since it was shifting firefighters to units where they were needed.

As of late Saturday afternoon, the FDNY could not provide an exact number of closings that the pols said were in effect as of 7:30 am Saturday.

“The situation remains fluid. We hire manpower to get the company back in service or relocate other units to the area for coverage,” Long said.

In anticipation of a shortage of firefighters, NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit has requested the help of volunteer firefighters from Long Island and upstate to back fill the lost positions, according to an email obtained by The Post.

Who really knows what is in a child’s best interest?

Many US schoolboard elections take place in the coming week, yet many of them have become battlegrounds.

One critic writes of “the Balkanization of the US population into distinct and rigid political groups that fight for control over what content ought to be taught in their public schools.” “Bizarre hysteria about Critical Race Theory” and bitter opposition to mask mandates are seen as proof of alarming agendas at work.

Others see democracy at risk. Institutions which teach civics are hosting shouting matches. Community participation is at risk because board members are demonised.

The New York Times sees school boards as a new Vietnam where parents have become proxies for Republican imperialists seeking to snuff out truth, justice and the American way. Parents, it argues, have become unwitting pawns of political interests.

Incredibly, the White House helped to politicise this issue. One month ago the executives of the National School Boards Association colluded with the Biden Administration to send a public appeal to the President for intervention. This triggered a (subsequently rescinded) direction to the FBI to clamp down on “domestic terrorism and hate crimes” by parents and others against school board members. Parents have become enemies.

Despite the Washington Post railing against parental overreach, parents might indeed claim the opposite, that they are opposing the infiltration of woke values and calculating incompetence. In recent weeks parents’ rights colour debate in the gubernatorial elections for Virginia and New Jersey that come to a head on November 2. In Virginia, education is polling as the second most important election issue. Yet in Virginia a prominent parents’ rights advocate has been suspended by Twitter in the past week. Who is surprised?

What is to be made of all this?

Any proposal that parents should not be the primary figures responsible for the education of children ignores the lessons of history.

Quickly one glimpses the mischief wrought when parents are sidelined. In Australia there is the tragedy of the stolen indigenous generation when, over a period of the first 70 years of the 20th Century the state forcibly removed half-caste children from their parents and institutionalised them. Often this was with the best of intentions!

And when intentions are less than noble, what evil follows! Think of the stern words of warning to German parents by Pius XI in the face of the Hitler Youth and the Bund Deutscher Mädel (the League of German Girls, a parallel group to Hitler Youth):

“From the bond of responsibility established by God that binds you to your children, no earthly power can loose you. No one … will be able to answer for you to the Eternal Judge when he asks you the question, ‘Where are those I have given you?’ May every one of you be able to answer: ‘Of them you have given me, I have not lost anyone’.”

Inge Scholl was the elder sister of Hans and Sophie Scholl, university students who were executed for spreading treason against the Nazi regime. Based on her own experience of the Bund Deutscher Mädel wrote of the power of collective indoctrination to challenge parental values:

“We entered into it with body and soul, and we could not understand why our father did not approve, why he was not happy and proud. On the contrary, he was quite displeased with us; at times he would say, ‘Don’t believe them – they are wolves and deceivers, and they are misusing the German people shamefully.’ Sometimes he would compare Hitler to the Pied Piper of Hamelin, who with his flute led the children to destruction. But Father’s words were spoken to the wind, and attempts to restrain us were of no avail against our youthful enthusiasm.”

Think of the evils wrought by Chinese children waving the Little Red Book during the Cultural Revolution. The radical Brazilian educator Paolo Freire also looked to education to sow ideologies of revolution. And in Victoria we see this repeated in the gender ideology spruiked by the Safe Schools and similar programs seeding the upsurge of teenage girls with rapid onset gender dysphoria.

Teachers leave them kids alone

Never was this more brought home to me than in my second year of teaching. From the staff room I could hear all too clearly in the adjoining classroom a disillusioned recently-divorced teacher advising the 16-year-old girls in her care never to get married.

Insights from philosophy and theology

As noted by Leo Strauss and Allan Bloom among many others, the ancient Greek philosopher Plato was deliberately satirical in his proposal in The Republic that children be removed from parents. The key passage is 592b where Plato reveals that his political proposal is not possible. In another dialogue, the Laws, he explicitly upholds the role of the family.

But this is not just a question of opinion, or competing policies, but of compelling social principles. At the heart of the mutual obligations that bind us to one another in society are the five timeless principles of social justice: human dignity, common good, solidarity and participation, and subsidiarity. It is subsidiarity that recognises autonomy to be a feature of human dignity and that therefore all matters should be handled by the competent authority at the lowest level, in ways most respectful of the rights and autonomy of the individual.

It is parents who are responsible for their children and it is reasonable for them to outsource tasks in which they need assistance. Parents need experts to teach their children calculus or Shakespeare. It is not reasonable to outsource moral and character formation, sex education, and religious education to the state.

Pope John Paul II wrote that “the right and duty of parents to give education … is irreplaceable and inalienable, and therefore incapable of being entirely delegated to others.” This is a direct consequence, the 1983 Catholic Code of Canon Law argues, “since they have given life to their children”.

The heart of the issue

It is the height of foolishness to reduce education to purely pragmatic questions, or for parents to entrust the formation of their child’s heart to someone other than themselves. It is the height of arrogance for bureaucrats or school boards to require this.

And there is one simple reason for this. A family is a school of love. Alvaro del Portillo, now beatified by the Catholic Church, coined this expression:

“It is precisely in the family – a communion of persons among whom reigns a free disinterested and generous love – the place, the context in which, more than anywhere else one learns to love. The family is a true school of love. “

Happiness in life comes down to whether or not we have successfully learned to live for others. The family is the natural place where such love is learned because it is in a family that help is given without seeking anything in return. No institution can ever offer this.

Renner conveyed to Florida Politics that Gov. Ron DeSantis’ (R) special session in November will not meet many demands of the voters because “neither mandates nor employee restrictions will receive strong support,” the publication wrote.

Does the ‘P’ in Public Schools stand for Perverted, Pederasts, Propagandists or All Three?

We have reported that our public schools no longer teach our children how to think, rather they are determined to teach our children what to think.

Four articles prove that our public schools and teachers, principals and school boards have gone off the rails when it comes to pushing perverted propaganda upon our children.

Here are four examples of how the “p” in public schools stands for perverted, pederasts and propagandist:

EXAMPLE #1: Perverted. Florida school board removes parent from meeting for reading out of sexually explicit book from High School library

A speaker at a Florida school board meeting was removed for using vulgar language after reading aloud from a highly sexualized book available at the high school’s public library.

Alicia Farrant, a member of the Orange County chapter of the parent group Moms For Liberty, recorded a video from an Orange County Florida School Board meeting earlier this week where Board Chair Teresa Jacobs instructs police officers to remove a man who was reading passages from the book “Gender Queer: A Memoir.”, according to Orange Observer.

“I’m going to read a passage of a book that’s floating around in your schools that has been banned from many other schools,” Jacob Engels, the man who was removed, said. “As a member of the LGBT community, the fact that this is floating around for children as young as ninth grade is concerning.”

Engels then began reading a passage of the book that described sexual acts using strap-on devices before he was interrupted by Jacobs.

“Sir,” she said as members of the audience urged him to continue. “Mr. Engels, you’re out of order. … Remove him from the chambers.”

EXAMPLE #2: LGBTQ+ Propagandist. Florida school board member takes elementary school students on field trip to gay bar: ‘SO honored’

A Florida school board member chaperoned a group of elementary school children on a field trip to a gay bar, according to photos of the trip she posted to social media.

“I was SO honored to be invited to chaperone Wilton Manors Elementary’s field trip to the incredible Rosie’s! The students and I had a fun walk over and learned a lot about our community! A huge thank you to Rosie’s Bar and Grill for hosting this special field trip every year!” Broward County School Board member Sarah Leonardi posted on her official school board Facebook page Wednesday.

The post, which was examined by Fox News Thursday morning, shows photos of children in a popular Florida gay bar, Rosie’s Bar and Grill, including a photo of the group posing next to the restaurant’s sign.

EXAMPLE #3: Pederasts. A pederast is a man who engages in sexual activity with a boy or youth.

A Vermont high school turned its football halftime show into a drag pageant featuring nearly 30 students and faculty members

Attendees of Burlington High School’s Friday night homecoming game were treated to more than just a typical night of high school football when the halftime show transformed into a “drag ball” featuring both students and faculty members donning extravagant dresses, extreme makeup, and exorbitant wigs.

Nearly 30 performers took the field as their drag queen or king personas and performed to a packed crowd of supportive fans chanting “drag ball,” according to the Associated Press.

The event was meant to show support for LGBTQ community members, one teacher told the outlet.

“I was just really hoping to give our students — who are both out and the students that were in the stands who are not out — a moment to shine and feel loved, and know that there is a place for them in public schools,” Andre LeValley told the AP.

LeValley, an English teacher and Gender Sexuality Alliance adviser, who came up with the idea for the drag pageant, joined his students on the field wearing a full Shakespearean gown and wig. He told the outlet his persona was inspired by Lady Macbeth and Marie Antoinette.

When the school’s athletic director, Quaron Pinckey, heard LeValley’s pitch for the pageant, he suggested the performance be held at the school’s big homecoming game. Pinckey told the AP that he wanted to “uplift the voices of another marginalized group and share a space in the athletics realm that doesn’t normally get shared.”

On Tuesday, the school held a “Man Pageant” and “Costume Day,” according to their Facebook page.

Photos of male students giving staff lap dances during the pageant were posted on Facebook by the school’s athletics department, but were removed as it began to go viral.

There were also female students in Hooters outfits.

Conclusion

Public schools have become propagandists for the LGBTQ+ movement. Public schools are not the places to teach children about this kind of perverted behaviors.

What happened to public schools teaching our children to read, write and do arithmetic?

This is just the tip of the iceberg.

I would have probably gone to jail had my kids been at any of the above scenarios. How do parents keep their hands off these sick people in positions of authority that seek to further their sick and perverted ideology on our kids?

Go to your school board meetings and call them out for their despicable behaviors. If not, public school teachers, administrators and school board members will continue to promote perverted behaviors, be filled with pederasts and continue to teach propaganda, not educating our children.

Capitol Riot: Why Dems’ Effort to Expel ‘MAGA’ Lawmakers From Congress Won’t Succeed at This Point

Democratic lawmakers are calling for the expulsion of their Republican peers who were allegedly involved in discussions surrounding pro-Trump protests prior to the 6 January incident. US conservative activists Lisa Haven and Pamela Geller have explained what’s behind the latest attack on the GOP.

As the Democrat-dominated House Select Committee on the 6 January protests is pushing ahead with its probe into the Capitol breach, some of the planners of the pro-Trump rallies that took place in Washington, DC have come forward to speak with the congressional investigators. Two of those people also spoke to Rolling Stone, claiming that multiple GOP members of Congress had been involved “in planning both Trump’s efforts to overturn his election loss and the 6 January events that turned violent”, according to the media outlet.

Among those Republicans who participated in the aforementioned conversations or had top staffers join in anonymous “rally planners” named Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.), Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.), Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.), Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), and Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas). The sources went even as far as to claim that Representative Biggs had hinted at the prospect of “a blanket pardon” to the planners of the protests.

Rolling Stone’s report, released on Sunday, prompted a wave of criticism from Democratic lawmakers, who called for expelling GOP members of Congress listed in the piece, though the latter have denied involvement.

“Any member of Congress who helped plot a terrorist attack on our nation’s Capitol must be expelled”, tweeted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). For her part, Rep. Cori Bush earlier introduced a resolution urging the House Ethics Committee to investigate whether “actions taken by Members of the 117th Congress seeking to overturn the 2020 Presidential election violated their oath of office”.

“To be discussing the expulsion of GOP lawmakers due to their activity surrounding the January 6th is yet another Biden and Democrat distraction to cover for a failing administration”, says Lisa Haven, co-founder of the media outlet Restricted Republic. “The key to this entire effort lies in the words ‘act of terrorism’. With Antifa, Black Lives Matter and even the Democrats doing the exact same activity, how can one be deemed ‘terrorist activity’ and one not?”

During the 2020 George Floyd riots, some prominent Democrats were spotted encouraging the crowd. Speaking to journalists at the NAACP’s national convention in September 2020, then-Democratic Senator Kamala Harris praised the “brilliance” and “impact” of the BLM protests, insisting that they were “necessary”, according to The New York Post. The protests, which were triggered by the death of African-American man George Floyd in police custody, were accompanied by looting, rioting, arson and destruction of federal property.

Moreover, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham on 14 February 2021 warned the Dems that if the GOP takes control of the House of Representatives, it may take steps to impeach Vice President Kamala Harris for her tweet supporting a bail fund for Black Lives Matter protesters over the preceding summer.

The Democratic Party’s attempt to expel GOP lawmakers from the US Congress is aimed at distracting the public attention from the real issues of skyrocketing prices, supply chain disruption, inflation, and all the other failures of Biden and the Democrats, according to Haven. The latest Gallup survey shows Joe Biden’s approval at just 42%, the lowest of his term to date.

“[The Democrats] have created an artificial enemy, the GOP, that did nothing illegal”, the US journalist says. “In America we preserve and protect the right to peacefully protest. No GOP lawmaker called for harm or activity that rises to the level of ‘terrorism’. Hence, this absolutely unprecedented effort will not succeed and is unjustified and unwarranted”. The Dems effort to expel Republican lawmakers is completely unprecedented in American history, according to Pamela Geller, an American political activist, blogger, and editor-in-chief of the Geller Report.

“The American government has always been based on mutual respect between the parties, featuring the lawful transfer of power to a loyal opposition”, Geller says. “The Democrats, in their increasing taste for authoritarianism, have abandoned that”.

According to Geller, it is unlikely that the Dems’ efforts will succeed at this point, because no one has even been charged with insurrection in connection with the 6 January Capitol incidents.

The Insider on 20 October updated a searchable database of all 684 people charged by the Department of Justice in the Capitol protests, with none of them being charged with “insurrection”.

In addition, The New York Times recently exposed a greater role of the FBI in the events than had previously been considered. According to the NYT, alleged FBI informants witnessing the breach insisted that the storming of the Capitol building was spontaneous and by no means a pre-planned action.

“These are patently un-democratic moves by the Democrats to demonise, marginalise, and silence their opponents, so that only their point of view is allowed to be enunciated in the public square”, Geller concludes.

The Long History of the How The Supreme Court of the United States Has Castrated the U.S. Constitution

Today many are concerned by the “cultural wars” being waged by the current administration against Americans. While this is disconcerting a greater concern should be how our Judicial Branch has long history of aiding and abetting these cultural wars.

You see presidents come and go, as do their policies and the laws they get passed. What is more lingering and much more deadly are decisions handed down by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). These decision can last decades.

Let’s look at some SCOTUS cases that are nefarious and have caused moral destruction of America and deaths of tens of millions Americans.

Here are just some of the SCOTUS decisions which have castrated our Constitution:

Legalizing Slavery: In Dred Scott v. Sandford (argued 1856 — decided 1857), the Supreme Court ruled that Americans of African descent, whether free or slave, were not American citizens and could not sue in federal court. The Court also ruled that Congress lacked power to ban slavery in the U.S. territories. Finally, the Court declared that the rights of slaveowners were constitutionally protected by the Fifth Amendment because slaves were categorized as property.
Plessy v. Ferguson (1896): The SCOTUS’s “separate but equal” ruling upheld state segregation laws. In doing so, the Court made sure that the gains of the post-Civil War reconstruction era were quickly replaced by decades of Jim Crow laws.
Legalizing forced sterilization: In 1927 the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the compulsory sterilization as constitutional. In an 8–1 vote, Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, writing for the majority in Buck v. Bell (1927), found: “It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind. … Three generations of imbeciles are enough.” The women most affected by the SCOTUS decision to legalize “forcible sterilizations” were from ethnic minorities, including Native Americans and African Americans. One study showed that 60 percent of African American women in Sunflower County, Mississippi were sterilized against their will or without their knowledge, some of these procedures taking place unbeknownst to them during childbirth.
Korematsu v. United States (1944): Here, the Supreme Court upheld the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II, finding that the need to protect against espionage outweighed the individual rights of American citizens. In a cruel and ironic twist, this was also the first time the Court applied strict scrutiny to racial discrimination by the U.S. government, belying the idea that strict scrutiny is “strict in theory, fatal in fact.”
Removing prayer from public schools: In 1962 the Board of Regents of New York approved a nondenominational prayer for their morning procedures. Students would be given the choice to be excused for the morning prayer if they chose to. The prayer was twenty-two-words, “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our country. Amen.” The SCOTUS ruled in Engel v. Vitale that it is unconstitutional for state officials to compose an official school prayer and encourage its recitation in public schools, due to violation of the First Amendment. The First Amendment reads, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Murdering the unborn: On January 22nd, 1973 in a 7-2 decision in Roe v. Wade the SCOTUS legalized the murder of the unborn. In 1970, Jane Roe (a fictional name used in court documents to protect the plaintiff’s identity) filed a lawsuit against Henry Wade, the district attorney of Dallas County, Texas, where she resided, challenging a Texas law making abortion illegal except by a doctor’s orders to save a woman’s life. In her lawsuit, Roe alleged that the state laws were unconstitutionally vague and abridged her right of personal privacy, protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments. To date an estimated 60 million unborn have been murdered. Many call this the silent American holocaust. This decision led to the Right to Life movement which is based on the inalienable U.S. Constitutional right to life.
Legalizing same sex marriages. In June of 2015, 13 states in the U.S. banned same-sex marriage. In a 5-4 Obergefell v. Hodges decision, the SCOTUS held that the 14th Amendment requires that states license marriage for same-sex couples as well as recognize licenses for same-sex marriages that are issued out of state. While the case was before the SCOTUS Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg married a same sex couple. Ginsberg did not recuse herself from this narrow decision. Since this decision the LGBT movement has become more militant and has invaded the public school system with homosexual Gay, Lesbians, Straight Education Network (GLSEN) clubs, has held so called Gay Pride parades across America, has demanded homosexuals be placed in government and the private sector and has led to multiple cases of sexual abuse of little boys in the Catholic church.
Legalizing government control of healthcare. On June 17th, 2021 in California v Texas the SCOTUS dismissed a case challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act in a 7-2 decision. The court found that the plaintiffs did not have the standing to sue and did not proceed to rule on any of the other questions. “We proceed no further than standing,” Justice Stephen Breyer wrote in the majority opinion. He was joined by Justices John Roberts, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Justice Clarence Thomas filed a concurring opinion, and Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch dissented.

Today we have “federal mandates” being issued that are used to coerce individuals to take the Covid vaccines or lose their jobs. NewsBreak.com’s Kelsey Vlamis reported:

In a ruling Friday, the Supreme Court declined to block Maine from requiring vaccine mandates for healthcare workers who object on religious grounds.

Maine requires all healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and does not grant religious exemptions.

A group of healthcare workers sought an emergency order from the Supreme Court that would block the requirement for those with religious objections.

The court voted 6-3, with conservative Justices John Roberts and Trump-appointees Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett siding with the liberal justices.

The majority did not give a reason for the decision, but conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, issued a long dissent

The Supreme Court of the United States has made and continues to make decisions that are in direct challenges to individual rights as outlined in the U.S. Constitution.

What we have witnesses is a gradual but consistent neutering of individual rights and the “castration” of our God given protection under the U.S. Constitution.

Many believed that under President Trump the three newest justices of the Supreme Court would be strict constructionists. These justices, in league with the liberal minority, have done great harm to the American people.

We are now entering a new era of “rule by government mandate.” It now appears that a majority of the justices are siding with government bureaucrats at the local, state and federal levels to force each and every American to obey and get jabbed or refuse and lose their ability to pursue happiness. Even those with natural immunity are being forced to get jabbed.

Will the SCOTUS rule for the people’s rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? We, again, fear the answer is no!

God help us all.

Sorry, Washington Post, But Parents Do Have Every Right to Shape Their Kids’ Curriculum

Which sounds more like indoctrination? Compulsory government curriculum or educational freedom?

We shouldn’t be too surprised that the ongoing exodus from public schools is leading those loyal to government-run schooling to go on the offensive. A new Washington Post Op-Ed is leading the charge, boldly declaring in its headline: “Parents claim they have the right to shape their kids’ school curriculum. They don’t.”

The two authors, Jack Schneider and Jennifer Berkshire, clearly fear the collapse of public schooling if parents gain access to more education choices. So, they’re attacking parents for having the audacity to think they could actually make such choices.

The authors sneer at parents for challenging “experts” like them who clearly know more about raising and educating children than any parent. Indeed, they scoff at political campaigns that tout “parental rights” and slogans that suggest “parents matter.” The writers further allude to the ignorance of parents who might have misgivings about their children being taught such things as critical race theory in schools.

“In framing our public schools as extremist organizations that undermine the prerogatives of families, conservatives are bringing napalm to the fight,” the Post authors write.

They criticize the growing favorability and expansion of school choice policies in many states, including education savings accounts, vouchers, and tax-credit programs, that allow education dollars to follow students instead of funding bureaucratic school systems. It’s understandable that they’re on alert: decentralizing education funding is something that nearly three-quarters of Americans now support. So, it’s no wonder that those scrambling to keep hundreds of billions of dollars in annual taxpayer money tied to government-run schooling would be quick to throw stones at those suggesting another way.

Rather than admitting their greed, the Post authors chastise parents for believing that they might, in fact, know what’s best for their children—or, god forbid, might even have a different viewpoint on education than that which the government and the “experts” deem proper.

“When do the interests of parents and children diverge?” the authors ask. “Generally, it occurs when a parent’s desire to inculcate a particular worldview denies the child exposure to other ideas and values that an independent young person might wish to embrace or at least entertain.”

They say this without the slightest acknowledgment that in many of the country’s public schools, teachers and staff members are actively inculcating a “particular worldview” that excludes recognition of “other ideas and values,” especially those on the political right. It was ideological inculcation that led a Nevada mother to sue her mixed-race son’s school over its critical race theory curriculum that elevated racial identity over individuality. It was also this type of left-leaning indoctrination that led a Rhode Island mother, Nicole Solas, to seek access to public records regarding the curriculum her public elementary school child was receiving.

“I was also told that they refrain from using gendered terminology in general terms of anti-racism,” Solas told Fox & Friends in June.

“I was told that kids in kindergarten are asked what could have been done differently at Thanksgiving, and this struck me as a way to shame children for their American heritage,” she said.

The Rhode Island teachers union was so angered by this mother’s request for curriculum transparency that they filed a lawsuit against her in August.

The Post article comes on the heels of one of the largest drops in US public school enrollment in modern history. Catalyzed by the coronavirus response that shuttered most schools last year, the homeschooling rate tripled from its pre-pandemic levels to over 11 percent of US schoolchildren. Black homeschooling families led the way, experiencing a five-fold increase in homeschooling numbers in 2020. Other families fled public schools for private schooling or delayed early school entry for their young children.

Despite schools being open this fall for full-time, in-person learning, the public school enrollment decline continues. Los Angeles Public Schools, for example, lost 4.76 percent of their student population last year and lost 6 percent this year. Homeschooling remains popular throughout the country this fall, and some private schools report ongoing enrollment increases.

The large number of families who have fled public schools for private education options over the past 18 months reveals that parents are more empowered than ever to find the best educational fit for their children.

They are no longer satisfied with assignments. Parents want choices. The Post authors decry these choices, saying that “conservatives” want “a privatized system — one in which families, not taxpayers, would bear the cost of education, and governance would happen through the free market rather than democratic politics.”

The free market expands choices in education—offering variety, personalization, and entrepreneur-led innovation—just as it does in all other sectors of the economy. Families have diverse needs and preferences, and one-size-fits-all, government-run schooling doesn’t meet all of those needs or satisfy all of those preferences.

As the Nobel Prize-winning economist F.A. Hayek wrote in The Road to Serfdom: “Our freedom of choice in a competitive society rests on the fact that, if one person refuses to satisfy our wishes we can turn to another. But if we face a monopolist we are at his mercy.”

Parents are increasingly demanding freedom of choice in education— and the monopolists are right to be worried.

Today I am gonna hit you with both barrels. Some of you have mentioned that I have too many guest writers and you miss my pure, unadulterated, no nonsense and politically incorrect blogging style! Hopefully this remedies that!

America – it is time to own up and understand our Constitutional Republic is dying a not so slow but very painful death. For me, as a legal immigrant who lost the country of his birth to Marxism, his second country to communism and who has lived in socialist nations and travelled much of the world, the prospective death of the country I love, the country that adopted me and welcomed me, is very painful.

I have to ask everyone a question or two or three here. When is enough enough? Or – how much more will we take? Or – when do we stand up to the tyranny of this clearly illegal administration whose perverted and dumb thief and crime boss resides in the people’s house?

In Virginia we have seen the spark that the Commie run school boards created with their philosophy and CRT educational agenda. We saw a father arrested after protesting his daughters rape by a filthy perverted, so called cross dressing, transgendered male in a skirt using the gender neutral school board approved bathrooms. We saw the school board denying that anything like the rape took place, with the full knowledge that it had as they moved the sick pervert to another school where he raped another girl. That piece of human excrement is now charged with multiple sex crimes like forcible sodomy and forced oral sex and other felony crimes. I bet you all that instead of the punishment he should get, ( in my mind execution ), he will get a slap on the wrist. The only way to stop these sick perverts is their execution. They are not fit to live among civilized people. They have proved it.

Then we have the eastern Kentucky school district where the town mayor, who is also the school principal, received lap dances from male students dressed in lingerie at a home coming event. Lap dances by lingerie wearing male students? That is not acceptable. His name is Donald “Happy” Mobelini! I wonder if the “happy” refers to his hoped for ending. I will post the link to that and other disgusting stories we will discuss here below.

Let’s go to Vermont now. There is a high school that turned its half time show at the football game into a drag show. Yep – a full blown sick drag show! Around 30 faculty members and their students took part. A student leader, God help us, for the school’s Gender Sexuality Alliance stated “Things went amazing.”

“The event was meant to show support for LGBTQ community members” one teacher told the outlet. “I was just really hoping to give our students — who are both out and the students that were in the stands who are not out — a moment to shine and feel loved, and know that there is a place for them in our public schools.”

WHAT?????

What the heck is the Gender Sexuality Alliance and why is it in a public school funded by tax payers?? Anyone got that answer or ready to debate me on its place in schools?

Now to Florida, my home state which, like Texas, is being overrun by stupid leftist libtards, all anti Americans and definitely anti constitutional and anti freedom loving Americans, arriving by the tens of thousands from miserable, crime ridden, taxed to hell and failed northern blue states, seemingly determined to ensure Florida follows suit.

A Florida school board member from Broward County took elementary kids from Wilton Manors elementary school on a field trip to a gay bar called Rosies Bar and Grill!!! Elementary kids America. She, apparently, was “so honored” to take these kids. Her name is Sarah Leonardi. This LGBTQ etc. ( sometimes I forget all the letters – they keep adding more! ) bar features items like:- The Big Girl Burgers, Rhoda Cowboy, Ivana Hooker, Hellena Bun, Georgia Bleu, Young ranch hand, Willy cheesesteak.” Really! Those kids were put in an environment they never should have at that age. The indoctrination must stop. Now!

Staying in Florida we go now to the Orange County school district where a patriot parent read a section out aloud from a book available for kids in that district. The book is called “Gender Queer – a memoir” and is filled with filthy language and extremely sexually explicit sections. That parent was ejected from the school board meeting as the commissioners found it too vulgar and stated it had no place being read in the meeting!!!! Good enough for our young and impressionable kids but not these evil school board members???

OK everyone. Here is a question I need answered. Why are any of these school board members still on school boards? Why are they allowed anywhere near our kids or in a position to dictate school learning programs and influence our young? Is it that a lot of Americans now find any of the above acceptable? That it is fine? It is not!

I have to tell you all if I had kids in public schools anywhere in this country I would remove them and home school them. I would have probably gone to jail had my kids been at any of the above scenarios. How do parents keep their hands off these sick people in positions of authority that seek to further their sick and perverted ideology on our kids? Do not get me started on professors in schools of higher learning.

Another pet peeve is how we have allowed the communist Teachers Trade Unions to have so much leverage and control over our future. American teachers, generally, in my mind, are totally overpaid. If it were a private market and they were paid on productivity, they would all be in the poor house. We spent ( 2018 figures ) an average of $16,268 a year per student, well above the global average of $10,759. Our kids do not even fall in the list of the top 20 academic list, falling I believe to somewhere around the 30th position. Math being our worse. How about we start paying teachers on their productivity and how high a level their students reach?

Now America, apart from the administration and their puppets destroying our kids minds and education and ability for critical thinking or logical thinking, how much more are we going to take as regards our national security, our economy, the stupidity of their Covid rules and unconstitutional Covid vaccine mandates, our rising inflation, our rising crime figures, our joke of a foreign policy, our stolen elections, BLM, Antifa, the continued attempted destruction of our beloved military, our non border security, our supply issues, our insane non energy agenda where we now buy oil from our enemies allowing them to further strengthen the very militaries we may face one day, the surrender to Iran and the distinct possibility of a middle eastern war? I could go on as you are all aware but you get the picture.

We need to unite. Under a common banner. We need to face up to our responsibilities to keep our Constitutional Republic and our Constitution safe that were handed down through the generations of stronger, better Americans. If that means defending both with the power of our experience in the military and law enforcement, so be it. We in particular took an Oath to uphold and protect the country and our beloved constitution from enemies foreign and domestic. Our biggest enemy is domestic. They are everywhere, like rats in a sewer. Scheming and doing all in their power to destroy everything this court has ever stood for.

“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” – Thomas Jefferson. That quote is more valid today than at any other time in our history.

III% of good and proud Americans standing now, Oath Keepers, putting their lives on the line, will save this constitutional republic and allow our children to live in an America where we continue as the shining light on the hill, where we have the respect of the world and their leaders as we preserve our place as guardians of the underdogs in this world. Where we are in the right side of history.

Look at joining and training with local patriots, find a gun range or gun club, preferably not one owned by a gay Arab, ( message me about that one!) find people of like mind and stay in touch, go to protests, go to county commissioners meeting, school board meetings, city management meetings, stop being armchair warriors. It’s too late for that.

Grow a set America. Now. Tomorrow may be too late.
